The morning arrived with a peculiar twist of dark humor. As the sun's rays pierced through the window, rousing her from her peaceful slumber, Zelda stirred beneath the covers. It was then that she heard Ganondorf's voice, dripping with arrogance, accompanied by muffled moans. "Wake up, Princess! Rise and shine!" he called out, his smirk evident even from across the room. With a start, the Hylian royal threw off the covers to investigate the source of the commotion. What she beheld sent a shiver of shock and horror down her spine. There stood Ganondorf, his smug expression unyielding, leaning casually against the door with a large bag fashioned from rugs. Strange feminine sounds emanated from and bewildered, the soon-to-be queen's mind raced with a thousand questions and possible explanations, none of which could adequately clarify the scene before her. Ganondorf, growing impatient with her deep confusion, tossed the bag onto the floor with a resounding thud. As the bag fell, a cry of pain echoed from within, followed by the emergence of a girl with reddish-brown hair and clear blue eyes. She cowered before Ganondorf, tears silently streaming down her face.
Turning to his soon-to-be bride with lazy arrogance, Ganondorf explained: "Since neither you nor any other Hylian seem capable of simple tasks, I've brought someone who can assist you, Princess, you may struggle, but you'll struggle together."
The Hylian throne heiress' eyes widened as she remembered the events of the previous day. "A lady-in-waiting for me?" she inquired. Ganondorf, now visibly annoyed, replied: "Yes, whatever you wish to call it." Curious about the girl's background, the Hylian princess turned her attention to her trembling form. "Where did you find her? Does she have any experience for such work?" she pressed. Ganondorf's arrogance morphed into anger and frustration as he addressed the girl sternly, demanding: "State your name and background."Through tearful sobs, the girl managed: "My name is Malon. I work at LonLon Ranch, tending to horses, cuccos, and selling milk. Please, let me go home!"
Zelda's heart sank as she realized the girl lacked the necessary experience for her new role. "But she's not suited for this task! She has no experience!" she protested. With a darkened expression, the dark lord snapped: "It seems impossible to meet your standards, Princess! Very well, I'll dispose of her..." His words hung in the air, hinting at a grim fate for the girl. In a frantic attempt to rectify the situation, the royal lady stumbled from her bed and bowed before the evil king: "I deeply apologize, my lord! I am forever grateful for your generosity! She will make an excellent lady-in-waiting!" she pleaded. Accepting her apology with a dark satisfaction, Ganondorf's smirk returned: "Apologies accepted, Princess. You are welcome," he replied, his tone laced with a twisted sense of delight.

With the girl's name and background discovered, Zelda turned her attention to her trembling form, feeling a pang of guilt and sympathy for the girl and her obvious terror and confusion. Malon's tearful sobs and desperate pleas for mercy only served to highlight the grim situation she found herself in. Ganondorf's arrogance and threatening behaviour towards the new lady-in-waiting left the Hylian royal feeling helpless and scared, but for now, she had no choice but to agree with his assessment. She was grateful that he wasn't planning on punishing or injuring the girl for failing to meet her standards of experience.

After the Gerudo monarch's departure, claiming arrogantly that he had business elsewhere to attend to, the princess and her new servant were left alone in the room, the weight of the situation hanging heavily in the air. The new recruit, visibly shaken and scared, huddled in a corner, her tear-streaked face betraying her distress, the Hylian princess approached her with a mixture of concern and guilt, realizing the gravity of the predicament they both found themselves in. "Malon, are you alright?" she asked softly, kneeling beside the trembling girl.
The new maid glanced up, her eyes filled with fear and uncertainty. "I... I don't know," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper, the royal lady reached out to gently touch her new lady-in-waiting's shoulder. "I'm sorry for what happened. You shouldn't have been brought here like this," she apologized, her voice heavy with regret. the red haired girl sniffled, wiping away her tears with the back of her hand. "I just want to go home," she confessed, her voice trembling with emotion. The Hylian princess nodded sympathetically, understanding the girl's desire for safety and familiarity. "I promise I'll do everything I can to make sure you're safe," she reassured her, determination shining in her eyes.
Sensing Malon's lingering unease, Zelda offered a small smile of reassurance. "I'll send a message to your father to let him know you're with me and that you're safe. Hopefully, that will ease his worries," she suggested, hoping to provide some comfort to the distressed girl. The former ranch girl's eyes widened in surprise, gratitude flickering in their depths. "Thank you, Princess! That means a lot to me," she murmured, a glimmer of hope returning to her voice. With a renewed sense of purpose, the soon-to-be queen rose to her feet, her mind already racing with plans to ensure Malon's well-being. Together, they would weather this storm, united in their determination to overcome the challenges that laid ahead. As the new royal lady attendant's mood brightened by the kindness shown towards her, the Hylian lady's determination to protect her new maid grew even stronger.
She felt a sense of responsibility towards her new companion and was determined to ensure her safety. After the king of evil's departure, it was up to the two of them to find a way out of the predicament they suddenly found themselves in. Zelda was determined to find a way to send a message to Malon's father, letting him know that his daughter was safe and in her care. However, the task felt daunting in the face of Gerudo warlord's arrogance and threatening behaviour.

"Will I ever see my family back?" mumbled the new maid heartbroken and sad. The Hylian princess felt even more guilty for bringing the girl into this mess. Knowing how far away her family was, and how impossible it would be to transport her back in her current state, the soon-to-be queen did her best to provide some reassurance."I promise I will do everything in my power to ensure you are reunited with your family as soon as possible," she promised the distressed girl, knowing that right now, her words of comfort were perhaps all she could provide.

"Thanks, princess," the new maid sniffled, and then added, "I can actually make tea, would you like some?"

The offer of tea came as a pleasant surprise to the soon-to-be queen, who felt like she could use a hot cup right now, "yes, that would be lovely!" she exclaimed with a sincere smile.
As Malon gracefully prepared the tea, Zelda watched with appreciation, struck by the former ranch girl's kindness amidst their uncertain circumstances. When the cup was handed to her, the Hylian lady accepted it with gratitude, her anticipation building. However, as she took her first sip, the princess' expression faltered, her smile fading as the bitter taste flooded her senses. Despite her initial reaction, she struggled to find the right words, not wanting to offend her new lady-in-waiting. "It's... not bad..." the Hylian royal began cautiously, searching for a diplomatic response, and the continued: "It has quite a unique taste." Malon beamed at Zelda's words, her own smile widening with genuine delight. "I'm so happy you like it, Princess!" she replied, her voice tinged with sadness as she continued. "It was my lover's favorite tea! He... he died in the war, fighting to protect Hyrule. All he wanted was peace for our kingdom. I miss him dearly" the soon-be-queen's heart clenched at her maid's words, a wave of guilt and sorrow washing over her. She couldn't shake the feeling of inadequacy, the sense that she had failed to protect those she cared about and her own people. As she thought of Link, her best friend and first love, her grief threatened to overwhelm her. Swallowing back her tears, the Hylian princess forced a brave smile, determined not to show weakness. But deep down, she couldn't shake the haunting realization that she was merely a pawn in Ganondorf's cruel game, powerless to prevent the destruction of everything she held dear.

Zelda sat solemnly, processing Malon's story and its similarities to Link's. She felt an eerie sense of déjà vu, as if something within her knew that this was more than just a coincidence. Malon's words hit home for the Hylian princess, tapping into her own feelings of guilt and self-blame. As the new lady-in-waiting's story of grief and loss unfolded, the royal lady felt a rush of empathy and connection with the girl, her emotions spiraling into an overwhelming sense of sadness that she couldn't contain.
The two sat silently for a moment, lost in their own thoughts. The Hylian throne's heiress tried to process her feelings of grief, sorrow, and self-blame, while the former ranch girl was lost in her own private world of grief and loss. The silence was eventually interrupted by the latter, who finally spoke."Can I ask you something, princess?" she inquired.
"Sure" the soon-to-be queen answered with a soft smile"what is it?".

the new found maid looked up at the Hylian lady with her gentle, blue eyes, which held a deep sense of sorrow and loss. There was something she wanted to know, and she hoped that the princess wouldn't hold her situation against her. So, she asked her question directly: "Do you think my life has any purpose? I fear my life has no meaning after having lost the one I love. I feel like I won't ever experience real joy and happiness again, like nothing matters anymore."
the soon-to-be royal bride's heart ached with empathy as she met her maid's gaze, her gentle eyes reflecting the pain and uncertainty she felt. The weight of the latter's question hung heavy in the air, and the royal lady knew that her response needed to offer solace and hope amidst the darkness.
Taking a moment to gather her thoughts, Zelda spoke softly, her voice filled with compassion. "Malon, your life holds more purpose than you may realize," she began, her words carrying a soothing reassurance. "Though it may seem like the world has lost its brightness in the face of your grief, know that you are not alone in your pain."
With a gentle hand, the princess reached out to clasp her maid's, offering a comforting squeeze. "Each of us carries burdens and losses, but it is how we rise from the ashes of despair that defines our strength," she continued, her voice steady and sincere. "Your love for him, your dedication to his memory—it is a testament to the depth of your heart and the beauty of your spirit, though the road ahead may be difficult, know that there is still light to be found in the darkness," the Hylian princess urged, her gaze unwavering. "With time and healing, you will discover new purpose and find joy once more. You are worthy of happiness, Malon, and your life holds infinite possibilities, even in the face of tragedy."
As the wise Hylian royal spoke, she prayed that her words would offer her lady-in-waiting the comfort and reassurance she desperately sought, knowing that in moments of despair, even the smallest glimmer of hope could ignite a flame of resilience and strength.

The former ranch girl looked down at her lady's hand holding hers, her own blue eyes flickering with a glimmer of hope. The vessel of wisdom's words had echoed the deep-seated feelings that her new maid had been struggling with for so long, offering her a refreshing sense of validation and understanding. For a moment, her sorrow seemed to lift, and she began to feel a warmth stirring inside her that she hadn't felt in a long time."Thank you, princess," the red haired girl whispered, her voice husky with emotion. "I hope that one day, I will heal and find joy again."

The soon-to-be queen's heart swelled with gratitude as she witnessed the flicker of hope in Malon's eyes. It was a small victory, but one that filled her with a sense of purpose and fulfillment. She squeezed lady-in-waiting's hand gently, offering a supportive smile."You will, Malon," Zelda assured her, her voice soft but resolute. "In time, wounds heal and hearts mend. And when you're ready, I'll be here to help you find your way back to happiness." With a sense of determination, the former worker at Lonlon ranch nodded, a newfound resolve shining in her gaze. "Thank you, Princess," she murmured, her voice filled with gratitude. "For your kindness and your wisdom. I won't forget this."As they sat together in quiet solidarity, the Hylian throne's heiress felt a glimmer of hope stirring within her own heart. In that moment, she knew that despite the trials and tribulations that lay ahead, they would face them together, united in strength and resilience. And with each passing day, they would inch closer to finding the light in the darkness, and the joy that had eluded them for so long.

Zelda felt a moment of pride and gratitude as she witnessed Malon's resolve, her heart swelling with hope and determination. She knew that they would face the trials and tribulations together, their bond serving as their foundation and source of the shift in her servant's mood, the Hylian princess felt more inspired and confident, an encouraging sign that in time, they would find the light in the darkness and the joy that had eluded them for so long. With time and effort, they would continue to persevere and overcome the obstacles in their path.
"Well," Said the royal lady, "I didn't have breakfast and I am quite famished, shall we go eat?"

The heiress to the Hylian throne's invitation to go eat was a welcome distraction and a much-needed moment of levity after the serious conversation they had just shared. Malon's lips curved into a slight smile at the thought of indulging in a satisfying breakfast."Yes, thank you," she replied with a shy smile, feeling a sense of relief as she let her hunger take precedence over the heavy emotions she had been dealing with.
As the soon-to-be queen and her new maid made their way to the great hall of Hyrule Castle, they couldn't help but feel a sense of trepidation mingled with curiosity. With the usual servants and maids gone, the grandeur of the hall seemed strangely subdued, the echoes of their footsteps reverberating against the stone walls. Upon entering the hall, they were greeted by an unexpected sight: a lavish spread of food laid out on the long dining table. But what caught their attention most were the unfamiliar dishes that adorned the table, each bearing the distinctive flavors and aromas of Gerudo cuisine. Zelda's surprise was palpable as she realized the spread before her contradicted everything she had been told about Gerudo cuisine being crude and inedible to Hylians. The colors and smells were ambrosial, far from the savagery she had been led to expect, leaving her intrigued and eager to indulge her senses. They approached the table tentatively, their senses awash with the tantalizing scents of spices and herbs."Looks like Ganondorf's cooks have been busy," the lady-in-waiting remarked, her voice tinged with a mixture of intrigue and uncertainty. The Hylian princess nodded in agreement, her eyes scanning the table with fascination. "Indeed. It seems we're in for a taste of Gerudo breakfast this morning."With a sense of adventure, they each selected a few items from the spread, eager to sample the flavors of the desert kingdom. As they took their seats at the table, they exchanged tentative bites of the unfamiliar dishes, their taste buds coming alive with each new flavor. To their surprise, the Gerudo breakfast proved to be a delightful revelation, each dish bursting with bold and vibrant flavors unlike anything they had experienced before. From spiced meats and savory pastries to sweet delicacies infused with honey, dates and nuts, every bite was a culinary adventure unto itself. As they savored the exotic flavors and textures, Zelda and Malon found themselves drawn into a world of culinary delights, their initial apprehension giving way to a newfound appreciation for the diverse cultures of Hyrule. Amidst the chaos of Ganondorf's invasion, this unexpected culinary journey served as a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always room for discovery and delight. And as they shared this moment together, Zelda and Malon couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope amidst the uncertainty that lay ahead.

After tasting the delicacies of Gerudo cuisine, Zelda and Malon were both filled with a newfound appreciation for the diversity and richness of Hyrule's various cultures. And as they savored the rich flavors and adventurous textures, they couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope for the future despite the uncertainty that laid ahead."Can you believe this is the kind of food they eat in the desert?" the soon-to-be queen asked, her excitement obvious. "I never would have imagined that such exotic dishes could be so delicious."

The new maid nodded enthusiastically, her eyes bright with newfound appreciation. "It's amazing," she agreed, a smile playing at the corners of her lips. "Who would have thought that Gerudo cuisine could be so flavorful and diverse?"As they continued to sample the various dishes laid out before them, the royal lady couldn't help but feel a sense of wonderment at the culinary creations of Ganondorf's kingdom. Each bite seemed to tell a story of the desert sands, of spices and flavors passed down through generations."It's like a journey to another world," the soon-to-be Gerudo king's bride mused, her gaze lingering on a plate of golden pastries dusted with fragrant spices. "A world filled with bold flavors and rich traditions."

"You're certainly right about that," Malon replied with a grin. "The ingredients used in each dish are like little windows into the history and culture of the desert. I wonder which one is your favorite?"
Zelda paused, considering her response thoughtfully before sharing, "For me, it's the sweet and spicy chicken pie. The layers of flavor are simply mesmerizing. with the delicate pastry shell envelopping the succulent saffron-infused chicken, every bite is a symphony of textures and tastes. And the finishing touch of fried almonds, sweetened with orange flower water and dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon, adds a tantalizing complexity that I find irresistible. What about you, Malon? Any favorites?"

"I absolutely agree about the chicken pie," the former ranch girl exclaimed enthusiastically, her eyes sparking with excitement. "The subtle blend of spices and herbs is perfect, and the crunchy texture of the toasted almonds just takes it to the next level, my personal favorite, though, has to be the honey-dipped pastries." she continued with a wry grin, her eyes twinkling. "The sweetness of the honey adds a delicious touch to an already luxurious ingredient, and the rich flavor of the dates makes it feel like indulging in a delicious dessert."

Zelda's lips curled into a smile at Malon's choice, nodding in understanding. "Ah, the honey-dipped pastries," she echoed, her own eyes lighting up with fond recollection. "I must admit, they were truly decadent. The combination of honey and dates creates a symphony of sweetness that's impossible to resist."As they reminisced about their favorite dishes, a sense of camaraderie and shared delight filled the air. Despite the tumultuous circumstances surrounding them, the simple pleasure of enjoying a meal together had forged a bond between them, one that transcended the boundaries of status and a contented sigh, Zelda leaned back in her chair, savoring the lingering flavors on her palate. "I never would have imagined that our culinary exploration would lead to such delightful discoveries," she remarked, her voice laced with gratitude. "It's moments like these that remind me of the beauty and richness of our world, even in the midst of darkness and uncertainty."Malon nodded in agreement, a soft smile gracing her features. "Indeed," she murmured, her gaze drifting to the remnants of their meal. "It's a testament to the resilience of the human spirit—to find joy and connection even in the darkest of times."

As they both recalled the unexpected joy they had found in the culinary revelation of their breakfast, they felt a moment of companionship and understanding. Despite the turbulent environment surrounding them, they had found solidarity in the simple pleasure of sharing a meal together."You're so right," the Hylian throne's heiress agreed, a soft smile gracing her face. "Moments like these remind us that life is still full of beauty and joy, even in the midst of the darkness. It's almost like a light shining through the shadows."

The red haired maid nodded in agreement, her gaze meeting her lady with a shared sense of appreciation for the moment they had just experienced together. "Exactly," she replied, her voice filled with warmth and sincerity. "It's as if even in the darkest of times, there are still moments of light and warmth that remind us of the goodness in the world."Their conversation was interrupted by the sound of footsteps approaching, and they turned to see a group of Gerudo guards entering the great hall. The guards paused as they caught sight of Zelda and Malon, their expressions a mixture of curiosity and respect."Princess Zelda," one of the guards spoke, bowing respectfully. "Lord Ganondorf has requested your presence in the throne room."Zelda exchanged a quick glance with Malon before rising to her feet, a sense of determination settling over her. "Thank you," she replied, her voice steady. "I will go to him at once."As she followed the guards out of the great hall, the Hylian royal couldn't help but feel a sense of trepidation mingled with hope. Whatever awaited her in the throne room, she knew that she would face it with courage and resolve, buoyed by the newfound friendship she had discovered in Malon and the reminder that even in the darkest of times, there was still light to be found. As she arrived, she was confronted again with the stark reality of her surroundings: Ganondorf's imposing presence, the grim atmosphere, and the stifling atmosphere of dread and apprehension.

Ganondorf, was sitting upon the throne with an air of regal authority. His gaze met hers, dark and inscrutable, and the Hylian royal felt a shiver run down her spine. Despite the warmth of the friendship she had shared with her maid moments ago, she couldn't shake the sense of unease that always accompanied her encounters with Ganondorf."Princess Zelda," Ganondorf's familiar arrogant voice cut through the silence, commanding attention. "I trust you are prepared to discuss the matters at hand." Zelda looked at him questioningly, no she was not...She felt the familiar surge of anxiety rush through her body the moment her soon-to-be evil husband's voice pierced the silence. Like lightning, she was once again brought back to the reality of the situation: the evil king's imposing presence, his air of authority, the grim air of fear surrounding them."I..." the fallen princess faltered for a moment, her voice catching in her throat. Her eyes scanned the throne room, but she couldn't think of anything to say.

As Zelda struggled to find her words, Ganondorf's gaze remained fixed upon her, his expression unreadable. She could feel the weight of his expectations bearing down on her, the pressure to respond appropriately to his summons."Come, sit," Ganondorf gestured to a nearby throne with a regal flourish. "We have much to discuss."His soon-to-be wife obeyed, though her movements felt stiff and awkward. She couldn't shake the feeling of anguish that gnawed at her from within, a sense of foreboding that seemed to hang heavy in the air.
"As you are aware," the Gerudo monarch began, his voice dripping with tryumphant malice echoing off the stone walls of the throne room, "the time has come for my coronation as the new king of Hyrule." the poor Hylian royal's heart skipped a beat at his words, a cold knot forming in the pit of her stomach. She had known that this day would come, but that didn't make it any easier to accept. The thought of that evil man ascending to the throne of her beloved kingdom filled her with a sense of dread and despair. "And of course," the Gerudo king continued, his voice taking on a softer, almost seductive tone, "there is the matter of our nuptials."the soon-to-be queen's breath caught in her throat at the mention of their impending marriage. She had tried to push all thoughts related to this terrible fate to the back of her mind, to pretend that it wasn't happening, but now it loomed before her like an insurmountable obstacle, a shadow of death. The very idea of marrying the man who had conquered her kingdom and brought so much pain and misery into her life was an unbearable weight on her soul, a haunting specter that loomed over her every waking moment like a dark, suffocating shadow. However, what choice did she have? If she did not agree to the marriage, she knew that her fate would be much worse than anything he could possibly do to her.

The Hylian princess felt a wave of resignation wash over her. The reality of her situation was stark and unforgiving: she was a prisoner in her own kingdom, powerless to defy the man who held her captive. Despite the turmoil raging within her, she knew that she had to maintain a facade of composure in the face of her enemy's relentless dominance. She forced herself to nod in acquiescence, her expression carefully neutral despite the turmoil raging within her. "As you wish, my lord," she replied, her voice steady but lacking any hint of enthusiasm. "I will do whatever is required of me to fulfill my duties as your queen."the Gerudo king's lips curved into a cruel smile at her response, his eyes glittering with triumph. "I'm glad to hear it, Princess," he said, his voice dripping with satisfaction. "I have no doubt that you will make an excellent queen."The captive soon-to-be bride clenched her jaw to suppress the surge of anger that threatened to consume her. She despised Ganondorf for his arrogance and cruelty, but she knew that she had to bide her time and play along with his twisted game if she hoped to survive and protect her kingdom.

Ganondorf's arrogant smile and smug expression incited a surge of righteous fury within her. With every word he spoke, her resentment grew and became more difficult to contain. She was tired of him treating her like a prisoner and an object, she desired nothing more than to see him fall and her kingdom restored to its rightful ruler. Yet despite her intense feelings of resentment and anger, she forced herself to remain composed and play along with his twisted game. Because the price for defiance was far too great to even consider.

As as the Hylian throne's heiress turned to leave, Ganondorf's commanding voice halted her in her tracks. "Before you go, Princess," he said, his tone laced with an unsettling mixture of authority and malice, "there is one more thing we must discuss."the royal captive's heart sank as she turned to face her nemesis once more, her gaze meeting his with a mixture of apprehension and resignation. She braced herself for whatever new torment he had in store for her."I have set a date for our coronation and marriage," the Gerudo monarch announced, his eyes gleaming with a sinister light. "The coronation will take place in one week's time, and the marriage ceremony will take place the following day."the poor Hylian royal felt a cold chill run down her spine at the mention of the impending events. The thought of being forced to marry the Gerudo tyrant filled her with a sense of dread and despair unlike anything she had ever known. But outwardly, she maintained her composure, her expression carefully neutral as she nodded in acknowledgment. "I understand," she replied, her voice devoid of any emotion. "I will make the necessary preparations." The dark king's lips curled into a satisfied smirk at her response, his eyes alight with a twisted sense of delight. "Very well," he said, his voice dripping with arrogance. "I expect nothing less than perfection, Princess. Do not disappoint me."

Zelda stiffened as Ganondorf expressed his expectation of her perfection. She knew that he was simply toying with her, enjoying the power he held over her and the sense of fear and helplessness that he could instill in her. She felt her blood boil with fury, her breath caught in her throat as she fought to control her emotions and maintain her composure."I will not disappoint you, my lord," she finally replied through gritted teeth, her voice devoid of any genuine kindness or respect. "You have my word."

The king of evil turned away, leaving the fallen princess standing alone in the throne room, her fury and resentment continued to build. She knew this was just another part of his twisted game, another way to remind her of the power he held over her and the hopelessness of the situation. She closed her eyes tightly and took a deep breath, trying to contain her emotions and keep them from spilling over.

As the soon-to-be royal bride struggled to regain her composure, a soft voice broke through the turmoil in her mind. "Are you alright, Princess?" Malon's gentle inquiry brought her back to the present, reminding her that she was not alone in this ordeal. the Hylian lady opened her eyes to find her lady-in-waiting standing beside her, her expression filled with concern and empathy. Despite the gravity of the situation, the royal captive couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for her maid's presence."I'm fine, Malon," she replied, forcing a small smile onto her face. "Thank you for asking." The new maid nodded understandingly, her eyes betraying her own apprehension about the events unfolding around them. "If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you," she offered softly. The royal lady smile grew genuine as she looked at her attendant, grateful for her offer of support. "Thank you, Malon," she said sincerely. "That means more to me than you know."
The genuine and heartwarming gesture of support from Malon reminded Zelda of the bond the two of them had formed, of the friendship they shared even in the midst of the darkness and chaos surrounding them. It provided a much-needed glimmer of hope and light in the midst of the turmoil she was facing."As a token of my gratitude, I would like to offer you something special," the Hylian princess said, her voice filled with gratitude and sincerity. "It isn's much, but it is something that holds great sentimental value to me."

She reached into the folds of her dress and retrieved a small ocarina, its surface etched with intricate designs that shimmered softly in the dim light of the throne room. It was a cherished possession, one that held a wealth of memories and emotions within its delicate frame."This ocarina belonged to my best friend, the man I love," Zelda explained, her voice tinged with a mixture of sadness and affection. "It was his constant companion on his many adventures, a source of comfort and solace in times of need."Malon's eyes widened in recognition as she gazed upon the ocarina, her breath catching in her throat. "It's beautiful," Malon murmured, her voice barely above a whisper, there was a slight tinge of envy in her voice. "Thank you, Princess. It... it reminds me of the man I love." Zelda found it strange, did she know Link? this ocarina belonged only to him. Who could be her lover? the Hylian royal decided to forget about it for now..."Keep it close to your heart," the princess said softly, her gaze meeting Malon's with empathy and understanding. "Let it serve as a reminder of the love and memories you hold dear, and may it bring you comfort in your darkest moments."With a grateful smile, Malon accepted the ocarina, holding it gently in her hands as though it were the most precious treasure in the world, the heiress to the Hylian throne would've sworn the ranch girl was eyeing the ocarina as if it was something she always coveted, but the Hylian lady ignored it thinking it was her imagination.

A small smile spread across the new lady-in-waiting's face as she held the ocarina in her hands, "Thank you, Princess," she said softly, her eyes were now glazing with a combination of warmth and sorrow. "It means the world to me."
"my pleasure" replied Zelda, her smile was genuine and warm, a reflection of the gratitude she felt for Malon's kindness and support. She felt the depth of their connection, the strength of the bond they had formed in the midst of so much darkness and chaos."I should be going," Zelda finally said, her eyes glancing back at the throne room door. "There is much to prepare for the coronation and wedding."

"I will help you princess, after all I am your lady in waiting...I might not have a lot of experience but I promise you I will do my best!" Said the former ranch girl encouragingly her voice full of energy. The royal captive could not help but feel gratitude for her maid's enthusiastic offer of support. Though she knew that nothing could truly prepare her for the upcoming coronation and wedding, she found comfort in the kindness and determination displayed by her loyal lady in waiting."Your support means more to me than you know," the soon-to-be queen said softly, her voice tinged with admiration and respect. "Together, I believe we can get through this."

"Yes princess! We will get through this" said the red haired girl said in an encouraging warm tone, and then asked "what's the first thing we need to do?"

the princess considered her attendant's question, her own mind racing with the many tasks that were required for the upcoming coronation and wedding."We should organize the guest list," she finally replied, her voice determined and confident. "The coronation is an important occasion, and we must ensure that all of our most important guests are present, additionally, we will need to plan the festivities that will accompany the wedding ceremony, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and is carried out in a dignified and respectful manner."

"We also need to call the temple sages, prepare decorations for the coronation, prepare the flower arrangements for the wedding and choosing two different attires for me, one for the coronation the other for the wedding" Zelda added, deep in thought.

"We also need to prepare the menu for the coronation feast, there is also much to be done in terms of security and protection, as certain protocols must be followed when hosting a large gathering of important figures."the soon-to-be royal bride continued, her voice gaining momentum as she continued to list off the many tasks that needed to be completed.

The cogs were turning in the Hylian princess' head, after a small silence, she spoke again: "and since I am sure many of the Gerudo elites and dignitaries are going to be here I need to ask a few question to Ganondorf regarding how to receive them and if thereare any restrictions on the menu for them." She paused, her thoughts shifting. "While we're on the subject of Ganondorf, we also need to check the security of this castle and ensure that there are no weaknesses or vulnerabilities that could endanger our guests or ourselves during the ceremony."

"Good idea!" the red haired maid said.

"We should also check in with the guard commander to ensure that he has set aside enough men for the security of the coronation and wedding," Zelda added. "The Gerudo elites and dignitaries are sure to present a tempting target for those who wish to create chaos and disruption during the ceremony. We must avoid any weaknesses in our defenses."

As the weight of her impending marriage settled upon her, Zelda's senses became overwhelmed by a whirlwind of emotions. She could taste the bitterness of her situation, a bitter tang that lingered on her tongue with every thought of Ganondorf. The sound of her own heartbeat thundered in her ears, a relentless drumbeat echoing her inner turmoil. The sight of the grandeur of Hyrule Castle, now tainted by Ganondorf's rule, filled her with a sense of loss and longing for the days before his tyranny. The touch of Malon's comforting hand on her shoulder offered a fleeting sense of solace amidst the storm of her emotions. Her skin prickled with the chill of dread as she contemplated the future that awaited her, a future bound by chains of duty and sacrifice. The soft rustle of fabric echoed in her ears, a haunting melody of resignation and acceptance. And through it all, she felt the weight of her heart, heavy with the burden of her impossible choice, throbbing with each beat as if echoing her inner turmoil.

Suddenly, the door to the throne room burst open and Ganondorf came marching through, his expression dark and menacing. Upon seeing the princess and her lady in waiting engaged in a discussion, his lip twisted into a cruel smirk. "So, it seems you two have been busy," he said with a mocking tone.

Malon started to shiver like a leaf and seemed to want to hide in a corner out of fear from the Gerudo king, Zelda straightened herself and answered calmly, her voice not betraying her inner turmoil and anger: "Yes, we are preparing for the upcoming coronation and wedding."

The Gerudo monarch's cruel smile widened at the sight of the princess' attendant fearful expression, a twisted sense of satisfaction apparent in his eyes. As the princess continued to speak with calm poise, he could sense that she was hiding something."Indeed, it is good to see that you are taking your duties seriously," he replied, his eyes gleaming with sarcasm. "But let me ask you a question, princess."

"What is it?" the royal lady replied with a hint of impatience and frustration.

The evil monarch paused for a moment, letting his eyes roam over the two girls standing before him. Then, he turned his gaze to his soon-to-be bride and spoke in a stern tone. "It is my understanding that you and Malon have been working together quite intimately on the upcoming coronation and wedding, is that correct?"

"Yes" answered the Hylian princess, "We came up with a plan so that the upcoming Coronation and wedding happen without a hitch, and so we have a few questions regarding the few restrictions on the menu for the Gerudo dignitaries, and the guidelines, as well as important protocols we must follow, I would appreciate if you could help us in this area"

The evil tyrant's cruel smile faltered for just a moment, his thoughts shifting from the delight he gained from the fear he had instilled in Malon to the matter of protocol and restrictions for the Gerudo dignitaries. He raised an eyebrow at the soon-to-be queen, and considered her request."Very well," he finally said, his cold demeanor returning. "I shall provide you with any assistance you require, but in exchange I demand one thing..."

"what is it?"The captive princess asked, the Gerudo leader's gaze shifted back to Malon, his eyes raking her body in a slow, deliberate manner. He smiled cruelly once again, his voice holding a menacing undertone. "I wish to see how talented she is when it comes to following the rules and protocols you have mentioned, as I have full faith that you are more than competent enough to handle this matter alone without her help."

the royal captive felt a lump in her throat and swallowed hardly and tried to talk calmly and diffuse the situation, while the new maid looked at the princess and the evil king with a mix of shock and horror. "But Malon is my lady in waiting under your order and your doing, she has to help me during this difficult process, I beg for your understanding my lord" Zelda pleaded. Ganondorf smirked with a cruel satisfaction and replied: "very well, princess, I will allow her to help you...but for now get her out and let's have this conversation by ourselves." The fallen princess lowered her head and exhaled sharply: "Very well...Malon could you leave us for a few moments." Her lady-in-waiting nodded and left the room.

As the Hylian princess' attendant left the room, the Gerudo monarch's cruel smile widened, his gaze shifting back to his soon-to-be bride standing before him. The fear and uncertainty in her eyes sparked his arrogance and made him feel powerful, as though he was once again reminding the princess who was truly in control of her destiny. "You seem quite troubled by my demands," the Gerudo tyrant smirked, his voice dripping with cruelty. "Is it the thought of having to marry me that is causing you such distress?"

Zelda felt her whole body tense, and a resentful anger washing over her, a silent rage triggered by this nerve-wracking question, she took a deep breath and answered: "No, my lord, I am trying to make the best preparation for the upcoming events, as you have asked me."the evil king smiled with a dark and twisted delight, 'time to remind her of her place', he thought, then took long powerful strides towards her direction until he was merely inches away from her and whispered in her ears, his voice coloured by lust and desire: "you look tense and stiff princess, it's hard to have a conversation when you are in this state how about having a break and start our favourite activity."

The captive royal felt his breath tickling her ear and his words sending a shiver through her body. The sudden closeness of the Geruto king made her stomach twist in knots, her body responding to the sudden threat in a primal and instinctive way. She felt her heart racing and tried to keep her composure when he suggested their "favourite activity", whatever that was.

Ganondorf grasped Zelda now stiff and tense body and kissed her passionately and possessively, his tongue forfully penetrating her mouth, a deep and powerful sense of delight coursed through his body as he took complete control of her. The princess felt totally powerless, and trapped. To her deepest horror, despair and dread; her body started responding to his kiss, as electrifying tingles ran through her body...She felt her body slowly relinquish control, her thoughts going blank and she began to respond in a way that was both terrifyingly familiar and pleasurable. The princess tried to resist, but could not overcome the overwhelming sensation that was running through her body. She felt a sudden wave of pleasure rush through her, causing her to moan softly, her body shaking and trembling slightly from the intensity of the kiss.

Ganondorf continued to kiss her and started stroking her flesh. Her mind went blank as her wicked soon-to-be husband fingers penetrated deep inside her most sensitive place, reaching an achingly pleasurable area while the hilt of his palm was rubbing her most sensitive bud. Wave after wave of crushing delight and ecstasy rolled through her body as she started moving her hips in tandem with his fingers inside her. She had lost all control over her body, her thoughts and her will, as if she was becoming something that she was not, something primal and animalistic. Her movement became involuntary and her mind began to dim, her body responding to the incredible feeling that was cascading through her with each stroke of his fingers, as she broke into gasps and loud moans of pleasure.

Zelda's body was in a complete state of trance, her senses overwhelmed by the incredible wave of ecstasy and pleasure that was flowing through her body, as Ganondorf's fingertips continued to explore her insides and stimulate her most sensitive spots. While the waves of pleasure washed over her, the Hylian royal's world narrowed to the sensation of her betrothed's touch and the overwhelming ecstasy that consumed her. Lost in the throes of passion and desire, the royal lady allowed herself to be consumed by the overwhelming sensations that enveloped her. In that moment, all thoughts of resistance and defiance melted away, she was no longer herself, but a creature consumed by desire and pleasure, unable to resist the intoxicating allure of her soon-to-be husband's touch. She succumbed to the whirlwind of pleasurable and euphoric sensations overwhelming her sending her close to the edge, her loud moans of ecstasy and delight resonating in the entire room. Her breaths became quick and shallow, her hips rolling back and forth in a rhythmic pattern, and her moans becoming louder and more urgent with each stroke.

As the wave of pleasure grew intense and overwhelming, Zelda's body shuddered and trembled uncontrollably, her mouth open in a silent scream and her body shaking and jerking in response to the overwhelming sensation that was consuming her. She was lost in the throes of passion. While the intensity of the sensation reached its peak, her body seemed to seize up and shiver uncontrollably. Her back arched and her hips moved back and forth, her loud moans escalating in volume. She was starting to lose touch with reality and sank more and more in the overwhelming feeling of physical pleasure as she reached her climax. Zelda's body twitched and jerked as the waves of ecstasy and pleasure slowly began to fade. Her breathing was still shallow and quick, her face was flushed and her body was trembling ever so slightly as the intense feeling slowly subsided. The Hylian royal could not make eye contact with the Gerudo King and seemed completely overwhelmed by her experience. With a soft laugh, Ganondorf reached down and scooped the trembling princess up in his arms, holding her close to him.

he looked at her utterly amused and asked: "see princess, you are all better now, aren't you? Your trembling has nearly stopped and your breathing has slowed down. And to be honest, I quite enjoyed our little session together." Ganondorf's cruel smile turned into a twisted grin as his eyes roamed over her, taking in her trembling body and flushed face.

The dark lord let his hand roam over the princess's golden hair and asked: "So you were going to ask something about the coronation and wedding right? regarding the few restrictions on the menu for the Gerudo dignitaries, and the guidelines, as well as important protocols that must be followed, right?"

The Hylian lady took a deep breath to collect herself: "Ah yes...uh...I heard that for Gerudo people, boars and pigs were sacred animals and can't be consumed, is it true? if that is correct I will ask the cook to remove it from the menu in the banquet"

The Gerudo warlord's grin widened as he heard her question and answered: "Correct, Princess. Boar and pig meat is forbidden to the Gerudo for it is sacred and held in high standing. It's considered an insult to eat or otherwise consume it in any way. Do you have any other concerns or questions?"

"Yes" The Hylian girl answered, "Could you give me a list of important protocols we must follow in order to receive the Gerudo dignitaries?"

the desert tribe leader smiled at the princess's question and nodded: "Of course. The important protocols that you must follow for receiving the Gerudo dignitaries include: a strict dress code that must be followed at all times, appropriate language and manner of speech, proper etiquette, and maintaining a proper distance from them at all times." the Gerudo monarch eyes flashed with the tiniest flash of anger at the reminder of proper distance from the Gerudo dignitaries, his grip on the princess tightening slightly.

"Is everything okay? you seem tense at mentioning that we should maintain a proper distance from the dignitaries at all times." The princess asked worried.

the dark king grip on the princess continued to tighten, as he gritted his teeth before he replied: "It's nothing, princess. It's just that some of the Gerudo dignitaries can be quite difficult to deal with, and I do not wish for you to have any unpleasant encounters with them. I trust that you can handle the situation as long as you maintain a proper distance and follow proper protocol."

The princess squirmed in his embrace and answered: "Very well, I understand, thank you for your help."

the royal lady's soon-to-be husband's grip suddenly softened, and he gave her a reassuring smile: "You're welcome. Now, I have one last thing I want to ask of you."

The soon-to-be queen was taken aback for a moment...was the evil king smiling reassuringly to her? she straightned herself and answered: "Yes, what is it?"

Ganondorf's smile remained firm in place as he spoke again: "I want you to make one simple promise to me."Zelda bit her lips in slight trepidation, and asked: "sure, what is it?"

The Gerudo leader paused for a moment, letting his words linger in the air as he stared directly into his soon-to-be bride's eyes, hoping she would not refuse him: "I want you to promise me that you will not stray from my grip or side while in the company of the Gerudo dignitaries."

The princess nodded, the dark king breathed a sigh of relief. Good. Remember, you must remain beside me at all times when entertaining the Gerudo dignitaries. Is that clear, princess?

I understant, the demon king's grip on the princess loosened, and he nodded with a hint of satisfaction: "That's good. Now, I must head to Gerudo Town, to make arrangements for the coronation and wedding. You will come with me, right?"

The hylian throne's heiress started to fidget: "well I would love to go with you to Gerudo town, however there are many other things to prepare, such as sending invitation letters, I need to check the security of this castle and ensure that there are no weaknesses or vulnerabilities that could endanger our guests or ourselves, I also have to talk with the guards commander to ensure that he has set aside enough men for the security of the coronation and wedding, I also need to call the temple sages, prepare decorations for the coronation, prepare the flower arrangements for the wedding and choosing two different attires for me."

The Gerudo chief was silent for a moment, considering all that the princess had said. He seemed pleased with the amount of work that she was doing to ensure everything went smoothly: "You are being very diligent and thorough with the plans of the celebration. I see you have already made arrangements for most things and have taken care of a majority of the details. Still, I would like you to come with me now. You can handle the rest of the preparations afterwards."

the princess soon found out she didn't have any choice, she asked: "how long will it take us to get there and how long will we stay there?"

The Gerudo leader's lips tightened in a slight grimace as he considered her questions: "It will take us about a half day's ride to get there, and a day to complete the preparations. I will expect us to leave Gerudo town at sunrise the next day, and to arrive back here the after noon at the latest. And until then, you will remain by my side at all times, is that understood?"

She nodded, the dark king seemed slightly satisfied with her reply, and his grip on the princess loosened even more: "Good. Then get ready immediately, I will expect you to be dressed in your most formal attire for our journey."

The Hylian lady asked: "are we riding on a carriage or by horse?"

the Gerudo warlord's expression remained unmoved and he answered: "We will make our journey by horse. We have a long road ahead of us, and I prefer to travel light and fast instead of being burdened by the heaviness of a carriage. Is that understood?"

The princess nodded again and spoke: "Alright, I will ask the stableman to prepare two horses, one for each of us"

Ganondorf narrowed his eyes as he stared towards the princess again: "We will be riding on the same horse, princess. I will not have you ride on your own. I wish to avoid any potential dangers you might face on your own. Do you understand?"

The princess chewed on her lips nervously and asked: "So I will be riding on your horse?"

"Correct. That is my exact intention, princess. We will ride together so that I may protect you from any dangers that may arise along our journey. You will be safe this way, is that clear?"

"Are there many dangerous obstacles on the way?"The Hylian royal asked axiously.

The desert king's smile remained firm on his face as he answered: "Yes, princess. We will be journeying through a large desert, where there may be bandits, monsters or any number of other potential dangers to our safety. It is better that I keep you close to me and provide you with protection. clear?

The soon-to-be royal bride nodded, she seemed satified with the answer and asked: "Alright I understand, will you take your horse or one from our stables?"

"I will be taking my own horse, Zelda. My horse is an exceptionally swift and strong and it has the stamina to handle the long journey through the hot desert air. My horse is better than anything that is kept in the royal stables, so I do not wish to change our original plans."

The royal vessel of wisdom noticed it was the first time since he was in the castle the Gerudo leader was using her name, it stirred something within her, she didn't know what it was, and she felt slightly hurt when he talked about his horse being better than the ones in the stables, thus she replied: "You might be wrong we have the best horses in the kingdom in our stables, quite swift and strong, able to resist anything that comes in their way."

The dark lord was clearly not amused by his fiancee's attempt to defend the horses in the royal stables, his eyes narrowing into thin slits again: "You may think so, princess. I believe the horses in your stables are nothing more than mediocre specimens, unable to fully carry the weight of your arrogance and pride. Now hurry up and go get ready, my patience is waning."

Zelda felt Ganondorf's anger and impatience rising, and his demeanor changing from... what? cordial? human? to his angry self, she decided it was a bad idea to continue debating with him further, so she replied meekly to him: "Yes my lord, understood."

The Gerudo tyrant nodded sharply at the princess, his eyes softening slightly as he noticed the timidness in her words and the way she spoke. It seemed that his comments had hit home and cut deep, his smirk disappearing from his face and being replaced by a stern expression. Once again, after letting his words sink in a little, he grunted once and nodded.
"Good. I expect you to be ready in an hour. I will meet you out front of the castle gates by then. Do not keep me waiting, is that understood?"
Zelda bowed slightly and nodded: "yes my lord", then left to prepare herself, she exited the room, and found Malon in front of the door seemingly waiting for her. She was suddenly flooded by an intense feeling of shame and dread as she broke into cold sweat wondering if she heard what happened inside. The princess peered into the new maid in waiting's face and noticed that the latter had a dark expression covering her face and seemed to be deep in thought, however as soon as she saw the princess she smiled warmly at her, Zelda returned her smiled and spoke: "Malon, I am leaving for Gerudo town, could you come and help me put my attire, please?" The new maid looked visibly surprised, she asked: "Gerudo town? Why? What are you going to do there, and when are you coming back? What about the rest of the preparation?" the royal lady offered her hand to her maid, as they started walking together towards the princesses chambers, Zelda answered slightly worried: "I don't know much probably meeting people and he will be showing me as if I was some kind of trophy and parade me in front of people to show that he won and he is all powerful, I know I will be back after tomorrow, we will resume the preparation by then."

Malon gave a deep sigh as she listened to the princess's explanation, her expression turning to one of concern and unease. The maid-in-waiting nodded her head slightly, as she finally spoke: "you're right princess, I don't like that idea at all. You should be here focusing on the preparations and arrangements for the wedding and coronation. But instead he's taking you away to show you off like a prize instead of being here making sure everything goes smoothly. The man is arrogant and prideful, you should not let him bully you like this."

The Hylian duo finally, arrived in the royal lady's chambers, Zelda stared at her wardrobe and chose the most formal attire she could find. With the help of Malon, she put it on, she looked at herselfin the mirror and spoke: "Good, he is not going to complain I didn't put any effort choosing my attire." The Hylian royal lady wore a floor-length gown crafted from the finest Hylian silk, a fabric renowned for its luxurious feel and sheen. The gown features a fitted bodice adorned with delicate embroidery, reminiscent of traditional Hyrulean motifs. The neckline was modest yet elegant, ensuring she maintained an air of dignity and grace.
The skirt cascaded in gentle folds, skimming the floor with every step she took, creating an illusion of ethereal beauty and refinement. Rich hues of royal purple and gold interplayed in intricate patterns along the hem, completing her ensemble, the Hylian princess wore a matching cloak, lined with soft velvet and embroidered with golden threads depicting symbols of peace and prosperity. The cloak draped elegantly over her shoulders, added an extra layer of sophistication to her attire while providing warmth and comfort during cooler evenings.

Malon smiled as she saw the princess finishing assemblin the attire and admired the way she looked in the mirror: "you look beautiful princess. The outfit fits you perfectly and you are sure to make a strong impression."

Zelda smiled she arranged her hair and smoothed the fabric of her gown, "Thank you," she said warmly, "I will get going now."

the maid smiled faintly and nodded: "you are ready princess, but remember what I said. You should not be doing this. But it is clear that you have made up your mind, so get going now, and I hope you return safely and quickly. I will be ready to take over once you are back. the Hylian throne's heiress smiled at her friend: "I'll be careful, thank you for your concern dear Malon." The princess left the chambers and walked hurriedly towards the castle gates, she didn't want to be late or see what the dark king would be like again when he was angry; she grimaced, as the events after the banquet with the elites were still vivid in her mind, while she increased her speed towards her goal.
