It's a very special day, mother's day

Shoto has some things planned for Mina and Rei, but for his mother it would be until the evening. He woke up first and saw his wife still sleeping quietly next to him, he moved the hair on her forehead a little to give her a kiss, got out of bed, careful not to wake her, and go to the kitchen

Fuyumi gave him a recipe to cook for Mina, well she helped him practice how to make it, as with all the food that Shoto prepared she had taught him, he wanted to be able to cook and do more things to Mina than he had no idea, that's why Fuyumi helped him

- ¿So with this they will turn pink? - Shoto looked at a jar of pink food coloring and opened it to add it to the pancake mix and mix it until it was just the right point to cook them

After a few minutes he had gotten almost round pink pancakes, he put them on a plate to bathe them with whipped cream and chocolate chips along with some pieces of strawberry, the plate he put on a tray next to a glass of orange juice and a glass of coffee with milk, sugar, cinnamon and whipped cream

Shoto turned his gaze to see his daughter still in pajamas staring at him from the kitchen door, he walked over to her and carried her in his arms.

- ¿What are you doing awake so early?

- I went to the bathroom and heard a noise here, ¿What are you doing?

- Oh, I'm making your mother breakfast and I'm going to give her the gifts

Nozomi looked at breakfast, then at Shoto, then at the pancakes again.

Nozomi nodded and Shoto carried her to the garage, she did not understand why until Shoto opened the trunk of his car and took out a large bouquet of flowers and a pink bag

- Well, your mother always knows when I'm going to give her something and she starts looking around the house until she finds it, that's why I hide them here

At that moment Shoto knew that he needs another place to hide things

But that would be later, they returned to the kitchen and Shoto grabbed the tray with food next to the bouquet of flowers while Nozomi carried the bag, they both go up but before entering their room, they enter in Haru's room Shoto gave Nozomi the tray to be able to carry Haru who woke up and looked at him tired

- Hey, sorry to wake you up, I know you're tired, but I need your help to surprise Mina

Haru shook his head to the right in confusion.

Shoto led him into the hallway and pointed to his room where Mina could be seen still sleeping, that made Haru smile and clap.

The 3 of them go quietly to the bed and Shoto put his free hand on his wife's forehead and shook her head until she woke up.

- What's going on ... - Mina was surprised to see them all - ¿W-What is all this?

Haru handed her the bouquet and she took it, she saw that they were her favorite flowers and she couldn't help but shed a few tears

Shoto then gave her the bag, inside it contained a small box which inside had a small silver necklace with a magenta stone in the middle.

Then Nozomi put the tray with her breakfast in bed and Mina put it on her lap so she could eat better

- Let's let mom eat quietly - Shoto saw how Haru pointed towards Mina without stopping, put him next to her and crawled up to her hugging her leg

- Come on Nozomi - Shoto carried his daughter going to the kitchen to make the same pancakes as Mina

Mina stayed eating her breakfast and gave a small piece to Haru, by accident his nose got stained with the cream and Mina laughed

Mina was surprised to hear that and couldn't contain her excitement

- Ma - Haru lay down on the bed hugging her right hand

Once finished, she put the tray and box on the nightstand and lay down next to her son, Haru crawled on her and hugged her face

Haru rolled over and snuggled into her neck, it didn't take long to get back to sleep, as it was too early for him.

Shoto came back upstairs when he finished making Nozomi's breakfast, he covered them both with the same blanket.

- Thanks Sho - Mina hugged Haru and fell asleep again

Shoto smiled when he saw that all the food was finished and he picked up the tray and took it to the kitchen, Nozomi finished eating breakfast and go up to the room where she saw Mina asleep, she wanted to wake her up so they can play, but instead she snuggled with them

- Like mother like daughter - Shoto smiled seeing what Nozomi did and go to shower

They arranged for a planned lunch with Mina's parents and in the evening they would go to dinner with Shoto's family.

Both Shoto and Mina bought her mother a new bag, she thanked them both and spent a lot of time playing with her grandchildren.

In the evening, the only one not present at dinner was Endeavor, but for good reason

Rei greeted them all with a hug, Haru clung to her and bit her hair

Rei go to the kitchen to finish cooking with Fuyumi and Mina go with them leaving Shoto in the living room with the children

After about 40 minutes Natsuo arrived just before dinner was served, the whole Todoroki family and Todoroki / Ashido sat together to eat, while everyone ate Rei got up to make an announcement

- This may sound weird, but I bought myself a present - Rei said with a big smile and taking some papers out of a folder

- What is that mom and ... - Fuyumi took a closer look at the paper and saw her father's signature - ¿Why did dad sign it?

Mina was surprised to hear that, like the others, but they were very happy and hugged her, Mina knew that their childhoods were difficult, but she never inquired too much because that was personal, also she almost never had contact with Endeavor since Shoto made sure that they never saw each other, neither to the children

- C-congratulations Rei - Mina felt strange to celebrate that, but she felt happy to see everyone so animated, Rei smiled at her and hugged her too

When they got home, Mina was getting ready to go to sleep, but Shoto had brought Haru in for one last surprise.

They both sat in front of her and Mina looked at them confused.

Mina almost jumped out of bed when she heard that, she took Haru and hugged him kissing his head repeatedly making him laugh

Mina felt a huge happiness when hearing her son say that word, she lay with him while hugging him

- Don't even think about it, he will sleep here - Mina smiled while hugging the baby - ¿How did you get him to say it? I've been trying for weeks

Mina kissed him on the lips quickly and lay with Haru again
