I wake up and find myself in my room as I release a sigh of relief, happy to know that I haven't been left stranded on an unknown island like gamer fics I've read about in my past life.
Taking a look at the body that I'm currently inhabiting, I can only see one flaw about all of this and it's that I'm fucking weak!
How Izuku planned to become the N.1 hero with a body like this will forever astound me.

I start with the pushups since I think it's the exercise that I need to get out of the way otherwise, I won't have the motivation needed to do the other exercises.
Once I'm done, I wear some jogging clothes and go run the 10 kilometres that were required, even if I felt like giving up a couple of times.
I run back home and do the rest of the exercises without giving as I'm rewarded with another [Notification] so I mentally open it since I think that Inko is still here.

I allocate 9 points to STR and 1 point to END then go inside the Zombie dungeon to level up a bit more since I'm not satisfied with my current level.
I activate the [Boosted Gear] and then fire off a very powerful [Ice Arrow] at the zombies and watch as they all die before continuing my journey to the boss room, killing every zombie that dared stand in the way of my ascension.
By the time I get to the room, I'm already level 25, which gives me access to the [Shop] and some new elemental [Skills] that I'm going to test out on the boss.
I kick the door down and immidiately run at the boss, spamming him with either [Shadow Ball] or [Photon Blast] as his HP drops to near 500, making me smirk a little bit at the approaching victory.
[BOOST!]
He starts glowing red and tries to swing his battle axe at me but I jump over it and fire off a powerful [Firebolt] as he finally dies the death one deserves when going against me and my goals.
Sighing in relief, I dismiss my Sacred Gear and kick down the chest, admiring my loot before taking all of it for myself.

I go on my computer and take a look at when the entrance exams are starting.
"Looks like they start in twelve months, which should be enough time for me to get One For All and maybe build my Pokémon team. Speaking of which..."I mutter as I take out the unknown Token, which turned out to be a Pokémon Token and ask the Game what type of Tokens are there.
[Yes! so you have your Starter Pokemon token and as mentioned before these only let you choose from the starter Pokémon available in all regions, these tokens are very rare.
Then there's the Common Pokemon token which let's you pick almost any Pokemon available, except Starter, Pseudo, Mystic and Legendary Pokemon, these tokens are the easiest to find as loot!.
Then we have the Pseudo Legendary Pokemon token, these allow you to choose Pokemon who are considered pseudo legendary Pokemon, for example Pokemon like Dragonite or Salamance, finding this type of token as loot is very rare.
Nextthere's the Mystic Pokemon tokens, these let you choose Pokemon categorized as mystical Pokemon an example of this category are Pokemon like Entei or Zapdos, this token can only be found as loot for boss type enemies or as rewards for quests and even then is rare to find one.
And finally we have the Legendary Pokemon token which contains Pokemon that are considered deities for example pokemon like Kyogre and Palkia, these tokens are only given as rewards for hard quests.]

"Hmm I see, well most of the pokemon I want right now should be common rank so I should be fine" I mentally open my inventory and see the Starter Pokémon token there, so I take it out and crush it.
A notification window pops up before me and in it I see a list of starter Pokemon but I don't have to look, I already see the Pokemon I want as my starter right on the top of the list and I pick it.
In a flash of white light reminiscent of when pokemon is released from a pokeball to battle, a Squirtle appears on top of my bed.
It looks around for a bit until it catches sight of me and smiles widely.
"Squirtle!" It shouts as I smile at the little Pokemon and pet it.
The Squirtle leans into my hand and closes its eyes it seems to enjoy my headpats
"Hello Squirtle, I'm your new trainer, so lets grow strong and have fun together". I say to him with a smile on my face.
The Squirtle opened its eyes and stares at me for a second before smiling and nodding happily.
I chuckled and try to do something very important to any Gamer out there, I use [Observe] on my Squirtle intently trying to get all the details I can from the small water type pokemon.

I didn't check his stats since thanks to the Gamer my Pokemon will grow far beyond what they should be able to and besides I know that the Squirtle family line grows with a preference of Defence, Sp Defence and Speed.
Squirtle lies down on my bed so I go lay on my bed as well and soon enough, we fall asleep, entering the realm of dreams.

Yeah, I know that I haven't completed my other stories but I really like kurokitsune028's The Gamer that Became A Pokémon Trainer so I took a bit of inspiration from the Pokémon Token system in order to make this story.
Plus, I have Asperger's or low functioning autism and maybe ADHD but I'm not sure about the last one so me posting new stories is a good way for me to let go of certain ideas that have running through my head.
