Furious over their humiliating defeat last time, The Terrible Trio plans the ultimate act of mischief ever. The hijacking of Tommy's Reptar Wagon and waging a campaign of pure terror on the playground with their antics. Will the Rugrats be able to thwart The Terrible Trio's intent of taking over the playground? Read and find out!

It was a splendid sunny day in Yucaipa, California as the Rugrats gang were playing happily at the park. Many of the kids on the playground have heard about their epic showdown against The Terrible Trio's failed intent of taking over the playground several weeks ago. But thanks to some fast action on the Rugrats and the Golden Apple Daycare crew's part that never happened. Envious, outraged, angry and defeated by their enemies, Gloria vowed to get revenge even after her punishment ended. Josh and "The Bully" were having virtually the same thoughts as Gloria. Altogether, they felt that in their minds they essentially became the laughingstock of the playground and believed that their enemies shouldn't get away with it. As far as they were concerned something big had to be done. They just didn't know what that was just yet. As many of the other kids and the Rugrats gang were going about their business of having fun, The Terrible Trio were secretly watching their enemies having fun from the hilltop or big kid mountain as the kids called it. They saw Tommy and his friends playing around with the Reptar Wagon. And that's when a very naughty idea flew into Gloria's head as she motioned for Josh and "The Bully" to follow her to the other side of the playground. They immediately looked around to see if they were alone. When they didn't see or hear anybody, they began making their plans for potential retaliation against their enemies.

"He-he-he-he" snickered The Terrible Trio in unison.

"If w can hi-jerk (hi-jack) that Reptar Wagon from their purpled haired leader, we can use it as our biggest weapon to rule the playground big time!" said Gloria.

"Yeah! And this time were going to really take them by complete and total surprise," said The Bully.

"It'll be satisfying to see the fear in their eyes when we'll be rolling too fast for them to catch us with this sneak attack," said Josh.

"Can you two be able to sneak your water squirt guns? We wanna make sure they're too confused and scared when we strike hard and fast?" asked Gloria.

"Sure" replied Josh and Bully.

"Great!" replied Gloria. "And we're gonna wait until this weekend to pull our rebenge (revenge) plan all off when everything hits the fan!"

The Terrible Trio snickered about their latest scheme as they walked away. Unknown to them however, a couple of girls were in fact listening. Girls that Gloria knew was her own sister Prudence and enemy Belinda. As soon as The Terrible Trio were out of sight, Prudence and Belinda emerged from behind a tree as they were stunned and dumbfounded.

"Did you heared (hear) that Prudence?" asked Belinda.

"I sure did" replied Prudence. "My sister never gives up easy"

"So those are the bully boys that you tolded me about that helped the Bumblebee huh?" asked Belinda.

"Yep" replied Prudence.

"We gots to find Tommy, Chuckie and the others and warns them about this," said Belinda.

Prudence nodded in agreement as both girls ran towards the other side of the playground. Meanwhile, the Rugrats were playing on and around the playground.

"Who's gonna be it?" asked Jesse.

"Ooooh! I wanna be it," said Kimi.

"Sure, you can be it Kimiko" replied Zack.

"Catch us if you can!" exclaimed Phil and Lil in unison.

The Rugrats started running as Kimi began her pursuit to tag the others. Meanwhile, Dil and Savannah were playing atop the playground structure.

"We can see the world from up here" said Dil as he and Savannah were playing an imaginary game.

"Yeah. An explorer has gotta be brave to make it to the top" replied Savannah.

"C'mon, let's slide on down to the bottom and see what else is around to explore," said Dil.

And the diaper duo slid down the slide to the bottom as they continued their game. Meanwhile, Chuckie was pulling Tommy around in the Reptar Wagon.

"Ha-ha-ha-ha," laughed Tommy. "This is fun"

"Yep. At least it's not a runaway wagon" replied Chuckie.

As the Rugrats played, they saw Prudence and Belinda running toward their direction.

"Hi guys" said Prudence and Belinda in unison.

"Hi" replied the Rugrats in unison.

"Great to see you two again," said Tommy.

"Yeah. How've you been?" asked Chuckie.

"We're fine thank you" replied Prudence.

"But we've come to warn you about what the Bumblebee is up to" added Belinda.

"Uh-oh!" said Tommy and Chuckie in unison.

"What's she planning this time?" asked Zack.

Prudence and Belinda explained to them to the best of their ability in great detail about The Terrible Trio's latest sneaky scheme to take over the playground in pure terror by hijacking Tommy's Reptar Wagon for their own personal gain and malicious intent. And to say that the Rugrats were stunned, dumbfounded, shocked and defiant about the magnitude of the impending revenge scheme was an understatement.

"The Bumblebee is totally crazy to plan something like that with those bully boys!" said Dil.

"Yeah, she's bad!" added Savannah.

"Guys, I'm scared!" said Chuckie as he was shaking in his boots.

"Don't worry Chuckie. We're not gonna let those bullies win!" said Kimi as she put a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"That's the spirit Kimiko" replied Zack. "We've stood down bullies before and will do so again"

"Yeah, those bullies don't scare us right Lillian?" asked Phil.

"Yep. I think those bullies want another lesson from us cute babies" replied Lil.

"Sounds right to me Lil," said Jesse. "But the question is how are we gonna do the job to stop these bullies this time?"

Tommy thought for a moment. Suddenly, an idea flew into his head.

"I gots a plan guys," said Tommy.

"Oh, you're the bestest with that Tommy" replied Dil.

Tommy smiled as he motioned for the others to huddle up.

"Here's what we'll do you guys" Tommy began. "Since we're gonna need Angelica, Zoey and Susie's help with this, we'll get them in on it before the weekend as they'll be doing the biggest parts to help fight back"

"What are we gonna have them do Bro?" asked Dil.

"Angelica and Zoey will chase after those bullies on their trikes and keep them busy as soon as they hi-jerk (hijack) my Reptar Wagon and go on a wild ride" replied Tommy.

"You're gonna let them steal it Tommy?" asked Chuckie.

"It's the only way to catch them red handed for something to really be done," said Tommy. "And Susie will secretly catch them in the act on her Cynthia clamcorder (camcorder) and follow them around and gather the proof we need to expose them"

"Taking a hands-off approach somewhat to this problem I gather?" asked Zack.

"Uh-huh" replied Tommy.

"Besides, I bet they have no idea that we now know what they're up to thanks to Prudence and Belinda and how to stop those bullies" added Kimi.

"Yeah. What else do you have in mind Tommy?" asked Jesse.

"Well…" Tommy began as he turned to Dil, Savannah and Zack. "Dilly, Savannah and Zack, can you guys get your bottles of milk and baby powder?" asked Tommy.

"Sure" replied Dil, Savannah and Zack in unison

"Dilly and Savannah will squirt their bottles of milk on the ground from behind the bushes and make things slippery before the Bumblebee and her bullying friends gets too close? And when the Bumblebee gets close to you guys, Zack will then squeeze the bottle of baby powder and make a smoke screen so they can't see where they're going. Only it'll be with baby powder"

"You got it Bro. We won't let the team down" replied Dil.

"Sure Tommy. We can do it!" added Savannah.

"We gotcha covered Tommy," said Zack.

Tommy then turned to Prudence and Belinda.

"Prudence and Belinda… Can you two find the bully boys mommies and tell them what's going on?" asked Tommy.

"Sure Tommy" replied Prudence.

"You got it Tommy. But I don't know what their mommies look like," said Belinda.

"Don't worry Belinda. We saw what their mommies look like the lastest time. I can show you when we look for them" replied Prudence.

"Cool" replied Belinda.

"Oh, and keep this a secret until the time is right" added Tommy.

Prudence and Belinda nodded in agreement. Tommy then turned to Jesse and the Deville twins.

"Jesse, Phil and Lil. You guys see that duck pond over there?" asked Tommy as he pointed in the general direction of the duck pond.

Jesse, Phil and Lil nodded.

"When the Terrible Three slips and slides toward the duck pond, that ought to stop the Reptar Wagon, they'll get stuck and be really wet," said Tommy.

"Yeah! They'll never know what hit them" replied Phil.

"Yeah! Great plan Tommy" added Lil.

"This is gonna be fun!" said Jesse excitedly.

And finally, Tommy turned to the Watanabe-Finster siblings.

"Chuckie and Kimi can you two go and get Taffy and her friend?" asked Tommy. "We want them to see for themselves what's going on. And when The Terrible Three is surrounded, we'll finish it off when we show them the evidence on Susie's Cynthia clamcorder (camcorder)"

"Uh-huh!" said Kimi.

"We'll make sure they have a good look at what's happening Tommy" added Chuckie.

"We'll be ready for them this weekend you guys," said Tommy.

Everyone else nodded in agreement. Over the next few days before the weekend at the Pickles residence, the Rugrats had told Angelica, Susie and Zoey about what Prudence and Belinda told them about The Terrible Trio's plans for revenge taking place that weekend and promised any assistance they needed in thwarting their intent of taking over the playground in pure terror.

Prudence and Belinda did their best to keep to themselves about what they already knew about The Terrible Trio's plot from Gloria.

The Terrible Trio for their part, would just wait for Saturday to put their revenge plan into action. They wouldn't drop hints, harass or bully anyone until Gloria gave the go ahead. Josh and "The Bully" would secretly smuggle their waiter squirt guns and plenty of bottles of water past their oblivious mothers that they confiscated the last time they caused a great deal of trouble. When they saw that their enemies might possibly leave the Reptar Wagon unguarded for a bathroom break or whatever, that's when Gloria would give the signal to move fast and hijack the Reptar Wagon and wage their campaign of terror on the whole playground with a surprise sneak attack. But what Gloria didn't know was that Belinda and Prudence, her own sister had already thwarted them by making the Rugrats gang aware of what's going on and having somewhat of a contingency plan to deal with the impending revenge that was looming from the Terrible Trio.

By the time Friday arrived, Angelica, Susie and Zoey were briefed of the plan in order to be ready to take on The Terrible Trio.

"Everybody ready to take on those bullies tomorrow?" asked Tommy.

"Yeah!" said Angelica, Susie, Zoey and the Rugrats in unison.

"I don't stand for injustice. If someone messes with you Tommy, then they're messing with me too," said Zoey.

"We got your back Tommy" added Susie.

"I gotta hand it to you Pickles, when something's going on, you're the baby with a plan compared to Zack," said Angelica.

"Thanks Angelica" replied Tommy.

"That is nice of you to say Angelica" added Zack.

The others nodded. Eventually, everyone left the Pickles for the day and headed home.

Saturday had come fast for the Terrible Trio to carry out their latest scheme and Prudence, Belinda, Angelica, Susie, Zoey and the Rugrats were anxious to see how things were going to play out when they put Tommy's plan into action. Most of the other kids on the playground however were completely unaware of the impending terror that was coming up pretty soon from The Terrible Trio.

"Okay everybody fan out. We've got bullies to stop!" said Tommy.

The children then spread out around the park and got themselves in place in order to put Tommy's plan into motion. Meanwhile, Gloria found Josh and "The Bully" on the other side of the park and was pleased that her accomplices were armed and ready.

"You boys ready to show those stupid goody goody babies and everyone else that we rule this playground?" asked Gloria.

"Yeah!" replied Josh and The Bully in unison.

And the Terrible Trio set off to carry out their plan. Meanwhile, Tommy was happily pulling his Reptar Wagon with Jesse, Phil and Lil in tow along the pathway.

"Ha-ha-ha-ha" laughed Jesse, Phil and Lil in unison.

"This is fun huh guys?" asked Tommy.

"Yeah!" replied Jesse and the Deville twins in unison.

Meanwhile, The Terrible Trio getting close to the other side of the park as they not only spotted their intended target, but also Tommy, Jesse and the Deville twins as they hid quietly in the bushes and waited for the right moment to strike.

"Hey guys. Why don't we play some tag?" suggested Jesse.

"Sure" replied Tommy, Phil and Lil in unison.

And the Rugrats helped place the Reptar Wagon near the sandbox as Jesse was it and started chasing after the others. After the coast was clear, The Terrible Trio snickered as they saw their opportunity.

"Now's our chance you guys" said Gloria.

The Terrible Trio moved in quickly and got ahold of Tommy's Reptar Wagon.

"Okay you guys, give this wagon a boost and hop on quick," said Gloria.

Josh and Bully nodded as they gave the Reptar Wagon a boost from behind and hopped on quickly as they started rolling fast. The Terrible Trio grinned as they could now carry out their scheme as the Reptar Wagon was now being commandeered by The Terrible Trio.

"Ha-ha-ha-ha!" laughed The Terrible Trio in unison.

Unknown to the Terrible Trio however as they sped away and began their ultimate reign of terror, Susie secretly recorded the theft from some bushes nearby and started to follow them.

"I know three trouble makers who are gonna get theirs in the end" said Susie as she secretly followed them to get more evidence with her Cynthia camcorder.

It wasn't long before The Terrible Trio sped past on the Reptar Wagon as Tommy, Phil, Lil and Jesse as they got their attention while they were playing tag. They acted upset about what was unfolding and to throw off suspicion of The Terrible Trio.

"AH-HA-HA-HA-HA!" laughed The Terrible Trio in unison.

"Thieves! Thieves!" exclaimed Phil and Lil in unison.

"My Reptar Wagon!" shouted Tommy.

"Come back you cowards!" added Jesse.

At that moment, the Dynamic Duo heard the Rugrats signal and emerged from behind the trees and began their pursuit of the Terrible Trio on their trikes.

"Let's get em!" said Angelica and Zoey as they set off on the chase.

Seconds afterward, Susie caught up to Tommy, Jesse, Phil and Lil.

"Hey guys," said Susie.

"Hi" replied the Rugrats in unison.

"I got them on the clamcorder (camcorder) stealing and making off with your Reptar Wagon Tommy," said Susie.

"Great work Susie" replied Tommy.

"C'mon guys let's follow those bullies," said Susie.

"Yeah!" replied Tommy, Jesse, Phil and Lil in unison.

As the children were following behind and Susie getting her Cynthia camcorder rolling again, The Terrible Trio made their presence known on the playground and wreaking absolute havoc and terrorizing other kids as Gloria was piloting the Reptar Wagon recklessly and Josh and "The Bully" were shooting with their water squirt guns at other kids as they darted out of the way of the speeding Reptar Wagon. Some kids were lucky not to get soaked and others not so lucky.

"AHHHHH!" screamed one girl as she darted out of the way.

"These guys are fighting dirty!" added a boy as he was soaking wet.

"And they just don't care who gets in their way!" said another girl.

"AH-HA-HA-HA-HA!" Laughed the Terrible Trio in unison.

"Let em have it boys. They can't stop us now!" said Gloria.

"Yeah!" cheered Josh and "The Bully" in unison.

The Terrible Trio in their minds felt that they were completely unstoppable with what they had at their disposal when suddenly….

"NOT SO FAST YOU BIG BULLIES!" shouted a familiar voice.

The Terrible Trio looked back and saw that they were being chased after.

"WHAT!" exclaimed The Terrible Trio in unison.

"ARRRGH! You boys take care of them, I'll do the driving" ordered Gloria.

"No problem" replied Josh.

"Their goose is gonna get cooked to a crisp!" added "The Bully"

As Gloria continued piloting the Reptar Wagon, Josh and "The Bully" started shooting with their water squirt guns to throw their enemies off track. However, the Dynamic Duo managed to swerve left to right and dodge The Terrible Trio's line of fire.

"ARRRRGH!" groaned Josh and "The Bully in unison.

"We got this Angelica," assured Zoey.

Angelica nodded as the dynamic duo stayed on The Terrible Trio's tail as they continued to wreak havoc, terrorizing other kids out of their wits with their antics and rode recklessly around the park. Meanwhile, Dil, Savannah and Zack were taking their positions behind the bushes with their bottles of milk and baby powder they got from the diaper bag that Taffy brought to the park. Zack was keeping a sharp lookout from his binoculars.

"The girls are certainly giving The Terrible Trio a run for their money," said Zack.

"Ooooh, I wanna see. Can I have a look, Zack?" asked Dil.

"Sure Dil" replied Zack.

Zack handed Dil the binoculars and had a look at The Terrible Trio trying to outrun the Dynamic Duo.

"Yep. Angelica and Zoey are right on their tail" said Dil as he looked through the binoculars.

"Can I have a look too?" asked Savannah.

"Sure Savannah" replied Dil.

Dil handed Savannah the binoculars and had a good look at the action.

"Ooooh! It looks like they're headed our way now" observed Savannah.

"Quick, get our bottles of milk ready" replied Zack.

Dil and Savannah got theirs and Zack's bottles of milk ready as they squirted them to make a big puddle on the ground.

"Perfect" said Dil.

"Now all that left is for Zack to squeeze the bottle of baby powder at the right time so those bullies can't see" added Savannah.

"Absolutely" replied Zack as he got the bottle of baby powder ready.

Meanwhile, The Terrible Trio continued their reign of pure terror. At times while they somewhat managed to pull out in front of the Dynamic Duo, one of the boys stepped out quickly give the Reptar Wagon an occasional boost from the back in order to keep rolling freely.

"Your reign of terror won't last forever YOU BIG BULLYS!" shouted Angelica as she and Zoey were catching up to them.

"THAT'S WHAT YOU THINK!" shouted The Terrible Trio in unison.

As The Terrible Trio looked back and taunt the dynamic duo, Zack saw his chance as he squeezed the bottle of baby powder as hard as he could and made a decent cloud of baby powder dust, When Gloria turned around and looked forward, she immediately saw the baby powder dust and the big puddle of milk ahead. Her immediate thought, could it really be happening again? She attempted to stop Tommy's Reptar Wagon, but it was too late. She started skidding along the pathway as she hit the puddle of milk and the blinding cloud of baby powder as she was rubbing her eyes and was losing control.

"AHHHHH!" screamed Gloria.

"OH-NO!" exclaimed Josh and "The Bully" in unison.

In a last ditch move, Gloria made a hard left turn off the pathway and drove onto the grass, had a bumpy ride as the boys lost hold of their water squirt guns as a result. And as if that wasn't enough for The Terrible Trio, they bumped into a rock and splash landed into a duck pond. The Terrible Trio was soaking wet. Tommy's Reptar Wagon finally stopped and ended the chase. Susie, Tommy, Jesse, Phil and Lil witnessed the whole thing as they had caught up to The Terrible Trio as made their way towards the duck pond and Tommy's Reptar Wagon. As soon as The Terrible Trio got out of the water, Josh and "The Bully" had passed out from all the excitement and exhaustion. Much to Gloria's dismay she was as catching her breath. Gloria tried to run away, but Jesse, Tommy, Phil and Lil ambushed Gloria. Phil and Lil held her hands down and Tommy and Jesse held her feet down.

"NOOOOOOO!" shouted Gloria.

"Yay!" cheered Tommy, Jesse, Phil and Lil in unison.

"Well, well another failed repeat performance of taking over the playground yet again" Susie chimed in.

Gloria had pure anger in her eyes as she struggled to break free, but the four toddlers managed to keep her restrained. At that moment, Angelica, Zoey, Dil, Savannah and Zack (with the bully boys water squirt guns in hand) arrived at the scene and stared sternly at Gloria and her accomplices as they laid in the grass exhausted whilst Gloria smiled sheepishly. Meanwhile, Taffy and Britannica were chatting and watching the day go by as Chuckie and Kimi ran up to them.

"Hi minis," said Taffy. "What's up?"

"Taffy, you gotta help us. Gloria and her bullying friends have done it again. She stolded (stole) Tommy's Reptar Wagon behind our backs for themselves and took it for a wild joy drive around the playground. And all our friends are trying to stop them right now," said Kimi.'

"Uh-huh. And not only that, but they're also armed with water squirt guns that they've been shooting at anybody that was in their way too" added Chuckie.

Taffy and Britannica looked at each other and sighed. They could see that the children were serious about the escalating situation and wanted to make sure everyone was alright.

"Thank you, Minis. Me and Britannica will rectify this situation right now" replied Taffy.

"Yeah. This level of brazen disrespect toward other peers is unacceptable and they shouldn't get away with it" added Britannica.

"Uh-huh! Follow us!" said Chuckie and Kimi in unison.

"And I'll make a quick call on the way too" added Britannica as she pulled out her iPhone.

And the two teens followed the Watanabe-Finster siblings to the scene. Meanwhile, Josh and The Bully's mom were sitting on a bench on the other side of the park when they saw a familiar three-year-old girl along with a two-year-old blond-haired girl running up to them.

"Um Hello" Prudence began.

"Hello" replied Josh and The Bully's mom in unison.

"What can we help you young ladies with?" asked the blond-haired Woman.

"Well, you better come quick with us, because your boys along with my little sister have done it again. They stolded (stole) my friend Tommy's coolest Reptar Wagon and have been using it to go on a dangerous joy ride to harass and terrorize the kids of the playground. And they're armed with water squirt guns that they've used with their reign of pure terror. And all our friends are trying to stop them right now" explained Prudence.

Belinda nodded in agreement as Josh and The Bully's mom were stunned as they looked at each other in disbelief. They thought that they confiscated their water squirt guns from the last incident. Finally, they said...

"Thank you, young ladies," said the black-haired Woman. "I think my son needs another lesson"

"Agreed. We'll make sure our boys learn their lessons the hard way this time" added the blond-haired Woman.

Prudence then led the bullies' mothers to the scene. In no time, Prudence, Belinda, Josh's Mom, The Bully's Mom, Chuckie, Kimi, Taffy and Britannica arrived at the scene and saw The Terrible Trio restrained in Gloria's case and passed out in Josh and "The Bully's" case.

"What's going on here!?" exclaimed Josh's Mom and The Bully's Mom in unison.

At that moment Josh and "The Bully" could hear the familiar voices of their mother's boom right through their ear drums, opened their eyes, fully awakened and saw that they were surrounded. The Terrible Trio gulped, and grinned in embarrassment as they knew their name was "MUD" as Dil and Savannah had their water squirt guns in hand as they handed them over to the boys mothers as Susie spoke up.

"Well," Susie began. "I've gathered plenty of evidence to prove that the Terrible Trio here have carried out this cowardly act not only against the owner of the Reptar Wagon, but against the other kids of the playground. The footage on this speaks for itself"

And Susie showed Taffy, Britannica, Josh and The Bully's moms her Cynthia camcorder as they checked out the evidence. The footage that was captured showed Gloria, Josh and The Bully moving quickly to hijack Tommy's Reptar Wagon and making off with it in order to wage their campaign of pure terror of intimidating, manipulating, harassing and squirting their victims with water squirt guns that was supposedly confiscated. Laughing maliciously about their scheme and carrying out their plan with no regard whatsoever for the safety of other kids when they struck their victims. When the footage of the chase ended, the teenagers and the mothers looked lividly at the Terrible Trio as the Rugrats, Angelica, Susie, Zoey, Prudence and Belinda grinned.

"Do you three have anything to say for yourselves about this?" asked the blond-haired Woman sternly.

Tears were welling into the eyes of The Terrible Trio as the boys spoke first.

"We're sorry!" wept Josh and "The Bully" in unison.

The Rugrats, Angelica, Susie, Zoey, Prudence and Belinda looked at one another with skepticism. Finally, Susie said….

"Hmmm… maybe we'll forgive you and maybe we won't. Because we took that last apology with a grain of salt," said Susie.

Josh and "The Bully" lowered their heads in shame.

"Well, I think our boys will be truly sorry when they learn the price of their actions and we'll be taking them home early for a start" said the Black-Haired-Woman firmly.

And the mothers took their soaking wet boys by their arms towards home. Seconds later, Prudence's Mom appeared and she was less than amused at her youngest daughter.

"Well Gloria" Prudence's Mom began. "I could just kick myself had I known you'd pull something like this repeatedly"

Gloria just wailed loudly as the Rugrats released her as Prudence's Mom picked up her soaking wet daughter and took her home. Taffy and Britannica breathed a collective sigh of relief that no one was hurt during the whole ordeal as they helped get Tommy's Reptar Wagon out of the duck pond. Afterwards, they took Prudence, Jesse, Tommy Phil and Lil to the park restroom the get them into a change of spare clothes.

"We've done it again guys! We beated those bullies," said Tommy.

"Yeah!" cheered the others in unison.

"We really are experts at ruining bullies plans to rain on our fun," said Lil.

"Yeah, bullies are kind of predictable" added Phil.

"It was kind of scary what they did though," said Chuckie.

"We all played our parts pretty well with stopping those bullies," said Jesse.
