Dimity Drill's Obsession

Dimity Drill landed in the school grounds of Cackle's Academy. She looked around her and she noticed that she was the only one in the vicinity. As she walked across the green with her broom in hand. She took a deep breath and took in the fresh air, she smiled. She was back where she belonged, at the academy, teaching.

This year Dimity had decided that she would face her secret obsession, that was until she saw the formidable woman by the front door, she had also just arrived. This woman was Hecate Hardbroom, and she was as tense as she normally was. Dimity wondered what it would take for the formidable woman to relax, breathe and just be.

Dimity smiled at Hecate as she approached.

"Well met". Dimity said as she placed the back of her right hand to her forehead and bowed down. This was a traditional way of greeting another witch or wizard.

"Well, met". Hecate replied as she also put the back of her right hand to her forehead and bowed down.

They both walked into the school and headed towards the staff room, both wondering who else had arrived. There was two days left until term started. Dimity walked in behind Hecate. No-one else had arrived, not even Ada Cackle. The two women had the castle to themselves for a while.

Hecate's eyes lit up.

"What's got you excited". Dimity Gasped, Hecate never looked excited.

"We are the only ones back". She simply stated.

"OK, and how has that got you in such a good mood?". Dimity quizzed her with confusion.

"The kitchen staff aren't here". Hecate stated as she headed for the door and made her way to the kitchens whilst dragging Dimity with her.

"One last decent meal is what's got you excited?". Dimity laughed.

Hecate wasn't a fussy eater, although she thoroughly enjoyed the holidays as she could make meals that enlightened her tastebuds. The kitchen staff made food that was, edible, to put it nicely. No seasoning and no care put into it.

Dimity watched the tall, elegant woman finally relax and she stood watching her. She watched as Hecate grabbed a Pyrex dish and the way she was thrilled to find everything for a lasagne.

Hecate didn't like help in the kitchen as people just got in the way, so Dimity not helping her was a great feeling. She had picked up the largest Pyrex dish and made a huge lasagne. She put it in the oven and turned the dial to the correct amount of time. She spun around and found that Dimity hadn't moved the entire time.

Dimity was partly scolding herself internally as she knew she was staring like a lovesick puppy and that Hecate had definitely noticed. Though she couldn't snap out of it. She walked up to Hecate, who took a step backwards and before she could go any further, Dimity took her right arm and wrapped it around Hecate's hips. As she did this, she pulled Hecate closer. Iith her left hand she gently caressed the back of Hecate's head and then ran her fingers up to her bun and pin by pin she pulled the bun out, she felt Hecate's long black hair flow down her back and stop just under her bum. Whilst she did all this, she kissed Hecate, she kissed her hard.

Hecate couldn't do much, she tensed more than she had ever tensed in her life. She hated being touched. She couldn't help but like the taste of Dimity, she kissed her back to Dimity's delight, and she felt Dimity pull her closer. Still stiff as a board and wide eyed, due to the shock of Dimity's advances. It wasn't long until Dimity let go and she stood looking at Hecate's very confused and shocked stature. Hecate was not going to let her live this down.

"Dimity, Dimity, DIMITY. FOR HEAVENS SAKE WAKE UP". Hecate's snappy voice rose over her dream and woke her up.

"Really Hecate?"

"You look like yule has been cancelled".

"You have just cancelled it". Dimity's voice was harsh, for she knew Hecate would never see her the way she saw Hecate. It was torturing Dimity; she had decided on writing her resignation. She couldn't teach in the same school as Hecate anymore. She wanted her, to touch her, to make her smile, to be apart of her. Though that would never happen. Dimity looked away from Hecate and Hecate took the hint and left the room.
