Floaty: Not everyone will, but a good portion of 1A and 1B will be in it.

Reader20448: Thank you!

Sea21: Aliens may come soon, either friendly or hostile. And people of earth may get access to alien technology.

ProjectIceman: But that won't stop them from figuring out what's going on.

Shin: I know that, I guess I wasn't clear enough when I wrote it.

Guest W: I'm thinking of bringing in other aliens from both marvel and dc, not just green lantern characters. As for the girlfriend, there are many options only being alien.

Wabbayack22: Flashbacks help me fill in the chapters. So you'll bd glad to know there isn't one this chapter.

It was the second day of school at U.A. as Midoriya skipped yesterday because it was orientation, so he wasn't needed. He did hear from All Might in the morning telling him about Eraserhead threatening to expel the student in last place in the quirk apprehension test. The students were convinced it was a logical ruse by Aizawa and one of their own, unaware he lied to them as he expelled last year's entire Class 1A.

Izuku still couldn't believe that Eraserhead expelled an entire class just like that, but it now explained why there wasn't a Class 1A at the U.A. sports festival last year. It did make him wonder why no gen student aimed for the class if all spots were open, maybe none of them were interested in the hero course. Though if Aizawa didn't have a class to teach last year, what did he do that entire time? Question for another day he supposed.

Right now, Midoriya was preparing for his first class of the day before any student arrived. He was in the teacher's office next door to the lounge going through some paperwork with All Might sitting next to him in his skinny form, along with some of the staff nearby.

"So Midoriya, I have to ask. What do you know of the Green Lantern before you, J'onn J'onzz?" Toshinori asked, gaining the attention of the teachers.

"Well from what I do know about him, he was the last Martian alive. He was greatly respected in the corps, mainly for his wisdom and strengths. Martians were a powerful species, able to shape-shift, super healing, shoot heat vision, had telepathy, go invisible and phase, plus his Lantern ring." He revealed.

"He had that many quirks!?" Present Mic shouted from the other side of the room.

"He didn't have quirks, those are natural abilities the Martians possessed. He was a formidable opponent to many powerful beings across the universe." Izuku stated.

"But back at the hearing, you said he perished. Do you know how?" All Might questioned.

"He was ambushed in a trap set up by a white Martian known as D'red D'rulok, a general in the white Martian army. He was believed to have perished in the final battle on Mars, but somehow escaped off world and hid in many civilizations with his shape-shifting abilities. Unfortunately, he was able to best J'onn in battle using many kinds of technology to help him stand close to the same level as a Green Lantern. When J'onn was killed, his ring flew back to Oa before being sent back out to find a new wielder. That being me." Izuku explained.

All Might was silent from the news as Midnight went to ask a question. "So if he's been a Green Lantern for a long time, how come we haven't seen him around here?"

"He has visited Earth a few times disguised as a human, but he's never had a big reason to stick around when there were heroes everywhere. And while there are many other lifeforms in the sector, they rarely ever need our help. It's why I wasn't around the sector much either, as there were bigger problems to deal with around the galaxy. The only reason J'onn would return home if there wasn't an emergency is because he would visit Mars... huh." Midoriya said.

"What is it, Midoriya?" Toshinori asked.

"Now that I think about it, I wonder if he had a base stationed on Mars." Midoriya thought.

"Wouldn't our satellites have discovered it on Mars by now?" Vlad questioned.

"Not if he used some green lantern tech to cloak it. I'll have to check it out soon when I have the time." Midoriya planned.

"Can I come with!? I've always wanted to visit another planet!" Thirteen requested excitedly.

"Maybe, we'll see if our schedules line up." Midoriya answered.

The school bell went off, signaling classes were about to start soon. Everyone began leaving for their classes with All Might and Midoriya going their separate ways.

In Midoriya's classroom, only around twenty students were waiting in random seats. All of the students were unaware of who their teacher was, with some throwing out suggestions.

"Who do you guys think it's gonna be?" Gogo asked her two 1A classmates.

The three 1A students present were Mina, Ochaco, and Gogo. They were all surprised to see each other there but were glad to be around familiar faces in their first class.

"Do you think it could be Thirteen!?" Ochaco said with some excitement.

"Could be, you a big fan?" Mina asked.

"Thirteen is my favorite rescue hero! She's one of the reasons why I want to be one." Uraraka said.

"That would be cool and all, but I'm hoping for someone a little more 'alien'." Mina said.

"Are you saying who I think you're saying?" Gogo asked.

"The Green Lantern, yeah!" Mina said fangirling. "What do you like about him, is he your favorite?"

"Close, but that title belongs to Ingenium. What I love most about him is that uniform, so much eye candy that I have him as my phone wallpaper." Gogo admitted.

"I thought Ingenium was your favorite?" Ochaco questioned.

"He's still my home screen, I just have GL as my lock screen. Take a look!" She said.

When she showed the two the photo, Mina began giggling while Uraraka looked away blushing. The background was a picture of the Green Lantern with his back to the picture flying, with his rear being the main focus of the wallpaper.

"I can't believe you have that picture be the first thing people see when your phone is opened up." Ochaco said.

"Judge me all you want, but boy do I wish I could see the real thing in person." Gogo whined.

"Well I'll tell you this, it looks better than the picture." Ashido teased.

The other two girls looked at her confused. "What are you talking about?" She questioned.

"Well, on the day of the entrance exam, I was getting a quick snack from a grocery store when in walked the Green Lantern!" Mina revealed.

"Really!? Was there a villain there? An alien villain?" Gogo spouted.

"Nope. Turns out, he was just shopping for food. It was quite funny watching him walk around with a basket dressed in his suit, even more so when people reacted to him." Mina said.

"So did you do anything?" Ochaco asked.

"I did! It was nerve-wracking to approach him, but thankfully he was really nice and gave me an autograph before I realized I was gonna be late for the exam." She said.

"Aww, you're so lucky." Gogo grumbled.

"Hey, you never know. You could meet him someday." Ochaco tried to comfort her.

"As if, instead we'll probably be stuck with a boring teacher." Gogo complained.

The school bell rang through the halls, signaling class was in session. The students talked some more until their teacher finally walked through the door, and went into shock when they all recognized the man from space. A pen was heard dropping during the silence, the pen belonging to Gogo Amari.

"Good morning everyone! I'm your teacher Izuku Midoriya and welcome to Space 101." He greeted. "In my class you will learn the galaxy's laws, main governments, and some locations that I hope you will get to visit someday. Any questions?"

No hands were raised for a while until Gogo hesitantly did.

"Yes?" Izuku pointed at her.

"A-are you really our teacher?" She stuttered.

"This is probably a shock for all of you but, yes." Izuku stated.

Another hand was raised by a boy in the back. "Why are you teaching at U.A.?" He asked.

"Because I am the current world expert in what goes on in the universe and know how it works. And the principal offered me the job very soon after I returned." Midoriya answered.

Uraraka this time raised her hand. "Will we be going into space?"

"Hmm, maybe. It's up to the principal if he allows me to." Izuku said. "Any more questions?"

More and more people began raising their hands after each question, and Midoriya tried his best to answer every one of them. Will we see aliens? Maybe. Have aliens been to Earth before? Quite often. Are there hot alien girls in space? Strangely many.

Eventually, Midoriya stopped the questions and began their lessons on easy topics. He explained certain zones that were safe to travel, restricted, or dangerous to go in. He mentioned how some intergalactic laws they had to follow in case they left Earth or were abducted, hopefully the former.

The students were engrossed in his lessons, and Midoriya could understand why considering he acted the same when he discovered aliens. When the bell rang at the end of the lesson, there were collective groans of disappointment and reluctantly packed up.

"And for homework I want you to study the intergalactic laws you saw today. Tomorrow there will be a short quiz to see if you studied!" He shouted to the leaving class.

As he made a construct to use the eraser to wipe the board, Izuku saw three students standing behind him.

"Can I help you?" He asked.

"We uh... wanted to thank you for making the lesson fun and interesting for us." Gogo blushed looking away.

"Yeah! I can't wait to learn more about the galaxy!" Ochaco said happily.

"And more about other aliens too!" Ashido said.

"I'm actually glad everyone in class was invested in what I was teaching them... hey, weren't you that girl from the supermarket a week ago?" Izuku asked.

"I am! I can't believe you remember me!" Mina said.

"You were the first person to ask me for an autograph, I don't think I can forget about that." Izuku said.

The bell rang again, signaling classes were about to start in one minute.

"You better run quick, because I know you're from class 1A and you don't want to be late with Aizawa-sensei as your teacher." Izuku warned them.

The girls only shouted a quick goodbye before running through the halls, very afraid of suffering Eraserhead's wrath. Izuku went and prepared himself for the second years, already knowing the kind of reaction he'll receive when they see the Green Lantern as their teacher.

A few periods passed and it was now lunch time for Class 1A. Some were either bruised or tired from the recent class lesson, that being the battle trials. However, it was easy to deal with as most of the class was gushing over being taught by All Might.

"It was so manly that we had All Might as a teacher!" Kirishima exclaimed.

"I know right! The battle trials were so much fun!" Sero said.

"Speak for yourself, I was immediately frozen by Todoroki when the match just started." Toru was sulking.

"At least it was quick. Bakugou was gunning for Iida for the entirety of their fight, leaving me alone to deal with Uraraka!" Kaminari complained.

"Yeah, he looked livid when it was revealed Iida got the highest score in the entrance exam." Ochaco commented.

"He seemed to have it out for Iida ever since he reprimanded him for acting disorderly when they first met." Momo said.

"No kidding, he could've killed Iida with that explosion if he didn't dodge in time." Gogo grumbled.

Iida cleared his throat for their attention. "While Bakugou's attitude has been less than friendly, I would feel better if we dropped it for now and talked about something else."

"Well since that's what you want, have you guys heard about the big rumor going around?" Dark Shadow popped up.

"What rumor?" Sato asked, enjoying Lunch Rush's food.

"Sigh, apparently some first-years and second-years are saying the Green Lantern is teaching here." Tokoyami revealed.

"Really!? That would be so manly!" Kirishima shouted again.

"I've been hearing that around too, ribbit." Tsuyu mentioned.

"If he is, does anyone know what class he would be teaching?" Kyoka asked around.

"We do! We're in his class!" Mina said holding both Gogo and Ochaco in her arms.

"Is this true?" Tenya questioned.

"It is. I took the class for fun and discovered that they were also taking it. All we knew was that it would cover space and was made only after he showed up. It was shocking to see him enter the classroom as it was with All Might." Gogo answered.

"What did you three learn in there today?" Ojiro asked.

"Some intergalactic laws and some planets far out in the galaxy." Ochaco answered.

"And gave us homework that I'll enjoy doing for the first time! You guys should totally transfer over!" Mina stated.

"I don't like homework, but if it's about aliens and whatnot I can do it." Kaminari said.

"I got a class that period I could change out." Asui ribbited.

"So do I. Learning from the Green Lantern sounds more interesting than business class, and I already know enough from my parents." Momo said.

"If all you girls are transferring in, I might as well too." Kyoka said.

At the end of the table, Mineta comically cried tears at missing a class with the girls, but wouldn't switch art class when he had Midnight as his teacher. At the other end was Todoroki, who was interested in joining the elective to spite his father, who resented the spaceman openly in his home. And at another table where Bakugou heard the recent news, his hands smoked around his lunch tray from learning of Deku's presence in U.A., and as a teacher at that.

Elsewhere, Midoriya lounged in the common area with his fellow teachers, enjoying a small buffet made my Lunch Rush. He was chowing on some chicken when All Might came walking in deflated, looking somewhat ridiculous in his oversized hero suit.

"Whew, made it." Toshinori sighed with relief, reaching for a plate.

As he was about to grasp the serving tongs, Eraserhead's capture weapon snatched his hand from within his sleeping bag.

"Before anything else, do you have the reports from the battle trials?" Aizawa demanded.

"Ah, yes!" Yagi exclaimed, rummaging in his attire until he retrieved a packet, then bending down to hand it over to Aizawa. As the latter quickly reviewed the contents, he nodded, zipped up his sleeping bag, and slithered out of the room like a worm.

"... judging from everyone else's reactions, I assume this is a common occurrence with Eraserhead, huh?" Midoriya inquired.

Midnight couldn't contain her amusement at the flabbergasted expressions of All Might and Izuku. "Oh yes, Aizawa only emerges from his cocoon when absolutely necessary, otherwise, he'll simply sleep the time away." she explained.

"How often does he do this?" Midoriya questioned further.

"Whenever he can, especially during class." Present Mic answered between slurps of his noodle bowl.

Did that mean Aizawa only spent the bare minimum teaching his students? He could understand since Eraserhead was committed to being an underground hero, but should he be really half-assing it as a teacher of U.A. For now, Midoriya dropped it and planned to later check up on how the students in 1A are doing.

With newfound free time, Izuku summoned a hologram of news reports from across the universe, several screens laid out in front of him as he scanned for any changes during his absence.

"What the hell is all that!?" Power Loader exclaimed, joining him.

"Reports from across the galaxy. Just making sure nothing major is happening that would require my aid." Izuku revealed.

Toshinori settled beside them, the content translated into Japanese. Among the reports from other Green Lanterns, some caught All Might's attention.

"A planet was destroyed!?" he gasped.

"Unfortunately, yes. Thankfully, the residents were evacuated before its collapse, sparing casualties. The Corps will attempt to find them a new home." Izuku explained.

"What's that one about?" Power Loader pointed.

On the screen, an ongoing war between two races unfolded, one spanning longer than Midoriya could have imagined.

"A never-ending battle between two neighboring planets that the Green Lantern Corps cannot enter." Izuku grimly revealed.

"Why not?" All Might questioned.

"A treaty prohibits outsiders from intervening, as long as they keep the conflict contained." Izuku clarified before dismissing the screen.

"I thought Green Lanterns were supposed to be peacekeepers." Vlad remarked.

"We are, but we're also restricted from interfering in internal conflicts between worlds unless there's a direct threat to the greater good or a violation of intergalactic laws. We're cops, not soldiers." Midoriya explained.

The conversation halted as an alert beeped on the screen. Izuku's attention snapped to the log, nearly spitting out his drink as he read about a refugee ship in distress from large bat creatures in space in his sector.

"Shit! Someone tell Nezu I'm going to be late for class; there's a ship in danger!" he exclaimed.

Izuku didn't linger for a response; he darted out of the room in a streak of vibrant green light, leaving the staff bewildered by his swift departure. Above the startled students in the hallways, he soared, their wide-eyed gazes following his unexpected exit, surely sparking gossip about his abrupt departure.

As Midoriya burst through the front doors, he soared into the sky with a velocity unmatched by any terrestrial aircraft, disappearing into the stars. Engaging light speed briefly, he emerged near a colossal cruiser with dozens of space bats just bigger than himself slowly digesting bits of the metal exterior. Thinking quickly, he devised a plan to draw the attention of the creatures by emitting a bright light, successfully capturing their focus. Enraged, they hissed and shielded their eyes before several of them abandoned their assault on the ship to confront him directly.

"Come at me!" He dared.

Izuku unleashed a potent wave of energy, dispatching several of the creatures while the others evaded. Quickly, he conjured a protective shield and summoned a towering sword, engaging the hideous creatures in combat. His strikes were precise and formidable, felling multiple bats in rapid succession until one managed to slash him with its claws across his back, getting a cry of pain from Midoriya and leaving a nasty cut on his back. Midoriya unleashed a tremendous surge of willpower, repelling the creatures and creating distance between them. As he prepared for another onslaught, he couldn't help but sweatdrop when he noticed dozens more approaching, their fury ignited by the loss of their comrades.

Suddenly, arcs of golden lightning streaked across the horde, electrocuting many to their death while leaving others dazed and weakened. Midoriya glanced upward to his savior, a horse-faced man clad in gleaming armor, wielding a golden hammer that crackled with electricity.

"Face me, beasts! You shall pay for your attack on my people!" He bellowed at the creatures.

Spinning his hammer with incredible speed, he charged headlong into the fray, prompting half of the horde to divert their attention towards him. With their focus divided, Midoriya found himself with ample targets to dispatch on his own.

Midoriya transformed his sword and shield into bladed whips, twirling them around his body as he slashed numerous bat monsters into pieces. On the opposite end, the alien hurled his mighty hammer at three aligned creatures, then swung back around into his hand and used it to bash a few away.

The two warriors efficiently dispatched every vermin that crossed their path. As they slain the last few, a looming shadow engulfed them both. Looking above, they witnessed another bat-like creature, three times the size of its kin, its expression twisted with fury at the sight of its fallen offspring floating about.

"I believe we've found the mother." Izuku remarked.

"Then let's reunite it with its family." The stranger declared.

As the mother descended upon them, Izuku enlarged his fist while the alien twirled his hammer. Together, they flew up to deliver a synchronized uppercut that brought a gush of green blood from the creature's maw. Descending once more, they unleashed another punishing blow to its head, sending the beast hurtling downward before it ceased its fall. Without relenting, Midoriya conjured a colossal energy cannon while the alien spun his hammer, calling forth more crackling lightning.

As the bat mother regained her bearings, she witnessed in her final moments a blinding green ray and a golden storm of lightning obscuring her vision. With their onslaught concluded, all that remained of her were charred wings and twitching limbs, remnants of the electricity that had coursed through her body.

Izuku received a hearty slap on the back from his newfound ally. "You fought valiantly, warrior. Your aid has secured the salvation of my people, and for that, I am eternally grateful." He praised with sincerity.

"Thank you, and you're welcome." Izuku replied before extending his hand for a shake. "Izuku Midoriya, Green Lantern of sector 2814."

He clasped Izuku's arm in a warrior's shake. "I am Beta Ray Bill, sole protector of my people, the Korbinites." Bill greeted him with a nod of respect.

"What brings you to these parts?" Midoriya inquired politely.

"I've been entrusted with the relocation of my people following the loss of our homeworld. It's been a lengthy quest, scouring the cosmos in search of a suitable planet that meets the needs of my kin." Bill explained solemnly.

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Is there anything I can do to assist you?" Izuku offered.

"No, I must undertake this journey alone, holding onto hope that I'll soon discover a new home. Nonetheless, I appreciate your kindness. Thank you, Izuku Midoriya, and farewell. May our paths cross again someday." Beta Ray Bill bid goodbye, his tone carrying a sense of determination and gratitude.

"I look forward to that day." Izuku called out with a wave as Bill soared back to his ship.

Observing the vessel gradually powering up, Izuku seized the opportunity to reattach all the broken parts before Bill's departure. Swiftly darting around, he melded the debris back onto the hull just as the ship reached full power. With a final wave goodbye, Izuku bid farewell to Beta Ray, who nodded in acknowledgment before departing as his ship sped off in a blur, disappearing in the stars.

Midoriya, as he soared homeward, suddenly realized his oversight. "Ah, man! I forgot to ask where he got that hammer." he groaned in disappointment.

As the school day drew to a close, Midoriya found himself summoned to Nezu's office, a tinge of worry creeping in for arriving tardy to his third-year class. However, upon entering, Nezu's expression showed no hint of anger, and Midoriya wasn't sure if he should be at ease.

"Welcome, Midoriya. Please, have a seat." Nezu requested.

Izuku obliged and settled into the chair. "Is this about earlier, sir?" He assumed.

"Yes, but I'm not upset about it. However, I am curious as to why you suddenly left. Something about a spacecraft in danger, from what the others told me." Nezu inquired.

"Well, they were correct. A space cruiser carrying passengers in hypersleep was under attack by some giant bats. They were devouring the metal off the ship before I intervened." Izuku answered.

"I presume it was a challenging encounter, considering you needed to visit Recovery Girl for an injury." He said.

"Yeah, got swiped in the back by one of them. But it was easily dealt with once I received some help." Izuku said.

"Assistance, you say? From whom?" Nezu inquired.

"The ship had a guardian named Beta Ray Bill. He was formidable, and together we dispatched all of them until mama bear arrived." Izuku explained.

"Their mother." Nezu guessed.

"She was a hell of a lot bigger than the others, so we didn't let up on her the entire time until all that was left was chunks." Izuku recounted.

"And what happened to Beta?" He asked.

"I helped him repair his hull before seeing him off as he went to find a new home for his people. I only wish I got to learn more about his hammer." He grumbled.

"His hammer?" Nezu questioned.

"It was remarkably powerful, I can attest to that. He could summon lightning with it in space and recall the hammer after throwing it. I hope our paths will cross again soon so I can ask him about it." Midoriya said.

"Other than successfully safeguarding a colony today, how did your first day of teaching go?" Nezu inquired.

"I'd say it went rather smoothly. I'm pleased to say that nearly every student expressed genuine curiosity about space, which certainly helped my task." Izuku remarked.

"Excellent to hear, Midoriya." Nezu replied. "That concludes our business for today, so feel free to depart."

"Thank you, sir. Until next time." Izuku said goodbye.

Closing the door behind him, Midoriya left the principal alone. His early workout had stirred up an appetite, and he realized he hadn't finished his lunch earlier. Deep in his thought as he strolled through the halls, he encountered some fellow teachers also wrapping up for the day.

"Off to call it a day?" Izuku inquired.

"Later, GL. We're hitting up a hero bar for some drinks." Present Mic announced.

"We even convinced Aizawa to crawl out of his sleeping bag to join us." Midnight added, giving his shoulder a shake.

"One drink, then I'm hitting the streets for patrol." Aizawa grumbled.

"Hey, Midoriya, care to join us?" Midnight asked, fluttering her eyelashes playfully.

"Why not? It's been quite the day." Izuku agreed, falling in step with them.

"Yeah, Vlad mentioned you bolted out of the school without much of an explanation." Present Mic remarked.

"What was all that about, anyway?" Midnight asked, with Eraserhead tuning in to the conversation.

"A space cruiser carrying a colony was under attack. I assisted its protector in fending off space animals before seeing them safely on their way." Izuku summarized.

"Space animals? What were they?" Present Mic wondered.

"They were giant bats, bigger than us, and they had a taste for chewing on metal off of ships." Izuku explained.

Midnight shuddered in disgust. "Yikes. I think I'll pass on any space trips for now." She clarified.

"Yeah, those encounters aren't exactly common, but I understand space isn't everyone's cup of tea. By the way, want to get to the bar faster?" Izuku offered, looking at his coworkers.

"Faster how?" Aizawa questioned skeptically.

"Just get in your cars, and I'll show you." Izuku replied.

"Well, if it saves on gas, count me in." Present Mic chimed in.

All three of them, Eraserhead reluctantly, got into their cars parked next to each other. Izuku positioned himself behind them and activated his ring, enveloping all their vehicles in a green energy field.

"Hang on tight." He warned them.

With a slow start, Izuku began to ascend, his passengers peering nervously out of their windows as they gained altitude. Gradually picking up speed, Midoriya flew them through the city for a couple of minutes. People below looked up, puzzled and concerned, but thankfully no one panicked. After a brief flight, Izuku descended gracefully in front of their hangout spot and gently set their vehicles down in three empty parking spaces. They quickly exited their cars as soon as the green energy dissipated.

"That was quite the ride." Present Mic commented, his legs feeling a bit wobbly.

Midnight leaned against Midoriya for support, teasingly adding, "Next time you give me a lift like that, make sure you're holding onto me."

Izuku rolled his eyes at her jest before assisting them inside. He glanced at Eraserhead, who waved him off, opting to make his own way to the door. As they entered the bar, Midoriya's gaze swept over the bustling scene, spotting numerous heroes scattered throughout. Some were in civilian attire, likely off-duty or operating incognito. The four teachers located a booth and settled in. Izuku guided Midnight into the booth after Present Mic took his seat, then situated himself next to Aizawa, opposite of Midnight.

"So, do civilians come here?" Izuku asked.

"Not really. This spot is primarily for pros. It gives us a private spot to unwind without being bombarded by fans or the press." Aizawa replied.

"Especially for someone like me. I can't step into any other bar without men starting fights over me. I enjoy the attention, but there's a limit." Midnight remarked with a wry smile.

Feeling someone's leg brush against his, Midoriya didn't have to think twice to figure out who it was.

"I'll handle the drinks!" He declared before running off.

"... One of these days, Nemuri, you're going to get in trouble with HR for sexual harassment," Aizawa cautioned her, receiving a playful tongue-blowing gesture in response.

"He didn't even ask what we wanted," Present Mic lamented with a hint of amusement.

"I'll have a whiskey, and could you also prepare their usual drinks?" Midoriya requested, gesturing towards his table.

The bartender, a retired pro, seemed taken aback by Midoriya's appearance but nodded. As he set about mixing the drinks, Izuku glanced around the room, noticing the attention his distinctive uniform was drawing from the other pros. Some regarded him with a mixture of distrust and curiosity, unsure what to make of him, particularly given his purported status as a space hero. Midoriya paid them no mind and accepted his drinks from the old man. As he made his way towards his table, someone bumped him in the shoulder, causing him to drop the drinks. However, he swiftly caught them all using a construct before any liquid could spill.

He glanced over to find Death Arms sneering at him. "Watch your step." The pro grumbled.

"Whatever man." Izuku muttered, shaking his head in exasperation as he attempted to leave, only to be halted by a hefty hand gripping his shoulder.

"You got an problem, freak?" Death Arms taunted, edging closer.

"Listen, buddy, you're not worth my time at the moment. I'm just gonna-" Izuku attempted to interject.

"And what if I don't let you?" Death Arms pushed, his tone challenging.

"... you really don't want to go down that road." Izuku cautioned, his tone firm.

"Oh, is that a fact? How about we settle it with a little spar, just you and me." he challenged, a smirk playing on his lips.

"Is that what you really want?" Izuku questioned, his expression serious.

"More than anything right now." Death Arms affirmed with determination.

"Alright, but keep the quirk usage to a minimum. I won't tolerate any damage to my bar," the bartender warned them sternly.

Midoriya carried the drinks to his table, where his coworkers watched with concern, except for Eraserhead, who remained impassive.

"You want us to intervene, buddy?" Present Mic offered.

"Nah, I've got this under control. It won't take long." Midoriya assured them confidently.

He returned to Death Arms, who stood poised and prepared for the fight. Midoriya poised himself, anticipating Death Arms to initiate the first move, which he did by launching a fist toward where Izuku's face had been. However, to his confusion, Izuku had swiftly maneuvered, leaving Death Arms swinging his fist at empty air. Undeterred, Death Arms attempted another strike, only for Izuku to duck and gracefully slide behind him in a fluid motion.

The duel persisted for a full minute, with Midoriya effortlessly evading every strike that Death Arms hurled his way. As the confrontation unfolded, it became apparent that Death Arms was growing tired and getting slower with his hits.

Eventually, Death Arms paused to catch his breath, his frustration mounting as he berated the Green Lantern for not retaliating. "Come on! Or are you too good for-"

Before he could finish his taunt, Izuku unleashed a powerful punch that connected with such force, a tooth went flying and landed into someone's drink, much to their disgust. Death Arms staggered from the impact of the punch, spinning around before crashing to the ground face-first, unconscious and defeated.

Midoriya nonchalantly dusted himself off, unfazed by the outcome, and returned to his table. Meanwhile, a few pro heroes moved in to assist Death Arms, checking on his current condition.

"Good thing you took care of that before I had to step in. You were taking too long." Aizawa grunted in approval.

"Man, he's really out of it!" Present Mic exclaimed, watching as people assisted in removing Death Arms from the scene.

"And you didn't even need to rely on your powers, just that strong, hunky physique of yours." Midnight complimented with a playful grin, much to Izuku's embarrassment.

After the fiasco, the four of them mingled for the rest of the evening, with Aizawa occasionally interjecting with his brief comments. Present Mic and Midnight enthusiastically headed to the dance floor, coaxing Izuku to join them, but Eraserhead opted to remain at the table, content to enjoy his drink in peace. Midoriya eventually backed out when Midnight's advances became too forward, wearing a slight pout as he retreated back to the table.

"She certainly lives up to her title." Izuku remarked with a wry smile.

"Unfortunately, that's true, but she's not too bad to hang around with sometimes." Aizawa commented.

"How long have you guys been friends?" Izuku inquired.

"Since our days at U.A." Eraserhead replied. "Speaking of which, what sorts of threats have you encountered while you were away?"

"Too many to count. From empires to monsters, even encountering ancient cosmic forces." Izuku replied.

"A cosmic force?" Aizawa raised an eyebrow in curiosity.

"Old beings with immeasurable power, existing since time immemorial. Perhaps only the Guardians have complete knowledge of their existence." Izuku explained.

"How come they don't share that knowledge?" Aizawa questioned further.

"Some things are better left unknown." Izuku cautioned. "Because they can be too much for the mind to comprehend."

Afterward, they stuck to light-hearted topics, chatting about small matters until both Midnight and Present Mic stumbled back to join them. It was evident that Midnight and Present Mic needed assistance getting home safely, so with Aizawa's aid, Midoriya guided the drunken pair back to their vehicles. Afterwards, Eraserhead provided Izuku with the locations of their homes before watching them depart in a green sphere flying off.
