Feetsteps resounded through the dark hallway as five individuals make their way through their cell block accompanied by ten frightful guards that looked like they could pass out anytime. There was this overwhelming feeling in the atmosphere. Naruto walked behind the crowd with an expressionless façade when he suddenly feel a hand grasp his own in the darkness. He look down to see pink eyes staring up at him in concern.

"Naruto-san can you stop expelling your KI now?" She whispered which made him realize that he has unconsciously been letting out his KI. He looked around to see everyone staring at him before returning his gaze back to Stella who is still staring at him in concern.

"Sorry" And with that the pressure disappeared like it never existed expelling the overwhelming atmosphere.

"It's okay" She said with a cute smile.

"Guess you are not just all mouth, saru"

"SHUT UP YUREI!" She glared at the direction of the voice reverting back to her usual self.

"*Scoff*"

"Show your face stupid ghost!"

"Too loud"

"Nani"

Naruto chuckled lightly at the scene he had become accustomed to. He felt a ray hit him in the eyes as they walked closer to the light at the end of the hallway. He looked around to see the others slowly becoming more visible as they make it to the end of the hall. He stepped into the light and had to quickly shield his eyes from the blinding light. After few minutes of momentary blindness he finally regained his vision and looked around the wide open courtyard to see inmates from different blocks all looking at him or more specifically his group. He observed all the inmates with cold blue calculating eyes. The courtyard happens to be a wide open area half the size of a football pitch surrounded by a gigantic square shaped wall with a reinforced glass on the upper right wall with a small metallic door underneath it and no roof exposing the dark gloomy sky. Four lights laid on all walls serving as a source of light in the absence of the sun. Three cameras laid on the walls observing the inmates. until someone screamed causing him to tear his attention away to look at the source of the voice which happens to be from a dark pink haired girl with pink eyes putting on a smaller version of his uniform with pink sneakers standing behind him. Her skin tone is fair and her hair is kept in a short twin pigtail. She has this aura of familiarity around her and a bubbly personality with an angular face. She has a silver bracelet around her right wrist. Her glittering pink eyes looked into his deep sea blue ones with so much joy and happiness that it left him puzzled.

'So handsome' She couldn't help but gawk at him as they make eye contact, something that he noticed. He felt like he knew her but he just couldn't wrap his fingers around it. But those pink eyes, there's only one person he has ever seen with it since his time in this prison and that's...

"Stella?" He watched as her eyes lit up in joy with a beaming smile.

"Hai!"

"You look even more beautiful than I expected you to be, Stella-chan" He complimented her with a tiny smile. She gave him a big smile as he ruffled her hair lightly.

"And you look way cooler Naruto-san" She beamed at him causing him to give a light chuckle.

"Enough with the flirting. You are embarrassing yourself saru." A voice intruded causing both of them to turn around to see a tall boy with athletic build approach them looking to be around his mid teen. He has tiny medium dreadlocks with short bangs framing his face. His light chocolate skin complimented his black eyes with an angular face and a bored expression. He has on the same prison uniform as the him and Stella but with a black sneakers and radiated an aura of power with mockery in his eyes.

'Who the hell is this?'

"What are you gawking at? never seen an handsome prince before?"

'Wait that smug way of speaking. There's only one person that voice could belong to..'

"YUREI!" Stella screamed beating him to the punch as she stomped up to him in mid anger after his earlier comment.

"Too loud"

'So that's Paul' Naruto thought as he watch Stella strangle him.

'I thought he would be someone older with the way he speaks'

"Play nice you two" A curled red haired woman with fringes said as she grabbed the two of them by the scruff of their shirt and pulled them apart preventing stella from choking the life out of Paul. She has chocolate skin with her color being a shade darker than Paul's own. She has an athletic build and had on the prison wear with the sleeves cut off completely and white sneakers. Her dark purple eyes and an oval shape face void of any accessories and make-up added more to her beauty. She had a gold bracelet on her left bicep and radiated an aura of power and superiority. She's usually calm and collected but currently she seemed to be running out of both due to the two Bodies currently squabbling in her hands.

"WILL YOU TWO CUT IT OUT!"

"HE/SHE STARTED IT" They both chorused while pointing an accusing finger at each other which only served to aggravate her the more as she grew a huge tick mark on her forehead.

"THEN WHY DON'T YOU BOTH END IT!" She roared as she slammed their heads together before tossing the both of them away shocking Naruto with her brute strength though he quickly hide it.

'Scratch her being calm that lady has got anger issues'

"You must be Naruto-san" Miranda stated snapping him out of his thoughts as she turned her attention to him after managing to calm herself down.

"Hm"

"I was expecting someone more...huge" She said as she stared him down.

"Am flattered that you think so highly of me, but I doubt you can handle me as I am already"

"Is that so?" She scoffed at him. "I doubt that"

"They all did until I proved them wrong" He stated as they got into a stand off.

"Well hello there beautiful" A thick voice interrupted. They turned as one to look to their left\right to see a bulky bald man approach them with a perverted look in his eyes aimed at Miranda. He walk passed the crowd of inmates to stand before her and begin to ogle her with his eyes before returning his gaze to her face and smirked.

'Not bad'

"How about you come with me to that side..." He gestured with his head to where two men stood causing the both of them to look at said men who had perverted grins on their faces. "..And maybe we can have a good ti..." Faster than the eyes could track she send him head first into the concrete floor with a spin kick knocking him out as his head shattered the ground shocking the whole prison still at the sheer display of speed and power.

"Am sorry. But I think I'll pass" She said as she slowly lowered her right leg back to the ground as the prison courtyard grew completely silent as they looked from her to the unconscious man currently bleeding out on the floor. The two prisoners putting on the same orange uniform with a giant D on the back were the first to break out of their shock as they rushed to him.

"Boss are you okay?" Goon 1

"Does he look okay to you?" Goon 2 asked rhetorically as they quickly placed both of his hands over their shoulders and carried him away but not before shooting a glare at Miranda which she returned causing them to Sprint off in fear. She returned her gaze back to Naruto to see that he wasn't the least surprised at all, in fact he had that same emotionless look on his face.

"Unbelievable"

"She took him out with just one hit"

"I can tell that that man wasn't weak either and she took him out like it was nothing"

"Don't you think you went a little too far" A voice intruded drawing their once again to regard the owner which happened to be an old man with a walking stick. He's hunched and has on the same uniform as everyone else with a green haori hung loosely over his shoulders. He has a mop of grey hair on his head with no hair in the middle and brown eyes with an heavily wrinkled face.

"But old man ken, that was my weakest attack" She proclaimed causing the other prison blocks prisoners eyes to bulge in disbelief causing another round of whispers.

"Did you hear that?"

"She said that was her weakest attack, if so then I don't want to know what her strongest attack will look like"

"Those guys from the Isolation wards are freaks"

"Yeah yeah" He waved her off as he walked pass her to stand before Naruto who only stared at him impassively showing no emotions not even when Paul and Stella returned with huge lumps on their heads.

"hm"

"You must be Uzumaki-san, nice to meet you. My name is ken no surname but they call me old man ken". He introduced as he held out his right hand for him to shake which he gladly did.

"Nice to meet you too ken-san." Naruto said in a monotone though his eyes showed gentility.

"Well you have already met Paul and Stella" He pointed at the mentioned two. Stella held up a peace sign while Paul gave him short bow, his temperament completely unlike before. Did he hit his head too hard?.

"Nice to officially meet you Naruto-san. I commend you for having the strength to put up with saru here" He said as he jabbed a thumb over his shoulder at said person which earned him a punch to the face sending him spiraling away.

"And that's Miranda" Ken pointed to the last member who just gave him a light nod. "Though you guys were already getting acquainted".

'Is that what he calls getting acquainted?'

"Can I speak with you for a minute?."

"Of course"

"Good. walk with me" Ken requested as he walked him towards another part of the courtyard with the rest of the group not far behind them. Even Paul who has just returned from his short flight and is currently glaring holes at Stella who sticked out her tongue at him while hiding beside a frustrated Miranda.

"So what do you think about the prison?"

"Not bad but I can't help but notice that we have been the center of attention since our arrival" Naruto said as he observed all the various inmates openly staring him down with some giving him the cut-throat sign. He glared at a few causing them to take a step back in fear.

"It nothing new. You'll get over it with time" Miranda said from behind the group with folded arms which made Naruto stare at her for a brief moment before giving a slight nod.

"How much do you know about this side of the world" Ken asked regaining his attention.

"That they are five kingdoms in total and each kingdom have their own capitals and is made up of several smaller kingdoms and islands. Skyfall is the kingdom which this prison resides in and the kingdom best associated with the government while lion heart is considered to be the strongest with Holy grail being the home of the world military. The other two kingdoms are The white clover dynasty and the Spirit Sanctum said to be the hardest place to find and is located in-between the land of the living and the dead and that's just putting it lightly."

"That's good enough" He nodded with a slight smile. They walked for awhile before finally reaching a secluded bench at the end of the courtyard and sat down with Stella and Paul sitting cross-legged on the floor in front of them while Miranda leaned on the wall behind them. The bench happens to be farther away from the light and coincidentally the cameras.

"So tell me. How much do you know about energy?"

"Just the basics. From what Stella told me it's a lot like chakra but also a lot different. Just like chakra it requires the use of the physical and spiritual aspect while unlike chakra it doesn't require the use of hand signs." He summarized which earned him a nod from ken as he went over what he said while the rest of the group turned to stare quizzically at Stella who could only give a nervous laugh.

"Like you said before, those are just the basics" He stated as he inhaled a slight amount of oxygen and exhaled slowly all the while Naruto kept his icy blue eyes glued on him.

"The energy consist of three aspect. The mind, the body and the soul also known as the spiritual aspect. In order to use energy you must first balance all three aspects. You can't unlock it like chakra normal methods through training and can't be taught because one energy is different from the other. It's extremely rare for two people to share the same energy, there must be a slight difference. Like how everyone is born with chakra but only a few can use it so is how energy is. Now onto the next part, energy is classified into three parts; Earth energy, Hell energy and Heaven energy. The last two are difficult to archive through training. You are either born with it or it is given to you by a previous user while the earth energy is from birth and exist in everyone, even you." Here he turned to look at Naruto causing him to look puzzled.

"Me?"

"Yes. This is where the similarities come in. The energy consists of the five elements and are determined after the first four months of a child's birth. It is easy for them to manipulate and master their respective elements while only a true master of two elements or a genius born with two elements can archive the sub elements of his or her respective elements by combining them together. Are you following me Uzumaki-san?"

"Hai" He stated even as he had his eyes fixed on Stella who had hers glued on ken paying close attentions to him. He looked around to see everyone else doing the same even Miranda though she tried not to show it. He returned his gaze to stare back at ken in curiosity.

"Good, cause this is where you should pay the most attention".

"The heaven and hell energy consists of elements above, beneath and beyond your wildest imagination. They are known to perform godly feats and actions. The difference between them is that those born with the heaven and hell energy usually have a symbol or mark to distinguish them from the others and have special abilities. They also have a gigantic amount of energy".

'So they are just like we jinchuurikis or what is left of us' Naruto thought as he analyzed the situation.

"People who have trained or learned to refine their energy to the peak have an exceptional level of physical ability. The more refined their energy the more stronger their physical ability will be."

"So you are telling me that energy is way stronger than chakra"

"That should be obvious by now" Miranda Said drawing all the attention to herself once more.

"Let me put it like this. A more refined energy is leagues above a shinobi sage chakra" Ken revealed causing him to raise a questioningly eyebrow at him in disbelief. Sage chakra was by no means a easy task to achieve and it takes perfect refinement of chakra to achieve so for him to claim that it's weaker to this so called energy is a shock to say the least.

"What?"

"You heard me correctly" He chuckled.

"You seem to know a lot about chakra for a man who has spent half of his life in jail. May I ask how?" Naruto inquired as ken adopted a thinking pose.

"Contrary to popular belief I was born in the elemental nations and spent most of my teen serving as a ninja of a particular village"

"You don't say."

"Hm"

"So which village is it?"

"That's a secret" Ken whispered as he winked at him which caused him to do an eye roll.

"Though I find it hard to believe you can be this conversational" Ken stated after taking his time to observe him throughout their conversation, something that he noticed.

"I guess I have Stella to thank for that. Her endless chirping was something that even I can't ignore" He said which got ken laughing. Looking at him now he looked like a grandfather laughing at his grandchild's naivety.

"Hey!" Stella screamed at him already taking offence to that.

"That's saru for you" Paul laughed out loud which only served to irritate her.

"Shut up!"

'I can tell that it's more than that though' Miranda thought unknowingly echoing old man ken's thoughts.

"So tell me something Uzumaki-san"

"Naruto"

"Naruto-san. What exactly were you thrown in prison for? Cause from what I have heard you are regarded as the war hero far and wide and you are also the very first man to ever synchronize with the kyūbi nō yoko. So why?" Ken asked the question on everybody's mind, a question that he himself have lost count of how many times it had left him perplexed.

'That's what I'd also like to know the answer to'

"Like I told Stella. That's a question even I don't know the answer to" He said with a sad sigh as he look up to the dark clouds above.

Suzan sat down behind her desk in her office with a cigarette in mouth going through paper works when a knock resounded on her door interrupting her.

Knock knock

"*Sigh, Come in" The door to her office swing open as a guard walked in and saluted the warden with an envelope in his right hand.

"Warden-sama".

"What is it?" She asked as she looked up from the documents that she had been signing.

"It's a letter for you"

"Who is it from?"

"It's from commander Don-sama" The soldier replied which made her sigh at the mention of the name. The commander hadn't written to them since he dropped off the newest member of block I, so why now.

"And what does it say?".

"Am sorry captain but the commander asked that it be given to you directly." He said before handing her the paper. She went through the content of the paper and raised an eyebrow in curiosity at what she found.

'Well that's unexpected'
