A/N: I've ended this kinda short/abruptly but did that to ask for OCs for Naruto and Gina to fight and skipped chunks of episodes that had the New Fish-Man Pirates introduced before episode 535.

Chapter XL.

Last Time.

Camie then shows off the bubble roads to the group as they make their way into an air-filled area of the island. After reaching their destination, Usopp and Chopper marvel over the fact that there's air and clouds in where they are.

"Camie!"

They looked to see a group of mermaids relaxing by a pool.

Sanji then immediately starts crying and excitedly proclaims that he has found his All Blue, as Camie then introduces the Straw Hats to the group of mermaids. One of them comes up to Sanji and grabs his arm, asking why he is crying. She then asks him to dance with her underwater. Sanji then remarks on how this might be too good to be true and that he might die on Fish-Man Island on that very day, but Usopp remarks on how negative Sanji is being.

"So you broke in?"

Naruto, who was sitting at the edge, looked to see a mermaid by him.

"That's kinda hot. I have a thing for pirates."

Naruto chuckled nervously at that as Sanji took off his shirt and dived in the water.

Now.

Fishman Island Nami And Gina.

Nami and Gina, topless rung out their tops before putting them back on and looking up. "Now what should we do?" Nami asked running her hands through her hair.

"Look for the others would be a start," Gina answered as they saw fish swimming outside of the bubble before hearing something.

Looking down, they saw something swimming at them having the two scream before it popped out revealing Franky holding Robin. "SUPER!"

Later, having waking up, Robin saw the other two women looking down at her. Franky dropped down after scouting for the others, only to come to the conclusion that they were thrown in separate directions before explaining they were near a town.

Naruto, Luffy, Sanji, Usopp And Chopper.

Sanji is playing in a pool with the mermaids in Mermaid Cove. The chef states his wish to live there, with a mermaid remarking how much fun he is. Luffy, soaking his feet on the side of the pool, comments on how nice it must be to swim. Camie suggests that Luffy could wear a bubble to do so, much to his surprise.

Usopp asks if Sanji is just acting the way he is out of nature. Chopper states that he is glad Sanji is back to normal, going on to say that his bloodstock is out of Sanji's blood type, S RH-, an exceedingly rare blood type. Luffy tells Camie there is someone on the island he wants to meet. Camie asks if it is the Mermaid Princess, Luffy says it is not, and that he wants to see Jinbe, explaining how Jinbe helped him in the war.

Usopp asks if Luffy is referring to the ex-Shichibukai (Ex-Warlord), to which Luffy replies with a yes, calling him his friend, much to Usopp's disbelief. Luffy then remembers Jinbe saying that he would wait for Luffy at Fish-Man Island and tells Camie about it. Camie then remembers reading an article where Luffy and Jinbe were seen together after the war.

When Luffy asks where he is, Camie replies that he is not on the island, going on to explain that after Jinbe abdicated his Shichibukai (Warlord) status, he could no longer stay on Fish-Man Island, so he and the Fish-Man Pirates had to leave. Luffy then asks if that meant that he will not be able to see him, and Camie explains that the details of his departure are complicated and that after the war, a lot of things have changed on Fish-Man Island.

Suddenly, the quintuplets came over-explaining that there's a ship coming from the palace and that the Straw Hats should hide in case it was there for them because they entered illegally. Suddenly trumpets played before they heard a male voice from a ship on a large eel.

"The three Neptune Brothers have arrived."

The first is is an enormous, muscular shark merman, with a wide chest and large arms. He has a long face, framed by wavy fair blue hair flowing down to his shoulders, a sharp and pointy nose, and a dot of some sort printed on the middle of his forehead. He has gills on his massive neck and a dark blue tail with light blue polka-dots.

He's wearing a dark garment around his waist, held up by an extremely long sash. He also has a light blue long band, which passes over his shoulders, drawing a circle around the back of his neck, and falls down to his waist, seemingly floating behind him; something all of the three has, and he's holding a gold trident with him.

Fukaboshi, The First Son Of Neptune.

The next is an extremely tall and thin merman and is the second tallest of the three. He has wide eyes, long wavy dark pink hair, and beaver-like teeth.

And he's the only one of the three to be clothed in the upper body, with a fancy robe-like garment with sleeves that are puffed at the shoulders and wrists. He has two swords behind him, held in place by an orange sash. He also has a long purple tail with white polka dots and a redfin.

Ryuboshi, The Second Son Of Neptune.

The third is a rotund, stocky, and large merman with a polka dot tail, with a black variation along with white polka dots and red scales. He also has brown hair and red fins on his head. He's wearing a blue hat with a dirty white stripe going across the middle of it. The stripe is serrated on the bottom side and there is a dot pattern inside the stripe. He also has a yellow sash, like his two older brothers.

Manboshi.

"I received a report that someone entered the city illegally, have they come by here perhaps?" Fukaboshi asked the mermaids.

"If you have seen them, be sure to tell me so-la-ti-do~!" Ryuboshi sang at the end before Manboshi danced while he sang.

"Akkamanbo shake your moon-fish, why we gotta do this? Let's party with the ladies."

From a distance, Hammond is watching these events take place with Hyouzou and a sea monster. Hammond wonders why they are at the cove, saying it could be problematic. Fukaboshi then thanks to the mermaids for their time, saying that he will continue searching elsewhere and that the border patrol must have made a mistake.

He then apologizes to the mermaids for taking up their time, to which they reply that it was not any trouble at all. His brothers apologize as well. At this point, Sanji who was being held by Ishilly to her bust loses all self-control and he erupts in his most massive nosebleed ever. The blood spurted extremely high, taking the shape of a mermaid doing a sexy pose.

Chopper yells out in shock as he runs toward him as the bottom half of Sanji's face is completely covered in blood and there is a lot more of it in the water. Luffy remarks that Sanji just lost a dangerous amount of blood. Usopp realizes that Sanji could not handle the excitement after all, and keeping it suppressed caused him to explode like this.

Fukaboshi, checking some of the crew's wanted posters, realizes that the person he is seeing now must be Monkey D. Luffy. He then orders his Ammo Knights to advance. Hammond realizes that the Straw Hat Pirates are there now too. Hammond says that it would be bad if they got into a fight with the Neptune Army and decides not to do anything for now.

Naruto stood up from a rock and looked at the knights with Luffy while Chopper begged for blood donation for Sanji. "Chopper, it's illegal for Fishman and humans to do a blood transfusion," Naruto explained walking up to him. "Camie told me about it when I was back at Shakky's one day. And it was the World Government who made that rule, not the Royal Family."

Naruto then looked up at the guards before speaking. "Are there any humans or human pirates here?"

He stopped hearing laughter before turning to see Hammond. One of the guards tells Fukaboshi that the person talking is Hammond from the Fish-Man District. Hammond tells Sanji to stay bleeding as he is and to die helplessly. He then tells about the rule put in place long ago, forbidding fish-men and humans from sharing blood. Usopp and Luffy look at him in disbelief. Hammond goes on to explain that the rule, ironic to the situation, was put in place by humans, fearing the fish-men as monsters, to prevent the mixing of bloodlines.

Hammond then ordered them to abandon the life of one crew member and come with them to the Fish-Man District, as their boss, Hody Jones, wished to see them. Usopp then shouted that he did not know the detail of that law and that if someone with S RH- blood came forth to help, he would thank them in any way possible. Hammond, ignoring Usopp, remarks that they will just have to take the Straw Hat Pirates by force and shoot a Trawl Net from a gun at them.

Only for it to be cut into pieces as Naruto held his new blade. "Been meaning to test Ryūjin. (Dragon Blade.)"

Luffy then shot forward and hit each Fishman back before hearing Camie from the ship calling them up. Naruto jumped up as Luffy pulled the others while they went to the closest town. Camie then apologizes to the guards, promising to return the giant oarfish to them once they are done with it. Once everyone is on board, they set off, leaving everyone else, including the princes, at Mermaid Cove.

On the gondola, Camie apologizes, saying she would be willing to help if she were the right blood type for Sanji, but she is not. Usopp tells her that she has nothing to be sorry for, as it all goes back to Sanji having impure thoughts, pointing out the smirk on the chef's face as evidence. Chopper tells Sanji not to think of anything, as every second is precious.

She then explains that there haven't been any human travelers in a month citing that what happened to them being attacked as the cause. Later, as they got to the town, Naruto snapped his fingers as he stood. "Left my staff back at the pool, be right back."

Putting the formula on the eel, Naruto disappeared. When he got back, he saw Caribou out of the barrel, attacking the mermaids with the princes being gone. Sighing, Naruto's eyes turned to gold before grabbing Caribou by the back of the head. "Matte, Matte! (Wait, wait!)"

"Listen, you piece of shit, I gave you mercy by not throwing your sorry ass into the ocean, I'm not going to kill you but I'll let the guards take you and possibly get the reward." Naruto then tossed him into the water before tying his head to a floater as he became weak. "Call the guards-!" He stopped as Ishilly jumped up to hug him to her chest.

Once getting back to the others, Naruto saw them going to another building before following after.

Inside, he saw Camie talking to another mermaid. She is a large mermaid with purple nail polish, red lipstick, and blue eyes with slanted pupils that resemble shark eyes. She has short black hair that covers the right side of her face. Her tail is dark blue with a dorsal fin on her lower back where her human and fish halves meet, a white patch below the dorsal fin, smaller fins on the lower front and back, and a lunate caudal fin.

She's wearing a hooded purple blouse that is only buttoned in the middle, revealing her large cleavage and stomach and has a belly chain around her waist. She is also smoking a pipe.

Madame Sharley.

Luffy and Usopp find Sharley's crystal ball, which she tells them not to touch. Camie explains to them that Sharley is a fortune teller, and was rather well known. Sharley however, said that she was retired, as the future was better left unknown. Luffy then asks her if mermaid's poop. This angered Sharley who called Luffy a vulgar child.

Camie quickly told him to apologize, which he did. Sharley then tells Camie to take the rest of the day off and show her friends the island. She said not to worry about the influx of human pirate customers, as she had enough hired help to start handling the crowd. Camie remember Pappag, and how she had to deliver a clam to him. Sharley tells her that Pappag is in the cafe, making a ruckus about some old friend of his.

After leaving the room, Camie tells the Straw Hats about some of Madame Sharley's famous predictions, such as predicting the Great Age of Pirates one year ahead of time. She also accurately predicted the war at Marineford and Whitebeard's death. Because of her accuracy at predicting disasters, she has come to hate her ability to see the future.

She takes them to the main street of Coral Hill and the front entrance of the Mermaid Cafe. When Luffy stated how hungry he was, Camie said they have cakes, sea fruits, and shellfish, but no meat in the sense Luffy was thinking. Usopp tries to distract Luffy from his bitterness about the lack of meat by reminding him Pappag is inside.

Once getting inside, they were greeted by Pappag who was with Brook. Pappag explained how he found Brook before saying he was about to show him his estate and then invited them and enticed Luffy with sea monster meat explaining that was his diet due to being a wild animal. Only to jump at Camie when she held out a clam for him.

Getting on a fish taxi after Brook noticed a wanted poster for the ghost he saw on the Flying Dutchman. Pappag replied it was Vander Decken IX who's a pirate that's the descendant of the original captain of the Flying Dutchman who tried to woo the princess. They then go by a large candy factory with Jolly Rogers around it that's a skull with thick lips and wearing a pirate tricorne, on a fluffy background with several candy canes crossed behind it, in place of normal crossbones. A tree is seen coming out of the cane on the bottom right.

Pappag explains that one of the Yonko (Four Emperors) Charlotte Linlin AKA, Big Mom protects them in exchange for a large amount of candy each month. And that Whitebeard was the previous protector before his death. "She must be nice to protect the place," Luffy commented before Pappag looked back.

"Whitebeard didn't want anything, Big Mom treats it as a business deal."

Meanwhile, back at Sharley's, she started yelling that Luffy needs to leave because if not, the island would be destroyed.

Later, with the Crew, they ran into the town Pappag lives in and came across Nami in one of his clothing stores trying to get clothes for half off. Pappag interjected and said she could have as much as she could carry for free to thank them for what they did two years ago. And was then left with an empty store as she had everyone take a large bag as well.

Just then, one Fishman ran in to explain King Neptune was there and they an out to see a Fishmen on a large whale.

He's a giant-sized and muscular coelacanth merman. He has a red nose, small eyes, and long thick orange curly hair and beard. Both his chest and arms are covered with hair. He is bare-chested and has matching black tattoos on both arms, which looks like a spiral with wavy protrusion designs around it.

He's wearing a gold crown that resembles a tulip with jewels embedded, a golden bracelet on each wrist, and carries a gold trident with an elaborate design.

King Neptune And Hoe.

"Well, Megalo, are these the ones?" Neptune asked looking back to see Megalo who nodded.

"That's that shark we saw outside," Naruto started looking at the shark.

Neptune then invited them to the palace having the Crew accept and brought Camie and Pappag before Megalo took them with Hoe towards the palace above. On the way up, Neptune explained he sent his sons to get them and that Zoro was already in the palace. Nami then explained that Franky was looking for his mentor's family while Robin was looking around with Gina. She then asked Neptune why there's light under the sea.

Neptune replied that it's from the Sun Tree Eve whose roots give light and oxygen to the island from above the sea. Once getting to the top f the bubble, Neptune handed them a small coral that Camie explained it'll create a bubble for them to breathe underwater because most of the palace is underwater due to not getting any human visitors. They then created a large bubble as a tunnel came down having them ride it to the palace.

Once coming out the other side, Naruto saw the palace is covered with several layers of bubbles and the only way in is the connection corridor. And there was a gold dragon statue behind it. They then got inside and saw fish swimming in it with the guards saluting Neptune before another Fishman came in yelling about how he went outside without guards.

He is a seahorse merman, having ridges along his back and the sides of his face, as well as a curly orange tail like a seahorse rather than a standard merman's fishtail. His mouth also protrudes forwards like a seahorse's. He's wearing a jacket with two circles and a band on each sleeve. His jacket's sleeves are very large on the end. He carries a katana on his left hip and a trishula-like trident.

Minister of the Right.

Beside him is a short, rather rotund merman with light blond waist-length hair. He has a long beard and, like a catfish, two large whiskers for a mustache. He's wearing a monocle on his left eye and an oversized top hat. He's also using a wooden cane that has a horned design on the top to get around.

Minister of the Left.

While Neptune was being scolded, Luffy smelled food and ran out, having a bubble form around him before Naruto sighed. "Our Captain's gone, I'll watch him."

Smacking Nami on the ass, he walked out having a bubble form on him. Naruto calmly followed Luffy who bounced around following the smell of food. Eventually, they came to a bubble-enclosed door that took their bubbles away before looking at the air-pocketed hallway. They then saw a door to the left that's covered in weapons before a guard walked out with an empty food tray. Luffy then ran into the room having Naruto follow. "Luffy matte! (Wait!)"

Following after Luffy as they got into the darkroom, they both landed on something soft before taking a step forward and hitting something round and soft. Naruto placed his hand on the wall and heard moaning before blinking, then blushed. "Luffy… I think we're standing on top of someone."

The light then turned on having Naruto see that indeed they were on top of a giant mermaid. She has very long, flowing pink hair with a taiyaki-shaped hairgrip. Her breasts are large, even relative to her giant-like size, and much of her upper body is exposed. Her broadly striped tail ends in a ruffle around her waist and she has blush marks on her cheeks.

She's wearing a cleavage-baring yellow halter top covered in pearls with a strap that widens and sticks out on the back of her neck. She also has clam earrings and belly chains with a cloth hanging down in front. She has a very long light red and pink striped tail.

Princess Shirahoshi.

"Holy shit look at the size of those knockers!"

Naruto sighed at Kurama's exclamation but couldn't help but share the statement as he looked up at her. She then became teary-eyed saying that she wasn't afraid of them or anyone that wants to kill her before crying for help. "Oi, (Hey,) we're not here to hurt you. Naruto said raising his hands.

He then tensed before jumping up and brought his staff out with the blades to deflect a large broad ax away. They then heard yelling for Shirahoshi before she graved the two and held them behind her back. The guards and Minister of the Right came in and explained that the Straw Hats are going to be put in the palace prison due to Madame Sharley's prediction.

Once they left after Megalo swam in, the princess apologizes for her rudeness and allows Luffy to eat her food, revealing that her name is Shirahoshi. She then reveals to them that she's been in the tower for 10 years hiding from weapons being thrown at her from Vander Decken. After being accidentally insulted by Luffy, Shirahoshi reveals that she wants to see a lot of places and Luffy immediately orders her to leave with him.

Later, they burst out of the tower with Shirahoshi hiding inside Megalo. Naruto noticed human pirates outside before dropping down and taking them out before appearing with Luffy. They swam out of the palace as Shirahoshi explains she wants to go to the Sea Forest to visit a grave she's never seen having Naruto sigh having a good idea who's it is.

Franky.

Franky stood in front of the Sunny beside a merman. He is a muscular merman with long, curly fair hair reaching down below his shoulders. He has a long and hooked nose that points downward. He has a mustache and a dark, long, pointed goatee and is smiling. He has tattoos resembling four-leafed clovers on each of his arms; this symbol is also present on the dark, short-sleeved shirt he has on.

He also has on a wide-brimmed hat on his head and what appears to be glasses or safety goggles on his face. He has an earring on each of his ears and a beaded necklace around his neck. He has a bag full of tools attached to a belt around his waist; just below it is tied a light cloth, somewhat similar to an apron and webbed hands.

Den.

"Hey Sunny, looking good! Things got dicey back there but you can't keep a super ship down!"

"As you can see, the others weren't so lucky," Den said as they walked to the ship while looking at the other destroyed ships. "As you can see, the tides bring many sunken vessels to this spot is acting as a ship graveyard for those that couldn't make it to the New World. And yet it's overflowing with life." He explained looking at the fish and penguins swimming around. "Thanks to the grace of the Sun tree Eve, many fish and coral make their home here."

After checking the Sunny, they saw Jinbe wearing a kimono with a leaf pattern sat a large gravestone.

Ryugu Palace.

Zoro and the others stood beside tied-up guards and Neptune after they tried to be arrested looked to see Fishmen walking in and focused on two in front.

The first is a grey-skinned great white shark, Fishman. He has a large belly, with a tattoo of the New Fish-Man Pirates design on the right side as well as a long scar on the left, and muscular arms and legs. His facial features include glaring eyes, with long and distinctive eyelashes, a mouth full of sharp, triangular teeth, and a snub nose.

He has long black curly hair, with a long tuft hanging on the left part of his face. His left arm is intricately tattooed, with the Arlong Pirates' Jolly Roger near the wrist and several circular designs above it ending with two skulls on the upper arm; he also has some spikes protruding from his bare wrist and circling it all, possibly decorative piercings.

He has a pink newsboy cap on, with a little trident represented on the left side, bearing a resemblance to the same weapon he's carrying, and a massive scarf seemingly made from a dog-like animal around his neck, with the animal's head hanging on the left side of his chest. He's wearing a red open shirt with short sleeves, a wide collar and dark-red spots on the lower part, short blue trousers with a similar pattern but with light-blue spots, a pink sash tied around the waist, and sandals.

Hody Jones, Captain of the New Fishman Pirates.

The next is a tall Japanese bullhead shark Fishman with beige-colored skin, a slim build, and lanky limbs. His most distinguishing feature is his four legs. He has a short, scraggly goatee, a long, wavy mustache with spiky edges, and similarly, long, wavy and spiky black hair under a yellow fedora with a purple band. He also has sharp teeth, with bigger webs between his fingers, a very thin, pointy nose, and a prominent hunch that puts his head on equal level with his shoulders.

He's wearing three golden bands on each of his ankles, and two pairs of sandals. He sports green overalls reaching just below his knees, with ruffled edges and decorative buttons on both the straps, over a white shirt with ruffled edges. He has on a yellow cape, also complete with ruffled edges, draped over his shoulders, and two massive beaded necklaces hanging on his chest, and a red glove on his right hand.

Vander Decken IX.

"Vander Decken…" Neptune spoke up looking down. "You're the one behind this, give me back my daughter! You've made her suffer enough!"

"All father-in-law's say that! But you'll come around after the honeymoon, this, I suspect!"

"I'll never be your father-in-law! Now, where did you take Shirahoshi? If you've harmed one hair on her head-!"

"You're losing your mind old man, if I had her, why would I be breaking in here?" Vander asked as Neptune continued to glare.

"Don't play dumb with me! You're here and she's missing!"

Hody calmed him down and reminded Decken of his powers before Decken left to find Shirahoshi.
