{"I am The Queen and Bad Wolf."}
"You know the Doctor. You understand him. You will predict his actions." I laughed at them, "I don't know! And even if I did, I wouldn't tell you." I told them with a dark look causing them to back away slightly. "Predict! Predict! Predict! Tardis detected in flight." Multiple Daleks began to shout at once, "Launch missiles. Exterminate." I just watched silently because I knew that he would come. He would come with Jack and they would save me.
The Dalek missiles strike the Tardis, and there is a big fireball in the vacuum of space. "Neat trick, my love." I smirked. The Tardis materialises around Me and the nearest Dalek. "Kate, get down!" I move out of the way as the Dalek yells, "Exterminate!"
The Dalek fires and misses. Jack takes out the Dalek with the modified Defabricator. I laughed as Theta came running up to me for a hug. "You did it." Rose laughed off to the side as Theta held me close.
"Feels like I haven't seen you in years."
"I told you I'd come and get you."
"Never doubted it."
"I did. You all right?" He asked back in english causing me to nod, "Yeah. You?" I asked with a happy smile as he checked me out. Seeming liking this new look of mine, "Not bad, been better. Might I say, love the new body." His eyes flashed darkly causing me to shiver in anticipation.
He always knew what to do to me.
Theta hugged me again as Jack and Rose watched with confusion, "I'm sorry but Kate?" Jack asked as he stepped closer causing me to nod. "Yeah it's me. Captain Of Flirtation." His eyes widened as he laughed and pulled me into a hug and spinning me around. "Hold on a minute, how are you like that? Is that really Kate?" Rose demanded with a question as Theta went over to explain everything to her while I grabbed Jack an rushed to the wardrobe for a real quick change since this dress keeps slipping down.
"Oh, you were lucky. That was just a one shot wonder. Drained the gun of all its power supply. Now it's just a piece of junk." I laughed with Jack as I changed.
—————-
"You said they were extinct. How comes they're still alive?" Rose asked Theta eyeballing me from the side, either she still didn't believe it was me or she just didn't like that I was still alive. Either way I wasn't about to let her feeling change anything about mine and Theta's relationship. "One minute they're the greatest threat in the Universe, the next minute they vanished out of time and space." Jack spoke with a nod, "They went off to fight a bigger war. The Time War" I told him as he looked back at me with wide eyes.
"I thought that was just a legend."
"We were there. The war between the Daleks and the Time Lords, with the whole of creation at stake. Our people were destroyed, but they took the Daleks with them. I almost thought it was worth it. Now it turns out they died for nothing." I grabbed Theta's hand an gave him a reassuring smile causing him to smile back gratefully. "There's thousands of them now. We could hardly stop one. What're we going to do?" Rose asked as she frowned at our hands. "No good stood round here chin wagging. Human race, you'd gossip all day. The Daleks have got the answers. Let's go and meet the neighbours."
"You can't go out there!"
—————
"Exterminate! Exterminate! Exterminate!" The Dalek rays are stopped by a forcefield extending a good three metres out from the Tardis.
"Is that it? Useless! Nul points. It's all right, come on out. That forcefield can hold back anything." Theta taunted causing Jack to correct him, "Almost anything." I laughed as Theta glared at Jack. "Yes, but I wasn't going to tell them that. Thanks." He winced slightly, "Sorry."
"Do you know what they call me in the ancient legends of the Dalek Homeworld? The Oncoming Storm. And her, The Dark Princess. You thought she was dead didn't you, but you know she can't be killed. You might've removed all your emotions but I reckon right down deep in your DNA, there's one little spark left, and that's fear. Doesn't it just burn when you face me? So tell me. How did you survive the Time War?" I couldn't help but stand tall as Theta praised me.
Before the time war, we had little battles with the Daleks when they came to fight us and I was always front and center. Theta encountered them when he traveled but I fought them when they tried to invaded us. It was the only time I was ever let out of my prison.
The countless battles I fought while he was gone, he never truly knew the extent I went through because they wanted the perfect ruler.
I was a war hero on our planet which was why I was encouraged before the time war to become Queen but I had tried my best to play it off for as long as I could but now it was time.
This was my time to become what I was born to be.
"They survived through me." A deep dark voice sounded sending chills throughout my spin as the lights come up to reveal a large apparatus, which on closer inspection is an exploded giant Dalek casing, and a blue-skinned one-eyed mutant is happy for everyone to see it sitting there as if on its throne. "Rose, Captain, this is the Emperor of the Daleks." I introduced as Theta stared in shock. "You destroyed us, Princess, Doctor. The Dalek race died in your inferno, but my ship survived, falling through time, crippled but alive-" Theta interrupted, "I get it."
"Do not interrupt. Do not interrupt. Do not interrupt." The Daleks shouted all at once, "I think you're forgetting something. I'm the Doctor, and if there's one thing I can do, it's talk. I've got five billion languages, and you haven't got one way of stopping me. So if anybody's going to shut up, it's you! Okey doke. So, where were we?" Theta babbled on causing me to smile at him.
I could feel Rose look at me but I didn't give her the satisfaction, "We waited here in the dark space, damaged but rebuilding. Centuries passed, and we quietly infiltrated the systems of Earth, harvesting the waste of humanity. The prisoners, the refugees, the dispossessed. They all came to us. The bodies were filtered, pulped, sifted. The seed of the human race is perverted. Only one cell in a billion was fit to be nurtured." The Emperor went on causing me to let out a yawn.
"So you created an army of Daleks out of the dead." Theta finished with a frown, "That makes them half human." Rose spoke up as she moved to stand next to Theta, "Those words are blasphemy." The Emperor snarled.
"Do not blaspheme."
"Do not blaspheme."
"Do not blaspheme."
"Everything human has been purged. I cultivated pure and blessed Dalek." The Emperor spoke, causing Theta to cock his head. "Since when did the Daleks have a concept of blasphemy?"
He asked causing the Emperor to proudly announce. "I reached into the dirt and made new life. I am the God of all Daleks!" He yelled causing me to wince at the loudness.
"Worship him. Worship him. Worship him."
"They're insane. Hiding in silence for hundreds of years, that's enough to drive anyone mad. But it's worse than that. Driven mad by your own flesh. The stink of humanity. You hate your own existence. And that makes them more deadly than ever. We're going."
"You may not leave my presence." The Emperor demanded loudly, "Stay where you are." A Daley demanded, "Exterminate!" The Doctor, Me, Rose and Jack go back inside the Tardis. The Daleks start shooting at the forcefield again, "Exterminate! Exterminate! Exterminate! Exterminate! Worship him! You will be exterminated!"
The Tardis materialises on floor five hundred and Theta runs out. "Turn everything up. All transmitters full power, wide open. Now! Do it!" Theta yelled, "What does this do?" Pavale asked, "Stops the Daleks from transmatting on board. How did you get on? Did you contact Earth?" I asked her as I walked closer and crossed my arms with a frown. "Well, we tried to warn them, but all they did was suspend our license because we stopped the programmes." She explained causing me to nod, "And the planet's just sitting there, defenceless. Lynda, what're you still doing on board? I told you to evacuate everyone." Theta spoke causing me to turn and look at them, "She wouldn't go." Pavale stated while Lynda shrugged. "Didn't want to leave you."
"There weren't enough shuttles anyway, or I wouldn't be here. We've got about a hundred people stranded on Floor Zero." A women stated.
—————
"Oh, my God. The Fleet is moving. They're on their way."
——————-
The Doctor is pulling bits out of the conduits. "Dalek plan. Big mistake, because what have they left me with? Anyone? Anyone? Oh, come on, it's obvious. A great big transmitter. This station. If I can change the signal, fold it back, sequence it, anyone?" Theta looked around causing Jack to sigh in realization. "You've got to be kidding." He muttered out causing us to nod,
"Give the man a medal." I laughed with a smirk, "A Delta Wave?" He asked causing me to nod, "A Delta Wave!"
Captain Jack sure as hell was smart, "What's a Delta Wave?" Rose asked as she looked at the three of us. "A wave of Van Cassadyne energy. It fries your brain. Stand in the way of a Delta Wave and your head gets barbequed." Jack explained causing her eyes to widen. "And this place can transmit a massive wave. Wipe out the Daleks!"
"Well, get started and do it then."
"Trouble is, wave this size, building this big, brain as clever as mine, should take about, oh, three days? How long till the Fleet arrive?" Theta asked with a frown, "Twenty two minutes." Later, after some rerouting of bits and pieces. "We've now got a forcefield so they can't blast us out of the sky, but that doesn't stop the Daleks from physically invading."
"Do they know about the Delta Wave?"
"They'll have worked it out at the same time. So, they want to stop the Doctor. That means they've got to get to this level, five hundred. Now, I can concentrate the extrapolator around the top six levels, five hundred to four nine five. So they'll penetrate the station below that at level four nine four and fight their way up." Jack explained. "Who are they fighting?" She asked with a frown, "Us." I stated causing her to look at me, "And what are we fighting with?" She asked again, "The guards had guns with bastic bullets. That's enough to blow a Dalek wide open."
"There's five of us."
"Rose, you can help me. I need all these wires stripping bare."
"Right, now there's four of us."
"Then let's move it. Into the lift. Isolate the lift controls." Pavale and his colleague run off. "I just want to say, er, thanks, I suppose, and I'll do my best." She smiled, "Me too." They shake hands and Lynda moves away. "It's been fun, but I guess this is goodbye." I smiled sadly at him and shook my head, "Nah you'll live forever." I teased causing him to smile. "Don't talk like that. The Doctor's going to do it. You just watch him."
He smiles at Rose causing her to smile back but turns to Theta. "Wish I'd never met you, Doctor. I was much better off as a coward." Jack kisses the Doctor, then turns to me grabbing me by the waist and kissing me as well. "See you in hell." Jack winks then leaves and Rose frowned slightly pissed that he didn't kiss her too. "He's going to be all right, isn't he?" Jack stands on a pile of crates and fires a machine gun into the air to get some attention. "One last time! Any more volunteers? There's an army about to invade this station. I need every last citizen to mount a defence." Jack demanded, "Don't listen to him. There aren't any Daleks. They disappeared thousands of years ago."
The Floor Manager volunteers. "Thanks. As for the rest of you, the Daleks will enter the station at floor four nine four and as far as I can tell, they'll head up, not down. But that's not a promise. So here's a few words of advice. Keep quiet. And if you hear fighting up above, if you hear us dying, then tell me that the Daleks aren't real. Don't make a sound. Let's go." Jack, Lynda and the few volunteers all get in the lift. "Suppose." Rose started as she turned to us, "What?" I asked causing her to shake her head. "Nothing." Theta frowned and sent me a look, "You said suppose."
"No, I was just thinking. I mean, obviously you can't, but, you've got a time machine. Why can't you just go back to last week and warn them?"
"As soon as the Tardis lands in that second, I become part of events, stuck in the timeline."
"Yeah, thought it'd be something like that"
"There's another thing the Tardis could do. It could take us away. We could leave. Let history take its course. We go to Marbella in 1989." I suggested with a shrug. "Yeah, but you'd never do that." Rose stated as a matter of fact. "No, but you could ask. Never even occurred to you, did it?" I asked with a frown. "Well, I'm just too good." She boasted as he turned to me. "The Delta Wave's started building. How long does it need?" We run over to a console, "Is that bad? Okay, it's bad. How bad is it?"
"Rose Tyler, you're a genius! We can do it. If I use the Tardis to cross my old timeline. Yes!" Suddenly Theta turned to me and placed his hands on my temples, "No-" Everything went black.
————
"Hold that down and keep position." The Doctor pointed and turned around. "What's it do?" She asked him with a frown. "Cancels the buffers. If I'm very clever and I'm more than clever, I'm brilliant, I might just save the world. Or rip it apart." He told her as he went back over to Kate. "I'd go for the first one." Rose smiled as The Doctor carried Kate up to the console. "Me too. Now, I've just got to go and power up the Game Station. Hold on!" He carried Kate to the side as Rose continues to hold down the button. He takes out a pair of cuffs and cuffs her to the coral and closed his eyes placing his forehead against her. He gave her a gentle kiss out of view from Rose and whispered in her ear. "I'm sorry, my love. I love you so much. I have to protect you and I'm doing this for you."
The Doctor runs out and stops in the midst of his mares-nest of cables. He looks back at the Tardis then points the sonic screwdriver at it. The engines start, "Doctor, what're you doing? Can I take my hand off? It's moving." Rose runs to the door, ignoring the fact that he cuffed Kate to one of the corals. "Doctor, let me out! Let me out! Doctor, what've you done?" The Tardis dematerialises; A hologram appears, "This is Emergency Programme One. Rose, now listen, this is important. If this message is activated, then it can only mean one thing. We must be in danger. And I mean fatal. I'm dead or about to die any second with no chance of escape."
"No!"
"And that's okay. Hope it's a good death. Kate's going to kill me. But I promised to look after you, and that's what I'm doing. The Tardis is taking you home. And when Kate wakes, she will take care of her."
"I won't let you."
"And I bet you're fussing and moaning now. Typical. But hold on and just listen a bit more. The Tardis can never return for me. Emergency Programme One means I'm facing an enemy that should never get their hands on this machine. So this is what you should do, Let Kate have the TARDIS. She already is the owner the I have programed in but I know her. She will fight it and I know you. Don't fight her. Leave her alone, let her mourn in peace, please. I know you don't want to hear that but I need you to promise me. That's all, one thing. Have a good life. Do that for me, Rose. Have a fantastic life. And tell Kate that I'm so sorry but I needed to keep her safe. She is the most important thing to me."
The hologram flickers out with tears in his eyes. "You can't do this to me. You can't. Take me back! Take me back! No!" Rose tries to use the controls, but the engine stops. She runs outside into the Powell Estate, then back inside. Kate still unconscious with cuffs, her body hanging slightly from the coral. "Come on, fly. How do you fly? Come on, help me!" Rose finally gives up and goes outside. Mickey comes running down the road. "I knew it! I was all the way down Clifton Parade, and I heard the engines. I thought, there's only one thing that makes a noise like that. What is it?" Rose hugs him, in tears.

The sky shines brightly as The Doctor and The Princess stared up at it. They were laying in the grass on top of a hill staring at the clouds. "They keep following me." He frowned and looked over. "What does?" He asked causing her to shrug. "Bad Wolf. Two words that won't leave me alone." There was a laugh behind them causing them to sit up and turn to find The Master coming up. "Maybe you've gone crazy." He teased causing her to roll her eyes.
"I'm not you." She snipped back as he sat on the other side of her. "They just follow my time. I have a feeling it's from my future. Who knows what will happen."
———————
I screamed out in pain as my mind burned, "Theta!" I cried out but I knew he wasn't there. He was off traveling the universe with his companions. Leaving me alone to deal with whatever this pain is, suddenly I heard it. The TARDIS, my head snapped up as it appeared before me and he rushed out looking frantic. Finally spotting me he rushed over and held me as I cried out again when another wave hit me.
My powers were coming in and they were not being very kind to me. My head felt like it was splitting in two as images passed my eyes; images of the future.
The Man who waited,
A Planet of Time,
A Raven,
A Girl who waited,
The Big Bad Wolf,
A Walker of The World,
A cop,
The Most important women in creation,
A Face Of Boe.
One last scream and everything stopped as one more image crossed me, A little girl; a wonder of hope.
"Nora, are you alright."
I paused for a moment before nodding before everything went black.

Mickey has fastened a heavy chain to the tow hitch on his Mini. The other end is fastened to the Tardis console. He drives forward slowly, trying to pull it open. While I struggle against the cuffs. "Faster!" Jackie watches as the Mini burns rubber fruitlessly, "Come on!"
"Stop it damnit! Listen to me!"
"It's not moving!" The chain breaks. Rose kicks the console in frustration and I finally having enough, break my wrist to get my hand out of the cuffs walk over to Rose and slap her. She gasped and stared at me in shock, while Mickey watches in shock as well. I had tears streaming down my face, "You keep hurting her Rose Tyler! No wonder she doesn't like you! Now stop it and leave. You are no longer allowed in here." She stared at me in shock before rushing out of the TARDIS with Mickey in tow causing me to run and lock the doors behind her.
——————
"There's got to be something else we can do."
"Mum was right. Maybe we should just leave Kate and walk away, the TARDIS would be in her hands." Mickey shook his head, "I'm not having that. I'm not having you just, just give up now. No way. We just need something stronger than my car. Something bigger. Something like that." A big yellow recovery truck comes round the corner and stops by the Tardis.
Jackie was driving, "Right, you've only got this until six o'clock, so get on with it."Jackie said as she got out of the truck. "Mum, where the hell did you get that from?" Rose asked as she stood outside the locket TARDIS, Kate not letting her in. "Rodrigo. He owes me a favour. Never mind why, but you were right about your dad, sweetheart. He was full of mad ideas, and it's exactly what he would've done. Now, get on with it before I change my mind." Jackie throws the keys to Mickey, just as Kate steps out of the TARDIS with a confused look only to have Rose come up behind her and hit her, knocking her out.
—————
I stared at her, "Alright beautiful it's time. Remember I'll be awake, and Rose will try but come to me. Come to me. I know your worried but I won't become vengeful because I have so much to live for." I turned towards the door as she hummed and ran out. "What are you-" Everything went black.
—————
Once again, Jackie watches as Rose and Mickey use a chain to try and pull the Tardis console open, Kate struggling on the coral in ropes. "Keep going!" Rose shouted ignoring any warning Kate was shouting, "Stop it! You're hurting her!"
"Faster! Keep going! Keep going!"
Watching Rose, knowingly hurt the TARDIS, I knew this girl would cause so much pain and hurt but she thought she was allowed to do it. She thought that she was entitled to anything, Finally the console burst open. Rose looks inside but instead of it going it to her, it curved around to Kate and shot golden energy streams into her eyes.
"Rose!" Mickey shouted as The Tardis doors slam shut on him, and the Tardis dematerialises.
Rose yelled as Kate broke free from the rope with a gold energy around her, "No! I was meant to take that!" Rose shouted in anger as she started towards Kate only for her to raise her hand and push her backwards, holding her in one place and the TARDIS continued on. "You Bitch! I opened the TARDIS! It was meant for me!" Rose yelled out in anger but she was ignored as Kate walked towards the door and stood in front silently.
—————-
Alarms sounded throughout the council room as explosions shook the building and people screamed. In the center of the room a golden light shined and the world froze. The council frowned as a figure appeared in place, their eyes widened as the recognized who it was. "It's not possible, we sent her away." A man sweat causing one of the leaders to shake his head, "She's from the future." The Princess stood with her head held high on the podium, "and I am here to claim my throne. I have taken in the time vortex to be here." There were murmurs around the room as someone slammed a cane down.
"Then let's proceed with the ceremony."
With in the few minutes of paused time she was crowned as the Queen of Gallifrey in promise of protecting the planet and bringing it back to life one day.
While The Doctor should be their destruction.
She would be their savior.
———————
"Doctor, you've got twenty seconds maximum!" The Tardis hurtles through time, all the time sending energy into Kate.
Jack runs out of bullets, he throws away the machine gun and takes out a pistol. Then that too is empty, "Exterminate." Jack sighed, "I kind of figured that." The blast throws Jack back into the lift. "It's ready!"
The Daleks enter from all sides.
"You really want to think about this, because if I activate the signal, every living creature dies."
"I am immortal."
"Do you want to put that to the test?"
"I want to see you become like me. Hail the Doctor, the Great Exterminator."
"I'll do it!" The Doctor shouted, but paused as he thought of Kate. "Then prove yourself, Doctor. What are you, coward or killer?" But he cannot throw the final switch. "Coward. Any day." The Doctor spoke with tears in his eyes. "Mankind will be harvested because of your weakness." The emperor taunted.
"And what about me? Am I becoming one of your angels?" The Doctor questions, "You are the heathen. You will be exterminated." He closed his eyes with a sigh, saying a silent goodbye to the one he loved. After everything they had been through, this is how it ends. "Maybe it's time." The Doctor closes his eyes, and the Tardis materialises behind him.
"Alert! Tardis materialising!"
"You will not escape!"
The Tardis doors open. Kate is silhouetted in a blinding golden light. Energy tendrils snake outwards. "What've you done?" Theta stared at me in shock, "I looked into the Tardis, and the Tardis looked into me. As time was foreseen." My voice was waved with the time. "You looked into the Time Vortex! Kate, my love! No Timelord is meant to do that, it'll burn us up." Theta stared at me in shock. "This is the Abomination!" The emperor shouts, "Exterminate!" I stop the beam.
"I am the Queen and Bad Wolf. I create myself. I take the words, I scatter them in time and space. A message to lead myself here. Throughout all my life." I explained and waved my hand, creating the words and spreading them throughout mine and Theta's time. "Kate, you've got to stop this. You've got to stop this now. You've got the entire vortex running through your head. You're going to burn. You know this! Why would you take it in? You just regenerated!" He yelled at me as I stared back at him. "I want you safe. My Doctor. My Theta. Protected from the false god."
"You cannot hurt me. I am immortal." I glared at the Dalek supreme, "You are tiny. I can see the whole of time and space. Every single atom of your existence, and I divide them." A Dalek disintegrates gently. "Everything must come to dust. All things. Everything dies. The Time War ends and as it's Queen I say so." The Daleks crumble, "I will not die. I cannot die!"The spaceship disappears in a golden wave.
"Kate, my love. you've done it. Now stop. Just let go." He breathes out, scared. "How can I let go of this? I bring life." Jack breaths again. "But this is wrong! You know that as a royal on our planet! You can't control life and death. Even with your normal powers you can't, can you?" He asked me with shock as I shook my head and gave him a small smile. "But I can. The sun and the moon, the day and night. Jack deserves to live, I've seen his future. I've seen it all and it's going to painful and wonderful." I insisted causing him to tear up and shake his head. "The power's going to kill you and it's my fault. I should have protected you as my Binded, I know this is your destiny but you shouldn't have had to do this."
"My head."
"Come here." Theta grabbed me by my waist and pulled me into his chest. "It's killing me." I gripped my head, "I think you need a Doctor." The Doctor kisses Kate, with Rose watching wide eyed from the inside of the TARDIS. The golden energy transfers from her eyes to his, then she faints in his arms. The Doctor exhales the energy back into the Tardis and its doors close. Jack picks up a handful of Dalek dust from the floor, then runs when he hears the Tardis engines. He's too late. It dematerialises, leaving him stranded.
——————-
I woke up on the floor with a slight gasp and a huge headache, when I sat up I noticed Rose was hiding off to the side with a dark look. Seems she found out, and when I looked towards Theta I noticed his skin is darkening.
"Kate, My Princess, well I guess Queen now. I was going take you to so many places. Barcelona. Not the city Barcelona, the planet Barcelona. Rose, You'd love it. Fantastic place. They've got dogs with no noses. Imagine how many times a day you end up telling that joke, and it's still funny." He laughed, "Then, why can't we go?" She asked looking at me with a frown before looking back at him. "Maybe you will, and maybe I will. But not like this." I smiled sadly at him, I knew it was my fault he was like thi- "Don't. Not even for a second am I blaming you, you just regenerated you didn't need to again right after. I need a new body anyway, I wanted to start a new one with you." I smiled at him with tears in my eyes and nodded.
"You're not making sense." Rose shook her head, "I might never make sense again. I might have two heads, or no head. Imagine me with no head. And don't say that's an improvement. But it's a bit dodgy, this process. You never know what you're going to end up with-"
Theta double over in pain. "Doctor!" Rose yelled out trying to rush forward, "Stay away!" I yelled as I stood between them. "Doctor, tell me what's going on." Rose demanded with a glare. "I absorbed all the energy of the Time Vortex, and no one's meant to do that. Every cell in my body's dying. I explained this with Kate, I'm doing what she did." Rose shook her head in denial, "Can't you do something?"
"Yeah, I'm doing it now. Time Lords have this little trick, it's sort of a way of cheating death. Except it means I'm going to change, and I'm not going to see you again. Not like this. Not with this daft old face. And before I go-" He tried to explain to Rose but she interrupted. "Don't say that." Rose cried out still confused as I walked closer causing him to look at me. Grabbing his hand I gave him a nod and kiss on the forehead saying one last goodbye to his ninth. "Kate, before I go, I just want to tell you, you were fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. And do you know what? So was I." Golden light burst out of the Doctor's body.
This is not a nice quiet regeneration of the usual kind. Everything changes very suddenly and the tenth Doctor is standing there. "Hello. Okay. Ooo, new teeth. That's weird. So, where was I? Oh, that's right. Barcelona."
