{"I'm so sorry, Donna."}
Theta has golden energy streaming from his hands and head, Jack and Rose believe he is regenerating. With an effort, he turns and points both hands towards his spare hand in the jar by the time console. It absorbs it and he is released, "Now then. Where were we?" Donna, Jack and Rose are stunned, I laughed lowering the shield as Theta comes to pick up his daughter. He spun her around happily causing her to laugh, I check on his glowing spare hand.
"There now. Daddy's all fine." He cooed as I blew on the jar and the glowing stops. "You see? Used the regeneration energy to heal myself, but soon as I was done, I didn't need to change. I didn't want to. Why would I? Look at me. So, to stop the energy going all the way, I siphoned off the rest into a handy bio-matching receptacle, namely my hand. My hand there. My handy spare hand. Remember? Christmas Day, Sycorax. Lost my hand in a sword fight? That's my hand. What do you think?" He was talking to Donna and Jack to which both nodded.
"You're still you?" Rose asks as he pulls Fay closer, "I'm still me." She moves to hug him but he backs away causing her to glare, "Why are you avoiding me?!" She demanded angrily as Jack and Donna watch in silence, I scoffed causing her head to snap towards me. "You." She growled angrily pointing at me. She rushed forwards but I held my hand up, my eyes glowing red as she flew backwards.
She screamed in anger again, trying to go at me but Jack stops her. "That's not his child! You're a slut! He's mine. You hear me!? Mine!!" The power goes out stopping everyone in their tracks, "They've got us. Power's gone. Some kind of chronon loop." The Tardis tilts with a jerk. "There's a massive Dalek ship at the centre of the planets. They're calling it the Crucible. Guess that's our destination." Jack explained causing Theta to nod, "You said these planets were like an engine. But what for?" Donna asked in confusion as Theta turned to Rose. "Rose, you've been in a parallel world. That world's running ahead of this universe. You've seen the future. What was it?"
"It's the darkness."
"The stars were going out."
"One by one. We looked up at the sky and they were just dying. Basically, we've been building this, er, this travel machine, this, this er, dimension cannon, so I could. Well, so I could-" I glared at her as Theta stared in horror finally coming to realization. "What?" He demanded, "So I could come back. Anyway, suddenly, it started to work and the dimensions started to collapse. Not just in our world, not just in yours, but the whole of reality. Even the Void was dead. Something is destroying everything." He stared at her with anger and disgust, "In that parallel world, you said something about me."
"The dimension cannon could measure timelines, and it's, it's weird, Donna, but they all seemed to converge on you." Rose explained not realizing the hatred Theta held for her, she just kept making it all worse. She destroyed the walls after he specifically said not too, after he sacrificed himself to put things back they way they were. Not to mention she killed Donna, one of his bestfriends and turned me into a mindless slave just to come back all because she had some sick twisted idea in her mind that they were together even though it was clear that he didn't like her like that at all.
Still, it took me a while to fully believe it as well.
"But why me? I mean, what have I ever done? I'm a temp from Chiswick." The scanner beeps, "The Dalek Crucible. All aboard." The Tardis shakes a little as it comes to a stop, I move towards Theta who hands me Fay. My eyes turn to Jack, "Will you?" I asked him gently, he immediately nods. "We'll have to go out. Because if we don't, they'll get in." Theta states as we move towards the door, our hands connecting. "You told me nothing could get through those doors." Rose demands in annoyance but we mostly tune her out. "You've got extrapolator shielding." Jack states, holding our daughter to his chest. "Last time we fought the Daleks, they were scavengers and hybrids, and mad. But this is a fully-fledged Dalek Empire, at the height of its power. Experts at fighting Tardises, they can do anything. Right now, that wooden door is just wood."
Donna can hear a heartbeat thumping in her ears.
"What about your dimension jump?" Jack asked towards Rose, but he makes sure to keep a safe distance between her and Fay. "It needs another twenty minutes. And anyway, I'm not leaving." She went to grab for Theta but he yanked his hand back. She growled in anger, "What about your teleport?" I asked Jack, maybe he could get my baby out safe. "Went down with the power loss." He shook his head causing me to sigh and nod back. "Right then. All of us together. Yeah. Donna?" Donna is staring at nothing, He snaps her out of it. We both frown at her, my eyes slowly moving down to the hand. Ah.
"Donna?" He asked gently, looking at her sadly. "Yeah." She breathed out and blinked, "I'm sorry. There's nothing else we can do." I told her, "No, I know."
"Surrender, Doctor, and face your Dalek masters."
"Crucible on maximum alert."
"Daleks." Rose smirked, as if she was confident she could beat them. "Oh, God." Jack breathed out, I gave him a small smile before taking Fay back. She would be safer with me, especially now. "It's been good, though, hasn't it? All of us. All of it. Everything we did." He turns to Donna, "You are brilliant, really!" Then to Jack, "And you are brilliant. Thank you." Then he paused before letting out a breath turning to Rose. "And you were brilliant, I'm sorry. Blimey." She gapped at him with hurt in her eyes but he didn't care. Giving me a nod, I smiled and nodded back.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
Theta leads his companions out of the Tardis. Donna is lagging behind, as I too trailed back. The last thing I wanted was Fay to be in the middle of a Dalek fleet. "Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks!" I could hear a deep Dalek voice, deeper than the others. "Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks! Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks!" Donna stops inside the Tardis, the heartbeat thumping in her ears. I grunt as I bumped into her back, I watched her with a frown as she slowly turned to the hand.
The Doctor looks up at the phalanxes of Daleks flying around. "Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks! Daleks reign supreme. All hail the Daleks!" The daleks chant together, "Behold, Doctor. Behold the might of the true Dalek race." The Red Dalek announces, but he isn't paying attention. "Donna! You're no safer in there. Kate!" The Tardis door slams shut, trapping Donna and Kate inside with Fay. "What? Kate?!" He runs for the door, Rose quickly grabbing his hand to stop him.
"Doctor? What have you done?" Donna shouts, finally turning to face the door. I grip Fay tighter as I back away, looking back and forth between his hand and Donna. It's starting. "It wasn't me. I didn't do anything." I heard his voice inside the Tardis and outside. Two different voices but the same man. "Oi! Oi, I'm not staying behind!" Donna yells, looking back at me for a split second.
"What did you do?!" The Doctor shouted in anger as he snatched his hand from Rose. His Binded was in there, his child! He was pissed. "This is not of Dalek origin."
"Doctor!"
"Stop it! That's my Binded, my daughter! She's my friend. Now open the door and let them out." His eyes glowed a golden color, but it wasn't his power. A little resident of Kate's within him that would come in play later. "This is Time Lord treachery." The Red Dalek rumbled, "Me? The door just closed on its own." He paused, thinking maybe it was Kate but shook his head. No, she wanted to be with him. "Nevertheless, the Tardis is a weapon and it will be destroyed." A trapdoor opens under the Tardis and it drops. "What are you doing? Bring it back! No! Kate!"
"Doctor!"
"What have you done? Where's it going?" He snarled angrily, his eyes flashing from gold to brown. "The Crucible has a heart of Z-neutrino energy. The Tardis will be deposited into the core." He almost dropped, "You can't. You've taken the defences down. It'll be torn apart! My child and Binded will die! Please!" The Tardis drops into the molten core. Fires break out and roundels explode, "But Donna and Kate are still in there! Little Fay! Let her go!" Jack shouts in horror, "The females and the Tardis will perish together. Observe. The last child of Gallifrey is powerless." An image of the Tardis bobbing in the molten core appears. "Please. I'm begging you. I'll do anything! Put me in their place. You can do anything to me, I don't care, just get them out of there!"
The noise of the exploding roundels is replaced by the heartbeat. Donna puts her hand on the spare hand jar. Golden energy flows out and around her until the jar breaks. I quickly shield Fay and I as I hide behind a coral as well.
"You are connected to the Tardis and your Binded. Now feel them die."
The spare hand is lying on the floor, twitching. The golden energy surges out and builds a new body for it, which looks just like the old one. I slowly move out into the opening a raise an eyebrow at the sight before me. I couldn't help but smirk and trail my eyes, Donna gapped in shock as he stared at Fay and I. "It's you!" Donna yelped, "Oh, yes!" He smiled back brightly, "You're naked." She uttered out, looking away as he winked at me.
"Oh, yes." He clicked his tongue, same Theta.
"Total Tardis destruction in ten rels. Nine, eight, seven, six..." The new Doctor presses a button on the console. "Five, four, three, two, one."The Tardis vanishes and The Doctor breathes out a sigh of relief. Others didn't see it that way, Rose especially who smirked happily and grabbed his hand. She was alive. They all were, but now he had to play it off. "The Tardis has been destroyed. Now tell me, Doctor. What do you feel? Anger? Sorrow? Despair?" He paused for a long time, dramatic effect Kate would say. "Yeah." He rumbled, his eyes dark. They may be alive, but that still didn't mean he wasn't pissed. He snatched his hand from Rose and moved away from her. "Then if emotions are so important, surely we have enhanced you?" There wasn't even a pause, "Yeah? Feel this!" Jack produces a small revolver and shoots at the Red Dalek. "Exterminate!"
The Red Dalek zaps Jack, Rose rushes forward. "Jack. Oh, my God. Oh, no." The Doctor rolls his eyes, "Rose, leave him." She looked up at him with wide eyes. "They killed him." He grunted, "I know. I'm sorry." He wasn't. Jack wasn't dead, so he wasn't sorry. "Escort them to the Vault." The Red Dalek demands. "There's nothing we can do." The Doctor let's the Daleks led him away. "They are the playthings of Davros now." Jack blinks with a smirk.
The Tardis appears in space, I watch as Theta 2.0 now fully dressed, jump from one of the light he just cleaned with his jacket. "All repaired. Lovely. Shush. No one knows we're here. Got to keep quiet. Silent running, like on submarines when you can't even drop a spanner. Don't drop a spanner! I like blue. What do you think?" I laughed as Donna gapped in shock at the man, "You are bonkers." She hissed, "Why? What's wrong with blue?" He pouted looking towards me, I just shrugged back with a smile. "Is that what Time Lords do? Lop a bit off, grow another one? You're like worms." She snipped looking between us in horror. "No, no, no, no, no. I'm unique. Never been another like me. Because all that regeneration energy went into the hand. Look at my hand. I love that hand. But then you touched it. Wham! Shush." He paused, and I began laughing again. This was amazing! Wrong time, I know but I was loving this. "Instantaneous biological metacrisis. I grew out of you. Still, could be worse."
"Oi, watch it, spaceman."
"Oi, watch it, Earth girl. Ooo. I sound like you. I sound all, all sort of rough."
"Oi!"
"Oi!"
"Oi!"
"Spanners. Shush. I must have picked up a bit of your voice, that's all. Is it? Did I? No. Oh, you are kidding me. No way. One heart. I've only got one heart. This body has got only one heart." He placed a hand on his one heart, his eyes blinking slowly then Donna placed her hand on his chest to check as well. "What, like you're human?" She asked, "Oh, that's disgusting." He groaned out, "Oi!" She yelped again, "Oi!" He mocked back, I happily watched bouncing Fay gently. "Stop it." She hissed, "No, wait. I'm part Time Lord, part human. Well, isn't that wizard?" He paused, slowly looking over to me. "I kept hearing that noise, that heartbeat." Donna stated as he moved over to me, he hummed gently grabbing me by my waist and pulling me in for a kiss.
He just as quickly pulled away, spinning around and fixing his tie. "Oh, that was me. My single heart. Because I'm a complicated event in time and space. Must have rippled back, converging on you." He waved his hands wondering around the console as he talked. "But why me?" Donna asked with a frown, "Because you're special." Theta and I spoke together, she glared at us in annoyance. "Oh, I keep telling you, I'm not." She snapped, "No, but you are. Oh. You really don't believe that, do you? We can see, Donna, what you're thinking. All that attitude, all that lip, because all this time you think you're not worth it." I told her gently as I moved closer to her, she was my best friend. I wished she would care more for herself, and I knew Theta thought the same. "Stop it." She mumbled looking away, "Shouting at the world because no one's listening. Well, why should they?"
"Doctor? Stop it." Donna growled in annoyance, not wanting to hear anymore. He didn't stop though, she needed to hear this. "But look at what you did. No, it's more than that. It's like we were always heading for this. You came to the Tardis. And you found me again. Your granddad. Your car. Donna, your car. You parked your car right where the Tardis was going land. That's not coincidence at all! We've been blind. Something's been drawing us together for such a long time." He rambled, "But you're talking like destiny. There's no such thing. Is there?"
"It's still not finished. It's like the pattern's not complete. The strands are still drawing together. But heading for what?"
When Martha landed, she could hear a woman speaking in German. "Hier ist niemand. Was immer Sie wollen, gehen Sie fort. Lassen Sie mich in Ruhe!" She made her way to the woman, "Ich heisse Martha Jones. Ich komme von UNIT. Agentin fuenf sechs sechs sieben eins, von der medizinishen Abteilung." After being with UNIT, she had learn quite a few languages. "Es hiess Sie kaemen vorbei. That accent. That is London, ja? I went to London. Long time ago." The woman slowly began speaking English, "I thought this place was supposed to be guarded." Martha asked, as the woman led her to the secure facility. "They were soldiers. Boys. I brought them food every day. But when der Albtraum came from the sky, they went home to die. But not you." The woman raised an eyebrow towards Martha. "I've got a job to do."The woman follows Martha through the dusty rooms to see her pull down a hanging and enter a code into a large keypad. Then it checks her handprint, "London. In those days, to see it. So much glamour. I was so young. I heard the soldiers talking many times. They would speak of the Osterhagen Key. I think London must be changed now, yes? But still, the glamour." The woman points a gun at Martha as she opens the secure door.
"You will not go." The woman demands with a glare, "I've got no choice." Martha breathed out with a shake of her head. "I know the Key. What it does. Sie sind der Albtraum, nicht die anderen, Sie! Ich sollte Sie umbringen, am besten gleich jetzt!" She started to shout, trying to scare Martha but it doesn't work. "Then do it." But she can't. Martha steps into a small lift. "Martha, Zur Hoelle mit Dir!"
"I know."
"Commence disposal. Incinerate!" Jack is in a large tub with the other rubbish. It is slid along the floor and a steel door clangs down behind it. "Disposal completed." The Daleks leave. The steel door rises and Jack climbs out, coughing.
The lift brings Martha to a small high-tech room. She presses a button. "This is Osterhagen Station One. My name is Martha Jones. Is there anyone there? Over."
"Prisoners now on board the Crucible. They will be taken for testing." Sarah Jane, Mickey and Jackie had been purposely been captured to get aboard the ship. "One step closer to the Doctor."
"Activate the holding cells." Spotlights shine down on the Doctor and Rose. "Excellent. Even when powerless, a Time Lord is best contained. Your Queen may have been able to beat it but not anymore." The Doctor smirked darkly as he looked up at them. "Still scared of us, then?" He taunted, "It is time we talked, Doctor. After so very long." Davros laughed, Rose tried the shielding after watching the Doctor do it. Like she was going to change her, "No, no, no, no, no. We're not doing the nostalgia tour. I want to know what's happening right here, right now, because the Supreme Dalek said Vault, yeah? As in dungeon, cellar, prison. You're not in charge of the Daleks, are you? They've got you locked away down here in the basement like, what, a servant? Slave? Court jester?"
"We have an arrangement." Darvos spoke, his voice started out anger then he paused. "No, no, no, no, no. No, I've got the word. You're the Dalek's pet!" The Doctor laughed, Rose immediately copied him. "So very full of fire, is he not. And to think you crossed entire universes, striding parallel to parallel to find him again." She stared at Davros who was trying to use her to get the The Doctor but it wasn't working. "Why am I still alive?" Rose asked, noticing the Doctor just watching. "You must be here. It was foretold. Even the Supreme Dalek would not dare to contradict the prophecies of Dalek Caan." Caan started laughing from the side, "So cold and dark. Fire is coming. The endless flames." Rose grimaced at the sight of it. "What is that thing?" She hissed towards the Doctor who didn't even look at her. "You've met before. The last of the Cult of Skaro. But it flew into the Time War, unprotected."
"Caan did more than that. He saw time. Its infinite complexity and majesty, raging through his mind. And he saw you. Both of you."
"This I have foreseen, in the wild and the wind. The Doctor will be here as witness, at the end of everything. The Doctor and his precious Children of Time. And one of them will die."
"Was it you, Caan? Did you kill Donna? Why did the Tardis door close? Tell me!"
"Oh, that's it. The anger, the fire, the rage of a Time Lord who butchered millions. There he is. Why so shy? Show your companion. Show her your true self. Dalek Caan has promised me that too. A man without a family, lost in the cold embrace of death." Davros taunted, Rose trying to reach for him only to hit the shielding. "I have seen. At the time of ending, the Doctor's soul will be revealed." Caan squealed happily, "What does that mean?" The Doctor asked with a glare, he knew Fay and Kate were alive. They were coming, Kate always had a plan. "We will discover it together. Our final journey. Because the ending approaches. The testing begins." Davros begins to roll away, "Testing of what?"
"The Reality bomb."
"Prisoners will stand in the designated area. Move! Move!" One woman falls to her knees. "Oh!" the woman cries out in pain, "You will stand!" A dalek demands as it moves over to her. "I can't." The woman shook her head, "You will stand!" It demands again, "I can't. Please!" Sarah spots a nearby door and runs to it. "On your feet. On your feet!" She opens it with her sonic lipstick. "Mickey! Mickey!" Sarah quietly calls for him, "Jackie!" Mickey follows Sarah, but Jackie is with the woman. "Prisoners will stand in the designated area." They leave the room, the door falling closed behind them quietly. "We can't just leave her." He moves to go help, when Sarah grabs him. "No, Mickey. Wait!" A Dalek glides in front of the bulkhead door. "What does it mean? What are they testing? What are they going to do?" There is a big green glowing thing above them. "I reckon it's that thing there."
"Testing calibration of Reality bomb. Firing in ten rels. Nine, eight, seven..." Everyone hears the Red Daleks countdown. "Behold. The apotheosis of my genius." Davros turns on a screen showing the holding area. "Four, three, two, one, zero. Activate planetary alignment field."
Inside the Tardis, Theta is holding Gay as I watch the screen with wide eyes. "It's the planets. The twenty seven planets." I gapped in horror.
The planets start to glow, "That's Z-neutrino energy, flattened by the alignment of the planets into a single string. No, Davros. Davros, you can't! You can't! No!"
"Single string Z-neutrinos compressed. No way." Theta 2.0 leaned closer to me, allowing Fay to start pawing at my hair.
Beep, beep, beep! "Thirty minutes. It's recharged!" Mickey shouts to Jackie through the glass porthole in the door. "It's recharged! It's recharged! Use it!" Mickey shouted in annoyance, "I'm so sorry." Jackie vanishes and reappears with Mickey. They watch as the rest of the prisoners gently atomise from the head downwards. "Test completed."
"What was it? Doctor, what did it do? Kate?" He handed Fay over to Donna quietly as we stared in horror. It was horrible. All those people.
"Doctor, what happened?" Rose asked, but the Doctor ignored her. "Electrical energy, Miss Tyler. Every atom in existence is bound by an electrical field. The Reality bomb cancels it out. Structure falls apart. That test was focused on the prisoners alone. Full transmission will dissolve every form of matter." Davros explained, "The stars are going out." Rose breathed out in realization. "The twenty seven planets. They become one vast transmitter, blasting that wavelength." The Doctor explained, "Across the entire universe. Never stopping, never faltering, never fading. People and planets and stars will become dust, and the dust will become atoms, and the atoms will become nothing. And the wavelength will continue, breaking through the Rift at the heart of the Medusa Cascade into every dimension, every parallel, every single corner of creation. This is my ultimate victory, Doctor! The destruction of reality itself! To bad, your Queen wasn't here to witness it!" The Doctor looked up, his eyes darker than before as they continued to flash between gold and brown. She was though, and she was coming to put a stop to it all.
"Prepare for universal detonation. The fleet will gather at the Crucible. All Daleks will return to shelter from the cataclysm. We will become the only life forms in existence."
Jack rolls through a panel in the wall behind Sarah, Jackie and Mickey. "Just my luck. I climb through two miles of ventilation shafts, chasing life signs on this thing, and who do I find? Mickey Mouse." Mickey rolls his eyes, "You can talk, Captain Cheesecake." Mickey and Jack hug. "Good to see you. And that's Beefcake." He winks as the share a quick laugh. "And that's enough hugging." Mickey pulls away, "We meet at last, Miss Smith." Jack turns to Sarah who smiled. "There is something we can do. You've got to understand. I have a son down there on Earth. He's only fourteen years old. I've brought this." Sarah holds up a sparkling gem on a chain. "It was given to me by a Verron Soothsayer. He said, this is for the End of Days."
"Is that a Warp Star?" Jack asked in slight shock and excitement at the sight. "Going to tell me what a Warp Star is?" Mickey asked with a frown, "A warpfold conjugation trapped in a carbonised shell. It's an explosion, Mickey. An explosion waiting to happen."
"This is Osterhagen Station Five. Are you receiving, Station One?" A woman appeared on Martha's screen. "I've got you. That makes three of us, and three is all we need." In the People's Republic of China. "My name is Anna Zhou, what's yours?" Anna introduced herself, "Martha Jones. What about you, Station Four? You never said." She turned to another screen, where a man speaks. "I don't want my name on this, given what we're about to do." Under his screen was his country, Liberia. "So what happens now? Do we do it?" Anna asked, "No. Not yet." Martha didn't want to this, this was something horrible. Something that went against everything Kate and The Doctor stood for, she just didn't have anyone else. "UNIT instructions say, once three Osterhagen Stations are online..." Martha interrupted her, "Yeah, but I've got a higher authority, way above UNIT. And there's one more thing the Doctor would do. Kate wouldn't want this."
Donna and I watch as he builds a gizmo, "So what is this thing?" Donna asked me, looking between us. "It's our only hope. A Z-neutrino biological inversion catalyser." Theta 2.0 began to ramble, "Yeah. Earth girl, remember?" Donna snipped sarcastically as I let out a small laugh, I moved around to help him. "Davros said he built those Daleks out of himself. His genetic code runs through the entire race. If we can use this to lock the Crucible's transmission onto Davros himself..." I explained to her, I wasn't backing down. I guess in the end, I was more like Theta 2.0 than the original. I was a destroyer, and I was willing to go as far as mass genocide to protect the ones I loved. Theta knows that, he's known it since we were young. When something stands in the way of my family's safety, which was him, then I would destroy even myself to protect him.
"It destroys the Daleks?"
"Biggest backfire in history."
"Incoming transmission. Origin Planet Earth." The Doctor looks up expecting to see Kate, "Display!" Only it wasn't, it was Martha. "This is Martha Jones, representing the Unified Intelligence Taskforce, on behalf of the human race." She spoke with determination in her eyes. "This message is for the Dalek Crucible. Repeat. Can you hear me?" She couldn't see or hear him though, "Put me through." The Doctor demands, "It begins As Dalek Caan foretold." Davros spoke smugly, "The Children of Time will gather, and one of them will die." Caan laughed in glee, "Stop saying that. Put me through!" The Doctor shouts in anger, finally he is connected with Martha. "Doctor! I'm sorry, I had to." She cried out, he nodded in understanding. "Oh, but the Doctor is powerless. My prisoner. State your intent." He w couldn't condone Martha if he was in love with Kate. Kate had done things much worse, and he knew she would do more especially as a mother but he would always love her. It was her or no one and she was trying to change. He could see it.
"I've got the Osterhagen Key. Leave this planet and its people alone or I'll use it." Martha held it up, her hands shaking. "Osterhagen what? What's an Osterhagen Key?" The Doctor asked, he frowned as he watched her close her eyes fearing his disappointment. "There's a chain of twenty five nuclear warheads placed in strategic points beneath the Earth's crust. If I use the key, they detonate and the Earth gets ripped apart." He gapped in shock at the information, anger but not with her. "What? Who invented that? Well, someone called Osterhagen, I suppose. Martha, are you insane?" She sighed looking down, "The Osterhagen Key is to be used if the suffering of the human race is so great, so without hope, that this becomes the final option." He went to speak up but she interrupted him, "Don't argue with me, Doctor! Because it's more than that. Now, I reckon the Daleks need these twenty seven planets for something. But what if it becomes twenty six? What happens then? Daleks? Would you risk it?" He could tell Martha was scared, she didn't want to die. She didn't want to kill her planet, and she was trying to bid time. In the end though, she might not have enough time.
"She's good." Rose laughed, The Doctor glaring towards her in anger. That was the difference between Kate and Rose, Kate had nightmares, she hated herself more than anything. She could barely look at herself in the mirror most days because of what she had done and who she was forced to be. Rose, she cheered it on, she destroyed walls between worlds to get what she wanted. She didn't care. She was selfish. "Who's that?" Martha asked in slight shock that the woman was cheering her on, she was threatening to blow up the planet, to kill millions and she was cheering... "My name's Rose. Rose Tyler."
"Oh, my God."
"Captain Jack Harkness, calling all Dalek boys and girls." Another screen appears with Jack, Mickey, Jackie and Sarah on screen. There are wires attached to the Warp Star now. "Are you receiving me? Don't send in your goons, or I'll set this thing off." Rose laughed in joy, "He's still alive. Oh, my god. That, that's my mum." She cheered, not caring about the situation. "And Mickey. Captain, what are you doing?" The Doctor asked slowly as he noticed the thing hanging from his hand. "I've got a Warp Star wired into the mainframe. I break this shell, the entire Crucible goes up." The Doctor paused in slight shock, "Where did you get a Warp Star?" He asked, cocking his head. Kate wouldn't have given him one, not that she had one anyway. "From me. We had no choice. We saw what happened to the prisoners." Sarah explained causing him to blow out a breath. He couldn't be mad, he had no right. He had killed his people, he had his darkest moments and he was Binded to the Destroyer of worlds. A title he had taken for her, so she wouldn't have to carry the burden.
"Impossible. That face. After all these years." Sarah grimaced at the sight of him, "Davros. It's been quite a while. Sarah Jane Smith. Remember?" She looked back towards the Doctor, "Oh, this is meant to be. The circle of Time is closing. You were there on Skaro at the very beginning of my creation." He laughed darkly, "And I've learnt how to fight since then. You let the Doctor go, or this Warp Star it gets opened." Sarah threatened, to be honest it was just a bluff. They too were bidding time for Kate. Where ever she may be. "I'll do it. Don't imagine I wouldn't." An he would have, before he had met The Doctor and Kate.
"Now that's what I call a ransom. Doctor?"
"And the prophecy unfolds."
"The Doctor's soul is revealed. See him. See the heart of him."
"The man who abhors violence, never carrying a gun. But this is the truth, Doctor. You and your love take ordinary people and you fashion them into weapons. How was Kate, by the way. Still horrible nightmares?" The Doctor slams against the shield in anger, "Don't talk about her!" He shouts, scaring Rose. "Behold your Children of Time transformed into murderers. I made the Daleks, Doctor. You and Kate made this." He shook his head, no. He could see the good in them, they were like him nor Kate. They just needed time. "They're trying to help." He looked up at them, all seeming to relax more knowing that he knew there plan. After all, it was Kate's. She had been working on this for a long time.
"Already I have seen them sacrifice today, for their beloved Doctor. The Earth woman who fell opening the Subwave Network." Davros continued to taunt, thinking he was getting to the Doctor. "Who was that?" He asked out loud, not knowing someone had died recently. "Harriet Jones. She gave her life to get you here." He nodded, closing his eyes. That's why Kate looked sad earlier before they connected with everyone. "How many more? Just think. How many have died in your name? The Doctor. The man who keeps running, never looking back because he dare not, out of shame. An his Queen, Kate. The Woman who had killed more than millions, running as well. This is my final victory, Doctor. I have shown you yourself."
"Enough. Engage defence zero five."
"It's the Crucible or the Earth."
"Transmat engaged."
"No!" She drops the key as the transmat snatches her away. Jack drops the Warp Star as he and his group also vanish. "I've got you. It's all right." He holds Martha after she rolls forwards. "Don't move, all of you. Stay still." The Doctor's hand touches the forcefield around him, lighting it up. "Guard them! On your knees, all of you. Surrender!" Davros demands, "Do as he says." The Doctor nods to them, she will be here soon. "Mum, I told you not to." Rose snipped at her mother, "Yeah, but I couldn't leave you." Jackie insisted back. "The final prophecy is in place. The Doctor and his children, all gathered as witnesses. Supreme Dalek, the time has come. Now, detonate the Reality bomb!" An iris in the planetoid cum spaceship opens to reveal the green bomb. "Activate planetary alignment field." The planets glow, "Universal Reality detonation in two hundred rels."
"You can't, Davros! Just listen to me! Just stop!"
"Ah, ha, ha, ha! Nothing can stop the detonation. Nothing and no one!"
The gizmo is ready, and it looks like a gun. "Ready?" He breathed out looking at me. I nodded, placing Fay in her bassinet the Tardis had brought in. My eyes glowing as I kissed her gently with a small smile. "Protect her." I looked up at Sexy who hummed in response. "Always."
"Maximum power!" I throw a lever, and we make our way back. "But that's..." the Doctor laughed in excitement, his love. "Impossible." The Tardis materializes and the new Doctor appears in the doorway. "Brilliant." Then he runs across the floor, "Don't!" Davros zaps the new Doctor. He drops the gizmo in pain. "Activate holding cell." Donna runs out of the Tardis and grabs the gizmo. "Doctor! I've got it. But I don't know what to do!" Davros zaps Donna, sending her flying backwards. Once again the gizmo drops to the floor. "Donna! Donna! Are you all right, Donna?" He frantically looks around, Kate. Where was she?
"Destroy the weapon." A Dalek obeys before it begins to disintegrate with a pained shout. Everyone turns to face the door, where Kate steps out. Her eyes glowing red, more Dalek screams are heard as she continues to disintegrate them. "Stop it!" Dravros shouts in anger, her attention turning to him. He actually rolls back, "You will die, or let them go." Kate's voice was dark, everyone watched in slight shock and horror but The Doctor stared at her with tears in his eyes. The love he felt for her would never change.
Davros laughs, "Even with all your power, you wouldn't be able to kill us all in time to save the worlds." He hissed out, Kate's eyes continued to glow as she disintegrated more. Soon, she relaxes, her eyes going back to normal and she smirks. "Your right. If I was up to my full strength, I would be able to with a click of my fingers. Child birth takes a lot out of a woman. But I don't need to destroy you all, I just needed to buy time." An alarm sounds, "Mmm, closing all Z-neutrino relay loops using an internalised synchronous back-feed reversal loop. That button there." Donna pops up with a smirk on her face, She presses a button on the panel she was thrown against.
"System in shutdown."
"Detonation negative."
"Explain. Explain. Explain!"
"Donna, you can't even change a plug." Theta gapped at her as I laughed, still standing in front of the Tardis. That really did take a lot out of me, my powers were coming back but not like they used too. When I used them, it took a while before they would be full force. With being pregnant, my body took all that power and developed a protection shield for Fay. I also think Fay may have been born with some of my powers, I just don't know for sure yet. "Do you want to bet, Time Boy?" Donna snipped sarcastically with a smile. "You'll suffer for this." Donna lifts a lever and Davros' electrical zap travels up his arm. "Argh!"
"Oh, bio-electric dampening field with a retrograde field arc inversion." She looks excitedly towards me, "Exterminate her!" Davros demands of what was left of his Daleks in the room. "Exterminate. Exterminate. Exterminate." Donna works more controls on the panel. "Weapons non-functional." The speak together, "Phwor. Macrotransmission of a K-filter wavelength blocking Dalek weaponry in a self-replicating energy blindfold matrix." Theta 2.0 spoke from his holding light, shooting me a wink. "How did you work that out? You're..." We all turned to him, "Time Lord. Part Time Lord." Theta 2.0 started, "Part human. Oh, yes. That was a two-way biological metacrisis. Half Doctor, half Donna." Donna laughed as I leaned against the door. "The Doctor Donna. Just like the Ood said, remember? They saw it coming. The Queen of Doctor Donna." He breathed out in shock, "Holding cells deactivated. And seal the Vault. Well, don't just stand there, you skinny boys in suits. Get to work."
"Stop them! Get them away from the controls." My eyes glowed as I disintegrated the closer one. "And spin." The Daleks spin around on the spot. "Help me. Help me!" They cried out, "And the other way." Donna laughed, "What did you do?" Theta 2.0 asked, in interest wanting to do that himself. "Trip switch circuit-breaker in the psychokinetic threshold manipulator." He smiled at her in approval. "But that's brilliant!" Theta 2.0 laughed as I watched Theta look towards me. I gave him a nod, "Why did we never think of that?" Donna scoffed with an eye roll, "Because you two were just Time Lords, you dumbos, lacking that little bit of human. That gut instinct that comes hand in hand with Planet Earth. I can think of ideas you two couldn't dream of in a million years. Ah, the universe has been waiting for me. Now, let's send that trip switch all over the ship. Did I ever tell you, best temp in Chiswick? Hundred words per minute."
"Ha!"
Jack runs past me into the Tardis, stopping to give me a kiss on the cheek. "Come on then, boys. We've got twenty seven planets to send home. Activate magnetron." Donna demands, "Stop this at once!" Jack comes out of the Tardis with the honking big guns. "Mickey!" He throws one at the man before standing protectively in front of me and the Tardis. "You will desist!" Mickey points his gun at Davros, point blank range. "Just stay where you are, mister."
"Out of the way." He pushes a spinning Dalek down a corridor, while Sarah and Rose manhandle another one. "Ready? And reverse." Donna and the Doctors pull out pairs of rods, and the planets disappear one by one. "Off you go, Clom." Theta winced at the planet, "Back home, Adipose Three." Theta 2.0 cheered happily. "Shallacatop, Pyrovillia and the Lost Moon of Poosh. Sorted. Ha!" Donna shouted, "Ha!" 2.0 shouted back. "We need more power!" I nodded as I moved over, my eyes glowing gold as I placed my hand on the control. "Is anyone going to tell us what's going on?" Rose demands, "He poured all his regeneration energy into his spare hand. I touched the hand, and he grew out of that but that fed back into me. But, it just stayed dormant in my head till the synapses got that little extra spark, kicking them into life. Thank you, Davros! Part human, part Time Lord. And I got the best bit of the Doctor. I got his mind."
"So there's three of you?"
"Three Doctors?"
"I can't tell you what I'm thinking right now."
"You're so unique the timelines were converging on you. Human being with a Time Lord brain."
"But you promised me, Dalek Caan. Why did you not foresee this?" Favors turned to Caan, "Oh, I think he did. Just like I did." I spoke aloud getting a laugh out of Caan. "Something's been manipulating the timelines for ages, getting Donna Noble to the right place at the right time." Theta breathed out looking between us, "This would always have happened. I only helped, Doctor." Now, I didn't know that Caan had given us Donna but I had foreseen this battle, at least part of it. "You betrayed the Daleks." Davros shouted in anger, "I saw the Daleks. What we have done, throughout time and space, I saw the truth of us, Creator, and I decreed, no more!"
"I will descend to the Vault."
"Heads up!"
"Davros, you have betrayed us."
"It was Dalek Caan."
"The Vault will be purged. You will all be exterminated." The Red Dalek zaps the control panel, "Like I was saying, feel this!" Jack fires an extended pulse from his big gun and the Red Dalek explodes. "Oh, we've lost the magnetron. And there's only one planet left. Oh, guess which one. But we can use the Tardis." Theta runs into the Tardis. "Holding Earth stability. Maintaining atmospheric shell." Caan continues to laugh as everyone starts to pile into the Tardis. "The prophecy must complete." He taunted looking at me, "Don't listen to him." Favors cried out, "I have seen the end of everything Dalek, and you must make it happen, Doctor." Theta 2.0 sighed looking back at me. "He's right. Because with or without a Reality bomb, this Dalek Empire's big enough to slaughter the cosmos. They've got to be stopped."
"Just, just wait for the Doctor."
"I am the Doctor. Maximizing Dalekanium power feeds. Blasting them back!" Daleks start exploding all over the Crucible and all over the Medusa Cascade. Theta runs out of the Tardis, looking between the three of us. "What have you done?" He asked, he wasn't as mad as I thought he would be. More or less confused. "Fulfilling the prophecy."
"Do you know what you've done? Now get in the Tardis! Everyone! All of you, inside! Run! In! In! In! In!" Theta spun around, bringing me in for a deep kiss as Theta 2.0 took a head count as went for Fay. "Sarah Jane! Martha!Jackie! Jack! Mickey! Fay!"
Explosions are starting to wreck the Vault. Theta pulls away and moves outside, "Davros? Come with me. I promise I can save you." I watched in silence. He would be back. "Never forget, Doctor, you did this. I name you. Forever, you are the Destroyer of the Worlds!" A wall of flames leaps up and Davros gurgles his last scream. "One will still die."
Theta rushes back inside, his other self handing Fay to me. He paused, turning back to come kiss his daughter on the head. Having missed her, "And off we go." The Tardis dematerializes. The Crucible goes KaBOOM! "But what about the Earth? It's stuck in the wrong part of space." Sarah asked the first Theta, "I'm on it. Torchwood Hub, this is the Doctor. Are you receiving me?" We immediately get a response, "Loud and clear." It was Gwen. "Is Jack there?" She asked, "Can't get rid of him. Jack, what's her name?" I rolled my eyes at him, if he would call everyone once in a while he would know. "Gwen Cooper." Jack and I spoke together causing him to pause and stare at me in confusion. I let out a small laugh and bump Jack, "Tell me, Gwen Cooper, Are you from an old Cardiff family?"
"Yes, all the way back to the eighteen hundreds. Ah, thought so. Spatial genetic multiplicity. Yeah, it's a funny old world. Now, Torchwood, I want you to open up that Rift Manipulator. Send all the power to me."
"Doing it now, sir."
"What's that for?"
"It's a tow rope. Now then. Sarah, what was your son's name?" He turned to his friend with a smile, "Luke. He's called Luke. And the computer's called Mister Smith." She told him with a smile, "Calling Luke and Mister Smith. This is the Doctor. Come on, Luke. Shake a leg." Luke laughed, "Is Mum there?" Luke asked, Sarah nodding with tears in her eyes. "Oh, she's fine and dandy." She jumped up and down,
"Yes! Yes!" She spun around to hug me and Fay. "Now, Mister Smith, I want you to harness the Rift power and loop it around the Tardis. You got that?" Theta demanded, "I regret I will need remote access to Tardis base code numerals." He sighed with a small laugh. "Oh, blimey, that's going to take a while." He whined out, "No, no, no. Let me. K9, out you come!" K9 beams in beside Luke, "Affirmative, Mistress." He responds, "Oh! Oh ho! Oh, good dog! K9, give Mister Smith the base code." Theta commands, "Master. Tardis base code now being transferred. The process is simple."
"Now then, you lot. Sarah, hold that down. Mickey, you hold that. Because you know why this Tardis always is always rattling about the place? Rose? Don't touch anything. Kate? You know what to do, baby. It's designed to have six pilots, and I have to do it single handed. Martha, keep that level. But not any more. Jack, there you go. Steady that. Now we can fly this thing. No, Jackie. No, no. Not you. Don't touch anything. Just stand back. Like it's meant to be flown. We've got the Torchwood Rift looped around the Tardis by Mister Smith, and we're going to fly Planet Earth back home. Right then. Off we go." The Tardis takes the strain on the tow rope, then pulls Earth out of the Cascade. Everyone on Earth hangs on for the ride. Donna walks around the console, supervising the flight. "That's really good, Jack. I think you're the best." The Tardis drops the Earth off by the Moon, and everyone celebrates. "Good job!" Donna pulls Jack off Sarah and hugs him herself.
On Earth, the news tickers report the obvious, and fireworks celebrations happen without any set up or planning whatsoever.
Church bells are ringing a celebratory change, "You know, you act like such a lonely man. But look at you. You've got the biggest family on Earth." Sarah and Theta hug before she smiles widely and pulls me into a hug while giving Fay a kiss on her forehead. "Oh! Got to go. He's only fourteen. It's a long story. And thank you!" She takes off, after waving with a smile.
Donna phones home while Mickey says his goodbyes to Jackie.
Theta unmends Jack's teleport bracelet, once again. "I told you, no teleport. And, Martha, get rid of that Osterhagen thing, eh? Save the world one more time." He gave her a pointed look causing me to chuckle, "Consider it done." They both salute us, and he returns it. Jack and Martha walk away, "You know, I'm not sure about UNIT these days. Maybe there's something else you could be doing?" Mickey comes out of the Tardis, "Oi, where are you going?" Theta asked confused, "Well, I'm not stupid. I can work out what happens next. And hey, I had a good time in that parallel world, but my gran passed away. Nice and peaceful. She spent her last years living in a mansion. There's nothing there for me now, certainly not Rose."
"What will you do?"
"Anything. Brand new life. Just you watch. See you, boss. Hey, you two!"
Mickey catches up with Jack and Martha.
"Oh. Thought I'd got rid of you."
We head back inside with smiles on our faces.
"Just time for one last trip. Darlig Ulv Stranden. Better known as-" The Tardis materialises on the beach of Bad Wolf Bay. The New Doctor and Jackie are first out, "Oh, fat lot of good this is. Back of beyond. Bloody Norway? I'm going to have to phone your father. He's on the nursery run. I was pregnant, had a baby boy." Jackie smiles at the new Theta who smiles back, "Oh, brilliant. What did you call him?" He asked, as we all stepped out as well. "Doctor." She stated causing me to raise an eyebrow as I held Fay close, "Really?" He asked looking back at me with a frown.
"No, you plum. He's called Tony."
"Hold on, this is the parallel universe, right?"
"You're back home."
"And the walls of the world are closing again, now that the Reality Bomb never happened. It's dimensional retroclosure. See, I really get that stuff now."
"No, but I spent all that time trying to find you. I'm not going back now." Rose glared towards me and Fay causing him to step in front. "But you've got to. Because we saved the universe, but at a cost. And the cost is him. Your to dangerous to be left alone. You made the dimension cannon, destroyed the walls between worlds. He can watch over you, after dealing with his own darkness." Theta told her causing the new him to frown back, "You made me." He insisted before coming over to hide behind me.
"Exactly. You were born in battle, full of blood and anger and revenge." Before he could finish, the new him shouting in anger, "No! I don't want to stay here with her! Please after everything she has done. Take me in, put me back!" We looked back at him in shock before I frowned in thought, "It could work. It would be you again. Whole." I explained causing Rose to glare at me, "So your going to steal him away again! Manipulating him away from me like before! No! He's mine Kate! And she isn't his." She yelled out pointing towards Fay about to rush forward only to have both men go against her. She thrashed around in absolute anger, everyone watching her in horror.
She was insane.
"Rose Tyler!" They both yelled pushing her back, looking at each other silently agreeing to what I said. "Together." The new theta muttered causing mine to nod back before he turned to me, "We'll do it." The Tardis time motor revs, "We've got to go. This reality is sealing itself off for ever."
"But, it's still not right, answer me this. If I hadn't left what would have happened? I love you and you would have loved me!" She shouted in anger as she stared at him desperately. "No, Rose Tyler. I wouldn't have." He turns back towards us and Donna take the opportunity to get into the Tardis. It dematerializes, as Rose shouts in anger. "No" She ran towards it but it was to late.
She would be back.
"I thought we could try the planet Felspoon. Just because. What a good name, Felspoon. Apparently, it's got mountains that sway in the breeze. Mountains that move. Can you imagine?" Donna started speaking quickly, the three of us watching as the metacrises started to take effect. "And how do you know that?" Theta asked with a sad frown, "Because it's in your head. And if it's in your head, it's in mine." She laughed as her eyes quickly shifted between us three. "And how does that feel?" I asked her slowly.
"Brilliant! Fantastic! Molto bene! Great big universe, packed into my brain. You know you could fix that chameleon circuit if you just tried hotbinding the fragment links and superseding the binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary, binary. (gasp) I'm fine. Nah, never mind Felspoon. You know who I'd like to meet? Charlie Chaplin. I bet he's great, Charlie Chaplin. Shall we do that? Shall we go and see Charlie Chaplin? Shall we? Charlie Chaplin? Charlie Chester. Charlie Brown. No, he's fiction. Friction, fiction, fixing, mixing, Rickston, Brixton."
"I'm so sorry, Donna"
This time it hurts, I know that well enough. "Oh, my God." She grips her head in pain. "Do you know what's happening?" I asked her with a sad look, my heart hurt. This was the women who helped me when I birthed Fay. She was my bestfriend. "Yeah." She closed her eyes with a nod, "There's never been a human Time Lord metacrisis before now. And you know why." Theta explained.
"Because there can't be. I want to stay."
"Look at me. Donna, look at me." Theta tried to get her attention but she kept shaking her head. "I was going to be with you two forever." Donna started to tear up, "We know." Theta muttered lowly as I stepped closer to them handing Fay to his other self. "The rest of my life, travelling in the Tardis. The Queen of Doctor Donna. No. Oh my god. I can't go back. Don't make me go back. Doctor, please, please don't make me go back."
"Donna. Oh, Donna Noble. I am so sorry. But we had the best of times." I let out a small cry as did she. "No." Donna cried out as they started to back away and I moved forward. "The best. Goodbye." Theta 2.0 puts Fay in her bassinet. "No, no, no. Please. Please. No. No." I mind meld with Donna and take her memories away, "No!" Donna passes out, I sighed turning to the boys and giving them a small smile. They both nodded as I raised my hands, the Tardis shook as she opened her console and helped me bring them back together.
Theta stared at me as I burst into tears, mourning the loss of Donna. I cried for a few seconds before a wave of determination over came me. I don't know how, but now I was determined to find a way for her to remember.
There is a knocking at the door. "That must be her. Donna?" The Tardis is parked across the road, Theta is kneeling by the door, holding the unconscious Donna. I stood next to him making sure to keep Fay covered. "Help me."
"Donna? Donna?" They lay Donna on her bed, then go downstairs. A thunderstorm rolls overhead as we move into the living room. "She took my mind into her own head. But that's a Time Lord consciousness. All that knowledge, it was killing her." Theta explained as I rocked Fay back and forth, "But she'll get better now?" Wilf asked with a sad frown. "I had to wipe her mind completely. Every trace of me, or the Tardis, anything we did together, anywhere we went, had to go."
"All those wonderful things she did."
"I know. But that version of Donna is dead. Because if she remembers, just for a second, she'll burn up. You can never tell her. You can't mention us or any of it for the rest of her life. At least until I figure something out for her."
"But the whole world's talking about it. We travelled across space."
"It'll just be a story. One of those Donna Noble stories, where she missed it all again." Theta smiled gently, "But she was better with you." Wilf spoke sadly causing Sylvia to elbow him. "Don't say that." She snipped, "No, she was." Wilf snapped back in anger and irritation. "I just want you to know there are worlds out there, safe in the sky because of her. That there are people living in the light, and singing songs of Donna Noble, a thousand million light years away. They will never forget her, while she can never remember. And for one moment, one shining moment, she was the most important woman in the whole wide universe."
"She still is. She's my daughter."
"Then maybe you should tell her that once in a while." I muttered to her causing her to glare. "I was asleep on my bed in my clothes, like a flipping kid! What do you let me do that for? Don't mind me. Donna." Donna checks her mobile. "John Smith. Kate Smith." Theta introduced us, "The Smiths we're just leaving."
"My phone's gone mad. Thirty two texts. Veena's gone barmy. She's saying planets in the sky. What have I missed now? Nice to meet you." Donna leaves the room, "As I said, I think you should go." Donna is on the phone, in the kitchen causing everyone to pause and stare at her. "How thick do you think I am? Planets. Tell you what that was, dumbo. That's those two for one lagers you gets down the offy because you fancy that little man in there with the goatee. Ha ha! Yes, you do. I've seen you." We both stared at her in sadness as she looked right through us, "Donna? I was just going."
"Yeah, see you. I tell you what though, you're wasting your time with that one, because Susie Mair, she went on that dating site, and she saw him. No, no, no, no. Listen, listen, this is important. Susie Mair wouldn't lie. Not unless it was about calories. Ha ha ha!"
It is pouring with rain, I immediately put my shield back up as we walk towards the Tardis. "Ah. You'll have quite a bit of this. Atmospheric disturbance. Still, it'll pass. Everything does. Bye then, Wilfred." I bid my goodbye with a hug, Fay in between so he gave her a gently kiss on her head. "Oh, Doctor? What about you now? Who've you got? I mean, all those friends of yours." He asked watching us closely as Theta shrugged and wrapped an arm around my waist. "They've all got someone else. Still, that's fine. I'm fine. We're fine." He reassured, "I'll watch out for you two." Wilf smiled gently as us with a determined nod.
"You can't ever tell her." I warned him, "No, no, no. But every night, Doctor, when it gets dark, and the stars come out, I'll look up on her behalf. I'll look up at the sky, and think of you." Wilf smiled at us gently, "Thank you." Soaked to the skin, the Doctor squelches to the Tardis. Wilf salutes as it dematerializes, we move to our room with our daughter to mourn the loss of our friend.
A month later, we were on Martha's doorstep. "I don't know about this." Theta muttered as I held Fay close, but I just gave a small smile when the door opened, "Hi Martha." Martha smiled widely at us before frowning as she took in our forms. "Will you watch her for a little while? We both have things to take care of but we will be back before you know it." She stared at us for a moment before pulling Theta into a hug causing him to smile gently.
"Of course, but promise to visit afterwards." I laughed, she always could tell what was happening with us. "Thank you, we'll be back soon sweetheart. Just wait a little while." I have Martha a list of things and two bags, one for her food and essentials and the other full of her clothes and toys. Theta was busy saying goodbye, "We'll be back later to take her for a vacation but right now we need some time." Martha nodded in understanding.
"Thank you again."
Saying one last goodbye, Theta grabbed my hand and pulled me along before I changed my mind.

This one jumped around a bit in the beginning, I'm sorry. It was easier for me to go that way instead of doing borders in between every paragraph/ line.
Yes, the next few specials will be without Fay. I don't really want to incorporate her with these, she will be back. I just haven't decided if I should bring her back after or during the Wedding Of Sarah Jane. I have a few things in mind after that before The End Of Time.
I tried to give Kate more power since she wasn't in it much! I do hope you guys like it.
So, let me know what y'all think.
I love y'all and thank you for the love and support!!!!
I don't know when I'll update next but I have officially ended Season Four!
