So uh, if anyone is reading this besides me, this is my document, I am noting down my current team and their performance in battle, how to use them to their full potential, and strategies to beat the Gym Leaders.

Porygon
Ability: Download
So, Porygon, the first Pokémon on the team, can most likely just sweep both Milo and Nessa's gym challenge without issue, if it can aim that Blizzard properly. Nessa's gym will be easily cleared by Porygon with Thunderbolt, however, that Dreadnaw will be a nuisance, it will dealt with by Max Lightning, I should use Conversion 2 beforehand though, Max Geyser hurts a lot. Now to use it competitively right now, I should train it to use Tri-Attack and Recover, I plan to use Porygon as an unbreakable wall that can swap to offensive when required, Download just makes Porygon stronger if the opponent has a weaker defense stat than Porygon. In a nutshell, I will use Porygon as a sweeper.
Plan for the future
I plan to evolve Porygon into a Porygon 2, and then I will use Porygon 2 as a defensive Pokémon instead, I also plan for it to have an Evolite. Making it learn Trick Room isn't a bad idea either. Since Porygon rarely learns any good, besides Zap Canon, I would have to spend a hefty amount of money on TMs to make it learn powerful moves like Hyper Beam. Porygon will be an expensive Pokémon to invest in, but I believe it will be worth it, however, I don't plan for it to evolve into Porygon Z for two reasons, one is that Porygon Z can be outdone by Porygon 2 with an Evolite, two is that it is too cruel to do to Porygon, I cannot put it through such pain to get a small stat buff, I simply cannot. I have morals, after all, I will not compromise them to reach my goals, my Pokémon are real now,
not pixels on a screen anymore.
Note: Porygon has a shit nature, Serious is a really bad nature, at least that means there is no downside or upside.

Carkol (previously Rolycoly)
Ability: Steaqm engine
For Carkol, I don't really know, to be honest, Carkol was never used that much in NFE tiers, so no definitive strategy could be made with him, I guess my best option is for him to get Steam Engine active, which requires for him to get hit by a water type attack or a fire type attack. After he gets Steam Engine active, uh, I guess he just runs to his opponent, use Incinerate or Flame Charge, and gets the hell out of there. That's all I can really think of for Carkol.
Plans for the future
Get Carkol to evolve to Coalossal. What, you expect more?
Note: Carkol has one of the best natures for when it evolves, Calm. It may reduce speed, but who wants Coalossal to be fast? We want it to be a defensive Pokémon, not an offensive one.

Same thing with Milo, blitz her Carkol to take down Goldeen, maybe get a shot in at Arrokuda before Carkol goes down. Send Porygon to sweep Arrokuda, spam Thunderbolt at Drednaw, when it Dynamas, Dynamax Porygon before ending the battle with Max Lightning before it can use Max Geyser.

What Pokémon to catch next?
Go to a Route and randomly choose the best one, not the best strategy, I don't really even care. As long as it stats are not below 200 and has another evolutionary stage, it will be fine by me, noting that hard training can't solve.
