DISARM

"Alright class, pay attention," Aizawa said. "Today, I'll show you basic techniques to disarm your opponent. For now, you're not allowed to use your Quirks. Ojiro, care to demonstrate for the class?"

Aizawa made a half-hearted jab with a blunted knife. Ojiro caught his wrist and wrenched at the flat of the blade. The hilt slipped from Aizawa's fingers, and the fake knife went flying end over end through the air. It landed on Aizawa's hilt-first, raising a small lump on his head.

"Well done," Aizawa said dryly, "Though next time, make sure you're more careful. That could hurt a civilian."

Ojiro, fearing for his life, stammered "Yes sir!" and hastily retreated to his line of classmates.

"Now that you've all seen the basics, partner up and work on it slowly. I'll correct your form when I come around."

While Hagakure stabbed her knife forward, Izuku uploaded fifty terabytes of self-defense videos, wrote a macro converting the acquired data and sensory inputs into electrical outputs, and executed it. Tracking Hagakure's gloves and the trajectory of her knife, Izuku deftly grabbed her arm and flicked the knife out of her grip.

"Excellent work," Aizawa said. "Give Hagakure a chance to practice."

Izuku took the knife and stabbed it forward, one millimeter at a time. Meanwhile, Hagakure tugged and pulled at his fingers, then at the knife, even grabbing it by the 'edge' of the blade, grunting and straining with all the effort she put into disarming him.

"It won't budge! Sensei, am I doing it wrong?"

"You are, but that's not the problem. Izuku, please lighten your grip."

Bakugo shoved Hagakure aside. "I got this, Sensei. Not her fault she's too weak to stand up to a robot."

"Hey!"

"Alright then," Aizawa said, "Let's see your technique."

Bakugo pulled at the knife, but he too couldn't make it budge. Panting and sweating, Bakugo said, "Don't think you've won. Maybe I can't get rid of your knife, but I can get rid of your arm!"

Yanking Izuku's wrist, Bakugo blasted his palm into Izuku's shoulder. The arm tore free with a metallic click and a loud sucking noise. Waving the dismembered limb over his head, Bakugo shouted, "I've done it! Today, I've struck a blow for humanity against the robot hordes!"

The arm wriggled out of Bakugo's grasp. Izuku stuck it back on his shoulder and wriggled his fingers.

"Whoa," Hagakure said. "How'd you do that Izuku?"

"I got a hardware update after the USJ incident. My head and limbs all detach themselves under excessive force, like this." Izuku yanked his own head off and put it back on. "Also, I have not seen that method of disarming someone before. May I try it, Bakugo?"

Sawblades sprouted and scalpels sprouted around Izuku as he reached for Bakugo. Before Bakugo could lose an arm, Aizawa bound him up and dragged him out of the classroom. "Detention for using your Quirk." With a nasty smile, he said, "I'll let Nezu deal with you."
