Raikage's lightning armor gives a lot more buffs and ability to partly negate physical attacks. Cid's stance gives less buffs, instead opting to interfere with any energy attacks like Amaterasu which usually can burn for days, while his stance can make it go out in a matter of seconds unless Uchiha continues pouring chakra into it, and even then it would be nigh ineffective. Just answering to some comments.

"Say a-a-ah…" Aurora smiled warmly as she raised spoon towards Naruto's mouth. The kid in question happily obliged and allowed the mature woman to feed him.

It has been almost a month in dad's world (which was his fully, by his words), and it has been the best time Naruto ever had! Sure, it was a bit weird to have so many aunties, but was he complaining? No-no-no, aunties were all cool! Very cool!

Especially auntie Aurora! And big sister Lilac! Though Lilac was a bit… strange… But she was really good big sister! She even taught him some tricks to do with, uh, blood… Auntie Aurora scolded both of them really hard after that, though Lilac was smug the whole time…

Auntie Beta knew a lot of interesting stories and always told them in bedtime! As she said, dad was the inspiration behind them, especially the 'Chronicles of Lord Shadow'; as she said, that one was written by her to immortalize the glorious acts of Divine Lord… whatever that means. But they were really cool, and Naruto even tried to mimic some of them!

Auntie Gamma always gave a lot of money without any question… No, there was one question: whether or not she can headpat him. Of course she could! She even sighed and lamented that dad was not so willing to give in back then… Whatever 'give in' meant…

Auntie Delta was the most strange and wild out of them all: she frequently called him to hunt for various animals, to which mom clutched her chest and berated auntie. Overall, auntie Delta was really protective of him, calling him 'pack's pup' and saying he really smelled of foxes… Yeah, he had a pet fox now! Oh, she also had dog's ears… Other aunties then corrected him and said it's actually wolf's ears. Wolf are mightier, right?

Auntie Epsilon was the one who had the coolest looking techniques; other aunties even admitted that we was the one with best control among them, not counting dad of course, so Naruto asked for some help with it. Well, her ways of control were way different from his or dad's, so she could only give some tips, which were very helpful still!

Auntie Zeta had cat ears and didn't get along much with Auntie Delta; she was also rarely seen with other aunties, preferring to be alone. By dad's word, she was actually the best shinobi here, in stealth sense. It took a long time for him to even find her, but in the end he did it! And as a reward, she taught his some neat tips and tricks to ease being a ninja.

Auntie Eta… Well…

"Ah, here you are…" a wide smile, shining purple eyes, and a bit messy brown hair. That's how Naruto saw auntie Eta in her black coat.

To be honest, ever since seeing her for the first time he was really afraid of her. Unlike all other aunties, she was not looking at him with affection; or, rather, her affection felt wrong. It was more like how Naruto himself looked at the mice that found their way into his house back then…

"Umm, hello, auntie Eta…" nonetheless, he warmly greeted her.

She shook a bit, her eyes widening slightly.

"Hmm, indeed, just like him…" she leaned in to look into his eyes.

Well, at least it was confirmed that dad was, well, dad? Like, mom really looked like him, but dad was complete opposite!

"Lie down… here…" her voice was a bit slow, if he is being honest; completely unlike all other aunties' energetic nature.

He complied with her request, though, and obediently lay down on the… table? Immediately after that multiple metallic things started moving towards him while she placed some kind of tickling things on his body.

She turned back to strange mechanism that had a lot of running letters which formed into words of which Naruto himself could only understand every tenth; if it was easier, then every fifth.

"Aha… I see…" she mumbled, "Energy's disturbance caused by conflict of two polar forces, localized in small channel areas, with most of energy concentrated at the sphere, stomach area…" the longer she went on, the more Naruto realized that he didn't understand anything.

Strange metallic thingies continued probing him, and he felt his chakra moving in on reflex to protect himself from cold material. This only caused auntie Eta to stand up with a large smile and lean in to look at him closer.

"Hi-hi-hi…"

Her laugh was really unnerving.

"As I expected, the system clearly is similar…" a portion of her coat suddenly became fluid and started writing on itself, "It is as if your system is an inferior version of his… Or rather, his is an upgraded, grown-up version of yours…" she nodded to herself, "Yes, that must be it. When you grow up, you will… have a way better and optimized energy system…" she yawned.

With a wave of her hand all the strange thingies immediately moved back from him, and other thingies that were on his body fell down.

"Hmm, good, good…" she suddenly remember something, "Want… this?"

A candy was in her hand. Big, red candy. By scent it seemed like strawberry flavored. Naruto immediately snatched it from her hand and started munching on it.

"Great…" auntie showed two V signs and smiled more… 'normal', "Now, shoo… shoo…" she lazily waved at him, as if saying to exit her room.

Which Naruto did.

And honestly, auntie Eta was not that bad. Candy was very yummy.

Meanwhile, Cid himself rubbed his chin.

He has just found out about a very interesting technique (honestly, he didn't bother looking at the scrolls ever since coming back to his own world). Summoning Technique.

By description, apparently, you can use it to summon anything that you had a contract with. Usually the users signed contract with the entire tribe of animals, with examples being snakes, frogs, and much, much more. However, there was one major downside that forced many people to give up on using the technique without having a contract prior.

Technically, you could use the summoning technique on its own even without having contract. You could. But instead of summoning someone, you would be summoned. Summoned into the world (or rather, Plane or Realm) of animal that, apparently, was the most suited to you spiritually. How was it checked? Hell if he knew.

However, by itself the existence of this technique was… phenomenal. Yes, Cid had his own version of summoning, and they were even better than Summoning Technique, but… The way he summoned was completely different from this.

He wanted a demon? Of course, just give a bit of mana into this sigil and look how the demon is summoned from Demon Realm… What? You wanted someone else? Shame, shame; should've made the personal contract. Of course, being the ruler of Realm did bring its advantages, such as being able to pick anyone he wants, but were he to be a normal user, the results would not be so good.

He wanted a Shadow Beast? But of course, just make a passage between material world ans Shadow World. Just don't forget to close it afterwards, or else the whole world will be overrun by them before they die to sunlight.

In comparison, Summoning Technique was straightforward: you give chakra, the more you give, the stronger the support will come; there are established rules about summoning, like 'from this time to this time I am fully free, on this time you can summon me, too, but I will take a bigger price'; and of course, the whole point about contract. With Shadow Beasts he did not have contract, he simply suppressed them with his Shadow Core. Demons… You wanna make fun of him? These guys, just like him, wanted to fool him 24/7, which meant twisting his words so strongly that he would regret ever asking them about help; again, only authority of ruler brought some sense into them, because not obeying the ruler of Realm equals death.

Again, Summoning Technique was simple in that regard: summons are to obey in spirit to summoner and aid them in battle, but the more dangerous their task is, the higher the price contractor would pay, and he is not talking about just chakra now. No, some summons had… specific conditions. Really specific. So specific, in fact, that he did not want to believe it, either… But facts are there: frogs and toads really like oil. Yeah, simple oil.

So, Summoning Technique had its own advantages and merits. What Cid wanted to do, then? Of course, try to rebuild it into a brand new one! Or rather, reprogram it to work with his world instead of that random animal plane… Yeah, summoning Shadow Garden would be really cool! Especially considering that there is in-built feature of sending the summon back after the task is finished. Yes, he wanted to remake it so he can summon Alpha on graduation. Because she asked him to.

But man, calculating, recalibrating all of that… Then trying to understand which hand seal is required for what, then copying it to his own chakra system, then understanding which way it worked, whether or not it was related to fuinjutsu and juinjutsu, how does environment react to his stuff, spatial rifts, and so on, and so on… It was a lot of work, just like with any ability that worked with space and time… But no pain, no gain. Gotta work for these sweet-sweet cool mysterious guy points.

Other than summoning technique, he tried to use combinations of elements to create brand new, but as expected, to no avail. He was barely able to create Ice with Wind and Water, but everything after that? Especially the Earth and Water combination that created Wood? Yeah, that stuff was really wild… Seems like without at least one genome type he would not be able to crack it in short time. In long time? Sure, he will just brute force it. But, you see… This is not elegant. The elegant way is to create cool-looking laboratory where everything moves together, where a small needle precisely targets the exact point, where the drop of blood goes through multiple checks… or, well, another elegant way is when Eminence in Shadows goes 'Hmph!' and with a wave of his hand immediately deciphers everything. The difference is, the first one is for his own enjoyment and building style points, while the second one is to shock the onlookers and, well, prowess style points. Any is great, honestly.

Come to think of it, with fuinjutsu he can seal the whole set of tools and crafting stations to take with himself and unpack anywhere he wants… Or even seal a whole house and get it out at any moment given… Yes, these definitely will go for style points, especially in other worlds where sealing is not that good… Just imagine: he waves his hand, and a big house appears. Ah, yes, now this is perfect! Though there are some other ways which he can use to appear even more mysterious and cool… Hmm, that would require some more research…

Oh, Hams, you needed something? Huh? Filling the Soul Space with sealed stuff? Like food, drinks, and so much, much more? Yes, you do have a point…

Cid stood up and went towards Mitsugoshi's reserves. Well, he is the actual owner of, well, everything, so… Yeah, he can take it. Though he will leave some compensation and say it to Shades, yes. Because otherwise Diva will eat him. And this time it will be deserved.

'…How did Master Shadow obtain the ability to use it? A theory of mine says that he restructured whatever was left of his magic system after his magic went somewhere (and I refuse to believe it disappeared) into this energy system. Could it be possible to do so myself?…'
