Hi everyone! I took a couple weeks off. I literally took a week off work and spent time with family flying in for the weekend and then I spent this last week figuring out how to write this chapter.

The cabin Lily and crew stayed in was inspired by one of the cabins in the Smoky Mountains that I looked up. I also found a script online and thought it was perfect for Jasper and Anna.

We do have a time jump as the three years in between are simply everyone training in their respective arts. Part of this chapter was inspired by the TMNT 2012 episode "Lone Rat and Cubs." We do have a duel this time!

I will give a small spoiler alert for the next chapter. I will be doing a reimagination of my one-shot called Suspect, written in Wilbur's POV. I'm gonna change this up a little to include Lily in it, who has quite the surprise herself.

But for now, enjoy the chapter!

DISCLAIMER: I do not own anything related to "Meet the Robinsons," "TMNT," "Criminal Case," "Toy Story," nor "Lord of the Rings." I only own Lilianna, James, Little Donnie, Ryan, Justine, Isamu, Venus, Athena, Skyler, Jasper, Anna, Jessi, and Antonio.

LILIANNA'S POV

I smiled as I gazed down at the majestic Smoky Mountains from my small airplane window. It had been almost five years since I travelled here to celebrate Justine's upcoming wedding. This time, the celebration was for Anna.

Before I knew it, the plane landed. I had to wait a little bit before I could get off the plane. When I did, I went right for the baggage claim. When I got there, I was in for a surprise.

"Lily!" Anna greeted me excitedly.

"Anna!"

We embraced each other before I grabbed my luggage. After that, I glanced around the area at the party that greeted me. The Crane family - Russell, Amy, Jasper, and Jessi, were all there. Of course, there was Anna. There was one more person present, and words could describe how I felt in that moment.

"Dad?"

He simply smiled and held his arms out.

"Lily."

I ran into his arms and he embraced me.

"I take it you're here to celebrate Anna?" I asked.

"Not just that," Dad replied. "I'm marrying them."

The memory of my conversation with Anna came back to me. My father was the only one of the Hamato Clan she had invited originally and it was to officiate the ceremony.

"Where are James and Little Donnie?" Dad asked.

"They're at home doing some father-son bonding," I answered with a smile. "I can already tell Donnie's enjoying himself."

The Cranes walked up to me.

"Lily, it's wonderful to see you again after all this time," Russell greeted me with a handshake. "Or should I call you Doctor Lilianna Hamato?"

I giggled. I had finally graduated with my doctorate degree last month.

"I've missed your guidance, sir."

Amy was the next, and we embraced each other.

"It's so good to see you, Lily. Motherhood looks amazing on you."

I glanced down at my slightly wider hips and smiled bigger.

"Thank you, Amy."

Jessi then embraced me.

"It's been too long."

"For real!" I replied. "Six long years."

Then I shook hands with Jasper.

"It's good to see you, Lily. How's Little Donnie doing?"

"He's doing well! Just turned one and walking up the walls!"

"Is he literally walking up the walls?" Jasper asked, remembering our family's history.

I chuckled.

"Not yet."

I glanced at my dad.

"But he's smart, just like his grandpa."

"Alright, everyone!" Anna announced. "We have rented a van to take the seven of us to our cabin. Let's vamos!"

The seven of us walked out of the airport with our luggage and to our rented van. Thankfully, it was just big enough to hold all our luggage. With Amy at the wheel, we got to our cabin with ease.

"So, we're all staying here?" I asked.

"Why not?" Dad replied. "We've done it before."

"It might be fun!" Amy chimed in cheerfully. "The four of us always had fun in White Peaks. Speaking of which, Lily, I hear you're living there. How do you like it?"

"I'll admit, it was hard for me to adapt. It's so far from the rest of my family that I got homesick at first. But then I started to run in the woods towards the mountains just like I did as a child and I've learned to love it. And besides, the mountain air is fantastic for Little Donnie."

"Little Donnie?" Jessi asked.

"My son."

I pulled out my phone and showed her a picture of him. Little Donnie's eye color was more defined after a year of life. At birth, they were black. Now he shares the same shade of brown as his grandfather. He had also gained thirteen pounds since birth, now weighing twenty-one pounds, and he was now thirty inches tall.

"Your son's a turtle?" Jessi asked with surprise. "How is that possible?"

"In this case, genetics," I explained simply. "I was just as surprised as you were when my dad found out."

"Now this I have to see," Amy chimed in. "When we get to the cabin."

We eventually arrived at our cabin in Pigeon Forge. To my surprise, it looked like a really nice house. The seven of us walked into the house to a staircase on our right and the kitchen to our left. Straight ahead was the dining area and the living room. We set our luggage down and explored the house. We walked straight on through to the back, where there was a hot tub on our right and some deck chairs on our left.

Then we went back inside. There were two bedrooms on the lower level, both with king beds. Then we went upstairs. There was a bedroom on the right which housed a queen bed and another bedroom on the left with a twin and full bunk bed. Ahead of us was a bathroom.

The seven of us went back down the stairs and sat down in the living room.

"Well, do we have an idea regarding sleeping arrangements?" Russell asked.

"Honey, we can easily take one of the bedrooms down here," Amy replied.

"I'll take the top bunk upstairs," Jasper said. "Donnie can take the bottom bunk."

"That's considerate of you," Dad replied. "But I think Jessi would be better off sleeping in that bunk. You're siblings. And besides, I thought of taking the queen bed upstairs."

"Donnie, are you sure this is a good idea?" Jessi asked skeptically. "Jasper and I have never slept in the same room before."

Amy and Russell raised their eyebrows.

"Outside of hotels, Mom, Dad," Jessi sternly corrected them.

"Jessi, take the bunk," Russell said.

"But, Dad--"

"Jessica Amelia."

"Jessi, your father's right," Amy chimed in. "And so is Donnie. This could be your last chance to talk to Jasper as unmarried siblings. Get some stuff off your chest."

"I guess that means we're taking the other king bed downstairs," Anna told me.

"I can't wait!" I replied happily.

I turned towards Jessi.

"If you need to talk, our door will be open."

"Thank you."

"Well, let's grab our things and get settled," Russell suggested.

Anna and I grabbed our luggage and went to the bedroom with the window by the hot tub.

"Is everything alright with Jasper and Jessi?" I asked. "What was your perspective of them when you saw them last?"

"I think Jasper moving to San Diego after his graduation created some sort of rift between them," Anna explained. "Jessi didn't take it well because it meant Jasper wasn't coming home anymore. This past Christmas was... tough to watch."

Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, USA

DONATELLO'S POV

My only luggage was my white cloak that I wore to a previous wedding. So I had no issue heading upstairs and examining my room. It was a small simple room, probably the smallest in the house, and this suited me perfectly.

I sat on the bed with the blue striped blanket and did some pondering. The Cranes usually got along with each other. But there was something about Russell's conversation with Jessi that bothered me. I went back down the stairs and knocked on his door.

"Who is it?" Amy asked.

"It's Donnie."

"Come in."

I opened the door and found Amy and Russell still unpacking.

"What's up, Donnie?" Amy asked.

"Is everything okay?" I asked in reply.

"Of course," Russell answered. "Why do you ask?"

"Things seemed a little tense between you and Jessi. Would you like to talk about it?"

"Well, let's see. Have you ever had a daughter ignore you for a period of time?"

"Yes. Many times. All teenagers ignore their parents for some time before they realize they're idiots."

"But has Lily ever ignored you as an adult?"

I pondered this for a moment.

"Well, no," I answered. "In fact, our relationship only got stronger because I learned I couldn't control her life. I needed to let her spread her wings."

"Jessi's been... acting odd ever since Jasper moved to San Diego," Amy explained hesitantly. "Granted, Russell and I have been thrilled to still have Jessi home with us while she goes to college."

"But she's been distant the past couple years," Russell chimed in with a frown. "What would you do if that were Lily?"

I, too, frowned. Then I thought back to what had happened the past year we all went into hiding.

"Russell, Amy, whatever I'm about to tell you stays in this cabin, okay?"

They nodded.

"My clan's in hiding. That's why Anna wanted to elope. Lily and Ryan have their own families and have adapted pretty well. Athena and Venus, on the other hand, aren't doing as well. They were frustrated they couldn't celebrate their birthdays with their families. Raph and Mikey felt just as frustrated. I may not have been in your shoes, but if there's anyone to ask, Amy, it's Renet. But if you still want my advice, just talk to Jessi. Listen to her. Let her know you're there for her. Distance just means your heart longs for the people you love."

JESSI'S POV

Jasper and I quietly went up the stairs to our room and dropped off our luggage. After we unpacked, which included a glimpse of Jasper's wedding attire. We both sat on the bottom bunk. I felt very awkward this entire time.

I felt alone ever since Jasper moved to California. I didn't mind it as much when he went to school in Illinois. I saw him often. But now, he was practically nonexistent. At some point, I became jealous of Anna for spending so much time with my brother.

"So, how have you been?" Jasper asked with a smile.

"Okay," I answered simply, not knowing the words to say. "You?"

"I'm good. I'm excited to get married."

"Anna's beautiful. You're lucky."

We sat in silence again.

"Jessi, are you okay?" Jasper asked. "You're more quiet than normal."

It was my cue to leave.

"I need some fresh air."

I got up, ran down the stairs, and ran outside to the deck. I had totally forgotten there was a hot tub, but I didn't care. I sat down on a chair and let out a huge breath.

ANNA'S POV

Lily and I heard running feet down the stairs and around to the backyard. We took a quick glance at each other and then followed Jessi. After she plopped down in one of the chairs, we opened the door.

"Hey, Jessi, are you doing alright?" I asked gently.

The blonde woman shook her head and suddenly started crying.

"I can't do it!" Jessi cried. "How can I be in the same room with him?"

"He's your brother, not your ex-husband," Lily replied, rolling her eyes. "Did Jasper do something to you?"

"He moved across the country!"

I saw the deadpanned look on Lily's face. I had a feeling she was about to use her personality as a mother.

"Alright, Jessi, something is clearly bothering or you would not be out here crying. What is troubling you?"

"Jasper and I were like two peas in a pod," Jessi explained. "We did everything together, even if we're a few years apart in age. And then Jasper went away to Chicago for college. But he had promised me he would come back for the holidays. And he did. Then he moved away to San Diego. He's only come back for Christmas twice. And he never reached out to me. Not once."

Jessi pointed a finger at me.

"And it's all because of you!"

Jessi gasped in horror. Lily and I gasped in shock. Jessi then cried again.

"Anna, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean for that to come out."

Lily and I frowned at each other. I knelt down and looked up at the woman I would call my sister in just a couple days.

"Jessi, I understand how you feel," I told her gently. "I'm not angry."

"You're not?"

"No. But I must ask you to keep an open mind because of what I am about to say."

She nodded.

"Jasper already knows the truth about me. But you do not. I'm actually from the realm of Gondor and I'm over 200 years old."

Jessi's eyes widened.

"What are you, an elf?"

I gave her a simple nod with a smile.

"Wait, you're serious?"

"Yes," I answered with a chuckle. "My father died over 100 years ago and then my mother and brother sailed away to the Grey Havens. I never heard from them again."

"Why didn't you go with them?" Jessi asked, wiping away her tears.

"I loved my father and I felt it was my duty to watch over him. That's how I ended up here. But Jessi, I made a mistake. While my last words to my family were, I love you, I didn't tell my family how I truly felt. I loved my father. There was no doubt about that. I felt open with him and I told him everything. My mother and brother, on the other hand, I quarreled with toward the end. My mother and I quarreled when I joined the Citadel Guard. And because I joined the Citadel Guard, I couldn't do the things I used to do with my brother Adan. I quarreled with him. But I never told him how I felt. I wish I had. Jessi, you and Jasper have your entire lives to love each other, brother and sister. My marrying your brother will never change that. But Jessi, don't do what I did for over 100 years and kept the things I felt about my brother boiling in my heart."

"There were things I never told Ryan for a long time," Lily chimed in. "We had the biggest rivalry amongst the four of us. We always fought each other. I often wondered if we would ever get along. But then, I defended him from a bully and he finally opened up to me."

Jessi smiled at us.

"Jasper has defended me from bullies when I started out in high school. I had braces and acne my freshman year. My first year of high school absolutely sucked. But I never really thanked him for it."

"Then I believe that is where you should start," I replied. "But first..."

Lily and I glanced at each other and smiled, knowing what we were thinking.

"This is Anna's last weekend as a single woman," Lily said with her gap-toothed grin. "We talked about doing a small bachelorette party and we'd like to invite you along. Maybe we can bring your mom with us. She helped me out quite a bit with my own bachelorette party."

Jessi nodded eagerly.

"That sounds wonderful."

"How old are you, Jessi?" I asked.

"I just turned twenty-one a week ago."

Lily and I squealed with delight.

"Have you had your first taste of wine?" Lily asked.

"No."

"Then I know exactly where we're going!"

JESSI'S POV

We had returned to our cabin after the wedding rehearsal.

"Hey, sis, can we talk?" Jasper asked.

"Yes, please. I was hoping to talk to you, too."

"Oh! Well, alright, let's go to our room."

I followed my brother up the stairs and into our room. We both sat on the bottom bunk again.

"Jess, is everything okay?" Jasper asked. "I feel like I hardly saw you this weekend."

"I hardly saw you the last two years," I shot back.

He winced.

"Okay, I guess I earned that. But seriously, what's wrong?"

"We've drifted apart, Jay," I explained. "And it hurts. We used to be so close, so tight. And then you move and you spend all your spare time with Anna. I even admitted to Anna I was jealous of her."

"You've always made friends, Jess."

I scoffed.

"Well, my so-called friends moved around the country to start their own lives while I stayed with our parents."

"Do you stay in contact with any of them?" Jasper asked.

"I tried to talk to them. But I hardly get a reply. And I feel so out of place at school. There are so many strangers that are older than I am."

"Jess, you should have done what I did. Live on campus and get a roommate."

"I'm not you, Jasper!" I yelled. "And I can't just leave Mom and Dad. They're the reason I stayed home. I feel like I'm in their shadow."

Jasper frowned.

"Oh, Jess. You know, Mom and Dad spoke to me about you. And then Anna talked about you. Mom and Dad told me about how you were distant and not wanting to do anything. But then Anna told me you were jealous of her."

"Jay, I'm a mess. I was one of the most popular girls in school, and now I'm not."

"That's your ego talking. Jess, life isn't defined by how many friends you have or by who you were. Life is who you are now, who your family is, who you choose to surround yourself with."

"I know, Jay, I realize that now. Lily and Anna took me to a winery last night and then we went dancing."

"So that's why you looked weird this morning!" Jasper exclaimed with an excited smile. "You had your first official girls night! How did you feel?"

"In the moment? I was loving it. I felt free. And I learned I'm quite the dancer when I'm drunk. But this morning? I puked."

"Yeah, I heard."

"Jay, I never want to be drunk again. I don't ever want to feel alone again."

My brother hugged me and I cried into his shoulders.

"You were never alone, Jess. Mom and Dad were always with you. And I promise I will be with you, no matter where I'm at. You're my sister. Someone's gotta protect you from the bad guys."

"And that makes two of us."

We glanced up to see Anna entering the room with a smile.

"I've never had a little sister before," Anna explained. "And it is my honor to fulfill my role of big sister. If Jasper cannot protect you, then I will."

I smiled back at her and then frowned.

"Anna, I'm sorry for the things I said and thought about you. I hope you can forgive me."

"There's nothing to forgive. I understand your feelings. I was in your shoes once, remember? But your journey with Jasper is only beginning. Embrace it while you can."

The three of us hugged, and for the first time in a while, I felt peace.

June 18, 2051 - Gatlinburg, Tennessee, USA

DONATELLO'S POV

The seven of us drove to the chapel the wedding would be celebrated at and we got ready there. After I put my cloak on, I ended up doing everything. I decorated the backyard with everyone's help. I set up the speakers and the playlist Anna and Jasper chose. I took pictures of everyone else getting ready. Jasper and Anna chose to do a first look, and I took pictures of them.

Then, it was time for the ceremony to begin outside with the Smoky Mountains in the background. After I started playing the first song, Michael W. Smith's I Will Be Here For You, I led Jasper, Amy, and Russell through the chapel and outdoors. I smiled as I sensed the couple holding hands as Jasper walked next to me. Jasper wore a white tuxedo with a navy blue tie. Amy wore a navy blue sequin dress with navy blue heels while Russell dressed in a navy blue tuxedo with a black tie. Amy's blonde hair was tied up in a bun. I led the couple all the way to the front row outside.

I changed the song to one Jessi and Lily requested together: Taylor Swift's Lover. I watched my phone where there were camera's all along the path. Jessi's blonde hair was identical to her mother's as she wore a navy blue dress with straps and a bateau neckline. Lily maintained her braided crown she had since she became a mother. She wore a navy blue dress with only a strap over her left shoulder. The three of us eventually saw the two of them walking outside with all smiles and laughs as Amy took pictures of them.

Once Jessi stood next to Jasper and Lily stood near me, I changed the song to one Anna requested: Christina Perri's A Thousand Years. I was so proud of Anna. She had overcome her father's grief and opened her heart up to love another. She walked alone through the halls of the chapel. Anna had explained that this was her way of honoring her father, who had given her his blessing to be with Jasper.

Anna's red hair matched Lily's hairstyle. Her white dress was fit-to-size on her upper torso with the White Tree of Gondor stitched to the back of her dress while the bottom of her dress flared. She wore a navy blue cloak, also sporting the Tree, serving as a replacement of a veil. Anna carried a bouquet of white lilies and dark blue hydrangeas as she continued to walk through the chapel.

The bride was eventually in sight, and I motioned Amy and Russell to stand. Amy took pictures of Anna walking herself down the aisle with a confident smile on her face. Jessi, Lily, and Jasper all had their jaws dropped. I only smiled with fondness. I had wished the clan were here to see Anna in this moment.

Anna eventually came outside, now widening her grin at the sight of Jasper. Amy took one more picture before moving out of the way. The bride made one more trip down the aisle and Jasper met her at the altar. He escorted her the rest of the way and then the song ended.

I switched songs to Ronan Hardiman's Dance of Love, and then I nodded to the couple, as they were leading the ceremony.

"I didn't fall in love with you," Jasper started. "I walked into love with you with my eyes wide open."

"Choosing to take every step along the way," Anna continued. "I do believe in fate and destiny, but I also believe we are only fated to do the things we'd choose anyway."

"And I'd choose you: in a hundred lifetimes, in a hundred worlds, in any version of reality. I'd find you and I'd choose you."

I caught a quick glimpse of Amy starting to cry with a smile.

"By destiny we are aligned," Anna continued. "Our love eternal and true. We will face challenges together and find strength in our union by the sun, moon, and stars. Our love is blessed."

"May we always be as happy as we are today," Jasper finished.

I even shed a tear or two. I remembered the conversation Anna shared with me. These were the exact words her parents spoke to each other on their wedding day, and Jasper had wholeheartedly agreed with them. I drew a breath, finally ready to do my part in the ceremony.

"Jasper, from this day onward, do you choose Anna to be your wife, your best friend, and your only love? To live together, play together, and laugh together. To work by her side and dream in her arms. To fill her heart and to feed her soul. To always seek out the best in her. Always loving her with all your heart until the end of your forever?"

"I do," Jasper answered with a smile.

"And do you, Anna, from this day onward, choose Jasper to be your husband, your best friend, and your only love? To live together, play together, and laugh together. To work by his side and dream in his arms. To fill his heart and to feed his soul. To always seek out the best in him. Always loving him with all your heart until the end of your forever?"

"I do," Anna said sweetly.

I took out a ring from my belt pocket and handed it to Jasper. I took out a second ring and handed it to Anna.

"The roundness of the wedding ring is said to represent eternity and to symbolize unending love," I explained. "And devotion and that the couple is forever united in the marriage bond, in this physical life and the next."

"I take you to be my love," Jasper said, putting Anna's ring on her finger. "In sunshine and darkness, in lean times and plenty, in sickness and health."

"Under the starry night sky," Anna finished, putting Jasper's ring on his finger. "In this life and the next, I promise to love you forever, always, and a day."

I glanced around the area. Russell had his arm wrapped around his wife. Jessi was trying hard not to cry behind Jasper. Lily had shed a few tears herself behind Anna. Jasper and Anna were simply beaming at each other.

"By the power vested in me by the state of Tennessee, and with the sense of incomparable joy that you have found emotional sanctuary in your heart, that you have discovered your life's true love, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Jasper, you may kiss the bride."

Jasper eagerly brought Anna in for a kiss, and the other four people cheered with joy. With my T-Phone. I took a picture of the scene unfolding before me. Then, I switched songs: Celine Dion's How Does a Moment Last Forever. Jasper and Anna walked back down the aisle into the chapel. Jessi and Lily followed them.

Only Russell and Amy remained to help me clean up. Afterwards, we met back up in the dressing room for the newlyweds to sign their marriage certificate. After we got a few pictures together, the six humans went to Dollywood to celebrate. I reminded behind to clean up at the chapel and to pack up everything in the cabin.

March 13, 2054 - New York City, New York, USA

LEONARDO'S POV

Today was a very special day for our family. We had reunited in the lair for the first time since Little Donnie's birth. Alopex and Tiger Claw had come to New York to guard the lair against intruders so that we could enjoy this time together.

Lily, Ryan, Wilbur, and I spoke together and decided their children were ready to be gifted with their weapons. Michelangelo made pizzas for everyone while April supplied us with beverages. I spent my day in the dojo getting the weapons ready.

We spent the first half of our evening catching up with our lives. Thankfully, Antonio, the leader of the Vizioso mob, never found us. Donatello had invented enough security measures to make us aware of anyone trying to enter the sewers. Alopex had stayed behind in New York to stay on guard while Tiger Claw continued to spy on the Shredder in Japan. Anna accompanied him whenever she could.

Anna and Jasper enjoyed their first few years of marriage so far. Jasper graduated with his master's degree in counseling after undergoing an internship at a hospital in San Diego. Jasper then applied to become a licensed professional counselor and is working under supervision. Anna, meanwhile, worked under an experienced lawyer so she would get experience in her belt. The newlyweds had bought their first house together after living in Anna's apartment their first year of marriage.

Athena, Skyler, and Venus slowly adapted to their new lifestyle. Athena continued to work at T.I.M.E. with her mother Renet while Skyler and Venus operated their flower business and their farming. Athena and Skyler continued to try for their own child and they are still trying to this day.

Lily and James were having the delight of their lives raising Little Donnie. Their son was now almost four years old. Lily had already started to homeschool him as well as train him in ninjutsu. Little Donnie was just as smart as his grandpa, and he was just as kind as his mother.

Ryan and Justine had also adapted well. Justine was now a veterinarian, and with the help of the Robinsons, she opened Todayland's first horse ranch. It delighted the citizens of Todayland to finally ride horses. As for their son Isamu, he was almost eight years old. At first Ryan has been both homeschooling him and training him in ninjutsu. After Justine graduated, she started homeschooling Isamu at the ranch while Ryan continued to train him at home.

Wilbur and Karena continued to live their lives with their family. Diana had just turned nine while Wesley was almost five. Wesley had shown no desire to train, yet Wilbur was able to convince him to train to defend himself. Diana, on the other hand, was very eager to train with her father and was already showing great skills as a kunoichi.

As for the rest of us, only Renet, Donatello, and April continued to work at the same jobs they've been at since the beginning of their marriages. However, because of the circumstances, Donatello had to step down from his position and return to teaching remotely from his lab. He greatly missed being in the presence of his students, so he had a difficult time adapting. April continued to work for Channel 6 News while gathering intel about the Vizioso mob taking control of New York City. Renet loved working as the team coordinator for the Temporal Crimes Division of T.I.M.E., working with Athena and Wilbur to be sure the timelines weren't messed up. The rest of us were retired and lying low in the lair, fortunate that the Vizioso mob had not found us yet.

After we ate our dinner and caught up with each other, we all went into the dojo. I gazed around at my expanded family, and I smiled, truly thankful we could all be together today.

"Diana, Isamu, Wesley, Donatello, please step forward."

Three of the four children walked in front of me and kneeled. Though the youngest of them seemed shy.

"It's alright, Donnie," Lily encouraged her son. "Go on."

With a smile, Little Donnie walked towards me and kneeled. I chuckled, noticing just how perfect his teeth were.

"Diana, daughter of Karena, you may choose your weapon," I told the oldest. "But be mindful. Your weapon also chooses you."

Diana, standing tall and proud with her long black hair in a ponytail, walked over to the wall of weapons. She glanced over all of them with intrigue, but then she gasped. She was drawn towards the tessen, a metal fan with the Hamato symbol on it. Diana tossed it towards the tree and it landed in the tree smoothly. She gave me a grin as she retrieved her new tessen and returned to her spot.

"Isamu, son of Ryan."

I gestured my grandson to the wall of weapons. He showed no hesitation when he grabbed a katana off the wall. He gave it to me. I smiled proudly as he bowed to me. I bowed in return.

"My grandson, I fondly remember the day my father, Master Splinter, gave me my first katana. I will tell you what he told me."

I gave Isamu back his katana.

"The katana, a royal Samurai weapon, for those with courage and keen skill."

"Hai, sensai," Isamu replied in Japanese.

"Wesley, son of Wilbur."

"Do I have to choose a weapon?" Wesley asked with some annoyance in his voice.

"Yes," Wilbur sternly answered, crossing his arms.

"Come, Wesley," I beckoned him with a smile. "I think I have something for you."

I guided the young boy to the wall of weapons where I retrieved the yumi - the bow and arrow. I demonstrated how to use it. I brought the arrow back to my cheek and then released it, the arrow hitting the tree the same place Diana's tessen pierced.

"Whoa!" Wesley exclaimed in awe. "May I choose that weapon?"

"You may," I replied with a bow.

I handed Wesley the bow and arrows.

"Donatello, son of James."

Little Donnie, the only child who did not appear human, still seemed shy when he got up and approached the wall of weapons, but he, too, had a look of awe on his face.

"There's so many!" he exclaimed.

I chuckled.

"Yes. Is there a weapon that calls to you, Donatello?"

I noticed Donnie and Lily smiling as the youngest child of the Hamato Clan reached for the bo staff.

"I want this one," Little Donnie told me with a smile. "It's so simple, and yet so fluid."

I chuckled. He truly was as smart as his grandfather. I knelt down to his eye level and gazed into his amber eyes.

"Donatello, you have a thoughtful soul like your grandfather. And you also have a peaceful heart, just like your mother. But let's give you a smaller weapon until you become a big boy, okay?"

Little Donnie nodded eagerly. I placed the bo staff back on the wall and retrieved the jo staff.

"Arigatogozaimasu, sensei," Little Donnie said in Japanese.

"You are very welcome," I replied. "April, Athena, please stand."

The two women glanced at each other before standing up.

"Diana, you have chosen the tessen," I explained to the oldest child of the clan. "April has much experience with this weapon and will be your teacher until you master it."

"Thank you, Leo," Diana replied with a grin.

"Wesley, you have chosen the yumi," I explained to her brother. "Therefore, Athena will become your teacher."

"Sounds like we'll be seeing each other all day, Athena," Wilbur chimed in.

"Well, at least a few times a week," my youngest niece replied. "I can't do this every day."

"What if we made trips to North Hampton for the weekends?" Karena suggested. "We have no history with the Shredder. This may not be an issue."

"I think that's a wonderful idea."

"Meanwhile, Diana, I can drop by after school for some time to train you," April suggested. "Unless you have another idea."

"No, that sounds good," Diana replied. "But it's up to Mom and Dad."

"That's fine with us," Wilbur said with a smile.

Suddenly, Lily moaned, rubbing her head.

"What is it, Lily Mae?" Donnie asked his daughter.

"Something's wrong."

"Mama, are you okay?" Little Donnie asked.

"No, Lily's right!" Anna suddenly exclaimed. "I don't sense Alopex or Tiger Claw anywhere!"

Suddenly, alarms went off on all our phones. We had intruders in the sewers.

"Everyone, to my lab!" Donnie yelled.

"We need to get out of here!" April yelled.

We locked ourselves in the lab while the garage door was closed.

"What's the plan, Leo?" Raph asked.

"We need to separate," I explained. "Wilbur, Karena, find a way to get your children home safely. Lily, Ryan, once you get out safely, use your portals and take your families home. The rest of us will take the Shellraiser and the Party Wagon."

"Donnie and I will take the Party Wagon with Athena, Skyler, and Venus," April replied.

"Then the rest of us will be in the Shellraiser," Mikey chimed in. "Shall we meet at the farmhouse?"

"That's a good idea," I answered. "Anna, Jasper, what will you two do?"

"We're going to find Tiger Claw and Alopex," Anna answered. "Something must have happened if the security alarms went off."

"Then go!"

ANNA'S POV

Jasper and I explored a mostly unexplored part of the sewers.

"Whoa!" Jasper exclaimed in awe. "I never imagined this would be down here. Was this a psych ward or something?"

I closed my eyes, using my mind to go back in time.

"No," I answered. "This was an underground hospital. Jay, does an Underground Railroad ring a bell?"

"Yes!" Jasper replied happily. "Harriet Tubman led many slaves to freedom in the Civil War Era. Why? Is this hospital related to that?"

"Many former slaves were treated here and they all survived. It's incredible!"

"Do you think anyone would find us here?"

"No. Donatello showed me this place once. No one's ever been here before."

I suddenly had a vision. Lily and James were leading their son out of the sewers, only to run into an enemy. I screamed.

"Anna!" Jasper yelled. "Are you okay?"

"Ryan made it out okay, but Lily's in trouble. Let's go!"

"Anna, listen, we can't interfere. We cannot be seen."

I grinned.

"Based on where they're going, I know exactly what to do. Come on!"

I led my husband to a more open area of the New York City sewers. I sensed Lily and her family coming one way and the Vizioso mob, another.

"Lily, it's Anna," I tried to telepathically talk to her. "The Vizioso mob are coming towards you. Go back!"

I then summoned my water stallion and created a wave of water, barring the way to the lair. My water stallion emerged from the wave, running in the path of the Vizioso mob.

"Whoa!" one of them exclaimed. "A water horse!"

"Come on! The stallion will lead us to the Turtles."

I heard their footsteps fading. Jasper and I quietly blew sighs of relief. We followed Lily and her family up to the surface... where we found Alopex and Tiger Claw!

"They've been knocked out!" I exclaimed quietly.

Lily examined Tiger Claw while I examined Alopex. They were still alive. But the psychic had a grim look on her face.

"What is it, Mama?" Little Donnie asked. "What's wrong?"

"They were knocked out with anti-mutant gas," Lily explained. "We need to take them both home. Can you take Alopex?"

"On the contrary, you take Alopex," I suggested. "Tiger Claw was your father's spiritual adversary and your family's enemy. I'll take him."

San Diego, California, USA

I nursed Tiger Claw back to health in our home. I woke him up with a cup of herbal tea.

"Where am I?" he asked with a soft growl.

"You are in my home in San Diego," I spoke softly. "You were knocked out with anti-mutant gas."

"Where is Alopex?"

"Lily is taking care of her. Are you alright?"

"Yes, thanks to you. And to think I used to side with Don Vizioso."

"Why did you ever side with him in the first place?" Jasper asked with a raised eyebrow.

"You forget, boy, that I was the Shredder's second-in-command," Tiger Claw growled. "The Shredder sought only two things: world domination and Hamato Yoshi's demise. I was an assassin for the Shredder before I joined the Foot. I assisted him conquer New York City with help from the Kraang. But the more I fought the Turtles, even alongside the Turtles to save our planet from the Triceratons, the more I saw dishonor among the Foot."

"And yet, you still sided with the Shredder!" I replied with a growl of my own. "And that is why you are here in San Diego. We are aware the Shredder knows of Lily. If you had gone with Lily, you would have chosen to betray us and tell the Shredder where she was."

"After all this time, you still do not trust me? I am impressed, girl."

"Shut up, kitty. Let me treat you so that you can continue to earn our trust and spy on the Shredder."

"Anna, I made a truce with the Turtles when we took Kavaxas down. I regret bringing him here. There was no reason for us to continue to fight each other. Hamato Yoshi and the Shredder are gone. This Shredder is no Shredder at all. And I aim to prove it."

I studied him, as did Jasper. I studied his mind and I found he was telling the truth.

"Jay, what do you think?" I asked.

"I think he is seeking to regain his own honor. Tiger Claw worked with the original Shredder. If this Shredder is a phony, then he'll fight for us."

"Of course, he's a phony! He's a clone!"

"But how good is this clone?" Tiger Claw asked.

The three of us glanced at each other before I continued treating the mutant tiger.

LILIANNA'S POV

I used the healing mantras on Alopex with Little Donnie at my side. Now I wanted my son to know everything, and he shared the feeling. I heard the mutant fox moaning.

"Mama, she's waking up!" Little Donnie exclaimed.

"Where am I?" Alopex asked.

"You're in my home," I answered. "You were knocked out with anti-mutant gas."

"The Vizioso mob!" Alopex suddenly exclaimed. "They never found the lair, did they?"

"I don't know. But everyone got out safely, thank goodness."

"What about Takashi?"

"Tiger Claw is safe at Anna's. Anna is healing him."

"Thank you, Lilianna."

Alopex blinked a few times at Little Donnie.

"Is this your son? He's grown up!"

I laughed.

"I'm Little Donnie!" my son introduced himself, holding out his hand with a grin. "It's nice to meet you!"

Alopex let out a chuckle, shaking my son's hand.

"It's nice to meet you, too, Little Donnie. I am Alopex. I remember you from when you were just a little baby. How old are you now?"

"Three and a half."

Little Donnie held up his three fingers on his right hand.

"You are raising him well, Lilianna," Alopex complimented me. "He's a very bright young boy, just like his grandfather."

I realized that he acted bold just now.

"Donnie, why were you shy earlier tonight?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Because I've never seen all those people before. But I saw Miss Alopex."

I winced. The only relatives Little Donnie had seen since we went into hiding were his grandparents and my aunts and uncles. Not even Wilbur and his family had seen him since his birth.

"Mama, it was nice meeting all those people," Little Donnie chimed in, interrupting my thoughts. "I had fun, even if I was shy."

I smiled.

"When can I see them again?"

And my smile quickly faded away.

"I don't know, darling. I don't know."

DONATELLO'S POV

The five of us gathered at the farmhouse and I had just gotten off the phone with Lily. She and Anna found Tiger Claw and Alopex and healed both of them from the anti-mutant gas the Vizioso mob hit them with. Shortly afterwards, my brothers and their wives met up with us.

"Is it safe to return to the lair?" Karai asked.

"We can't," Leo answered with a frown. "The Vizioso mob almost found us."

"Thank heavens for Anna for creating a distraction," I replied. "Lily was almost caught."

"Is she okay?" Athena asked in alarm.

"Yes, Lily is okay."

Venus and Athena blew sighs of relief.

"We need a neutral party to check the lair," Raph suggested.

"What about Wilbur?" Mikey asked. "He's right in the city. And he knows the lair."

"And he's the stealthiest ally we've ever known," Leo replied.

"I'll talk to him on Monday," Athena replied. "I think we need to chill for a bit this weekend."

"We need to chill all weekend long until Wilbur tells us it's safe."

"Thankfully, I know exactly what to get for all of you," Skyler chimed in. "I can head to Saratoga Springs for supplies tomorrow."

"But in the meantime, are we safe in the lair?" Renet asked.

"The Vizioso mob will not give up looking for us," Mona Lisa chimed in. "I do not believe the lair is a safe place for the time being."

"That's why Wilbur will be patrolling the lair with Athena," Leo replied. "But for now, Karai and I will settle with Woody and Bo in Elkhorn."

"You have said before that our clan is welcome by the citizens of Elkhorn, correct?" Mona Lisa asked.

"That is correct."

"Then Raphael and I will go with you."

"April and I will figure out if Russell and Amy will take us in," I chimed in. "We don't want to intrude with Wilbur and his family."

"Mikey, what do you think we should do?" Renet asked. "Is it safe to ask Athena if we can live with her?"

"I'd love to be with our girl again," Mikey replied. "Don't get me wrong. But it's not safe. What if the Shredder finds her and Skyler? And Venus?"

"Well, what about the Mighty Mutanimals' lair?" I suggested. "You and Leatherhead have always gotten along, Mikey. And Renet, Shinigami is sometimes there to keep you company."

"The lair is secure... alright! We accept!"

WILBUR'S POV

Athena and I had successfully lured the Vizioso mob away from the Turtles' lair these past few months. Donatello's security system kept us aware of when intruders were going in the sewers. With Athena's skill with the bow and arrow and my powers, we easily overpowered them. Unfortunately, Athena was not immune to the anti-mutant gas. I had to take her to Amy's house a few times so Donnie would treat her.

But Mona Lisa was right. Antonio, the leader, never gave up. Anna and Lily both called me and told me that they received a vision that Antonio had found the lair. I called everyone I could. We went on a recon mission into the sewers.

Donnie and April were the closest to me and came along with me and Karena while the Cranes babysat our children, to Diana's dismay. Mikey and Renet remained in New York and were able to join us. Anna and Lily took the portals and came to help us since Shredder already knew them.

"Baxter Stockman already found my lab once," Donnie spoke as we entered the sewers. "Who's to say he's told Antonio where it is?"

"A few years have passed since Shredder's rebirth," Anna replied. "That is very probable."

"No matter what, Antonio cannot know about Ryan, Venus, and Athena," Lily sternly chimed in.

"Wait, he doesn't know about us either," I said with realization.

"Wilbur, Antonio knows who you are," April corrected me. "We tried to interrogate the Don, remember?"

"Which probably means the Shredder knows about us?" Karena asked.

Anna closed her eyes.

"Yes, the Shredder knows about you, Wilbur. But he doesn't know of Karena, nor that Karena was responsible for merging our worlds together."

"Then we need to be extra careful," I replied. "Ninja stealth."

We used our stealth to run around the sewers. Suddenly...

"Wait!"

We stopped in our tracks and turned around towards Mikey and Renet.

"If Antonio really was in the lair, wouldn't our phones have gone off by now?" Mikey asked.

Donnie, April, Mikey, and Renet glanced at their T-Phones. Anna, Lily, and I closed our eyes to try a telepathic scan.

"Mikey's right," I revealed. "The security system's off. The mob must have found a hacker."

"Stockman," Donnie growled. "Anna, Lily, is he in the lair?"

"Not just the lair," Lily revealed with horror on her face. "Your lab!"

We hurried to Donnie's lab and found Stockman and Antonio looking through his computer.

"Hey!" Donnie yelled. "What are you doing here and how did you get in here?"

"The lair was wide open," Antonio sneered.

"And I melted the lock," Stockman cackled.

"And we found quite the intel. Lilianna Mae, Ryan Leonardo, Venus de Milo, and Athena Shea."

"You looked through my family's medical records?" Donnie roared. "That is a federal offense!"

"I may be off-duty from my job right now," I chimed in calmly. "But I have every right to call the police and report you to them."

"We are giving you one chance to forget what you saw and walk away alive," Lily said, waving her head around. "You will tell me the truth."

"Not again!" Stockman yelled.

"You will tell me the truth," Lily tried again, but with a stern voice. "Why were you looking through my family's medical records?"

"Shredder asked me to find the Turtles' lair," Antonio said truthfully. "After Baxter told Shredder you were Donatello's daughter, he believed there was more of you. It took me four years to find the lair, and every second was worth it. Because now we know all four Turtles had children."

"Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo never had children," Lily said, waving her hand around again.

"Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo never had children," Antonio and Baxter repeated after her.

"You are not in Donatello's lab."

"We are not in Donatello's lab."

"You will go up to the surface, wait five minutes, and then turn yourselves in to the police for attempted burglary," Lily instructed them. "You may go."

Baxter and Antonio quietly left the lab and out of the sewers.

"Lily, the last time you told Stockman to turn himself in, he escaped prison," Donnie reminded her. "What's gonna happen this time?"

"Wait, Donnie, look through your computer," Anna suggested. "Hopefully Stockman didn't send any emails out."

Donatello and I gathered around the computer. We both gasped.

"No!" Donnie cried. "We're too late!"

"What happened?" Karena asked.

"Stockman sent emails under Donnie's name," I explained with a frown. "The Shredder now has access to everyone in the clan."

"At least he doesn't know where anyone is," Mikey replied.

"Umm, Mikey, medical records often contain the patient's address," Renet corrected him. "There's a good chance the Shredder knows of that, too."

"Lily, come with me!" Anna angrily told her. "We've got to delete those emails!"

Tokyo, Japan

ANNA'S POV

Lily and I took our portals to Tokyo right into Shredder's lair.

"SHREDDER!" I roared. "Come out! We know you have the Hamato Clan's medical records!"

We heard his cackling from another room, and then he emerged. He was still terrifying to look at after a few years. While he had hair from before the original Shredder was burned, he still sported his helmet, which Lily explained was called the Kuro Kabuto.

"Welcome," the Shredder greeted us in a low voice, holding a tablet of some kind. "You must be Anna Swan of Gondor. And finally."

Lily glared at him as he glanced her way.

"I get to meet Donatello's daughter at last. Lilianna Mae Hamato. Or should I say, Aumanil?"

"Why don't you find out?" she replied.

Lily stepped back and started her spin transformation into Aumanil. Her braided crown came loose just before the sun shone around her. Her black dress and pants transformed into her brown and white samurai outfit with the addition of her titanium bracelets and her four weapons.

We both drew our swords. Shredder's weapons were some kind of claws on his gauntlets.

"He has a weakness in his arms," I told my friend.

"Noted."

The Shredder charged at us and we prepared to parry. Our foe was very cunning and very fast. He left us no room to try to strike. For the first time in my life, I could not find a way to stay two steps ahead of him.

"Lily, open your mind to me!" I yelled. "I want to try to hack into his tablet!"

"Here!"

Lily suddenly sheathed her katanas and flipped backwards, reaching into her pocket and throwing me some kind of key.

"Plug it into his tablet!" she yelled. "I'll handle Shredhead!"

"Good luck!"

I dodged out of the Shredder's way and then Lily took my place. While Lily's hacking system was loading, I watched the two fight. Unlike me, Lily could read every single move of Shredder's and found ways to strike him, bouncing back-and-forth between her katanas and her bo staff.

"You are a skilled warrior," Shredder commended her. "Very versatile. Anna is weak compared to you."

"What?!" I screamed.

Suddenly, I heard beeping. I looked down and found that I was in. I was astonished at what all I found. Not only did the Shredder have our medical records, but he also had information about each ally of his Foot Clan. I decided to take our medical records back along with a copy of his information.

"Lily, I got it!" I yelled excitedly, taking the key out of the tablet.

"What?" Shredder replied, turning around to face me. "No!"

Lily performed a series of flying kicks and knocked Shredder out cold.

"Quickly, let's get out of here!" Lily prompted me.

I opened our portal and we went in.

New York City, New York, USA

DONATELLO'S POV

"Anna and Lily have been gone a while," Wilbur spoke. "I wonder how they're doing."

"Look!" April shouted happily.

We saw a portal opening and out came Anna and Lily, the latter dressed as Aumanil.

"You're okay!" Renet exclaimed.

"But you're a mess!" Mikey chimed in. "What happened?"

"I've had my fair share of opponents in my life," Lily explained. "But the Shredder was the most challenging I've ever faced."

"You fought the Shredder?" I asked.

Feeling worried, I hurried over to examine my daughter.

"Dad, I'm fine! Otherwise I wouldn't be here."

"Lily was incredible," Anna said with a smile. "She saw every single move the Shredder made and acted on them."

"Hey, you're a pretty decent hacker, Anna," she replied with a grin. "You got our info back!"

"Not just that. I also got records of all the foes that ever existed in Shredder's Foot Clan. I even discovered notes of the Shredder's rebirth."

Lily handed me a USB key. I plugged it into my computer and all the information Anna took was put on display.

"Wow!" I exclaimed happily. "I'm impressed."

"That makes two of us," Wilbur chimed in with a smirk. "I've been known to hack a thing or two myself."

"So does this mean the lair is safe?" Lily asked.

"Yes," I answered with a smile. "Especially since I fixed our security system and cleared out all the anti-mutant gas."

"I'll spread the word to Leo and Raph!" Mikey said excitedly.

I walked over to Anna and Lily and embraced them.

"Thank you. I could not ask for better warriors to get our medical records back."

"Let's just pray that Shredder doesn't find out what has happened to those records," Anna replied. "Or learned about us before we stopped him."
