Phantom vs Aliens: Hot Ectoplasma!

Chapter 11: Tactics

After a few hours of traveling, Mandie's ship managed to land back on Boudacia.

The alien princess got out of her ship and tried to sneak back into the palace. While her parents might have been lenient the last time she snuck out, she did not want to risk testing their limits.

"Almost there...I just gotta sneak pass the traps and security droids, and I'm golden..."She thought as she snuck into a window that she used to sneak out the first time.

Once inside, she quickly made her way to her room. The alien princess smirked as she wasn't seen yet.

"Almost there..I gotta be quiet..."Mandie thought as she soon arrived to the corridor her room was in and was almost in the clear.

She was almost there when an obnoxious voice got her attention.

"Mandie, my dear...there you are..."Was heard.

Mandie rolled her eyes and turned to see Brutis was there, with a flirtatious smile as he eyed her.

"What are you doing here?!..."Mandie yelled, easily agitated at his present.

Brutis merely smirked and shrugged as he made his way towards her with that stupid cocky smirk that he thought made him look suave to all the women of Boudacia.

He didn't, especially not to Mandie but the moron just continued talking...

"You're Father invited me to join in on plans for expanding the empire as well as to discuss our own personal expansion..."Brutis explained, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Keep talking and the next expansion is your time in crutches…" Mandie warned, her fist raised in a threatening manner.

The arrogant Boudacian nobleman didn't feel threatened as he leaned on a wall in front of her. Mandie would have left, but he blocked her path, angering her more.

"Brutis!..."She shouted but the smug guy just kept pestering her.

"So, my dear...have you finally decided to stop playing hard to get and thought about accepting my proposal?..."Brutis said as he eyed her hungrily.

Mandie growled and her hair ignited, wanting him gone.

"Leave me alone, Brutis. I already told you that I have no interest in you!..."Mandie snapped.

He only scoffed in response.

"Here you are, still acting like a child..."He said in a condescending way.

Mandie growled at that remark.

"I am no child!..." She yelled, ready to punch him for that but the jerk ignored that as he kept talking.

"Mandie...you have to keep in mind that you need to wed and provide the Boudacian Empire with the next generation of warriors. It's not right for a princess to remain single..."Brutis said and Mandie growled more at that.

"I'M AWARE! DON'T PATRONIZE ME!..."Mandie snapped, snarling at him.

"You have to consider the future...especially given your recent divorce with Mark Chang of Yugopatamia..."He said, striking a nerve with her.

Mandie growled and clenched her fists tightly, raising one.

Brutis smiled smugly as he prepared to block, but a punch landed in his face before he said anything. Disoriented, the boy couldn't guard against the flurry of fists headed his way.

"Do you think you could do better!?..."Mandie screamed.

She knee'd Brutis between his legs. This wasn't an official challenge. The moment the warrior angered the princess, it was more of a street brawl, despite the setting being inside the palace.

The large warrior tried to put a guard up, but Mandie was more relentless than usual. She wouldn't give the boy a chance to do anything.

"LEAVE! ME! ALONE!..." She shouted as she kept punching and kicking him.

"You're beautiful when you're in a murderous rage..."The suitor said, before letting out a pained sound.

Brutis soon found himself on the ground..bruised, battered and pinned down by a foot as Mandie looked at him with disgust.

"You call yourself a warrior but you're no better than a newborn. Pathetic!..."She yelled, applying more pressure to her foot.

The one sided battle would have continued had Mandie's parents not appeared.

"Daughter!..."King Maurus shouted as he and his wife appeared.

"Where have you been, young lady? Do you know what time it is?..."Milee demanded, looking crossed at her.

"You were on Earth again, weren't you?!..."King Maurus accused.

Mandie crouched back, feeling like she was in between a rock in a hard place. She thought quick and came up with a plausible excuse.

"Yes...I was...I got some more information on that warrior, Danny Phantom..."Mandie said, seemingly gaining her parents attention more positively. "It seems that among his powers, he is able to become invisible, intangibility and he can produce ice whenever he pleases..."She explained, recalling how he froze her and gave a punch that made her weak in the knees, in more ways than one.

The King and Queen raised a brow at that.

"Is that so, Mandie?..."Milee asked, fascinated. "I suppose we should prepare ourselves for whenever we or our soldiers encounter him..."She said.

Maurus scoffed.

"I still say we shouldn't bother. That so-called warrior is just a whelp. He's probably just lucky in fights..."Maurus said dismissively.

"Oh, Father...if only you could see him action, you'd eat those words..."Mandie thought, recalling how the ghost boy had beaten her twice.

She wanted to tell them that Phantom defeated her in battle but she can't reveal how she offered her hand that he rejected. It would be the exact excuse for her father to push the option Brutis' marriage proposal even further on her.

Speaking of which, Brutis was just as dismissive of the ghost boy as King Maurus was as Mandie heard his annoying scoff.

"I do not see what is so special about this weakling. What's so good about making your own ice cubes?..."Brutis said arrogantly. "When it's time to invade the Earth, I will personally handle him..."He said, believing he can beat him.

Mandie frowned and wanted him away from her chosen suitor. She also scoffed at his arrogance and couldn't resist saying the following.

"Don't underestimate him, Danny Phantom is more of a warrior than you'll ever be...Considering how long he lasted...Though with you, anyone can do that..."Mandie said as sent a smug smile that irked the boy.

"Daughter...what nonsense is this?..."Maurus demanded.

"I'm speaking the truth, father...I am not misrepresenting anything...That is all..."Mandie said with her nose held high.

"I'm not in the mood to discuss his stupidity. I'll be in the room, with my door locked. I'll see you in the morning. Goodnight..."She said as she walked away.

Queen Milee sighed.

"Teenagers, they always have to say what they think and what they aren't going to do..."She muttered as she turned to their guest.

"Anyway Brutis, shall we return to our business?..."Queen Milee said.

She have a chat with her daughter later.

"Of...course, your majesty..."Brutis said slowly. He glanced over his shoulder as they walked away.

He saw Mandie from behind and he was seething with rage on the inside.

Brutis narrowed his eyes at Mandie's rejection, wanting so much to just take her but kept it to himself as to not compromise his social standing among the king and queen. Still, this insult wouldn't stand but he had business to take care of first.

"She WILL be mine... make no mistake about that!..."He thought, the words in his mind darker than his actual voice.

Mandie's father noticed and had an idea what he was thinking.

"Do not worry, I am sure that she will grow out of her rebellious ways and see things as they are..."King Maurus said, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Now, let us discuss the future of Boudacia in this new universe..."He said to his top warrior.

"Yes, your majesty, lead the way..."Brutis said as he left with the beastly king but not before glancing in the direction where Mandie stormed off.

Angered at her rejection yet again, the Boudacian male left with his rulers, plotting his own means to claim her.

Later

Mandie was in her room, sulking and unable to get some sleep.

She was still too angry over what just happened.

"Stupid Brutis...I rather still be in that filthy Yugopotamian dungeon than wed him..."She said, hitting a training dummy that resembled a younger looking Brutis with a lot scratches, bruises and scuff marks on it.

The alien princess still didn't understand why her father believed Brutis was worthy of her, when he can barely put up a decent fight against her. Unfortunately, her father is king and very stubborn but Mandie has a plan.

She knew one way out of this predicament and the person to help get her out of it.

"All I have to do is marry Phantom and try and have my pups as soon as possible. By the time Father and Mother find out, they will be too late to say no..."She thought.

Despite their war-mongering nature, Boudacian marriages are for life and with royalty, it had to be beneficial for the empire...and the royals were expected to marry and breed with someone powerful.

She was already 16 years old and she is of marrying age. Most Boudacians wed and continue their family line as soon as they could and as the princess and heiress to the throne, she has to uphold this tradition.

Her current status was an issue though.

The annulment she had with Mark was considered a sham and an insult, which is also part of the reason her parents were pushing her to find a mate and to procure the next generation so that the family line will continue and so that they can resume their conquest of other worlds.

"I might be officially single but I am not going to settle for that idiot Brutis. I want Phantom and I will have him..."She vowed, willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.

Despite her fury at the rejection, the alien princess recalled their last battle and how strong and brave he was...as well as how intense his green eyes were when he demanded that she leave...eyes that made her swoon.

"Oh Phantom~..."Mandie sighed as she found herself gushing and recalled the first and only real kiss between them.

A kiss she can't help but want a second helping of and more.

She began to day dream the kind of wedding they'd have, the kind she dreamed of having since she was a mere pup.

DAYDREAM SEQUENCE

It was a glorious day on Boudacia as it was the wedding of Crown Princess Mandie and her chosen groom, the earth warrior Danny Phantom.

She and Danny Phantom stood at the alter, beneath the two moons of Boudacian as the ceremony began.

The grand priest of Boudacia said the traditional prayers and recited the inscription. Now were the vows that the bride and groom will promise towards each other for eternity before he concluded the ceremony, joining them in matrimony...and away from Brutis.

"I now pronounce you husband and queen. You may kiss the bride..."The grand priest said.

Mandie cried tears of joy and leaned forward for her first married kiss. She eagerly kissed her groom, who held her close as they were declared husband and wife.

Afterward, there was a great banquet in their honor, before they left of her spaceship with a "Just Married" sign at the back of it, and they were off on their honeymoon.

Destination: Earth.

Once they arrived, it didn't take long to conquer that planet and once they enslaved it's citizens, the newlyweds kept the former leaders as their personal slaves, and the people their subjects. This was repeated as they continued their quest for universal conquest.

They also managed to find a way to return to Mandie's original universe for revenge as they managed to re-conquer Yugopotamia in the name of Boudacia and then enslaved the Earth of that dimension as well, conquering all opposition easily. Mandie took great pleasure in destroying Turner and her former fiancé Mark in seconds.

It was nothing short but truly glorious.

However, during their off time...they would fully complete their marriage by working together to continue the family line and provide the next heir or heiress to throne.

Several months later, Mandie discovers that she is pregnant with Phantom's pups, once she told Danny the news his was so overjoyed and the entire empire celebrates.

Several months later, Mandie gave birth to their first child...a white haired, yellow skinned boy who looked almost exactly like Mandie herself...he also had his father's glowing green eyes.

Mandie and Danny raised and trained him hard, as he would be the future ruler of the Boudacian empire and later the entire universe as well.

Mandie was so overjoyed.

Years later

Mandie and Danny are ruling over their galactic empire together as they finally manage the conquer the entire universe over the past decade and had more children together who will no doubt also grow up to be conquerors and extremely powerful as their parents. No one would be surprised if they went down in Boudacian history as the new golden age of the Galactic Boudacia Empire.

Queen Mandie and King Danny stared from the balcony of their palace, looking over their vast empire that was theirs to command. The couple wrapped their arms around each other and leaned in for a kiss.

However, before they could kiss, her fantasy Danny spoke up.

"Wait, if this is the future... why am I still the same size? Also... why aren't my friends and family here? Did you seriously fantasize this before meeting them?..."He asked.

"Hey! Can't you see I'm trying to have a wonderful daydream?!..." She snapped before going back to being loving with him.

Why the interruption happened is unknown but she didn't mind that much. She just kissed her husband, who kissed her back.

Once they pulled away, they resumed their ruling of the two universes.

Mandie smiled as she was now queen, mother to very powerful pups that would grow to be great warriors like their parents and she is married to her perfect king and her life could not possibly get any better than this.

It was perfect and the exact future she craved.

End Of Daydream

In Reality

Mandie snapped out of her daydream and blushed a bit, feeling embarrassed with herself but very glad that no one saw her in this state.

"I am so glad the door was closed..."She said, sighing in relief.

Still, she was giddy just thinking about the life she would have with her groom.

"It will be glorious ..."She said, smiling.

However, she still had to get him to see that.

She knew that back on the ship, she'd have to think outside the box to obtain this prize...she was even willing to arrange another meeting with her husband to be...even if she has to play the role of the villain to do so.

She was willing to do that but she had to figure out how to do so without her parents finding out or the Earth warriors finding out about the impending invasion.

"Now, how to go about this?..."Mandie thought as she turned the gears in her head.

She had to be smart and careful with her goal, then all will be hers.

She would have her groom, her future would be secured and she no longer had to worry about any more unwanted suitors too.

"All this will be worth it once Phantom and I are wed and I no longer have to suffer dealing with Brutis..."She thought as she began to make her plans, determined to have her prize...one way or the other.

The Next Day

Mandie woke up early as she usually does: get out of bed, stretched and then ordered her servants to polish her armor and make sure that all her weapons are deadlier than they were before a battle.

She was currently being tended to by her ladies in waiting, who were getting her ready for the day.

While Dieana and several others were tending to her hygienic needs for the day. One combed her hair as two inspected her nails on her hands and feet with the last brought in a towel to dry her off before they brought her new clothes and then began to work on her hair.

Mandie hissed when one brushed her hair too hard and growled.

"WATCH IT! IF I FIND ONE SPLIT END, EXPECT NO MERCY!..."Mandie yelled, looking angry.

"I'm sorry, Princess... it was an accident. It won't happen, I swear..."The servant apologized, intimidated by her.

Mandie scoffed and took the brush. She proceeded to comb her hair herself as the servants gave room. The princess was never good company when she snapped, though everyone knew that.

"Typical...This lousy universe doesn't even have a Planet Spa to go to instead so I am stuck with these idiots..."She grumbled before she started giving more orders to her handmaidens.

"You two, hurry up and don't any of you dare make a similar mistake on my makeup either. I have much to do today and I'd prefer to look my best while doing it..."Mandie ordered as her servants obeyed her commands and made sure that she looked perfect.

After about half an hour, the alien princess was ready for her day.

She began with her early morning exercises and swordsmanship and then had breakfast with her parents. After that, it was four hours of hand to hand combat, space piloting, razor claw slashing, bazooka firing, stealth training and sword training before she finally had time to herself.

Once that was done, she finally had time to herself.

"Finally...now I can get to work..."She thought as began the first part of her plan to get Danny.

Her future husband was clearly a hero like that pink hatted thorn in her boot from her original universe, so that means he would come when the people he had under his protection were in danger.

"Now how to go about this?..."She thought out loud.

She already had an idea of how strong he is and was exposed to some of his power and skills in combat, but there is still a chance that he didn't show everything, so she had to be prepared.

While he was clearly self taught, he was battle hardened and no doubt could have ended Mandie if he so chose to...but he didn't. To Boudacians, it would be the highest honor to fall in battle but she can't afford to.

She is the only heir to the throne and it's her duty to continue the family line before such a fate happened. Another reason why she must wed Danny as soon as possible.

"There's gotta be something..."She thought hard.

She then got an idea to get her beloved's attention and liked it.

"Hmmm...Yes, this should work..."She thought, smirking sinisterly as she plotted more.

After some more time plotting, she grinned widely.

"I have the plans, but gathering the required items will take time..."Mandie pondered out loud. "Mother and father won't, well mostly father, won't let me go to Earth to enact my plan and I can't ask for permission to use the army just to get one person..." The girl made a list of the requirements.

"I'll need to sneak around and gather them piece by piece, and wait for the right time to strike..."She told herself.

The girl paced around, glancing at the plans. This wouldn't be easy, but worth it if all goes well.

"Soon, you will be mine, Danny Phantom..."Mandie smiled in excitement feeling her heart race in anticipation.

The alien princess made sure to pack all necessities and backup items she needed, as well as keep it secret from her parents and the guards. She knew that this place requires time, precision and stealth.

She also knew that the moment her plans were revealed, everything would fall apart.

For now, she had to be stealthy about her strategy if she wanted any chance to succeed.

She began to get everything ready for her next encounter with her soon-to-husband and future king. An endeavor she'd come out of triumphant, she would make sure of it.

Meanwhile

On Earth

It's been a day since Mandie's last "visit" and Danny was on guard for when his "fiancé" would show up again. Something he didn't want.

He was keeping a look out for any familiar looking alien spaceships or random UFOs in the sky, or the appearance of tall, admittedly attractive but unstable extraterrestrials.

"This is nuts, I thought ghosts were crazy but now I'm dealing with ALIENS!..."He thought, feeling a little tense but trying not to show it.

His sister noticed his pacing...which he sometimes did when he was tense and didn't know what to do.

"Is everything alright, little brother?..."Jazz knocked on the door as she entered.

Danny was laying on his bed, his mind was in the clouds. His mind didn't want to go into space but after the word alien, it rocketed into him.

"Danny?..."

The ghost boy now noticed his sister's presence. The elder sibling grabbed the chair at the desk, scooting closer.

"Is everything alright?..."

Danny sighed, trying to decide if he should talk or not. On one hand, the craziness in his life was getting unstable with the arrival of Mandie, but in the other, Jazz would always be there for him. It couldn't hurt to talk.

"Okay Jazz...I'll tell you but it's weird, even for me..."He said.

"Danny, our parents have been hunting ghosts since before we were even born. I can handle weird..."Jazz said as she sent him an encouraging smile.

Danny sighed as he decided to just tell her about his alien admirer and everything that has happened lately.

"Ever wondered what it would be like for an alien to land on earth and propose to you?..."Danny asked.

Jazz jerked back, unable to properly answer.

"Um...Can I get some more details then that?..."Jazz asked, wondering if she heard him right or not.

Danny sighed as he began his tale.

"Well, I just had that happen to me by an alien a princess named Mandie, not Mandy. Trust me, you don't want to confuse it..." Jazz nodded. "Anyway, turns out her kind marries based on strength, and I kicked her but twice..."

Jazz blinked a few times but was silent. She had tried to process it all but the last part hit her first.

"Wait...you mean that You fought an alien who proposed to you when you turned her down?..."Jazz asked and Danny nodded.

"Believe me, I don't want anything to do with her or conquering the universe. I turned her down but she can't seem to understand that no means no...I managed to kick her butt again last night but she made some dramatic vow about how I'd be hers once and for all or whatever..."He said, sounding annoyed.

His sister heard this and was already diagnosing this Mandie with obsessive tendencies. That and she did not sound right for him either, to say the least.

If anyone else told her this, she would think that they needed serious psychiatric help but her brother is the one telling her this and she knew personally that he wouldn't lie about something like this. The red haired girl now knew why he was so tense earlier and tried to maintain her concerns.

"So, what are you going to do?..." Jazz asked.

"For now, try to de-stress..."Danny said, since there is not much else he can do. "And hope that next time, she doesn't bring an army with her..."He added quickly.

Jazz nodded as that seemed like a good plan...until the last part sunk in.

"Wait...did you say army?..." Jazz asked, now a little on edge

"Uh...did I forget to mention she was the princess of an empire of conquerors?..." Danny asked, looking as innocent as he could muster

"You may have...skipped that part..." Jazz answered, sounding freaked

Jazz said nothing as she sat upright. A ghost invasion was one thing, but with aliens, she drew some kind of line at the crazy. There was no way Danny could fight an alien armada.

"Look, Jazz. I doubt she'll bring an army next time. From what I'm guessing, she'll just come alone and I'll kick her butt again..."

Jazz glanced at her brother. While his voice sounded reassuring, the facts were not, statistically speaking.

Before she could continue, the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it..."He said, walking out as his sister absorbed the information she has just been given.

"Our lives just got weirder, haven't they?..."Jazz said, feeling afraid for the future now.

Downstairs

Danny left his sister in peace as he ran to the door. All the while, he tried to keep telling himself the same thing he told her.

He knows he's stronger than Mandie but aliens are still something he had practically no experience with. This was not the best way to get it.

"Sheesh, crazy aliens who can't take no for an answer...possible alien army that might knocking...And a test coming up...It's not like things can get worse, right?..."Danny commented.

However, as he reached the door, it seemed his own words jumped back into his throat when he saw who it was.

When the door opened, it was Vlad Masters who was there, smirking.

"YOU?!..."Danny shouted.

"Aw, Daniel, good to see you again..."Vlad said, giving a faux smile as he walked in.

"I'm busy, Fruitloop! Go hit on someone else's mom!..."Danny snapped, earning an amused look from his foe.

"My, you seem tense little badger. Is everything all right?..." Vlad commented with a smirk and faux concern.

Danny frowned.

"Just fine Vlad...Not at all affected by your visit..."Danny snarked, glaring at him.

The billionaire just sent him a mocking smile, the kind that said more than what the man gave away as he had his reasons for being here.

"I see...well, anyway Daniel, I just came for a quick chat with your parents..."Vlad said.

"My parents aren't here. My dad's not around for you to insult and my mom's not around to hit on. So leave! Don't you have mayor duties to do...since you WORKED so hard to get in office..."Danny said sarcastically, pointing out the door.

"Temper, temper, Daniel, MOST young ladies don't like that kind of attitude, ya know..."Vlad said before Danny got even more irritated as he pointed to the door.

"OUT!..."Danny snapped as his eyes glowed green.

"Oh, the "scary eyes" again..."Vlad said as he responded with a blast from his own eyes.

Danny managed to dodge but the attack left a smoking hole in the rug.

"You are so paying for that!..."Danny yelled while his foe smirked.

"Very well...I guess this visit was for naught..."Vlad said before turning around.

"I'm sorry to hear that..."Danny snarked with a smile as his saw his enemy head to his limo.

But before he left, Vlad turned with a wicked smirk and look in his eye as he spoke.

"Ta ta, Daniel. I do hope next visit will be out of this world..."Vlad said smugly before leaving in his limo.

Danny narrowed his eyes at that, wondering what exactly he meant by that

"What was he talking about? It sounded like he knows something he shouldn't?..."Danny thought, getting a bad feeling about this.

Before he could think about it further, his ghost sense went off, people began to scream and he could see a certain meat monster attacking a nearby vegan food stand...again.

"Great, just what I need right now...another headache!..."He thought as he looked for a place to hide and transform.

"I'm going ghost!..."Danny declared as he changed into his ghostly alter ego and flew off to save the day.

Unknown to him, fate had more in store for the boy as he went off to protect the city.
