After picking up his new car from the dealership, Braedey was up in his bedroom, which has a wall for all things that are old artefacts, plus a spot for his TV and his computer. He was now checking over himself, while also flossing his teeth, and getting himself cleaned up and ready for later.
"Hey, what's going on?" Braedey talked to himself. He winks at the mirror before walking into his room. He sees his pet Husky, Shadow, lying on his bed. "Hey, Shadow!" The dog leaped off the bed and ran over to him. Braedey chuckled as he knelt down and playfully rubs the Husky's head, Shadow barking happily, even doing a happy dance.
"Okay. I've got the car, now all I need is the girl." Braedey now hopper in his chair and typed on his computer. "Need money to take the girl out. Let's check it out and see what-" He took a look at his profile, but saw none of his items have had bids on them. "For God's sake. Broke."
Braedey then tuned into his news radio, and he heard something that got his attention. At about 1900 local time yesterday, a SOCCENT Forward Operations Base in Qatar was attacked by some kind of hostile force. So far, as anyone could report, there were no survivors.
'An attack on a base in Qatar?' Braedey thought with confusion on his face. 'Who would even do something that's about as crazy as like that?' He shook it off as he goes into the bathroom.
Braedey looked in his mirror again and talks to himself. "Hey what's up? Nothing. You know, just driving my car."
Shadow barked at him. Braedey looked at his dog and rolls his eyes. He smelt his breath and tossed an Ice Breaker in his mouth. He then noticed the jewel collar around Shadow, sighing in exasperation, taking it off, then replaced it with a spiked collar.
"Come on, Shadow." Braedey called as he exits his room. The Husky barked and ran after him as they walk out to the backyard.
"Ron, this one is uneven." Braedey's Aunt Judy called to Ron as she stomped on one of the tiles of the path in the backyard.
"Yeah, probably." Ron sighed as he continued to work on his garden.
"This one is wobbly." Judy added in, now stepping on another tile.
"Yeah, I'll take care of that real soon."
"Couldn't we have hired a professional?" Judy asked in exasperation.
Braedey and Shadow both now walk across the grass, making Ron groan. "Braedey..."
"What?"
"I don't like footprints on my grass." Ron stated.
"It's just grass, Uncle Ron. As soon as fall rolls around, it'll get skimpy and die." Braedey scowled. "It's just grass."
"Well, when that happens, then feel free. But until then, off the grass. That's why I built the path." Ron stated. "So get off the grass and onto the path."
"It's just family grass, Uncle Ron." Braedey fumed as he got on the path. "It's nothing precious at all."
"Well, when you own your own grass, you'll understand it." Ron stated back.
"Aunt Judy, I can't do this anymore. Stop putting this stupid collar on Shadow." Braedey hands the diamond like collar back to his aunt. "He's a Huskie, not a purse dog."
"But it's his bling." Judy argued.
"No, it's not. A Husky shouldn't even be wearing a collar that ridiculous." Braedey stated, now making his way to his Camaro. "Come on, buddy." He called, hopping in his Camaro and opened the door for Shadow to get in.
"I want you home at 11:00!" Judy ordered.
"11:00!" Ron emphasised.
Braedey stuck his arm out and gave a thumbs up. "Got it. I'll be back before you know it."
"Please drive safely!" Judy pleaded aloud.
Braedey turns over the engine, and a giant puff of black smoke pours out of the exhaust. After that, the engine clears out, and Braedey drives away.
Judy glared at Ron. "Wow. You're so cheap."
"Well, it's his first car." Ron shrugs back nonchalantly. "Supposed to be like that."
A little later, after picking up his so-called friend Terrence, Braedey drove off towards the lake nearby the school, where he saw a bunch of his classmates and other fellow students hanging out and swimming at the lake.
"Are you sure we're meant to be here?" Terrence questioned him.
"Of course. It's a lake. Public property." Braedey sighed in exasperation.
Braedey soon parked his car up, he and Terrence now stepping out of the car. Braedey then felt a blush form on his face upon seeing his crush: Jasmine Russo.
Jasmine is a lovely lady around 17, as tall as Braedey, with bright red hair reaching down to the middle of her back, an ahoge on top of her head, bright blue eyes, a small nose, with gentle and clear skin. She has a gold headband in her hair, as well as gold crescent moon earrings hanging from her ears. Her physical appearance is curvy and alluring to the male eye; she stands 5ft tall, while her weight is 48kgs (106lbs). She is slim, has a set of nice looking legs, but her eye-catching feature on her is her large breasts. Her measurements are as shown; Bust:87cm Waist:55cm Hips:91cm (B34" W22" H36"). She has on a a black leather jacket, plus a red sleeveless shirt that shows off her neckline and ample cleavage, as well as her flat midriff, alongside a pair of Daisy Duke jean shorts, showing off her legs and thighs, and thigh-high dark grey leggings, plus a pair of black boots.
"Oh God, Jasmine is here." Braedey now rubs a hand through his hair. Shadow looked at his master and gave a low gruff bark. "Hey, don't give me that!" He then walked away from his car and Shadow followed him.
Trent, a buff football player, Jasmine and two other guys now noticed them, Terrence going off on his own. "Hey!" Braedey saw them and walked up. "So what're you doing here, blue?"
Braedey shrugged to Trent. "Hey, just thought I'd drive by and see how the party's going on."
"Yeah. Hey, didn't I see you on the football team last year, man? You scored some pretty good TDs." Trent chuckled, patting his shoulder. "Not to mention being pretty fast."
"Uh, thanks?" Braedey answered, not expecting praise at all.
"Why'd you cut out of the team?" Trent's buddy asks.
"I guess I just lost the motivation to play the came, really. I mean, after my cousin left, I didn't really feel the blood pumping adrenaline rush with him not sitting in the stands." Braedey answered back.
"Sam, wasn't it?" Trent asked curiously.
Braedey nodded. "Yep. He was the big brother I never had."
"You want to come hang with us?" Jasmine offered with a smile.
Braedey once again blushed. "Actually, I should get going. My uncle needs help working on his car, so... yeah." He then shrugged.
Shadow walked up to Jasmine and whined softly. The redhead knelt down down and gently pats his head. "Aw, you're so adorable."
"Well, uh, good seeing you, man." Trent said offering him a fist bump.
Braedey fist-bumps back as he saluted them and now leaves, but not after dragging Terrence away from some scandaly-clad women. Braedey now whistled and Shadow ran off after him as they get in the car.
Shadow then noticed something nearby and barked at Braedey. "What's wrong, Shadow?" He questioned.
The dog turned his head and Braedey followed to see Trent and Jasmine arguing before she pushed him away and left with a scoff. The radio in the car now started working randomly, and "Who's Gonna Drive You Home?" started playing out loud. Braedey, now hearing the song, feels a sudden urge of determination.
"Hey. What's with the radio?" Terrence questioned.
"I'm driving her home." Braedey declared softly.
"What? You crazy. She's a redhead bimbo. Let her hitchhike." Terrence interjected.
"She lives just outside of town." Braedey now spoke up. "If I do this, it'll be great. This is my only chance. Shadow, get in the back." The Husky barked in acknowledgement and gets into in the back seat.
"All right. We'll put her in the back with the dog. I'll be quiet." Terrence now said.
Braedey gave a hardened glare when he heard this. "Did you just say, "Put her in the back with the dog"?" He demanded, now getting in the driver's seat.
"I called shotgun." Terrence defended himself.
"I'm not putting her in the back." Braedey stated back. "Get out of my car."
"That's a party foul. Bros before hos." Terrence interjected.
"Okay, that's it. Strike three. Get out, now." Braedey ordered at Terrence.
"You can't do this to me." Terrence pleaded.
"You are a sexist, and you know it. Now get out before I let my dog go all-out on you." Braedey snapped.
Shadow then barked ferociously at Terrence, just as Braedey kicked him out of the car, the door slamming shut behind him. Braedey pats his Husky in response, and the brunette hits the accelerator, driving off after Jasmine.
"Hey, Jasmine!" Braedey called.
The redhead turns and she saw Braedey driving up. "Braedey?"
Braedey opened the door for her. "Hey. Do you need a lift?" He offered.
Jasmine smiled and she hops in the Camaro. "Thanks."
Braedey then puts on his seatbelt and drives off. "So, uh... how are things?"
"I can't believe I'm here right now." Jasmine sighed.
Braedey frowned. "Wh-What's wrong?"
"Nothing. It's just, I'm always in this situation where I fall for really hot guys with tight abs and big arms." Jasmine explained to him.
"Well, strength isn't always everything." Braedey now said, the redhead looking over at him. "It's more about whether the guy himself has the guts to admit that women can be just as capable as men. Sometimes, they can be too stubborn to admit it." He then has an idea. "I mean, you want to take the wheel?" He offered.
Jasmine felt her jaw drop. "Really?"
"I don't mind." Braedey shrugged.
"No, it's fine. You're really sweet." Jasmine now said, Braedey blushing upon seeing her smile again. "You know, I'm sorry if I'm making you feel awkward by driving with someone like me."
"What do you mean?" Braedey quizzed. Shadow rubs his head against Jasmine as she lets him, while Braedey continued. "I mean, I'm the total outcast of the school. Nobody seems to understand me and how I do things the way I decide to do them. So, I don't have any friends. I mean, me driving one of the most beautiful girls I've met about... it's just incomparable."
"You think I'm beautiful?" Jasmine now asked, her face becoming flushed.
"Well, yeah. I mean-" Braedey abruptly gets cut off by the radio now acting weird again. The car now began to drive like it has a mind of its own, and takes them to a grassy hill. The radio starts playing "Sexual Healing" as well. "No, no. I swear, I am not doing this."
"It's fine." Jasmine reassured him as she tied up her hair in a ponytail.
"Uh, what-?" Braedey was confused as the car came to a stop.
"I'm just gonna take a look under your car. That okay?" Jasmine offered.
"No, no! By all means!" Braedey nodded, now getting out with Jasmine while Shadow stays in the car.
Jasmine opened the hood and as she looked, her eyes widened upon seeing the engine. "Whoa. Nice headers." She commented.
Braedey took a look at the engine as well. "Nice. A 3.6L V8 with variable valve timing, an output of 304hp and 273ft-lb of torque. Didn't know I had a double pump carburettor. I have got to test to see how fast this speed machine can go."
"Wow, you know your engines?" Jasmine questions in curiosity.
"Yeah. My Uncle Ron, he has a lot of trouble with his car. Leaks, bad timing, and just shortcomings here and here. So I work on it quite a lot." Braedey clarified to the redhead. "I go online sometimes, and I'd check out the different engine parts I need to add when a different part needs to be replaced. Speaking of, maybe the exhaust needs to be cleaned too."
"Most guys don't like it when women know more about cars than they do." Jasmine sighed to herself.
"I don't mind at all." Braedey grinned softly to him. "I'd say it's something impressive."
"Braedey, have you ever had a girlfriend?" Jasmine now asked, getting close to him.
"No. Like I said before, I've not had many friends so-" Braedey started.
"It's fine. I've never had a boyfriend either." Jasmine now says.
Now, Braedey was flabbergasted by this bit of news. "Wait. You?! I thought guys would be throwing themselves at your feet because of your beauty!"
Jasmine laughed quietly. "You'd think so." The car engine now revs to life, and "Baby Come Back" started to play. "Your car is... unique." She commented.
"That would be an understatement." Braedey looked at her and takes her hands.
"Braedey, what're you-" Jasmime was cut off as Braedey opens the driver's side door and puts her inside.
Braedey then slides across the hood and hops in the passenger side. "Like I said before, I don't mind if you drive." He gestures to the road. "Plus I don't know where you live, so..."
Jasmine laughed and she hits the gas, the engine letting out a roar in response, as they spun around to face the road. They now began to pick up speed and whoop in excitement as they charge on down the road, a trail of dust in their wake.
After an hour of driving about, it was now nightfall. Jasmine pulls up to her house and stopped nearby. She pulls back some of her hair and tucked it behind her ear.
"Thanks for... letting me drive." Jasmine smiled, looking over at Braedey, who has a smile on his face.
"Hey. It's no problem." Braedey grinned to her. He gets out of the car and opened the door for her. Jasmine now gets out, but she's looking down. "Hey, is something-"
Braedey was then cut off by Jasmine pressing her lips up against his. Braedey was surprised by this, his face flushing red, but he then kissed her back. Jasmine now wrapped her arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around her waist. When they part, Jasmine kissed his nose, then his left cheek, and his right.
"Drive me again sometime." Jasmine whispered in his ear before leaving for her house.
Braedey shuddered as a chill went down his spine. Jasmine opens her front door and winked at him before entering. Braedey got in the driver's seat and sighed in bliss. He looked at her house and Shadow looks at the house with his snout getting close to Braedey.
The teen notices his dog and scoffed. "Oh, wh-what're you looking at?" He stammered as he started up his car and drives away. "Time to go back home."
Little did he know tonight was about to get interesting...
