In Chrysalis's lair...

Chrysalis and Gabriel stood outside of the abandoned warehouse, surprised to see it still in tact. Once she saw the magical ladybugs appearing from Ladybug's yo-yo, she knew to go back to make sure it was rebuilt.

It was as if it were never destroyed.

They both entered the lair to see even the inside of it still fine. All of her stuff was still there. All of the papers, files and books she had found in Gabriel's room were still there.

"I should've known Ladybug's yo-yo would bring this lair back," Chrysalis said to Gabriel, "After all, she thought she had finally stopped us."

Then she spotted the machine. It was back to its normal state as if Cat Noir never used his cataclysm on it. Chrysalis walked up to it with the biggest sly smile on her face. Even the chains were fine as they dangled from the wall and laid on the floor in front of her.

She pressed on the screen, and it turned on.

Gabriel was surprised to see the machine still working.

"So, you made another machine just like the one back in my lair?" Gabriel pointed out, "I'm impressed. It looks almost exactly like it."

"Except this one is way more polished and improved," She said back as she opened up a file, "This one can analyze anyone's quirk and Miraculous and know exactly how it works, their strengths and weaknesses."

Gabriel's eyes widened as he looked over her shoulder. She was looking through Midoriya, Uraraka and Bakugo's files. She had been able to find out some things about their quirks. Most of it however was on Bakugo's quirk.

Gabriel was blown away by how powerful Bakugo's quirk was. He knew he was powerful since he had figured out some things about him through a couple of interviews, but this was crazy.

"This kid's quirk is..."

"I know, right?" Chrysalis said back as she went through the files, "His quirk is pretty interesting, but with one obvious weakness. Ice and cold temperatures. Which is why I had his chains disburse ice out of them, to slow him down."

Gabriel was impressed with her knowledge on these heroes in training.

"So, what are we going to do about him? He has the Miraculous that possesses his quirk. Should we take it back from him?" Gabriel asked her.

"Nah, he can have it for now," Chrysalis said to him, "I was just trying to test out the machine. Besides, it seems to have slowed them down a little. That's all I really needed to do before their little wannabe hero friends show up to take them back home."

Then he noticed that she had opened up Uraraka's file. His eyes widened when he realized just how strong hers was as well. He looked down at Chrysalis's Miraculous, knowing full well that the Miraculous had a little bit of her quirk in it.

"Ochaco is pretty smart. She was able to get the best of me when I captured her, but not this time."

Chrysalis pulled up her weakness saying that if she used her quirk too much, she gets really nauseous and throws up sparkly rainbows.

"Well, isn't that lovely," Chrysalis said as she read it, "Hopefully just this small bit of her quirk doesn't do anything like that to me."

"Still, we can use this," Gabriel said back with a grin, "She seems to have a pretty strong quirk, too. Maybe we should go after them again--"

"No. Again, Ochaco is onto me, and from what I can tell, Katsuki is pretty smart when it comes to combat. We need to let them do whatever it is they do when they recover. Besides, your son already knows about you now, so you might as well stick around. It's not like you can go anywhere."

Gabriel looked at her with an annoyed look, but backed out knowing that she was right. He couldn't go back home, and there was no way he was leaving the lair since he had escaped prison.

Chrysalis opened up the video that was sent to Class 1-A about over a week ago. She watched it again, realizing how much closer they were to going to their Japan.

"Only about five days until their wannabe hero friends come to save them," Chrysalis said to him.

Chrysalis looked at the Miraculous she wore around his finger, wondering what they were up to at the moment.

Back at the school...

Bakugo entered the school to find Principal Damocles looking pretty angry at them. He mostly looked mad at Mr. Aizawa, and he directed him to his office. He put Midoriya down and asked Ladybug to look after him. She didn't hesitate and had Cat Noir help her out. The class knew right away what this was about as they all sat in the gym. Some of them did some hero training while others waited for Mr. Aizawa to come back downstairs.

While Ladybug and Cat Noir helped Midoriya to the nurse's office, Bakugo sat on a bench. All he could do was wait for either Mr. Aizawa or Midoriya to come in. He watched Sato and Kirishima duke it out, not holding back any punches. He was surprisingly impressed with how much Kirishima had improved since then.

He kept looking at the nurse's office here and there, but still nothing.

"Are you worried about Izuku?" Queen Bee asked him.

Bakugo didn't say a thing and scooted over so she could sit with him. He didn't dare look at her since he knew it wouldn't help him in this situation.

"Yeah. I've haven't seen him like this since... well... since you were akumatized actually," Bakugo pointed out a little hesitantly.

There was an awkward silence between them.

Queen Bee almost reached out to her Miraculous subconsciously. She couldn't even believe that she had done something like that to him. It really made her feel even worse that he had felt this way again.

"Well, if anything I do regret treating him like that," Queen Bee said to him, "Looking back on it now, he didn't deserve any of that. I can't even believe that I sided with someone like Lila of all people."

Bakugo looked at his Miraculous as she mentioned her. He had never noticed how different it looked when he was transformed. It had an orange, glowing 'X' like the one on his chest. The 'X' looked like it had a countdown to when he would detransform because the glowing was fading around the outside as if it were a battery.

All he could do was stare at it, curious about how his quirk was going to work out from now on.

"My quirk has a time limit now," Bakugo mumbled out without meaning to, "Weird..."

"Huh? Oh yeah. All Miraculous do. You never noticed that?" Queen Bee asked him.

"I did, just never thought much of it until just now," Bakugo explained under his breath.

Queen Bee spotted his Miraculous and felt embarrassed that she didn't notice that he was talking about it.

"So, your spinning top. You can paralyze anyone you touch with it. Is it really just a one time use?" Bakugo asked her finally looking up at her.

Queen Bee looked flustered for a moment, but soon pulled out her spinning top.

"Yeah. I can do that, but you're right. It is a one time use," Queen Bee explained to him, "Once I use it, I only have about five to ten minutes until I transform back."

Bakugo's eyes widened and then sulked back into the bench.

"This sucks. I can't even go all out with my quirk for less than a full class session," Bakugo groaned.

"Hey. It might be different for you. I might not know much about Miraculous, but I do know that some work differently than others. It's possible you might be able to stay transformed longer than you think. Maybe hero training with Ladybug would help since she is the Guardian of the Miraculous," Queen Bee said to him, "It's even weird saying that now that I know it's Marinette Dupain Cheng."

Bakugo slowly began to sat up, realizing that she was probably right. She was really the only one that could train him with something like this. Ladybug does have almost all of the Miraculous back, and she had them before anyway. He figured because of that, that she might actually know a lot about them.

"I can't believe I'm saying this, but you're probably right," Bakugo said to her.

Queen Bee was shocked to hear him say that to her that it made her blush a little.

"Well, I just figured I'd help you out. I mean, you did come to the hotel the other day," Queen Bee said back as she twirled her braid, "I figured we could... train together..."

Bakugo shifted a little on the bench, feeling a little warm when he locked eyes with her. He looked away a little too quickly, but she still sat with him. There was yet, another awkward silence between them as another group of classmates hero trained together.

"Yeah, sure. It's not like I've got any plans," Bakugo said to her.

Queen Bee almost jumped with joy, but kept still on the bench and kept her cool. Even though he wasn't using his quirk, she still felt a little warm sitting next to him.

"I'm sorry."

Bakugo looked at Queen Bee, shocked to hear her say that. It took him a second to understand what she was apologizing for.

"I'm sorry that you lost your quirk. I-I mean, it's still there, but... you know what I mean... I know that superpowers must be really different for you and Class 1-A back in Japan. It's just that, I can tell yours means a lot to you," Queen Bee said to her with genuine eyes.

She glanced down at his hands on his knees and hesitated for a moment. Then she placed her hand on top of his, causing him to look up at her. His red eyes looked softer and less intimidating. They actually looked sad and hurt after what Chrysalis had done to him. Queen Bee could see it and felt bad for him. She just felt the need to comfort him, and she didn't understand why.

Bakugo couldn't even move his hand away from hers. He could tell that she actually cared about what he was going through. He had never noticed how blue her eyes were until just now. Even her yellow and black mask made them pop out even more. It made him feel really weird, and he didn't like it. It was frustrating to him, and he didn't know why.

After a moment of just quietly staring into each other's eyes, Ladybug and Cat Noir came walking out of the nurse's office. Most of Class 1-A stopped hero training to check in on Midoriya. Bakugo stood up from the bench with Queen Bee following him.

"How is he?" Iida asked them.

"He hasn't woken up, but he's broken out a fever. That akuma fight must've really done a number on him," Ladybug explained.

Class 1-A all looked down at the ground, upset to found out that Midoriya wasn't feeling too good. Even Bakugo wasn't expecting this. He actually thought that he'd walked out looking just fine next to Ladybug and Cat Noir. Queen Bee noticed this and stepped up.

"Can we see him?" Queen Bee asked them.

Ladybug and Cat Noir shared a look, noticing how close Queen Bee was standing next to Bakugo. Even Class 1-A took notice of it.

"It's probably best if only a couple of people check in on him at time, so it's probably okay for now," Ladybug explained to them.

Queen Bee pulled at Bakugo's wrist, causing everyone to watch them leave the gym. Kirishima and Uraraka were so shocked to see them so close. They noticed that he didn't even pull away from her in any way.

Queen Bee and Bakugo entered the nurse's office and spotted Midoriya lying down on a bed. He was still asleep, but was still sweating a lot. The nurse was there putting a wet face cloth over his forehead.

"Oh, I didn't know if any of you were going to show up yet," The Nurse said to them as she got up from her seat, "You can stay here. You just gotta stay quiet. He's got a nasty fever, and it's not letting up."

Bakugo and Queen Bee nodded and walked up to him. Queen Bee sat down on a chair on the other side of his bed and Bakugo stood up beside him. He noticed that Midoriya's Miraculous was on the end table next to the bed. It just sat there, not moving an inch.

Bakugo still couldn't believe what had just happened with it. He never thought in a million years that One for All would get akumatized, let alone attack Midoriya like that. It just gave him a feeling that he had never felt before, and he didn't like it. Midoriya was still asleep, but he could tell that he wasn't waking up today.

"Can you two keep an eye on him? I have to go get some medicine for him," The Nurse asked them.

"Sure. We'll make sure he's taken care of," Queen Bee said back.

The Nurse left the office, leaving Bakugo and Queen Bee alone with Midoriya. Bakugo ended up sitting on the Nurse's seat and just watched over him. The face cloth didn't seem to do much as it sat on his forehead, dripping ice cold water. He was breathing heavily like he had just ran a marathon, and his cheeks were pretty red from the fever.

"Wow, I've never seen an akuma do this to someone before," Queen Bee said to him quietly, "Usually everyone turns out fine and walks away with no scratches or bruises."

Bakugo looked at Midoriya's Miraculous again and thought he saw it moving a little. He shook it off and just went back to Midoriya.

"Something about One for All being akumatized did this to him somehow," Bakugo said to her, "His quirk in particular is not something to be messed with, so I can't imagine how that must've felt."

Queen Bee looked at him with a confused look on his face.

"What do you mean, Katsuki?" Queen Bee asked him.

"One for All is a special quirk. He wasn't born with it, AllMight gave it to him. This quirk has been passed down a lot, so it doesn't work the same way as any other quirk. If I had to guess, it seems like whatever got akumatized was the people that passed down the quirk to him," Bakugo explained, "That's what was fighting against him."

Queen Bee was shocked to hear this. She looked at Midoriya blown away by how crazy their quirks were.

"This seems like something you should tell Ladybug. She has that leftover quirk in her Miraculous, she probably knows something about it anyway," Queen Bee told him.

"Yeah. I'll let her know," Bakugo said to her, "Besides, isn't she creating some sort of upgrades for her, Cat Noir and Deku?"

"Yeah, I think she's almost done with them," Queen Bee explained.

Bakugo and Queen Bee kept watch over him until the nurse came back with some medicine. They both left him alone with the nurse and headed straight to Ladybug. They found her with Cat Noir, Uraraka and Kirishima. He could tell that they were all worried about Midoriya.

Once they spotted Bakugo and Queen Bee together, Ladybug could tell that they had something to say to her.

"Is Izuku doing okay?" Ladybug asked them.

"He's fine, but he hasn't woken up yet," Queen Bee told her, "Katsuki has something to ask you."

They all looked at him, and he looked a little uncomfortable asking in front of a couple of his classmates. He rubbed the back of his head, wondering how he should go about this. He hadn't even hero trained with her that much, and it's not like they hung out all the time.

"Since my quirk is... you know. I was wondering if you could help me out with some hero training?" Bakugo asked her, looking a little hesitant.

Ladybug shared a shocking look with Cat Noir and even Uraraka and Kirishima. They knew that he might need some sort of hero training after what happened, but they didn't think he'd straight up ask Ladybug for some help. Uraraka and Kirishima looked at Queen Bee to notice the way he looked at him. It looked like she couldn't take her eyes off of him.

"Of course, Katsuki. I mean, we can start right away if you'd like," Ladybug said back, "Izuku's going to need some rest anyway."

Bakugo wasn't expecting that, but was glad that she was willing to help out. Ladybug stepped up in the middle of the gym with her yo-yo at the ready.

"Come on, Katsuki. What're you waiting for?" Ladybug asked him in a teasing way.

Bakugo smirked at her and stepped up to face Parisian's hero.

Another amazing chapter!

This was just a quick chapter to go back to the school. Chrysalis's lair is still up and running! Ladybug didn't check it after she used her Miraculous Ladybug! Chrysalis is looking at some files of the ones she had captured, especially Uraraka and Bakugo's. It looks like she doesn't want to attack them right now. Gabriel is stuck with her.

Bakugo and Queen Bee are starting to grow on me a little bit! They are looking after Midoriya since he isn't feeling good. One for All really did a lot to him back there, so he has to rest. Now Bakugo is hero training with Ladybug!

Only five days left until they go home!

What's going to happen next??

More to come soon!
