On Turtle Island the Turtles had brought Zog back with them to explain the situation to their parents. Upon arriving the tribe was shocked by Zog's appearance and his origin before they went to meet with Orimura, Splinter, and Dariyasa.
In the Grandmaster's hut, the three listened to what had happened, about Zog's beacon as said Triceraton kneeled before the three leaders with guilt, "I am…truly sorry for your grace," Zog apologized to Orimura, "When my Emperor sent me to Earth, my orders were to survey how far the Kraang infestation had become on this world, and should it be proven they held a tight grip over the planet, destruction was the solution." He explained.
"I see," Orimura said mildly, "And, what was that changed your view on this mission?" He questioned with a brow.
"It was Raphael and his team who helped me see that the Kraang can be stopped in other ways, when they saved my life when I tried to end it." Zog said while turning to Raph, who gave him a thumbs up. "Showing me the value of Honor and Friendship, and that by taking the lives of many innocent beings, I would be no better than the vile Kraang."
"We see." Splinter said while stroking his beard. "Then, you realize the error of your People?"
"My kind value truth and honor above all things but there is no honor in killing countless lives of even one planet merely to destroy our true enemy, I see that now but soon enough," Zog answered while bowing his head, "I have no right to ask your forgiveness and I will gladly accept any punishment you feel is deserving." He said, placing his fate at their mercy.
The three masters looked at Zog for a moment before looking at one another. "You shall receive no punishment, alien Zog." Orimura spoke up, which surprised Zog. "You were only an honorable soldier, following orders. Your intention stemmed from a genuine place, just misguided."
"And neither blame nor praise will change what has happened, what matter is what we do to protect our world," Dariyasa told him with a gentle smile.
"So tell us, how long before your fellow Triceratons arrive?" Splinter asked.
"Unknown," Zog answered with complete honesty. "It's been several hundred nextons and I have yet to receive a reply from the Empire, I can only assume I have written as deceased," He said, looking betrayed. "But with the signal beacon sent to them, they now know the location of this Earth and will not hesitate to vaporize it."
"Oh well that's comforting," Keno commented.
April then approached Zog, "Zog, why do the Triceratons hate the Kraang so much?" She asked.
"Because they've destroyed our home world." Zog revealed with much hate, which shocked the entire group.
"Wait, the Kraang destroyed your whole planet?!" Jenny asked in shock.
"Do you mean, they made it completely uninhabitable?" Donnie asked.
"No. The entire planet itself was completely destroyed. Nothing remains of it." Zog said while clenching his fist, which shocked them even more.
"How?" Leo asked in shock. "How is that possible?"
"Many nextons ago, my kind wagged war against the Kraang for complete dominion of Dimension X." Zog started as he still remember the tales. "While the Kraang used their intelligence to battle, we Triceratons rely on brute strength and cunning to force them back. But just when we were on the cusp of victory, the Kraang used the most powerful weapon in the known universe." He said while giving a hateful look, "The Heart of Darkness," He revealed.
"What is the Heart of Darkness exactly?" Casey questioned.
"It is another name for a Black Hole generator." Zog explained, which gave them grim expressions.
"Wait, so they used…" Olly tried to say.
"Yes. They have used the Heart of Darkness that wiped out our entire planet." Zog said with a sad and hatred look. "Only, a single of my Empire's fleet managed to barely escape with much of species but…not everyone could be saved. We lost many innocent men, women and children that nexton."
This made everyone look at Zog in sympathy that he lost so much of his kind along with his home planet. "Wow. When you put it like that, now we're getting why the Triceratons hate the Kraang so much." Robyn said in sympathy.
Leatherhead then placed a hand on Zog's shoulder, "I am truly sorry for your loss," He said in sympathy, having more than a fair taste of the Kraang cruelty.
"Thank you but as I said it was many nextons ago, I was merely a cadet when it happened," Zog said before continuing, "After that tragedy, our leader, Emperor Zanmoran, decreed that should we find where the Kraang resided in this dimension we would destroy them with the very thing they destroyed our planet," He continued.
"Uh, but don't you think it would be impossible to take a Kraang device from the Kraang?" Jenny questioned.
Before Zog could answer there was a low humming noise coming from outside, "What's that?" Casey asked.
"Everyone outside." Olly said as they all filed and then gasped in astonishment at what was above them, "Holy Chalupa."
Hovering above the island was a large white space ship with two long wings and black windshield. It slowly lowered itself down to the village square as everyone gathered around it.
"Whoa, it's a space ship, dudes!" Mikey exclaimed in amazement as the Ship landed and deployed a bridge-like walkway with orange energy flowing through it.
Then coming out of the ship was a white robot with a large head, three fingered hands, black lens eyes with holographic orange eyes that changed to show a look of joy as he greeted them, "Hello everyone, such a wonderful piece of land you have here, now if you would be so kind as to take me your leader I-" He tried to say, but then he was surrounded by multiple turtles with their weapons aimed at him. "Oh dear, this is not going as well as those earth documentaries on first contact led me to believe." He said to himself with his hands up.
Orimura then stepped forward with his sword pointed at the robot, "Who are you? What do you want from us?" He questioned.
"Ah excellent, I take it you are the leader of these Terrapins, my good man?" The Robot asked in a British accent.
"Orimura. Leader of the turtle tribe. Now, who are you, machine?" Orimura ordered. "And how did you find our sacred island?"
"Oh yes where are my manners? My name is Professor Zayton Honeycutt from the Planet
D'Hoonib. Do not worry, I come in peace," The Professor assured.
Zog then approached, "I know who you are Professor, you are the one who the Emperor has dubbed 'The Fugitoid'." He said, pointing to the robot.
"Oh, dear! a Triceraton!?" Fugitoid exclaimed with his robotic eyes widened. "Am I too late?!"
"Easy pal, he's on our side," Olly said as he and the other Hamato Teen approached, "I'm Olivier, this is Maolier, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo, Venus, Jennika, Talena, Amoly, April and Robyn O'Neil, Casey Jones, Hamato Miwa, Keno Andrada, Caitlyn, Zach and Alopex." He introduced.
"Ah, so wonderful to meet you all." Fugitoid said with a gleeful expression. "I am certain you all are wondering why I am here."
"That, among other things," Miwa said with her hands on her hips.
"I am here to give you a chance to save your world from its destruction before it begins," Fugitoid explained before bringing up a hologram of a ring-shaped device, "What you see here is the dreaded Black Hole Generator, which the Triceratons plan to use on the Earth, taking all of the Kraang with it," He explained.
"We know that part. Zog already explained it to us." Raph said with his arms crossed.
"Then perhaps he told you that the Generator was broken into three pieces and were scattered across the galaxy, beep?" Fugitoid asked.
The Hamato Teens blinked and turned to Zog who nodded, "I was about to tell you before the Professor arrived," Zog explained.
"Many years ago, the Ultrom, a group of Kraang defectors, hid the fragments of the Black Hole Generator in the safest part of the galaxy they could find." Fugitoid explained as his Hologram showed the Generator breaking into three parts and where scattered across the galaxy, "The Triceratons are spending this time searching for these pieces, which is why we must find the fragments before they reassemble the device and then we must destroy it," he said seriously.
"And once we do that, Earth is safe and sound, right?" Mikey asked with a smile.
"Correct, but if we fail Earth and many other planets are lost," Fugitoid said grimly which made them all look at each other in concern, "But on the bright side, whoever gets the chance to save their entire planet from being lost forever in the grip of an infinite quantum gravitational singularity? Beep-boop," He said with happy eyes.
"You are one weird robo-dude." Zach commented.
"So if we take this chance, we'll save not just earth, but we'll save the whole universe?" Leo asked him.
"Precisely, so will you have my assistance?" Fugitoid asked.
Olly looked down for a moment before he stepped forward. "Olly?" Vee asked as she and the others were surprised.
"If this is what it takes to save Earth, I'm willing to go into the stars and find every piece of this black hole device." Olly said with determination.
"If Olivier is going then I shall come as well," Naomi said walking next to her boyfriend.
One by one the other teens stepped forward and voiced their agreements, "Splendid, then we shall depart immediately, if your elders are okay with you taking this venture, Beep?" Fugitoid asked, looking to Orimura, Dariyasa and Splinter.
The three adults looked uncertain of their children going, but with the fate of the whole planet, if not the entire universe at risk, they knew that their children will do whatever it takes to save their home and countless others. "Go. Find this device. Destroy it." Splinter said with a nod.
"If the safety of this and many other worlds depends on young warriors, we are glad it is you," Dariyasa said with a smile.
"The rest of us shall remain here and protect the Earth should your mission fail," Orimura said before gesturing his head to the hut, "Now, I suggest you prepare for your journey," He said.
"We will. Thank you masters." Leo said with a nod as they all smiled at their parents.
"Wait, I'm coming too." Alopex spoke up, which surprised the group.
"Alopex?" Jenny asked in surprise.
"I've made many mistakes as an assassin because of my brother. But if destroying this device means saving the planet, I am willing to accept this offer to redeem myself." Alopex said with a small smile before turning to Amaya. "You always said that I must always use my skills for the greater good, Mistress. I believe this is just that."
Amaya smiled, "I did say, that didn't I?" She said before laying a hand on Alopex's shoulder, "If this is what you believe in, then go," She said.
"Yes!" Alopex cheered with a fist pump.
Amaya giggled as she then gave Alopex a kiss on the cheeks. "Now be sure to shower daily and brush your fur and tail. Alright?" She asked with a motherly smile.
"Mistress!" Alopex called as the Hamato Teens giggled at that while she gave an embarrassing blush.
"I would like to venture as well." Zog said as he stepped forward. "I have made many mistakes in my time in the Empire. It is only honorable I try and rectify them."
"You have already started on that path, Zog. Thank you." Dariyasa said with a smile. "Look after our children, please?"
"You have my word." Zog said with a bow.
"Alright, ten minutes everyone." Olly spoke up to his team. "Grab some things you wanna take with you and meet back at the ship." He instructed.
The Hamato Teens all cheered and rushed off to grab their gear. "They are growing up," Splinter said with a small smile.
"They certainly are." Orimura said in agreement.
A bit later, after grabbing their supplies, the Hamato Teens and Zog all made it to the ship as they all stood at the entrance. "I can't believe we can't come along." Zach muttered.
"Sorry, Zach. But our families will be suspecting something will be up if we go missing." Caitlyn said to him. "And it's gonna be hard to say that we went up into space fighting aliens and nearly getting killed. Doesn't sound good for them to even believe or handle."
"Besides, we need at least some of us here to help protect the city incase there's trouble," Olly said pointing to Zach, "And there's no one we trust more than you,"
Zach then gave a smile. "I can get behind that." He said with a smile.
Leo approached Faraji who stood in front of his friends, "We're counting on you and the Mutanimals to keep our city while we're gone," Leo said with a smile.
"I promise my friend, we will not let you down," Faraji assured as the two shook hands.
"Just don't get into any trouble," Joi warned with a smirk.
"What us? Trouble?" Raph scoffed with a smirk back.
"It's a good thing my Dad thinks I went to hockey camp this summer," Casey said with a smile. "He knows how much I love hockey."
"It was pretty easy to convince my folks I was taking a trip to Africa," Keno added.
"Well, it was hard to tell our father that we're going into space." Robyn said with a chuckle.
"But, when we said that the entire planet will be destroyed if we don't, he was willing to go along as long as nothing kills us." April added.
"Yeah, after a few faints later that is." Robyn added, which made the two sisters chuckled.
"Okay, team, it's time to go. If we go now, we can get a head start with the Triceratons and be back home sooner." Olly spoke up before turning to the three masters. "We'll be back once we destroy the black hole device. Once we do, the Triceratons won't be able to attack even if they try."
"Remember, the lives of everyone on Earth depend on your success," Orimura told them, "Once you leave there won't be much we can do to help you except send you our blessings. Just do your best but please, try and come back alive,"
"Don't worry, father, We'll be back. I promise." Olly assured. " Heck, we'll even bring some space-style war stories." He joked.
"I suppose." Splinter said as the four chuckled.
"Alright, time to shove off, everyone! We haven't a moment to lose!" Fugitoid called out, which made everyone say their goodbyes to their friends as the Hamato Teens and Zog entered the space ship while waving to the group, who were waving in return as the hatch closed up and the ship took off.
Once they're in orbit, the Hamato Teens and Zog enter the cockpit of the Fugitoid ship as they all look in amazement at seeing the high-tech alien technology around while also getting a full view of their home planet.
"Whoa! Check out this tech!" Tal exclaimed in wonder with sparkling eyes.
"It's beautiful." Donnie drooled with a wide smile.
"Welcome aboard the Starship Ulixes, my friends," Fugitoid said as he went to his console, "This entire vessel is operated by myself, Beep-boop,"
"Gotta say, Fugitoid, you're probably the most human robot I've ever met," Robyn commented.
"Oh, I'm no mere robot, Ms. O'Neil." Fugitoid said with a smile expression. "Have I ever told you I'm a pff-pfft, cyborg? Observe." He asked as he opened up his head to reveal his human brain, which shocked them.
"Whoa!" Casey said as he, Mikey and Ames went up to him. "Dude! I wish I was a robot with a human brain!"
"Ooh! What if we have robot brains?!" Mikey asked.
"We might not even know it!" Ames called as she, Mikey, and Casey did a robot dance while the others just gave dull looks, "Beep-beb-bep-bop!" She mimicked robot noises.
"I wish you guys had normal brains," Miwa muttered, rubbing her temple.
"Are they always like this?" Alopex asked Keno.
Keno held a hand over his head, "Sister, I could tell ya stories," He said plainly.
"Bop," Ames said, still doing the robot.
Fugitoid then typed on his console, "Now, I advise you all to hold onto to something," He warned as his body was incased in some armor.
"Hold on?" Leo asked before the ship started shaking as the engines started up.
"Oh, too late for that, apologies," Fugitoid said as the Ship activated its hyperdrive.
"NOOOOT, COOOOOL, BRAAAAA!" Mikey screamed as the Ulixes blasted off into the stars.
After the ship exited hyperspace, the heroes took in the beauty as they saw all the stars, constellations, shooting stars and comets, and nebulas of various colors all around them. To put it simply, space was nothing short of beautiful.
"Wow, it's so incredible." Leo breathed.
"Magnificent," Naomi said.
"Look at those stars," Miwa said.
"Are those comets?" April wondered.
"Beautiful," Alopex said with a smile.
Zog crossed his arms with a small smile, "Aah, it feels good to be among the stars once more." He said in nostalgia.
"So awesome!" Mikey said.
"Wondrous, is it not?" Fugitoid began. "Titanic gas giants, neutron stars on the verge of collapse, swirling cloud nebulas where baby stars are being born."
"Aw, Baby stars are so cute." Ames said, but then the entire ship jarred and shook, causing the group to stumble and even fall a bit.
"Um… Professor?" Donnie pointed to the front window where the on-board computers made damage assessment and pointed out some damage on the ship's outer haul.
"Awww, beep! Wonderful!" Fugitoid groaned in frustration. "Could you assist me on damage assessment my friends? I've plenty of space suits to wear."
Mikey gave an audible gasp. "Space suits?!" He asked excitedly.
The group was led to a lower level part of the ship where they gazed in amazement at the large assortment of space suits, tools, and weaponry that lay before them. Their looks of surprise and excitement could not be described with mere words.
"Dudes, I think we just hit a level eleven Booyakasha!" Mikey cheered.
"No way!" Raph called as they all went to grab some space equipment.
"Amazing! This is like a full-on-geek explosion!" Donnie exclaimed in excitement.
"It's like all my Sci-fi fantasies have come true!" Tal squealed as she grabbed all the gadgets she could.
"Astro-suits equipped with oxygen converters, gravity boosters, and even alien language translators, Beep," Fugitoid explained as the group quickly got changed into their new suits.
Each of the Turtles wore what appeared to be space armor that covered most of their bodies, any part that didn't appear covered was actually protected by an invisible shield if they entered space or any other hostile environment. Inside each of their helmets, the Turtles each had a glow that resembled their respective mask color.
Leo could not contain his excitement as he put his helmet on and took a battle-pose along with his brothers. "Mr. Kraangshaw, set phasers to destruction!" He imitated a line from his favorite show of Space Heroes.
"I take it you are enjoying yourselves?" Zog asked with an amusing smile.
"Can you blame us?! We're space with space gear!" Jenny exclaimed in pure excitement.
"Might I suggest you arm yourselves, beep?" Fugitoid suggested.
They looked behind them and saw some space weapons that resembled their original ones as they each took their respective weapons. "Okay, now we fit in." Olly said with a smirk.
Casey looked inside one case and happened to find a rather old space suit. "This old helmet is dope yo." He picked up the helmet only for a pair of metallic puck-like devices to fall onto the ground. "Ooh, photon pucks."
"Huh, they must play hockey in space." Keno noted as he picked up a space suit. "Sweet. A space suit more of my style. And with energy batons too."
Then coming out from the change room were the O'Neil sisters, Miwa, and Alopex as they are wearing space jumpsuits that made the boys' heads turn. April wore a yellow suit with white gloves and boots, Robyn wore a red-pink suit with gold gloves and boots, Miwa wore a dark purple suit with black boots and gloves, and Alopex wore a dark blue suit with silver arm and leg guards.
The boys are drooling over the three girls' clothes, which made them uncomfortable. "Umm, are they alright?" Alopex asked with a brow.
"Okay, you guys are creeping me out," April said uneasily.
"I guess that's what happens when we wear jumpsuits." Robyn said with a shrug.
"Eh, I caught Leo's eyes the day we met." Miwa said with a casual tone, though she did glance at Robyn for a moment.
Just then, the five islander turtle girls came up to the boys and smacked them on the head. "OW!" They all exclaimed while rubbing their heads.
"There we go." Jenny said with a smirk as the girls chuckled at their expressions.
"Everyone ready?" Fugitoid questioned as the door opened behind him to reveal an airlock. "Do not stray too far from the ship." He instructed as they equipped their helmets. "Seriously. This is my stern face. See it?" He asked, pointing to his robotic face.
The group were silent for a moment before looking excited "I called first!" Mikey called as they all started protesting and rushing to the airlock while knocking the Fugitoid down while Zog came up to them.
"First space jump jitters. Claims the young everytime." Zog commented with a smile. "I shall remain inside in case we need to move. Inform me if we encounter trouble."
"Splendid idea, my Saurian compatriot." Fugitoid said with a thumbs up.
"COWABUNGA!" Mikey shouted in excitement as he flew out.
Raph tried to 'swim' and get a hold of himself. "Whoa… ugh… why did I think this would be cool?" He asked himself as he felt sick in the stomach. "Please don't hurl. Please don't hurl!" He told himself.
Jenny floated by with a smirk and rolled her eyes, "Light weight." She teased.
"Whoo! Yes!" Casey cheered.
"Woo-hoo! Yeah baby!" Keno cheered, doing mid air back flips.
"It's so quiet and peaceful out here," Miwa said in reverence.
"It's like a huge black ocean that goes on and on forever." April said with a wonder smile.
"You said it, sis. It's like something out of a dream, but it's real." Robyn added while looking awed.
Leo and Vee are flying around together. "This is nuts! Look at me! I'm flying!" Leo cheered. "I'm Caption Lion! Hero of the galaxy!" He cheered as he flew around. "Yeah!"
"You're enjoying yourself, aren't ya, Heroboy?" Vee asked with a smirk.
"Maybe a little! But come on! It's like my wish to be like my favorite TV show has come true!" Leo called as he did a space flip.
Olly and Naomi floated together, "Heh, imagine the look on our ancestors faces if it was foretold we would one day journey beyond the stars to do battle with Dinosaur-like aliens to destroy the Ultimate Weapon," Naomi said with a giggle.
"Bet they never imagined any generation would be doing this," Olly said while he and Naomi held hands together. "This is seriously going into the history books."
Naomi giggled. "True enough."
With Alopex and Jenny, they are floating around while Alopex struggled to keep her balance. "Whoa! Okay, I didn't think this through." Alopex said while she tried to get herself under control.
"What's wrong, Foxy? Never been in zero g before?" Jenny asked with a teasing smirk.
"Uh, no. I'm more of a ground base mutant." Alopex said with a sheepish smile. "I'm more down to the ground."
"If you were truly in Dimension X, you would have adapted to crazy gravity." Jenny said with a chuckle.
"When my brother and I were experimented on, we never really went outside of our prison before we escaped." Alopex said with a chuckle.
A few small asteroids hit Raph's helmet, but fortunately didn't do any damage. Though he looked a bit sicker. "Uh… I'm gonna hurl again…" He moaned.
"I don't ever want to go back into that ship." April said as she put her arms behind her head in relaxation. "I just wanna float off into the stars."
"Boy, this is way more awesome than in Dimension X, huh, Mikey?" Ames asked as she and Mikey held hands while floating in space.
"You know it, Ames! This is even better!" Mikey cheered as the two young turtles laughed.
Fugitoid the hovered onto the damaged wing and stuck to it, "Is anyone going to join me for damage assessment? You should learn these things people."
Donnie and Tal then floated towards Fugitoid as Donnie used his tech staff to scan the damage. "I take it that's not good." Tal noted.
"No it does not." Fugitoid confirmed. "I could easily fix the haul but we lost too much hyper-charged-hydrogen. That coupled with the tachyonic jump it looks like we'll have to…"
He was interrupted as a rock konked the Fugitoid's head, getting all their attention. The three of them looked in the direction where it came from and their expressions morphed into terror. "Oh no." Honeycutt stated.
Everyone around them stopped what they were doing as they looked in terror at the sight of incoming asteroids; many of which were even bigger than the Ulixies starship. "Big…" Donnie started in horror.
"Huge…" Tal said next with the same expression.
"ASTEROIDS!" THe two smart turtles called out in fear as the others gasped in horror.
"Tal, Donnie, watch the language!" Ames admonished.
"Everyone, we've flown right into an asteroid belt!" Zog said over the Comms.
"We can see that, Zog!" Keno called out.
"Watch out!" Olly called as the others all flew around to avoid the asteroids from hitting them as they used their weapons to blast some incoming rocks at them, "Back into the ship!" He ordered.
"You don't need to tell me twice!" Raph called as they all flew back to the Ulixies.
Everyone ran onto the bridge with the Fugitoid taking the center station. "Everyone, to their stations!"
"Which stations?!" Ames questioned.
"I don't know, just pick one!" The Fugitoid replied.
Everyone then hastily pick a station with the pods around them as the Ship steers through the Asteroids "Look out!" Donnie shouted.
"Left professor!" April told him.
"No go down! Down!" Robyn shouted.
"Lean right! Lean right!" Keno exclaimed.
The Ulixies went in virtually every direction known to man and while it was successful in avoiding all the deadlier asteroids, a few smaller ones grazed the side and did some minor damage.
Raph felt even sicker than before. "Ugh… get me off this boat-ride already!" He begged.
"Hold it in, Raph!" Jenny called.
"Whoa dude, how about I drive?" Mikey suggested.
"Not happening!" Miwa told him immediately.
Suddenly the Ulixies found itself caught between two extremely large asteroids and were about to be crushed into space debris. Everyone screamed as the Fugitoid put the pedal to the metal and the ship zoomed out of the way just in time before the asteroids collided, leaving a trail of liquid fuel behind.
"THAT WAS SO METAL!" Casey shouted.
The ship slowed down as they were clear of the asteroids, allowing everyone to catch a breather. "We made it out of the asteroid field." Zog informed them after looking at the monitors. "Hahaha! Feels good to be back in the thrall of intergalactic danger again!" He said heartily.
Fugitoid gave a slight laugh. "A couple of near misses with a few dozen planetoids won't deter us! Am I right or am I right?!" He said as his head turned a full 360.
"Seriously? We almost crashed out there!" Olly yelled out.
"Exactly, almost!" Honeycutt replied with air-qoutes. "Almost is a beautiful phenomenon isn't it?"
"That's how traveling through the cosmos is half the time," Zog said with an excited smile. "The thrill, the unexpected danger, the action, never knowing when you may draw your last breath! This is where warriors like us belong!" He declared proudly.
The others sweatdropped at Zog's declaration, "Triceratons must have an addiction for danger and battle," Robyn said nervously.
"While we avoided that asteroid belt, the ship still needs repairs and fuel, professor," Tal informed while checking the damage on the monitors. "Where are we gonna get that?"
"We'll drop by an alien space-port then." Honeycutt said as his ship's systems located a planet. "I mean there's one right there, no biggy. Planet Veranon."
"Your computer's data says the planet is home to space pirates, rogues, thieves and smugglers," Donnie informed.
"I like it already." Raph said with a smirk.
"Same here. Finally Some action." Jenny added.
Fugitoid flew the Ulixies down toward the surface of the planet. "Lovely place. Never been, but I've heard its gorgeous in the Spring." He assured though it didn't make them any better.
The Ulixies landed on the surface near a busy port. Right as it landed, its wings retracted and a bridge extended from the bottom of the ship toward the ground. The entire group walked outside. "This space port is not a part of the Federation, so do be careful." He warned them.
"No problem Fug." Casey told him with a hand on his shoulder. "We're out like vanilla-ice. Peace!" He called as Fugitoid gave a dull look as Zog came up next to him.
"Are you sure you don't wanna go with them?" Fugitoid asked.
"I prefer stay here." Zog said with his arms crossed. "As much as I live for battle, my kind are the most feared race in the galaxy, so my presence would definitely stir up some unwanted attention."
"Good point." Fugitoid said.
The group walked into the small town and were quite amazed at the sight of the various aliens around them. They came in all shapes, sizes, and colors. "Now this is completely incredible!" April stated.
"We're actually on an alien planet." Keno said in amazement. "Even though we're on a mission, this is an experience of a lifetime!"
"This is, certainly and interesting land." Alopex said while seeing many different kinds of aliens around them, "At least here no one spares a second glance at us,"
"So we should be safe." Miwa said with a smile.
"Don't let your guard down, remember this place is chalk full of criminals and gangsters," Olly said turning to them, "Everyone take some time to look around but try and abide by the rules as best you can," He ordered.
They all nodded and spread out; Olly with Naomi, Leo, and Vee, Mikey with Ames, Donnie with Tal, Miwa with the O'Neil sisters, Raph with Jenny and Casey, and Keno with Alopex.
With Mikey and Ames, they walked around until they found a food stand. "Food! Food! I need food! Space travel makes me so hungry!" Mikey said as he look at the options.
"When does anything make you hungry, Mikey?" Ames asked with a chuckle as she turned to the alien vendor. "Excuse me sir, but do you have any good?"
"Welcome my friends, we have many delicacies from across the galaxy." He said as he showed them his food options. "Raw marusian meat, halfhuan doughnuts, sweet and sour vasuricoids?" He suggested.
"Aw, man." Mikey moaned while Ames frowned at them before Mikey saw a familiar sight. "Hey, Pizza!" He cheered, but it sprouted three eyes and shriek as the alien pizza slithered off.
"Yeah, I wouldn't buy that, Mikey." Ames said with a cringe look.
"Aw man! So hungry," Mikey moaned before noticing something that resembled a cake, "Hmm, what's this?" He wondered, taking one.
"Don't know but, looks normal enough," Ames shrugged as Mikey tried to take a bite before the cake suddenly popped its top open, revealing teeth, "Whoa! The cake is alive!" She exclaimed in shock as the cake started attacking Mikey.
"Space munchers!" Mikey screamed as more cakes started attack.
"Mikey!" Ames cried out.
Raph, Jenny, and Casey walked by what appeared to be a weapon's depot with a robotic vendor carrying multiple alien weapons.
"Dudes, check out all these wicked weapons." Casey noted as the group walked toward the store.
"Greetings. Please feel free to browse. But do not touch anything. Repeat: do not touch anything." The robot vendor advised as it spun the weapons.
Raph looked at some of the weapons in amazement. "It's like I died and gone to a giant beautiful armory in the sky."
Jenny held her chin as she looked at some of them. "Some of these could come in handy against those hornheads. But we may need to ask Fugitoid to pay-"
Before she could finish though, Casey had already grabbed what appeared to be some form of a laser sword. "Heh, you do not wanna mess with this bad boy, guys!" Casey said as he swung the sword around.
"Repeat: do not touch anything!" The robot told them.
"Jones…" Jenny tried to warn him but was interrupted by Raph.
"Please." He rolled his eyes with a smile before taking up another weapon. "I've got a giant laser axe!"
"Guys! The robot just said not to touch anything!" Jenny told them. But they seemed to ignore her as they played with their 'toys', causing Jenny to slap her hand against her forehead. "Idiots."
With Donnie and Tal, they are looking at some space items. "Wow! Look at all this space tech!" Tal called out. "I kinda want to take it all!" She said while browsing.
Donnie then inspected a sphere device, and then it created a hologram replica of himself as he grabbed his duplicate by the shoulder. "Check me out, Tal. Hehe, two for the price of one?" Both Donnies asked in amusement.
"Donnie, Ames can make duplicate illusions of herself." Tal said in amusement. "But good try." Before she noticed a crystal and when she took it, it started changing shape and color, "Whoa, fascinating. I've never seen a mineral change its geologic structure so rapidly." She said awe.
"You have a good eye, dear." An alien said to her. "It's a Talook Gem from the Vox system. It changes shape and color based on emotion." She explained as the two smart turtles continued to inspect the crystal.
Elsewhere, Robyn was taking pictures all around with April and Miwa behind her, "You're really going all out on the photos, aren't ya?" April asked her sister with an amusing smile.
"What? We're on a different alien planet!" Robyn exclaimed while gesturing to the area around them. "I mean, we gotta memorize this once-in-a-lifetime experience, no matter how dangerous it is! Zach and Caitlyn want full pictures of this when we get back!" She said as she continued to take pictures.
"Of course you do," April said as Miwa gave Robyn a fond smile at her. "She really loves adventuring."
"Yeah, she's amazing," Miwa said with a wistful look.
April's eyes widened when she heard what Miwa just said in that tone. "What?" She asked.
"Nothing!" Miwa quickly said while looking away with an embarrassed look. "Just saying that this is an amazing place! Yeah!"
"Ooookay?" April said with a confused look, reminding herself to talk to Miwa about what she heard later.
Keno and Alopex were looking around, "Man, replace the aliens with people and this place would be a regular market place," Keno commented.
"Yes. Though it is great to actually walk around in society without having to be feared." Alopex said before seeing an alien with an eyeball in its mouth. "In a disturbing way, at least." She said with a cringe look.
"Hey, don't worry. You and I have faced worse than a few alien mugs," Keno said with full confidence. "I mean, you have seen crazy things, right?"
"Well, that's true." Alopex said with a smile with her hands on her hips. "I mean, after being a prisoner of the Kraang and a top level assassin, I've seen plenty of things in my time."
"Care to share?" Keno asked her.
Alopex gave a laugh, "Where do I begin?" She asked with a chuckle as the two kept walking around the area while Alopex explains her adventures before she met with the Shell Tribe.
With Leo and Vee, they are relaxing on a wall while Leo is about to have his drink, but then it changes colors, and possibly flavors as the two turtles watch with an interesting look. "Yeah, I wouldn't drink that." Vee said to him.
"Yeah, I wouldn't." Leo said as he put the cup away. "I still can't believe we're on a space mission. I mean, we've done crazy things before but space?! It's like my favorite TV wish came true."
"Easy Hero Boy, you're fanboy is showing." Vee teased with a giggle.
"Oh, haha, very funny." Leo said with a smirk. "I know we're on a mission to find the black hole device, but still, I bet the Spacenicks back home are jealous if they find out one fan, me, went into space for real, saving the galaxy."
Vee chuckled and shook her head at Leo's excitement.
Olly and Naomi were hanging around where the team broke off, waiting for them to return. "Are you certain that they won't make any mistakes?" Naomi asked her boyfriend.
"No. Because every time we split up, almost all the group makes a mistake and somehow things always blow up in our faces." Olly said with a smirk, which caused Naomi to giggled.
"I suppose that's true." Naomi said with a smile before she noticed Olly's smirk turned into a frown, "Are you worried about the Black Hole Generator?" She asked.
"Well, it's a device that can wipe out an entire planet, the Kraang used on the Triceratons' planet, and now they're planning on using it on Earth," Olly said with a sigh. "This might be our biggest quest yet."
"And you're worried about what will happen when we lose the pieces?" Naomi questioned, holding his arm.
Olly sighed. "I do. Just the thought of not even getting a single piece, reminds me that failing means our home is destroyed. And it's a sight I do not want to see." He said while looking down. "I know we volunteered to go stop them and destroy the pieces, but if one even gets on the Triceratons' claws…"
"You feel like the loss of Earth and our people will be on your hands?" Naomi guessed.
Olly turned to her in surprise, "Okay, seriously, how do you do that?" He asked the Brown-clad turtle.
"Because you're Olivier." Naomi said with a wink. "And because, I know you."
Olly gave a chuckle at that. "You really know me, huh?" He said in amusement. "But yeah, as leader, it's my job to make sure we stay alive and can succeed in stopping the Triceratons. Meaning, if I fail, we all fail." He said with a frown.
"But we won't. We follow you anywhere, Olivier. You have led us to victory since the beginning. You've watched our backs when there's danger, you even inspired Leonardo to become a better leader while you were under Shredder's sway," Naomi listed out with a warm smile. "You haven't failed us since then, and I know you never will."
Olly gave a warm smile and placed a hand under her chin, "What would I do without you, Naomi?" He asked his girlfriend.
"Probably doubt yourself and have second thoughts 24 hours, seven times a week." Naomi joked as Olly gave a chuckle.
"Hahah, very funny." Olly said in amusement before he and Naomi then shared a warm kiss together while Olly held her cheeks and Naomi raised a foot up as they stood that way for a moment.
Back with Mikey and Ames, the orange-clad turtle was still being attacked by the cakes "Get off of me cake!" Mikey shouted as he pulled out his nunchucks and knocked the cake off of himself as well as Ames.
Ames then stomped on some of the monster cakes. "Eat this you little freaks!" She crushed them completely.
The alien chef gasped. "What have you done?! That Shovaxian cake was the last of its species!
It costs 240 Samulax! Pay me now!" He demanded, which made the two turtles give a nervous look.
"Oooh! That might be a problem." Ames said with a cringe look.
"Uh, you see, we're all out of space bucks, dude." Mikey explained as he gave a nervous smile. "But I have some moldy pizza you might be interested in." He said as he placed it down on the counter, which was stabbed on the knife.
"You pay, or you suffer!" The alien chef demanded in a monster tone as he showed his fangs.
Mikey and Ames were unfazed by his threat as the former glanced at his girlfriend, "Whip-a-rama?" He asked.
"Whip-a-rama." Ames nodded as Mikey pulled out his nunchucks and his orange markings appeared.
"Eh?" The Chef said in confusion.
With Raph, Jenny and Casey, the two boys are still clashing weapons with each other. "Guys! Come on, put them back." Jenny said firmly. "The robot said to browse but not touch anything!"
"Easy, Jen, we're just having fun!" Casey called as he and Raph kept clashing with each other, but then Raph swung his laser axe and accidentally decapitated the robot vendor.
"RAPH!" Jenny exclaimed in shocked anger.
"Oops," Raph winced.
"Raph, that was just wrong." Casey said in shock before he smiled. "But so, so awesome!"
"No it's not!" Jenny called before two security droids appeared from the shop and aimed at them as they blasted the weapons out of Raph and Casey's hands. "And those are the security." She muttered.
"I'll show 'em security," Raph said with a smirk and spinning his sais.
"Well, since this is a rogue thief planet, it makes sense for us to go all out here." Jenny said with a shrug as she brought out her claws.
"Now you join us?" Casey teased with a smirk.
"Hey, we're already fitting in, so might as well go all out." Jenny said with a smirk as she activated her powers as her yellow markings appeared.
"Yeah, I agree." Raph said as he smashed his sais together and his red markings appeared.
"Oh, this is gonna be wicked." Casey said as he prepared his hockey stick.
Meanwhile, Robyn was still rushing around taking as many pictures as she could. "You know, for an outlaw planet, it sure is an interesting place." Robyn said with April and Miwa behind her.
"You do know that these outlaws could've stolen or smuggled illegal items from anywhere, right?" Miwa asked with her arms crossed and a smirk.
"Sounds like your kind of people, Ms. 'I'm-Gonna-a-Legendary-Swordsman's-Weapon-Cause-It's-Fun'," Robyn teased with a smirk back.
April chuckled. "She got your number, Miwa." She said while elbowing Miwa.
Miwa chuckled with a slight blush. "Well, I suppose that's true." She said as she bumped into someone. "Oh, excuse me."
"What? You got a problem?" An alien that looks like a giant foot of a creature, which shocked the three girls as they looked up at the full size.
"Uh, is he a giant BigFoot?" April asked nervously as Robyn slowly took a picture of him.
"Oh, so you're just taking pictures to make fun of me?!" The alien BigFoot questioned.
"Uh, now hold on sir, I think what we have here is a genuine misunderstanding," Miwa said nervously as the Alien raised his foot over them, "Oh Shell, run!" She exclaimed.
The three girls ran from the giant as he chased after them. They passed by Donnie and Tal as the impact from the stomp jostled the two and caused Tal to drop the gem.
"Oh no!" Tal called out as she gave a guilty look to the alien vendor. "I am really sorry."
"No problem, ma'am. That gem is on sale for only 900 Samulax." The alien said, opening his hand, expecting a payment.
"Whoa, that's a lot of Samulax," Tal said with a cringed look.
"Maybe the professor has some kind of space credit card or something?" Donnie offered, but the alien vendor frowned before he grabbed Tal by the arm and aimed his blaster at her.
"You will pay me with what you have, you thieving Bleeb!" The Vendor threatened as he reached to take her gear.
"Hey hands off, pal! It was an accident!" Donnie warned, pushing the alien away from his girlfriend.
"Do you not see which one of us has the blaster?" The Vendor asked, aiming his weapon at Donnie.
Donnie just gave a dull look, as he pulled out his staff, his purple marking appeared before an entire arsenal of purple energy guns and cannons appeared behind him, aimed at the vendor, "Mine are bigger," He said simply.
The alien vendor's eyes widened from that as he slowly lowered his blaster. "Uh, on second thought, it's on the house." He said with a nervous smile as Tal smirked.
"Thank you for being an honest dealer." Tal said with a smirk. "Come on, D, Let's go. Looks like the girls could use our help."
"Yeah." Donnie said as he and Tal walked off as the vendor sighed in relief.
"These lifeforms really can surprise you in the galaxy." He commented.
With Keno and Alopex, the two kept walking after Alopex explained her story. "And so, that's when I met you all and well, the rest is history." Alopex finished explaining.
"Wow. You really saw some strange things like we do." Keno said in surprise. "I didn't even realize so much crazy happens outside of New York." He said with a chuckle.
"There's more out there if you keep a close eye on it." Alopex said as they kept walking. "Like this planet we're on." She reminded.
"Good point." Keno said as they kept going. But then as they kept going, a couple of aliens then went up behind them when they looked at Alopex's tail. Which caught their interest.
As they kept walking, Alopex then felt her tail being tugged, which caused her to yelp and stop as she turned and saw an alien holding her tail. "Hey! Let go!" She yelled with an angry look.
Then the alien just spoke in untranslatable words and kept pulling on her, "Hey, she said let go, Creep!" Keno said before kicking the alien away.
Alopex moved her tail away as she caressed it. "Thank you, Keno." She thanked him with a smile before she frowned. "The nerve of some people." She growled.
"That's no way to treat a lady." Keno said to the alien, before he growled and stood up as he aimed his blaster at them. "Well, he's mad. But it's a good thing it's just one of him." He said before more of the same alien showed up, "And I spoke too soon," He said with a deadpan.
"Are they really that interested in me or my tail?" Alopex questioned as she and Keno backed away.
"Well, I'll say one thing, run!" Keno called as he and Alopex ran off while the aliens were chasing them. They then hid in a corner as the aliens ran past them, which made the two sigh in relief before Ames and Mikey showed up behind them, which made them yelp.
"Who, chill, you two. It's just us." Ames said with her arms raised.
"Oh, it's just you." Keno said in relief. "We thought it might've been those aliens who were harassing Alopex."
"Seriously, the nerve." Alopex said with a frown, "What about you two?"
"We had a little snag with a food vendor." Ames said with her arms crossed. "And his food was not only gross and weird, but it tried to eat us."
"Yeesh, how did you get out of that?" Keno said with a cringe.
"I used my Whip-a-rama to send him flying around as a fireball." Mikey said with a smirk as he swung his nunchucks around.
"Well, lucky you." Keno said with a chuckle as Donnie and Tal came in, "Let me guess, had a vendor problem and used your powers to draw them back?"
"Yeah, hey, how'd you guess?" Donnie asked in surprise.
"Call it a hunch," Alopex said while giggling as Casey, Raph, and Jenny walked up to them.
"Dude, I wish I had mystic powers!" Casey said with a wide smile. "Because that was dope yo!"
"Well, you still have fun smashing those things." Raph said with a proud smile.
"And besides, you would've been zapped into next week if we didn't protect you from those lasers." Jenny added with giggles.
"True. But it was still cool, yo!" Casey cheered.
"I see you guys had fun." Leo said as he and Vee walked up to them.
"So, any problem with you two?" Tal asked.
"Not really. We just had a chat, but nothing special." Vee said with a smile.
"Where are the girls?" Leo asked, noticing April, Robyn and Miwa weren't with them.
Then three said girls screamed as they looked behind and saw them clutching onto the foot of the giant alien. "A little help, guys!" Miwa exclaimed as the foot tried to stomp them.
"This guy won't leave us alone!" April yelled next.
"We're just beacons for trouble aren't we," Raph asked with a brow.
"I got it," Leo said as he drew his swords and slashed a portal over the Alien's foot, just as another portal opened behind it and ended up kicking him off balance.
"Whoa-oh-Oh!" The alien yelped as he started tipping over.
"Timber!" Mikey quipped as they and other aliens quickly ran for cover.
But as they ran, they accidentally knocked into the purple insect-like being, knocking him down as well. Pretty much every alien in the area stopped and looked in fear over what just happened.
Leo got up and saw he accidentally knocked someone down. "Oh, I'm sorry. Let me help…" He tried to offer until…
*SMACK!*
Leo was knocked back towards his friends as they caught him and looked in surprise. "Do not touch me! Sub-creature!" The being exclaimed in anger as his three green bodyguards stood at his side.
Every alien in the area, including the angry protestors from before, ran in fear from the scene.
"Do you fleshlings know who I am!?" The whole group shook their heads in response as he answered. "I am Lord Vringath Dregg! Ruler of Planet Sectoid! Lord of all insect life in the universe! And bringer of your deaths!"
"Okay, that's an interesting intro." Miwa said with a weird look.
Raph looked towards Lord Dregg. "Uh could you hang on a second?" He motioned as if he were holding a phone in his hand. "I just got a phone call from someone named 'I don't give a flying…!'"
"That's great, Raph!" Jenny stopped him. "Yeah, very diplomatic of you." She said in obvious sarcasm.
Olly and Naomi saw what happened and came between them, "I am so sorry about my siblings, your lordship," He said to Dregg diplomatically, "We'll just leave you to your business and move on," He said.
"No way!" Casey interrupted as he walked up to Dregg. "We've taken way tougher dudes and then you, Bug-head-" He called before Dregg grabbed him by the leg and held him upside down.
"Then you clearly haven't heard of Lord Dregg." Dregg said as he opened his mouth wide and lowered Casey to his mouth as the teen screamed.
"Casey!" Raph called.
"Let my friend go, you freak!" Keno called as he and Raph did a double team and whacked Dregg, causing him to let go of Casey, but also dropped a canister of rainbow dust on the ground that then scattered to the wind.
"My Malrocklivan Star Spice!" Dregg cried as he picked up the broken vile. "That was worth five million Samulax!" he exclaimed as the group backed up nervously as Lord Dregg directed his anger toward them.
"You… you primitive buffoons! Vreen, battle-mode!" Dregg directed his three guards, now identified as Vreen to attack. Each of them retracted their heads and extended a set of hook claws.
"Okay, I'm sensing we're about to have bug trouble," Vee said nervously.
Olly then turned to Casey with a glare, "You just had to tick off an intergalactic crimelord, you just couldn't resist starting a completely unnecessary fight we could have just walked away from, could you?!" He asked, leaning into Casey's face as the bow crouched down in fear.
"I just love a good fight." Casey said with a nervous smile as Olly groaned.
"Attack!" Dregg ordered his bug drones as they charged at the group.
"Get 'em!" Olly called as the group attacked the bug drones, which they were knocked back at first, but they gained the upper hand and started taking them down in one swift with ease as they cheered while Dregg looked in shock at his two drones.
"My Vreen…gone," Dregg said in despair before clenching his claws in anger, "You, you primitive buffoons! I am not a being willing to forgive insolence," He said as he stomped down and gave a shriek with his wings flapped.
"Yeah, we'll, we're not the beings you want to mess with." Olly said as they ready their weapons.
"We shall see." Dregg challenges as he prepares himself for a strike.
Olly glanced at Raph, "Raph, introduce Dregg to the big guy," He instructed.
"Oh, I will!" Raph said with a smirk as he smashed his sais together. "Time to go big on you, bug!" He called, which he formed his giant construct as he swung his fist at Dregg, which shocked the bug alien before Raph sent him flying and crashed into the wall.
"What?!" Dregg questioned in shock.
"Let's show him we're not like anyone he's seen before, Team!" Leo called as the turtles all charged at Dregg while activating their powers.
They all charged at Dregg, who is having a hard time trying to fight them as Vee kept predicting his moves and strike him, Ames used her copies to get him confused before hitting him, Jenny sped around to used her speed and struck Dregg in multiple places, Tal just rely on her natural fighting skills, Naomi used her shields to block and hit Dregg multiple times, Mikey wrapped his chains around and swung Dregg into a wall while Leo used his portals to teleport around Dregg and struck him as best he could while teleporting away to avoid his strikes, Donnie created multiple blasters that he used to fire on Dregg.
Olly was the last one as he lit up green fire on his axe. "Time to bring the heat, bug!" He called as he then released a fire stream, which hit Dregg as he burned a bit before he dropped to his knees in exhaustion and pain.
The Hamato Teens all stood up in front of Dregg with their weapons and powers ready as they all glared at Dregg. "So, ready to give up and just leave us alone?" Leo questioned him.
"Because if not, we still got plenty more where that came from," Olly said while tapping his axe.
Dregg looked at them before he growled and then spread his wings, taking off into the air. Which made the group smile as they lowered their weapons and their markings vanished. "Well, that'll teach him." Keno said with a smile.
"Now he knows that he shouldn't mess with mutants or humans." Alopex said with a smirk.
"Um, guys?" Mikey spoke up as they noticed the crowd of aliens surrounding them, "We're not out of the woods yet,"
"Well, we're gonna be here for a while." April said as they all drew their weapons.
"I love a challenge." Raph said with a smirk, but then what surprised them is that the crowd all started cheering for them. "Uh, what?"
"Um, am I missing something?" Naomi questioned with a brow.
"You defeated Lord Dregg!" One of the aliens called. "No one has ever beaten him before!"
"He's been harassing our space port for hundreds of Nextons!" Another alien called. "But you all have chased him away without fear! You are heroes!"
"How could we ever repay you?" Another alien asked.
"We can give you supplies, weapons, food, anything you need." Another listed out.
The Hamato Teens looked at each other in surprise by the sudden praise and offerings.
A bit later, the Hamato Teens returned to the Ulixies with crates of supplies and weapons, "My friends, I had just gotten an extra-net alert that the Federation had just claimed ownership of this Spaceport," Fugitoid said when he saw them coming with their haul. "Oh my, how in the name of the seven star systems did you acquire the fundings to buy such supplies?"
"We kicked some giant Bug crime lord's butt." Jenny answered.
"And in return, those aliens gave us these sweet weapons, food and supplies!" Raph added while holding up a laser axe.
"Wait, alien bug?" Fugitoid asked nervously. "Um, this fellow wouldn't happen to be named, Lord Dregg, would it?"
"Well, yeah." Olly said to him. "He attacked us so we have to retaliate. Which might have been avoided if, somebody had kept his mouth shut out of diplomacy." He growled through his teeth as the group all sent scowls at Casey.
"I said I was sorry." Casey said in defense.
"Alright, when we get back to Earth, no hockey or vigilanteing for a week," April told him before raising a hand and turning her away when he opened his mouth, "No buts!" She said firmly.
"Well if that's all settled I suggest we enter the ship quickly and leave post haste." Fugitoid said to them with a anxious tone.
"What's the rush, Fugitoid?" Keno asked in confusion as Fugitoid rushed behind.
"No time! Mustn't dawdle! Chop-chop! Get in! Quickly now!" Fugitoid said urgently pushing them in and through the door.
"Uh, well, okay, professor." Alopex said as they all entered the ship, which quickly took into orbit as they flew far away quickly.
"What was that for?" Raph questioned before they heard beeping.
"Everyone! We have a Hornetron fighter flying towards us!" Zog called out from the bridge.
"Because you just ticked off the most dangerous alien crime lords in the entire universe!" Fugitoid called as they all rushed to the bridge.
Inside the Hornetron, Dregg is piloting it as he flies straight to the Ulixies. "Now to have some fun the fair way." He said as he started firing at the ship.
"Okay, that guy is seriously a sore loser!" Jenny called as they entered the bridge.
"We need to get out of here!" Olly called out. "Fugitoid, can you get us out of this system!?"
"We need a few nextons for the tachyonic jump!" Fugitoid exclaimed.
"For now, we must endure Dregg's assault!" Zog called with a serious tone.
"Endure?!" Keno questioned.
The Ulixies flew and avoided the continuous laserfire of Dregg's Hornetron. As Dregg continued the laser bombardment, he pressed a button inside and the semi-organic ship began to produce a series of egg-like objects from its bottom.
Raph groaned in disgust as he saw it via the Ulixies' rear screen. "Ugh… I think it just laid some eggs." He said in disgust.
"Eggs?" Tal asked in disgust. "Okay, now things just got really weird."
"And gross." Miwa added in disgust.
The 'eggs' suddenly hatched to reveal a swarm of Vreen that flew towards the ship with wings acting similar to that of helicopter blades. "Don't you got lasers? Or plasma rockets?! Or SOMETHING DESTRUCTIVE?!" Casey yelled at Fugitoid.
"Pardon me Donatello, but did not mention you possessed mystic Technomancy, beep-bloop?" Fugitoid questioned the Purple-clad turtle.
"Yeah! I do, wh-" Donnie trailed off when he realized what Fugitoid was saying as he smirked. "Oh, this is gonna be good!" He called as he stood up and drew out his staff and his purple markings appeared. "Time to give this baby an upgrade!" He called as he slammed his staff down.
Soon purple circuitry-like markings decorated the ship's floor and walls, as on the outside, the Ultixies was equipped with rocket boosters and more weapons on its wings. "What in the-" Dregg called before the weapons fired the Vreen, destroying them with many hits while the wings flew faster and away from Dregg. "NO FAIR!"
"Well, that should slow Dregg down." Robyn commented.
"Are we nearly charged, Fugitoid?" Leo asked.
"Just about done charging!" Fugitoid said with a smile as he hooked himself into his ship. "Everyone, prepare for tachyon jump." He said as everyone braced themselves as they warped away.
Dregg stopped his ship when he saw the Ulixies vanished as he was filled with rage. "I swear… by the elder Vrall… I will hunt these creatures down and eradicate them! Slowly, feeding them to my children, piece-by-piece-by-piece!" He declared in rage.
The Ulixies had just come out of warp and the group appeared to be safe, allowing everyone to cheer and celebrate. "Yes! We made it! We escaped!" Olly cheered.
Alopex and Keno then hugged each other in victory, but then they realized what they did as they broke up and gave embarrassed chuckles while looking away. "Uh, we did it." Keno said with a sheepish chuckle.
"We sure did." Alopex said while rubbing her arms as the others kept cheering with their first victory in space.
But Zog looked ahead and saw something that made him grim. "Um, my friends. I have good news and bad news," He said in worry.
They caused them to stop and turned to him, "What news?" April asked.
"Well, the good news is, I now know where the Triceratons are," Zog started, causing them to smile.
"Alright, which means we might have a head start on them," Vee said hopefully, "Where are they?" She asked.
"Well that's the bad news," Zog said grimly while pointing to the window, which they followed as they all looked with wide eyes at what they saw.
The Ulixies had accidently warped right into the middle of a Triceraton fleet, with several Triceraton fighters firing at some other ships. "Oh space apples!" Jenny cursed.
"Are those Triceraton fighters?!" Olly exclaimed as the fighters started firing on them.
"I'll take that as a yes!" Keno called as they braced themselves, "And there's like a bajillion of them!"
"Professor! What do we do?!" Tal asked in panic.
Fugitoid's expression turned serious, "We take evasive action," He answered as they started dodging the laser fire.
"Keep avoiding the shots! We're almost out of the battle!" Zog called but it was too-little-too-late as the Triceraton fighters hit the Ulixies' engines in the back, causing the ship to deter from its course and sent hurtling towards a massive gas giant planet.
"Or not!" Casey exclaimed.
"I recommend we take plunging into the lethal crushing gravity of that gas giant ever so thickly." Fugitoid said
"WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN?!" Miwa screamed.
"IT MEANS WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!" Fugitoid screamed back as the start of the heroes' journey through space took a literal nose dive.
Well, looks like the Space Saga has started off with a bang.
So for those who haven't figured it out yet, while the turtles will journey into Space they won't be traveling back in time and were warned of the Black Hole Generator by Fugitoid and Zog.
The Team going into Space is as follows: Olly, Naomi, Leo, Raph, Donnie, Vee, Jenny, Tal, Mikey, Ames, Robyn, Miwa, Casey, Keno, April, Alopex and Zog.
Now some of you might be ticked that Zach and Caitlyn aren't going into space too, I wanted them too, but a friend of mine reminded me that someone has to stay and protect the Earth while the Turtles are gone, (I may do an original chapter showing what's happening back on Earth).
As you can tell, the Turtles handled surviving the Space-port and their first battle against Lord Dregg better than in the canon thanks to their powers. And we also got some bonding between Keno and Alopex, while most of you might have paired him with Robyn try to remember she's actually older than Keno and I wanted their to be at least one human/mutant relationship.
But don't worry, if you were reading right you might've seen a small tease of who Robyn's love interest will be.
