It was a warzone in this sector of space. A small fleet of star-fighters, resembling some form of aquatic fish, flew past a satellite network of spherical space mines as they engaged multiple Triceraton fighters. Lasers were shot in every direction as a trio of these amphibian-ships flew up the haul of one large Triceraton starship and shot at its outer haul, dealing some damage.
On the bridge of the ship, Captain Mozar saw the fighter trio zoom past them. "You sluggish fools!" Mozar scolded his own men. "Stay alert! The Salamandrians slithered past you like slither fish!"
"Captain Mozar sir, scanners are picking up an incoming ship." One Triceraton officer reported.
A screen popped up to show the Ulixies exiting hyperspace. "I know that vessel!" Mozar recognized. "It's the Fugitoid's ship! Squadron 3, blast it out of the sky!"
The squad leader complied and soon his entire squad was firing on the Ulixies successfully shooting its wing.
"Or not!" Casey exclaimed.
"I recommend we take plunging into the lethal crushing gravity of that gas giant ever so thickly." Fugitioid said.
"WHAT THE HECK IS THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN?!" Miwa screamed.
"IT MEANS WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!" Fugitoid screamed back.
Everyone screamed as the Ulixies spun out of control; everyone on the bridge was sent flying and rolling everywhere as they tried to hold onto something or each other. The Fugitoid extended his limbs; his hands toward the central console and his feet to the ceiling as the group tried to grab a hold of his extended limbs.
Tal lost her grip and was sent flying, "Tal, look out!" Donnie called as he jumped and grabbed her.
"Thanks, Don!" Tal said quickly as they held onto the Professor arm.
Raph however hit the windshield of the bridge. "I HATE SPACE! I HATE IT! I REALLY DO!" He shouted in panic.
The Ulixies continued to fall and almost slammed into several Tricertaon and Salamandrian fighter ships, though most of them avoided the collision, "Collision course ren!" One Salamandrian Pilot shouted as the Ulixies clipped his ship and they fell with it, "We're going down! Brace yourself lieutenant!" he exclaimed to his partner as both ships fell toward one of the gas giant's moons.
Both ships fell and crashed hard onto the surface of the frozen moon. The Ulixies skidded to a halt onto a icy valley while the Salamandrian fighter landed on an icy peak a few clicks away.
The moon appeared to be a desolate frozen wasteland; no signs of civilization or life anywhere; just nothing more than ice and a snowy whirlwind. The Ulixies had lost its power as a door opened and our group of heroes walked out single-file onto the frozen moon's surface with their space suits and helmets on.
"Ugh, my head, where are we?" Jenny asked as they looked out to the frozen terrain.
"We're on the Moon of Thalos 3, one of the coldest moons in this part of the galaxy," Zog explained.
"Man, it's almost like we're in Antarctica," Keno commented as Donnie checked the temperature.
"Whoa, temperatures on this moon are negative one hundred degrees Celsius!" Donnie said in shock.
"That's even colder than the Antarctic and Arctic combined." Tal noted.
Then a cold wind blew by causing them to shiver, "Brr, it's freezing, even in this suit," Robyn said before looking to Fugitoid, "Aren't the Turtles and Zog gonna freeze?"
"Don't worry for me." Zog spoke up as he shook his hands. "My kind have been trained to withstand the punishment of even the harshest environments throughout the galaxy." He explained.
"And no worries for the turtles either, their suits permeate a warm invisible forcefill, like a second skin," Fugitoid explained, gesturing to Mikey, "Cozy right?" He asked.
"Um, I'm pretty sure my shell froze to my butt." Mikey said, rubbing his shell.
"And not to add oil to the forest fire, but we got another problem," Tal said before pointing to the wing, "The Ship's power generator is damaged. How bad is it, Professor?" She asked.
Fugitoid then gave a nervous expression, "If I had to categorize our situation it would somewhere between, 'probably doomed' and 'unequippably doomed'." He explained.
"Translation, the power core is totally busted," Olly said dully.
"Essentially, yes." Fugitoid confirmed.
"Wait… so no power?! We won't be able to charge our suits!" Raph exclaimed.
"And worse, we only got a couple hours of oxygen and heat left!" Donnie added in worry.
"Ah man!" Casey moaned. "I was supposed to go out in a blaze of glory with like giant transforming robots frying me with lasers! Not like this!" He exclaimed.
"Dude, we're at risk of being turned into ice cubes and that's all you can think about?!" Keno demanded.
"What?! I gotta dream of something, can I?!" Casey said in defense.
"Well, unless we find a way to fix the ship, we won't last long once we lose power." Alopex said as she shivered and covered herself with her tail. "Even with the shield and the suit, I still feel it."
"You can fix the ship, right?" Miwa asked the smart trio.
"We can, but we'll need a substance called Irelium metal to patch of the generator," Tal explained before turning to Donnie, "Donnie, can you locate some?"
"I can try. Give me a moment." Donnie said as he used his space staff to scan the area.
April then noticed something flying towards her. Upon landing on her helmet she saw it resembled a lizard with insect-like wings; it looked at the girl curiously before flying off the helmet. "Wow, your a strange little snow creature aren't ya?" She said before turning to the others, "Hey, there's life on this planet guys!" She said, pointing where she saw the creature.
"Nonsense." Fugitoid contradicted. "This moon is made from methane ice, no life can survive here. Beep!"
"Not quite," Zog rebutted, "You did indeed see a creature but it was not an organic lifeform. It was likely the offspring of a race formed from living Ice: the Ice Dragons." He explained.
"Are they dangerous?" Naomi asked in concern.
"Very. Though they are not durable, it is their Sub-Zero breath and numbers that makes them so formidable," Zog warned.
Donnie scanned the environment with his staff. "Now let's see… " His scanners picked up something on an icy peak nearby. "Yes! Irellium metal! Lots of it! About ten clicks away… Oh, looks like it's refined too!"
"Excellent work Donatello, we could use that metal to patch up the ship!" The Fugitoid said.
Little does the group know, however, that another pair was watching them. A male, dark blue-skinned Salamandrian, along with his companion had exited their downed fighter. The male had a mace built onto his tail and had scars over most of his body, including some prosthetic organs on his side; and even a bionic eye on the heavily scarred side of his face. His companion was female with aqua-colored skin and an aqua-green suit, she had no battle scars, but that did not mean she was any less of a warrior.
"There they are!" The commander, G'Throkka spotted them. "The ones who rammed our vessel and they travel with a Triceraton!"
"Yes, and they are heading towards the Irellium!" The female lieutenant, Y'Gythgba, said as she gave a roar-like call.
"We must capture it before they do." G'Throkka stated.
"Let us destroy the interlopers and take the Irellium for ourselves." Y'Gythgba insisted, walking next to her commander. "They robbed us of glorious battle."
G'Throkka turned back to the group as they walked toward the icy peak. "Still when I gaze upon them, I see their courage." He noted, sounding impressed, "Others would have despaired but they go onward as comrades, I can respect them." He admitted.
"No! You know that is not the Salamandrian way, Commander!" Y'Gthgba reminded. "The Triceratons and all who stand with them must be destroyed!" She stated.
Back with the Heroes, they continued walking towards the Irellium, pushing against the freezing wind. Though Alopex stumbled for a bit before Keno helped her up and they shared smiles as they pressed onwards.
Eventually they made it out of the storm as Donnie kept tracking the Irellium, "There! The Irellium is up somewhere on that ice peak!" Donnie pointed.
"Looks like we're gonna have to climb it to search for it." Olly said with his arms crossed.
"Aw yeah!" Mikey cheered as skated past the Green-Clad turtle and began to perform a series of tricks. "Check me out! Michalengelo in ice!"
"You're using up oxygen too fast, Mikey!" Ames called in concern.
"What's more important sis? Breathing? Or my art?" Mikey asked as he skated to a halt on his knees in front of her.
"If you wanna breathe to live another day to enjoy pizza and watch cartoons, save your breath, Mikey." Vee told the orange-clad turtle with a look.
April then put her hand to her helmet, "Guys, something's wrong here," She said.
"Yeah, I feel it too." Robyn said suspiciously.
Fugitoid then spoke up, "My sensors suggest we're about to be visited by-" He was cut off when G'Throkka and Y'Gythgba dropped down infront of them.
"Whoa! What the-?" Casey called in surprise as Y'Gthgba pointed her sword at them.
"Hey, do those two remind you of something? Or someone?" Jenny asked, recognizing the aliens.
"They look like, Newtralizer!" Leo called, seeing that the two are similar species as Newtralizer back on Earth.
"They are Salamandrians." Zog said, knowing their species. "Fierce warriors fighting in combat and honor. And one of the Triceratons most noble rivals."
"You and your crew downed our ship, dishonored us, now you will fight us, Triceraton!" Y'Gythgba told them, Zog specifically.
"Wait! Waitwaitwait!" Fugitoid spoke up as he got in front of them. "We're all honorable beings here, we did not intend to damage your ship." Y'Gythgba and G'Throkka looked towards each other.
"Please, we didn't mean to damage your ship." Zog spoke up on his behalf. "It was a mere accident in the midst of a battle. But if we don't work together and repair our vessels, none of shall leave this planet."
"It is true that we are all trapped." G'Throkka admitted. "Cooperation is survival here. But you are… out-worlders and a Triceraton…" He said as he gave a growl.
"Does race really matter? And plus, since we're not on either's planet we're all out worlders," Olly told them.
"Look, the last thing we want to do is fight but if we have to, it'll be you on the losing side against all of us," Miwa said gesturing to the group behind them.
"Numbers mean nothing," Y'Gthgba stated, pointing at Miwa's chest, "I do not fear you or your friends,"
"Look, man. Its all good, we're all cool here." Leo said with a smile.
"Leo, you just made a cold pun there." Vee said to him.
Leo shot her a look before turning back to the Salmandrians, "Here, I'll offer my hand first so put a-" Before he could raise his hand Zog grabbed it.
"No! To Salamandrians extending a hand is considered an insult or a declaration of conflict," Zog warned the Blue-clad turtle.
"Seriously?" Leo asked in surprise.
"Different species, different culture," Olly reminded him before turning to G'Throkka, "But as my brother said, we would like to offer our friendship to you, we've already seen how powerful you Salamandrians are," He said.
"You speak as if you have done battle against one of us, Rokka-Rokka-Rokka," G'Throkka noted.
"Well, have you ever heard of a Bounty Hunter named 'K'Vathrak'?" Olly asked the commander.
This made G'Throkka's remaining eye widened as he held Olly by the shoulders. "Where did you learn that name?" He questioned seriously and in anger.
"You wanna know? He's on our planet. Earth." Olly said with a serious tone. "We fought him before, and let me tell you, the Newtralizer, as we call him, is probably one of our most dangerous enemies."
Y'Gthgba approached G'Throkka, "Sir, is that not the same criminal who…"
"Took my eye and left me to perish by my wounds, yes." G'Throkka finished for her with a glare and touched his left cybernetic eye before turning to Olly, "And you say you've battled him, Rokka?" He questioned.
"More than battled, we kicked his tail into next week," Raph declared.
"Though he doesn't stay down, considering he started working for our enemy the Shredder," Leo added, "He even created some kind of mind Control serum that took control of some us a while back,"
This made G'Throkka and Y'Gthgba aghast, "What?! He dare create the Salamandrian Brain Virus?!" G'Throkka demanded.
"Trust us, he did. And it wasn't pleasant." Raph said with a shiver.
"Got me, Miwa, and Raph really good." Olly said while rubbing his head. "It wasn't until the others helped free us and some of our friends as well."
G'Throkka then nodded, "Any warrior who is able to claim victory of K'Vathrak is a true warrior in my eyes," He said in respect, "Therefore, we shall accept your offer of Alliance," He said while raising his fist up.
Zog stepped forward and raised his fist as well as Olly then did the same, the three then rubbed their forearms against each other before retracting them and gave roars, though Olly's came out sounding like a burp.
"Okay, I think we settled this." Leo said while Noami giggled at her boyfriend's burp. "So, how about we get what we need and get out of here. We're already low on power as it is."
"Agreed, let us-" Y'Gthgba stopped herself when she looked up and leapt back, "Rak! Look out!" She called as the group turned to where she was looking and saw what looked like giant lizards made entirely out of ice rocks climbing down the walls.
"Ice Dragons!" Zog called out as the Ice Dragons then started coming out of their hiding place and roared at them.
"Okay, now we know what they look like." Donnie said before one of the Ice Dragons breathed ice flames at Donnie.
"Donnie! NO!" Tal cried out as Donnie hit the wall, but he was frozen in ice.
"He's frozen solid!" Robyn called out in shock as more Ice Dragons appeared.
"Fugitoid, see if you can thaw Donnie out, everyone else take 'em down!" Olly ordered as the all drew their weapons and charged at the Ice Dragons while Fugitoid started working to free Donnie.
"Remember, mind your faceplates! One crack and death is imminent!" Fugitoid warned them as he began thawing Donnie.
April tripped as she was about to get blasted by ice as well, but a laser shot the Ice Dragon's face as it crumbled as they turned and saw the two Salamdrians readied their weapons as they gave battle cries and helped the others take out as many Ice Dragons as they can while Zog used his brute strength to smash them.
"You know, we never exchanged names!" Leo said as he and G'Throkka stood back to back while fighting the Ice Dragons, "My name's Hamato Leonardo!" He introduced.
"Commander G'Throkka." G'Throkka said to them.
"That name's cool and all, but I got something better." Mikey started as he then thought of a name. "How about, Laser Lizard?!" He cheered, but G'Throkka and Leo gave him dull looks. "No, no. G.I Newt! Nah." He shook his head. "I got it! Sal Commander!"
Leo and Sal look at each other before they give small smiles, finding it fitting.
Miwa and Y'Gthgba were fighting side by side against a large ice dragon, "The name's Hamato Miwa, and your are?" Miwa asked the female Salamandrian.
"I am Lieutenant Y'Gthgba!" Y'Gthgba introduced while firing her laser.
Ames then appeared, "Good name. But maybe we should call you something else." She said as she then thought for a moment. "How about, Mona Lisa?" She suggested. "It's the name of a painting of the most beautiful woman, and compared to your commander, you do have a pretty face."
"Hmm as you please young one." Mona said with a smile. "And thank you for the compliment."
"Trust me, she and Mikey are experts at naming stuff and-" Miwa stopped when she saw an Ice dragon sneaking up on Sal and Leo, "Leo behind you!" She called.
Leo and Sal turned around just in time for the Ice dragon to freeze them solid.
"Leo!" Vee cried out in terror.
"G'Throkka!" Mona called as the two girls went to them.
Miwa then turned to the ice dragon with a glare, "That's it! You're going down, Frostbite!" She called as she charged at the ice dragon, slashing at its hide before its tail whipped her to the ground. Miwa groaned as she looked up and saw the Ice Dragon ready to fire at her.
"Miwa, look out!" Robyn called as she grabbed Miwa and moved out of the way before the Ice Dragon could fire as they rolled away and the O'Neil girl set the Hamato girl down, "Catch your breath, girl, I'll take point!" She said, drawing her blaster.
Miwa looked at Robyn in surprise as the other girl then started firing at the Ice dragon, skillfully dodging its attacks. "Wow, April's sister's got some moves," She said with a fond smile.
Zog roared as he kept fighting the Ice Dragons with his bare hands. "Heads down, Horns up!" He called as he smashed another dragon. After a few minutes, they all knocked the dragons down as they were all in pieces.
"Ah! Is that all of them?" Alopex asked with her weapons still drawn.
"Because we can't take much more of this." Keno added as they all stood together while Sal, Leo, and Donnie were still in their ice prison.
"So, what are we gonna do about these three?" Raph asked.
"Perhaps if I use a low output," Mona said while adjusting her gauntlet and tapped against three, "Yes, I believe they will be fine in no time at all," She assured.
"If you need help, how about I add some fire to that output," Olly suggested holding up his axe before Fugitoid pushed it down.
"Save your strength, Bleep-boop," Fugitoid said, "That battle already wasted a great deal of Oxygen and Heat. All our remaining energy must be focused on finding the Irrelium." He said.
"Right. So let's unfreeze the three and get what we need for our rides." Olly informed while turning to Mona. "Give it a shot." He said as Mona nodded and aimed her blaster at them.
A bit of walking and unthawing the three frozen members, Donnie took the lead with his scanner. "Just a bit further, the Irrelium is just ahead. Ooh, and I was right, it's totally refined," Donnie said eagerly.
"But we better step on, not much heat left," Leo said, looking at his power level.
"And my air supply is almost half empty," Naomi added, looking at her air supply.
"All the more reason to hurry people," Fugitoid urged, pushing them forward.
April, and Mona were walking in the back, as April looked at Miwa, noticing her eyeing her sister and she got suspicious, "Okay Miwa, what's up?" April asked the girl, surprising her.
"Uh, oh, uh, nothing important." Miwa said with a nervous smile. "Just zoned out for a moment."
"Yeah, and I'm a hippopotamus," April replied sarcastically before putting her hands on her hips, "Seriously Miwa, you've been acting weird around Robyn lately, and I don't mean Mikey weird." She said.
Miwa was conflicted for a bit before she saw Robyn ahead with the others as she and April walked behind. "Well, uh April, I wanted to ask you… is your sister like… into girls?" She asked with a winced look.
April's eyes went as wide as dishes as she turned to Miwa in shock, "Wait, what?! Why would you ask me something like…" She trailed off as she realized why Miwa would ask her something like that, "Oh my gosh…you, you mean you…" She sputtered, pointing to Miwa and then Robyn.
"Yeah, you guessed right." Miwa said with a slight shy smile.
"W-Wha? How?! When?! Huh?!" April sputtered in complete shock.
"If that helmet wasn't on, I slap you out of it, but maybe this would help." Miwa said as she pinched April on the arm, causing her to yelp and rubbed her arm.
"Ow! Thanks, I think," April said while rubbing her arm as she put her hands to her head and took a calming breath, "Okay, so you're telling me, you have a crush, on my big sister." She summarized.
"Pretty much," Miwa confirmed.
"I thought you were into guys since you flirted with Leo." April stated.
"I am." Miwa said with a shrug. "But I also like women as well. And also, that was before I found out Leo is actually my brother, well, adoptive anyway, but you get the point."
"Good point." April said with a nod. "But, how come you never told us this?"
"I was just a little shy, O'Neil." Miwa said with her arms crossed. "And don't act so surprised. There's been many other girls dating other girls around back home on Earth. You just never seen one up close before."
"Hey I'm not against anything, I just wanted to know how you ended up crushing on my sister of all people," April said in defense.
"Well, one thing's for sure, your sister is pretty hot," Miwa said with a smile before shaking it off. "And another reason, compared to you, she's brave, determined, and willing to help others without hesitation. Like how she saved me from that Ice Dragon back there when it nearly froze me. And her fighting style is pretty sweet too."
"When did you start feeling this way?" April asked.
"Well, for a while." Miwa said with a shrug. "She and I hung out occasionally, after our Time Travel Adventure, she supported me while I was dealing with the grief of losing my mother," She went on.
"Yeah, it's one of her secret super powers," April said with a smile, remembering the times Robyn comforted her while feeling down about their own mother.
"You have a great sister, April." Miwa said with a smile. "After a while, those feelings are just growing inside me. But I don't know if she is into girls like I am, especially half-mutant snake girls, but you get the point."
April offered a reassuring smile, "Well, one thing I know about my sister, she doesn't care about who you are or what you look like," She said, holding Miwa's shoulder, "Just be honest and show her how important she is to you."
"I'll try. But it ain't gonna be easy." Miwa said to her.
"Give it time. Your moment will shine." April assured as Miwa smiled as they continued on with the others.
The group continued trekking onwards as Donnie's signal got stronger, "Okay closer… closer…" Donnie said as he came towards an edge where he spotted a spherical device made almost entirely out of metal. "There! That satellite, it's made from irellium!"
Most of the group ran down to try and grab it, but Fugitoid, Zog, Sal Commander, and Mona Lisa stopped once they saw it. The professor's optics widened with fear. "That's no satellite," He started.
"That's a Triceraton Mine!" Zog exclaimed, recognizing the device. "It must've crashed here not long before we did!"
The whole group stepped away from it in freight, a few of them even screamed. "If we could somehow deactivate it, we can use the Irellium to fix our ship, right?" Olly asked as the four aliens came down.
"We could. The Irellium inside the mine should suffice." Zog confirmed. "It even holds a dark matter regulator." He added.
"This is perfect for us." Fugitoid said.
"Then we better hurry." Vee said while looking at her stats. "We're getting short on power and-" She trailed off as they heard growling. "Oh no. Not them again." She muttered as they saw more Ice Dragons around them as they armed themselves.
"This is troublesome." Naomi said before the Ice Dragon started moving aside, "Wait, what are they doing?"
Then a much larger ice dragon appeared, with curved forward-facing horns, wings like spikes, and a mace tail, "Who's that?" Mikey whimpered in fright.
"Their Queen," Sal said grimly as the Ice Dragon Queen roared at them as her children surrounded them.
"There are too many to fight! And we won't stand a chance against the Queen!" Fugitoid called out.
"Olly, what do we do?" Ames asked.
"Follow my lead." Olly said with a fierce look.
A few moments later the Group ran down the mountain with Zog, Fugitoid Sal, Mona, Raph and Jenny carrying the Mine, "RUN AWAY!" Olly screamed as they all ran as fast as they could while the Ice Dragons started firing at them with the Ice Dragon Queen behind them.
"Run!? That's the plan?!" Raph questioned Olly in disbelief.
"We don't have enough power for air or heat to hold a long battle, Raph!" Olly exclaimed. "We just have to race back to the ship and try to lose these guys!"
"Emphasis on try!" Keno stated.
Donnie screamed, as several Ice Dragons were about to close in on them, but he ran through an ice wall that shattered them but the Queen broke through it, "Come on, guys! Hustle!" Jenny called.
But then they all started sliding down the mountain as they used their weapons to slice as many Ice Dragons while the Queen kept following them. "The ship is just up ahead!" Tal exclaimed as they saw the ship ahead of them. "Hurry!"
Mikey and Ames kept running as the Ice Dragons breathed their ice fire at their butts while Casey watches as he laughed in amusement before he felt a blast on his butt. He then turned and activated his hover skates, "Aw yeah! Hover skates in full effect, yo!" He declared, launching some of his Photon pucks at the Ice Dragons shattering them.
Alopex looked behind her and saw the Ice Dragon Queen picking up speed, "The Queen is gaining on us!" She told the others.
Olly then stopped as he turned and glared at the Queen. "Okay, I had enough of this!" He said with a serious tone. "Casey, give me all your proton pucks! These things maybe called dragons, but they can't fly!"
This got Tal and Donnie's attention. "He's right! They can't! Do it, Jones!" Donnie called.
"Give Olly your photon pucks!" Tal exclaimed.
Casey then pulled out all his pucks and handed them to Olly, as the Green-Clad Turtle planted them in a crevice infront of them, "Awesome idea, Olly!" Casey complimented as he, Donnie and Tal held off the Ice Dragons as the Queen got closer.
"Now move your butts, you morons!" Olly ordered as the three ran away from him as he focused his Hamato Ninpō as his axe was covered in green flames, "Queen of the Ice Dragons, feel the Fire of the Dragon King!" He shouted before launching the wave of fire at the photon pucks, setting them off as their combined power, blew up the ledge and caused it to fall apart as Olly was knocked back and the Ice Dragons fell into the deep chasm below while the Queen clawed at the edge, trying to climb back up but failed as she fell roaring into the darkness.
The others were relieved by it while Sal and Mona were shocked by what they witnessed. "Remarkable." Sal said in awe.
"You truly are incredible warriors," Mona complimented to Raph and Jenny.
"We have our moments, Sweetheart," Raph shrugged with a grin.
But then, Olly dropped his axe and fell to his knees before he groaned and collapsed onto the ground. "Olivier!" Naomi called as she rushed to him in concern. "Are you all-" She trailed off when she saw his stats that his heat and air supplies are nearly depleted. "Oh, no! Olly is out of oxygen!" She exclaimed in worry.
Leo then felt weak, "He's…not…the only…one," He breathed out, looking ready to collapse.
"Leo!" Vee called as she felt weak as well as they all walked slowly to the ship and leaned to the side.
"They're nearly out." Zog said with a serious tone. "Professor, we must get the ship back online now!" He yelled urgently.
"Stop pressuring me, man!" Fugitoid said as the two of them worked to defuse the mine.
Vee leaned close to Leo as Amoly and Mikey collapsed next to them, "L-Leo…I…" Vee moaned weakly, reaching to Leo as he held her hand.
"I know Vee…I do too…" Leo said with a tired smile which Vee returned before they lost consciousness.
"You were the best…party girlfriend…a turtle could ask for Ames," Mikey breathed out, looking at Ames.
"You too… Mikey. That's… sweet." Ames said before she and Mikey lost consciousness.
Once they got the mine defused, Fugitoid sawed the coating off, "There it is, the Dark Matter Regulator," Fugitoid said.
"Quickly, there's not a moment to spare," Zog said, as he carefully worked to remove the regulator.
Casey then saw he was almost at zero, "Oh no, this it guys, the big freeze! We're not gonna make it guys! We're not aliens or mutants!" He said in panic to the human teens.
"Warm blooded or not, we're in trouble." Keno said while clutching his head.
"How's it going there, you two?!" Robyn asked Zog and Fugitoid.
"Almost there! Just need a few more nextons!" Zog called as he and the Fugitoid almost got it.
"Rokka-Rokka…" Sal moaned as he fell on his back.
"G'Throkka!" Mona cried out as she rushed to him and kneeled over him, "Hold on, my lo…" Mona couldn't finished as she fell unconscious over him.
Raph then fell to his hands and knees as Jenny collapsed next to him, "Raph, I don't know…if I ever said it…but if this is it…I want you to know…I love you," Jenny said with a warm yet weak smile.
"I know. I… feel the same way." Raph said as he and Jenny leaned closed before they passed out.
"Faster, Honeycutt. No time. No time." Fugitoid said anxiously as he and Zog placed the regulator in.
"Just a quick installment…" Zog muttered.
Tal was nearly out of oxygen as she fell into Donnie's arms, "D…Donnie?" Tal moaned.
"You've always been there to hold me up, Tal…even if the last thing I do, I want freeze know…I froze keeping the smartest, most beautiful turtle I ever met," Donnie told her with a tired smile.
Tal gave a weak smile as she and Donnie fell to the ground while holding each other. Which got Zog and Fugitoid's attention. "Oh, dear. Oh, dear!" Fugitoid cried out in panic.
"Hurry! Hurry!" Zog said anxiously as they worked faster.
"This is it red, I guess…I should've added dying with you…married as the greatest superheroes ever," Casey moaned to April before wincing and looking away, "Aw man, totally botching my final moment line…cracking jokes was all I was ever good at since we met, huh?" He asked as April smiled at him.
"You were perfect, Jones," April assured him as the two smiled and shared one last fistbump before falling to the ground.
Keno groaned as he started leaning back as Alopex caught him. "Keno!" She called as she felt dizzy herself as she leaned Keno to the side of the ship as she sat next to him. "Always thought…I would go out… fighting my brother… but this… this is… never in years." Alopex moaned while panting.
"Heh…guess that's what makes life such a thrill…never knowing what's gonna come next," Keno said weakly.
Alopex gave a weak chuckle. "I… suppose that's true." She said as she then wrapped her tail over Keno and herself to keep some warmth. "At least… we tried… together."
"Yeah. We did…" Keno moaned as he and Alopex fainted.
Naomi leaned close to Olly who was unconscious and smiled, caressing his helmet, "My dear Olivier…I'll be with you…very soon," She said before leaning close to him and falling unconscious.
Miwa and Robyn were the only ones left as they leaned against the deactivated mine, "Robyn…if this is it…I need you to know that I…" Miwa tried to say.
"Miwa, believe me…I know…" Robyn said as she placed an arm over Miwa's shoulders. "Turns out…I'm into girls too…" She said, which surprised Miwa before she gave a weak smile as they fainted together.
"...Wa?…Miwa? Miwa?" Robyn called as Miwa weakly opened her eyes and saw the blonde O'Neil girl over her.
Miwa groaned as Robyn helped her up to her feet. "Robyn? Guys?" She asked as she recomposed herself while rubbing her head.
"Oh, what happened?" Mikey asked as he came too while they turned and saw the others already up, the turtles each holding their respective lovers close.
"You guys okay?" April asked Sal and Mona while holding onto Casey.
"We are grateful," Sal said as he helped Mona stand. "Hopefully one day we can repay your kindness."
"Yes. One day." Mona said with a smile.
"Apparently, Zog and Fugitoid got the ship back online and quickly brought us in while also finding Sal and Mona's ship and took off before we turned into ice cubes." Keno said with a smile as he and Alopex are close to each other.
"That's about as close to death as I want it to be," Olly said as he and Naomi held onto each other.
"But let us agree to never do that again." Tal suggested, snuggling against Donnie.
"Agreed." They all said in unison.
"We better take our leave. Our troops will be awaiting for us." Mona stated.
"Hey, maybe if we meet again, let's keep our alliance intact." Olly said with a smile. "We do work well together."
"Indeed." Sal said with a nod. "One day, we will meet again." He said with a nod as he turned to Mona. "Y'Gythgba, let's move out. Rokka-Rokka."
"Yes, Commander." Mona said with a smile as she and Sal walked up to their ship.
With the Salamandrian fighter repaired; Sal Commander and Mona Lisa got back inside. They waved goodbye to their allies as they returned the gesture from the window as they took off into hyperspace.
"Now, after such an experience you battle weary heroes must be exhausted," Zog told the teens, "Please, take some time yourselves and recover, the professor and I will continue tracking the Mothership,"
"Sounds like a good idea." Donnie said. "The Triceratons are like a million of Astro miles ahead of us."
"But with a little luck, we'll catch up to them." Tal finished with a smile.
"So for now, we rest and wait for battle," Olly said as they all walked off. "Come on, team. Let's hit the hay." He said as they all left the bridge while Miwa and Robyn looked at each other with smiles.
Miwa and Robyn, sat in a room out of their armor and gear as they looked out to the infinity of space, "Beautiful isn't it?" Robyn asked with a smile.
"Yeah, it's almost breathtaking," Miwa said with a smile before she gave a nervous look before turning to Robyn. "Robyn, back on that ice planet, when we were about to… well, you know. How did you know about…?" She tried to ask.
"Well, for starters, you and my sister weren't that far to get out of earshot." Robyn said with a small smile. "Also, I caught you glancing at my butt up the mountain." She said a bit teasingly.
Miwa's eyes turned to white disks, her face turned pink while steam shot out of her ears like a kettle before she shook her head. "Oh! Uh, you saw that?" She asked nervously. "I thought you wouldn't notice."
"I could tell. I mean, many guys and some girls kept catching eyes on me." Robyn said with a smirk. "It's a wonder that Casey, Keno, or the other guys never took notice before they found their love."
The two laughed together before they calmed down and Miwa looked down, "So, you're okay with this?" Miwa asked.
"Well, how about we take it slow," Robyn said with a smile. "I mean, it is something new for both of us. And also, you do have a thing with teasing in the past."
"I guess that would be right," Miwa admitted before leaning close to Robyn with a soft smile, "But tell me, how do you want us to start?" She asked with an inviting grin.
"Well, we can have a little training together in the virtual room and maybe hang out, if that's okay with you." Robyn said with a grin herself, "But, as for right now, I think we both know,"
Miwa smirked as her skin turned into scales as she then wrapped her snake arms around Robyn and pulled her to her. "Oh, you bet." She said as she hissed and pulled Robyn in for a kiss, which she returned for a brief moment before they separated. "How's that?"
"Well, it's a start." Robyn said with a smile as the two moved close and enjoyed watching the view of space together, enjoying the moment of silence as they watched the stars and the cosmos.
Whoo, two chapters in one day. Not bad, not bad at all.
Looks like the alliance with Sal Commander and Mona Lisa went better than it did in the canon, though no RaphxMona moments since Raph is with Jenny. So Robyn and Miwa took their place.
Now before anyone starts throwing pitchforks and start defending the Leorai Ship, I just want to be clear that I've always had a respect for same gender relationships, and to me, Miwa has come off to me as Bisexually, liking both men and women and to me, Robyn seemed like a good option since Shinigami seemed more like a sister than anything else, I hope no one has any problem with this.
Also the Ice Dragon Queen was my little addition since the Ice Dragons seemed to act like Bee Drones.
A slight spoiler, while the next episode starts like it did in the next episode but the events after won't be happening, instead we'll be adding some more originality to the story.
