Disclaimer: I don't own Sword Art Online.
"Man!" Klein groaned. "I'm so jealous of you, Kirito!"
"You are?" Kirito exclaimed, surprised. "Really?"
"Abseloutly! You're one lucky guy, Kirito! I so wish I could be like you!"
The Black Swordsman raised an eyebrow. He was astonished that the older player he'd known since they'd first logged into Sword Art Online was envious of him.
"Well, don't feel that way, Klein," Kirito smiled as he swung his weapon through the air. "We all have our own skills that help us in battle. Mine happen to be with my sword. I'm sure you have a unique trait of your own that helps you-"
"I'm not jealous of you because of how good you are with that sword!" Klein interrupted. "I'm jealous because you have all the ladies after you!"
"Wha-" Kirito's jaw dropped, his eyes widening at what his male teammate was suggesting about you. "I beg your pardon?!"
"You're so lucky to have so many chicks swooning after you, Kirito." Klein sagged his shoulders. "I wish I could be a ladies' man like you!"
"You-" Kirito waves his hands dismissively. "You've got it wrong, Klein! I don't have all girls after me!"
"Yeah, right!" Klein scoffed. "You can't tell me you haven't noticed the ladies in our team have the hots for you!"
"They don't!" Kirito frowned as he thought over his relationships with the girls in their guild. "I mean, Liz and I are forever butting heads, Silica is like a little sister to me like Leafa is and Sinon and I are always trying to one-up each other."
"And Asuna?"
A warm smile crossed Kirito's face upon hearing Klein mention the one girl in their team who was special to him.
"Asuna's the only lady for me," he said dreamily. "There's not another girl like her in the real or virtual world. Nothing will ever come between the two of us. It'll be me and her forever."
"What did I tell you?!" Klein sulked. "You're lucky!"
"I told you, Klein, I am not a ladies' man!" Kirito insisted. "I would never be with any other girl when Asuna's my wife!"
"Exactly; you're lucky to have a loving wife!" Klein whined. "I can't find any girl to call my beloved wife! Not in the real world or virtual world!"
As Klein lowered his head, Kirito smiled. He knew all too well that his Klein was longing to have a special someone of his own. He was certain that there was a lady out there who would like the girl-crazy boy just for being his quirky self.
"One day you'll meet a girl for you, Klein," Kirito said softly, patting his fellow male supportively on his shoulder. "One day, buddy…"
"Think you could help set me up with someone?" Klein perked his gaze up hopefully. "You're always happy to help others, Kirito!"
"Sorry, dude, I can't help you there!" Kirito placed his weapon inside its holder on his back. "As the Black Swordsman, I use a sword on people, not Cupid's bow and arrow!"
Klein pouted as he irritably pulled a face at Kirito.
"Can't see why all the ladies like you!" he muttered. "You suck, man!"
