Ah, okay XD I'm guessing your the one who asked about Tails too? I'll try and do that too.
Knuckles Character Development Episode-Knuckles has had a bad ego problem, feeling that strength and muscle alone can get things done, he tries to prove it in any way he can, even with playful banter on the battle field. However, Eggman creates a Robot that can withstand hard hits and endure for long periods of time. Not being able to accept help or defeat, Knuckles keeps fighting the robot. Tails trumps the robot with his know-how, seeing the technical error in it's designs, and sending a electrical shock too powerful for the robot to manage as it literally gets electrocuted and destroyed. but that's not the only thing destroyed, so is Knuckles's pride. Feeling that he may have a weakness (A harsh truth for him to face) he tries to become an apprentice to Tails. However, his brute strength, and large stature, causes problems for Tails as Knuckles is naturally 'dim-witted'(I say this lightly, but it's true :( ) and well, clumsy. Not able to even hammer a single nail into wood without it going crooked or something. (Nails have to be hammered in precisely downward and straight, otherwise the nail won't do it's job or it will be bent and not go fully in) losing his temper, he runs out on everyone, thinking he's useless if he doesn't just have his pure strength. Amy comes out and runs after him, sitting down and comforting him, telling him it's "The strength of your heart that makes you a hero, and makes you our friend. What you do best, is doing the right thing, and facing your weaknesses, learning from mistakes, and trying to be better can only help you gain even more strength." This speaks worlds to him, as Sonic and Tails both back Amy up on it, "We can be your other strengths, if you let us, that is." Sonic says with a wink. Knuckles comes out of his depression and starts battling again. Well, Eggman brings out yet another robot, and this time, Knuckles figures out that with the help of everyone's strengths, he can overcome anything. Because his friends, are his true strength.
Tails's Character Development Episode- Tails is getting a mysterious rival that keeps coming up in his messages and challenging him to a game of wits. Convinced that this is a prank, Tails takes it on. The mysterious player known as ? or as Tails calls him, 'the triple what?' pulls him into a battle of utter survival, as every turn Tails takes, according to the messages and where they tell him to go, leads to a life-threatening trap. After getting through most of them, Tails begins to wonder what he's gotten himself into, before finally, ? reveals himself as Tails's number one fan. Tails has never had a fan before, he's always been a fan of Sonic to be honest, and so he feels a little flattered, before realizing this kid is trying to kill him. "I want everything you have! Sonic as my best friend, a workshop, fighting bad guys!" "Well, gee… I guess you can. I mean, it will take some time but-" "No, no. You misunderstand, I'm here to replace you. you've gotten outdated, and as your number one fan, I plan to honorably defeat you and take my rightful place as the teams 'next and better friend, who is all around more smarter, than Tails was'." "What?! Your insane!" "Nope! I'm a genius! WHAHAHAHA!" "…I'm thinking you should be more of Eggman's fan than mine…" "Silence!" the boy pushes up his rather overly sized glasses and sits down to play a game of chess. The problem is, this game is rigged by his rules to win, and Tails has no other option but to face defeat. After losing the game, ? tries to take Tails's place, as Tails leaves, as per the duel requirements of the loser. Thinking all is lost, he is on the verge of crying, thinking he has lost everything, before he realizes something. "I've played by someone else's rules for to long! It's time I make my own rules and play my own games!" He comes back to the hub, as ? has already tried to weasel himself into Tails's position in the team, and the team not having it, as Tails declares he wants to try one more game. "The rules are simple, whoever Sonic, Amy, and Knuckles deem the winner, is therefore the winner. The winner than gets Sonic, Amy , and Knuckles as their friends." He states. "What? But then how do I win?" "You don't." "What!? but there must be a way to play!?" the boy shockingly says in his annoying geekish voice. Tails folds his arms, "Friends can't be won through a game. You have to earn them." The team smiles to one another, and walk over to Tails. "Gee, it looks like I'm the winner." "B-but…!" "Go find your own life! Stop trying to steal the life I've worked hard to create for myself! Or the friends I've made through building trust and love for one another. I'm done letting people walk all over me!" And with that, Sonic and the gang throw the kid out of the house, and welcome Tails back into their home.
