I've seen some pictures of what you're saying, so I shouldn't say 'no idea' but I'm confused. The first ancients? The ones that sealed Lyric? Didn't Sonic and Tails do that? (Sonic Boom Game)
I need to read that comic or whatnot, and I need to know what 'first ancient' REALLY means, so if someone could describe that I'd be happy to try and make something of it :3
From what little I know, I'll do a little ditty.
I'm gonna write this as if it's a comic strip, k? :D
Ancient Amy (Since I don't know her real name xD) stood looking out a window at her world, seeming troubled as her hoody shielded the camera from her eyes.
"…What troubles you?" Ancient Sonic walked up, his hoody also blocking his eyes as he faced away from the camera, his arm out to her though, in a questioning gesture as the camera was now slightly above the two.
"I was just thinking about our world…" she looked back down to the world below, "It's covered in the most beautiful nature, and laid with the foundations of peace and order… I can't understand why anyone would want to destroy it." she placed a hand up on the window, as Ancient Sonic looked to her again.
"You know I would do anything to protect it. Don't you?" he questioned her.
"Of course, but it's not just you." She turns back to him, as the camera is now up close to her face, still in shadows from the muzzle up, as her eyes narrow to a determined glare. "So would I."
He lowered his head, and before smiling and looking back up at her, "These may be troubling times, my friend, but you should smile. Lyric is trapped. He can no longer threaten these lands."
"Until the day he breaks free." she turned away, her fist shaking at her sides, as Ancient Sonic looked surprised that she still held so much anger and worry, even after he tried to comfort her. "By then, we shall have faded away with time, and the world will not know the severity of his power… they will be like children, fighting an unknown and wickedly wise destroyer."
He stared a minute, "…" then he placed his hand on her shoulder, "Please, I hate to see you this way. Can we not find some happiness in that the world will be safe for now? We've left the warning and blueprints for the future generations to know of Lyric's power. For now… My friend, let us smile." He took her hand and walked down the hallway, pulling her gently along as she weakly smiled, not able to stay so forlorned with him around.
"Come! I hear there's a celebration going on! Let's forget about work for a moment and enjoy ourselves!"
"You haven't changed one bit, dear friend."
(Aww, now I really do want to learn more about the ancients XD)
