My friend really liked Sly and Carmelita. I told her about my otp on my mission, while I couldn't submit it at the time, I'be been looking back over my emails I sent out and found it w hope you enjoy~ (for time purposes on my mission, I had to speed things up, so no cool action sequences, sorry! ;n;)
Response:
Sly was floored, not only was he bested, but by none other than Carmelita Fox. He knew he was heading for a trap, but that doesn't mean he'd fall INTO it! being a little less cautious, and having his ear get yacked off by Bentley's complaining and screaming about following the plan, he went his own way and fell for Carmelita's plans instead.
"Wow, well done." he stated, trapped in a celled cage that fell directly above him moments before. "I didn't think you'd really lie to me and be so sneaky." he tipped his hat, "Looks like I taught you well."
"Shut up, Cooper. You should of known I don't flaunt myself that easily." she put a hand to her hip, having lured him by acting as though she was flirting, and trapped him in that cage. "Now, it's a bigger cell for you, Cooper. You're under arrest!"
"My heart's already locked by your key, Carmelita. But I really don't have time to stay and chat." he had his arms folded, but quickly jumped after his statement to hit the top of the cell wall, having the big metal chain from the top get shaken off it's hook, and the chain falling, dented the top.
"W-what!?" she exclaimed, and raced to make sure he didn't bust out the top. "What are you trying to pull, Cooper!?"
As she got close, her gun in her hand, he looped her with his hook like staff and pulled her up against the bars, "I knew you wouldn't stray too far away, Camelita." he pulled her away and waved the keys in his hands, having swiped them, and broke himself out!
"Cooper!" She was infuriated now, blushing.
She chased after him before Octo-Popo swiped a tentacle at her, and she was lifted far into the air. "Ahh! Hey! P-put me down!" her legs shook above them, as Sly turned around.
"Carmelita!"
"Say, Fox! Hehe, you don't mind if I use your gun, do you?" he shook her in the air, causing her head to roll in dizziness as her gun popped out of it's sheath, and he grasped it in another octopus arm, and held it to Sly. "You really thought I'd let the po-po or even YOU mess up my thwarting?! Not a chance!"
"I see it messed up more than your ego." he joked, and dashed to dodge another octo-arm.
(Fight scene within the game. -Sly usually fights other huge criminals. Their the true villains in the game. You steal from them and run from the police. ;) )
Sly walks over to Carmelita, laying down the key near her face and by her hand, as he had successfully trapped the mob boss, Octo-Popo in his place.
The huge octopus squirmed in the jail cell, "L-…let me out! Let me out! I can't go back, I can't go back..! M-mommy!"
"Justice always gets her man… Well, a man at least." Sly teased, and looked down to Carmelita. "Maybe next time…" he looked gently to her, before dashing off.
The police walkie-talkie started to blitz on. "Bzzt… CarmBZZT… Carmelita!? Is that you? We received coordination to your location, did you send them in? Carmelita? Hey! Alright boys, just go in! I'm sure she's got him! Bzzt."
Sly hopped to the window and winked to the camera, before dashing away, and the scene zooming in on a circle in darkness to end the cutscene.
