(I couldn't find any real crossover art, but I did find Sly Cooper and Carmelita in Sonic Style, so that's pretty cute :3)
So… obviously, I'm taking Sonic and co. into the world of Sly Cooper, just so this makes sense to you XD

The names Sonic, Sonic The Hedgehog! (Sonic swings down onto the screen, catching himself in a crouch down position as he lands and holding a cane with a 'S' style gold top on it.) [CAPTION READS: Cocky, Adventurer, Handsomely devilish Thief] I'm a descendant of the Thievius Hedgehogicus, an elite band of Heroic thieves, and by that I mean my family specializes in stealing from other thieves or wick no-good doers.
My team and I, Tails, the brains of all of our operations, down to even the tiniest little details. (Tails is behind a computer screen, his glasses block out his eyes so you can't see them, and he tilts them happily towards the camera, smiling as the screen turns to a comic book page style.) [CAPTION READS: Computer wizard, chess master, expert engineer, inventor extraordinarie) This genius can hack into anything, and solve any problem no normal person could even calculate. He's fast, cunning, and great on horseback. Oh wait, are we still talking about Tails? Sorry, I just felt I left my description a little modest. Ehem, Anyway~
Then there's Knuckles, the obvious brawn and tough lug we all know and love. ( Knuckles pounds through a brick building's wall, purely with his own power alone, as he then flexes his muscles at the screen after a powerful roar of might. He is also wearing a wrestlers mask and arm-wear.) [CAPTION READS: Unstoppable force of nature, food lover, can lift; bruh, destruction enthusiast, soft-hearted big boy.] He's been known to have a thing for justice, and eating… more than regularly… He's also been known to fight like 12 men, plus their mothers. He's one heck of a force to mess with.
Together, we're Team Sonic! A band of 'not so good' doers who love to get the job done and have fun! We may swindle from the best of them, but that doesn't mean we're not the closest of friends, and the nicest of guys.

To be honest, it was a typical Tuesday morning. (Sonic is swinging from something, before the camera zooms out to show him hanging from a rope, as Eggman's robots lay sparking down below, beaten up and trashed, and leaning against the other while sitting on the ground.) Me and the gang we're foiling another one of the infamous Dr. Eggman's Egg-tasic doomsday plans, and let me tell ya…
(Eggman screaming from a distance at Sonic as he holds his beret hat and climbs into the X-Tornado, holding Eggman's precious artifact in his hands, showing it off that he stole it from right under his big hairy nose.) He was not to happy about it. But I often wondered when I'd ever pull off a REAL heist. Something to really challenge my expertise.
Then, Tails located a Crystal that old Lyric was so high-strung about, being displayed in the Village's museum this afternoon. And who should appear on camera than the beautiful Amy Rose. Though, our relationship was… eh, quite complicated and hazardous to say the least, this hammer wielding hedgemaiden had been tailing me since who knows how long. I always figured it was because I was a cute catch, but it seems she's mostly bent on throwing me in jail. Aw~ Ladies. They never do like them 'wild and free', do they? Or maybe it's the whole 'opps, I lied about having amnesia! Surprise! Still a crook!' deal.
Seeing she was in charge of head of security, I knew this was the heist I've been looking for!
With Tails getting me to take him pretty pictures of the scenery before the night, -HA! I lied, I was totally taking pictures of the best routes into the museum!- Knuckles got us all some donuts and we were on our way! (Sonic in desigues as a french photographer, before running with Knuckles away from an angry beaver cook as they had a bunch of donuts boxes in their hands.
-shift to gameplay art-style, less comic booky-
"Sonic? Can you read me, Sonic?" Tails's face flickered on as the scene shifted to Sonic looking through some binoculars that were also his communications to Tails.
He wore a black mask band over his eyes, and was positioned on a pillar, "Loud and clear, buddy! What's my first move? Besides the old- 'Freeze? But how can I when my heart melts at the very sight of you?' comeback?"
"If your talking about Amy, then I'd stick with your default setting." Tails teased, but didn't look all that amused.
"Got'cha. The old smolder works like a charm too. Silent… but effective."
"I'm really glad you didn't say 'deadly'. Even if that happens to be the result of any of your 'moves' towards Amy. Anyway, there's an old hatch to the back of the building I think you can unlock and slide into the museum with. But it's on one of the guards patrolling the place. I need you, Sonic, to get that key and open that hatch!"
"A hatch with a lock? These people make a fuss over nothing." Sonic shook his head.
"Unless of course, their worried about a certain blue hedgehog." Tails folded his arms, smiling.
"What? But I hear there's only one of those awesomely rare, super cool hedgehogs in the world! With a strange likeness to myself, so I've heard."
"Really? I've heard him to be rather annoying and rash!" Tails glared back at the screen.
"Him? Tails, let's not basis. For all we know, it could be a woman."
"Ugh." Tails shook his head, completely done with Sonic's antics for one day. "Just complete the objective."
"You did go over this with your slides earlier, Tails. I've got this!"
"Really? I often feel the need to repeat myself as your often ASLEEP during my presentations."
"What?! Me? Never, Tails-zzzz…." He faked falling asleep before turning the communication off.
-back to Sonic's thoughts and comic book style-
After successfully getting inside and snagging the crystal (The crystal shines as camera shows Sonic putting it in a satchel bag.) Amy crashed the door open and held her hammer out at me.
-back to regular game-quality/animation)
"Freeze, Blue tail!" She cried out, but more like snarled out, as she looked pretty ticked at seeing my lovely mug again.
"Ah, if it isn't the charming Amy Rose. Tell me, would any other Rose be as welcoming as thee?" he turns around and holds his arms out, turning his head as he has a sly expression on his face.
"Save it, Hedgehog. You're coming with me." she flashes her hand-cuffs, letting one of them drop as it shines in the light.
Sonic whistles. "You'll have to buy me a drink first." he grins.
"Oh, I assure you. There's plenty of sewer water for a RAT like you in prison!" She holds her hammer back up in front of him.
"Come on, Amy. Drop the desperate act already." he leans against the crystal's glass podium he just broke into, "Just admit it. You missed me." his eyelids dropped as if he could see right through her.
"Hardly. I'm actually seeing someone else now." Amy tosses her head flirtatiously back, as Sonic drops a level as his leg moves back, before scrambling to get himself upright again.
"D-d-da-dating!? Dating who!?"
"It's WHOM." she slyly spits back, as he shows her an unapproving pout back, narrowing his eyes. "And he's quite the man. Full of honor and dignity… unlike you, common thief!"
"Woah, first, not common. A RARITY, that you SO want back. And secondly…. Dexter?" he questions her, as she rolls her eyes. "…Shadow?" he flinches, cringing at the very thought, as she stares blankly at him like, 'really? that's your next guess.'. "Well, it's definitely not Fastidious-"
She scoffs.
"Oh my chaos, please, no-!"
"It's not Fastidious beaver!" Amy stomps her foot down, as Sonic breathes a breath of fresh air, sighing in relief.
"Oh thank goodness."
"It's Justice! And I'm about to make sure he teaches you a hard lesson!" She rushes at him as he skillfully dodges her attack, though she destroys the podium.
"Ah-ah, my sweet!" Sonic moves behind her and loops a hand over her waist, making her move her hands up in shock and blush.
"W-what do you think y-you're doing, Hedgehog!?"
"Ohh… just reminding you of the good old days…" he skillfully takes hold of the handcuffs…
"What are you talking abo-!"
Turning her head back to him and kissing her from behind, Amy hears a 'Click!' as Sonic winks and dashes off after Knuckles crashes through the room.
"Ah!" Amy sees her hand cuffed down to the bar of the 'safety barrier' around the podium. "SOOONNNICC!" she cries out.
"Boom! THE KNUCKLES is here to crash, smash, and reign down sweet, beautiful, just destruction upon all who dare to mock the glory of my righteous beatdown!" Knuckles flexes and shows off his power as Sonic pats his shoulder, jumping over the hole in the wall's loose bricks and smiling.
"Come on, big guy. Knowing Amy, she's probably already called for backup. Best to skedaddle!"
"Oh, The Knuckles can skedaddle any day, any way! It's one of my favorite things! … besides punching stuff, that is." Knuckles runs after him as Amy grinds her teeth together.
"This is the last time I'll stall with witty comebacks!" she knew she was lying…
(AWWWW, I LOVE THIS SO MUCH~ I kinda wrote them as Sly and the gang, but tried to keep a little bit of there personalities true. I just couldn't resist making the lines sound like Sly and the gang! XDDD haha! -that kiss is a reference to Sly Cooper, btw. It doesn't reflect Sonic, lol.-)

-skip introductions and get to the chase!-
Amy is racing along the rooftops after Sonic, who has stolen some priceless paperwork from the Mayor's office, that will allow him to disguise himself as the mayor, and get into a top-secret storage facility that houses rare artifacts with magical properties.
-I didn't mean to the LITERAL chase!-
Well, be more specific.
"I've got you now, blue tail!" Amy jumps up to a phone-line's wires and scales down using her hammer before hitting Sonic off the roof. They both tumble down, hitting lower roofs and finally a market blanket roof before falling through it into some fruit that gets squished below them.
"Woah! Looks like your crazy stunts 'bore fruit', my dear officer." Sonic rolled out of the cart, and slowly backed away as Amy tried to get up, but couldn't. Seeing him snickering at her flailing around in fruit juice, she gritted her teeth together and shot her hammer out to his leg, tripping him and pulling him back into the cart.
"You're not getting away that easily! Not after getting my favorite dress all ruined!"
As they wrestled to get the upper hand on the other, Sonic continued to speak playful banter with her. "Whatever you wear can never be ruined, so long as your 'tightly' in them." Amy growled, and shoved his head down into some oranges. "Maybe that came out weird." he admitted, head still slammed up against the squished orange. "Ow, ow, acid in my eye! Acid in my eye!"
"Well, you know what they say." she pulled out her handcuffs, now having him pinned down and her knee on his back to keep him there, using her other hand to hold his hands behind his back. "Love can be toxic."
"Sorry to jump in on your date, Sonic!" suddenly, a robotic arm pulled Amy off of Sonic.
"H-hey!" she flailed in the air as Sonic got up, wiping his eyes and overjoyed to see Tails in his wheelchair. "Hey, there you are little buddy! What took you so long?"
"Oh, you know. I felt awkward, being the third wheel and all." he wheeled himself back and forth, as if mocking his own disability, gesturing to himself.
Sonic was helped up by another robotic arm as Amy continued to struggle. "This isn't the end, Hedgehog! I won't let you get away with this!"
Sonic awkwardly smiled, seeing as she looked pretty ticked, but liked having the 'upper hand' on her and after being helped up, he walked over to her. "There, there, Amy… they'res plenty of time for round two of our food fight. But maybe next time, you'll call me first." he tilted his head as he said that.
"Oh, but I know how you just LOOOVEE surprises, Sonic… Boys! Get him! And get me out of here!" Amy cried out, as multiple police helicopters and cars suddenly pulled out on the markets street.
"Shoot!" Sonic ran to the Plane, as Tails tied Amy up to the post of one of the fruit stands legs and hurriedly wheeled off to help Sonic.
Knuckles was at the wheel, "Hey, Sonic. I told him not to disturb you, but he said I was being ridiculous. Can you believe that? THE KNUCKLES knows a thing or two about love, and a lot more about smashing, but even I could tell you two were having fun in your own 'garden of eden' back there."
"More like garden of fruit salad. I really wish she would just woman up and ask me on a real date, already." Sonic laid back in his seat and tipped his beret over his eyes, having his hands behind his back and one leg over the other. "Poor girl, is probably wishing I paid the check too."
The anger store owner was shouting at Amy, as Sonic looked down and felt a little bad. "This ones on me, Amy…" he threw down a bag of loose change they always had under the seat, as Amy looked to the fallen bag of coins and then up, glaring at Sonic.
"HEEEDDGGGEHOOOGGG!" she shook her fist in the air at him, as he twiddled his fingers and sighed.
"A garden of roses and oranges… What more could a man ask for?"
"How about a plan that isn't taken for granted next time." Tails mumbled out, frustrated by Sonic's actions. "You really stress me out sometimes, you know that?"
"I'd say it was still 'fruitful' don't you agree?" Sonic held up the papers, as the boys smiled and nodded. "Off to the factory, boys!"
It was 'fruitful' in more ways than one… as Amy picked up the money bag, and smiled warmly at it, and then tossed it to the shop owner, placing her hand on her hip that slightly stuck out in a feminine way. "Sorry about your shop. I'm sure this will more or less handle the expenses."
"Yeah, well… just catch that darn thief! Then I'll be truly grateful!" the old shop owner shook her hand out at Amy, and turned around, being an old woman.
"…Oh don't worry." Amy turned with a sly look on her face, smirking to the skies, and scanning them as she saw her helicopters pursuing the band of misfits. "He's mine." she grinned, and raced up the wall to jump on a nearby rooftop to jump again into a moving helicopter that scooped her up as she followed with the wind in her hair… ready for an early 'round two'.
