The next morning, Lancex woke up and then smiled. Being sandwiched between Predaking and Optimus had become a welcome and warming sight each morning. He wanted more of this, more time and mornings just like this. With that thought in mind, Lancex thought about asking his friends if they would allow him to sparkbond with Optimus and Predaking, and thus form a union with the two. After all, Lancex loved both Optimus and Predaking and wanted to be with them.
Seeing that the other two were still recharging, Lancex planted a searing hot kiss on Optimus, waking the bot up instantly. Optimus returned the intensity of the kiss, causing Lancex to moan into it. Once that kiss broke, it was time to rouse Predaking, who was not as easy to rouse. Still, Lancex planted another hot kiss on the bot, and soon enough Predaking was up from recharge. And after they all got ready, they headed out.
Soon enough, they reached the kitchen area. Optimus tried to help Lancex make breakfast, but considering Optimus burnt the toast, Lancex chased the bot out of the kitchen and prepared meal himself. He would later teach Optimus to help out. They had places to be today or he would have done it today. Optimus knew Lancex wasn't being mean and would help later, still it did make him feel a bit embarrassed to burn toast. Predaking didn't laugh, as he likely would have done the same thing or maybe worse.
After a good breakfast made by Lancex, with left overs left for Bee and his mates, Lancex, Optimus, and Predaking headed out. The trio was heading for Hammerhead today, and so, they took Lancex's car and made their way there. It wasn't as exciting as a drive as when they headed for the festival, but they still enjoyed it and the scenery. They soon were at their destination.
And upon arrival at Hammerhead, Lancex and the others see some familiar faces – Cid, Cor, and Gladiolus. Lancex smiled at seeing his friends, but then remembered that he really needed to speak with them regarding a highly important matter. So, seeing that he needed to speak his friends alone, Lancex kindly requested that Optimus and Predaking drive his car home. Predaking was going to refused, but when Optimus sensed that Lancex needed personal time, Optimus grabbed the dragon bot and hauled him into the car and headed off. Lancex would have to thank Optimus for that save later.
