Chapter Six: The Final Cut

I wish that I had died. I wasn't sure if I wished that because of the pain I was in or if I... no it was the pain. Every time I moved, it hurt like hell. I don't know how long I have been awake now. It was quiet then before; the loud music was turned off.

Letting my vision clear and the pain subside. I sit up, while screaming out in pain. I was stumbling towards the fridge for support, when something caught my eye. Looking up, I noticed my cousin, hanging dead, from the doggy door from the garage.

My knees wanted to collapse on me. If I did that now, I wouldn't get back up again. As this sight hurt me, I had to keep pushing, keep moving forward. I had to warn everyone, that the killer was here. I'm surprised that I hadn't been found yet.

Not before long, I was hearing someone screaming.

"HELP ME!" Someone shouted.

Pushing myself harder, I stumble out to the boat. Seeing the face of the screaming person, it was Sidney.

"Sid!" I shout.

She looks over to me, her face panicked and shocked.

"Tiffany, oh my god. I didn't see you in there before. Are you alright?" She asks, helping me keep on my feet.

"Not exactly," I groan, starting to taste blood in my mouth. "Where's everyone else?"

"I'm not sure. The killer here's, he killed Billy. I've been running away from him this whole time." She explains as we make our way to the front porch. My eyes land on Dewey. No, not him too.

"Ahhh, ahh," I said in agony, as I slid against the post. "Sorry. I... Billy's dead?"

"Yeah."

"Where's Randy and Stu?" I asked, worried for my best friend and boyfriend.

"I'm not sure. Let's get inside, the killer is still out here."

As she helped me up again, I screamed out in pain. We were just stepping over Dewey's body when two familiar voices catch our ears.

"SIDNEY! Tiffany! Jesus, we got to get the fuck out of here." Randy yells, as he walks over to us limping.

"Randy?!" I was a little surprised, but happy to see him alive.

"Stop, right there!" Sidney says.

Sidney gets the gun from Dewey's belt. She points it at Randy.

"Sid!"

"Don't shoot, It's me. I found Tatum she's dead. I think Stu did it!"

My breath hitched in my throat. Then it clicked, I remember seeing Stu in the garage after the killer stabbed the second time. He left me to die.

"Don't listen to him Sidney!" Stu shouts, suddenly appearing from the right side of the house.

"Stay back!" She tells them, still pointing the gun threatening towards them.

"Stu?" I had mixed feelings of seeing him. I didn't know how to feel.

"Stu did it!" Randy accuses Stu.

"He killed Billy. He killed Tatum. You did it." Stu accuses Randy.

"No, I didn't, you lie."

"Tiffany, baby, please tell her to give me that gun. Give me that gun. Christ man." Stu pleads towards me.

I didn't know what to do, or who to believe. Sidney had me inside the house now, she was covering me, still holding the gun.

"No, he did it, Sid. He did it. He did it Sidney. Please, I didn't do it, He did it Sidney. Please Sidney. NO!" Randy was begging at this point.

"FUCK YOU BOTH!"

Sidney slams the door shut and locks it.

"No, no SIDNEY! Open the door he did it help me! He's going crazy Sidney."

"GO AWAY! Leave us alone."

I slid down against the wall in the hallway. I was starting to lose consciousness again.

"Sid?"

"Billy?"

I look up the stairs and was shocked to see Billy, hanging outside Stu's bedroom door frame.

"Oh B-B-Billy, are you okay? I thought you were dead." Sidney asks.

"I'm like a stuck pig but, I am alright. I'm okay." Billy says, having difficulty talking.

"You're bleeding. Oh my god."

"We got to get help."

"No, he's out there."

"Give me the gun. Give me the gun. It's okay."

I cough and groan out in pain.

"Tiffany?" I hear Billy question.

"Hey." I managed with a smile.

My vision is blurry, but I do see Sidney handing him the gun.

"Are you alright?" Billy asks.

"Never been better." I said, sarcastically.

I cough more, covering my mouth this time. Pulling my hand away, I noticed splatters of blood on it.

"Mmmm, that's not good."

"Careful." I hear Sid say.

I could hear the door being opened. I looked up and seen Randy running in.

"Please. Help me!" He shouts.

"Come in! Come in!" Billy urges him in.

Billy locks the door again.

"Stu's flipped out, he's gone mad!"

"Randy." I groan out, trying to get his attention.

"We all go a little mad sometimes." I hear Billy say.

I see Billy holding up the gun, pointing it at, Randy, who is distracted looking at me.

"No, no BILLY!"

"Randy, look out!" I shout at him.

"OH Fuck!" Randy yells.

Before he could react, Randy gets shot and flies backwards.

"Anthony Perkins, Psycho. Mmmm."

I crawl towards Randy. I could see that he was just shot in the shoulder and his chest rising. Thank God. I look over at Billy, giving him a death glare. I never would have suspected him to be the killer. Billy scratches his head with the gun and licks his fingers.

"Corn syrup. The same stuff they used as pig's blood in Carrie." He explains.

Sidney runs into the kitchen but ran into Stu in the process. I was so happy to see him and knew Randy was wrong about him.

"Stu." I said in relief.

"Help us, please." Sidney begs.

Something didn't look right, though. Stu was staring at me, but not the way he always stared at me. I couldn't see what was in his hand, as he puts it to his lips and his voice changed.

"Surprise, Sidney." He says through it.

"No." I managed above a whisper.

"No, ooh!" Sidney screams.

Stu throws the voice changer to Billy.

"Oh, Whoa! What's the matter Sidney? It looks like you've seen a ghost." Billy says, catching Sidney running into the kitchen.

Stu walks over to me, squatting down next to me. I never felt so afraid in front of him, until now.

"Why?"

"You weren't supposed to go in the garage, Tiff."

"You left me to die!"

"I had no other choice."

"You had all the choices. You could have helped me, and you could have walked away from all this. I would have never known. I loved you, Stu!"

"Exactly. I love you, Tiff,"

He smiles and pushes some of my hair behind my ear. I cringe at his touch.

"I'm doing this for you. After we're done in there, I'll take you to the hospital. This is the final cut, baby."

"Stu, don't do this. We can still leave. If this is about Billy..."

"This has NOTHING, to do with him. I want to do this."

"Stu!" Billy shouts for him.

Stu grabs my chin holding it up, he kisses me. I wanted to cringe and pull away. But I let him kiss me and I kissed him back. He walks swiftly, into the kitchen.

"Why are you doing this?" I hear Sidney ask.

"It's all part of the game, Sidney." Stu answers for her.

I wasn't sure what happened next. My vision was going in and out again. I was tasting more and more blood. My hearing was being muffled. I slowly laid my head down on Randy's chest. Falling back into unconsciousness, the last thing I heard, were Stu's screams. I hope Sidney, will be okay.
