One sunny morning in Japari park
Japari park has always had it rough. Originally a cutting edge zoo and nature preserve it became home to the Friends. A species of all female furries combining human and animal attributes. But after a massive explosion of sandstar from Mt. Japari the Celliens then came and the world was abandoned and over time forgotten. This event, known as the Kadokawa apocalypse. Left the land in ruins and the Friends struggling to survive as the machines that maintained the world have slowly fallen apart. The Celliens continue their attacks. And feral Friends called Beasts also wage war.
Three beings were walking across the savanna with bags full of supplies. Serval, who is a cheerful blonde cat girl with clothes that give the impression of Serval fur. Same with the more somber Caracal, who is serious and more capable than her ditzy companion. And final a human boy in blue called Kyururu. Who seems visibly annoyed and exhausted. "Are we there yet?" Kyururu complains to an annoyed Caracal who says. "No, for the millionth time, no. Now be quiet and stay in the grass. Celliens were spotted here." Kyururu just stops moving and sits on the ground which further aggravates Caracal. "Why aren't you walking? You Scrappy-Doo wannabe bitch!" "I want some juice, and some Japari buns, and a 70 inch widescreen plasma TV, and for you to strip naked." "FUCK! Serval where are you?!" The two notice that Serval has run off somewhere forcing Caracal to look for her and leaving the boy alone. "Stupid bitch, She should be grateful for sucking my bit, fat, human..." Before Kyururu could finish a space capsule crashed right on top of him. Crushing him like a bug, instantly killing him in a brutally gruesome manner.
Some time afterwards Caracal drags Serval back to the area where the capsule crashed and as they then looked around for Kyururu until Caracal notices that Kyururu is dead. Finding the human's bloodied and burnt up next to a puddle of gore and a severed arm. Causing Caracal to smile as Serval shows up next to them as the former tells the latter. "Serval... There is a god." The capsule's door then explodes. Flying off into the distance as three figures come out of the capsule freaking out both Friends. The three young men. One a somber blue haired kid with a mullet hairstyle complains about the trip the minute they leave. The second a cheerful child with brown hair and purple eyes tries to cheer up the bluenette only to fail. And the third one. An auburn haired youth rushes out and tries to light the grass on fire only to be stopped by the previous two via a haymaker. The trio shared the same uniform design. A body suit with armored boots and greaves alongside a life support pack in the back colored red, blue, and yellow respectively. Serval then pops out and begins to interact with the trio. "What kind of Friends are you?"
The trio responds with their names. The blue one called himself Kira Yamato, the red one Athrun Zala, and the yellow one Shinn Asuka. With Athrun adding. "We are Radiant ZAFT. And I guess that this place is the next stop in our vacation.
Chapter 2: Order 66
Six months have passed since the universe was returned to normal thanks to the actions of the Resistance. Still the scars of Spiral island remain. With many having died and coming back to life. After these events the IFS has began its oppressive crackdown in order to end any opposition to their rule. This has led to an attempt at an united separatist movement to either stop or secede from the IFS. It is the year Third history 8932. The three galaxies that were once united under the banner of liberation from evil have now become the oppressors. Civil war is threatening to tear worlds apart. And the belief that the empire will collapse is common.

Mar 3 t.h 8932: Above Mobius orbit
The burial fleet greets a VGM-1300 also know as the Bird of prey stealth cruiser. The ship is a crimson colored spaceship coming out of the war. Taking the form of a stylized bird of prey. With a curved and sleek appearance, invisibility, and it's wings having twin cannons and light arrow emitters. The ship enters the Devastator's flight deck. Landing in it as troops and officers gather around saluting as its ramp located in the bottom of the ship as more Guardsmen exit the ship before a heavily mechanized and very, very, fat human using four back mounted mechanical tentacles to move around with both of his legs removed into stumps. A left hand replaced by a three pronged claw. And a large breathing apparatus that connects all of the machines and serving as a mask as well alongside a pair of dark lensed goggles. His bald skinned is badly scarred and burnt too and after leaving the ship. Looks at both Mixer and Suzume who saluted their superior. Who replies. "Where's the food?" Mixx explains. "The spread is in the mess hall hair Admiral Nacht. We even have a view screen so you can see the slaughter without leaving your couch." The admiral laughed and then walked off. "Good! I love a show with my dinner!" With Suzume following suit and Mixx heading back to the bridge ordering that the fleet advance into battle position.

Zuckenberg entered the mess hall where he is met by a massive spread of very expensive food and drink. As he sits in an expensive dinosaur leather couch where he get served by a group of slaves. Both male and female who are almost naked except for the leather straps covering their private parts and having bomb collars placed on them. When one of the slaves, a black man with considerable musculature merely glares at Nacht the snaps his fingers. Electrocuting him to death in a slow and painful manner. He then orders his soldiers to prepare the corpse so he can eat it. Zuckenberg then continued to gorge himself with rare and expensive delicacies while everyone was forced to watch. Chugging down a large sake bowl full of Osterria caviar. Then devouring slabs of Kobe beef, Nile crocodile meat. A mix of Galapagos tortoise and leatherback sea turtle blended into a soup with carrots, broccoli, and human eyeballs. A whole Asian rhino with its horns grounded into a vitality drink designed to aid in sexual potency. Honey glazed Ewok. A Peking duck stuffed with black truffles. Bowls of Escamoles, which is a Mexican delicacy composed of ant larvae. Pureed and served with garlic. A towered wedding cake. Fugu sashimi, sushi, and nambemono. A turducken. Raw human hearts. Shark fin soup made of basa fish. And lots of expensive ale, expensive wine, and whiskey. Which he ate in fifteen minutes before leaving once more.
As the fleet descends the Infernal splits away and heads to station square with the Venomous heading to the kingdom of Acorn and the Mauler staying in orbit as they and the support craft both form a blockade and deploy their Waltzers and fighters. First off the Vortex interceptor, bomber, and gunner. Three bone white painted fighters with a distinct xenomorph style cockpit based of the Vortex aliens. With the VF-I46 interceptor having swept back wings with six missile tubes and a chin mounted tri cannon. It has poor drag and aerodynamics and must rely on it's waltzer cores to stay in the air. The VK-B 46 bomber is the widest one with another tri cannon, two large multi missile missile launchers that can carry a variety of munitions, and hard points on the wings for even more weaponry. And the VK-W46 gunner which has a more standard design, only to have an automated rotating blaster and a chin mounted Gatling gun not unlike the Warthog. Using its waltzer cores to strafe and hover as it fires off thousands of rounds per minute.
Followed by hordes of LWT-2000Y Necrom Geiz waltzers. The burial fleet personal waltzer forces. A slim and lightly armored black and crimson red mecha that outside of its armored chest plate and gauntlets appeared like a mechanical skeleton designed for superior speed and agility. Having a large dome shaped head with large wing like sides which hold both a pair of vulcans and a highly advanced sensor suite and scrambler. Arm mounted beam shields that can extend into a full on barrier. And several hidden compartments such as foot mounted anti-personnel cannons and hidden vents than can be used to launch both chaff, and multiple types of biological and chemical weapons. All of these mecha begin the descent as everyone in Mobius watches in dread as an entire army descends and opens fire on everything. Destroying both military and civilian targets, and even burning the environment.
Shortly before at Crater beach zone
Sayaka Miki hitched a ride to the blasted out beach in order to find the wrecked Satoshi. Another whale shaped spaceship which has been partway torn apart for scrap. As she passes by several scavengers that are helping themselves to parts and loot. Sayaka finally finds the medical bay. Walks past the devoured bodies of her former subordinates and begins to hack into the net in order to reach out for rescue. Only to be met by static and silence. After fiddling with equipment, causing it to spark out and burn out much to the bluenette's anger. At least until the ham radio she was carrying began picking up a signal. "Ha! I knew ham radios could pickup interstellar communications! And Kyoko said nothing good comes out of Twitter! And that I should stop looking up conspiracies involving the space church!" She then listens in on Zuckenberg's speech.
"Very well my friends. It is time to begin our assault on Mobius. Our goals are simple and twofold. First the destruction of Station square and the slaughter of the rebels. Second, the obliteration of the Kingdom of Acorn. The members of the Resistance may be powerful. But even the great Sonic the hedgehog cannot withstand an orbital bombardment."
"Yatta!" Sayaka screams as she tries to fiddle with the radio to communicate with the fleet. "Attention Burai fleet! Can you hear me?! This is Sayaka Miki of the Sakura team. Part of the IFS space marines." After several moments of silence and static a voice speaks out from the radio. "Lieutenant Miki report!" Oh yes, it was horrible! Me and Kyoko lost our entire team, our ship, and we had to deal with that transfer student." "Transfer student?" "Yeah the damn transfer student Kagemusha, or should I say Homura." The comms went silent again until Mixx responded. "This is Commander Mixx of the burial fleet. Did you say that Tsurugi Kagemusha is alive? According to the grand general. She personally killed him into a black hole." The comm became silent again as the conversation moved back to Mixx and Zuckenberg.
"Kagemusha is alive?" The former asked with the latter asking. "Kagemusha is a girl? I honestly never knew that." The entire bridge crew also mutters in agreement.
Back in the Satoshi, Sayaka is still waiting for a respond when she is finally given one by an officer. "Lieutenant Miki, what is your location." "Ah, yes, yes, we are located in Green tower island. I request pickup before the bombardment starts." "Yes, about that. I'm afraid we can't do that lieutenant." Sayaka starts to freak out as Zuckenberg begins to speak. "If we were to save you. We would lose of surprise. You also lost both the Satoshi and let Momoe Tarou, the daughter of a campaign donor get killed. I'm afraid that you must be punished. By lethal force!" "You can't do this! We fought in the magical girl war!" "You were anything more than tools. You were so obsessed with vengeance that you never thought about your situation. You have outlived your usefulness. Suzune, make sure that Green tower is destroyed and everyone is killed." Sayaka is terrified about her situation and after tossing the radio away ran towards the village in a panic.
After night falls and finally returning to the village. Sayaka slams the door open of the Kannazuki screaming to Kyoko that their fellow government agents are coming to kill them. The entire restaurant just looks at her like a loon. While Kyoko just looks at Sayaka while she is holding a cake tray commenting. "Sayaka, just stop. Do you really want to go back there even though all we get is abuse and contempt. We have a pretty good life here now. But you still want to keep going out of wounded pride?" Sayaka merely states. "Yes, why would you want to stay in the space boonies?" Losing patience Kyoko replies. "Homura is dead! And Kagemusha is just gone! You remember everything now right?!" Sayaka couldn't do anything but look away. "Sayaka, if you really want to return to the IFS, do it yourself." Sayaka runs off in tears with Himeko and Chikane try to stop her. All the while Kyoko fumes her way back to the kitchen.
Himeko and Chikane find Sayaka in the outskirts of town crying in a fetal position under a large palm tree. Himeko points to Sayaka as she and Chikane try to console her. After calming her down Sayaka gave an abbreviated account of all that happened. On how she became a Puella magi, her wish, her death and resurrection, and how she and Kyoko were used as pawns and left to die. Chikane was left in tears while Himeko was just staring down to the others concerns. "Oh, it's fine girls. It's just that getting caught in the middle of a love triangle that leads to destruction and people dying... Nostalgia..." Himeko also looks away for a moment as explosions rock the beach and the sounds of jet planes buzz thru the air.
"Kyoko!" The former magical game screams out as the trio head to the cafe thru fire and explosions. From both orbital bombardment and numerous Vortex bombers. The latter of which were using bunker busters to flatten anything that wasn't blasted apart. As the group reaches the Kannazuki running thru flames and death, With many of the former customers are now dead with a robot villager on fire screaming and weeping as he collapses and dies. The two then hear a scream, finding Kyoko trapped in rubble. The girls lift the debris and help her up. Amazed that she was only slightly hurt. With her left shoulder being broken and having several ribs cracked. As Sayaka helps Kyoko back on her feet even more explosions rock the area and a mysterious girl teleports from and descends from the skies. The girl in wasp themed armor scans the area with her eyes glowing and dilating before finding her targets. "Two lesbians confirmed. Engage ." And flies off to the Kannazuki.
Chikane notices the enemy and tells Sayaka to leave. Sayaka refuses and Suzume lands from the sky. Landing on a three point landing while looking at the girls, speaking in a dry emotionless voice. "Two lebsians located." As she points to the four. Himeko then blurts out. "Well, Chikane and I did get married." Even showing off her wedding band. Which causes Suzume to rush towards the group to which Chikane blocks with a katana screaming to the others to flee. After some silence from Himeko she also holds Kyoko and tells Sayaka to move as Chikane draws her tsurugi sword and engages Suzune who counters with two beam tekko claws from her forearms. As a gang of Burial fleet Guardsmen join in on the fight.

The Guardsmen pull out a series of sai blades, sickles, bo staffs, katanas, and kurasigamas as they surround Chikane and attack from every angle. Attacks that Chikane fights off with ease. Taking down multiple mooks at once. Until the kusarigama wielders tangle her limbs and a group of gunners open fire on the miko. Causing her to collapse in pain while Suzume smiles and the sword wielding Guardsmen move in for the kill. They all stop due to hearing a strange music coming from out of nowhere an eerie song played out which caught the attention of the enemy as Himeko came out of the fog as she was playing a cello. Causing the Guardsmen to fall down and die one by one as they de-transform with blood leaking from their nose and ears. "Chikane-chan! I'm here to help! Don't worry! Sayaka and Kyoko are fine!" Suzune merely raises her fists demanding that they give away the location of the duo. To which Chikae tells her off saying to blow it out of her ass as she and Himeko get ready to fight.
During that time Kyoko carried Sayaka to the emergency underground starpost bunker where the surviving villagers and scavengers all try to flee as the IFS continues to bombard the area. With another group of Vortex bombers dropping more bombs that they carry withing a back mounted and detachable bomb rack that holds 40 bunker busters. The explosions rock the underground and the emergency shielding keeping the bunker from collapsing being stretched to the limit. As the masses rush inside in a panic they stomp all over each other. Ignoring everyone else with Kyoko punching out scavengers who are trying to crush her alongside the other bodies. The two finally escape as the shield collapses and another bombing run later the bunker collapses. Burying the entire bunker, both killing those who couldn't escape and burying them on the ground.
The fight continued above as the village was burning to ash as Suzume used her tekko in a relentless assault that kept Chikane on the back foot and flash stepping away as Himeko attempted to help her partner. Even getting close by striking Suzume with her cello with Himeko following suit. Slashing her chest only for the deep gash to quickly regenerate and then grabbing both weapons and tossing both away a fair distance as interceptors attempt to shoot the duo from above. And while Chikane manage to dodge and deflect the shots. Causing one of them to crash. The interceptor trailing Himeko fired all of its blasters while she was trying to get up. Blowing up Himeko much to Chikane's horror leaving nothing but a charred corpse. Chikane, furious begins cutting down the entire fighter wing. Leaping to the sky and one-shotting the aircraft down in a fit of rage. Suzune sensing opportunity orders the bombers to converge on Chikane as the latter rampages in the battlefield. Running past bombs and missiles to cut down foes. Finishing off the remaining bombers using a supercharged sword wave that destroys every aircraft in a series of massive explosions.
Chikane falls on her knees complaining that she has gotten out of shape only to realize that a fist punched thru her heart, causing her chest to bleed and then finished up by retracting the fist and activating a pair of beam blades that tear the miko apart in a brutal manner. Tearing her shoulders apart as blood and smoke erupt from the wounds. The fist which is revealed to be Suzume's looks at the destruction as both the village and the invaders have all been wiped out and retreats as the village burns. Taking Chikane's still beating heart as a trophy.
Sayaka and Kyoko all escape to a star post in Westside island where everyone is in a panic as they realize that the entire kingdom is under siege and the military is mobilizing to fight them off. "We need to get out of this rock Sayaka." Kyoko remarks as she looks for medical aid amidst the fearful and crying masses. Causing Sayaka to be ashamed of herself. "What the shit have I become? I was supposed to be a hero of justice." "That's enough Sayaka! We need to get you somewhere safe.
Empire city, Station square
The capital of the mega-city known as Station square. Located in the heart of New York being composed of the lower areas which are a large city sized park built upon the decayed ruins of the old city and it's underground. With massive pillars composed of massive crisscrossing arches that cover the city and large coastal ports meant for fishery and transport. With the upper areas being composed of skyscraper complexes atop the larger pillars and smaller facilities across the arches with flying vehicles and elevators with solid light roads provided by Hexaeco an energy company located in Station square. As well as mobile defense stations, heavily armored turtle shelled floating platforms that with retractable weaponry that patrol the city and its perimeter. When Empire city was first built the pillars were needed since the coastline had flooded over due to pollution and global warming. But nowadays the waters have receded as the glaciers expand.
In said underground areas a meeting of the major separatist groups was being held. With King Acorn, President Walters, and Duchess Elise de Soleanna representing Mobius. Tsuruyu Yui and Nayuta Satomi, the cousin of Touka Satomi represent the original rebels. Firewall for the Reibai a larger and bulkier version of the original standing at seven feet tall with retractable treads for mobility, a larger shoulder mounted beam launcher capable of both manual and auto swiveling, chest mounted vulcans below retractable missile pods and hard points in the arms and legs. He still maintains it's crimson coloring and mono-eye visor. Much to the discomfort of Nigel and the other mobians. And there's also other members who are more or less extras who have sat down across a round table deep inside the rusted and decayed sewers and subways of old NYC.
"I'm well aware that we need to hammer out an agreement." Walters commented. "But why is the robot serving as an ambassador?" Firewall bites back with. "My name is Firewall. And for your information I am quite capable in diplomacy. Besides, do you really want Air Raid or Kickback here?" "Fair enough." Walters replies as Nigel looks at Nayuta who thanks the king for taking care of Touka. "Oh it's perfectly smashing miss Satomi. Touka has proven to be an invaluable aid. Especially since manpower is in short supply everywhere." Tsuruyo then interrupts the conversation by pointing out that they need to do their job now. To which Nayuta compliments for having a good idea for once. Causing Tsuruyo to get upset and the others to chuckle a bit.
Topside, Team Dark was sent to Station square to shore up security. Rouge Omega and Silver are in of the defense stations while Shadow was atop a building looking at the skies with his typical arms crossed/grouchy faced pose. Which in-universe is known as the Ow the edge pose. Alone in his thoughts he then looks down as he recalls a situation that happened yesterday as Team Dark reaches exits a starpost portal in the Station square. The trio noticing as two prisoners are being carried off. The blue fennec is in cuffs, but the tenrec is screaming at the fennec until being gagged by a guard and shipped off. "What was that?" Rouge asked as he went to report to a GUN trooper. Which are appearance wise still mostly a carryover for the guardsmen only with a different chest-plate with shoulder pads and the GUN logo in the center. The trooper salutes the trio who ask what is going on. "I don't know the details. But the green one was on a rampage in Speed highway. And the kid is her accomplice apparently. He tried to kill some cops by drowning them. And was screaming some weird french stuff. And here, your dispatch order are cleared. Welcome to empire city everyone."
As for Surge and the Fennec, Kitsunami. The former was screaming at the latter before being gagged. "You foolish fool!" Surge screamed continuously as she tried to break out using her powers only to fail. With Kitsunami bursting into tears. With another trooper carrying the water pack.

Back to Shadow he is snapped back to reality as he sensed a strange power mere moments before the bombardment begins. Razing the town as Vortex begin their assault. With the defense stations powering up and fighting back. With the lower areas deploying an ancient yet sturdy metagal shield network. Plates designed to magnetically connect into a large wall. Aided by a hard light barrier on top. GUN Thunderhawks joined the fight. With agile and artillery ring types clashing with the planes as both GUN Waltzers and IFS Waltzers also join. With the IFS forces having a VF-1 Nutcracker missile boat fires off its numerous missiles at civilian assets causing mass destruction until Shadow spin attacks into it. Blowing it up and killing the pilot before landing in a roof as he is joined by the new Death hunter. Which retracts its turret shooting down Vortex interceptors and Necrom Geiz. With Silver rising from below and using his telekinesis to throw large chunks of building into more enemy ships and Waltzers.
GUN has launched a force of Tenno and Tenno II. With the II being a modified Tenno body with a standard Reibai Waltzer head. A mono-eyed craft inspired by the Zaku. As IFS Puka Puka drop which are countered by the separatist own Puka Puka whom fire missiles which collide with each other.
Inside the primary defense station the command staff was witnessing the destruction of the city and continued bombardment at the lower levels. Causing massive destruction and death as the IFS tries to blast thru the metagal barrier as panicking civilians flee with the commander furiously screaming. "How the hell did those bastards manage to slip by our orbital defenses?!" An officer noted that they could have used the moon to sneak in as not only the dark side of the moon was used to hide fleets before. "Goddamn!" The commander said as he clenched his fists. "And the diplomats? If they die it's all over!" Another officer reported that the delegates are being evacuated but that they will need a dedicated escort.
The entire city is being trashed as countless mecha are being wrecked with GUN on the backfoot because the burial fleet had many more bodies to throw. Uncaring about the casualties with several of them being wiped by friendly fire. The Death hunter is flying across the carnage with Team Dark and Silver heading to a high speed rail where the separatists were escaping to. With a IFS Puka went to chase the Gleamer before a GUN Puka crashing into it taking both out as they collide into a skyscraper. Rouge holds a moment of silence before getting up. "Silver, stay here. Shadow, Omega." "Bout time." "Transform into Omega Arc. It's firepower will be valuable." Omega explained as Shadow said. "It's time for an evolution. Let's go." As their drivers glowed as they transformed into pillars of light that flies off and combines into a giant combined mecha shaped like a giant Omega that performs a slide landing before firing a mass of rockets from it's hands.
Ost: Dragon, New Getter robo op
As all the eenemy waltzers planes were destroyed in a single move the allied waltzers were cheering as Omega Arc joined the battle. "Retreat to outside the city. We will handle this." One of the pilots thanked Omega as the group left guiding the remaining civilians to safety. Omega is then met with a fresh batch of 30 Necrom Geiz who ready their beam rifles and sabers. Who are quickly gunned down by Omega's Gatling arm cannons. Shredding them to pieces as the Geiz tried to dodge and counterattack. Omega proud of his own carnage lets his guard down until to be slashed by an invisible enemy. Omega shot back only to get shot by a sniper while the close range opponent attacked from the back as Omega tried to counter the sniper. Omega becomes frustrated as the attacks continued. With both enemies dodging Omega's rampage and laughing about it. Tracking the laugh, the Arc fires of beams behind him only for a pure black Necrom Geiz who dodged the beam before striking the waist with a large two handed chain sword which dug in with its teeth causing Omega to scream as Rouge splits the trio apart with Shadow combining into an Arc as the two begin to duel. Shadow using his scythe to class with the ace's sword. As the two fought the sniper. Another black Geiz with a sniper beam rifle with both units modified with DOM class hover heels which are skirt like thrusters on the feet placed on hard points in the legs.
The sniper hovers to an advantageous position as Shadow and the other Geiz clash. With both switching to dual wielding using twin scythes and the chain sword and beam saber respectively. With Shadow also drawing blood by slashing the chest armor and side as well using dual wielding. The ace uses his vulcans to pepper and stall Shadow with the sniper smiling as he readies a head shot. Charging the beam and then firing with both soldiers declaring checkmate. Shadow Arc then detaches its Shadow component at the last moment taking out and killing the close combat waltzer. Shadow then locates the sniper and tosses both of his weapons which spin into the Geiz shredding it into three before exploding as the scythes return to Shadow. "And that is why I am the ultimate life-form." Omega furiously complains that he could have done it as well. While Rouge contacts Silver discovering that the delegates have escaped and have been smuggled out to Baronie territory. Rouge smiled and said. "All right boys! We're heading back now."
And as if lightning from the sky a hyper particle cannon beam crashed onto Empire city with Shadow Arc at the epicenter. Vaporizing the center of the city where Team Dark was located vaporizing countless buildings as the rest of the city collapses in a chain reaction which overloads the hard light barrier, punching thru the metagal, and causing a massive explosion at the bottom that collapsed the arches finishing off the city. Leaving the city a pile of rubble, killing hundreds of civilians as well as the crews of the defense stations. With Team Dark being defused and chucked into the depths. Still alive but injured as Shadow began glowing gold in the rubble.
Coral Bay, Acorn archipelago
Sonic was traveling across the sea using an old type speedboat thru the sea at the middle of the sea which is in the middle of the archipelago itself. While it is a rather normal sea it has several mechanical platforms partly covered in coral and twisted is several areas surrounded by abandoned mines that have long seized functioning. The towers were meant to be access points for the ocean purification plant below. An ancient structure seemingly built by the ancients to clean up the ocean and maintained by drones. Riding in a tugboat piloted by a gray mobian dolphin fisherman with Sonic hanging out in the back alongside a rack of fish and a tuna as they head to the ports in Scrap brain zone located in Fukuoka as well as several over ports in Western Acorn. "Thanks for the ride Ecco." "No problem Sonic, after all you and the others helped with Meropia. Still can't you just run on water or something?" Sonic looks at the sea and groans replying. "No way! Besides I need to keep a constant run to keep above water." Ecco notices that a group of ships are heading to South island. "Is that Eggman?" Ecco asked in concern. Taking a look Sonic notes that the ships aren't Eggman's. And then that a Nutcracker was firing missiles at the boat forcing Ecco to evade the dozens of missiles and explosions. "What the hell is that?!" Sonic holds on the boat as explosions rock the sea. With the IFS ship continuing its attack run now using its tri-cannon to blow up the ship. Casing an explosion that left nothing more than debris. Declaring it's mission complete the missile boat flies away back to its fleet.
Shortly after, Ecco reaches the surface holding Sonic as the two float. "Are you alright Ecco?" Sonic coughs out water before confirming that he's fine. "So what now hedgehog? It'll take a while to swim back to land. And now I lost my ship and catch. Sonic smiles as he goes super nothing. "We'll just fly." As the duo takes off towards South island with Ecco screaming all the way.
Green Hills, Castle Acorn
The attack is beginning on Green Hills as more planes, Waltzers, and support cruisers land in the city as the civilians panic and flee to safety. With a mobian black cat in a gypsy outfit screaming. "NOT AGAIN!" While a Japanese salaryman runs alongside her yelling. "This is why I left Tokyo!" And then runs faster, leaving the surprised cat in the dust. The landing Geiz are shot down by a squad of Tenno II led by Fakir. "Spread out soldiers! Don't let them hit you!" With Fakir's white Tenno unsheathing a vibro sword and activating his beam shield and going to town on the enemy mecha as the rest of the squadron ten mechs strong are holding off hordes of descending burial mechs. Using hit and fade tactics as they go. Fakir rips apart giant robots left and right before jumping to a nearby Puka Puka craft and using a pair of waist mounted railguns. Using them to blow up the weapons leading to chain reactions especially on the wings causing it to plummet with Fakir finishing it off by stabbing the cockpit leading to an explosion.
In Castle Acorn, Princess Sally and Nicole are coordinating the defense while Ahiru is watching Fakir fight thinking its the coolest thing ever. "Tails, when will the Tornado squad be ready?" Sally asks as the Vortex begin bombing the castle attempting to bring down the mountain. "It's all ready Sally!" The Tornado MP are then launched as a cloaking screen was dissolving revealing a reborn Skypatrol. A further modified and rebuilt Akatsuki. Losing it's transformation for a more compact, armored and swift design. Being a mostly saucer shaped craft with eight thrusters and the familiar whale head with a front mounted particle cannon. Hidden cannons and AA systems and a twin retractable catapults on the sides. With alongside the Tornado mass produced versions. A mass produced variant of the Tornado II designed similar to a modernized single winged biplane with four wing tipped cannons that can expand in an x shaped position for added range and firepower, and in the base of the wings variable missile launchers that can used anything from homing missiles to arrows of light. A technology that was personally designed by Tails by researching dead bio beasts.
"Tails, the Skypatrol is ready." Alias Hopscotch reports to the two tailed fox. With the two being in the ship's bridge alongside Gadget the wolf and Touka Satomi being part of the crew as well. "No." Tails replied. "This ship is no longer the Skypatrol. It is the Skypatrol reborn. Yes, it is now the Starpatrol!"
Skypatrol's theme: One sword one strike, Super robot wars original generation
"The Starpatrol huh?" Touka jokes with a mischievous smirk as Gadget pumps his fists to the sky. The Tornado MP's scramble from both the Starpatrol and Castle Acorn finally turning the tide. Shortfuse who swiftly returned from GUN fortress still in his armor was in one of the planes leading the charge. "You bastards! I was going to get this metagal removed today! All wings open fire! Let's waste these punks!" The MP's opened their wings and started dog fighting the Vortexes. Even though the Vortex were faster, the MP were just as maneuverable and better protected. Which let them take the IFS ships down with one or two shots. The third Bajeena also fires it particle cannon at Green hills hoping to obliterate it. Only for two golden lights to swat away the blast to everyone's shock. "It's Super Sonic!" Sally screams to the mad cheers of the crew. With Nicole noticing that the second golden light is Shadow much to everyone's surprise.
"So Shadow or should I say Super Shadow, what brings you here?" Sonic remarks as Shadow launches Chaos spears at the remaining enemy forces before stating. "Revenge." Sonic simply smiles back as Sally asks Shadow if her father is alright. "She's fine princess. Rouge and Omega are guarding them now. A space pod rockets down hoping to destroy something. Only to be punched out of town by Knuckles who then breaks out into a glide as the capsule crashes into the mountain. "You guys really can't do anything without me huh?" "Hey Knux, can you handle the pod. Me and Shadow need to deal with some invaders." "Of course." Knuckles glides off to the crash side as Super Sonic and Shadow fly into the sky at supersonic speed.
Black fleet, Orbit of Mobius
Back in space the main part of the burial fleet, Nacht and the bridge crew were watching the fights like with sadistic glee with Mixx laughing and Nacht devouring the whole leg of the man he killed before. "So Mixx went down huh? I guess she really wants a promotion." Natch comments as he continues to eat. An officer reports that Suzume was smacked away by some red thing. But that she is unharmed regardless. The crew is then informed that something is attacking the fleets in Station square and Acorn. Taking down ship after ship. Mixx simply asks. "Don't we have Vortex or Waltzers?" To which a crewman said. "All of them are on Mobius." "The support ships?" "The 20 Puka Puka's were sank in Mobius." "Can't the carriers do something?" "Not really sir. The golden things dodge everything and then plow thru the Schoolers." "The patrol craft?" "All of them are missing their shots as well. Same with the Karma class assault carriers." Nacht takes notice and remarks. "What the hell is going on?!"
Sonic and Shadow split away in orbit with Sonic going for the Acorn invaders with Shadow heading back to Empire city were the fleet was heading off to destroy more things. Even when they have lost all of the ground forces and forced to rely on glassing. Shadow speeds thru at near light speed. So when he reaches the airspace he goes so fast that he smashed the Bajeena before stopping and being met by a barrage of beam fire. That at first land only for Shadow to power thru as he dodges the villainous hyper long range particle beams before spearing one with a massive 50 meter long chaos spear that obliterates a Villainous with Shadow boosting thru another ship. "And that's what Brian Boitano do." Then Shadow back hands an injure Guardsman that was trying to sneak behind him with a knife as the rest of the wing flees in terror.
Sonic was also going wild as the went after the Villainous class first with the ships maneuvering to stop Sonic. All the while the captain of the Bajeena screamed to the bridge crew. "What is the meaning of this?! It's just one hedgehog!" The panicking officers scramble any defense as the ship fired missile clusters. The missiles were dodged via a cyloop causing them to explode as the Villainous and Karmas moved in for the kill. With the Karmas broadsiding Sonic as the two Villanious move above and below to fire off their particle cannons. Well aware that they could be obliterated. Sonic eventually started parrying the shots which led to the Karma class being destroyed by their own weapons. The Bajeena commander chuckled as he ordered that the mega particle cannon be prepared. "Move to the planet's surface. We will use a full power blast to destroy the archipelago and leave.
The Villainous class readied their main cannons and fired. Sonic simply smirked and flash stepped away a fair distance in a moment as the patrol craft destroy each other shredding each others side frame as they are forced to eject the circular bridge sections in order to escape. That is when the hedgehog noticed that the Bajeena was readying it's full powered shot. In a panic, Sonic boosts towards the enemy craft while charging power to his feet. "Let's see if this works." Sonic then spin kicks at high speed creating a buzz-saw shaped energy that grew and grew until it sliced straight past the ship's center. Causing both sides to be cut off, causing it to be split apart and having the ship fall out of orbit. As the misfired shot crashes onto the other half as both parts are dragged into the worlds orbit. The bridge operator explained to the captain. "We lost control sir!" "What?! Can't you do something about it?!" "Negative! We are losing control." Both halves of the ship begin to fall as several Guardsmen float away alongside cargo. Both halves began to plummet as the severed halves fall from orbit and crash in both Coral bay and the Meropia ocean west of the archipelago. Sinking into the depths with its crew. With those that weren't burned to ash. Either drowning inside the hulls or crushed by the ever increasing water pressure. As bodies, weapons, and vehicles plummet as well. Being caught by gravity's pull. A 200 strong crew lost without counting the Guardsmen, pilots, and AI assistants that help slave the battleship.
The survivors also pull back as Sonic looks on with a satisfied yet tired grin. And then flew off back to Mobius. Getting exhausted until losing his super force, and plummeting face first into a beach side. Leaving Sonic stuck and wildly spinning his legs.
Acorn castle grounds, Southern areas
Knuckles lands in the woods around Acorn castle tracking the smoke which comes from the wrecked pod until finding the crash site. Understandably cautious Knuckles raises his fists as he calls for backup. "Sorry Knuckles!" Tails comments as he explains. "We're also being attacked." Knuckles shocked at hearing this demands to know what is going on. "A Bee woman. She crashed the MP's with Shortfuse holding her off." "And the Waltzers?" "Heading back. The target is too small to hit so Fakir ordered the squad to retreat. Knuckles then swiftly intuits and dodges via an aerial roll an number of sharp concrete shards that pierce straight thru a very large and thick tree than causes it to collapse and fall. And then has to dodges wet cement shots as he closes the distance unaware that it was a trap as he gets himself stuck in quick dry concrete as he gets punched by Cement mixer's mechanical punch which she spins causing a burn in the echidnas face. Leaving Knuckles stuck on the ground as Mixer punched him over and over. Before Knuckles blocked and parried the fists until Knuckles punches Mixer in the face and into the distance. Smashing her into the capsule as the guardian broke free from the cement. Knuckles then runs towards a recovering Mixx who fires concrete spears which Knuckles grabs and tosses back as well as punching the ground breaking it and firing off the chunks. Causing Mixx to dodge and run as the spears and rocks crash onto the capsule causing it to explode. Desperate, Mixx fires off more complex constructs. Firing off cement dragons that fired wet cement and Knuckles as she sprouted cement wings that somehow allowed her to fly to and incredulous Knuckles as he chases after her.
The fight continues across the forest with what is essentially a duel and chase between a monotreme with super strength and arguably magic powers. And a cyborg space woman with concrete powers that let her fly. With Mixer forming a cement spear that Knuckles easily breaks as the latter combos with a spinning axe kick that slams the former into a tree shattering her wings causing Mixx to slam her fists into the ground causing concrete spikes to erupt from the ground causing destruction on the entire forest as Knuckles dodges and uses the spires to close the distance and punch her in the face again. Followed up with three body blows and an uppercut that sends her flying. Knuckles then buries underground seemingly disappearing. As Mixer looks around Knuckles pops out from one hole to another, punching her as he dives underground once more. An angry Mixx pours concrete on the entire forest floor. Which are easily shattered by Knuckles who rises up to punch her in the face. He then looks at Mixx as he mockingly taunts him. "So, do you know the way?"
Mixer simply breaks and screams to the sky. "Lord Zuckenberg! Grant me more power! Make me grow!" Knuckles is shocked and scared now as he rushes to finish her off only to be stopped by Nacht's words. "No. We do not need losers like you in the Endless now. After all our club only accepts the exemplary and the filthy rich. Which you are neither. Have fun rotting in hell." Mix stands up and points her cement mixer at Knuckles only for Fakir to show up out of nowhere with his sword drawn. And then for Mixx's head to fall down as blood erupts from the stump. Causing the body to fall as Cement mixer dies as bloods pours on the ground as the cement vanishes from the forest.
"Well that was brutal." Knuckles remarks to which Fakir states that the others who are in the Skypatrol are in danger. With the duo heading to the other side of the mountain. All the while an exhausted Ahiru who was chasing Fakir only to have him and Knuckles pass her. "Hey... Wait for me... Quack..." Before collapsing from exhaustion reverting to her duck form.
Acorn castle grounds, Northern areas
As Knuckles and Mixer were fighting. Shortfuse was facing off with Suzume with the two being evenly matched. The former is too tough for the latter to break. And Suzune is too fast for Shorty to get a read on him. "Stand still you bee lady bitch!" Shorty screams as Suzume dodges before blitzing the squirrel and using series of rapid fire beam tekko slashes and stabs. Which break her blades over and over while the metagal armor was unfazed to a shocked bee woman. "What kind of armor is that?!" She screams as she continues her futile strikes. "Apparently a pretty good one." Before being struck in the eyes. Which leads to nothing and causes her to back off into the sky. "This requires a different approach." Shorty is joined by Tails and Gadget as the Starpatrol escaped the danger zone. "I'm here Shorty." Tails puts on a new thunder hand type glove. A power glove like device with a touch screen and buttons in the front of the hand called the wonder hand. "New gadget?" Gadget nods to Shorty as he shows up his new trigger wispon. A trigger handle which the wolf connects with a gun barrel and inserts a cart like device called a drive emblem which activates it. With both firing their shots. The wonderhand firing off a number of electrowebs while Gadget's wispons fires of a large energy shot at Suzune.
Suzune counters by unleashing a set of energy wings that vibrate at an overwhelming frequency that somehow destroys the shots and strike Tails, Shorty, and Gadget which also destroys the ground. Leaving the trio flattened on a crater. "What was that?" Shorty complains as his ears ring. Tails muses. "Some sort of disruption wave." "Disruption? As in illegal weaponry?" "Yeah, at full power that weapon would liquefy us in a very painful manner." Gadget shows an oh-crap face as the trio get up and jump away from another disruptor wave. Tails flies up as Gadget fires his wispon and Shortfuse used his rocket to tackle Suzume in the stomach as Tails lands sticky bombs in her back. And as she hits the ground they detonate causing explosions that wrecks the wings.
Suzume gets up and becomes upset at the damage and unleashes her tekkos and unleashes a chest mounted blaster. "Breast fire!" Which Gadget barely dodges as a massive explosion erupts behind them. Tails and Shortfuse then double team her with Suzume swatting away Tails and fighting off Shortfuse. Knuckles then sneak attacks Suzume punching her away while Fakir jumps from the foliage and strikes the enemy's wounded back. With all four fighters ganging up on Suzume who still manages to fight them all off. Using Shorty as a club to bash Tails, breaks Fakir's sword and kicking him away and finally chucking the squirrel straight into Knuckles head right between the eyes. Once again unleashing her cannon she fires it at Knuckles only for Shorty to block it, plant his feet into the ground, and stop the beam with his body. Suzume apparently seeing the situation as an insult. Also digs in and increases the power to the point that stray beams that slash thru the forest floor. And as the situation lands in a stalemate, Tails and Gadget try to help out only for a charge shot to blast Suzune's back again. "What now?"
"Your executioners!" Air Raid boasts as he Firewall, and Kickback appear alongside a contingent of Sumeragi troopers. Kickback then asks. "So outnumbered, outclassed, and shit out of luck." Everyone in the resistance is surprised at the situation. Which Firewall defuses with. "We come bearing a truce. We wish an audience with your king." Suzune gets up again which is answered by the Sumeragi forces unloading on the bee woman as 23 robots open fire on the cyborg all at once for an entire minute and a half. Suzume still gets up for more before being teleported away by the burial fleet.
The resistance and the general stand off for several moments until Firewall orders his troops to lower their weapons as he raises his arms. "This is Princess Sally Acorn. Leader of the resistance and general of the Acorn military. My father is currently unavailable but I have the authority to open discussions." Firewall replies. "Very well princess." "Everyone please secure our guests and take them to the castle." The group leaves with Knuckles moaning. "I knew that this would suck."
In what remains of the Burial fleet. Suzume is being dragged into the medbay as Zuckenberg Nacht angrily eats while entire carts of food are being sent to the bridge. An officer enters the bridge and asks what will happen now. "Send everyone. EVERYONE! I will personally deal with these hicks!" The officer flees in order to summon the other wings. A process that would last 37 hours at least. Nacht takes out a strange mechanical mask with red shades and stares at it while eating an entire oven roasted pig. Biting into the skull and crushing it. Eating the bone and the brain.
Castle Acorn
The battle has ended and everyone is picking up the pieces. With all sides returning to the castle's throne room. A large room with banners and carpets alongside a pair of thrones meant for the king and queen that nowadays serves as a meeting room for state matters with a round table and a side room with a fully stocked kitchen Tails went to pick up Sonic and Sally managed to talk with her father confirming that he is safe. And that they will be back soon. Sally and the others are relieved as Firewall begins to explain the situation. "Thank you for your time princess." Both sides are on edge, as the Sumeragi are worried and seemingly desperate. While the Resistance is understandably wary. Sonic and Air Raid are glaring daggers at each other seemingly daring each other to pick a fight. All the while Ahiru looks on in concern as Touka is offering tea to everyone. Which Sally takes and begins to drink. "This is good." Sally remarks with Firewall agreeing as he also sips his tea with Santana biscuits.
" Anyways, i'm sure you are aware that the IFS has finally begun its crackdown. In the previous timeline and now this one, the three old men of the IFS started a coup against the senate. With one of them personally killing the entire senate and turning the government into an autocracy. Of course they betrayed the Reibai one of the five founding races allowing its destruction at the hands of the great calamity, Homura Akemi." Knuckles asked Firewall. "I thought the calamity was retconned out of existence." "While Pandora did remove the calamity from history. Returning both her and Madoka to the past where neither contracted. The magical girl war did happen, the old Earth was destroyed by nuclear hellfire, the towers were made to heal the world, and finally anim settlers came and renamed this world Mobius unaware of the planet's past. Multiversal constants that ensure that history plays out as it should be. The entire purpose of Pandora and the embryo was to distort reality to a point where a grandfather paradox could be possible and history could be changed in a multidimensional level. Forcing reality to accept the rewritten history instead of correcting thru timeline splits." Tails muses. "So the reason why we don't see timeline changes all the time is..." Kickback adds. "Because reality has means to correct itself. It's not that a temporal paradox happened, is that normal people are completely unaware of it."
Sonic looks at the generals and asks what do they want. Which lands a reprimand from Sally. Firewall just shrugs it off as their "father" Kagemusha is the same. Sonic crosses his arms and remarks. "We are nothing alike. She is a murderer who doesn't care who gets in her way!" Touka then speaks out. "Just like you killed Eggman? Or the generals? Or the people in the burial fleet?" Sonic is actually left silent as Firewall proposes both a truce and an alliance. Shocking everyone in the resistance." Sally counters with. "Is your father aware of this?" Air Raid fumes as he starts floating and gestating in his usual hammy manner. "Dad sent us here. Of course he's been holed up in his room no thanks to you Sonic." The blue blur gets up in a rage as he and Air Raid fight only to be broken up by Knuckles, Shorty, and Firewall.
A royal guard then slams open the door to the meeting. With everyone except Air Raid being is states of shock while Air Raid was just further annoyed. Nicole asks for a report to which she is given. "A strange dragon zord has landed on Green hills." Sally asks who is the pilot. "Well the ship transformed into a dragonkin for some reason." "Whoa what is Gekkou doing here?" Kickback noted. "Friend of yours?" "Yeah. Part of another rebel group." Sally then asks. "What does the dragonkin want?" "An audience with the king." Sally sighs and tells the guard to let her in. "Touka. I'm gonna need more tea." Touka smiles and runs off to make more.
Later on Gekkou enters the throne room with Merlina along for the ride holding the bandaged item in her arms. Everyone looks at Gekkou awkwardly before she asks. "What are you looking at?" In a quiet and deep manner. "Well you are a dragonkin right?" Gekkou nods in confirmation to Sally. "And you aware of what's happened on the moon?" Gekkou remains quiet before stating. "It is irrelevant. Everyone has lost someone. I lost my friends at the hands of Ashtamangala and landed here." Air Raid heads to Gekkou in utter surprise. "Ash? Are you serious?" "Yes, he turned traitor, murdered my team, and destroyed the Mikazuki." The Sumeragi generals are simply stunned as they believed that Ash was a trustworthy ally. Kickback then mentions. "We need to inform this to the boss lady."
Even later on to the point that night has fallen. Monika has joined the chat with Merlina's package being taken to the Starpatrol and Amy making dinner alongside Touka and the castle maids. Looking at the beautiful spread Touka comments. "No chili dogs?" Amy jokingly remarks. "Sonic and Tails don't each chili dogs all the time. Most of the time yes. All of the time, no." With the maids carting off the food as Amy and Touka finish.
Sonic meanwhile complains on getting this over with. To the point that he is ignoring Air Raid. Monika during that time finished the explanations now that everyone Resistance, Sumeragi, and Separatist were on the up an up. King Acorn was also hearing this and noted that with the attack today both GUN and the kingdom will be joining the separatist cause. And Monika also pledged their factions aid and will send more of their Tenno's among other equipment and soldiers. Tails is surprised at hearing this with Sally, Nicole, Fakir, and Ahiru believing that everyone knew already. "All right let's end this meeting already." Amy states as the food arrives to the amazement of everyone. A smiling Sally tells everyone. "Yes, you're right Amy. We need time to rest. After all, it's going to be a busy day.
At the same time Vanilla the rabbit enters her simple cottage with bags of groceries. After packing them in, she heads to Cream's room where the young rabbit has locked herself in ever since she came back home. The concerned mother looks at her child. Curled up in a fetal position and having her blanket wrapped around herself. Having lost hope and with empty lifeless eyes. "Sweetie, it's been six months." Cream simply remains silent as Vanilla places her meal in the nearby desk. Before sitting in the bed next to Cream and hugging her tightly as a glowing pink orb floats outside before flying off.
