Orion was driving recklessly through traffic trying to arrive at the destination 17 and Vegeta were shocked at this reckless behavior that is, until her scouter rang with incoming calls. She took the call and sighs.
"Hello?" Orion asked.
"Ma'am. We failed the mission!" Lux said, glitching Orion's eye twitches.
But then she gets another call, she took it as she knew it was the kidnapper. "I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my son go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you." Orion threatens a little too seriously scaring both 17 and Vegeta.
Then there was a laugh at the end of the scouter, from Frieza. "Good Luck, Monkey." He hung up. Orion had a hand on the steering wheel, the car was parked. She was silent before laughing. The laugh escalated to unhinged laughter before coughing furiously she coughed up blood her eyes turning back to red. She took a deep breath and turned to face her friends
"Change of plans~! We're going back home~!" She said a little too calmly. They noticed the blood trickling down from her mouth and the red colored eyes. They were getting concerned but chose not to say it, Orion faced the Wheel and drove even more recklessly back home narrowly dodging traffic and cars.
She arrived home and crashed the car in the side of her manor and got out of the car in a blind rage, she stumbled into her home coughing up blood as her eyes were flashing red. The manor was empty, quiet, void. It was dark. She grabbed a flashlight and illuminated the place before seeing Lux and she picked him up taking him to the emergency Lab in her manor to fix him.
Once he was fixed she turned him on. "Miss Orion! I apologize for failing you!" Lux begs.
"It's fine, those bastards won't get away." Orion snarls, coughing up more blood she was shuddering, Lux was concerned by this. The medical bot came in and turned to face Orion.
"Miss Orion, are you okay?" The Medical Bot asked.
"I'm fine." She waved the bot away.
"It doesn't seem like it." The Medical Bot comments.
"I'm fine, fuck off!" Orion snaps. Before picking up a note.
"If you want to see your son alive and not bleeding from every orfice of his body, come alone. Don't bring any backup and come alone and fight us. Or else." - Arugulot
Orion's eyes flashed as she growled. She gets up.
"Wh-Where are you going?" Lux asked.
"To save my son. Don't tell anyone jackshit." Orion leaves.
