Tetsuo, Kaneda, and the rest of the gang made it to the facility. The men taking them there, had to show ID before gaining access.
And said they were asked to deliver special patients to the doctor. Luckily they believed it, letting them through. Everyone looked around the base, it was very huge compared to any place they've been in.
The gang followed closely behind Commander Yomo. As they were walking, there was strong energy wave that hit Tetsuo strongly. He screamed out, collapsing on his knees. They turned to him, to see what's wrong.
"Tetsuo!?" Kaori kneeled worried.
"Tetsuo! What's wrong?" Kaneda came in front of, gripping his shoulder. The ground cracked under them.
They heard a girl shout as well in pain, it seemed as though her and Tetsuo became linked. And it seemed to be affecting him negatively, whenever she's in pain.
They heard people whispering to each other, along with Tetsuo's name being brought up into the convo. Which made the people around the facility put there attention on them. Commander Yomo told everyone to continue what they were doing.
"Contact Prof Morbid for us NOW!" Yomo ordered, one of the staff's who nodded nervously. before running to the room where she was at. When he made it to the room, they noticed the room was damaged and cracking.
The patient was acting eradicable, Tiffany was looking for the syringe to sedate her and put her asleep. She grabbed it from the floor where it fell and injected it into her neck. She calmed before being put into a deep sleep.
Tiffany sighed relief, but they will need to hurry and get one stronger because it doesn't keep her asleep for long. As she got up to have a stronger one prepared hopefully, but was scared to death from one of the staff right behind her.
"Fuck Alex! You scared the HELL OUT OF ME! Why are you standing behind me?" Tiffany questioned.
"U-U-Um there are some people here to see you?" The staff member said.
"Who?" She asked confused

Adam was sitting in the Senators office, Daiki had his guards sitting outside of his room.
"You wanted to speak to me Senator?" Adam smirked deviously.
Daiki only looked at him with disdain at everything he's causing and his behavior.
"You must think whatever you're doing will turn out the way you think... I'm here to remind you it isn't." Daiki said slamming his hands on the desk.
"What ever could you mean Senator?" Adam kept his ignorant smile plastered on his face.
"You know damn well what I'm talking about COMMANDER! You don't know the kind of power you're dealing with! You could cause a global disaster if you're not careful, because it won't just be Tokyo that'll catch the fire." Daiki warned as he stood in front of him.
Adam stood up some inches over him looking down at him with an evil grin, "I know exactly what kind of power I'm dealing with Senator. I am creating superhumans for our country to defend us from people such as yourself!" He told him poking his chest.
"You're also no different Senator, lying to that boy as if it was all because of what hide planned... I know the real reason you wanted to speak with the so called new Akira. Also known as Tetsuo." Adam inched closer to his ear.
"You want him for the same reason I'm creating super humans like him... His power, protection, and someone to use at their will... You just have to let them have a little trust in you." He whispered in his ear before pulling away. Frowning down at the Senator.
Who looked as though they have been caught red handed, "Don't speak as if you care about this broke down city you call Tokyo. History is just going to repeat itself, because people like you can't help themselves. So as a precaution my country needs to be prepared and have our own little saviors." Adam sat back down looking at the Senator with an emotionless expression.
Daiki just took a deep inhale, trying to compose himself. "I only wanted what was best for my people as well Adam... Seeing his power and the fight they had him and that girl... I want to avoid turning this situation into something even more than what can handle... the route your taking it is not the way."
"Ooh but it is... My little experiment is becoming how you say... More evolved, soon she will be stronger than Tetsuo."
"Making her more powerful does not equal having better control! Does she even know how to control the current power she has!?" Daiki argued.
"Does Tetsuo?"
"Yes."
"Bullshit, because if he needs that little girl around clinging to him like a damn bug. Then he's quite unstable from what I hear... I wonder what would happen if we took that away..." Adam said playing with his nails.
It was silent for a moment then it hit the Senator, "Adam... No... You're not thinking..."
"I don't know Senator am I? I have my men on the look for them as well as all of Japan. Now that it's been revealed the person who caused the destruction is still alive. You have City you need to handle that's on an uproar." Adam told him as he stood up fixing his clothes. As if ready to end the discussion.
"Adam we-" Both there phones ringed simultaneously. They both looked at each other confused before they answered it at the same time.
"Hello?" They both said, as they were listening to whoever they were speaking too. Adam grew angry and frustrated and Daiki sat in his chair feeling defeated as the call ended.
"So it's going to happen again?" Daiki said smirking at Adam who looked at him angrily. And Daiki began laughing like a lunatic.

"I appreciate you all bringing the situation to my attention. I can't say I'm quite shock, but I never intended for them to be used for such a purpose."
"Yet it still fucking was lady."
"Professor Morbid I would prefer you to call me Mr. Shotaro. Also I do want to say it is such an honor meeting the powerful and infamous Tetsuo himself in the flesh." She said pushing her glasses up.
Tetsuo didn't respond back as he didn't know how to towards that comment.
They were all sitting her office, as they informed her of what Adam's true use was for the Espers and how he was going to eventually use their blood to inject into himself and others. To turn themselves into super humans.
"I do wish to inform thanks to whatever attack Tetsuo did to Susie's brain and psyche. She has been unstable ever since, her powers are becoming more erratic and hard to control. Even the drugs we give are not working. So whatever true reason and experiment Adam had us intentionally doing. Doesn't seem like it's going well." Tiffany explained.
"Those kids may need to be put down." One doctor spoke up.
"NO!" Kaori shouted standing up, catching everyone off guard.
Kaori didn't mean to bring the spotlight on her but she still continued, "I-It's b-b-because... I-It seems as t-though T-Tetsuo may be l-linked to her now ever s-since the situation..." she finished before sitting back down quickly, going quiet again beside Tetsuo.
Kei smirked at her, as she brought up a good point from the events with Akira years ago. "Kaori is right, it seems Tetsuo reacts negatively if they detect each other even more so near each other. They can feel what each other feel, based on the situation years ago when Akira alive. If all of them are linked to each other. One harm to one could trigger a chain reaction causing a relapse of the past, but since there are more of them."
"It could be a global disaster." Mizuki finished for her, as she nodded. Tiffany contemplated as she looked between her scientist and the doctors. The situation has become more serious. They were sure they were taking precautions but because of Adams demands. They had to accelerate things.
Before Tiffany could give her thoughts, the building shook and the lights flickered. Tetsuo grunted slightly sensing something strong.
"T-Tetsuo?" Kaori noticed something was wrong with him.
"S-Susie... Her powers are awakening." Tetsuo said.
"W-what the hell does that mean is that good or bad?" Kai asked.
"That's obviously something bad dumbass." Kaneda responded to him.
"That's very bad... It shouldn't be happening so soon, she's not stable or ready... She's going to kill everyone!" Tiffany said. This caused a panic with her team who ran out the room warning everyone in the facility.
The building was shaking hard and she can hear the other children screaming in pain. As the building was breaking apart. Everyone leaving the room as it was collapsing.
As Tetsuo was running ahead of them, trying to ease his headache her heard there voices
'Tetsuo'
"W-What?"
'The event we were trying to warn you about'
"Takashi?"
'You have to stop her before she destroys everything'
The kids were speaking to him telepathically as they were trying to escape the building that was closed off.
"How? I'm just one person. I'm not that power-"
'Yes you are Tetsuo... way stronger than all of us'
"What if I fail?" Tetsuo stop in his tracks as the others continued on. Everyone is still putting everything on him to deal with this himself... This isn't his responsibility, it's their fault and they should pay for it... Why does he even still care.
'You won't... unlike us you have something to live for... Are you not about to have your own family... Something you always wished for yourself'
He froze at what Kiyoko said... Kaori is pregnant.
'Don't forget about your friends... Kai, Kei, even Kaneda'
He grumbled frustrated, because what she's saying is right. Do it for them, do it for Kaori. He has more of a second chance than the others. He breathed in and out trying to relax himself and calm his mind. Because if he was going to do this he need to have his spirit and mind in order so he can control his power.
Then he heard someone call his name, he turned around noticing it was Kaneda. Which was the perfect person he needed.
"What are you doing man, we have to go?" Kaneda told him as he rushed to him moving past the rubble.
"I have an idea... I think, but I'll need your help." Tetsuo asked him, Kaneda only smirked at him.
"The big and powerful Tetsuo need little ol me's help? I feel so honored." Kaneda joked, Tetsuo was holding back every ounce to punch him. But sighed as he didn't have time to respond to his antics this time.
"Whatever ass, so is that a yes?" Tetsuo looked at him irritated.
"Hell yea that's a yes. We doing this shit together this time." Kaneda smirked along with Tetsuo. As they did a handshake.
"So what's the plan?" Kaneda asked.
"We need to move the fight with her somewhere else." Tetsuo told him.
Tokyo was in a uproar again as news broke out of another incident. As Tokyo just can't take a break from this inevitable event.
People scattering trying to escape Tokyo and trying to go somewhere far away. Tiffany and Kaneda's friends were already out and running away from the facility. Kaori noticed that Kaneda and Tetsuo was missing.
"W-Wait, Tetsuo a-and Kaneda isn't here?" Kaori froze, stopping Kei at the same time as they were running together holding hands.
"We have to go first and then we ca-" Kei frozed along with Kaori as they were surrounded by military soldiers, there guns aimed at them. There friends and Tiffany were stopped as well and surrounded by another squad.
"Where is Tetsuo?" A man said approaching the girls, he looked like the man in charge of the men surrounding them.
"We don't know, we are all running from the same thing." Kei told them as her and Kaori was coming closer together, they were nervous if they did anything. They could get shot, and she didn't want Kaori getting affected, especially since she's pregnant.
"Bullshit, our commander here informed us of your little hideout, the moment you released him as your little hostage."
Yomo came from behind his leader, smirking at the girls. Kaori only looked at him upset and frustrated, "I hope he kills you." She said under her breath.
"I'm sorry we didn't quite catch that." The leader said has lasers was pointed all over them. "You have till the count of three to tell me where that demon child is."
Kaori and hugged Kei squinting her eyes shut. Kei holding her tight.
"Sir we don't know where they are this is not necessary. Can you not see the bigger picture, this place is about go to hell!" Tiffany shouted from the otherside.
"SHUTUP! TWO!" The leader said.
The soldiers ready there fire fingers on the trigger. "T-" Before he could finish everyone's head exploded making the others scream. Then they saw Kaneda and Tetsuo driving to them on there bikes with Chiyoko driving behind them on the jeep.
"We told his dirty ass if did anything funny, this would happen. See what happens when you don't listen." Kaneda smirked at the dead body on the ground.
"T-Tetsuo?" Kaori looked at him, he seemed different
"When do you guys... Wait how did you leave the pl-" Kei was pulled into the jeep by Chiyoko.
"We go now and ask questions later. Everyone get in!" As everyone was getting in, Kaori was about to get in. She stopped after hearing her name called Kei was trying to help her get in then a giant hand broke from under the ground where the facility was coming towards Kaori.
Kei accidentally because the crack in the road made them swerve pushing her away. Kaori fell looking at the deformed hand, causing her to freeze giving her a traumatic flashback.
Before it could grab her Tetsuo snatched her up putting her on his bike in front of him. Before driving away with Kaneda behind them.
"You guys go somewhere safe, we'll draw her far away from everyone!" Kaneda yelled back to them, before continuing on there separate route. Susie was merged with all the other children that was down there with her. Kaneda looked behind him, he didn't think anyone could look worse than what Tetsuo was looking like years ago.
"I think she was trying to out do your appearance Tetsuo." Kaneda grinned, Tetsuo only rolled his eyes. Susie cracked separating Tetsuo from Kaneda, the ground pusuehd up from under Kaneda's bike making him go high in the air.
As Kaneda was mid air, he charged his gun that was around him, aiming it at Susie. Shooting a strong blast at her piercing her skin. As she didn't have enough time to deflect it, before Kaneda could hit the ground. Tetsuo brought him back down putting him on the back of his bike.
"My Baby!" Kaneda cried out to his motorcycle
"You can go back for that shit later!" Tetsuo drove faster.
"Shouldn't you transport Kaori back home?" Kaneda asked, he saw Kaori holding on for dear life in the front.
"So susie can go there and destroy my house and kill Kaori. Yeah not fucking happening, she seems triggered by her."
They heard helicopters above them, they all looked up. they didn't know if they were still coming for them or the creature behind them.
Before they could figure out which side it was one. Susie destroyed the helicopter with the people on there.
"TETSUOOOO!" It screamed at him. they reached out to grabbed him but he used his power to transport somewhere else, and she soon followed after. Just to avoid anymore casualties and damages.
They transported to what looks like a deserted area nothing but the concrete ground far away from the people and city.
"Why didn't you do that shit earlier!" Kaneda yelled at him.
"I was trying to hold onto the little energy I have to stop was going to happen soon! So get off my fucking back!" He got off the bike, he told Kaneda to stay there with Kaori. He nodded understanding.
Tetsuo walking away from them, heading towards Susie. Who looked as though she was trying to control her form. She transformed slightly normal but kept switching to each child.
"You look like shit... Must hurt like a Bitch." Tetsuo grinned taunting her. She only responded with incoherent words.
"I'm sorry I can't hear you, SPEAK UP!"
"₩ⱧɎ ₳ⱤɆ ɎØɄ ⱧɆⱠ₱ł₦₲ ₮ⱧɆ₥?" They said in multiple voices.
"I'm trying to help my friends and girlfriend, this city I could give zero fucks about. So Tokyo is lucky they live here." Tetsuo told her, the air surrounding them started morphing. Tetsuo created a barrier around them. The ground under them began to rumble, Tetsuo turned his head to the side to see Kaneda and Kaori.
Kaneda took the cue to ride back, telling Kaori to get behind him. Kaori looked at him confused and back at Tetsuo.
"W-What about T-Tetsuo?" Kaori asked, Kaneda gripped the handle hard. he didn't want to leave Tetsuo.
"We have to go Kaori... I promised Tetsuo." He looked at her, she was already tearing up.
She shook her head aggressively, "NO! W-We c-can't leave Tetsuo! I won't leave him... I-I can't leave h-"
'Kaori go, I'll be fine I promise'
He cut her off speaking to her telepathically, She started crying harder. She didn't want him to go again she didn't want to lose him again. She blames herself for everything, if she waasn't caught none of them would be in this situation.
'Kaori it's not your fault, shit was going to happen whether I was involved or not... If I came back once I'll fucking comeback again... I promise, you have to trust me Kaori'
She only nodded slowly, knowing they can't stay here for long, getting on the bike. "I love you Tetsuo... Please come home soon." She said before Kaneda took off.
"YOU BETTER KEEP YOUR PROMISE TETSUO!" Kaneda yelled back as he drove, preventing the tears from escaping his eyes.
As soon as they were far enough, a huge white light formed the same as the one years ago.
"That was the last time I spoke to your father." Kaneda told Haruki as they were still at the warehouse. Haruki looked at him, he saw that he began tearing up.
So it meant that no one knew if he survived or not, so no one knew if he would come back or not. "I'm sure your mother wanted to tell you her side of the story about her and your father. But you mom is a sensitive soul, and was to much for her. She took his disappearance harder than the rest of us." Kaneda explained to him, on why he was told anything about his father from others. Mainly because only Him and Kaori really knew him, but everyone had a different relationship with him.
They heard sirens outside of the building, it seems people were surrounding the premise. "Haruki, Tetsuo's son."
They turned there attention to the man standing at the entrance, it was senator Daiki. He was standing there alone, but outside he wasn't. Kaneda pushed Haruki behind him, "Is there something we can fu-fricking help you with Senator?"
"I heard what happened at the school, the district reported it. Seems there was a little incident between friends?" Daiki stepping inside further cautiously, not sure how the kid maneuvers.
"We weren't friends! It was an accident!" Haruki shouted hugging his uncles leg.
"I understand kiddo, accidents happen everyday. I'm just here to talk nothing else." Daiki took more steps inside.
"I got it cover Senator, you already did your part years ago. While I do mines." Kaneda stared him down.
"I'm not here to cause any trouble Mr. Shotaro Tell me what happened Haruki?" Daiki ignoring Kaneda.
"He said h-horrible t-things a-about my O-Oyaji, Tokyo h-hates him." Haruki admitted, tears streaming down his face.
"No, that was long in the past buddy... You know your father saved Tokyo. Some may still antagonize him from other times, but I assure you there are more that are grateful for what he did, including myself." Daiki kneeled in front of him.
Haruki detached from his uncle leg standing closely in front of Daiki, "Do you know if my Oyaji is alive or not?"
Daiki froze at the question, Haruki felt his hesitation. "No I don't" As if the child knew he was going to say that he backed away from both of them, eyes wide and lips trembling.
"Haruki...?" Kaneda trying to figure out the reason for the mood change.
"He's lying." Haruki said in a soft tone, hanging his head. he closed his eyes, visuals coming to his mind. He saw a facility and then a room with Tetsuo's name on it. He saw his father hooked up on devices.
"YOUR HIDING HIM FROM ME!" Haruki shouted in anger at the man, the silhouette of Haruki's body turned blue before he transported from the premise causing Kaneda and the Senator to be blown away. Daiki looked up seeing he was gone, punching the ground.
"DAMMIT!" He cursed himself, he's just like his father. He didn't expect it to turn out this way
Daiki was taking his last smoke, before the event unfolded itself. As he was siting in his office, glad Adam finally left with his arrogant ass.
Then Tetsuo and Kaneda appeared in front of him, almost making him swallow his cigar. As they scared the hell out of him, he began coughing.
"F-Fuck y-you d-don't know how to u-use the d-d-damn door." He said between coughs.
"Well it's not like we had time to plan fucking gathering." Kaneda told him as he looked around at how nice the room was.
"We don't have all day, I need you to complete your part of the deal. As well as another favor."Tetsuo told him.
"I'm a let you ladies talk, I'm a hang outside the room." Kaneda left the room.
"You're greedy little bastard aren't cha? The deal feel through since you couldn't stop the situation from happening. So the deal is off." Daiki told him looking out the window.
"Who said I couldn't stop it?" Tetsuo raised an eyebrow and hands folded. Daiki turned his attention back to him as he was listening.
"I don't know if I will comeback a second time or if I'm still here wake up anytime soon. So I need to make sure my family and friends are secured. I want to see the money in full cash. If I don't in the next few minutes, then you can definitely enjoy your last shitty hours." Tetsuo said leaning back in the chair.
"You and your friends will die too?" Daiki told him, as he didn't understand what he was talking about.
"Who said they would?" Tetsuo smirked at the Senator, who only looked at him frustrated. "I'm the one with the powers I can transport them every and anywhere. The only reason I haven't done or suggested it because they enjoy living in this dirty ass city. So anything I do is for them... Although time is running out." Tetsuo grinned tapping his wrist.
Daiki smirked and started laughing. He cannot believe he is at this boys will and he's the only one that can save them.
"Alright." Daiki snapped his finger for his men to bring the money. "Anything else your highness? You said you had another favor."
Tetsuo grinned, "Yes once I save you bitches. You need to clear my name and paint as someone who wanted to save Tokyo and exposed that bastard Adams for being the one behind the situation... If I'm gone I don't need my family being attacked and harassed. Although if I survive I will need you to retrieve to help me recover my energy and power."
One of the men returned and laid the suitcase in front of him, Tetsuo opened it. Being satisfied with the result, "That sounds more like two favors than one? What would I get out of this for doing this other favor because the other deal was separate thing in itself?" Daiki questioned, as he saw Tetsuo close the suitcase.
"I know you didn't come looking for out of the kindness of your damn heart. You and Adam are no different, but his is a bit more extreme. You wanted to use me for your own benefits to handle certain situations in Tokyo that a regular human can't" Tetsuo did air quotes.
"If you do all this for me, I might think about being your little secret weapon. Although on my terms, I do want to have a life if I'm able to. That's once I'm fully recovered and my powers rejuvenated. And if all goes well, I'm all yours." Tetsuo smirked at him standing up.
Daiki returned the smirk, the boy was very cunning and he knows what he wants and he knows how to get it, he somewhat knew Tetsuo didn't fully trust him so he knew how to use that. He even speaks as if he's going to pull through.
"Well I can't argue when such a good opportunity is in my grasp... You have a deal Mr. Shima."

"What the Hell was Haruki talking about? Is Tetsuo still alive? Where did Haruki go!?" Kaneda was bombarding the man with questions. Before gripping his shirt collar.
The men aimed their gun at him, but Daiki raised his hands for them to stand back. "It was an agreement I made with Tetsuo on a contingency plan in case he survived the blast he created... Haruki went to find his father and I know where he's going. But I don't think it's time yet... I promise you no harm will come to him, if it did all hell will break loose..." Daiki explained vaguely.
"Where's Tetsuo?" Kaneda asked.
