Kaori went home after leaving the hospital and speaking with Kaneda. She quickly closed the door, sliding down slowly. She pulled her knees close hiding her face in her arms.

She was exhausted from today's event, she was really hoping Tetsuo's powers wasn't something that can be transferred. She knows nothing about it and teaching him how to control it.

She pulled out a picture from her purse, of Tetsuo, Kei, Kaneda, Kai and her. Tetsuo with an irritated expression being squished in the middle from everyone hugging him on Kei and Kaneda's couch. Kaneda thought it'll be a good photo and to get under his friends skin as he hate being super close to people.

She kissed the photo gently, where her husband was. Tears tempting to break through, "Tetsuo... I really miss you... I-I need you... Y-Your son needs you..."

She finally broke down crying on the photo, staining it. It takes a lot out of her to be strong for her son. Tetsuo had done so much for them.

Kaneda and finally drove back to Kaori and Tetsuo's home. They looked back at the light, it disappeared as soon as it appeared.

Tetsuo made sure the destruction didn't spread far enough for it to affect everyone. Kaori turned away, and just headed inside, not even hearing anything Kaneda was saying.

As soon as she got in she closed it and locked it. She let all her cries and tears go. She didn't care if Kaneda could hear her or not, whether he was still out there or not.

She held her stomach wrapping her arms around her waist. As she had her and Tetsuo's child forming inside her, she didn't know what to do... She was poor and didn't have anything... How was she going to raise this child without Tetsuo...

"Don't worry Haruki... Mommy will still love you no matter what and will do everything she can to protect and keep you happy." As she looked up she noticed a suitcase on the island in the kitchen, with a note on top of it.

She walked over to it, the suitcase was quite heavy so she left it alone. So she grabbed the note, opening it. She started reading it, she put her hand over her mouth. Trying to control her tears.

To Kaori,

I left something for you and Haruki, so you don't have to worry if you have anything to support yourself or the child while I'm gone. That should be enough fucking money to last you awhile. You can even go to that damn school you dreamed of to be some lame as teacher... I don't know how much that shit cost but hopefully it's still enough, for everything and maybe a better home, or if you want to fix this shithole up instead knock yourself out... Anyways this money is for use only, but you can share it with the guys as well... Don't worry Kaneda told me he'll watch over you and Kei would help you with Haruki, I made sure the senator put a good word in for me so you guys don't get harassed... So yea, just hang in there till I come back.

Tetsuo

Kaori carefully and slowly opened the suitcase, to see if what he wrote was true. She saw the amount of money in it. Her knees grew weak, she feel to the floor holding onto the island. She couldn't believe Tetsuo did all of this for just her.

She don't even know when he was able to pull off and plan this, but she was forever grateful.

"T-T-Thank y-you Tetsuo." She looked up as if she was speaking to the Sky.

Kaori smiles every time she thinks about what he did for her. She got up, she was about to call Kaneda to see if he had found him.

Although Kaneda beat her to it, she quickly answered the phone, "H-Hello Kaneda!? Were you able to find Haruki?"

"Yeaaaah... We got another problem. Meet me at my place, you might want to sit down for this." Kaneda said on the other-side of the phone

"TETSUO IS ALIVE!?" All of them screamed. Kaori was getting a headache and almost passed out, but Kai held her up.

"Shhhh, are you trying to wake up those menace upstairs." Kaneda told them. They apologized.

"Also I'm not sure, Daiki wouldn't tell me much, except he is contained at a confidential facility that couldn't be disclosed. But based on Haruki's reaction he saw something, and possibly know where it's at. So he went to search for answers." Kaneda told them.

"So what should we do?" Mizuki asked.

"W-We're going t-to find my s-son and h-husband... Kaneda you're going to-going to help me, and w-whoever else wants to join... B-But I'm going and K-Kaneda you have to keep y-your promise to Tetsuo." She told them full of determination. Kaneda looked at her impressed. Kei looked quite proud of this new profound confidence.

"We'LL look who grew some balls as the years went by. You heard the lady fellas, we going on a hunt. LET'S GO BOYS!"

All of them went to Kaneda's shop, they were gearing up and getting there bikes together to go out. Kaori was following behind Kaneda to go to his bike.

"Prepared to be amazed my fellow Capsules, to the upgraded Bike." Kaneda pulled the cover off of his bike. Which had more upgrades added to it and had a very nice shine to it. It had extra nitro boosters with a turbo mode. Instead of a flat screen it has digital screens projector he can make bring up with just the swipe of his finger.

"Pretty sick right?" Kaneda got on revving it up, his wheels spark with multiple colors the inners wheels continue to glow. The engine purred louder than it did before.

"What'cha waiting for Kaori, let's go." Kaneda told her, she hopped on. And before everyone left, Kei had his daughters in her arms. As they wanted to give their father a good luck kiss bye. Along with their mother, "Be careful Kaneda, and keep Kaori safe." Kei smiled at Kaori, who returned the smile.

"I have for years, I'm offended you would think otherwise." Kaneda said and with that he drove out the garage with the guys behind him.

Haruki teleported unintentionally and to a familiar place at that. It was late, but he couldn't go back home. He looked around to make sure no one saw him.

He sat down on the side of his friends house and pulled his phone out of his backpack. Dialing his friends number.

His friend was sitting on the couch watching TV while his parents were at work and his sister in her room. He was watching a movie and eating popcorn till his phone rang. He sighed pausing the movie, before answering the phone.

"Yo." Was all he said.

"Takami, it's Haruki."

Takami spit out his drink, "HARUKI! Fuck man where are you. Dude you were literally all over the news this morning."

"It's a long story, please be quiet though. Look I'm outside your house. I could really use your help, can you come out.?" Haruki pleaded through the line, there was a pause for a moment.

"Let me guess you're on a run, and you need a sidekick to help you on some secret goal or mission, leading us to be some kind of fugitives?" Takami questioned.

"Wow that is surprisingly accurate." Haruki replied baffled.

"BET I'M IN! Let me get some stuff for the journey." Takami quickly put some clothes on grabbing some materials and rations. He then snuck outside without his sister noticing. Looking for Haruki.

"Psst over here." Takami turned towards the sound, he saw his friends hand waving from the side of the house. Takami quickly went over, and then was pulled hard to hide in the side.

"Dude! Don't mess with the collar." Takami popped his collar. Haruki rolled his eyes.

"So tell me what happened, what we gonna do!?" Takami said in excitement.

"Why is something like this so exciting for you!?" Haruki flailed his hands in the air in frustration and confusion.

"Bro are you Kidding, nothing exciting happens in this lame ass city. It's gets boriiiingggguhhh." Takami elongated the last word. Dramatically sinking his shoulders.

"Well it could be a life and death situation, I come to find out there hiding my father away in like this secret base or s-something... H-Hooked up t-to all these things... My dad is alive I can feel him... I'm going to find him." Haruki explained, he got a bit scared at how excited his friend was. Bouncing up and down.

"OMFG! I'm so glad we're friends. I'm going to meet the legendary TETSUO SHIM-" Haruki covered Takami's mouth with his hand shushing him. Takami still trying to talk.

Haruki pulled his hand away, "Not so l-loud geez."

"Sorry but I'm so stoked, I always wanted to meet your dad. Like the stories I heard about him is like... Wow..." Takami trying to compose himself. Haruki just looked at him with the most weird face speechless.

"Let's just go... Please keep your fangirling to a minimum." Haruki started walking. Takami non-stop talking about meeting his father.

"You think your dad would like me? Ooh would he show me his powers? Oh Oh OH, better yet teach me?... You think he'll find me annoying?"

"I'm starting to find you annoying." Haruki chuckled, Takami only pushing him lightly.

There were scientist monitoring Tetsuo's energy, temperature, and pulse. He's been asleep for awhile, One of the heads for the facility noticed a spike in Tetsuo's heart rate and pulse. As if he was trying to wake up.

"NO WAY! Call the Senator quick!" One of the staffs nodded before dialing his number. They had got him on the line and handed it to the head scientist.

"Do what I owe the pleasure Ms. Tiffany Morbid?"

"I believe I have some exciting news Senator. It seems are magnificent patient is still with us." Tiffany told him, she could tell he was smirking on the other line.

"Astounding, looks like Tetsuo was right. Keep monitoring him and make sure he is not disturb, it's not time for him to wake up yet... Also any sign of you know who?" He spoke on the other line.

"You mean his son Haruki, no no sign of him sir." Tiffany answered.

"Alright Thank you for the report. Goodnight Ms. Morbid." The Senator had them take the phone away.

"Are you alright Sir, are you worried about Tetsuo?" His secretary asked him.

Daiki only chuckled, "It's amazing he was completely idle till this incident with his son... He must of connected to him while he was sleep causing this change."

"Are you saying Tetsuo did this while he was in an idle state?" His secretary questioned with a bit of skepticism.

"No his Son linked himself with his Father... Which means if his son gets any closer to where he is resting. He'll wake him up." Senator explained to him

"Is that bad?"

"Maybe... Maybe not, who knows. Although I'm not looking to find out."

Was all the Senator said, being asleep as long as Tetsuo is if woken up improperly and to soon. He may be confused and they wouldn't know how he'll react and if he'll remember who he was.
