Haruki and Takami was trying to look for a place to lay low at the moment. As there was a search for him. From what Takami read on the news on his phone.
"Well the good thing is, they not trying to arrest you. They just want to bring you back home. Your just made like those missing kid posters." Takami explained to him.
"Y-Yeah well, I-If they would o-only let me see my Oyaji this would've been all over." Haruki said frustrated walking further ahead.
Takami quickly catching up behind him, they were trying to avoid the open city as much as possible. They were headed to an alleyway. Until they saw a group of thugs beating the shit out of someone, quickly turning around.
They headed to the neighborhood in Yokohama, there was a market event going on and there were a lot of people. Haruki saw some clothes, and an idea came to him.
"Takami, we need to change our clothes and hide our faces. So no one will recognize us." Haruki explained, Takami nodded as it was a good idea.
As they were trying to get through the crowd, Haruki looked behind to make sure no one notices him. Since he wasn't paying attention he bumped into someone falling on his butt.
"OUCH! Watch where your go-HARUKI!?" A female voice turned from anger to excitement.
Haruki was rubbing his head, looking up at the person who recognized him, "Hannya!?" He said in shock.
Forgetting they were around people, and Old man at his shop heard the name. Then turned to the TV, before quickly turning back to the boy.
"YOUR HARUKI SHIMA! TETSUO'S BOY THAT THERE LOOKING FOR!" He shouted. Everyone quickly turned their attention to him.
"We should probably run." Takami told them. They heard everyone gossiping in shock. Then heard the police.
"There he is boys!" An officer said from a distance. As they charged at them. Haruki grabbed hold of Hannya and Takami's hand, running through the crowd and away from the officers.
"C-Can't you just transport us man!?" Takami asked him. Haruki was trying but something is wrong, it's not working. He's done it before but not by command.
Is he not able to use his power at will... "I-I-I c-can't use it... I can't use my power at will." He stopped them as they got a good distance.
"W-wait... What does that mean?" Takami looked at his friend worried.
"It means it can only be used when it's triggered... he doesn't know how to command it." Hannya explained.
Haruki fell to the ground, he was getting frustrated and now sad. Tears started forming, "What's wrong with me! Why can't I-I do it! Oyaji could..."
He started hearing everyone's inner thoughts loudly, shaking his head, "S-S-STOP IT!... I-I d-don't like this..." Takami saw the officers were getting close. Then he heard a loud engine rev, he turned to the otherside.
"Haruki... Isn't that your uncle and mother?" Takami asked as he saw them down at the end of the crowded market.
Although Haruki couldn't hear him, the voices were overpowering it. Then everyone including Hannya and Takami felt a sudden shake. As if an earthquake was forming.
"S-Stop it... l-leave me a-alone... Tetsuo this... Tetsuo that...WHY! WHY! W-Why!..."
His friends kneeled in front of him worried, as he was pulling his hair. Veins began growing on his head becoming more noticeable.
"Stop talking about him as if you know him...Why should you when I d-don't... THATS NOT FAIR!" He yelled in anger. His power reached far as the lights and everything wasn't being affected where they were at but in Tokyo too.
"Haruki!" Kaneda and the Officer yelled.
"Leave me... ALONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" He screamed at the officer, cutting the officer in half with a psychic blast. The officers looked in fear, they were informed that the child wouldn't be deadly. As he was too scared to kill anyone.
Everyone started screaming running away. Haruki froze in fear and shock. Everything went silent around. Did he just kill someone... H-He didn't want to do that... Haruki head was starting to hurt, along with his chest... He was beginning having a panic attack.
He kept shaking his head aggressively, telling himself it was an accident he didn't mean to do it. Then he felt someone slapped his cheeks together. Bringing him back to reality, it was none other than Hannya
"Haruki! Come back to us, it wasn't your fault. We know it was an accident." She tried to comfort him, only making him tear up more.
News people on a helicopter was over the whole scene recording it and reporting it. All over Japan, the news reaching the Senator. He watched the scene, cursing under his breath. Then he saw officers preparing to kill him. He quickly stood up, slamming his hands on the desk.
"TELL THOSE MEN TO DISENGAGE! Contact the person in charge." Daiki yelled to his secretary.
"Right away sir."
"Tetsuo will have my head, if he wakes up and something happen to his son." Daiki said, sitting back down frustrated. He was confused who those extra kids were with him.
_
Haruki saw them aiming their guns at them, ready to shoot. Haruki got scared, he tried to use his powers. But he couldn't to many things were happening, he couldn't focus or think.
Takami and Hannya stood in front of Haruki trying to shield him from the officers. He looked at them in shock.
"Haruki!"
"KAORI!" Kaneda yelled to her.
He heard his mother, turning around. She was Kaneda, she got off the bike running towards him. With tears in her eyes... Why is she crying he thought...
"Prepare to fire men!" One of them said, as soon as they pulled the trigger, as Takami and Hannya had their eyes shut. Preparing for the worse. It never came. They opened their eyes. Had made his way in front of them shielding them with some kind of barrier. As they were constantly shooting it.
His powers turning on, he made the bullets bounce back going through some of the shoulders and legs. Trying not to hit vital points and kill them.
He grabbed there hands again turning around where his mother was still a distance, stood there.
"H-Haruki..." Kaori called to him in a quiet tone. He only looked away sadly, they started to glow before disappearing. Leaving the scene.
Haruki and friends was transported mid air, not to far from the scene but far enough where they can't be seen.
Takami and Hannya was scared as they were falling from the air. Haruki focused very hard to prevent it, despite his headache.
He made Them become lightweight like air to land safely. Before he gave out, almost landing, making them roll on the ground.
Takami quickly got up, "That was so cool! You can fl-" Takami looked at Haruki who was still passed out on the ground.
"Haruki?" Takami ran over to him, Hannya was sitting up grunting. She looked up and saw Takami trying to wake Haruki up.
She quickly got up and ran to them, she paused looking at Haruki. "Haruki is having a seizure!" She told Takami loudly. They both looked at each other tearing up, they didn't know what to do.
He kept shaking and foaming at the mouth. Hannya looked around to see what to do, "We need to get some help..." she said.
"N-No we can't, t-they will probably report him to the government or something. This would have happened if you didn't SHOUT HIS NAME OPENLY!" Takami looked up at her irritated, with Haruki in his lap.
She placed her hands on her hips irritated, "Oh I'm sorry! I didn't get the FUCKING MEMO! That there were people looking for him, and calling his name was a DAMN CRIME!" She yelled back.
"You don't watch tv or the news!?"
"I haven't been home all day, I just left school! I WAS HEADING HOME! Then I saw my best friend and future husband wandering with a stray cat." She puffed.
"Delusional bitch." He mumbled under his breath as he was caressing Haruki's head. Who stop shaking and still unconscious.
"What was that!"
"Hello, is someone over here?" Someone spoke from the otherside of the alleyway.
Takami and Hannya tensed up, going quiet. The strange voice walked further inside the alleyway where they were hiding. Hannya stood in front of Takami and Haruki.
Grabbing a random broken pipe in the alley, "Leave us alone, if you keep walking. You'll be great by my little friend." She pointed the pipe at them.
The person held up there hand in defense, "Calm down, if something is wrong. Maybe I could be of assistance?"
"And why should we believe you?" Takami spoke up.
They revealed themselves from the shadow, a woman with a robe along with a dress under it with a lot of jewelry decorating her.
"Because I'm a friend of his family, my name is Kikyo." She told them.
• Senator Daiki's Office •
As Daiki was looking over paperwork in his office, his secretary came in.
"Senator Yamamoto, the Prime Minister Izanami Oda is here to see you." His secretary announced moving out the way to reveal the prime minister entering. As he exited himself from the room.
"Oh great." Daiki said quietly but she still heard it clearly.
"I hope that's an 'Oh great' as in nice to see me and not a sarcastic one Mr. Yamamoto. As I am in no mood for sarcasm."
She sat down in front of him with her legs crossed, and hands locked resting on it.
"Forgive me Prime Minister, to what I owe the honor of having her lady ship here?"
"I gave you control of the situation with Tetsuo Shima's return. To make sure the events transpiring were in control and taken care of."
"Which I have."
"Yes, and you did an adequate job. I applauded you for that, and having him on our side. Stopping whatever those Americans were bringing. Which would could finally forget and put behind us, and no more of these unnatural beings would disturb our piece again, but now..."
She opened her bag, taking out her tablet. Showing it to the Senator, "Can you explain this to me?"
It was a news about Haruki Shima missing and/or ran away from home. With a video she was now showing of a police officer killed in the midst of a market event.
"The situation is still under control." Daiki told her calmly.
"Is it?... I couldn't tell, I also didn't know he harbored a spawn with the same uncontrollable powers... Which have been under the radar, by a certain someone without my intel in the matter." She looked at him displeased.
"I didn't know he had his powers until recently. It was never meant to be a secret as if we were trying to use him because of his powers... It was just to keep him safe and I made a promise to his father." Daiki explained.
"Hahaha, who TETSUO SHIMA!? The same kid that destroyed 50% of Tokyo."
"The same kid and man that saved 50% of what was left of Tokyo. Haruki is just scared, and from what we've seen. He doesn't use them willing nor try to, he's just looking for answers."
"And tell me Senator what might those answers be?"
"He wants to find his father, but Tetsuo is still resting and recovering." Daiki told her, she looked at him baffled and suprised.
"Tetsuo is still alive, you are kidding me Senator... Ha, wow. I can't believe this." She got up walking behind the chair holding the head. She looked at Daiki as if she wanted to rip his off.
"I know what you're thinking, but hear me out. Tetsuo will be utilized as a resource for our government and officers in Japan. For cases regular humans such as ourselves can't do, he can be a secret weapon of lowering crime rates and more in our country. As agreed upon with Tetsuo himself, but in return I keep his family safe. Till he returns, and I intend to keep that promise for the benefit of Japan."
She looked at him intrigued, she only sighed. "Let's say that is true... For right now, what are you going to do with the situation at hand with his son? Because if this situation doesn't get in control, and that boys power isn't checked... I will handle it, and that child will be put down." She warned him.
"As I said Prime Minister, I have everything under control and his uncle is taking care of it as well... Also I would highly advise not to take drastic measures on the child, for you and Japans safety." He warned back.
"Are you threatening me Senator?" She raised an eyebrow at him.
"Me... Haha no, but Tetsuo is another story. He may be immobile and recovering at the moment." Senator stood up, walking to the minister, standing over her.
"But He is still very much alive and self-aware. If his son was to expire while he was in that state, I can only imagine what he would do to Japan, when he wakes up. As he made it very clear, he cares very little for it, he only saved Japan because of his friends and family." He informed her, She listened sternly to him but not wavering by his words.
"I had it under control when he return and I'll have it under control now with his son. We have been doing well for so long Prime Minister... Let's not ruin it by making rash decisions." Daiki said sitting back down behind his desk.
The prime minister only scoffed at him, with a smirk. "Alright Senator, but I stand by what I said. If you lose control of the situation, I will take control." As she was heading out, his guards opened the door for her, before she stopped at the entrance.
She turned her head to the side, "I will also take into consideration Tetsuo's threat." With that she finally left.
Daiki leaned back sighing, then his phone ranged on his desk. He picked up, holding it to his ears "Yes" he said holding the bridge of his nose.
"I have a small report for you." A woman said on the other line.
"If it's small Ms. Morbid no need to report. It's been a long day."
"I just thought you might want to know a little something. Tetsuo's seemed to have open."
"HE'S AWAKE!?" Daiki quickly sat up.
"Well no, his eyes are only slightly open, and he hasn't moved. I believe every time his son uses a strong amount of power. He reacts slowly to it every time."
"Amazing." He said sarcastically, as he didn't appreciate a scare.
"For someone that is trying to supposedly help him, you sure are afraid of him?" Ms Morbid said, taking notes of Tetsuo's vitals and power.
"I don't know what to expect when it comes to him... Then we have his son to deal with. That we didn't know had his abilities."
"Aww poor Senator, need a rest sir." She smirked leaving the lab after finishing her work.
"Do you want to end up like Adam?"
"Well that's all I wanted to report, byeee." She hung up, Daiki slammed his head on the desk groaning.
"These people will be the death of me."

• Kikiyo's Temple •
Haruki was sleeping somewhere separate from everyone in the temple. She wanted to make sure it was a calm and cozy place.
A child like room, after her monks injected him with a medicine. He was a lot more calmer and relaxer, sleeping soundly
As Haruki was laying down, he was mumbling in his sleep. "O-Oyaji."
"Haruki?"
When Haruki heard an unfamiliar voice, he sat up and noticed he was a white void. Nothing around him, not even above or under him.
He looked around to where that voice was coming from, "H-Hello... W-Where am I?" He began getting worried tearing up. He didn't know if he was dead or alive.
"Haruki?"
The voice was much louder and clearer, and he heard it from behind. He quickly turned around, his eyes became wide as saucers. It was his father, he looked just like the photo his my showed him.
As if he hasn't aged in years, "O-Oyaji... D-D-Daddy!?" He said before running to him. Tetsuo kneeled down, opening his arms wide for him.
Haruki ran straight into his chest, holding him tight. Tetsuo returning the hug, Haruki could feel him. He felt warm, it's as if he was really hear... He started crying, in his fathers chest.
Tetsuo picked him up, holding him close as he was curled up in his arm. "You are just like your mother." He chuckled rubbing his son's hair.
"I Miss you... I-I w-want to see you... I want... I want to be with you... P-Please c-come... C-Come home..." Haruki spoke through sobs.
"You stutter like her too."
"I-It's been h-horrible at school... s-some k-kids are saying horrible t-things about you... I-I did h-horrible things... I'm... a-an e-evil child... t-that's why everyone hates me... T-That's probably w-why you aren't hear... Because of me."
Haruki pulled away slightly looking up at his father with teary eyes. He couldn't read his father's expression.
"I could never hate you Haruki, you and your mother is why I did what I did... I'm not good with expressing, but if I had the power to do anything I want. I would give you the world... You will see me again Haruki... It'll be okay Haruki...I promise." Tetsuo told him, pulling him in a strong hold again. Haruki returning it smiling slightly through his tears.
"When I come back, I will give that school a piece of my mind." Tetsuo laughing but serious. Which made Haruki chuckled, because from the stories he heard about his dead. He knew he was very serious.
"Haruki I-" Before Tetsuo could finish, Haruki woke up. Tears on the side of his eyes.
He looked around realizing he was no longer in a dirty alleyway. Which was all he could remember, he didn't know if what he saw was a dream, vision, or his father actually communicating with him.
Then Kikyo, bust through the doors, to Haruki on the bed. Engulfing his hands in hers, looking at him with a gleam in her eyes.
"You spoke with him!" She told him excitedly, his friends came running in behind her.
"Spoke with who?" Takami asked.
"I felt him... Tetsuo... It was not a dream Haruki... It was really him. He spoke with you from where he's at. That is living proof he is really Alive." She finally explained to him.
Haruki couldn't believe it, he wanted to see his father but wasn't sure if he was alive or not. None of them did, he just knew he was held somewhere immobile.
"You are strongly linked with him, and when you were asleep. You called for him. As if your spirit was in trouble, which is so beautiful and incredible. He can feel you when you truly need him and he comes to you... That is wow?" Kikiyo explained further, and then left speechless.
Someone called for her, she quickly left them alone in the room. Takami and Hannya sat on the edge of the bed on both sides.
"We're glad you're awake Haruki... We were worried you wouldn't wake up." Hannya told him, she noticed he was still looking into space and unresponsive.
"Haruki... You alright man?" Takami asked gripping his shoulders. Then they saw him beamed so bright, for the first time in forever that he started blushing. Looking at both of them.
"He's Alive!... And I got to talk to him." He said happily, with tears of joy. His friends looked at him, actually happy to see Haruki smile.
"Now that you know he's alive, what does that mean now?" Takami questioned.
"All the more reason to find him, and bring him back home." Haruki grinned, they returned the smile nodding.
Haruki will see his father no matter what.
