"Thanks for coming with me Poppy, I really don't know how I could do this without you." Viva said smiling in Poppy's direction. She was really lucky to have a supportive sister like her. "No problem, I'm sure he'll love to be a grandparents, he's been dropping a lot of hints for Branch and I to start a family together, I'm sure he can work with this." Poppy replied The Pop Queen. "Now let's head inside and tell him the news." Poppy walked inside with Viva following right behind her.
The sisters immediately found their father in the kitchen drinking some tea and playing a crossword puzzle that he loves doing on his free time. "Hey Dad." Poppy greeted immediately giving him a hug before taking her seat. "How are my girls doing?" Peppy asked making sure that they were okay. "I'm doing well thanks for asking." Poppy replied before looking at Viva sympathetically and she just took a deep breath ready to share the life changing news to her father.
"Dad, I'm pregnant." Viva immediately closed her eyes shut but she could feel Poppy grabbed her hand to show her support. She then opened her eyes to see the expression on her Dad's face. "Cloud Guy pranked me into thinking that Poppy wanted to have kids at the same time, so he gave me some magic beans and now I'm pregnant only to find out Poppy was not and that I'm an idiot into believing that prank only to find out if it actually happened, Poppy would back out last minute and I would still be pregnant." Viva explained panicked by how her dad might say or feel right now.
There was a complete silence until Poppy was the first to speak up. "You know, you didn't have to throw me under the bus about me forgetting to tell you that I would change my mind." The Pop Queen got up to make herself and Viva some tea, knowing that this might take a while and in hopes that it could calm Viva's nerves.
"Are you disappointed in me?" Viva asked her father completely ignoring Poppy laughing in the background. "Viva I'm not disappointed, but no matter what I'll still supportive you no matter what." King Peppy replied reassuring his daughter that she will be okay.
Viva smile fondly at her dad before getting up to give him a hug. She was super happy that her dad and Poppy were on her side. "Do you guys not care that your a grandpa or an aunt?" Viva questioned not getting the response that she wanted. But now was not the time for that.
