So, You're Sirius Black

The next day Regina went alone to the Ministry of magic.

She wanted to look into the eyes of

the person who betrayed his friends.

The letter says that he didn't have a trial which didn't sit well with her.

The fact that the new minister felt he was innocent only made her want to meet him more.

She wanted to see for herself just how innocent he really was. After all, she would know, she was once evil.

Arriving at the ministry she quickly walked into the entrance and towards the office of Amelia Bones.

However, halfway there, an Auror saw the Queen and immediately went to assist her.

Auror: Your Majesty. The Auror bowed his head in respect.

Welcome back to the Ministry.

We didn't expect you here today. How can I help you?

Regina: That's because I never sent a message saying I was coming. As for why I'm here, it's because I want to meet Sirius Black before his trial.

I want to see for myself if he could have ever betrayed the Potters.

I'll know the moment we meet.

Now please escort me to Miss Bone's office.

Auror: Of course, Your Majesty. Please follow me.

Regina nodded and followed the Auror without another word.

When they arrived at their destination, the Auror was dismissed leaving the two women alone to speak privately.

Regina sat in front of the desk across from the head Auror.

After Regina explained to Madom Bones why she was there,

She could tell that the women wasn't too thrilled to hear what the queen had said to her.

Madom Bones: With all due respect your majesty, I don't think that's a very good idea…

Regina: You have nothing to worry about Miss Bones, I am pretty sure he cannot harm me.

He doesn't have a wand and honestly even if he tries to harm me, he'd be immobilized before he can even get to me. Don't make me ask again, I hate repeating myself.

Sighing as she saw the Queen was determined to meet Sirius Black

Madon Bones: I'll Have one of my Aurors escort you to the holding cells where Sirius Black is being held.

Please always be on your guard.

Regina nodded her head in understanding.

5 minutes later, Regina was at the holding cell that held Sirius Black.

As Regina looked into the holding cell,

And she saw the man in a corner looking down at the floor unaware of her presence.

Regina: So…Your Sirius Black.

Regina watched as the man suddenly looked up at the sound of her voice.

A look of confusion on his face.

Regina: The man I was told who betrayed the Potters.

Sirius: I didn't betray the Potters.

I would have died before that ever happened.

Regina saw the sadness in his eyes.

There was no way this man killed Harry's adopted parents.

She knew he was innocent.

Sirius: Who are you?

Regina: My name is Regina. And as to who I am, you'll soon find out.

Then walked away from the cell but stopped, not turning her back to him.

Regina: Just know I'm on your side.

See you at trial. Then left before he could say anything else.

After speaking with the head of D.M.L.E.

It was decided that she would deal with Sirius Black's case, while Rufus took care of Fudge's case since his offence was against the Queen herself.

Later that night, Regina was in her garden sitting on a bench near her apple tree thinking about Harry's godfather.

Once Sirius's trail starts, she'll make sure he's free by the end of the day.

And she knew just how to do it.

Then she would find those responsible for falsely imprisoning him.

The next day the first trial came and gone finding Cornelius Fudge guilty of all charges against him.

Now it was Sirius Black's turn.

Regina was sitting in the back waiting for Rufus to call out her title and name as she was about to take her place as the judge for the case.

This would be the first time she would be in the public's eye since becoming their queen.

She was going to make sure that she

wasn't going to be manipulated by

anyone.

Upon hearing her name, Regina stood up and walked with her head held up high like the queen she was to where Rufus was standing.

Witches and wizards alike spoke quietly as they finally saw their queen for the first time.

What they didn't know was just how powerful she really was. And they were all about to find out.

After speaking quietly to Rufus, he bowed to her, then walked to his seat were Regina Sat not too long ago.

Regina allowed the talking last a little longer as she knew that the witches and wizards alike were finally getting to see her for the first time.

Having allowed them all to process who she was, she spoke loud enough for everyone to hear her.

Regina: "Enough!"

Everyone immediately becomes quiet after hearing their Queen speak.

Regina: "Thank you. Now we are all here for the next Trial to begin.

The trial of Sirius BlacK due to being thrown in prison without a trial.

The persons responsible for this will be delt with after the trial is over.

Now let's continue. Bring Sirius Black to the stands to stand trial for the Murder of Lilly and James Potter.

Moments later the doors opened and two Aurors escorted a shackled Sirius Black to the stands.

When he was secured, the two Aurors bowed to their queen then took their place near the doors.

Regina nodded her head in acknowledgement to the two Aurors then focused on the task at hand, freeing Sirus Black.

Regina stands up to address everyone in the room.

Regina: As most of you now Know I am Queen Regina of the wizarding world.

We are here to prove rather or not Sirus Black helped kill Lilly and James potter.

Many people gasped as she used her magic to appear on the floor next to the stand where Sirus was , and then with a wave of her hands six Tv monitors appears in the room so everyone will be able to see what is being showed on the screens.

She people speaking of how it was supposed to be impossible to apparent in this room but somehow, she could this same could be said about her magic.

Others was just amazed at how powerful she really was.

She ignored what was being said and the moment she begun to speak, everyone in the room become silent.

Regina: Now I was told that most of you wouldn't know what a television is.

Basically, it's a screen that allows you to record and watch something from the past. It also allows you to see people with a wave of her hand the monitors came to life and everyone could see the Queen on the monitors.

Think of this as an upgraded version of a pensive.

Conjuring the potion, she made a week ago to show everyone what truly happen that night. Sirus Black must drink this potion. Once consumed, it will act like a truth serum. When asked a question Sirius will have to answer truthfully you will also see the events of that night on the Televisions also short for TVs.

Everything you see will be is the truth of that night.

Using her magic to make the potion appear in front of Sirus, then reappeared in her seat, she sat down then.

Sirus Black I suggest you drink the potion now if you are indeed innocent of these crimes, the potion given to you will no doubt reveal the truth of what really happened in your point of view.

Sirus nodded his head and without hesitation drank the potion.

As soon as he did everyone saw the tvs come to life.

What regina didn't expect was the potion to reveal anything until asked.

What was happening was Sirius's memories appeared like a movie They all watched as The Potters changed the secret keep to wormtail agreeing that he would be the last person the Dark Lord would think to go after.

Then the scene changed to Sirus and wormtail on a street full of innocent people. Everyone in horror as the watched the scene as wormtail used the killing curse to kill everyone on the street making it look like Sirus killed them all himself.

Then the last and final scene was of Sirus in front of Potters house now destroyed by Voldermort.

That's when the aurors arrested him for a crime he didn't commit.

Then the screens went blank, and everyone saw Sirius collapsed due to the sadness and anger he felt wash over him.

Everyone now knew that Sirius Black was innocent.

" As of now Sirius Black is free.

The people who put him in prison will be brought to me and I will hand them their punishment accordingly for illegally throwing an innocent man in prison without a trial.

The anger on Regina's face was fighting to everyone who didn't know her.

She was going to make these people pay and everyone knew in this moment not to get in her way.

Regina: Case closed now uncuff this man and everyone may now leave this room.

As I want to speak to Sirius Black alone.

It didn't take long for everyone to leave and Regina and Sirius was finally alone. Sirius couldn't help but smile thanks to this woman and apparently his new Queen.

Out of respect he bowed to Regina.

Sirius: Thank you for freeing me Your Majesty.

I am forever in your debt…

Regina held her hand up to stop him from finishing his sentence.

Regina: You owe me nothing Sirius,

After all, that's what families do.

We help each other when in need.

Seeing the confusion on his face.

Regina couldn't help but smirk.

Regina: After all, You are my son's Godfather.

The look on Sirius's face made Regina laugh.

Sirius: Your son?

Regina: Yes, my son.

You know him as Harry Potter.

I'll tell you everything once we get out of here and home.

Harry's looking forward to meeting you by the way.

Sirius didn't know what to say after this.

So, without another word he followed the queen who transported them to the place where Harry and the others were waiting for them.

The moment Sirius saw Harry, he knew it was him, he failed him once as a baby this time he won't fail, And he would die before that happens again.

Sorry for the long wait and can't promise I'll update another chapter quickly though.
