My Infinity Hero

The air hung heavy. The pain filling his chest was more then Hiro could handle, as he stood in the open and destroyed doorway of his home, the Flash emblem on the back of his left hand mostly burned away, with a fragment of it remaining, while he stared at the horrifying scene before him.

The entryway to his home, filled with the splattered blood of whoever had answered the door, most likely his mom, while some blood dripped down from the ceiling, showing it was still somewhat fresh. Carefully stepping into the house, he didn't make a sound as he looked around at the massacre that had taken place. Stopping as he reached the entrance path to the common area, Hiro's ears picked up on the sound of wet squelching, as if something was taking a bite out of a big raw steak.

He slowly turned his head, his eyes shrinking in horror, as he saw the big monstrous villain pinning a lifeless body to the couch, while eating it. His breathing became erratic, as he grabbed at his chest, spotting the sleeve of this villains latest victim. It was a sleeve belonging to a female uniform shirt for his school.

His erratic breathing caused the beast to stop chowing down on its meal, before slowly turning around to look at him over his shoulder, showing the glowing red eyes that shined with murderous and cannibalistic intent.

Hiro could do nothing but stare in horror, as the villain turned around and came marching towards him. But he managed to do one thing, as the villain pulled back its clawed hand to swipe at him.

"HELP!" His shrill cry echoed out, as blood splattered the hung photos on the wall to his left.

~Present Day~

"Man, Apachai really doesn't know when to hold back." Hiro groaned, rotating his shoulder. "I mean seriously, he could hold back just a little."

"Excuse me young man. Might I have a word?" A man in a uniform asked, stopping Hiro in his tracks.

Hiro looked ahead of him, and smiled when he saw who it was, standing there in a police uniform.

"Burrito." Hiro smiled.

"Still going with that nickname huh?" Borutto asked with a smile.

"I thought you liked it?" Hiro said.

"You know I've always hated it, you brat." Borutto chuckled, ruffling Hiro's hair.

"So, what can I do for one of Japan's finest?" Hiro asked.

"Nothing really. Just wanted to see how you were doing, when I saw you." He said.

"That's greatly appreciated man." Hiro said.

"Listen Hiro." Borutto said. "I can't apologize enough for the way I treated you back when you were in grade school."

"Hey, it's water under the bridge. You were in Middle School, just about to enter High School, so that was to be expected." Hiro smiled.

"Still, the fact that I was an ego driven kid, only makes it an excuse." Borutto said.

"Tell you what, if you really feel bad about it, treat me to a drink from the vending machine?" Hiro asked.

"You got it kid." Borutto smiled, walking to the nearest machine on his patrol route. "So I heard about what happened a couple days ago. You doing okay?"

"Injuries are all healed up, no need to worry." Hiro smiled.

"By the way, I never did learn what the true nature of your Quirk is." Borutto said.

"That, I'm still trying to figure out myself." Hiro said. "But I'm getting plenty of help from my Guardian and a few friends of her."

"Right you Guardian." Borutto said. "What exactly does she do again?"

"She's a Tattoo Artist." Hiro stated. "It pays pretty well too, not to mention the monthly income cheques she gets from the government to help support me."

"I see." Borutto said, as they stopped at a vending machine. "So anything interesting happen? Other then the villain attack I mean."

"Not really. Just got done with my daily martial arts training session. So now I'm just gonna head home, and wait for tomorrow to come." Hiro said. "Oh, I almost forgot. My middle school's allowing me to take their finals, for a chance at early graduation. So I gotta study for that. It's coming in a weeks time."

"Really, what will you do with all your free time if you pass?" Borutto asked, pulling a drink from the vending machine.

"I'll spend it focusing on studying for U.A's entrance exams. They're the school with the top Hero Course in Japan. So I gotta get in." Hiro stated, accepting the drink offered to him.

"Still planning on being a hero huh?" Borutto asked.

"You know my reasons Borutto." Hiro stated, sounding a bit cold with his words.

The officer knew, not to push the subject, for two reasons. Hiro's reasons for becoming a hero, weren't noble ones, and were sensitive to him as they involved an incident he'd been a part of, the day he'd awakened his Quirk. The second reason, was because whenever Hiro used his actual name, and not the nickname he'd dubbed him with, that meant he was serious, and didn't wanna delve deeper into it. Something he learned the hard way a week after said incident happened.

"I'll drop it." Borutto said. "But word of advice. Be careful who you piss off. That sludge villain was a member belonging to one of the few Yakuza groups still remaining in the underworld. So watch yourself, yeah?"

"Yeah, I got it." Hiro said. "See ya around man."

~The Following Week~

"Damn, I can't believe how badly I bombed that test." Hiro groaned.

"You didn't bomb it as badly as I did." Izumi said, walking next to him. "But there's no way either of us got passing grades, not with the Principal breathing down our backs like that."

"No kidding." Hiro sighed. "I mean, I get the man has six eyes and giant ears, but he was a little intense with staring at us during the exam. Made me so uncomfortable I could barely do the test itself."

"That's for sure." Izumi agreed. "I gotta go this way Hiro. My mom wants me to stop by the market and pick up some groceries on the way home for dinner tonight."

"See you later Izumi." Hiro said, as they went in separate directions.

Hiro scratched at the back of his head, not liking his odds of passing. But the results would be mailed to their homes by the end of the week at least, so all he could do now was wait until they came in.

"I wonder what Itami's gonna make for dinner tonight." Hiro pondered.

"Let go of me. Get your disgusting hands off of me you vermin!"

Hiro sighed as he stopped in his tracks, before he looked down the street the young womans voice came from. There, he saw a couple of grown me, trying to shove a young woman, maybe around his age, into their black van.

"Shut it. Once your daddy pays ransom for you, he can have you back." The first man stated.

"But you won't be going home until that happens." The second guy said.

"An' if he doesn't fork up any cash, we can make a killing off the porno we can film by fucking you ourselves. With a body like yours, it's a wonder as to how old you really are." The first guy said.

"Hey!" Hiro's voice echoed out, before a metallic clap and ringing echoed through the air, with blue lightning.

The first man turned to who'd spoken, before he was knocked back by a stone fist slamming into his face, making him let go of the girl, as he was pinned to the van by the stone appendage. The young woman and the other man looked shocked at what had happened, before they turned to see Hiro rushing the other man, clapping his hands together as if praying, before slamming both his palms on the van, causing the metal to warp, before it grabbed the second man and pulled him away from the girl.

"C'mon, if they have strong Quirks, those bindings I made won't hold them for long." Hiro said, grabbing the girls wrist, and running back to where he left his bag, school blazer, and dress shirt. "But they should hold them long enough for some pro's to find them. Hopefully before they break free and chase after us."

The girl looked confused for a second, as she spotted something on his body akin to a crucifix as it stopped glowing through the fabric of his undershirt, on his hip, right above the waistband of his pants, on his right hip. Quickly grabbing his things, Hiro pulled the girl around the corner, and continued running with her, only stopping once they were far enough away from the two would be kidnappers.

"That was a close one." He sighed, pulling his dress shirt on. "You okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine. Thank you." The girl said. "My name's Momo, Momo Yaoyorozu."

"Hiro, Hiro Masutā. Nice to meet you." Hiro said. "What did those two want with you, if you don't mind me asking."

"They most likely wanted money." Momo said. "My father's, a powerful and wealthy man, and they figured kidnapping me for some ransom money would get them rich, rather quickly."

"An' if they didn't get it fast enough, you were gonna end up as their plaything." Hiro tsked. "Buncha lowlife scum."

"Anyways, thank you for saving me." Momo said. "I guess it was kinda pathetic of me to just freeze like that."

"I don't think so." Hiro said. "You freezing up, just proved you're only human, and you have your flaws, just like the rest of us. But that doesn't matter, because our fear, helps keep us alive. I mean, even All Might's scared when he's fighting. He just puts on a brave face to hide it, because he knows he's gotta be strong for the people he saves."

Momo looked at Hiro in awe, before something began ringing in his pocket.

"Hello?" Hiro asked, answering the phone. "Uh, no… I wasn't there… What do you mean my GPS puts me three blocks away from the site of the incident? Okay, yes I was there. But they were trying to kidnap someone, and I had to step in… No I didn't use lethal intent, I just incapacitated them, the guy with the stone fist against his face can still breathe, it's just holding him against the van… Okay, I get it just… Oh that is so not fair… Okay, I'll see you at home, talk soon."

"Your parents?" Momo asked as Hiro hung up.

"My grandpa actually." Hiro sighed. "He keeps tabs on certain things happening in this area. An' he recognizes my handy work when he sees it. He's not my legal Guardian though, but I still live under the same roof with him and my Guardian. Or at least I did. I'll be moving into the dojo I train at, in a couple days."

"Is he in law enforcement?" Momo inquired.

"Something like that." Hiro said, before a black limo pulled up next to them. "An' this is me. Guess I'll be seeing you around Ms. Yaoyorozu."

"Wait, just… please just call me Momo." She said, holding what looked like a metal bookmark out to him. "Here, it's my phone number."

"Why give me this?" Hiro asked.

"I'd like to keep hanging out, if that's okay?" Momo asked.

"Sounds great. I'll let you know, when we can hang next." Hiro smiled.

"I'd like that very much actually." Momo agreed.

Slipping into his ride, Hiro closed the door, before leaning back with a sigh of relief.

"So, you got a cute girls phone number huh?" A man sitting across from him asked. The man sitting across from Hiro was an older man, with white hair, liver spotted skin, and wearing an elders kimono robe. His hands were held close around the head of a cane, with a pair of sunglasses over his eyes.

"She's the one who was being kidnapped. She just gave me her number, without me asking for it." Hiro said.

"Speaking of the incident, you have to remember to be careful my boy." The man said. "We can't have you drawing attention to yourself, not when HE, could still be out there waiting for an opportunity to strike."

"I know Grandpa, I know." Hiro stated. "I can't go flaunting my abilities, because if I do, then I draw attention to us, and drawing attention to us is bad, very bad. After all, we are a family of Yakuza."

~2Weeks Later~

"Oh my Gosh, I can't believe the test results are here." Izumi said, in a hushed and worried tone of expression. "I'm too scared to look."

"Do you want me to look for you?" Hiro asked, sitting across from his green haired friend in a Carl's Jr. "I haven't opened mine either."

"Y-yes please." Izumi said, handing him the letter.

"Okay, here goes." Hiro said, opening both envelops, and pulling the letters out.

"Mr. Masutā, Ms. Midoriya…" Hiro read aloud, going through both at the same time. "It is with our esteemed pleasure, to announce you've gone through the early graduation exams, and have passed with flying colors. Congratulations, your graduation certificate, will be mailed to your address we have on file."

"We passed?" Izumi asked in shock.

"I got a score of 92, and you got a perfect 100." Hiro said. "It's amazing. I didn't actually expect to pass the exams. But I never doubted you'd pass."

"That's incredible." Izumi smiled.

"Says here on both our letters, we have to attend for one more week to finalize things with the teachers and Principal, but there doesn't seem to be anything more we need to take care of after that." Hiro said.

"Then I guess this is cause for celebration. Lunch is on me today."

Hiro and Izumi turned to the person who spoke, and the boy smiled at who he saw standing there.

"Momo, hey." Hiro said. "Glad you could make it."

"Sorry I'm a little late. Father didn't like the idea of me going out and meeting with a boy, until I told him it was the same boy who rescued me from those kidnappers." Momo smiled, reaching into her purse. "This is from him by the way. It's for you."

"What is it?" Izumi asked, as Hiro took the envelope Momo handed to him.

"It's a cheque. Don't know how much is on it." Momo said, before Hiro quickly hid it in his pocket. "What's with the speed?" She asked, sitting next to Izumi.

"This, is an obscenely large amount of money, just for saving one life." Hiro said.

"How much is on the cheque?" Izumi asked.

"75,000,000Yen!" Hiro hissed quietly, shocking both girls.

"That's a lot of money." Izumi said.

"I knew father was grateful to you for saving my life, but I didn't expect him to be this extreme with it." Momo agreed.

"I can't possibly accept this amount of money. Even a third of it would be too much." Hiro said.

"It's a gift from my father. I know it's quite a lot, but it would mean the world to him, if you'd accept it." Momo said.

Hiro thought it over, before he sighed and hit his head against the table.

"Fine, I'll accept the money." Hiro sighed. "I'm gonna have to deposit it, into my savings account. Hopefully, if I leave the majority of it alone for a while, It'll build into more then it already has."

"You're quite frugal with your money aren't you?" Momo smiled. "So, if I'm buying lunch, what is it we're celebrating?"

"Midoriya and I were allowed to take our middle school finals early, and we both passed with flying colors." Hiro explained.

"That's great and all, but why choose to take such exams?" Momo asked, sounding surprised.

"Training and studying to get into U.A." Izumi said. "I have to train my body to handle the power of my Quirk, and this frees up my time to follow the training routine my trainer has set up for me, while studying for the Entrance Exams."

"Same for me." Hiro said.

"So, which of you got the higher score in your early finals exams?" Momo asked.

"You're sitting next to her." Hiro smiled. "An' I'm not ashamed to say that she beat me. She's more then earned it, given all the flack she took as a late bloomer."

"Late bloomer?" Momo inquired. "What are those exactly?"

"People whose Quirks don't manifest until later on in life." Izumi said. "For instance, mine didn't manifest until a few weeks ago. So I was labeled and treated harshly as Quirkless."

"By harshly, do you mean…"

"Bullied and discriminated against." Hiro said. "Even prompted her to suicide."

"Masutā was one of the few people who actually stood up for me." Izumi smiled nervously. "Even now, he defends me against the bullies who still pick on me, because I was Quirkless. There was even this one time in our second year of middle school, he stopped someone from having their way with me. They even threatened to make a video and ruin my life by posting it online. The guy's still in the hospital, going through physio therapy for what Masutā did to him."

"That's just awful." Momo gasped. "No one should be treated in such a way, no matter if they have a Quirk, or are Quirkless."

"That's just the way things are Momo." Hiro said. "Those with power, and big enough egos, will always lord it over the weak, no matter who they are. At least this way, Izumi can focus more on her training, then on what bullies have to say about her."

"Onto a lighter subject though." Izumi said. "What's your Quirk Yaoyorozu?"

"Please, just call me Momo." The girl smiled. "An' my Quirk is called, Creation. It allows me to manipulate the lipids of fat stored in my body, to create any inorganic object, or material I know the chemical composition of."

"That's incredible." Izumi smiled in awe.

"What about you Hiro? What's your Quirk?" Momo asked.

"Well, my Quirk isn't anything special." Hiro sighed. "You wouldn't be at all interested in knowing what my Quirk is capable of."

"C'mon, I know it has something to do with manipulating matter." Momo said.

"What are you talking about?" Izumi asked. "It has to do with invulnerability."

"But I saw him warp the metal of a van when he saved me from kidnappers just by touching it. He even made a fist out of stone that pinned one of them to the door." Momo said.

"I saw him take multiple hits from a sludge villain, that gave multiple pro's a hard time." Izumi said.

"While you're both discussing this, I'm gonna go ahead and order something to go with my drink." Hiro said.

Heading for the ordering counter, Hiro wondered how he would explain his Quirk, it's not like he even needed to before. After making his order, Hiro was brought out of his pondering when his phone went off.

"Hello?" He asked.

"Hiro." The voice of his grandfathers secretary came from the other end.

"Ms. Hikage, to what do I owe the pleasure of your call?" Hiro asked.

"We have another target for you." Hikage said.

Near instantly, Hiro's face darkened as she said that.

"What's the assignment?" Hiro asked.

"Your grandfather wants you to infiltrate a small group of villains. One of them who caused the Minato massacre two years ago." Hikage said.

"So it's that group huh?" Hiro asked. "When and where do I need to be to start the mission?"

~Months Later~

"Well Midoriya, we're finally here." Hiro smiled, standing in front of the doors leading to U.A's testing sights.

"Yeah, we've finally made it." Izumi smiled, before her face went down. "Can't believe I had to swallow that hair though."

"I don't like it either." Hiro sighed. "But if swallowing his DNA was the only way for him to integrate his power into you, then let's just be glad you didn't have to do anything indecent."

"Right, and thanks again Masutā." Izumi said.

"For what?" Hiro asked.

"For making sure I actually stuck to the workout plan All Might made for me, rather then going overboard. He was even able to work Apachai's martial arts lessons into it." Izumi said. "Though I guess I should have gone with a different martial art."

"You really made Apachai happy, when you followed me to the dojo and asked him to train you." Hiro said, reaching out his arm and grabbing Izumi by her backpack just as she fell to the ground. "Careful now."

"Right, thanks again." Izumi chuckled.

"Are you okay?"

Izumi and Hiro looked to who had asked that, and saw a girl with chestnut brown hair, and pink circles on her cheeks.

"I saw you fumble. You okay?" She asked.

"I'm fine, just a bit nervous I guess." Izumi said.

"Well, at least I'm not the only one, I guess." The girl smiled. "I'm Ochako Uraraka."

"Hiro Masutā."

"Izumi Midoriya."

"It's a pleasure meeting the both of you. Hope to see you both inside." Uraraka smiled.

"She seemed nice." Hiro smiled.

"She did, didn't she?" Izumi asked. "C'mon, or we're gonna be late for the test."

~After the Written Test~

"What's up U.A Candidates, thanks for tuning into me, your school DJ. C'mon and let me hear ya." Present Mic called out, setting his ear to the crowd, only to get no one in response. "Keeping it mellow huh? I can dig it."

"No way, it's actually Present Mic." Izumi squeed. "I listen to his radio show every morning. I can't believe he's the one officiating our practicals."

"I get you're excited Midoriya, but remember to keep your cool." Hiro chuckled. "There are others here to listen to the instructions of what he has to say."

"Right, sorry." Izumi said.

"Let's talk about how this practical exam's gonna go down, okay? Are you ready? Yeah. Like your application said, today you rocking boys and girls will be out there rocking ten minute mock battles in super hip urban settings. Gird your loins my friends, after I drop the mic here, you'll be heading for your specified battle center, sound good?" Present Mic asked.

Hiro and Izumi picked up the cards they were handed when they came into the auditorium, when they gave the teachers at the doors their names. After looking at his card, he turned to Izumi and saw he was in a different mock city then her, while Bakugo, who was sitting on Izumi's right, was in the same mock city as him.

'Great, just what I need to deal with during the exams.' He thought with a sigh.

"Okay-okay, let's check out your targets. There are three types of faux villains in every battle center. You'll earn points based on their levels of difficulty, so better choose wisely." Present Mic exclaimed. "Your goal in this trial is to use your Quirk to raise your score, by shredding these faux villains like a mid-song guitar solo. But check it, make sure you're keeping face in throwing. Attacking other examinees is a U.A-No-no, you dig?"

"Excuse me sir but I have a question." A student in a school uniform, glasses, and rough dark hair exclaimed, standing up and raising his hand. This is Tenya Iida, a stickler for the rules and has a bit of a habit of moving his right arm like a robots.

"Hit me." Present Mic said as a spot light landed on Iida.

"On the printout, you've listed four types of villains, not three." The student stated. "With all respect, if this is an error on official U.A materials, it's shameful. We are, exemplary students, expect the best from Japans best school. A mistake such as this won't due!" He exclaimed before turning his attention to Hiro's area. "Additionally you with the unkempt spiky black hair." He stated, pointing directly at Hiro.

"Hmm?" Hiro inquired, pointing at himself. "What do you want four eyes?"

"You and your companion have been acting immature this entire time, stop that. If you can't bother to take this seriously, then you don't deserve to call yourself a hero, so leave." Iida stated.

"An' just what the hell, gives you the right to tell me that huh? You're not some big shot who has power over others, you're a student just like me. So if you think you are worthy of being a hero with that attitude, then you should be the one to leave. Do you even know what the true mark of a hero is? If not then think about it, I'm sure it'll come to you before the end of the year. But by then you'll probably be butt hurt by all the times karma's fucked you in the ass."

Iida was silent, hearing that, he was about to rebuttal Hiro's remark, before Present Mic stepped in.

"Alright that's enough. The fourth villain is just an obstacle, worth zero points." The Voice Hero said. "It's not that it can't be beaten, but there's just no point as doing so, won't raise your score by any considerable margin. That's all I got for you today. I'll sign off with a little present, a sample of our school motto. As general Napoleon Bonaparte once laid down, a true hero is one who overcomes life's misfortunes. Mhmm, not that's a tasty soundbite. You ready to, Go Beyond? Let's hear a, Plus Ultra. Good luck. Hope you practiced hitting more than just books."

~Mock City Ground Gamma~

"Mmm, it feels good to finally be off that cramped bus." Hiro groaned, stretching his arms over his head.

Looking around, Hiro wanted to determine how tough the competition would be, before he groaned noticing Bakugo coming straight for him.

"Hey, Art Boy!" Bakugo called to him.

"What do you want Pomeranian?" Hiro asked.

"Don't call me that. Show a little respect for your superiors!" Bakugo barked. "I wanna know, where you and Deku have been this past year."

"Training, what's it to you?" Hiro asked.

"Ha. No amount of training, is ever gonna make you or that worthless Deku strong enough for U.A." Bakugo stated. "What are you even wearing, anyway?"

Hiro just stood there, glaring at Bakugo questioningly, wearing a slim fitting black tracksuit, with military grade steel toes on his feet.

"It's called a tracksuit." Hiro said. "I'm not wanting to give away my hand too early."

"Whatever. Anyways, where were you two really, did you switch schools or something? Because there's no way you'd be allowed to come here, without graduating middle school." Bakugo scoffed.

Hiro just sighed, before he pulled a piece of folded paper out of his pocket, and tossed it to Bakugo.

"You really wanna know, then read that. An' pay attention to the date on the top right corner." Hiro said, before he went for the gates as they began opening. Surprising the other examinees, Hiro went running through them, leaving a dust trail behind.

"He's got the right idea ladies and gents. There's no countdowns in real battles, get going. You're wasting precious air time." Present Mic shouted from the examination tower as the doors opened completely.

As the other examinees ran for the doors, Bakugo just looked in shock at what he was reading. It was a copy of Hiro's congratulatory letter, delivered to him and his legal guardian, nearly ten months ago.

"No, fucking way!" Bakugo hissed, burning up the letter in an explosion, before he went charging through the city. "NO FUCKING WAY THAT SHIT IS REAL!"

~U.A Faculty Examination Room~

"From what we know about the student taking the exams so far, it's quite clear the examinees have no idea how many villains are present, or their current locations." Principal Nezu, a rodent like creature with a scar over his eye stated. "They have limited time, must cover a vast area, and hunt down every last target. Some use information gathering abilities to plan out strategies, while others rely on speed to pull ahead of their peers. Of course, remaining calm under pressure, can be a huge advantage, as can pure power and combat ability. The most successful students use a combination of all these tactics, they're the ones who rack up the highest scores."

"I'd say this year's group looks promising." Midnight smiled.

"Well there's still plenty of time before it's over. The real test is yet to come." Snipe stated pressing a button. "Let's see how they react to Villain Number4."

~Mock City Gamma~

"An' with that, I've set a new bar for the exam's records." Hiro said, piercing a robot with another spike of stone that sprouted from the ground, the emblem on his hip dying down.

Relaxing for a moment, Hiro wiped his brow, before he was instantly on his guard, with the ground beneath his feet, rumbling like an earthquake was triggered. It wasn't until a shadow washed over him that he turned around, and saw a giant robot, bigger then most of the constructs within the testing ground.

"That's the fourth faux villain? What kind of funding does this school have?" Hiro questioned, as the robot destroyed part of a structure it grabbed onto.

As he stepped back to make a run for it, he stopped, when the sound of someone screaming, reached his ears, and he looked to where it came from, spotting a girl with short black hair, and earphone jacks connected to her ears, pinned under some of the debri that fell. Instantly, his beating heart was the only thing he could hear, as everything else was blocked out. Taking a crouched stance, Hiro raced towards the girl, just as more debri began to fall. Before it could land on the girl though, Hiro threw himself over her, and crossed his arms over his head, allowing for the debri to fall on top of him.

When the dust settled, the girl looked up at Hiro, her eyes wide with shock as he was in a squatted position, his veins bulging with effort and strain through his tracksuit, before his body began to grow larger, and his skin was turning green.

"W-what's happening to you?" The girl questioned, before spotting the reflection of a glowing light off the metal debri he was holding up, coming off the back of his neck, looking like a radioactive symbol.

"Hiro, save girl." Hiro said, his voice going deeper into the third person. "Hiro, show there more to being, hero, then just fighting. Robot is strong, Hiro almost not make it in time, but not matter because…"

The girl's eyes widened, as Hiro's body grew, with his muscles growing in tandem, and tearing through his tracksuit, leaving him in a pair of makeshift short, with his right hand up to the elbow, remaining covered in wraps, before he threw the debri off him, shocking any examinees remaining in the area as they ran past it.

"HULK IS STRONGEST ONE THERE IS!" He cried out, his voice echoing around the examination ground.

Quickly grabbing the girl, Hulk Hiro jumped away from the oncoming giant robot, and gently put her down, before turning back to the robot. Leaping from the ground, high into the air, Hulk Hiro slammed into the giant robots head, smashing it in, and toppling the robot to the ground at its back. Even with the giant robot down, Hulk Hiro continued to destroy it, smashing its body with cries and screams of rage.

"Hulk SMASH!" He cried out.

"Hiro!"

Hulk Hiro turned to see who had called that name, and saw All Might standing there, looking out of breath, as he had obviously rushed to the mock city Gamma.

"Calm down big guy. Take it easy." All Might said, as Hulk Hiro jumped and landed in front of him, obviously standing taller then the Number One Hero. "Take it easy, do you need a lullaby?"

Hulk Hiro just growled at All Might, before smashing his fists down on the ground, on either side of the hero.

"That's it, it's okay. Sun's getting real low." All Might said in a calming voice, taking two gentle steps back, and holding his hand out to Hiro.

Hulk Hiro just looked at All Might, calming down at the motion, as he held up his own hand and brushed it against All Might's outstretched hand and arm.

"That's it. That's good." All Might said, as the mark on the back of Hiro's neck stopped glowing, and his body began to shrink back to normal.

All Might didn't even hesitate as Hiro fell over, having passed out from the exhaustion, before catching the exhausted young man, revealing his body was practically covered, in tattoos.

"I thought it odd for you to give me these instructions, in case the Hulk suddenly appeared on the testing ground, but now I understand why." All Might said. "You trusted me with this responsibility, because that's how comfortable you are around me. Just what is your Quirk exactly, Young Masutā?"

~One Week Later~

"Masutā, enough games, and enough avoiding the topic." Momo said, as she and Izumi cornered Hiro in their usual booth at Carl's Jr. "What is your Quirk? First you're invulnerable, then you're able to perform alchemy, and next we hear that you turned into the Hulk? Enough with all the secrecy, what is your Quirk?"

Hiro just looked at Momo, then at Izumi. Knowing he wasn't gonna get out of the corner booth, at least not easily, as he was boxed in on both sides from the girls taking sitting on either side of the booth, while he was in the middle.

"Fine. Fine, you wanna know what my Quirk is? I'll tell you." Hiro sighed.

"Good." Momo huffed, crossing her arms, before a puzzle was put on the table in front of them.

"But only if one of you can solve this puzzle." Hiro said. "If you can't, then you'll just have to wait until our first lesson on heroics to find out."

"I got this." Izumi said, grabbing the wire puzzle and undoing it easily. "I do these in my free time, Masutā. You gotta try something better then that."

"Nice work Izumi." Momo smiled.

"Okay, you win." Hiro sighed. "My Quirk, is called Omnipotence."

"So, what you're basically stating you're a God?" Momo asked.

"No, no. It's nothing that simplistic. It's the only name I could think to call my Quirk, that made any actual sense at the time." Hiro stated. "I'll give you a basic rundown on how it works."

"Well don't keep us in suspense." Izumi said, holding a pencil with a page opened in her notebook.

"You're gonna need an entire notebook or two for every single thing you'll learn about my Quirk, Midoriya." Hiro said, only to sweat drop as Izumi opened a brand new notebook, to the first page. "That's freaky."

"So, explain to us how your Quirk works." Momo said, seeming equally as interested as Izumi.

"Well, here's the abridged version." Hiro said. "My Quirk, allows me to bring the powers of fictional characters, from American comics, manga, anime, cartoons, anything fictional really, into reality. If I draw an emblem or symbol connected or I think is associated to a certain character, like the Flash from DC Comics, on any part of my body with a sharpie, then I'll have his speed, and access to all his powers, so long as I have a clear understanding as to what those powers actually are. An' the bigger and more detailed I draw the emblem, or symbol, the longer it'll last, as the ink will burn up during the duration of time that I use this power for. The downside though, is if any of the ink from the drawing remains, I also gain his insane metabolism requiring me to consume over 10,000 calories a day until the rest burns away."

"Can you give us a demonstration?" Izumi asked.

"Uh, sure I guess." Hiro said, taking a sharpie from his bag. "It doesn't have to be the Flash's power, though, right?"

"Just draw any emblem you want to use for demonstrating the power with." Izumi smiled, excited to see Hiro's power in action.

"Okay." Hiro said, drawing Martian Manhunter's emblem on his forearm.

The emblem was small, but as it began to shine and burn away, it lasted long enough for Hiro to shift his body into one with more of a lean muscle mass form, before it burned away completely.

"As you can see, if I use up the power before I can revert any physical affects it's had on me, then it becomes a permanent part of me, until I use that power again." Hiro stated. "But at that point, I gotta draw the emblem again."

"So, you're Quirk basically allows you to use fictional powers, and make them reality for a certain amount of time. But you need to have a complete understanding of their power sets, in order to use them to their full extent." Izumi said. "That's gotta mean you burn the midnight oils, drawing emblems onto your body for the next day."

"No comment on that." Hiro said in a deadpan tone.

"So, when you saved me an Kacchan from that sludge villain last year…"

"Superman's power set. His strength and invulnerability." Hiro said. "Then I used Wolverine's power set, mainly his healing factor, to heal my injuries."

"An' when you rescued me from those kidnappers?" Momo asked.

"Fullmetal Alchemist power set." Hiro stated. "Then I used Hulks powers at the exams last week, when rescuing a fellow examinee. But there are other things I gotta be careful with involving my powers."

"Like what?"

"Well, if I'm using the Flash's power, and the emblem burns off completely while I'm still in motion, then I could end up hurting myself, possibly to the point I accidentally kill myself due to a broken neck." Hiro explained. "Then, there are power sets that are actually conscious."

"Such as?" Momo asked.

"Kurama from Naruto, for one." Hiro said. "If I were to use that power, and I were to dawn the Ninetails Chakra Cloak mid battle, and the emblem vanished, then Kurama would become a permanent part of me until I use that power again to get rid of him. But I might not be able to then."

"The same could also happen with Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen if that happened." Momo said. "That's a scary thought."

"Any manga or anime's with those kinds of power in general, could happen, if I'm not careful." Hiro said. "Which is why those powers are normally reserved as fail safes, or last resorts, depending on what you wanna call them."

"Hold on, what if you were to get the emblems or symbols tattooed? Like they would be permanently a part of your body?" Izumi asked.

"I'm in middle school, almost in high school, no way I'm gonna get away with that." Hiro said.

"Speaking of, I got my letter from U.A in the mail this morning." Momo said.

"I got mine last night." Izumi said.

"This morning as well." Hiro said, as they all held up the envelopes, that were open. "I got in."

"Same." Izumi smiled.

"Me too." Momo giggled. "Class 1-A."

"That's my assigned class." Hiro said.

"Mine as well." Izumi stated.

"Looks like we'll be in the same class this year." Hiro chuckled. "Good to know we won't drift apart from being in different classes, at least."

"So, who's up for some more burgers? My treat." Momo smiled.
