The room was silent as Izuku stared at Mitsuki in abstract horror.
It took a moment for her own words to register in Mitsuki's brain and her eyes shot wide as they did.
"Not literally! I just- gah! This is so fucked up!" she exclaimed as her brain worked to process the insanity of their current situation.
Izuku couldn't stop himself from sighing in relief as he practically deflated where he sat.
In spite of her current situation though, Mitsuki was very concerned when Izuku turned his gaze away from her and refused to even glance in her direction.
Mitsuki grit her teeth as she placed her hands on her belly and grappled with her own emotions.
"Damn it Midoriya! I'm terrified enough as it is with the prospect of messing up raising the ungodly number of kids you put in me the same way I screwed up with Katsuki! I don't need you breaking down on me too!" She fumed in emotional turmoil.
Mitsuki hated herself for yelling at Izuku and to a degree manipulating him like she was. But she wasn't lying about her current mental state and yelling was the only method she knew.
She also knew that Izuku suffered in stasis. The longer he sat and simmered in his guilt the worse he would get. She needed to get his mind engaged in some way. Get him active and working through the issue.
And what better way then to ask the self sacrificing, hero obsessed, idealistic, cinnamon role, for help.
And like she predicted, Izuku's hero complex overrode his self-loathing enough for him to stand up and help Mitsuki into a sitting position before plopping himself down next to her.
He still refused to look at her though.
An awkward silence stretched on between them as nether one knew what to do next. Both too afraid of themselves to do anything.
For Mitsuki, she didn't know how to properly comfort someone without yelling in some way, and she was painfully aware of where that could lead. As emphasized by a strong kick to her kidney as her eyes stayed fixed on the massive size and weight of her churning belly.
"Twenty" Izuku suddenly spoke up. His hollow voice finally breaking the silence as Mitsuki looked to him with confusion.
"You're pregnant with twenty" Izuku clarified, his voice still numb and hollow. He was trying to find the words to comfort her and answer whatever questions she might have. But all tact and intuition were lost on him at this moment, so all he could think to do was inform her what her condition was.
Something that unfortunately caused Mitsuki's panic to skyrocket to new hights.
Mitsuki took a few moments to hyperventilate before getting her nerves somewhat under control and taking a deep breath as she looked to Izuku.
Tears were still trailing down his face as he stared down numbly.
"Izuku… listen, it's-"
"Please don't" Izuku cut her off flatly. No emotion leaking through his voice at all. He had spent so long crying his guilt out that he felt empty.
"Please don't say it's not my fault" Izuku continued as he took a breath.
"Everyone's been saying it's not my fault all day. And while I logically can understand that they're right, it doesn't change how I feel and I can't even use that excuse this time…" Izuku spoke. His voice practically a whisper for how horsed he sounded.
"That quirk I used… the one that made me act that way… it doesn't change you in any way or add anything to your head… it forces you to see everything you keep hidden deep down, even from yourself, and makes you face them…" Izuku explained as he clenched his fists.
"I… even after all these years… in all the time we've know each other and how much we've improved our relationship since coming to UA… I still never knew or understood how much I hate him…" Izuku said in monotone before his voice finally broke and he covered his mouth to stifle a gasp.
"I still admire him and the hero he could be… but I still hate him and everything he did… I hate him more then anything else in the world and I can't hide that from myself anymore… I can't even say I entirely regret everything I just did and that makes me feel even worse! But that by definition means I feel guilty and now I'm just confused on top of everything else!" Izuku confessed as his body shook.
Mitsuki hesitated as she watched Izuku. She wanted to hug him but she wasn't quite sure if that was the best thing for him in his current state.
Plus she still felt plenty guilty herself.
"Izuku… I…" Mitsuki choked on her own words as she pondered what to say.
"What do you need from me right now?" she finally asked and Izuku froze up.
"I-I… I don't… I need time to… I…" Izuku stuttered incoherently before taking a deep breath and looking to Mitsuki with a defeated expression.
"I need to know what happened between you and your husband. What happened to you?" he asked. It was the only thing he could think of as he processed everything.
Mitsuki gave a small squeak as she debated if it was really ok for Izuku to know the reason behind her and her husband's split in his current condition.
But seeing Izuku's face, she realized this was the only thing ether of them could do at the moment. And so, Mitsuki took a deep breath as she gathered her thoughts.
"Katsuki… Katsuki happened…" she answered and watched some of the life return to Izuku's eyes in the form of worry mixed with guilty satisfaction.
Mitsuki let out another breath as she shook her head.
"Have you heard about what's been going on with your old school?" she asked and and Izuku's brows furrowed as he thought on it before shaking his head.
"No… I haven't thought about my old school since enrolling at UA" Izuku answered and Mitsuki gave a small chuckle.
"Damn it, you've moved so far beyond them that you don't even give them a second thought… that's a whole new level of revenge right there" Mitsuki mused before shaking her head clear and back to the task at hand.
"Well I'm sure you at least suspected the reason why they turned a blind eye to you getting bullied was because they were desperate for Katsuki to get into UA and bring them some fame, along with a bigger budget" Mitsuki explained before giving another chuckle.
"Well be careful what you wish for fuckers" she muttered before noticing Izuku's expression becoming panicked.
"I already knew. You didn't rat out my son while you were hate fucking me. That's the whole reason this chain of events even started… though you did confirm the rumor about him telling you to kill yourself…" she muttered the last part with shame before pulling it back together.
"Well, those bastards got their wish. Only it was you that got famous first. Or at least famous in a good way. And as soon as that happened, people immediately started digging up your past, just like with any major hero or idle. Combine that with the stalker levels of digging these people tend to do and the right quirks, and the truth about all the abuse came spilling out" Mitsuki continued with an immense look a guilt.
Izuku's eyes were now alert and wide with shock.
"I… that's… h-how did I not know this?…" Izuku muttered to himself.
"Because we were fighting like hell to keep it quiet" Mitsuki answered anyway. Her voice dropping low.
"We didn't believe it at first… we didn't want to believe it… so we fought the scandal, even taking it to court a few times as we fought to protect our son's reputation and place in UA" she explained before giving a defeated sigh.
"The last two years have been hell… and it only got worse when we finally realized it was true… our son had become no better then a villain and we never even noticed" Mitsuki said and her shame seamed to enshroud her like a dark miasma.
There was a moment of silence as Izuku processed the information and Mitsuki fought her guilt ridden mind.
Eventually Izuku hesitantly put his arm around her and pulled the woman into his side.
Mitsuki was grateful for the comfort as she collected herself.
"Once we couldn't deny the truth any longer, that's when things really started going to hell" she said and sniffled a little as tears started to prick at her eyes.
"We fought… we screamed… cussed each other out and cursed one another nearly every day. Each blaming the other for how our son turned out… and by the time I finally realized it was mostly my fault… we were already living in different apartments and not long after he filed for divorce" Mitsuki explained as her voice chocked up a little and Izuku pulled her in tighter.
"And of course I couldn't bring myself to face Inko after everything, so I haven't had anyone to talk about this with, especially since we were still trying to keep everything quiet" she sobbed quietly as tears rolled down her face.
Another moment of silence settled on them.
"Why hasn't Katsuki done anything in response to this? He hasn't been acting different lately" Izuku asked and Mitsuki couldn't stop the sad laughter that bubbled up at Izuku dropping the childhood nickname, just as she was unable to speak her ex-husband's name, though for different reasons.
There was another reason behind the sad laughter though.
"You think we haven't tried?… Katsuki's been ghosting us for the past two years… probably avoiding all my constant yelling and cussing him out for every little thing…" she said, that last part being muttered to herself.
It still prompted Izuku to start rubbing her shoulder.
"Katsuki doesn't know anything about the hot water he's dangling over and the shit his parents have been through trying to keep him out of it. That's actually why I'm here at UA in the first place. To make him actually talk to me and hear everything that's happened…" Mitsuki finished as she leaned into Izuku's shoulder.
For his part, Izuku was in a state of utter shock and disbelief.
In some roundabout, cosmic expression of karma, Izuku had gotten revenge on everyone who bullied him without even knowing it.
And right now he was torn between the satisfaction that bubbled up unbidden in the aftermath of Emotional Damage, and the immense guilt he felt for it all. Most of it directed at Mitsuki and her husband for causing their split.
As time went and his brain recovered though, a sort of clarity dawned on him.
He still couldn't deny that he had issues with Katsuki and could never look at him the same way again. But he wouldn't just throw away all the progress they'd made so far ether. It was something they would have to address once the current crisis was resolved.
Besides, Katsuki was going to be suffering enough as it was once he woke up, and that helped Izuku let go of his anger. The fact that all of Mitsuki's problems and her even being at UA in the first place were all Katsuki's fault, also helped ease his guilt. It didn't completely erase it, but it helped.
So with that, Izuku wiped away his tears and picked Mitsuki up in a princess carry.
Mitsuki yelped as Izuku picked her up and looked to him with confusion.
"We can't stay here… and while I do need to get back out there… I just can't yet… I still need some time away from getting chased by ravenously girls and constant sex" Izuku explained with a tired but more stable and alive tone.
Mitsuki just blinked dumbly at Izuku and his ability to just bounce back from the mess of tears and snot he had been.
She sighed in relief though as she could now just lay her head against his shoulder and deal with her own issues instead.
Namely, the many children she was now terrified of messing up raising.
"Don't worry about them ether… I won't abandon you and the kids, and I'm sure you'll have plenty of support from the other girls" Izuku said reassuringly. Though his tone kinda fell apart at the end from the embarrassment and disbelief he had for the word coming out of his mouth.
Never in a million years did he think he would be just casually talking about having a massive harem of pregnant women.
It definitely left them both with a lot to think about as Izuku sped out of the room and headed for safe harbor in the support department.

Is more effective on those who already have feelings for the user. Also enhances the user's sense of smell to know when partners are viable for impregnation and increases the user's own instinct to procreate. Does not affect individuals above or below the ideal age for safe pregnancies.
At base power, is not capable of fully triggering ravenous, sexual hunger in all targets unless they already have strong feelings for the user.
Guarantees pregnancy and allows the user to control the quirks and traits inherited after acquiring the DNA and quirk factors through the stimulated production of breast milk, both for the acquisition of the quirk factors and in preparation for the accelerated pregnancy. Also strengthens the womb and birth canal to avoid complications and causes the mother to continue producing more milk then normal to potentially accommodate more children then would be normal.
All information on quirk factors is preserved in the user's memory indefinitely for future use with other partners as well.
Base power can't trigger instant pregnancy. The gestation period, while still accelerated, would normally take between 3-7 days depending on the complexity of the quirks developing.
Cannot produce less then twins because Cultivator stimulates both ovaries simultaneously.
Base power cannot copy quirks from acquired quirk factors or those made. Base power also can't produce more then six offspring without effort on the user's part or outside factors from the mother's side. Cultivator also increases the ability of the user to repeatedly impregnate multiple partners in rapid succession with little strain on their own body.
Cultivator also enhance the pleasure response to a limited degree to increase the chances of future conceptions with the same partners."

Blood Mage
"The culmination of Izuku's collecting and cultivating so many quirks. Blood Mage is possibly one of the most diverse and complex created thus far. It allows the user to fully control and manipulated the blood in their body while dulling the pain response and increasing the level of blood production and allowing it to be supplemented by ingested blood if needed. Even the blood type is a blank slate, able to become whatever type if needed. The quirk is multifaceted, allowing for the direct use of the user's blood as weapons, tools and projectiles, or in more esoteric ways, like enveloping the user in it to mimic any other person the user has ingested the blood of and even copying their quirks for a short time. Given enough practice, there can even be more abstract ways of using this quirk that were not originally considered or intended, given the very flexible nature of this quirk. This complexity does come with drawbacks however, such as the user tending to be more pale and sensitive to sunlight and having a strong thirst for blood when drained. The quirk itself is also more difficult to master and learn the full potential of then most."
Blood Doctor
"The equal and opposite of Blood Mage as in some respects. Blood Doctor instead focuses on the manipulation of the blood in others, rather then the user's own blood. It can theoretically do many of the same things Blood Mage can, but to slightly more limited degree. Temporarily copying quirk and appearance or manipulating the blood in others to puppet them or using spilt blood as weapons. This is the most basic of uses though and it's potential is slightly offset by the fact the quirk costumes some of the user's own blood to function, forcing them to ingest the blood of others to replenish themselves. This drawback is less of an issue for the quirk's real purpose though, allowing the user to manipulate the blood of others in beneficial ways. Accelerating healing and allowing the treatment of diseases. With enough practice and energy, it could even modify a person's DNA and quirk, major modifications would require power on the level of One For All though"
