Rick was laying in his bed sleeping soundly. A young woman half draped over him, also asleep. Slowly Rick started to wake up.
Rick opened his eyes and felt a weight on his right side. Confused for a second before the events of the day before came back to him. He had to inform the airwing about Jack Archer. He then had to talk with Wolf squadron about who would be taken over and answer any questions they had. It had been a ruff couple days.
Rick never thought when he came back that he would walk right into this shit. Rick figured Jack would not have taken care of some of the paperwork a CAG has to deal with, but Jack had left it all for Rick. Then to redo the airwings schedule that Rick had done up before he left on deep patrol. The worst part about that was Jack had piled more work on the new squadrons that had alpha fighters already, while giving the squadron that had Valkyries less work. He had also changed all of the training Rick had scheduled.
After the meetings Rick was sitting on the edge of the stage in the briefing room when Lisa sat beside him. She didn't say anything just waited for him to talk if he wanted to. Once he had started he just kept going on. He did not just talk about what was going on at the moment but all his worries about coming back in time and saving lives. Lisa had just held his hand and listened, giving him her silent support.
Some how they ended back at Rick's quarters were it started out as Lisa just holding Rick. It ended up with them both in his bed, making love. It was a very emotional ending to his day and Lisa knew it.
Lisa started to stir. Rick watched as she started to wake up. When her eyes opened they looked into his. He saw a little worry in them. Rick figured she was worried he might regret what they did.
"Morning Lisa, how do you feel?"
"Other than a little sore, I would say it was the best night's sleep I have ever had."
Rick just smiled before he could reply though "Rick..."
"Lisa, I don't regret this. It is what I have wanted since I came back. I have just hoped that you would learn to care for me enough to give me a chance. I have not pushed things with you because I needed to get use to this version of you and for you to come to terms with what I told you about my past."

"Thanks, for now I want to take things slow. While you have been here before, I have not. I never even got this far with Karl as I'm sure you can tell by the blood on the sheets. We both need to get use to us being a couple.
If I do end up pregnant I don't want to go get married because of the baby. If we do get married one day I want it because we love each other and want to spend the rest of our lives together. It would not be fair to any child we have to do it any other way."
"I agree, so I need to start by asking you out to dinner. Though it might be a few days. I'm still behind on all the reports and I have to redo all the schedules."
"Come on, let's get up. I don't have to report for duty today so I will head down and help you out today."
Rick smiled at her and gave her a kiss that lasted longer then he planned. Both final got up to shower after another round of love making.

Breeti was looking over reports from the different scout ships. As of yet they have not been able to find Zor's battle fortress. He also did not know where the group of ships that left about a week ago that have been identified as the ships that had a skirmish with a group of his scout ships in the nearby star system.
He was brought out of his thoughts when Exedor approached him. "Commander, we just received a report from one of the scouts in the closes star system. They found a small fleet of ships that were in orbit around one of the planets. It matches a fleet that folded out a couple weeks ago. What they are doing we have not been able to determine. As soon as the scout ships were spotted, they were approached. The micronians did not fire on the scouts but let them know they were not welcome there."
"Could they have an outpost out there?"
"That would be my guess. Do you want us to try to push toward the planet and see if we can find out or continue searching for Zor's ship?"
"Continue searching. Though If they have an outpost, I wonder if this is where Zor's ship had come to when it left."
"It is possible. Unfortunately it is not there now."
"No they moved on if they were there. Expand the search. We might need to bring in others to help with the search."

Lisa was sitting on the couch in Rick's office restoring the schedules he had for the airwing to where it was before Archer changed it. Rick was sitting at his desk finishing up all the maintenance reports that Vince had forward to him for signing. Both looked up when there was a knock on the office door before it opened up and Roy Fokker barged in.
Not seeing Lisa who was sitting in the corner of the office, Roy greeted Rick, "Hey little brother. How about you take a break and lets head to town for lunch."
Ricked leaned back in his chair with a smirk on his face, "What makes you think I don't already have date planned for lunch."
Roy looked a little surprise before he figured Rick was pulling his leg. "What woman would be crazy enough to go out with you, little brother."
"I don't know Fokker, I would say Rick would have a better chance at a date than you. Lucky for you though Claudia took pity on you."
Roy turned around and saw Lisa standing from where she had been sitting. Lisa walked to Rick's desk and set the tablet down she was using. "I got all the schedules restored to were you had them. I also set them up so that a copy is sent to a backup link."
"Thanks"
"No problem." Lisa looked at a surprised Roy before leaning down and giving Rick a kiss.
Roy was a little surprised to see Lisa hanging out in Rick's office, but that was nothing to the shock for seeing the Ice Queen bend down and kiss his little brother. Roy could tell this was no first kiss either. He just stood there pointing between the two of them with his mouth opening and closing trying to speak.
Lisa then turned with a smirk on her face. She than headed towards the door. Looking over her shoulder. "Go have lunch with Roy. I will see you later."
Rick just smiled at his brother who finally sat down and spoke, "Explain."
"Roy if you don't know what a kiss is then maybe Lisa needs to have a talk with Claudia."
Roy yelled "That's not what I mean." talking normal. "When did this happen. The last I knew the both of you were denying anything going on."
"After the meeting with the airwing then with Wolf squadron I was a little down. I was still in the briefing room sitting on the edge of the stage when Lisa came and sat beside me.
She held my hand and waited on me to talk. Once I started I just let it all out. We ended back at my place and woke up this morning next to each other. We are going to see how things work out."
Roy normally would tease his little brother but knew that today was not the time for that. "I'm happy for the two of you. I won't tease you today but you know I will have to give the two of you a hard time later."
"Yea but just remember, I can give as good as I get, if not better. You also might want to think of the dangers of teasing Lisa too much."
Roy thought about that. "Yea, you might be right about that. Lisa can be scary when mad."
The two brothers talked for a few more minutes while Rick finished what he was doing when a thought crossed Roy's mind.
"Rick, have you told Lisa about Rebecca or even Rachel?"

Lisa and Claudia were sitting at a table in one of the officer dinning halls eating lunch. While Lisa had the day off, Claudia was having to cover for someone so was on duty today.
Lisa had just finished telling Claudia about her and Rick getting together.
"I'm happy for you. I had a feeling you and Rick would end up here after your first meeting." Lisa let out a groan. "Once I learned the other things I knew it would happen sooner then I first thought. I figured you would have held out a lot longer."
"The talks we had about his past" Both had to be careful about what they said because they were in public. "Helped me move on from Karl and except that I did like Rick. They were not the main reasons though. I think it was how he just wanted to be my friend first. I knew he wanted more but would not push me to go there. It showed me that what I might want ment a lot to him."
"Thats good, it shows just how much he loves you."
Their conversation was interrupted by the battle stations alarms going off. Both jumped and headed to the bridge. Lisa may not be in uniform but knew the Captain would not care.

Rick and Roy had just got their meal when the alarms started going off. Roy threw down some money and he and Rick ran out the door of the restaurant along with several others.
It took longer to get back to base then they liked. All the fighters had already launched, and the bay doors sealed. Only emergency landings would be allowed. So, Rick headed to the bridge while Roy headed to CIC.

Lisa and Claudia entered the bridge just as Commander Martinez was leaving to head to the secondary bridge. He would man it in case the main bridge was damaged or destroyed. They both reached their stations. Lt. Lee briefed Lisa real quick before she left for her battle station in CIC.
"Captain they still have not seen us and are still moving away." called out Vanessa.
"Very well. If they are out here looking for us, then they will be here for a while. Lisa keep all fighter airborne for the moment."
"Yes sir." About that time Rick walked on the bridge. O'Conner looked at his CAG questionably.
"I was in town when the alarms went off. Captain Fokker and I were having lunch. Unfortunate Roy decided to walk instead of taking a jeep, so he could interrogate me on a personal matter."
Claudia saw Lisa's face redden and gave off a laugh which drew the Captains attention. O'Conner noticed where Claudia was looking.
Taking a guess "So I guess congratulations are in order for you and Lisa."
"Yes sir." Rick replied.
"It's about time you two. Why don't you go help Lisa, but you will need to stand. There is not any room for both of you in her chair."
This brought the whole bridge to laughter. While Roy reframe from teasing Rick so far. It seemed the Captain had other ideas and decided tease them both.

Roy was looking over the tactical screen. "Admiral, I recommend we increase our Cat-eyes from 3 to 6 and move them farther out. Assign a flight of fighter to them. See if we can see what the alien ships are doing and if there are any more."
"Ok, see to it Captain. Lets find out what they are up to. Lets also recall the science teams back to the ship."
Roy gave the orders and 25 minutes later 3 cat-eyes and one alpha fighter launched. Over the radio Roy heard Rick take command of the SDF-1's fighters.
Once they increased the range a few more miles in each direction they noticed a second group of ships searching the area. This group was heading for them and would be able to see them shortly, if they had not already.
"All ships prepare to do an emergency fold if a larger fleet arrives." Gloval ordered. While he knew they could take the Zentraudi ships in the area. He didn't want to get into a larger battle if more Zentraudi arrived. He and Rick had discussed this a while back.

Breeti ran into his command blister when he received word that they found Zor's ship and its fleet.
"I want my ship and half the fleet to fold out to the 6th planet in this system. We are to try to disable the battle fortresses engines so it cannot flee."

On the bridge of the SDF-1 Lisa watched as the two groups of Zentraudi ships moved into weapons range. Admiral Gloval had ordered them to hold fire and see what they would do.
She had already ordered half the fighters to return to their ships in case they had to make an emergency fold. They never kept all the fighters airborne when folding. Just in case something went wrong with the fold, and they lost their fighter. Better to only take the chance of losing half. Of course Rick who had left the bridge to get to his fighter when Roy ordered more cat-eyes launch. He would be part of the group of fighters still flying.
"Sir we are now in their weapons ranged. The group behind us is moving towards our engines."
"I want half the pinpoint barriers to cover the engines, the rest will have to cover the rest of the ship."
"Sir I'm detecting a large fold behind us."
O'Conner looked up to the main screen to see what looked like half the Zentraudi fleet and what he was sure was Breeti's command ship fold in.
Claudia prepare to fold out to the first set of the coordinates we have for emergency folds."
"Yes sir."
They watched the ships get closer but before they got within their weapons range Gloval ordered the first fold.
They folded to just outside Pluto's orbit. Admiral Gloval ordered all fighters to return to their ships. Once they were back on board, he ordered the fleet to clear the area, best speed for two hours before folding again.

It was 6 hours later before the Admiral canceled battle stations and all off duty personal headed out once the duty shift arrived.
Lisa headed to Rick's office where she was sure he was still working. When she got there she saw him taking with a few of his squadron commanders. She waited till he was finished.
"Are you done for the nigh?"
"Yea, I'm ready to head out. How about I get changed and we head to town to get some dinner?"
"I would like that. You are not too tired."
"I'm tired but hungry too. Haven't eaten anything since we ate breakfast before coming down here. Roy's and my food has just arrived when the alarms starting going off."
"Ok, let's go get cleaned up and changed then head to dinner."

A young woman was lying in a bed. She had been there for many years. None that took care of her were sure the young lady would wake up. She was hooked to several monitors. Some monitored her heart rate; one monitored her brain activity.
Both of them started to show an increase. Her heart rate had increased a little but the one monitoring her brain activity increased a lot.
Then all of a sudden, her eyes opened. Blue eyes looked around before closing again. The young lady feels into a peaceful sleep. Finally, out of the coma that put her in the room she was sleeping in.
If you all haven't figured it out yet the young lady is Rebecca. I am looking to bringing Max and Miriya back in time also. They will be arriving years after everyone else did. If you all like this idea let me know. As for sex scenes they will be only a few if that many. So, for those who don't like reading them I will also warn in before each chapter.
