Izuku decided that he wouldn't mind being friends with Lian, the kid was nice if a little stubborn in his ways. But he supposes everyone deserves to be a little stubborn, Lian really loves being Lord Kleavor's warden. Just talking to the kid he fills up about half of one journal on facts about Kleavor.

Lian is a little brash, but he's got a great heart, and a good head on his shoulders. Izuku will have to make sure to visit him when he has time.

At some point during their conversation they sat down on some rocks nearby, both of their Pokemon's climbed onto or laid beside them.

"So…" Izuku starts, "You can't even make an offering to Lord Kleavor without endangering yourself as well?"

Lian frowns, nodding hesitantly, "Y-Yeah, usually the offering of his two favourite foods is enough to calm him from even his prickiest of moods… but he's been too… aggressive for me to even collect his offerings. Because I have to fulfil my duty as his Warden to keep everyone safe and away from him."

"Well, Lian like I said when we first met, I said I came to study and help Lord Kleavor. I was asked to quell his frenzy, so if you have any idea on how we might be able to accomplish that, it would be greatly appreciated."

Lian looks down, gently petting Goomy, he hums before looking back to Izuku.

"I-..." He looks towards the very large tree in the middle of the woods, "You could probably calm him down with his favourite foods, but you'd need a lot of it."

Izuku nods, "I'm sure I can spend a day or two gathering some food, but I have a Job for you as well."

Lian looks at him.

"I need you to keep anyone who isn't a Clan leader or Commander from Galaxy Team away from Lord Kleavor, can you do that for me?"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, Lian, it's important that no one who can't handle themselves get near Kleavor, he's a danger to himself and those around him."

"A-Alright, I can do that."

Izuku smiles, "Thank you, Lian."

Standing up Izuku pats Lian on the shoulder, "Have a good rest of your day, I'll be off now."

"Bye Izuku, I'll see you later?"

"Of course, I'll see you and Goomy later."

Izuku leaves, Cinnamon and Lola trot after him. Checking his notebook he looks at some of the info, specifically what food Kleavor likes to eat.

'Dazzling Honey, Hearty Grains, and Plump Beans… shouldn't be too hard, and I could always buy what I need.'

Looking down he speaks to Lola, "Hey, Lola?"

Mrrup?

"Do you know a good place to get Honey and Beans?"

Lola pauses for a moment before nodding and jogging ahead, turning to make sure he follows before running off, Izuku and Cinnamon follow behind.

'Thinking about it… I got some honey from Beauregard, but I could use a bit more. The wheat I could buy from somewhere in the jubilife.'

Looking ahead he spots a gap in the trees. Walking out of the forest he spots Lola jumping around a few trees. Walking up he notices what look like beans sprouting from some of them, Plump Beans, there were quite a few trees full of them so he decided to only take as much as he could carry.

"Cinnamon?"

Cinnamon chirps and looks up at him.

"Can you and Lola gather a bunch of Plumb Beans." he waves his hand to a few trees, "I'm going to wander for a bit, but I'll be within sight distance."

Cinnamon nods before trotting off toward Lola. standing Izuku wanders back to the tree line, pulling out a notebook and starts writing about what he's learned being in the past.

He's actually learned a lot even if he'd only been in the past for a few days, like Alpha Pokemon! Bigger stronger Pokemon, how come he never heard about this in the future? Present? Whatever, he's never heard about it before and plans on asking the professor about it later. He starts making a few lists on a new page, Items to help Lord Kleavor, to walk around Jubilife to see if anyone needs help.

Sighing Izuku puts the notebook away, giving a quick look around he heads back to Lola and Cinnamon. They have a sizable pile that he's not sure how many he could feasibly take. Kneeling down he gives both of them a good head-pat.

"Thanks, you two."

After that he gets to work on separating ones that look healthy enough and are a good enough size, most of them are pretty good and he can fit a good 20-30 of them on one pouch, the rest of them he spreads around the trees. Pulling out the Arc-phone he checks where they are on the map.

"Alright, you two, we need to get back to camp and talk to Professor Laventon." he put the phone away.

He starts heading into the general direction of the camp.

Getting to the site is a little more challenging than getting to the Grandtree Arena as they get attacked by a few Staravia which he captures after making sure to mark down some moves that they all used in the fight.

A few Bidoof stared at him funny and Lola had growled at them making them scatter, which he thought was pretty funny.

Walking up to the camp he spots Laventon talking to Akari with both Pikachu and Rowlet play-fighting nearby.

"Why don't you two go play with the others while I go talk to Laventon."

Lola Cheers and runs off, Cinnamon stays behind and looks him in the eye, he chuckles.

"Don't worry I'll be fine, now go make sure she doesn't knock Rowlet out."

Cinnamon huffs before charging after Lola.

Izuku walks up to the two Survey Corps members, catching the professor's attention.

"Izuku! How are you doing, my boy?"

"I'm doing well Professor, j-just wanted to report some catches and see if you have an idea of what I should do to help Lord Kleavor."

"Well I talked to Warden Lian, he gave me some information on Lord Kleavor."

"Oh?"

"Yeah there's an idea I have for some of it… I… I just wanted to ask for your help to get a second opinion."

"Of course my boy!"

"Oh! Can I help as well?" Akari, who at this point had been quiet pipes up.

"O-oh, of course Akari!"

Izuku pulls out the notebook with info on Lord Kleavor, he talks about his Idea to make some sort of medicine mixed with the Lord's favourite foods… like maybe some Pecha berries to see if it can help with the effects of the frenzy as Lian did say that the Lord was coated in a gold like substance, which he normally isn't.

Laventon had an idea, by combining all the items into a ball of food wrapped in cloth to be thrown, Akari comments about how the scent should be able to escape easier, like through small holes in the cloth (he's not sure if that will help, but he will add it anyway).

Izuku and Akari come up with ideas for how to make the ideas, while Laventon marks them down. Eventually Laventon asks about Izuku's recent captures which he marks down and helps fill out their respective dex pages.

Izuku and his team are happy to settle down for the rest of the day at the camp, he helped around a bit and watched as all four Pokemon played together (Akari's Pikachu joined in.)

At night before going to sleep, Izuku decides to fiddle with the Arc-phone for a bit. Sure it is probably only able to contact whichever legendary sent him here, but maybe it kept some of its old programming.

Fidgeting with it, he startles when it suddenly turns off its screen and looks like it's going through an update. Eventually it turns back on, it's on the map but there's a symbol in the corner silver arc, humming quietly he clicks it the map zooms out into an icon two more icons; one that looks like a camera, and one that looks like a speech bubble.

Clicking the (what has to be a messenger app) it opens up to a main page with empty slots, except for one… in the full slot there is a chat. Clicking on it, it opens the chat, there is a bubble on the left hand side.

Well alright, guess that's a thing.

Izuku questions his life a lot more at this very moment than he has these past few days. Sighing, Izuku backs out of the messenger app and clicks on the camera, it opens up, he moves his Arc-phone around to look at Lola and Cinnamon who are laying at the end of his bedroll and takes a quick picture.

The screen flashes before the image becomes smaller going into the bottom left hand corner, tapping the image it grows to fit the screen. He smiles at the picture before noticing something, there's a scroll bar at the bottom, moving the bar to the left the picture of his team changes to one of his mothers Pokemon.

There's a Nidoqueen holding up a plump woman as she paints a wall outside a modest house, a few cans of paint float beside her as an Abra and male Meowstic are having a nap next to an Emboar with blue flames and Granbull, an Espeon and Audino talk beside the Nidoqueen with a Sylveon sitting by them.

Tears build up in his eyes as he looks at the picture he took a few days before… before he ended up in the past. Rubbing his eyes roughly, Izuku breathes harshly before putting the Arc-phone away and getting ready for bed.

Getting up earlier has become easier for Izuku now, getting ready and walking up Lola and Cinnamon, Izuku leaves his their tent to go talk to Laventon. He finds him sitting by the campfire making breakfast, Izuku takes a seat near him.

"Good m-morning Professor."

"Good morning Izuku, how are you this morning?" Laventon gave a gentle smile as he stirred a pot that rested above the flames.

"It's alright, but I should get to work on the balms soon."

"Oh right!" he turned, reaching to his left grabbing a rather hefty bag and handing it to Izuku, "I went ahead and made some beforehand when I woke up, just as a thanks for helping with my research."

"O-Oh that's really kind of you Professor."

"Nonsense my boy, it's the least I could do, now why don't you go get Akari and we'll eat then head over to the Grandtree Arena."

Izuku nods before heading to Akari's tent.

Izuku, Akari and Laventon walk to the Grandtree Arena, their Pokemon following them all the way. Laventon stops a few times on the way to just rest to get his breath back or takes pictures of Pokemon in the wild.

Adjusting the satchel that holds the balms Izuku hops across the rocks that lead across the river the others follow after him, looking over the beach he spots a few Bidoof staying near a large Bibarel it's eyes giving off a faint red glow as they walk by.

Izuku decides to mark this down later, it doesn't seem aggravated just weary as they pass by unlike the alpha Kricketune from when he first caught it, keeping his distance he walks around the group to the forest path.

"Wait, wait! I would like to take a picture of this group." Laventon whispers quickly.

Izuku and Akari pause near the forest edge, Laventon finds a good view point before pulling his camera out. Akari walks up to the Professor and starts looking at the colony of Pokemon, Izuku is about to join them before he hears a ruffle in the bushes near him whipping around, Izuku quietly sneaks up to the bushes to look in them… he finds nothing.

Looking up, he sees nothing, but as he turns to head back to the Professor, he swears he sees a flash of silver.

He scampered down the rock in the forest, hopping and skipping over both small and large rocks. He runs and runs as much as he can until he hears voices, stopping, he heads in their direction. As he gets closer he spots his Lord's young Warden talking to another young human with curly hair that blends into the forest around them.

Walking up closer, he sees a Shinx and a different Mon' he's never seen before, the two humans seem to be talking about their Lord of the Woods. He sits quietly and watches as the taller one gathers his stuff and leaves with the two Pokemon following him.

He decides to follow the intriguing teen in navy and red.

As the teen leaves the forest, the small silver fox like Pokemon hopes for them to return soon.

They did return soon! The next skylight in fact! But the trio had more with them, two new humans, a Pikachu and another strange Pokemon. He watched as the bigger one pulled out a strange device and looked over the small cliff while the one with dark hair leaned over their shoulder. Leaning in closer he stumbled a bit disturbing the plants near, the one of his attention whips around and walks closer.

He scurries off as quickly and quietly to hide, watching as the green on slowly goes back to his companions, the small Pokemon squeaks quietly before running off.

As they reach the Grandtree Arena they find both Warden Lian and Pearl Clan leader Irida. Lian, upon seeing Izuku, brightens up and runs over.

"Izuku! Have you come to help Lord Kleavor and return him to normal?"

Izuku nods, "We have an Idea, that will hopefully work."

"Well! You better get to it and help Lord Kleaver fast!"

"Now hold on, Lian." Irida interrupts, looking at the two of them, "what is your plan?"

"O-Oh, well, we made the balms, they are just servings of the Lord's favourite f-foods mashed together and wrapped in a thin cloth."

"And how are you going to get him near it?"

"Well-"

"We'll throw it!" Akari cuts in.

Izuku nods, "W-We don't want to get too close to Lord Kleavor as it could result in injury so we'll be staying at a h-hopefully safe distance."

Irida thinks for a moment before nodding, "I guess that's okay, we wouldn't want you to get hurt."

"So you agree with our plan?" Akari tilts her head.

"Yes, you may go ahead with your plan to help Lord Kleavor, as long as his Warden agrees." Irida turns to Lian.

Lian nods tightly, "I just want Lord Kleavor to be safe!"

Izuku kneels down, "Lian, we'll do our best to return Lord Kleavor to normal."

"You promise?"

"I promise."

Lian huffs, "Alright, you have my permission to go into the Grandtree's heart."

Walking into the heart of Grandtree Arena, Izuku and Akari look around, each holding a small satchel with balms in them, their Pokemon in their Poke-balls.

Izuku would say that he's not nervous, but that would be a total lie, he feels like he's gonna pass out. Shifting the satchel a little, he twists the balm he has in his hand.

Both Izuku and Akari jump when there's a loud-

Crack!-

Turning they see a large gold figure run around the high cliff edge, it darts out cutting two trees as it jumps high into the air. They watch as it hurdles towards the ground, Izuku catching eye on the way its large axe-like appendages seem to glow a bit brighter.

"Stone edge." Seems to whisper in the back of his mind.

Izuku's eyes widened, "Akari, roll!"

They both roll to the side, not a moment too soon as Kleavor slams into the ground, large glowing stones grow from the ground stabbing into the air where they just were.

Getting a safe distance away, Izuku tried his balm, hitting Kleavor in the face drawing the frenzied lord's attention. The Lord of the Woods eyes glow with an unfocused rage as he charges at Izuku, who does his best to dodge.

Akari continues to throw balms while Izuku occupies Kleavors attention, doing her best to give Izuku some breathing room.

Kleavor pulls back from Izuku, winding his arms back as they glow, he rockets forward blurring in a swirl of golden power, Izuku tries to dodge but isn't fast enough, earning a large gash on his left arm.

"Ack-!" Izuku bites back a scream of pain as he gets away from Kleavor who seems to have paused after that last move.

Running to Akari, Izuku pulls out his team's Poke-balls, releasing them he calls.

"Ember! Thunder shock!"

Both attacks hit at the same time staggering Kleavor who growls in return.

"Akari let Pikachu out! We need more power!"

"Right!"

After letting Pikachu out, Akari throws a balm at Kleavor, gaining his attention as he once again charges them.

Izuku hangs back and away from the main fight, uncorking a potion he pours a bit onto his injury, hissing quietly as it seeps in and slows his bleeding, it's not the best fix but it works for now.

Watching as Akari dodges Kleavors attack, he puts the half empty potion away and pulls out a few more balms, heading back into battle.

Akari grunts as she dodges another attack, hiked up on adrenaline she calls out to Pikachu to make another attack.

Izuku hurls a few balms at Kleavor, and calls to his Pokémon to help Pikachu out.

Kleavor goes for another spin attack as both of them roll out of the way.

Thunk!

Turning they see Kleavors axe-like arms stuck in the trunk of the Grandtree, looking at each other they nod.

"Use ember, and thunder shock!" He calls as he throws a few more balms.

"Pikachu use thunder shock!" She calls as she does the same.

They both throw their balms.

As the elemental attacks hit they dislodge Kleavor from the tree, but he doesn't have enough time to dodge the last thunder shock or the balms.

Staggering back Kleavor, Lord of the Woods, falls to his knees as the golden glow flakes off, peppering the ground and air before fading out of existence.

Kleavor seems disoriented as it looks around, watching Izuku and Akari in confusion.

"My Lord!" Lian cries out as he runs to Lord Kleavor, Laventon and Irida close by.

Izuku staggers over to the Professor and Clan leader, holding his currently bleeding arm, Akari follows close by.

"Professor, Lady Irida … C-can one of you help with my arm?"

Laventon's eyes widened, "Of course my boy! Sit down over here and I'll patch you up."

Izuku watches Lord Kleavor try to calm his warden down, with Irida trying to help as well, and Akari is making sure their Pokemon are okay.

"Ow-"

"I'm sorry Izuku, I know this hurts but I have to sew it shut so you don't bleed out." Laventon mumbles as he ties off the stitch, "There you go my boy, make sure not to do strenuous activities while that heals."

"Okay.. I won't."

"Good."

They both stand and head to the rest of the group. Akar turns to Izuku and grins.

"You're so cool, Izuku! So cool, fighting Lord Kleavor even with that nasty gash on your arm!" She quickly shouts, causing Izuku to blush in embarrassment.

"T-thanks Akari, you were pretty cool too."

"Aw shucks," She blushes a little before looking him dead in the eye, "I thought I was going to die."

"Me too." He squeaks out.

"Izuku." Lian cuts in.

"Yes, Lian?"

"Lord Kleavor wishes to give you something."

Izuku looks at Lian in confusion before turning to Lord Kleavor who lumbered over, looking a lot better than he was a few minutes ago, though he holds a rectangular object in his maw.

As he reaches Izuku he leans down to hand him the object, which Izuku takes. Looking at it Izuku has a realisation… it's not just a stone tablet. It's a plate. A very specific plate that he's only seen or heard of in myths.

An Arceus Plate, specifically a Bug Plate.

He watches as the two humans fight Lord Kleavor, they run and dodge as the Lord attacks in a frenzy, he watches and jolts in place as the green one is injured. He wants nothing more to run out and help, but that would give him away and he's not ready to be seen yet.

"What are you doing?"

He yelps, startled, and turns to look at the slim Glaceon standing beside him.

"O-Oh, Glacier it's just you."

"Yes, it's 'just me', now what are you doing?"

"Uhhhhh… watching the humans?" he glances out as the two trainers release their Pokemon.

Glacier hums, "Is that all?"

"Yes! That's all!" he squeaks out.

The elder of the two stares at him, sighing Glacier sits next to him, and pulls him into a hug.

"If you wish to go with him that is fine, just… be sure to come see me when you can."

His eyes light up, "Really?!"

Glacier nods, "Really, I just want you to be safe."

"I will! I will!" He gets up and runs off towards the trainers, Glacier follows along a little slower.

Just as they were getting ready to head back to the Heights Camp, the bushes around them rustled, Lord Kleavor glanced over before turning back to his Warden. Izuku looked at the bushes as a Glaceon hopped out and trotted over to Irida, stopping half way to turn and call out to the bush.

Looking over to the bush, they see a small silver Eevee jump out and look around before locking eyes with Izuku, they walk over slowly, eyes still locked with Izuku's. Izuku crouched down slowly, reaching a hand out, the Eevee slowly sniffed his hand before placing their paw in it.

Izuku smiled, "Hello there," he slowly petted the shiny's head, "Would you like to join me and my team?"

Veeee!

Izuku jolts and almost falls when the Eevee jumps up his arm and rests upon his shoulders, then nuzzles his cheek, Izuku chuckles.

"Welcome to the team, Drake!"

Walking back to Heights Camp wasn't much of a struggle, most Pokemon stayed away from them. Drake joined seamlessly with the team, Lola was happy with having a new playmate, and Cinnamon was happy to just walk with them.

Izuku was taking it easy so as to not aggravate his wound, talking with Laventon about the Poke-dex, Akari ran a bit ahead to keep an eye on everything with Pikachu, and Irida walked with her Glaceon.

Getting to the camp they were met by Mai and Adaman, with Lord Wyrdeer standing near them.

"Izuku," Mai waves, "We wanted to catch you this morning but were a little late to get here. But it gave my Lord time to do whatever he left to do a few hours ago."

"Mai," he waves back, "W-What did you come here for?"

Mai looks to Adaman who steps up to speak, "We came to give you this, for not only helping with Lord Wyrdeer, but Lord Kleavor as well."

He holds out his hand, in it is a long bone white cylinder, "This is a Celestica flute, made by those that came before us."

"W-What is it for?"

"There are certain Lords that will answer to its call, allowing you to use their abilities to help traverse the land and sea."

"How does it work?"

"We are not completely sure of how it's made or works, as neither of the Clans make or have made them, but they summon the Lord of choice to your Location."

"And the Lords are okay with this?"

Adaman nods, "They are the ones who gave these for use."

"Alright… A-And you're giving this to me?"

Adaman nods.

"It's the one thing we've agreed on so far." Irida cuts in, "You quelled Lord Kleavor's frenzy and helped Warden Mai and Lord Wyrdeer with their issues."

"Alright… I'll take it, b-but I don't know how to use a flute."

Mai smiles, "It's alright, I can teach you."

Izuku smiles back, "Thank you!"

Wyeeer

Wyrdeer steps up now, the black orbs in his antlers glow briefly as a object floats out of a pouch on his saddle and over to Izuku, reaching out Izuku finds himself grabbing another Plate that hums with power with the Flute and other Plate.
