Chapter 5: Peter's new Roommate

Peter smiled only to see Carrie at F.E.A.S.T. but how she meets him. Peter's hand shaking Carrie's hand.

"Nice to meet you, Carrie." Peter said.

"Nice to meet you too, Peter." Carrie said.

"How are you feeling?" Peter asked.

"Yeah…you were the kid Tony Stark recruited." Carrie said.

"Oh yeah." Peter said.

"Why wouldn't I?" Carrie asked.

"Because…well I can't talk about it here. Let's go outside." Peter said.

"Spider-Man." Carrie said.

"What?" Peter asked.

"Your identity." Carrie said.

"You know my identity?" Peter asked.

"You're Spider-Man?" Carrie asked.

Peter was shocked and turned to everyone.

"Shh. Quiet." Peter said.

(Meanwhile…)

Peter and Carrie went out back and to talk alone both their minds were filled with questions cause neither of them understood the situation here.

Dr. Strange's spell erased everyone's memories on who he is so how could Carrie still know? She didn't know why Peter didn't think she met him. She only knew him briefly when Carrie killed all the students in Black Prom Massacre from Carrie 2013.

But not affording a risk of being discovered again again they had to talk alone and once they were Peter went first.

"You know me." Peter said.

"Peter Parker is Spider-Man." Carrie said.

"Yeah. Alright…let me just explain one detail at a time. See…I don't understand how you can still me cause Dr. Stephen Strange…erased everyone's memories to cover back up my identity after it was exposed." Peter said.

"Stephen Strange? Your identity was exposed?" Carrie asked.

"That's a long story…but my point is…Dr. Strange's spell made everyone forget who I am. Even my own friends. So…how could his spell not work on you?" Peter asked.

"I…I don't know. Maybe because I was in either Chamberlain, Maine." Carrie said.

"Chamberlain, Maine? You live in Chamberlain, Maine?" Peter asked.

"That too is a long story." Carrie said.

"Well guess we're in the same situation. But…what brought you to F.E.A.S.T.?" Peter asked.

"I…have nothing anymore. I've lost everything close to me. My parents." Carrie said.

"Your parents?" Peter asked.

"Yeah. My parents died." Carrie said.

"What happened to your parents?" Peter asked.

"My father Ralph White was killed in a car accident. My mother Margaret White had a heart attack in my home." Carrie said sadly.

"Oh yeah…I heard you were a thing. I'm really sorry. About your parents." Peter said.

"Thanks." Carrie said.

"I lost everything too. I mean my own friends don't remember me. My Aunt is gone. Along with my own parents and my Uncle. Now I'm just swinging solo home schooled working weekends to pay for college." Peter said.

"What happened to your family?" Carrie asked.

"My parents Richard and Mary Parker were killed in an airplane crash. My Uncle Ben Parker was killed by the crimes. My Aunt May was killed by the crimes too." Peter said.

"Sorry to hear all that too." Carrie said.

"Thanks. So what'd you gonna do now?" Peter asked.

"I…I don't know. They said they can help me here but…I don't know how I would. Everyone here is nice but…I…still feel more alone than ever." Carrie said.

"Me too. But…you don't have to stay here. You can-stay with me at my place." Peter said.

"What?" Carrie asked.

"I mean…you're more than welcome to. I promise I'll behave myself. I mean…it's not like I…have any friends anymore." Peter said.

"Me neither. I guess…I could come stay for a bit." Carrie said.

Peter grew a grin as did Carrie.

(Later at Peter's Apartment…)

Time: 10:57pm

Some time around 10:57pm or so Peter lead Carrie to his apartment.

"Come on in. Make yourself at home. I'm sorry it's a little disorganized. It's been awhile since I had guests. Actually I…never have guests." Peter said.

"I didn't really expect anything proper. How long have you been here?" Carrie asked.

"About nine months. Sometimes when I have free time I go on patrol. When I'm not and stay home I usually watch Star Wars movies." Peter said.

"Yeah. That's the same with me on sitcoms. I have loved Judy Garland and Marilyn Monroe since I was a kid." Carrie said.

"Well I know a video store where they sell those. Maybe this weekend after work if I'm not patrolling we can get some." Peter said.

"I'd love that." Carrie said.

"Yeah…also since you don't have any stuff…we'll have to buy you some clothes. I mean…just to…I mean-" Peter said.

"I know what you are thankful for. I mean…really thanks. It's not that I don't appreciate this but…if you knew what I was going through you probably wouldn't have let me stay here." Carrie said.

"Don't be silly. Whatever you've been up to, I'd never think less of you. I…saved the world from Thanos…well technically Mr. Stark did but…what we did counted." Peter said.

"Iron Man? Yeah but afterwards…I did a lot of terrible things. I hurt people out of my own grief. For my parents I never really had." Carrie said.

"You hurt people?" Peter asked.

"Like I said, it's a long story." Carrie said.

"I got time. Why don't I order us a Pizza and we can talk about it. I'll even tell you about everything that happened to me." Peter said.

"I like cheese and Haywain." Carrie said.

"No problem. You get settled, I'll make the order." Peter said.

Carrie grinned and looked around the apartment while Peter went on his phone accessing an app to the nearest Pizza Place.

Peter typed in two pies: a pepperoni for him and a regular cheese for Carrie…

After the order was placed Peter put in Empire Strikes Back for Entertainment while they waited and eat later.

And when the first Darth Vader came on.

Peter explained to Carrie that he was his favorite villain in the Franchise.

"Darth Vader is a real legendary bad guy. Anakin Skywalker is Darth Vader. It actually all started with him. The prequel trilogy explains his entire origin story. That's what I like about it. But what I…somewhat don't like about it is the Prequel Trilogy over-told a lot of things that was never confirmed in the original. See as you saw when the ghost Obi-Wan Kenobi told Anakin's son: Luke. Yoda was the Jedi Master that instructed him in the prequels he had a different mentor. I won't spoil who or what happened to him but it sure was left out for certain reasons. Plus still without spoilers there's a scene in Return of the Jedi that Anakin's daughter: Princess Leia explains. Luke and Leia were twins. Luke and Leia remember their real mother: Padme from a dream or something and Revenge of the Sith will show how it may not add up." Peter explained.

"You sure know a lot about this stuff." Carrie said.

"Well that's what happens if you've been watching them as long as I have." Peter said.

Peter chuckled and the doorbell rang. Their Pizza had arrived and Peter went to answer it…
