Randy looked at Serenity standing by his side. She was nervous and he understood why. It had been some sort of attempt at a slap in the face to invite her to this wedding. She wanted to decline and he just happened to be visiting his friend and her cousin Baron Corbin when she stopped by to tell him about the wedding invitation.
Seth and Becky's wedding.
Seth was Serenity's ex and he had done a great number on her by cheating with Becky who had been her best friend. Sending her a wedding invitation had been to rub it in her face. They knew she would want to decline but couldn't because of the close bond her parents had with Seth's parents. They actually took Seth's side in the whole mess just to stay on good terms with their long time friends. They somehow managed to blame Serenity for everything. She wasn't close with her parents because of it but still close enough for them to demand she showed up at the wedding to show her support.
When Randy saw the sadness in her cornflower blue eyes that day at Baron's place, he knew he had to do something. She wasn't sad that her ex was getting married. She was sad that she had to go. The invitation even said she could bring a plus one. He had jumped on it and said that he would be her date for the wedding. Seth and Becky weren't suspecting a thing. They thought she would bring her cousin Baron since they were so close.
"You look beautiful," he said.
She turned her eyes to him and gave him a smile. He meant it. She did look beautiful in that long, violet dress with the low back. Her light blonde hair had been curled and was hanging down her naked back. The cut in front was not trashy at all but still gave enough away for Seth to see what he no longer had. Randy had personally gone shopping with her and helped her pick out the dress. She looked gorgeous in it.
"Thank you," she said. "You look great too."
"I don't clean up too bad," he said.
He gave her one of his classic smiles that he had noticed made her giggle lately. Sometimes there was also a slight blush in her cheeks. She liked being around him. He could feel it. And he liked being around her too.
"Ready to go inside?" He asked.
"I don't want to," she said.
"I know but I'll be right by your side the entire time. At least we didn't have to go to the church and see the actual wedding. We're just here for some free food and wine," he said.
She took a deep breath and nodded.
"I can do this," she said.
"You can do this," he nodded too. "Hold your head up high, Serenity. You got this. They can't hurt you anymore than they've done in the past. You're a fucking star ready to shine."
She giggled again and her eyes came more to life.
"I'm a fucking star," she agreed. "Let's do this."
He took her hand and they stepped inside the building. Seth's eyes immediately went to her when she entered hand in hand with a man he had never seen before. Randy pulled her close and leaned down to place a soft kiss on her lips. It wasn't planned. He just wanted to make Seth look even more angry and it clearly worked.
"Randy," she whispered.
"Sorry for overstepping but he's about to blow up seeing you with me. This is quite fun," he said.
"I'm your fun. Alright, I can deal with that but remember you're my toy too then," she said. "I see champagne."
He chuckled at her toy comment and escorted her over to the waiter walking around with a tray full of champagne filled glasses. They grabbed a glass each and found a place to sit. It was a wedding with a buffet and no name cards on the tables.
"Should we get some food?" He asked.
"I just wanna sit down for a while," she said.
"Do you want me to grab you a plate?" He asked.
"That would be nice. I'm not picky. Just get me whatever you're getting," she said.
"On it," he said.
He got up from the seat and walked over to the buffet. He grabbed two plates and started loading food on them. Seth walked over to the table and grabbed a plate too. He walked up to stand next to Randy who smiled at the groom.
"Congratulations," Randy said.
"Who are you?" Seth asked.
"Right, we haven't met," Randy chuckled. "I'm Randy. I'm Serenity's boyfriend. Thank you for letting her bring me."
"Boyfriend?" Seth asked.
"Yes, we've been together for a couple of months now but we've been private about it. This is our coming out party. It's very sweet of you to invite her when your parents are friends and you two don't really know each other all that much. I'm assuming your parents are paying for the wedding and had a couple of demands when it came to their friends coming along. It always happens," Randy said.
"Is that what she's said? That we don't know each other all that much?" Seth asked.
"That might be me having read her words like that. She said that you're not important to her and I just figured that's what she meant," Randy said. "Great buffet. I wish more people did a buffet at their weddings."
Randy smiled innocently at Seth who seemed to have lost his words over hearing Serenity said he wasn't important to her. Randy nodded his goodbye and walked back to the table. He sat down and put one of the plates in front of Serenity.
"Why does he look stunned?" She asked.
"I might have said he's not important to you," he said.
"He's not. Not anymore," she said.
"I know," he chuckled. "I might also have said that we're dating."
"Oh, are we now?" She smirked.
"Yup!" He smirked back. "For two months actually. We just didn't tell anyone until today."
"If I kept you for two months, you must be good in bed," she joked.
"The best," he grinned. "In fact, no one has ever satisfied you the way I do."
He winked at her and she blushed and giggled. She grabbed the fork and put some food in her mouth. He looked over at Seth who had gone back to Becky. Seth was more busy watching Serenity than giving his bride any attention.
"He's pissed," Randy said.
"Good," Serenity said. "Kiss me again."
He leaned in and kissed her again. She deepened the kiss and let her tongue play with his for 5 short seconds before breaking the kiss and smiling at him.
"What was that?" He asked.
"A kiss between partners," she said.
"You're playing a dangerous game," he said.
"I'm gonna see this as our first real date," she said.
"I do like where this conversation is going. Tell me more," he said.
"You're gonna go home with me tonight and prove what you just said about satisfying me," she said.
"I am?" He asked.
"You are," she said. "And tomorrow I'll make you breakfast either before or after you fuck me on the kitchen table. Your choice if you wanna fuck on an empty or full stomach."
He leaned closer with a smirk on his face.
"You got it all planned out," he said.
"Only until breakfast. After that you get to decide whether it's a one night stand or something you wanna build on," she said.
"I'm fucking building an empire on that," he said.
He leaned in for another kiss and slowly moved away with a smile on his face.
"Tell me the truth," he said. "Was this always the plan for tonight?"
"No, you started it a minute ago by saying what you said," she said. "I'm not gonna lie, Randy. I've been crushing on you for a while now. I don't wanna continue dancing around you like this. I'm all in if you are."
"I'm all in, beautiful," he said. "But once I get you out of that dress, I think I might end up fucking you on that table before and after breakfast."
She smirked and leaned closer.
"Promise?" She asked.
"100%," he answered.
"Do you wanna stay at this boring party any longer?" She asked.
"I'm already rock hard thinking about what I'm gonna do to you when we get back to your place. I was ready to leave five minutes ago," he said.
She looked around and spotted her parents. She waved at them and watched for a few seconds until they were lost in a conversation and not keeping their eyes on her.
"There, they've seen me. It's a big party. I can say I mingled for hours and that they just couldn't find me in the sea of people," she said.
"We're leaving?" He asked.
"Hell yeah, we're leaving," she said. "Fuck this party and fuck me instead."
He laughed, pecked her lips, and stood up. She stood up too and laced her fingers in between his.
"Wanna say goodbye to the happy couple?" He asked.
"No, I don't wanna look at anyone else but you tonight," she answered. "I played their little game and I held my head up high thanks to you. Now I want my reward."
"I'm your reward?" He asked teasingly.
She grabbed his shirt and pulled him down for a kiss.
"I bet you know how to make me cum hard," she said lowly.
"And many times," he said.
"Fucking prove it, Randy," she said. "Take me home now!"
He looked over at Seth who was hot red in the face of anger. He smirked at the groom and then started walking towards the door the same way he had entered. Hand in hand with Serenity. She was holding her head up high and squeezing his hand in excitement. Her thoughts were not with Seth and Becky at all. The way her blue eyes were looking at him, he knew Seth was far away in the past. She was looking towards the future, and he was lucky to be part of it. He was going to prove to her that he was not a man who ever broke a promise. She would be worn out by tomorrow, and he would cherish every little smile and giggle coming from this beautiful woman.
