Character Descriptions

Peter Parker / Spider-Man: Eighteen years old. An orphaned, recently graduated high school student who received spider-powers after being bitten by a genetically altered spider from his father's DNA. Peter first uses his powers to try to hunt down the killer of his uncle in The Amazing Spider-Man but soon decides to use his powers to fight crime as the vigilante known as Spider-Man.

Harry Osborn: Eighteen or nineteen years old. The heir to the Osborn throne, the newly crowned CEO of Oscorp, and Peter's best friend for 10 years and son of Norman Osborn. He was sent away to boarding school around the same time Peter's parents disappeared and met him for the first time there. He is cured of a genetic disease that took his father's life with help from Peter.

Gwen Stacy: Eighteen years old. The daughter of police captain, George Stacy, and Peter's girlfriend, who willingly throws herself in harm's way to help him stop supervillains, who gets an offer to attend Oxford University in London. At the end of the story, she calls Peter to warn him of the Sinister Five. It is also revealed that Gwen and Peter are in a relationship once again after they moved together to London so that Gwen can attend Oxford.

Flint Marko / Sandman: Thirties or forties. A small-time crook, who after an accident with a super-collider, gained the ability to control and manipulate sand. He is a member of the Sinister Five.

Adrian Toomes / Vulture: Fifties or sixties. A jewel thief and member of the Sinister Five, who stole a flight harness from Oscorp.

Dr. Otto Octavius / Doctor Octopus: Forties or fifties. A former renown Oscorp scientist and nuclear physicist, who after an accident involving a fusion reactor, was infused to his mechanical arms harness. He is a member of the Sinister Five and the de facto leader.

Max Dillon / Electro: Thirties. A former electrical engineer expert at Oscorp who idolized Spider-Man, until an accident when he fell into a vat of electric eels. After accidentally causing a black-out in Times Square, he attacked Spider-Man after being provoked by the police and was locked up in Ravencroft until being broken out by the Sinister Five. Member of the Sinister Five.

Quentin Beck / Mysterio: Forties. An actor and former special effects illusionist, who uses his elaborate hallucinations or illusions to pull off heists. Member of the Sinister Five.

Gustav Fiers / The Gentleman: Sixties. A man recruiting supervillains for the Sinister Five. He previously asked Curt Connors while he is in prison if Peter knew the truth about his father and knows Peter is Spider-Man and the secret benefactor of the Sinister Five and an Oscorp employee loyal to Norman. Behind the scenes.

Aunt May Parker: Fifties. Ben's wife and Peter's aunt. She appears in a flashback.

Uncle Ben Parker: Fifties at time of death. May's husband, Peter's uncle, and Richard Parker's older brother, who is killed when Peter allows a burglar to rob the deli. While he is mentioned in main story, he appears in a flashback.

Richard Parker: Forties at time of death. Peter's apparently deceased father and Mary's husband, who was assassinated on the orders of Norman, his business partner, when he was tasked to make a genetically-altered spider that could cure illnesses, but upon learning it was to create a biological weapon, he backed out and shut off his computers and subsequently was labeled a traitor to the United States government. He is apparently deceased and killed during a plane crash. Mentioned as apparently deceased in the main story and flashback.

Mary Parker: Forties or thirties at time of death. Peter's deceased mother and Richard's wife, who was shot by an assassin attempting to kill her husband for refusing to create a biological weapon for Norman Osborn. Mentioned deceased in main story.

Captain George Stacy: Fifties at time of death. Gwen's deceased father and the former police captain for the New York Police Department. He despised Spider-Man's illegal vigilantism, which he debated several times with Peter, until Peter's identity was revealed during a chase. He died protecting the city from the Lizard attempting to turn all of New York City into lizards, giving Peter the antidote that Gwen gave him, before being stabbed and killed by the Lizard. As he dies, he tells Peter to stay away from Gwen. Peter thinks about his death and it was one of the factors he thinks about when choosing to save Harry's life with his blood. Mentioned as deceased in the main story.

Dr. Curt Connors / The Lizard: Forties. A former Oscorp scientist who experimented on himself and turned himself into a giant anthropomorphic lizard-like creature. He tried to turn all of New York City into anthropomorphic lizards like himself, but was stopped by Peter and Captain Stacy, killing the latter in the process, but not before Peter dispenses the antidote, curing Connors and several infected police officers, who were infected with lizard DNA. He was arrested and imprisoned in Ravencroft for his crimes. He is mentioned as Harry states that the main reason he is not telling people about Peter's secret, nor giving them his blood, is to prevent "another Lizard incident". Mentioned and referenced in the main story.

Norman Osborn: Sixty-one or sixty years old at time of death. The founder and CEO of Oscorp and Harry's father, who was the partner of Connors and Richard and attempted to discover the key behind cross-species genetics to cure himself of a goblin disease that ended up taking his life. However, when Richard learned he attempted to use it as a biological weapon, he backed out of the project, and Norman ordered his death, under the cover story that he was a traitor against the United States government. Norman has recently died, and his son, Harry, fears his fate is gonna end the same way as his father's did and seeks help. Mentioned as deceased in the main story.
