Here, the werewolf instantly stepped back from the human male, to protect himself from death.

.

Across the platform, Selene here caught sight of Nathaniel, the female here smiling somewhat to see that she had once again backed up against these two werewolves.

.

Tril turned his head sharply to face this new vampire. It appeared, though, that the werewolf didn't look troubled by this further death dealer's presence. "This is our night… this is our purpose!" called out Tril to Nathaniel.

.

On seeing Tril standing tall, it only seemed to just fuel Nathaniel's hatred; the brave and skilled vampire opened fire. - Blam! - - Blam! - - Blam! - "Choke on my silver, you filthy fur!" snapped the dealer, his finger firmly on the trigger. Nathaniel, a true trained assassin.

.

Tril was forced to release his grip on the man's shoulder, as he backed away, taking cover behind a concrete pillar.

.

Once the man had felt the grip loosen, he now scuffled back away from the werewolf in fear.

.

- Blam! - - Blam! - - Blam! - However, the vampire's weapon clicked back, as Nathaniel here had fired off his last bullet in this round.

The dealer took from his belt a clip of silver bullets, and as he quickly refilled his ammo, Nathaniel again took his aim.

.

Tril did not take kindly to being stopped, the look on the wolf's face changed. He howled at the vampire who now stood before him. A rage in his eyes and snarl on his face. Tril opened fire again - Ratta! - - Ratta! - - Ratta! - The wolf, here, had hoped to get the finishing shot.

.

- Blam! - - Blam! - - Blam! - came the bullets of Nathaniel in retaliation. The death dealer's aim was perfect, with only a few bullets ricocheting off the platform walls around the werewolf, the others coming close.

.

"Uuuggghhhh!' Tril exclaimed, as the vampire's ammunition flew past his head. 'This ends now, damn you, I won't be able to send you all to your end, but I'll happily send some of you off to hell where you belong." Tril, here, launched forward at the vampire, the pair came together. The pair now scuffled in close combat, with Tril aim to try and force the weapon out of the vampire's hand.

.

Freed from the stranger's grip the man was somewhat grateful of this leather clad soldier's actions. 'What the hell is this…' he thought, as he now paid them more attention. 'These are no law enforcers… these are more like assassins.' he now speculated, ideas and notions all jumbled up in his head. He, along with the other fearful bystanders around him, now find themselves stuck in the middle of a full-scale firefight. The man like no doubt the others can't believe what was happening to them.

.

Pale faced humans cowered around them, all trying their best to stay well back and to avoid the gun-wielding foes. All hoping, wishing that they get out of this alive.

.

Rahzia was able to retaliate, firing off a few rounds - Ratta! - - Ratta! - - Ratta! - at Selene. Rahzia soon needed to change his clip of ammo.

.

It was here though, that Selene suddenly stopped, the fresh tangy smell of spilt blood had touched her nostrils, which caused her mouth to automatically water. Her head for one second turned now to face the direction of the innocent lady that had been hit by the werewolf's bullet.

She snapped herself out of it, the second she had heard the clattering sound of the approaching train and then the screech of its breaks. 'Yes, none of that now.' she told herself firmly, Selene knowing all too well that this wasn't the time nor place to drink, even though the blood smelt so fine, the lady being blood type AB+ which would have given the vampire an extra taste when drinking.

.

A train now pulled into their side of the station, with a hiss of the breaks, while weapon fire - Blam! - - Blam! - - Blam! - - Ratta! - - Ratta! - - Ratta! - still echoed through the platform. The doors of the parked subway train hissed open, and as they did so, normally the impatient passengers inside the train would rush out, though this time around this wasn't the case, as many now cowered beneath their seats.

Windows were instantly shattered, in the fray. Many on the train cowered, hands over their heads to stop themselves from getting caught by the falling glass. Those on the platform, who hadn't managed to escape, saw the train and in a last ditch attempt to get away, ran for safety onboard.

.

The man, as he continued to offer life saving aid to the lady, knew that normally he couldn't move a body, and took a few seconds to think things through.

.

However, his decision was made for him, as the driver of this train though wasted any more time and swiftly drove the train away with a - Clatter! - and - Clang! -

.

"Shit!" he cursed, as he turned to see the train move away and down into the dark tunnel. The man and this hurt lady were left now with only three others on the platform.

.

Both Selene and Nathaniel on her lead move in, forcing both Rahzia and Tril back away.

"Hell what ammo are they using?' he asked, as this had been nothing he had seen before. 'It's glow doesn't half pack some punch!"

Selene sees the lines of concern on his normal ageless face. Whatever was truly going on here had gotten Nathaniel a little rattled. "I've never seen anything like it before." answered Selene, concerned. 'Huh, if their normal ammo isn't bad enough towards our kin, this new weapon is far deadlier.' she thought to herself, now with her right hand she clips in a new cartage of ammo into her weapon. She risks stepping out and again opening fire on the werewolves before her. - Blam! - - Blam! - - Blam! -

Nathaniel bravely followed suit. - Blam! - - Blam! - - Blam! -

.

Police sirens could be heard echoing down into the station from the streets above.

The man, here, looked over his shoulder, a drop of relief across his face. He turned back to the lady and stated reassuringly. "You hear that, hey? Help is here… I'll see to it that we're getting out of here!"

The lady in great pain nodded, happy that help was near.

.

Rahzia, hoping to buy himself sometime, brazenly took hold of a human male and with force pushed him right into Nathaniel's way. He took this second's advantage and now leapt down into the subway tunnels.

Tril wasn't too far behind him.

The second that they had landed, the pair now wasted no time, running down the now empty track line.

.

Selene looks back over her shoulder, also being alerted to the sudden presence of the police. She now looked back, to see the figures of Rahzia and Tril making their escape. "Run if you wish, but like the rest of your kind, you'll be dead soon enough." she called after them, before giving chase, her boots splashing through a couple of oily puddles, after the two werewolves.

.

It was here that Selene was seen by the man, who had helped the lady on the platform, the situation had allowed his eyes to widen and focus somewhat differently, and for the briefest of seconds there she was.

To him she was a miracle, a person of true timeless beauty. 'Ah, everything I'm not.' he joked to himself. Catching his breath in his throat, making his heart rate speed up. She was clad in pure black glistening leather from her neck collar to her heels. The man just couldn't believe that someone so perfect with a great figure was standing there on the platform before him and the man somewhat wished deep inside that he didn't look so much of a wet mess, hoping that for one second he could have held her gaze.

For a second as she now moved on, he actually thought he had dreamt this engagement, this encounter; as it truly all felt just so unreal, she felt out of place in the plain normal world.
