I only own my OCs, I do not own Tess, Bentley, Qwark, Carmelita, or any Van Helsing characters.

The group went off to Castle Frankenstein, and everyone noticed the laboratory was emptied, except for the broken equipment. Carmelita looked, since Bentely filled the others that went back in, they were shocked, especially Lupe, since Francine and Victoria are captured, and asked, "What on Earth happened?"

Anna replied, "They must've taken all the equipment to Dracula's lair."

"Wherever that is," Van Helsing added. He then roared while grabbing and throwing the broken piece to a wall, causing everyone to get out of the way.

Carl grabs him and says, "Look, there's still time."

"How's that?" Zandra asked.

Carl explains, "Dracula can't bring his children to life until the sun sets."

"The sun sets in in two hours," Chiyo said.

Anna then said, "My family have been looking for him for more than 400 years."

Carl then said, "Yes, well, I wasn't around for those 400 years, now, was I?"

Taylor then said, "Look let's head back to the Valerious residence to think what to do next." Everyone nods in agreement and goes off.

Back at the residence, Van Helsing asked, "All right, Carl, what have you and Bentley learned?"

Carl replied, while showing a portrait of Anna's ancestor, "That Count Dracula was actually the son of Valerious the Elder."

"Yes, the son of your ancestor," Bentley said to Anna.

"Everybody knows that. What else?" Anna asked.

Carl and Bentley moved as Carl explains, "Oh, All right. Well, according to this rubbing," he moves up a paper, showed them, then continued, "it all started when Dracula was murdered."

"Do you know who murdered him?" Van Helsing asked.

"No, no, no," Bentley replied.

Carl said, "But this has some vague reference to the 'left hand of God,'" Carl moved, and tool a parchment, and said, "And in 1462, when Dracula died, he made a covenant with the devil," he showed a man kneeling, three individuals, and a demon, which Taylor knows is the devil, but Car then folded the parchment, showing only the kneeling man and the devil.

Van Helsing took the parchment, and said, "And was given new life."

Anna then said, "But the only way he could sustain that life was by drinking the blood of others."

Carl then said, "Uh, excuse us. Are you going to let us tell the story?"

"Sorry," Anna and Van Helsing replied together.

Carl and Bentley moved forward, then Bentley said, "Your ancestor, Anna, having sired this evil creature, went to Rome to seek forgiveness," as he talked, Carl showed a portrait, which depict a man kneeling.

Carl then said, "That's when the bargain was made," he moves around, as he explains, "He was to kill Dracula in return for eternal salvation," he takes a parchment, which showed Anna's family tree and said, "of his entire family right down the line all the way to you and Velkan."

Everyone knows because Velkan is now alive, since Lupe bit him to now control his werewolf form. Velkan then said, "But he couldn't do it."

Anna took the parchment and said, "As evil as Dracula was, our ancestor couldn't kill his own son."

Carl then said, "So he banished him to an icy fortress," Carl then takes a book, then said, "sending him through a door from which there was no return."

"And then the devil gave him wings," Anna added, as Van Helsing takes the book.

"Yes," Carl said.

Taylor then said, "But then this stuff caught the attention of Nosfearatu, but with the deal to capture and keep what would be victims alive, get the blood from them by other methods, and them make them cower in fear, powering the Dark Crystal, thus earning him a spot to the Fear Clan."

"I agree with that," Bentley said.

"All right, so where is this door?" Van Helsing asked.

"We don't know," Carl replied, but looks at Anna and Velkan, and said, "But when you ancestor couldn't kill his son, he left clues," he moved a wall decor, causing the painting he and Bentley saw, then said, "so that future generations might do it for him."

Taylor then felt something, then said, "There's a ghost here." No one could see it.

Bentley then said, "Guess you need to use something, if you remember it."

Taylor then said, "Yes, if I put on my goggles on a certain setting, I can use the ability called Median Vision, where I can see and talk to ghosts," she puts on her goggles, then set them to Median Vision, and sees the ghost of Valerious the Elder, she then said, "It is your ancestor, Anna and Velkan."

The ghost showed itself to everyone, and said, "I have heard you wish to make my son mortal, in order to capture him."

"Yes, if he dies, the Dark Crystal he uses to bring fear will shatter, making me lose any way to get Nosfearatu," Taylor said.

"I to agree with this, and God as well, please stop the vampire before it is too late," Valerious said, and disappears.

Anna thought back about what Carl said, then said, "It must be what our father was looking for in here clues to the door's location."

Van Helsing thought, then said, "The door. The door. Of course," he gives the book and the portrait to Carl, then went off, causing everyone to follow. As they walked, Van Helsing said to Anna and Velkan, "You said your father spent hours staring at this painting trying to find Dracula's lair. I think you were right, Anna, quite literally," he gestures at the painting of the map, and said, "I think this is the door," he looks at Anna, and said, "He just doesn't know how to open it."

Bentley looked, and said, "Look, a Latin description. Maybe it works like that painting in the tower."

Anna then said, "If this were a door, our father would've opened it long ago."

Carl moved the chair, and noticed some parts was torn, then said, "I can't finish the inscription," he looks at the group, and said, "There's a piece missing."

Van Helsing thought, then remembered something the Cardinal gave him, and said, "Your father didn't have this."

"Where did you get that?" Anna asked.

Taylor replied, "Valerious the Elder gave this to Rome 400 years ago."

Van Helsing gives the parchment to Carl, then said, "Carl, finish it," Carl then speaks the inscription in Latin, causing Van Helsing said, "In the name of God, open this door." The painting then was replaced by a giant mirror.

"A mirror," Carl said.

Anna then said, "Dracula has no reflection in the mirror."

"But why?" Van Helsing asked as the group moved towards the mirror.

Carl thinks, then said, "Maybe- Maybe to Dracula, it's not a mirror at all."

Van Helsing then went to the mirror, and moved his hand into it, which went through, surprising everyone. He chuckles, and said, "It's cold," he pulls his hand back, and had white stuff on his hand as he said, "and it's snowing," everyone was happy at this. He then grabs a torch, and said, "See you on the other side."

"Correction, see us on the other side," Taylor said, deciding to go with him.

They were about to go, when Anna stopped them, and said, "Be careful."

They both went through the mirror.

Somewhere else, Taylor and Van Helsing went through, and looked around. Soon Anna, with Tess on her shoulder. The former looks around, and said, "Castle Dracula."

Observing the icy fortress of Castle Dracula. Soon they watch as one by one, the others arrived. Carl being the last one, who sees the skeletons dangling and tried to go back but couldn't.

"Nice try, there's no turning back now," Bentley said.

As everyone moved to the doors, Carl asked, "Do we have a plan? It doesn't have to be Wellington's at Waterloo, but some sort of plan would be nice."

Van Helsing replied, "We're going to go in there and stop Dracula."

"And kill, or in this case make mortal or capture anything that gets in the way," Anna added.

Carl then said, "Well, you let me know how that goes," he tries to walk away, but Van Helsing grabbed him and Anna, then with a grunt, leaped up to get them in.

"That's a good idea," Lupe said, as she leaped up along with Velkan.

Chiyo floated up while carrying Zandra, Qwark used his jetpack, Bentley used his hover pack, Carmelita used her Mega Jump, and Taylor used her Soul Robber, and everyone followed Van Helsing.

Taylor then said, "Okay, we're in," she then floated down with her Staff Helicopter.

Carl then said, "Well, as grateful as I am out of the cold, that doesn't seem like a good thing."

Van Helsing growled, causing Lupe to say, "He's getting worse."

Van Helsing then said, "We'd better get moving."

Everyone looks around and see a lot of egg sacks. Carl then asked, "So, uh, are all of those-"

"Yes," Anna replied.

Carl then asked, "And inside them are-"

"Yes," Van Helsing replied.

"'Igor do this. Igor do that,'" the hunchback complained as he was walking with some cables, he then looks at the group, and was shocked.

"Hello," Taylor said waving at him.

Igor then said, "How did you find- It's impossible!" he drops the cables and tries to make a break for it, but Van Helsing used one of his Tojo Blades to pin the hunchback's hump to the wall. He struggles to get the blade off, but the group went to him, and he begs, "Please- Please, don't kill me."

"Why not?" Van Helsing asked.

"Well, I, um-" Igor tries to make an excuse.
