"NO I WANT THE PINK NOT BLUE!" Screams a child as she fights her maids attempts to put the blue bows she requested on and in an attempt to have the child understand this so she can cooperate one maid says "But Lady Katarina you yourself requested these bows and we do not have any pink bows in stock at the moment" however Katarina ignored their pleas and so told them "I never said such a thing and you're all incompetent in fact consider yourselves all fired!".

But before her maids could protest Katarina's Father arrives and suddenly Katarina's entire personality and shifted with his arrival as she suddenly became a little angel in stark contact to the bratty display before as she rushes towards her father to embrace him in a hug and as she hugs the Claes Duke he speaks up saying "Katarina, Prince Geordo has arrived along with carriage for your date" and right cue Geordo arrives aswell "Hello Lady Katarina, I hope your as excited as I am for our date"

The two children are now strolling through a garden with Katarina clinging to Geordo as he trys to speak about the flowers and upon noticing Katarina's clinging Geordo says "Lady Katarina is there any difficulties with your health that I should know about" and Katarina responds claiming "oh my feet are just experiencing difficulties though I should be fine as long as I'm with you Prince Geordo"

But while making ogling Geordo, Katarina notices a lone Tyrunt who's currently glaring in annoyance at the two and Katarina, hating for any disrespect, asks Geordo "what's his deal?"

Geordo explains that "oh that's merely a Tyrunt he tends to be weary of strangers" with him purposefully leaving out that the Tyrunt is his Pokémon.

Katarina decides to tell Geordo her opinions on the Pokémon and advises that "it shouldn't treat guests in such an inappropriate manner especially a guest as important as me, that behavior of it should be throughly dealt with through any means necessary" but in the midst of her nagging Katarina had let go of Geordo along with falling behind him revealing her capabilities to walk on her own perfectly fine

Geordo had pointed out Katarina misstep telling her that "Your feet seem to be perfectly fine now so let us go without you clinging to me"

Upon hearing Geordo pointing it out Katarina notices and in her panic to continue clinging to Geordo and explain her current ability she ran towards him but in her running she had not noticed the tail of the Tyrunt she badmouthed and so she tripped fell face flat onto the ground.

The impact of the fall was so strong it had caused Katarina to regain her memories of her past life though visions of Tree Climbing, running away from dogs and playing Otome and Pokémon games and upon witnessing all of it Katarina had fainted from shock.

—-Katarina's Point of view—-

After fainting I woke up to see there was a Blond Prince next to me 'what was his name again? Oh right Prince Geordo yah that, anyways whats he talking about with the scar its not like its too big and who cares about being married though I guess it's a bigger deal since I'm a noble so much for my freedom'

Though I was ripped out of my thoughts when I heard Prince Geordo ask "Do you agree?", and oh shoot he's talking to me "huh? Oh yah sure"

Geordo then randomly left the room and once he does the room suddenly erupted in applause, so I decided to ask "Why are you all clapping?"

And the maids joyfully answer "Why? Because you've just been engaged Lady Katarina!"

'What… I JUST GOT MARRIED TO AN 8 YEAR OLD! No where's the camaras or the microphone crew or is Chris Hanson gonna appear can I at least get a pizza'

Thankfully Anne saw my worries and had left the room along with escorting the rest of the maids out of the room leaving me alone to process the situation. 'Geordo is cute and all but its an "Aww a puppy" cute, I can't be romantically attracted to an 8 year old after all i'm 17 on the inside, This reminds me of a game I played where the Villianous Fiancée of a Love Interest had trapped him in an engagement because as a child she had gotten a scar what were their names again… oh right Katarina Claes and Prince Geor- wait a minute' "THAT'S HIM"

'No I can't just assume I've been reincarnated in an Otome Game I've got to do some research first' and so I talked to over a dozen maids about information on mine and Geordo's Family and other pieces of lore like what families exist like the Hunts and Ascarts and all evidence pointed towards the world being Fortune Lover 'oh no this isn't good because with how the research is going it's seems like I'm doo-' I was then ripped out of my thoughts when I heard a loud band from a window so I curiously peaked my head over to see what had caused the sound and there it was a bird but this bird was somewhat unique in that it had a yellow belly with dark black surrounding it and the black feathers had gone above the eyes to make a shape similar to that of a fire and it had blue feathers covering the rest of its body and to top it off blood red eyes and though my description doesn't make it seem unique it is for that's a Rookidee specifically a 'Pokémon, oh no if this is a Pokémon then i'm not in Fortune Lover, I'm in Fortune Life!, No theres only one way to confirm it'

I then rushed to the Library pulled out a dusty book on the history of Sorcier, 'depending on which game or if it is a game the book should tell me through the lore provided since if it's Fortune Lover it should tell me that the Original Stewart was a powerful fire Sorcerer who conquered and convinced local families with his strength' but the Book had told the Story of how the first Stewart used an alliance with Ho-Oh to bring all other families to their knees and established the Kingdom of Sorcier.

Fortune Life is a crossover story between Pokémon and Fortune Lover, though I didn't play the game instead it was my older brother with everything I know about the game coming from me occasionally watching him play and telling me about the details of the story and from what I remember the ending for Geordo's route was slightly different for Katarina Claes, while she still gets either divorced and exiled or death but rather than by a sword Katarina Claes in the Bad End will get eaten by Geordo's Tyrantrum or slowly mauled to death by Maria's Eevee who evolves into an Umbreon with the two results depending upon the time of day with night for the Umbreon and day for the Tyrantrum, 'THATS EVEN WORSE, How did they even get PG13? Was the blood white or pink like Danganronpa?'

Katarina's Doom Avoidence Council. Meeting #1

The meeting had started with Chairman Katarina stating "Okay it's official we're the doomed Villainess Katarina Claes, does anyone have any ideas?"

Fearless Katarina decided to start the discussion with "How about we just not get engaged"

Fearful Katarina counters by saying "But we've already accepted the engagement so wouldn't it be mean to reject it now" and Fearless replied with "Darn you're right"

Happy Katarina then suggests "Why can't we just not go to the academy then we won't have the Bad ending possible and Maria won't get bullied by us"

Smart Katarina then refutes the statement saying that "All individuals with magic must attend the Academy" and shows a clip from Fortune Lover showing an older Katarina with her dirt bump

Fearful Katarina chimes up "Smart Katarina we aren't in Fortune Lover we're in Fortune Life now" but Lore Katarina steps in to state that "while it's true that we don't officially have to go to the Academy, Members of Claes family unofficially has to attend or else they'll turn into a pariah among Noble Society and might even get disowned or killed in rare cases, in fact there was such a case 73 years ago from now with an adop-"

Suddenly the noise Chairman Katarina's gavel can be heard across the room as she decides to tell Lore Katarina "Remember this is an emergency meeting and so if it's not directly about the situation don't tell it"

Upon hearing this Lore Katarina nods and continues "well the point is that if we don't go we'll basically get the same result by not going to the academy just sooner"

Hearing that avoidance won't solve their problem Happy Katarina decides to speaks up again "What about just not bullying Maria won't that result in no exile or murder if we don't strike"

But Fearful Katarina says that "What if Geordo pins those things on us anyways since after all he's super sadistic and a genius so he might make up evidence to get out of his engagement more easily or is he different in Fortune Life?" and Lore Katarina just nods to indicate that he's the exact same in the other game aswell

Suddenly Competitive Katarina speaks up and lifts her stupid and comically large glasses like she's Smart Katarina "Don't you guys realize we have literal monsters to fight for us so theres no need to worry after all according to Lore Katarina the largest threat only has a base stat total of 521 so all we need to do is get a giant cat to punch that Jurassic Park reject and it'll be smooth sailing"

But Fearful Katarina adds that "Geordo could probably just call an army of stronger Pokémon so maybe we should just have strong Pokémon for defense in the Good End and for immediate defense in the Bad End as we try to negotiate exile instead"

Genius Katarina then adds to Fearful's idea saying "we could use the Pokémon for work aswell"

Fearless then speaks up again "And sword fighting just in case we don't have our Pokémon on hand and Geordo uses his Sword against us while we don't our Pokémon with us"

Chairman Katarina then says "So, Katarina Claes shall train to have the Strongest Pokémon possible and to train with Sword just in case, do all agree to this" and upon hearing it all Katarina's say yes at the same time and so Chairman Katarina banged her Gavel and concluded the meeting.

—-Katarina's Point of view—-

Though my spontaneous swordsmanship garnered some attention I ignored it since after all I had a doom to avoid and so I trained my swordsmanship all day long and after hours of training I was exhausted and took a well deserved rest and ate the most delicious sweets of my life and during my rest Anne had walked into my room to tell me "the Duke Claes would like to see you"

'Why would father want to see me?' and once I arrived I got my answer as father had told me "Katarina, now that your successfully engaged to someone its high time that you receive your first Pokémon as per Claes tradition, unfortunately I cannot accompany you on your journey as I'm going to be handling some… important paperwork so you'll be going with your Mother tomorrow so I suggest you gather your things since it'll be a 3 day long trip" hearing this I simply told him "Okay Duke Claes" and left.

When I had woken up my arms were super sore from overtraining but pushing through the pain I got up and gathered my things and for some reason my appearance had shocked everyone including Anne who was helping to gather the luggage but what they should be shocked about was the amount of bags Duchess Claes had packed, were we going to a three day trip or 3 years with the amount of bags she has.

Eventually the Duchess had spoken up to ask me "Katarina dear, why did you pack so little usually you bring 14 bags minimum for events such as this?"

'Ohh right we're super rich, we're supposed to pack enough jewelry and items to create a town', but I had to say something quick to get the gazes off my back so I just said "oh um, I just wanted you to have enough space for your things"

The Duchess then looked at me suspiciously before dramatically opening her fan to hide her concerningly reddish face tell me "Fine, but next time don't concern yourself with storage after all we are the Claes I can simply get another carriage for your items"

I decided that I didn't want to fight someone so terrifying so I just said "Yes Duchess Claes" and hopped on the fancy carriage and once the maids were finished putting the bags on the carriage the Horse Driver Man Dude, I don't know what they're called, commanded the Mudsdale to start moving and so we headed off to get my first Pokémon.
