"...and I don't want to have to discipline you again this month or I will take my cane to you. Do you understand?" Olivia scolded.
"Yes, Captain." Churlish choked out with tears in her dark eyes, bent across her Captain's desk with her pants and panties pulled down to her knees.
"All right, last three." Olivia delivered the next smack of the paddle.
"OWWWWW! Th-thirty eight, Ma'am!" Churlish gripped the edge of the desk until her knuckles were white.
SMACK!
"OWWWWW! Th-thirty n-n-nine, Ma'am! Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!"
"One more, you can take it." Olivia encouraged before delivering the final smack.
"OWWWWW! F-f-forty, Ma'am!" Churlish completely broke down.
"Good girl." Olivia set the paddle aside and gently rubbed her young detective's heaving back, "Just breathe now, take a few deep breaths and then up and into the corner with you."
Churlish slowly pushed herself up from the desk and moved to stand in a corner of the room with her hands on her head and her freshly paddled bottom on display. Olivia sighed as she returned the paddle to its place on the wall and then sat down at her desk and turned her attention to her computer screen. So far it had been a very long day and Olivia couldn't wait to be at home with a glass of wine receiving one of her sweet little submissive's fantastic foot massages. Nick Amaro had turned in his two weeks notice, so now Olivia was trapped in the nightmare of trying to find his replacement, and so far there were several viable candidates. Olivia looked up from her computer when Fin popped his head into her office thirty minutes later.
"Captain, Hank Voight is on line two." Fin said.
Olivia picked up the phone on her desk and pressed a series of buttons.
"Hey, Hank." Olivia greeted.
"Hey, Liv." Hank Voight's rough voice came over the line, "I can't stay on long, it's a madhouse in here today. Just a head's up that I'm sending Lindsay and Halstead your way with information on a perp that's slipped through our fingers and we have good reason to believe that he's on his way to New York. The name's William Lewis. This one's a real bastard, one of my detectives nicknamed him The Beast. He likes to target disabled women. He's preyed on several women with CP, a couple of women in wheelchairs, even a blind woman. And he hasn't just hit here in Chicago, he's preyed on women all across the country."
Olivia cursed under her breath.
"He may have already hit here. We've got a deaf woman in the hospital who was raped, but the hospital didn't follow procedure so she doesn't have a rape kit."
"Well, I'm sending Lindsay and Halstead with his entire file, and it's all yours. Hopefully my guys can help your guys nail this sicko."
"I'll keep an eye out for your detectives. Thanks for your help, Hank." Olivia hung up the phone and then walked around to lean against the front of her desk, "Come here, Churlish."
Churlish very carefully pulled her pants and panties up over her punished bottom and with one last sniffle she turned and walked over to stand in front of her Captain. The young detective breathed a sigh of relief when Olivia wrapped her in a forgiving embrace.
"Good girl, you accepted that very well. Back to your desk now, sitting up straight and no excessive wriggling. You may swap your regular chair for a padded chair."
"Yes, Captain." Churlish scurried out of Olivia's office to return to her desk where she reluctantly sat down, wincing as she did so.
"Listen up, people." Olivia joined her detectives in the bullpen, leaning against a vacant desk, "I just got off the phone with Hank Voight from the Chicago PD. Lindsay and Halstead are coming with information on a man who is now our top suspect in the Emily Jackson rape case. Rollins and Amaro, go to the airport to pick up Lindsay and Halstead and bring them here. El, get the Feds on the phone; apparently our suspect has been prowling around the country. Fin and Kat, the two of you keep working on locating Victoria Cues. Churlish, sit still and finish your DD5s, I expect to have all of them on my desk before you clock out today." Olivia ordered, and all of her detectives scattered to obey.
"William Lewis first caught our attention eight months ago; he snuck into a rehab facility in Chicago and put on scrubs so that he would blend in with the staff and he raped a woman with Downs Syndrome, but a mistake was made in the paperwork and he was let off on a technicality. Since then we've gone back into his history and discovered that he's hit cities all over the country; Los Angeles, Austin, Salt Lake City, the list goes on. His typical MO is to sneak into hospitals and rehab facilities and other places and find his victims there, but as you've discovered, he's also not above preying on women out in the wild, such as Central Park." Erin Lindsay addressed the rest of the detectives standing around as she finished pinning several things to the board in front of her, "He's also escalating. He usually lays low for a little while before he hits a new place, but in this case he's already made his first hit before Hank even had the chance to call you guys."
"Which means that he could hit again at any point, so we've got to be on our toes." Olivia concluded, "Rollins, take Lindsay and the two of you go to Mercy hospital. Maybe Emily can ID her rapist's face in a photo array."
Emily sighed when she saw Detective Rollins walk into her hospital room along with a detective that she didn't recognize and tried not to feel another flash of anger, which she wasn't ready to admit was really just fear, toward Grace Muncy for running to her Mistress with her secrets. But she recognized that the detectives were only doing their job, so she smiled politely.
"Hey, Emily. This is Detective Lindsay from Chicago." Amanda spoke while Emily's interpreter signed what she was saying, "We won't bother you for long today, we just have some photos that we would like you to look at and tell us if you recognize anyone."
"Just take your time." Detective Lindsay said kindly.
Emily carefully looked through the book of photos, examining each picture. She was about halfway through the book when she came across the photo of William Lewis. Her reaction was immediate as she screamed in fear and curled into her interpreter for protection. With a shaky finger, she pointed at the picture and then began to sign.
"'That's him, that's the one who raped me. I don't know how he knew I'm deaf, but he knows sign language and while I was in Central Park he saw that I was beaten and asked me if I needed help. I told him to screw off, and that's when he dragged me into the trees.'" the interpreter relayed everything Emily was signing to the detectives.
"Great, so we now have a positive ID, but we have no clue where this guy is right now. Let's get his picture out to the media as a person of interest, but hold back all major details. I don't want this guy running to another state if we spook him, and I don't want to scare the hell out of the city if we don't have to." Olivia said to her detectives, "Now, where are we on locating Victoria Cues?"
"A whole lot of nowhere. We spent hours sitting in front of her house, nobody came." Fin said.
"All right, well, I'm heading out early, so if anyone needs anything, Elliot's in charge. You have my number if you need me, don't need me."
Olivia arrived home and Grace kissed her feet in greeting as always, then she stood to her feet and helped Olivia out of her leather jacket and put it away in the closet while Olivia put her badge and gun in the safe. With all of that accomplished, Olivia swept Grace off her feet and carried her over to the couch where she sat down and settled Grace on her lap to cuddle her. Grace happily snuggled down into Olivia's arms and breathed a content sigh as Olivia's gentle hand lovingly rubbed her panty-clad bottom.
"Were you a good girl today, my baby?" Olivia inquired.
"Yes, Ma'am. I finished all of my chores so I decided to go out this afternoon. I used some of my allowance to buy some new clothes." Grace told Olivia how her day had gone.
"That's good, I'm glad you had fun. Go to the kitchen and bring me a glass of wine, and massage my feet." Olivia ordered.
"Yes, Ma'am." Grace obediently got up to fetch a glass of wine from the kitchen and then she dropped to her knees to massage Olivia's feet, "How was your day, Ma'am?"
"It was long, but it was fine. We had a couple of detectives from Chicago fly in to hand over a case to us, and we are still working on catching Emily's rapist and locating her Mistress."
"I texted Emily today. She said 'hi' to me. She didn't say anything else, but she didn't curse at me or ignore me, so I guess that's progress. Oh, I also called the administrator's office at my old college today, and they are going to transfer my credits over to the community college here so I can finish getting my credits in college before I transfer over to the Academy." Grace beamed, and Olivia smiled.
"Good girl, I'm proud of you for taking that first step." Olivia praised.
"Since this semester has already started, I can't start classes until next semester, so I'll have to wait until fall, but that's only a few months. And with all the books and materials you've given me to study, I don't feel like I'll be behind at all."
"Are you still thinking that you'd like to be in the gang unit?"
"I'm leaning towards the gang unit, but I also kind of want to work at SVU, so I don't really know yet."
"Oh? Last time we talked about it you were leaning pretty heavily toward the gang unit. What stirred your interest in SVU?"
"Watching you." Grace blushed lightly, "You saved me from Melissa, and every time you've taken me to work with you I've seen you save somebody else. I want to save people from the people who hurt them."
"Well, you don't have to decide right now, you have plenty of time to think about it."
"Would you be disappointed in me if I decided to go into the gang unit instead of into SVU?" Grace asked hesitantly.
"Absolutely not." Olivia stated firmly, "What you decide to do is your choice, and whichever choice you make, I will be so proud of you. I'd have to look into it, but I think if you did decide to go with SVU, you wouldn't be allowed to work for me since you're my submissive. You would be assigned to another precinct, I think."
"Why?"
"Just to avoid the appearance of special treatment, that's all. It just so happens that I am looking for a new detective, but you'll still be in school when I fill that spot."
"Who's leaving?"
"Detective Amaro. He's moving to California to be closer to his kids, and he'll be working as a geneticist." Olivia drained the last of her glass, "Here."
Grace returned the empty wine glass to the kitchen and then was delighted to be welcomed back onto Olivia's lap and happily snuggled down into Olivia's arms as Olivia cuddled and rocked her. After a while of silent cuddling, Olivia tenderly patted Grace's bottom.
"All right, my baby, I don't know about you but I'm getting hungry. Since you've been such a good girl, you get to choose. Do you want to cook tonight or do you want to go out?"
"I already pulled the pork chops out of the freezer. But can we go out this weekend?" Grace asked hopefully.
"Of course we can. Now, you go deal with the pork chops and I am going to take a quick shower. I'll call for you when I need a towel."
"Yes, Ma'am." Grace stood from Olivia's lap. Olivia stood from the couch and gave Grace's panty-clad bottom a love spank, causing Grace to smile.
A few days later, Olivia was sitting at her desk working on her computer and she looked up when Elliot walked into her office.
"Captain, we just got a call from Mercy hospital. Victoria Cues attempted to visit Emily Jackson, and now Victoria is being held by hospital security."
"Take Churlish and go pick her up." Olivia ordered.
