A Megumi and a curse.

Chapter 1

Suguru had to see what happened. The smell of blood came and went as quickly as he picked up on it, however, there didn't appear to be anything happening. No one was running in panic to one direction… then he saw him.

Rook made his way back home and yet, he appeared… odd. "Rook?" Suguru asked gently. "Everything okay?"

There was a look on his face, one of confusion and at the same time… fear. "I… don't know myself. But, if anyone is looking for me, I think I'll just hunker down at home for a little while…" he said nothing more and moved along.

He didn't think much of it, until ten minutes later when Yua returned. She looked rather… perplexed. "Yua?"

She sighed. "Not even I know what's going on…" she said nonchalantly.

He was confused by her tone. "I didn't even ask what had happened…" he said offhandedly. It caught her off guard. "Oh, I thought Rook would have told you right away… he socked Satoru right in the face."

Now Suguru was utterly confused. "How?" he asked. "How is that even possible?"

She shrugged her shoulders, Rook doesn't even know, but, if it is so. That means that Satoru doesn't have his limitless ability on around his children… that may explain how Rook was able to do so. "But I smelt human blood…"

"Yeah, Rook shattered his arms doing it."

Once more, he froze and stared at Yua. She nodded to him. "His arm… shattered? But I just saw him… he looked perfectly fine…"

"That how good his body is at healing itself, it's nearly on par with reverse jujutsu." They decided to go back home and speak about it, yet when they got in the house, it was a rather odd sight.

The five children, were nestled and snuggled into Rook very affectionately in the living room! Rook was somehow pinned to the wall so this would be possible. He looked just as confused but accepted what was happening.

They purred and nuzzled him as Saitama had the biggest smile on his face. Yua sighed as she excused herself silently until…

"Mom?"

She froze.

Turning around, Yua found herself locked in the eyes of the five. They didn't sneer at her nor shun her like they usually did. Saitama was the first to break free from Rook as he approached. "Big brother told us what happened… we thought… he struck father on our behalf… but… he did it for you… which means… you really did try to look out for us…"

She was trembling but nodded. Going on her knees, Yua kept her distance. "Yes, but he also did that for you too, since you are still suffering for your father's misdeeds. I am so sorry I couldn't stop him sooner. I should have done more…"

"We… tried to keep track of father one day… no one could. Even all five of us worked together, we never told big brother we cheated… but… even the five of us couldn't keep an eye on him. You were doing so constantly…"

Once more she nodded to them. "Whenever I caught a glimpse of him, I would hunt him down, he thought it was a game… I wasn't playing." She said gently. Yua took a deep breath and sighed once more. "I want you five to just relax and settle your older brother for me please. He has had a rough morning… can you do that for me?" she asked.

Saitama nodded seriously to this. "We will… and… mom… you can approach us."

She nodded to his words. "But I will still keep my distance until you know for sure that is what you desire…"

"Mom!" Rook protested.

"It's okay Rook, I am not going to force them to accept me. That's not fair to them."

Suguru had to agree with Rook, she hand an instant in with them five, but, she is playing it safe in case they change their minds.

"ROOK! WHERE ARE YOU BRAT!"

Everyone jumped.

"Is that… Sukuna?" Suguru asked with concern.

Then came the banging on the front door. "SUGURU! IS ROOK THERE!?"

He sighed and answered the door. "Did you forget we have five young children that still need naps?!" he snapped back.

Sukuna didn't care, he peered into the house until his eyes came upon room. That look… that was his look… his eyes widened with excitement, that smile from ear to ear… Sukuna was obsessed. He shoved Suguru to the side and came into the room with the biggest smile on his face. "There he is!" he said rather proudly. "I have to say boy, you are worth teaching!"

"Sukuna… it's been quite the morning already…" Yua tried to say.

"I know and we're about to have an active day! I must see him at full strength first hand…"

"Oji… I am a little pinned at the moment…" Rook tried to explain delicately. Saitama made his way back to Rook, and from there, he and the siblings hunkered down and kept him in place. They glared at Sukuna as Saitama went as far as curling his lip!

"Tsk… this afternoon then… you up for a hunt?"

Rook smirked. "Honestly, I haven't worked out my anger just yet, I think a hunt would be good."

"Good. This afternoon then." He left shortly after, not before he gave Yua a rather devious grin.

When he was gone, Yua sighed with relief at the same time, she peered at Rook. Oddly enough, he was startled. "Mom… what was with Oji… that was creepy!" he said. In honesty it was the first time Suguru had seen Rook scared of Sukuna.

Yua forced a smile. "Be prepared," she warned him. "I've never seen him like that… well… not in a long time… It's worst when it's his full features…"

He was confused, so Rook peered to Suguru. He forced a smile as well and explained. "Sukuna found you did something interesting, and now, he wants to know HOW you did it. Since after all… The only one to hit your father like that, was him"

"What…"

"No one has been able to land a hit on your father when limitless is on, you did so but I know he doesn't keep that technique on around you kids, it was lowered, you also punched and made him bleed. Sukuna can no longer do that to him since your father is a dragon. Had he struck him, your father wouldn't bleed. How come your strike did?" Yua asked. "As for the look on Sukuna's face… that's him when he gets excited."

Rook suddenly went pale. "I… made dad bleed? I thought that was blood from my arm!" then paused. "Why does he look so creepy when he gets excited about something?!"

"No, you made your father bleed." Yua said gently. "So now, Sukuna is curious, excited and cannot wait to see how you did it. Part of his fun, when something interests him, he will be obsessed with it until he has learned everything from the source and he gets what he wants. When it comes to you, it's not something he can merely watch and copy. If the diet he put you on works this well, he may put himself on it. OR, this is part of this changing your body is going through and yet have NO IDEA if it is or not…" she explained.

"That's… a mouthful…" Rook said rather bluntly.

"The thing with Sukuna is if something is interesting to him… he won't stop until he understands how it works and how it can benefit him." Suguru chimed in. "Remember, he is a greedy guy,"

"No kidding," Rook muttered back. "At the same time, it's because of him, I am this strong too isn't it?"

Yua nodded. "Indeed, I would take it slow, but, if he gets too pushy, tell me or your aunt immediately!" Yua pleaded.

"Mom… I got you and auntie on speed dial." Rook snickered. "Okay little sibs, let's take a nap before lunch then, I got to help Oji."

"We'll help!" Saitama called.

"Too young," Rook instantly stated. "But soon, I'll bring you hunting with me." He was forced to pinkie promise on that.
