Well here is the rewritten timeline.
Part 1: So most of PB goes the same until the ending with Will and Dire still dying, but Jonathan would get attacked by Cabbage and Stark (the 2 bullies from Phantom Blood) who would also help Dio in the attack on Jonathan, but due to there inexperience being undead, Jonathan takes advantage of them and kills them with his hamon before Dio can shoot him in the throat with the space ripper stingy eyes, so Jonathan, Erina, and Lisa Lisa are able to escape together, with Jonathan still having George and having another son 3 years later.
Part 1.5: So the story more or less goes the same but Jonathan's other son goes missing in 1917 during the war and isn't seen again. Everything mostly goes the same until George II is attacked by the Zombie Commander, which George is able get a good hit on him and run away. During this time, George would use tricks and traps to help him survive with the final minute before the sun comes up, the Zombie Commander knocks George outside with him but before George can die the sun is able to take him out. George would be confused and ask Jonathan, Erina, Lisa Lisa, Speedwagon, and Straitzo about all of this which they tell the truth. At first George is pissed that he wasn't informed earlier and doesn't talk for awhile until realizing he should apologize and he learns hamon as Jonathan and Erina's way of apologizing, but Lisa Lisa would leave to look into the mask by herself so Joseph or George don't get hurt.
Part 2: So everything goes the same but Jonathan would be with Speedwagon and Straitzo, with everything going the same except Straitzo and Jonathan put up an even fight with Jonathan almost winning but he fails at the end and Straitzo knocks him out. After that, I feel George would be with Joseph in the beginning of the part when he meets Smokey, but after that George would find out what happen to his dad and Speedwagon so he goes to save them on his own, only to also get kidnapped by the Nazi's with them. Joseph vs Straitzo goes the same, and Joseph going to Mexico with the tequila Joseph moment going the same. So I don't believe the Santana fight would've changed to much, except that Jonathan and George make this battle a little faster for Joseph but I don't see to much really changing TBH. I think everything would mostly go the same including the team meeting Caesar and the first Pillar Men battle as well but Jonathan and George would definitely do better then Joseph and Caesar did, and Joseph still gets the rings on him. I don't think much would after, so they still meet Lisa Lisa, and everything would mostly go the same until the Wamuu fight, which Jonathan would tell Lisa Lisa what she's doing is gonna do more harm than good and he goes to help Caesar. After that, Caesar would still make the same mistake, but Lisa Lisa would jump in the way pushing him out, trying to use her scarf to hit Wamuu but failing. This would lead to Lisa Lisa dying instead while using her scarf to retrieve Wamuu's ring, while she dies getting crushed to death. After that, everything else mostly goes the same, but I would have Caesar and Joseph work together to fight Wamuu instead with Caesar being the one that kills him instead with Caesar getting injured after the fight so he's out for the rest of the battle needing to rest, and George would take the spot of Lisa Lisa in battling Kars because of him also wanting revenge for his wife's death so he takes Lisa Lisa's place in getting stabbed by Kars with everything still happening to him (so maybe Kars does the guitar thing on George? (Cause if so it would be more hilarious NGL.)) but I don't think much would change except I think Jonathan would help Joseph a little against Kars, but the final half goes the same with Joseph "dying" and crashing his own funeral. The only change is that Jonathan, George, and Caesar are at the funeral instead of Lisa Lisa, and I also think it would also be dedicated to Lisa as well IMO.
Part 2.5: So no Lisa Lisa means that she doesn't marry the Hollywood screen writer, but I think George would stay a widower unlike how Lisa Lisa did IMO, and I think he would probably start his own flight sky after BT's ending while continuing to train on his hamon. Jonathan would probably do his own thing while training on his hamon powers still but he would be depressed about Speedwagon and Erina's passing. Joseph would still marry Suzi Q and have Holly, but he would continue to train with his hamon training so Joseph would actually look good for his age after part 2 since Jonathan, George, and Caesar would have encouraged Joseph to continue his training after part 2, after surviving Caesar would enter WWII helping out Italy in the war. Caesar would be the strongest soldier on the team IMO, and I think he would forfeit after seeing that Italy's governor was a dictator at the time. After the war, Caesar would settle down and get married to a woman which they would have a son in 1947, his son would end also having a son in 1969 named Julius Antonio Zeppeli, and a daughter in 1971 named Rosanna Zeppeli but she goes by Rose for short. They would all be living a nice life until 1986, where Caesar's son would go on a stand mission to Cairo Egypt, only to go missing, but get found dead a year later. Julius and Rose mom would be to depressed to carry on and end her own life, with both of them walking in on it. Caesar would take his grandkids in, but they would all 3 awaken a stand with Caesar having a Hermit Purple like stand that uses bubbles instead, Julius has an electrical stand that's mostly a close range stand that scales to Star Platinum and Silver Chariot, and Rose would have a long range humanoid stand that uses water and ice. And Messina would also get a stand that is similar to Hermit Purple and would continue to train on hamon and would also help out.
Part 3: So the part starts off the same but Jonathan and George (who also have a stand that's probably Hermit Purple or Hermit Purple like.) would be with Joseph and Avdol, and Messina would be with them to. And Caesar alongside Julius and Rose would also be at the airport but they aren't with Joseph, but they do meet him after they arrive at Japan. (Also Rose and Julius would know who Jonathan, George, and Messina are, but Caesar, Julius, and Rose don't know who Avdol is, so it's basically there first time meeting him.) But they would all meet up, and they go to meet Jotaro in his prison cell, except Julius would fight Jotaro instead of Avdol which Julius would try to continue the fight after Jotaro is out but Rose chop him on the neck using her hamon, which stops him, but they argue a bit with one of the mentors interrupting them and they go to the cafe and talk about Dio. So Julius and Rose would be sent to go to school with Jotaro and he still tells the girls to shut up, and we still get the introduction of Kakyoin, but Julius would go with Jotaro at the Nurse's office and would also fight Kakyoin once Jotaro gets sent through the wall with the emerald splash, only for Julius to get destroyed with Hierophant Green using its tentacles to throw Julius around the room, only for Jotaro to step in with everything going the same including the beat down. After that, Kakyoin's flesh bug is removed and he becomes an ally, but I would include a scene where Kakyoin and Rose talk for a few minutes and they become friends. After that, I would have Caesar and Rose help Kakyoin against Tower Of Gray with Rose and Caesar helping him to speed up the battle, but I don't think much would change, but Caesar gets a little angry and jealous that his granddaughter is talking to Kakyoin instead. The introduction of Polnareff also goes the same, including Avdol vs Polnareff, with Polnareff still losing and getting his flesh bug removed as well. So Dark Blue Moon and Strength both go the same IMO so both are still Jotaro only fights. In the Devo arc I would have Jonathan and George work together to fight Devo instead of Polnareff and plus having father and son work together would've been cooler. (since he got a lot of screen time. (BTW the roommates. Joseph and Caesar, Julius and Jotaro, Rose and Anne, Avdol and Messina, Polnareff and Kakyoin, and Jonathan and George.)) I would have Julius be with Jotaro and Anne during Rubber Soul who would still pretend to be Kakyoin, but this arc goes the same with Julius being left with Anne. So Caesar and Messina would actually help Polnareff and Kakyoin against Hol Horse and J Geil IMO with Avdol still getting "dying" in the beginning of the fight, but I think this arc mostly goes the same, but with Caesar and Messina also here. Joseph vs Empress also goes the same. ZZ Top mostly goes the same but I do think Julius would help out in this arc IMO. Rose would replace Jotaro in the Enya arc to give one of the OC's a solo fight. Stealy Dan goes the same but I would see Rose and Julius shrinking there stands with Polnareff and Kakyoin to deal with Lovers. The Sun goes the same except that Rose can help out with her water. Death 13 goes the same but I would have Messina enter one of the second dream when on the helicopter (or in this case a plane because of more members here.) but this arc goes the same so it's focused more on Kakyoin still. Judgment would also go the same with it being about Polnareff still and Avdol would still make his return with everyone except Polnareff knowing about it. High Priestess would likely be faster as they might not get stuck inside of the mouth. Iggy would also show up here, and we would still get the N'doul fight, with Kakyoin still getting his eye injury IMO, and the rest of the fight goes the same but I would include Jonathan to be there to watch Jotaro vs N'doul at the end. For Oingo and Boingo I would replace Polnareff with Julius in this arc, and I would have included Caesar as well, but nothing would change except that Julius would be doing all the stuff with Oingo instead, and the others would stay at the hospital for that arc, with Rose staying behind to nurse up Kakyoin's injuries which Caesar reluctantly let's her stay slowly opening up to Kakyoin and Rose being friends. I would have be with Polnareff and Jotaro during the Anubis fight with Julius actually speeding it up since he's never fought Anubis I assume, but this arc would mostly go the same but Julius and Jotaro destroy the sword together. The Mariah arc would include George, Messina, and Caesar with Joseph and Avdol with this fight mostly going the same, and we'd get that scene, but George and Messina do it to each other, and Caesar, Joseph, and Avdol have a 3 some instead lol! Alessi goes the same but Julius and Jonathan would also be with Jotaro, and at the end we see Phantom Blood Jonathan destroy Alessi, with Jotaro, Julius, and Polnareff dealing the final blow together. Older Darby also goes the same but I would see Caesar gamble with Darby but fail and him and, Jonathan, and George both lose there souls, with Jotaro winning them back, with Messina and Julius playing the same role Avdol did. Pet Shop also goes the same, but Rose would return with Kakyoin. So Younger Darby starts off the same, but instead Julius and Rose would be sent with Joseph, Jotaro, and Kakyoin, while Jonathan, George, Caesar, and Messina are stuck with Polnareff, Avdol, and Iggy. The Younger Darby arc mostly goes the same but I would have Julius lose his soul instead of Kakyoin, because it was stupid that Kakyoin returned only to lose to Younger Darby. And Kenny G is still defeated easily, but instead of Avdol it would be Polnareff who pushes everyone out of the way, and dies to Vanilla Ice instead. This would lead to Jonathan, George, Caesar, Avdol, Iggy, and Messina to have to avenge Polnareff, which they do with Avdol killing him at the end and Iggy would also live because of all the hamon fighters here plus Avdol and his fire. After that, the rest of the story goes the same but however it's revealed that Jonathan's other son who went missing in WWI was killed by Dio and he took his body instead. After that, everything goes the same, except that Jotaro, Julius, Iggy, and Avdol go together, Kakyoin and Rose go together, and Jonathan, Joseph, Caesar, George, and Messina go together. This would have the team of Jonathan, Joseph, Caesar, George, and Messina fight against Dio instead, and Messina would die taking Kakyoin's spot and would reveal The World's power instead. After that, I don't think much would change with Caesar and George getting taken out with Dio's knives with Joseph still dying, except that Julius would get a 1v1 with Dio when Jotaro plays dead, and Dio would go to behead Julius which Avdol, Kakyoin, Iggy, and Rose would save him, which would then lead to the final fight going the same, except that instead Jonathan and Jotaro would work together to kill Dio with Jonathan dying so Jotaro can live and kill Dio. After that, Dio's body is burnt, Joseph is brought back to life, and the survivors go there separate ways. (Joseph, George, Caesar, Jotaro, Avdol, I Kakyoin, Rose, and Julius go to Japan, and Iggy goes to New York.)
Part 3.5: So by this time, George, Joseph, Caesar, Julius, and Rose would've continued there hamon training IMO since I think they all would (but I think Julius and Rose would stop in the mid to late 2000's (Julius because he wouldn't be as passionate, and Rose to grow old with her husband.)) Rose and Kakyoin would end up married in 1990 and would start a family. Julius would also start a family, but he would ultimately have to go to Italy and he would end up having to leave his family and deal with Diavolo instead, with Iggy and Caesar helping him though. Avdol would work for the Speedwagon Foundation, and I think he would start to wear heart earrings that are similar to Polnareff's to show he's still depressed about his good friends death years later, but he helps takes care of Joseph and George though.
Part 4: So part 4 starts off the same, but Kakyoin would be with Jotaro in the car, so he meets Koichi and Josuke when Jotaro originally did. This would include Josuke vs Jotaro still happening, but Kakyoin is here to watch this battle and he would go be impressed to see Josuke actually hold his own against Jotaro though, but this fight doesn't change. The Angelo fight would also include Kakyoin with Jotaro and Josuke, but I don't see much changing since Josuke really did all the work in this fight. The Nijimara brothers, Kobayashi, Hazamada, Yukako, and Tonio all go the same, but I would include Kakyoin at the ending of the Hazumada arc. So in the Red Hot Chili Pepper arc, instead of some random Speedwagon Foundation employee, it's Avdol who would deliver the information about Joseph and George II arriving to Morioh to Jotaro instead. As for the arc itself, Kakyoin and Avdol would be there, and Okuyasu would go off to fight Akira like he originally did, and that whole thing goes the same like it also originally did, but I would include Avdol pushing Okuyasu out of the way and getting dragged into the outlet instead but being pulled back as Akira would cut off one of his hands instead. After that, Avdol and Kakyoin would go with Jotaro instead of Okuyasu, and instead Okuyasu stays behind with Josuke and Koichi where they meet Akira. Now this would basically be a 2v1 between Okuyasu and Josuke vs Akira (since Koichi is still gonna be doing nothing here.) and instead they would defeat Akira here with Okuyasu either killing Akira or leaving him alive to spare him. But Joseph and George would be here at the end though, and during the Shizuka arc, Rose would show up after Akira's defeat (maybe death?) and her and Kakyoin would probably bond, while Joseph and Josuke have to bond. So Joseph isn't senile like he originally was (IDK if hamon can prevent that granted? But for the sake of plot it will.) and the Shizuka stuff still happens, but instead we need a new punch line for the arc since Joseph being senile won't work. As for a way to do it? Maybe Joseph treats Josuke like a little kid instead, assuming that Josuke is to young, while also trying to ditch him (since I assume he does have a little of the part 2 personality inside of him still, so he's a man child IMO.) and instead the joke can be Joseph wanting nothing to do with Josuke and Shizuka, but eventually warming up to them in the arc. (And don't worry, we are gonna get more Joseph and Josuke in this timeline (let alone more Joseph.)) The Rohan, Ratt, Reimi, Shingechi, and Aya arcs go the same but I would include Kakyoin in Reimi's arc with Koichi and Rohan, and I would have Kakyoin and Rose be at the mall during the Aya stuff. So after all of that filler, everything with Shingechi will still happen, so he takes Kira's sandwich by accident and dies, but Kakyoin would have Rose leave straight after, since Kakyoin wants to protect his wife at all cost, and so the Kira hunt still happens, but Avdol and Kakyoin are going to be with Jotaro and Koichi in the Sheer Heart Attack battle. So I would have Kakyoin be the first one to throw an attack at SHA with the emerald splash but it does nothing. After that, Jotaro does his beat down, both without and with time stop, and he gets sidelined from the fight like in the original but Avdol would also get taken out with him. So after that, everything with Echoes Act 3 goes the same, but Kakyoin is also here to watch it happen. After that Kira makes his appearance and instead of Koichi, it's Kakyoin who goes against Killer Queen, and while Kakyoin keeps his distance with some emerald splashes, he gets Kira into a 10 meter version of his 20 meter emerald splash, but Kira is able to touch on the emeralds, and it sets up a chain of events that destroys the entire barrier. After that Kira sneaks behind him, delivers a beat down, and punches Kakyoin through the stomach (so he gets donut instead of Koichi.) but Kakyoin uses one of Hierophant Green's testicles to pull out Kira's wallet, which Koichi gets to it, and reveals Kira his identity. Koichi gets knocked out straight after with a chop to the neck by Killer Queen, and before turning him into a bomb Jotaro saves him with Star Platinum (also Koichi doesn't lose his shoe, meaning that scene where Kira fixes Koichi's sock isn't happening, and honestly that was a dumb cough out for how Koichi survived Kira, when he realistically should have turned his sock into a bomb! Ok rant over.) but Jotaro does his beat down on Kira (one of the best JJBA beat downs I may add BTW.) and everything goes the same, but the only other change is that Kakyoin and Avdol get to witness Aya die and Kira's escape. So after that, Joseph, George, Avdol, and Kakyoin are gonna be with Jotaro, Koichi, Okuyasu, and Josuke, and instead of Jotaro, it's George, Joseph, and Josuke who fight Atom Heart Father instead of Jotaro and Josuke. So IMO, I feel like the fight would go the same, since Jotaro didn't even need Star Platinum or time stop for that entire battle, so Joseph or George can replace him in keeping Yoshihiro stuck inside of the picture. Instead of Rohan, I would have Joseph fight Rock Paper Scissors kid instead, and he defeats him instead because he uses the "your next line..." Stuff on him to do so. Also George and Avdol will make an appearance somewhere in this arc IMO. Mikitaka goes the same. George would help Josuke in the Yuya fight, and will travel with him instead. But I think the arc goes the same but George will help Joseph in getting to defeat Yuya, and the stuff with Koichi would still happen. So in the Superfly arc, I would have Joseph, George, and Avdol be in this arc with Josuke, Okuyasu, and Mikitaka. So IMO, Josuke is still stuck inside of the tower, and I would have everything with Mikitaka going the same, but I can imagine some fun parts in the fight where Avdol is using his fire to keep the dude inside of it, and seeing the other characters using creative methods to do so. So I'd keep the arc the same IMO but it would be a fun fight to watch. So I would have Kakyoin be in the Enigma arc replacing Koichi in it, and around the ending I would have Kakyoin unraveling HG to hold Enigma down in the spot of Echoes three freeze, and Josuke turns him into a book like in the cannon, but Kakyoin is here instead. And Cheap Trick goes the same, but George, Joseph, and Avdol would make an appearance in the arc as well, but it be a small cameo IMO. So now the final fight with Kira. So IMO, Kira still obtains Bite The Dust, Kakyoin is with Rohan so he dies when he dies but Kakyoin would survive the arc like Rohan but almost die, Avdol and Joseph are with Jotaro and Koichi, and George goes with Josuke and Okuyasu. So George will take Kira's attack instead of Okuyasu, and dies to it and stays dead instead. So the final fight would kinda go the same for a little, with Okuyasu also around, and at the end Okuyasu swipes Stray Cat away from Kira a lot quicker (since he isn't knocked out, and he doesn't do that whole speech IMO.) and Josuke is able to deliver a barrage, and keeps Kira stuck inside the gate of the house, where it's confirmed in the afterlife that Kira was killed by Josuke during the stand rush/barrage. Leaving Kira to be like his victims, nothing but a missing persons case with no leads or whereabouts. After that, Jotaro, Joseph, Avdol, Kakyoin, Koichi, and Rohan see Josuke, Okuyasu, and Hayato, and they tell them the news that George II was killed in the battle with Kira and it would end with Josuke, Okuyasu, Hayato, Koichi, and Joseph crying, while Jotaro, Avdol, Kakyoin, and Rohan keep calm, with Avdol calling the Speedwagon Foundation to pick up George's body from the house. (Also I would exclude the scene of the narrator telling the viewer/reader that Shingechi's parents will never see him, Shinobu will never know about Kosoku's fate, ect, as I think it be to depressing (since we lost a member of the Joestar family in the final fight.) so I'd remove that as it makes the ending to depressing to me.) But that's it, and everyone leaves the town of Morioh, with Rose picking up Kakyoin as they drive back and Avdol would be with Joseph and George on the boat.
Part 5: So off the bat Giorno doesn't exist anymore, because without Dio owning Jonathan's body, Giorno's existence is removed, and instead he is replaced. As for this replacement, (this isn't my OC, but someone who's subscribed to my channel.) named Jolanda Joao. (All of this was said by him here BTW, so if you aren't interested in the backstory you can skip it. So a big change is that the woman Dio impregnated be forced into adoption (with the reason being unknown to both the characters and reader/viewer.) and luckily for him he would be welcome into a loving but poor family and due to him being basically around a loving family, he wouldn't even be emotionless and would be more kid like well kinda. He would mostly be called JoJo by his friends and family for most of his life, but sadly many good things must come to an end because due to his family being poor Jolanda would be forced to pick pocket or scam people out of their money just to provide for his family until one day he's caught in the act of pickpocketing and he fails to talk his way out of it a gun is shot but to his shock a spectral hand stops it and a name pop up in his head simply saying: "Heal the world". Jolanda's personality is very different from Giorno's, he's more free spirited and all around a nice person albeit a very cocky person who runs his mouth at the worst possible moments. He's been in multiple street fights before and even had to drop out of school due to his poor family leading him to be bitter at the rich. Due to his scamming ways he can easily read a person like a book and surprisingly is a good actor, he can go from a cold blooded killer to a all around goof ball in a matter of seconds His stand "Heal the World" takes more of a semi robotic look but with golden accents with two ladybugs on both the fist and his main ability is too "steal energy" in simple terms he can transfer a part a person, animal, and plant life energy into himself or allies bodies healing them from injuries (can even bring back missing organs or limbs if he fully steals a another human beings life energy) or giving them a boost in strength and speed even strengthen their immune system.

So in this timeline, Avdol would get sent to look into Jolanda, which he takes Josuke, Koichi, Okuyasu, and Rohan with him. So Koichi and Rohan would meet Jolanda, who would have set up a "energy" drink stand and would sell them to sucke-?! I mean customers under the pretences they would immediately give people more energy which it surprisingly works. Rohan (who's not believing but curious) takes a sip and immediately realizes it's just rap water?! When Rohan is about to angrily voice his complaint he would immediately feel energized as if the water actually gave him more energy! (In reality Jolanda just used his stand's ability) and would use that time to take Koichi and Rohan's stuff, but during that, Josuke and Okuyasu they would meet a homeless teenager named Frito, who uses his quickness and acting to So I believe it starts with Frito offering to help show them around Italy and help them look for Jolanda, and while distracted Frito slips out Josuke's wallet, which Crazy Diamond goes to punch him, only for his stand Living Color to come out and protect him. (If you don't know, Living Color is a 1980's rock band and were one of the first ones to combine funk and rock.) So this leads to a chase and they then see Frito, which they tackle him down, only to find out it was a random girl, which her boyfriend gets angry at it. After that Frito reveals that Living Color can change anyone's physical appearance and the only people who can see it are stand users, the draw back is non stand users don't notice it, hence the guy didn't notice his GF looked like Frito. So Josuke and Okuyasu would try to look for him after they deal with the angry BF who would insult Josuke's hair and gets one hit KO'd by Crazy Diamond's punch. But during the confusion, Frito was able to take Okuyasu's wallet, when they look to see there wallets on the ground, they see it's all cleaned out with no cash left. After this, we cut to Jolanda vs Bruno, which if you're wondering how Jolanda kills Luca, he would scare him, and then deal a powerful punch to the back of his head, killing him instantly, so we get everything with Bruno starting the same (including the lick.) and they start to fight with it going the same, but both of them wouldn't really want to kill each other. Mostly because Jolanda still has regrets on killing Luca despite defending himself. So as the fight progresses both would realize the other is holding back and it will end with Bruno offering Jolanda a chance to team up which he does. So we would cut back to Avdol and Rohan which they are told about Josuke, Okuyasu, and Koichi getting robbed so they tell Jotaro about that. So IMO, I don't see anything else really changing with instead Josuke, Okuyasu, and Rohan would help Koichi in saving Jolanda from Black Sabbath with instead of the janitor it's one of his friends that get killed in front of him by Black Sabbath which they all 5 make short work of Black Sabbath due to there OP stands, but Avdol would show up after they defeat Black Sabbath. But during the fight Frito is seen watching the entire fight, and once it's over he tries to escape, only for Josuke and Okuyasu to notice him, with Avdol using Magician Red's fire to keep Frito still (like he did when he fought Jotaro in prison in the OG timeline.) and after that Avdol would hear about Jolanda wanting to become boss of Passione because of his friends death, plus because of the evil stand users, so Avdol would decide to help him so that his goal stays nothing but positive and he becomes nothing like his father Dio. The DIU cast also agree to help, and Avdol would also tell Frito he's going as a way to repay Josuke and Okuyasu for stealing from them, and also stealing from the citizens from Naples, which we still get Polpo's death, but instead Jolanda would secretly implant an "energized" spider's egg into the banana and when Polpo eats it the spider's would hatch then quickly grow into adult spiders and he would be bitten repeatedly and be immediately affected by the spider's "venom" killing him in minutes. So when it comes to the group meeting Team Bruno, IMO I would have Mista tell Okuyasu and Josuke how 4 is a bad luck number, with both believing Mista, while Rohan would tell him it's all a coincidence the whole time. Narancia would make fun of Koichi for being short with Koichi saying he's 5'2, which Fugo would respond back saying Narancia is only 5'5, which he gets angry at Fugo about. Avdol would try to talk to Abbacchio but he's listening to his music, and Jolanda tries to talk to Frito but he doesn't care and is basically ignoring everyone as well. So Abbachio gives Jolanda some special tea like in the cannon, but since he can't create a jellyfish like Giorno he actually has to drink it. After that, they still have to go so that they can collect Polpo's treasure. So Narancia still gets stolen, and so would Fugo and Mista, but I would also have Frito, Koichi, Rohan, Okuyasu, and Josuke stolen. So Jolanda does some kinda speech to Abbacchio like how Giorno did, he and gets stolen, and Avdol would aid Abbacchio and Bruno since Magician Red was a able to track people down as seen during the Kenny G fight, so they may find Mario Zuccaro a lot sooner, but Avdol would take Abbacchio's attack instead, and Abbacchio would get the finishing blow instead, with Bruno unzipping his head away. After that is the ultimate dance in all of anime, and it's time to get the treasure. The Sale arc would be the same, and we still get Mista vs Sale IMO but instead they would need a different way to get to the place instead since Jolanda can't create stuff like how Giorno did, and we also get introduced to Trish. So in the Formaggio arc, I would have Koichi go with Narancia, and help him in the fight. IMO, I feel like it would go fast, and Narancia would still be able to kill Formaggio IMO. So Fugo is still on the mission to go against Illusio, but Josuke, Okuyasu, and Jolanda replace Giorno and Abbachio, with Abbacchio warning everyone except Jolanda (lol) about Fugo's rage and Purple Haze. IMO, Okuyasu and Fugo are stuck in the mirror world together instead, but Jolanda and Josuke would not want to abandon them like how Abbacchio did, (even if Okuyasu wasn't here I don't believe he'd abandon Fugo either.) and instead he will take Abbacchio's place in the fight and Josuke would lose his hand and almost bleed out to death instead. The fight mostly goes the same with Jolanda would be affected but luckily for him his stand surprisingly enough has a counter within his ability "Energy steal" and Jolanda would use his acting skill into tricking Illusio out into the open while secretly "Heal the world" would steal life energy from the surrounding bugs, plants, and rodents to delay his death (plus increasing his strength and speed by a bit) and when illusio is close into his range he would immediately deliver a vicious stand beat down while simultaneously stealing Illusio "life energy" not only healing himself from his injuries but also increasing his immune system which will destroy the virus in his body therefore saving his life and also Illusio would probably be a destroyed shriveled corpse, but Okuyasu but Fugo and Okuyasu would also watch that happen, and after that, Jolanda would heal Josuke straight after. I would also add an additional La Squadra member for Frito to have a solo fight with here, and I'll think of a stand when I get the chance for that. So the Pesci and Prusotto arc, the Mista half of the fight goes the same, so he still "dies," and then comes back because of luck (even though it's plot armor.) and Avdol would aid Bruno against Pesci and Prusotto. IMO, Avdol would be the one who fights and kills Prusotto instead, and Bruno vs Pesci still happens and Bruno still kills Pesci. (Also hot take, Pesci has more character development than Giorno.) the next fight to change would then be the Melone fight as Jolanda would replace Giorno, so now this fight would be pretty hard at first until Jolanda catches on to what's happening. The moment Heal The World lands a punch on "
Baby Face (I'm still disgusted this is a stand) would immediately steal the energy healing himself and slowly killing Baby Face but not before interrogating the creature. As Melone is pondering why Baby Face isn't responding, a huge rock crushes his skull courtesy of Frito, who found him during his monologue and decided to kill him, and then proceeding to steal any of his valuables to sell. So the Ghiaccio fight, I can see many things going the same but Okuyasu and Josuke are in the car with Jolanda and Mista, but nothing would change up until Mista is fighting against Ghiaccio where in the original Mista is struggling here for some reason he can move faster with Sex Pistols being to land multiple bullets while Ghiaccio has gotten slower. The battle ends with Mista unscathed with just few a cuts and is freezing. With Jolanda, Josuke, and Okuyasu finally finding Mista. What happened is Jolanda has secretly sealed half of Ghiaccio's energy and transferred it to Mista massively weakening "White Album"s armour and speed. So instead Avdol would go with Bruno, and Avdol would then tell Bruno to escape with Trish, basically making it Avdol vs Diavolo, this fight goes the same, but Avdol would end up dying and coming back with Jolanda healing him instead of Bruno. Now Avdol goes on the boat first, then Josuke and Okuyasu, then Koichi, then Rohan, then Frito, then Abbacchio, then Mista, and before leaving Avdol tells Fugo and Narancia how he was scared when he first met Dio, and gives him a speech about fear, which when Narancia jumps into the water, Fugo follows along and the group all go together which Fugo be confused why he went against his logic. So for Squalo and Tiziano, I'd probably have this arc focused on Rohan since otherwise Heavens Door counters Talking Head. But I think it ends the same, with Narancia and Fugo helping him get the win and each of them kill one member (Fugo kills Tiziano, Narancia gets Squalo, IMO.) I would also include Frito leaving the group during this arc and getting into an enemy stand battle which he wins. After that I'd include another enemy stand fight on the sea when going to the airport with it being a group fight. Also before you say anything about there being 2 fights in the water already, there are 3 fights in the water in part 3 (4 if you count Pet Shop vs Iggy.) and 2 fights in the water in part 6. So it's fair. So after that, Mista still kills Carna, and Notorious BIG is still on the run, but I'd have the other characters be busy, so Trish can still awaken her stand, but in the end Fugo would use 2 of his capsules once they are separated from Notorious BIG, and he throws it by destroying it with the Purple Haze virus. I would also include some additional enemies for Diavolo to send while everyone is at Sardenga, as for the fights? I would have one of them be Avdol and Frito together, another one with Fugo and Narancia working together since I really liked there dynamic, and one with Josuke and Okuyasu to do since I'd like to see the iconic duo do more IMO. And for the split up during the Risotto vs Doppio arc, I'd include Frito, Koichi, Fugo, and Avdol being with Abbacchio, Bruno, and Narancia, while Josuke, Rohan, Okuyasu, and Jolanda are with Mista. The Risotto vs Doppio fight would have gone the same, so Risotto is still shot by Narancia, and he still uses Metallica to hijack Aerosmith and take his life with Diavolo escaping like in cannon. So instead Avdol, Fugo, and Koichi go with Bruno and Narancia, while Frito is left with Abbacchio, but he would then leave Abbacchio by himself, which would lead to Abbachio still joining the donut club like he originally and dying here (sidenote IK Abbacchio realistically could have lived, but I actually liked his death, plus it would help give Frito character development and to stop being so selfish. But if you want Abbachio can live IG, but personally I would keep him dead.) so all that goes the same, Narancia is gonna cry. So sidenote, I would include a third villain to be helping Cioccolata and Secco against the group, but IDK how to write them, so you can create your own scum bag villain to join Cioccolata and Secco, and IMO I'd have Josuke, Koichi, Rohan, and Okuyasu fight the enemy together, but Fugo would help Jolanda and Mista battle Cioccolata, and Avdol helps Bruno against Secco, with Frito staying with Narancia and Trish. So Cioccolata first since that fight ended first. Well here this would be the biggest fight for Jolanda mostly because Cioccolata is generally freakin psychopath and unlike Giorno, Jolanda would understandably be scared of him but luckily for Jolanda his ability can defeat Green Day's effect just by being able to barely negate the mold infestation by absorbing plants or rodents energy in the city but this fight would push Jolanda 's strength, intelligence, and his endurance to the absolute limit but I can see Jolanda being able to pull it off. And now for Secco, Avdol would not get much offense in, and when Secco pops out after Bruno destroys his eardrums Avdol delivers a powerful Cross Fire Hurricane to destroy him, and then give speech about how disgusting of a human being him and Cioccolata are, while after that he kills Secco with ease (since he was just as awful if not worse than Cioccolata, I think it's in character that Avdol would be ok with killing off such a scummy guy.) So now with Avdol still being distracted, Doppio is able to meet Bruno, and he takes him to coliseum, but when he's about to kill him, Avdol goes for an attack, only for Doppio to turn into Diavolo last minute and punch Avdol super hard into the wall, where he meets Caesar, Julius, and Iggy. So Avdol tells them everything going on, and Diavolo comes up the stairs with everything going the same but instead Avdol would stay back to go against Diavolo so the others can escape Diavolo's way, and gets donut instead. During it Avdol would have memories of the Stardust Crusaders going to Egypt, and being in Morioh, and then instead Avdol would accidentally stab himself with the arrow as a way to stop everything, and everyone would switch bodies. As for the body swaps.

So the groups would all meet up, and everything in the beginning goes the same, but Iggy would notice Diavolo, and try to attack him, while getting Narancia out of the way. But instead Iggy would make a sand clone and Narancia, and after that he would be get killed by Diavolo instead. After that, Narancia would look for Diavolo to get revenge on him which Fugo goes to talk him out. This leads to a fight with Fugo and Narancia vs Diavolo, which Fugo would infect himself to try and take Diavolo out with him but fails, but figures out one of Diavolo's stand abilities, Epitaph. So Fugo dies telling Narancia about Epitaph to help out the group, but honestly, the rest of the fight mostly goes the same, but Josuke and Okuyasu would have a near death moment like Trish, but instead it would be Avdol who would sacrifice himself so everything can go back to normal, and Jolanda then gains the arrow instead, which leads to him obtaining his own stand, His World. The ability is known as ????????? (To explain.) When King Crimson skips time and instead of reversing it "His World" would simply shatter the time skip therefore canceling it out and restoring the erase time as if it never happened. But Diavolo would be put to a similar fate of the death loop but he wouldn't constantly be put in different scenarios like in the original instead he would experience each death his business and actions cause so he will permanently die eventually but that would take a long while Scary Note: Jolanda has no clue on what "His World"s ability even is but the only thing he knows and has knowledge of is the fact that it can "ignore" stand abilities but even then he isn't sure about it. But the part ends, and Bruno becomes the new boss of Passione instead, and Bruno, Jolanda, Mista, Trish, Narancia, and Frito would all be glad that Diavolo is done. Caesar and Julius would stay in Italy, while Josuke, Okuyasu, Koichi, and Rohan go back home, as Abbacchio, Iggy, Fugo, and Avdol's faces are seen in the sky at the end.
Part 6: So the beginning starts the same, Jolyne gets framed for murder, Jotaro has to bust her out, White Snake steals his stand and memories, ect. So Kakyoin and Rose would have a son born in 1993-1994 named Tenmie Antonio Kakyoin, while Julius has a daughter around the same time named Tatjana Patitz Zeppeli. So they are sent to bust Jolyne out by Joseph, Kakyoin, and Rose, but they would get Josuke, Okuyasu, Koichi, and Rohan to help them, with Joseph and Caesar going as well. So they don't meet Jolyne until later, and Tenmie and Tatjana would be there for the Foo Fighters arc, with Tatjana helping Ermes Ermes against the FF clone in the water, while Jolyne and Tenmie deal with the one inside the barn (and by that, I mean Jolyne drags Tenmie with her.) they would win, and Foo Fighters still takes Ateto's body. Tatjana would also be there for the Miraschon arc with Jolyne, Ermes, and Foo and it goes the same, but Tatjana and Jolyne who throw the baseball together instead of FF, and Jolyne at 1000 ball bet instead, which Jolyne still does what Monokuma did to Leon in Danganronpa (you wouldn't get it.) I think Lang Wrangler would go the same, but Jolyne would bring Tenmie with her and Weather Report which he's separated and has to fight an enemy on his own, with Jolyne not getting shot since Tenmie would use his stand to deliver the stand disc to Savage Garden. Now for the Sports Maxx fight, I would have Josuke, Koichi, and Okuyasu help Ermes against Sports Maxx in Jolyne and FF's spots. IMO, nothing much would change except Ermes won't get injured in this fight. So Tenmie will sneak into the punishment ward, but he makes Jolyne do most the work, and after that Tenmie kills Westwood once Jolyne gets him tired out. I think Joseph and Caesar can work together to fight Kenzo, with those 2 beating him together the same way they defeated ACDC in the OG part 2.
After this I'd include 3 new punishment ward villains, one of them Tenmie fights and he uses the electric chair to kill them, the other will be a group fight and he would lose to Anasui by getting his legs turned into springs like how Kenzo originally lost, and the last one can fight Tatjana which she defeats (I'll need some time to think of some enemy stands BTW.) So IMO, Julius will show up, revealing that he snuck into the prison. IMO, Caesar, Ermes, and Okuyasu go inside the punishment ward to help FF. Rohan, Koichi, Tatjana, Julius, and Joseph go with Jolyne, Anasui, and Yo Yo Ma, while Tenmie abandons the group with Josuke following him. Yo Yo Ma goes the same, but the group would probably figure out how Yo Yo Ma attacks them since they aren't busy simping (cough cough Anasui cough cough.) but we can get a lot of funny moments, especially since Joseph is watching Anasui attempt to make out with Jolyne at one point. Next is the Green Baby (Oh God this miserable arc.) So I'd remove it personally since it adds nothing to the story, but if it still happens, then I can see Koichi using Echoes Act 3 to slow down Green Green Grass Of Home, but IDK what else changes? (Personally I hate this arc and if I had to remove 1 fight from part 6 it's this 1 meaningless, boring, and anticlimactic mess of a battle. I'm gonna stop here since I doubt you wanna here a rant on this fight, but just know this is one of the only JoJo fights to make me frustrated!) So now we get to the Pucci stuff, which Ermes would actually fight Pucci, and when FF gets attacked by a guard Okuyasu swipes away the guard, so she doesn't lose Atroe's body, but Ermes would dominate Pucci only to get out smarted, and then he would donut her and shoot her in the head, killing Ermes instantly. After that, Tenmie and Josuke would fight White Snake, which Josuke gets knocked out and Tenmie has to fight Pucci on his own. After that he evolves into Nirvana Act 3 and almost wins, but Pucci out smarts and donuts him, but before he can shoot him, Josuke uses Crazy Diamond to pull Tenmie back over to him, so he survives. Pucci would almost die, but he is able to take advantage of Josuke's weak state by donuting him, but before he is knocked out he uses the bullet trick like he did against Kira to hit Pucci and himself, which he almost dies but he is able to be healed in time so Josuke doesn't die. Anasui also still gets donut by Pucci (a lot of donuts IK.) with the others getting injured, and Jolyne still fights Pucci which is more one sided since Pucci has fought 3 powerful enemies prior, so he throws Jotaro's memories into Anasui's dying body instead, with everything going the same, but FF wouldn't die after healing Anasui so she/they still live (no clue what the correct pronouns for Foo Fighters is supposed to be honestly...?) So another change is that I would also have Joseph replace Jolyne in the Jailhouse Lock fight, as I think Hermit Purple vs Jailhouse Lock could be a fun fight, but I think he can have Emporio's help like Jolyne, so he can use Hermit Purple in a similar way to reveal the user's identity, and defeat her. (I don't remember her name, so if you could remind me her's like the others I'd appreciate that.) I'd also include some other enemies for the group to fight during there prison escape, but it kinda plays out similar to the chaotic Thursday arc in DIU and I have to think of some stands for those fights as well.

Group 1: Jolyne, Tenmie, FF (who probably won't have Ateto's body anymore maybe,) Tatjana, Josuke, and Emporio.
Group 2: Weather Report, Anasui, Joseph, Julius, Koichi, Okuyasu, Rohan, and Caesar
So like with Giorno, Ungalo, Rikiel, and Donatello are replaced, now for there replacements.
So the first two enemies are twin brothers who go after Group 2, there names are Dean and Dan (after Dean and Dan Caten.) Dean is the younger brother jealous of his older brother Dan, so in the middle of the night he attacked him with the police and Pucci getting involved, which Pucci would find Dio's other kids (paralleling to the OG, where Pucci had met Dio's sons.) so Pucci would give Dan the stand Weezer (reference to the alternative rock band of the same name.) and Dean the stand Pinkerton. (Reference to the 1996 album by the band Weezer.) So they start off by going to Disney with Dean ranting about how he couldn't meet Micky Mouse, which they find Group 2 and start to attack. So Dan is the first to attack with his stand ability is that whenever Dan looks at a person in the eyes while his stand his out he can immediately charm that person into doing whatever he wants whether the person is a stand user or not doesn't matter. It's weakness is if all the mirrors cracked or broken then ability will be cancelled. So Dan would use it on with Caesar and Anasui first, with Anasui using Diver Down to tear apart Joseph's left knee keeping him down. Dean would then use Pinkerton with it's ability being different from his brother who can instantly charm a person his ability is way more different. if Dean finds out a negative aspect about you, than whenever the stand come in touch with the target they amplify the targets negative qualities. So he would start his ability on Rohan first making him more egotistical, but would eventually let go so his brother can control Rohan as well. Dean would then use it on Koichi and Okuyasu as well, with Julius and Weather Report having to fight Rohan, Caesar, and Anasui with them mostly losing since Dan know how to use there stands in powerful ways, but I would have them start arguing with Rohan taking advantage and using Caesar to shoot a bubble blast at Dan which which it does enough damage to destroy the mirrors and knock him out, as we realize one core weakness that the stand possess... It can't affect narcissistic people like Rohan. And soon Rohan will fix Okuyasu and Koichi and makes them immune to "Pinkerton"s ability. With the fight ending with a well placed stand barrage courtesy of Koichi and Okuyasu on Dean, with everyone else eventually breaking through Pinkerton's abilities, but despite everything, Dean is still fighting, with the final half being Dean vs Weather Report. It's a close fight, but Weather uses his short temper against him, and with the powers of his stand, creates some kinda elemental blast that either defeats Dean. After that we meet the next Dio kid, a girl named Prada (also a fashion reference.) she grew in an orphanage abused by everyone there and bullied, as she then eventually got old enough to get kicked out, she would become a shut in, but would leave her house and almost get attacked by Dean, only for Pucci to save her, and give her the stand Under Pressure (IK a Queen song, but the fact it's not a canon stand yet is shocking, so I'm doing it here.) so the ability is Conquer or confess: When Under Pressure is able to make full contact with all 10 fingers on the target or stand in question they will be sucked into it as Under Pressure enters its cube form with the target eyes on each side. While inside the cube the target will be subjected to their worst experience they have ever experienced inside a room and the only way to escape is either to conquer their trauma or confess to the user their deepest worst sin they have done in a past life but if they fail to do so in a few hours they are slowly killed. So she is the one who goes after group 1 and crashes the helicopter in Rikiel's place, well due to Under Pressure having a humanoid form she would able to destroy the inner helicopter controls and cause it to spin out and while it's crashing she would be able to capture Jolyne during the mayhem she caused. Well in the fight Under Pressure can only get to one person and if we're making a scenario here the others would be on the outside with the cube in hand trying to find the stand user while facing set up traps by Prada, while Jolyne faces her inner demons. But in the end they would prevail not only are they are in a group they would also have Josuke who could easily heal the team if hurt because remember they're facing traps not stand induced traps just traps, but at the Jolyne would concur Prada, and stand tall at the end, but Jolyne and Prada would earn each others respect with Prada telling them about Weather and Pucci being brothers, but instead, Josuke would heal her straight after, which she joins the team, with her helping go against Pucci in the story. After this is the next Dio son, Moschino (another fashion reference IK.) now for his story, he grew up with a father who was always bulling him for being into art despite being a man, with all the people he knew bullying him as well except his mom who died from an illness when he was 13. Angry about this, he ran to avoid ever seeing his dad again, until Moschino had finally met Pucci, someone who he was open about with art. So this fight would be against group 1 as well, with it taking place at the hospital that the Donatello fight took place in, but instead the place basically had paint all over it and canvas with art on it (basically like an art museum.) so Jolyne, Tatjana, Tenmie, FF, and Prada would go inside, while Josuke and Emporio stay back. This would lead to them fighting Moschino instead. Now as for his stand, it's named Melon Collie And The Infinite Sadness (reference to the album from 1995 by the grunge band Smashing Pumpkins.) so his stand ability would be called "Paint the town": MCATIS (Melone Collie And The Infinite Sadness.) can seemingly draw places, people, or creatures to life but it's not that simple. While yeah, he is a natural at drawing, it takes time for him to draw and he needs to understand what he's drawing for it to reach the fullest potential and what he's trying to convey in said art piece. For example Moschino draws a room with infinite stairs. While it will be very big, but it won't be infinite and will have an end to it due to his mind not being able to see infinity. If he draws a person like George Washington for example, that creation will generally think he's the actual George Washington and he can't even control many of his creations but animals and places even then, Moschino never really draws real life people or any sort of living creatures due to one flaw in the stand if he creates a person that person in question will sadly only have 9 hours to live before it turns back into paint, with the second ability being that Moschino can trap your soul inside of his painting, with him being the only one to release people from it. So the group go in, and the place would have already been rigged with traps inside of the place, which would include random animals, mazes, and even spike traps. They would eventually meet Moschino where he would take Jolyne's soul away, leaving the team to have to save her. (I picked Jolyne, as it would show how much of a threat Moschino be by restraining Jolyne of all people from a fight.) but I do think that the group would go through the rest of his traps, with Prada sacrificing herself to be stuck in one of the paintings, which I would have the rest of the cast take out Moschino, and he would undo the effects letting Jolyne and Prada free. After that, Prada would talk him into joining the group and telling him about Pucci's plans. He would find Pucci's plans and reasons for doing stuff disgusting, and would agree to help the team. (Also Pucci would be with him at the very beginning, but Moschino tells Pucci to leave and that he has it covered but he would give him some advice like Pucci did with Donatello, but Moschino would actually accept his advice instead, and almost wins because of it.) after that, we get to the last child of Dio who would be another girl. Her name is Kate Evangelista, and for her story, So growing up, Kate had an acholic father like how Dio was brought up with her mother leaving her behind to marry a man that's wealthy, but she would eventually get fed up of her father, and awaken her stand, and would kill her dad for abusing her. A few years pass, she would live on the streets, but she would eventually meet Pucci who she starts to hate because of his selfish attitude that reminds her of her father. Her personality is rebellious and she is selfish and rude, but she hates when people bosses her around, wanting to be the boss instead. (She would have blonde hair BTW.) So Kate would fight against group 2 instead, with Kate using her stand to separate everyone from her, only leaving Weather Report left within her range. Her stand is named Velvet Underground (based on the rock band from the 1960's and 1970's.) as for VU's powers? Appearance: Takes shape as a singular black, red, and white glove with a velvet rose on the palm of her hand
Ability "deadly combination": While she has the glove equipped she can create multiple roses that she can place down but she needs to plant one for the ability to come into effect. When a rose is placed into anything it will root down and make more roses the same in appearance but smaller. Each rose will let out a gas and when it is inhaled by a person they will go through 5 stages.
Stage 1. They will begin to get drowsy but nothing more.
Stage 2. They will begin sweating too much but they don't feel hot at all.
Stage 3. They will slowly lose motor functions.
Stage 4. They can no longer think straight and will experience illusions.
Stage 5. Roses will grow from random parts of their body as they slowly die, with the only way to stop the effects is by killing Kate herself.
So Weather Report would be fighting Kate, while the others are infected by stage 1. So Weather would get infected by 1, then eventually 2 but uses his stand to cool himself down, and around the ending he would finally grab onto Kate, standing over top of her, his leg gets infected, which causes him to stop moving. Leaving no other choice, Weather cuts off his right leg with his stand to stop it from spreading. While that's happening, Kate would make her escape, and infect a lot of the civilians in Florida with her stand, causing everyone to get the illness with some people dying to it, and she would eventually encounter Pucci. She would start off by sneaking behind Pucci and kicking him into a homemade rose bush, which Pucci would get minor infections from it, but he's still holding himself in, where it's close fight but Pucci just can't deal with all the side effects, until the end where he's about to die to Stage 5, only to finally awaken C Moon. He then destroys Kate's plants and while she tries her best, Pucci kills her with ease. Also, while Kate dies, the illness is stopped, so everyone who hasn't died from the illness would lose it, so Pucci would be able to recover again, and proceeds to go to Cape Canaveral, where the final fight of Stone Ocean can still happens, while that's happening, Joseph calls in the Speedwagon Foundation who pick up Weather Report and take him to there place to nurse his leg getting cut off. So they go to Cape Canaveral and we get Anasui failing at winning Jolyne's love again (he's nothing but a failure until the final fight.) but I see no one being took out since the group's stands should pull everyone back up, and they'd all work together instead. IMO, Jolyne is the first to get attack still, but however everyone else works together since it's not Anasui alone doing it, so I'd have Koichi actually do the best because of Echoes Act 3, but Pucci negs the three freeze and almost kills Koichi, but Okuyasu saves him and tries to fight Pucci only to die. This causes Koichi to finally evolve into Echoes Act 4, and the new ability is that if Koichi says something that rhymes then it will happen to them. So if he says to Pucci "In the depths of my tragedy, you're weighed down by gravity" Koichi gains the ability to control the gravity of pucci or if he says: "In a world filled with sins, the sadness within begins." Pucci then would feel Koichi's despair. Foo Fighters would also help Koichi in fighting Pucci, but they make a huge mistake, and Pucci uses C Moon to almost kill FF but Caesar saves her/them with his bubbles, which Pucci would kill him for that. After that, he then destroys Koichi's vocal chords, but before he can finally kill him, Jolyne saves him by turning herself into a mobius strip and that whole thing goes the same, but Kakyoin, Rose, and Weather Report would show up with Jotaro as well, which Weather Report would've had to replace his right leg for a mechanical one. Pucci would use C Moon's gravity to escape the group, and instead I would have Kakyoin, Rose, and Tenmie shoot there long range attacks together at C Moon in the place of Ermes using a gun, with Jotaro still throwing a harpoon but failing, and Pucci obtains Made In Heaven. So I feel it starts the same, but once Pucci starts to speed around, I'd have either Prada or Moschino tell the group to run, and he would hold off Pucci. So one of them would hold off and fight Pucci with them losing and dying in the process (kinda like the role Rikiel originally.) The rest of the fight goes mostly the same with Jotaro still getting his throat slit but Anasui saves him, and Anasui still gets donut but he would actually survive since Josuke can heal him, and Jotaro would also survive MIH's cut through the face. After that, they would all get attacked by Pucci but use there stands to not get fatality hurt but they are able to catch onto Pucci's speed, with Jotaro and Emporio getting separated from the cast as Pucci goes to kill Jotaro, only for Joseph to sacrifice himself so Jotaro can stop time, which he does, and before Pucci can fully reset the universe Jotaro stops time and does a beat down on Pucci that doesn't kill Pucci, as he looks up, Pucci see's Weather Report, begging not to die, giving Weather Report his memories as well. Weather would then do his speech to Pucci he did in the OG, and Weather Report would deal the final blow, killing the man who put him in prison and made him suffer. Finally, getting his justice. So after that, I would like a scene where all the survivors mourn Joseph's death, with Joseph then talking to Jotaro as he then goes up to heaven kinda like what happened when Joseph originally died. Joseph then wakes up, and now he see's he's in the afterlife, with Jonathan and Erina as the first to greet him. Joseph is happy to see them with Erina being angry about Joseph's affair. He also gets to reunite with George II and Lisa Lisa, and also Speedwagon, Messina, Loggins, Stroheim, Caesar, Avdol, Iggy, and Polnareff. I do also see Okuyasu getting to talk to KeichÅ since as well, so there glad they meet again. Caesar would also reunite with his family, and also with Polnareff so he's happy, and Joseph gets to meet characters like Shingechi, Abbacchio, and Fugo as well, and he's happy and now in peace. After that, the survivors would go to the Speedwagon Foundation's base somewhere in America, where after that, they throw a funeral for all the casualties in the part, but everyone is mostly there for Joseph, with the others also being acknowledged during the funeral in some way. As for everyone there, it would be anyone from 2-6 who would still be alive and would have known Joseph (so Suzi Q, Smokey, Holly, Sadou, Jotaro, Julius, Rose, Kakyoin, Josuke, Tomoko, Koichi, Yukako, Rohan, Hayato, Shizuka, Jolanda, Bruno, Narancia, Mista, Trish, Frito, Jolyne, Tenmie, Tatjana, one of the Dio kids, FF, Weather Report, Anasui, and Emporio.) They would all celebrate everyone who's dead's memories, and I think it would be an emotional rollercoaster for the cast. At the end of the funeral, I'd have Jotaro, Julius, and Rose be the last one to stand over grandfather's graves and say goodbye once and for all. But after that I think we would see all the survivors standing at Green Dolphin, ready to go there separate ways (Kakyoin, Rose, Josuke, Koichi, Rohan, and Tenmie to Japan, Tatjana and Julius to Italy, Anasui, and Jotaro, Jolyne, and Emporio to Jolyne's mom's house. IDK where Weather, FF, and the Dio kid survivor would go after 6 BTW.) but it's a bittersweet goodbye, and it's kinda like how part 3 ended with all the survivors going there separate ways after there adventure with distant dreamer playing in the background, as I would have the rain stop as a rainbow forms through the sky, as Jolyne and Emporio see it and smile as Jolyne says some kinda one liner about being free from the stone ocean, as Jotaro drives away, it shows all the characters that died in the sky like how it did when part 6 originally ended. Also I see the idea of having some parallels to the OG Stone Ocean ending as some nice easter eggs, like Jolyne wearing the same outfit Irene did, and also Emporio crying about everything that happened, with the group driving away from Green Dolphin.
