After the incident with Tetsuo in the city of Tokyo. Tiffany found Susie collapsed near a rumble of buildings, a destruction caused by previous incidents.
"Susie!" Tiffany ran over to her, to check if she was okay. She had her bag holding all of Susie's treatment. She took out a device to check if her powers were becoming unstable. It seems everything is okay but not as stable, she took out a container that had needles.
"You couldn't stay out of trouble for three days could you." Tiffany grabbed one of the needles, and she injected it in her arm. After she finished she carried her on her back to bring her to the car.
"Let's hope Adam don't chew our asses out. I'll have to come up with an excuse for the incident." She finally made it to the car, and drove back to there hotel to get there things to depart.

"THEY HAVE WHAT!?" Kaneda shouted.
"Can you not yell right next to my damn EAR!" Tetsuo replied angrily, standing next to Kaneda outside. With Kei, explaining the information he found out.
"This is bad, if they have kids and teens similar to Kiyoko and them. It'll cause havoc for Tokyo, we're still healing and rebuilding from the previous events." Kei explained.
"W-Well what about Tetsuo?" Kaneda thought.
"Fuck what about me!?" Tetsuo glared.
"You're probably the only surviving Psychic asshole here. And based on what she was saying, your powers is either close to that brat Akira or Exceeded… Well if practice control." Kaneda explained.
"Which we don't know how much control he has and how long that last…" Kei retorted.
"Also, you don't fucking expect me to fight a group of these people. I'M ONLY ONE DAMN PERSON!"
"It didn't seem like you struggled when you were fighting those kids and that old shriveled bitch!"
"That was different!"
"Okay boys relax, if I'm being honest….I hate to admit, but Tetsuo's right. We can't have him fighting the people alone and risk him losing control."
"Tetsuo won't be fighting alone. We'll fight with you, and I held my own when it came to Tetsuo."
Kei doubt that because both could've killed each other if they wanted to. Tetsuo especially all he had to do was think and he could've just blew Kaneda up, and Kaneda had weapons when in close proximity. Where he could shot or stab him, but that just showed how much they loved and cared for each other. Not wanting to see the other hurt or dead even, despite Kaneda's bold proclamation of killing Tetsuo. He would never wanted to have done it.
"I do want to ask Tetsuo… How much of your power can you control?" Kei asked curiously.
Tetsuo was thinking for a moment, "Well… I can control it better than when I was first dealing with it… but how long does that last, I don't know I-It varies… depending on my mood."
"Just as I thought, so your powers are controlled by your mood… which is worrying…" Kei explained, the mood that she seems to always have seen him in when they fought or met. Is confusion, frustration, fear, and mainly ANGRY!
"Well, he seems to have better control of his mood." Kaneda some up.
"Well of course he's not around anyone o trigger those emotions out of him… The key moods that make him lose control, is… First confusion, when he doesn't understand what's happening and is lost to where he doesn't know what to do. Second is Frustration, which is the co-factor of his confusion where his powers build in unstable state of being used without him trying to use it. Third is fear, a defense mechanism to protect himself from what he feels will harm him, so he exerts more power than usual. Lastly the biggest factor is his Anger issues, where he lose all control or sanity and strength, letting his anger guide him to act rashly and harm people who may be innocent and caught in his path."
Kei broke down on what she believes are his triggers. Of which they should avoid, less they want another crazy situation. Kaneda and Tetsuo looked at her in silence, Kaneda wanted to laugh. Because she explained what Tetsuo is in a nutshell, Tetsuo was getting flustered seeing Kaneda about to laugh. Tetsuo only growling at him, he really couldn't stand him.
"W-Well, w-whatever. Even if I did have better control of my mood swings. I'm still not going to do anything, this damn city is not my concern… I'm not going to try and be it's fucking savior or hero or some shit… This retched city can burn to the ground for all I care."
"Not even if your friends burn with it?" Tetsuo froze at Kaneda's words. Tetsuo didn't want to deal with this, he just wanted to go back living peacefully. Without all the shit that's now occurring, it was beginning to make him pissed off. He doesn't want to fight or do anything.
"Are you gonna force me?" Tetsuo looked Kaneda in his eyes, they were both glaring at each other.
"Look, I know you don't want to deal with this after everything that has happened. I don't need to be a damn psychic to know what you're thinking and how you feel… but that won't stop them from coming, and from the looks of it. They want you, seeing they knew you were alive again… Hell one wants to Kill Kaori, and I think they will come back for her and us next." Kaneda said seriously.
Tetsuo looked away, Kaneda gripped his shoulders. "I know this is bullshit, and I know it's a lot trust me… But this time instead of us going against each other, we're a team. You may have the powers compared to us. But we have other assets, your just a big advantages to other big heads like you."
Tetsuo smacked his hands away, Kaneda chuckling. "Think of it as what we were doing before this whole power trip shit. Fighting the clowns, getting fucked up, and whatever. It's like the same but with extra stuff." Kaneda smiled, putting his arms around Tetsuo's shoulder pulling him down.
Tetsuo let out a breathy laugh, "Compared to before. This involves a life and death situation."
"Yeah… So! We been through worse especially you, Hell! We both died and are back, so this isn't new man. We're living examples of hell and back." They both started laughing. Kei couldn't help but smile at them.
"Cmon Tetsuo what do you say, this is the most excitement we had sense the incident. but this time we're fighting on the same team again… I know your ass is going crazy of boredom."
Tetsuo was thinking, then sighed. "Y-Yeah but… What if Kei is right and I lose control, how will everyone react when they find out I came back?"
"Don't worry about that man, me and Kei will handle that. And as far as losing control, we have a secret weapon for that now."
"Pfft really? And what is that?"

Kaori was cooking something with Kai and the guys from the gang watched. He wanted to know how she made the omelette so nice and neat.
"S-So you just, make sure you let the e-egg get all around under… S-So you can have it solid but not to solid to where it's hard and burnt." Kaori finished making the omelette showing Kai and the guys.
they all looked at Kai's that was burnt and crumbled. The guys were laughing at Kai, feeling defeated by not perfecting a simple omelette. Kaori only chuckled, kneeling to Kai's level rubbing his back.
"It's Okay, don't worry it took me a minute to get it right… T-To even g-get Tetsuo to eat my c-cooking, so it's just practice." She whispered to him.
Kai nodded with a pout, She told them they can wait in the kitchen and she can make them some breakfast if they'll like. They were happy about that, and she smiled happy there was other people that possibly liked her food. Kai stayed with her so he could learn and was helping as her personal assistant.
As they were cooking, the three outside finally came inside. "Hey listen up fellas!" Kaneda made himself present, they gave him there undivided attention.
"So it seems like we're going to have a little trouble our way. Those people that wanted to come and nuke our asses are coming back to start war on our city, but with a special group of psychic people. Powers similar to the people were dealing with now."
A lot of them looked a bit worried, and trying to figure out how they are supposed to deal with fighting supernatural people.
"W-What are we supposed to do? We don't have any kind of manpower to f-fight against that." One gang member said.
"Yeah, and we're still trying to get stuff together… We're not ready for another attack." Another member chimed in.
"Except we do have a secret weapon with us, and he agreed to help." Kaneda pulling Tetsuo close.
"Kabuki… A.k.a Tetsuo!" Kaneda smiled, everyone went silent. Tetsuo felt uncomfortable and didn't know Kaneda was going to already exposed him. Kei looked at Kaneda like why did he tell them who it was.
"Don't worry I got this." Kaneda whispered to her.
"A-A-Are y-you saying that… T-The g-guy standing next to you is… The Tetsuo?" Mizuki life draining from his face. The guys stepped back scared and nervous.
"T-The s-same guy, that destroyed h-half of Tokyo…?"
"Hey look, I know that whole thing had gotten everyone shook. More ways than one, but trust me he's on our side now. And with the situation that's rising, we really need someone like Tetsuo as an ally instead of an enemy right… As your leader, would I ever do something reckless if I didn't think it was a good idea?"
They were all looking around, giving him a 'meh' gesture concerning judgements he's made. Kei looked somewhere else not making a comment. Tetsuo did a 'so so' hand gesture.
"Whatever, all I'm saying. Is if for this shit to work we need him on our side. That doesn't mean exposing him around, it only is between us for right now… GOT IT!?"
The guys nodded, "Great, and if he wanted to kill anyone. He would've been did it."
"T-That's true… but he did put me in the air." Mizuki stated.
"I wasn't going to kill you, just give you a little scare." Tetsuo chuckled, he is glad he doesn't need to keep the mask on at least even more. Mizuki looked away and flustered looking away.
"How old is Mizuki?" Tetsuo whispered to Kaneda.
"Oh! He's 15… he's technically the youngest in the group… he was also an orphan." Kaneda smiled at him.
Tetsuo looked at Mizuki, he never noticed before. It reminded how the guys were with him, he seems like a kid to himself. Although one more nervous and fickle than Tetsuo. Kaori told everyone that breakfast was ready, everyone ran to the dining table to eat. Kaneda told them that once there done, they were going to discuss some changes.
Tetsuo didn't really join them, as some of them was still wary and scared of him. So he went upstairs, Mizuki saw him retreat to one of the rooms. Despite knowing who Tetsuo is and what he did, he sort of wanted to get to know him.

While Tetsuo was in the room, he was looking outside. Then someone knocked on the door, "You don't have to knock… This isn't even my room." Tetsuo replied, the person slowly creaked the door open. Walking into the room, making themselves comfortable.
"What the hell do you want Mizuki?"
"How c-come your not downstairs with the other guys."
"I don't know why that concerns you…Instead of lying, you can just say you want to talk to me." Tetsuo turned his attention to the boy, Mizuki just froze looking nervous. Mizuki reminds Tetsuo of Kaori but in boy form.
"So… What made you join the gang?"

Tiffany and Susie made it back to the facility. Tiffany quickly had Susie set on the examining machine, to make sure she's stable.
"This is Fascinating."
"What is Doctor Frasier?" Tiffany was writing down notes in her clipboard in the lab.
"Come look at this Ms. Morbid."
She stopped what she was doing and walk over to Mr. Frasier. Where he was reading and analyzing her powers on the computers in front of him. Tiffany looked at the computer.
Her power wave signature was like merged with anothers, she was astonished. She never seen this with the others, not even Thomas.
"Is this because of that strange person, she got in a scuffle with." Tiffany whispered quietly to herself.
"Her powers has greatly spiked from another power that somehow linked with hers, like a psychic wave."
"What do you mean doc?"
"So like a psychic link which means you can connect with a person telepathic level, you can't use it only the person the causes it. But a psychic wave no matter how it happens whether it's a physical attack or attack on the mind. If enough power and force is used, then they can also obtain the bit of power from that user."
"But will she be able to handle i-"
"MS MORBID!"
She cursed under her breath, knowing exactly who it was. She put on her best smile, with her best lie. She walked out of the lab in the long hallway where Adam was waiting impatiently for her.
"Yes Mr. Stone."
"Take a walk with me, I need to speak to you privately" Adam began walking, she was a bit confused. As they were walking down the vacant halls, he handed her a file.
"What is this?"
"Open it." He spoke calmly, which to her was never a good sign. She opened it, she looked upon the content confused.
"Read it to me." He said as the walked into an empty lab, that he locked behind him.
"Tetsuo Shima a 15 yr old, Japanese boy from Neo-Tokyo in Japan, that was raised in an orphanage when he was 6 after his father left him there. Who soon became a diliquent teenage boy that went to a vocational school for the troubled youth…" She paused for a bit looking up from the file at Adam.
"Keep. Going." His tone sounding a bit more dark, Tiffany only sighed continuing.
"He soon got caught in an accident during a gang fight with his gang called "The Capsules", caused by a child with psychic abilities. Causing him to inherit the same abilities after tons of experiments and tests. Were he soon only becoming stronger and stronger, with the help of Akira and his followers. That helped him harness his abilities as well cause the second genocide of Tokyo… 5 years after the incident…" Tiffany pulled out a picture of what looked like Susie and the person she was fighting and a DNA test.
"They found a white hair strand on her clothes. That I saw and had them run tests, to see who this new person with psychic powers were that was able to cause such a scramble in our strongest specimens brain… The DNA test revealed that the hair belonged to FUCKING TETSUO SHIMA!" He slammed a desk next to him. Making her jump slightly, but not fully fazing her.
"Is this why your ass accept this childish request. YOU KNEW HE W-"
"I knew nothing of this! If that was the case I would have never agreed to this… This was an utter coincidence."
"Does anyone else know about his resurrection or some shit."
"No… Not that I'm aware of, I swear to you… I don't even think Japan knows he's come back. Based on this image of the scene, I believed he kept himself hidden and away from the eyes of the public and people."
"This puts us in a new situation, now that he's back in the picture."
"Maybe, but…Maybe not. As we ran some tests, it seems during her encounter with Tetsuo. She seem to have obtain his powers, which we could possibly use to our advantage."
"So she's ready!?" He asked proudly, ready to put her on the frontline.
"W-Well… I w-wouldn't per say ready, if you just give us time to run a few tests and diag-"
"You have two weeks, to have her ready along the others." Adam ordered as he was walking out the lab, with Tiffany running after him, to catch up.
"Two Weeks! B-But sir, t-that doesn't give us anytime. Any miscalculations and rushing a process… Could possibly lead to her ending up like Tet-"
"TWO. WEEKS. Do I make myself clear Ms. Morbid. He told her with his stone face, a face that tells you he's not going to listen to anything else, it wasn't up for debate.
"Crystal." With that she let him go about his way, she's going to have to quickly come up with a precaution measure. If things end up getting out of hand.
