• Next Morning •
Lady Kikiyo had brought the new people in her private space. Tetsuo remembers this area, this was where he spoke with Lady Miyako, their conversation concerning his destiny and him being the next Akira.
All that conversation he had with that old bitch only made his headaches worse. The only good advice he got from him, was telling him the pills was withholding his true powers that he harnessed that was on the level of Akira. Remembering certain things would put him in a sour mood, so he focused on what's happening now.
"Where Were you at all yesterday? I didn't think you'd be gone the whole damn day?" Kaneda ask standing next to him.
"Taking a nap clearly, I was tired and didn't want to be bothered."
"Nah I bet your ass was getting down and dirty with K-FUCK!"
Tetsuo punched him in his arms, Kaneda was able to dodge them after awhile, until now. Kaneda punched him back making him say ouch.
"Yea don't like that shit n-" Tetsuo used his power pushing Kaneda far and colliding with a bunch of containers.
"Y-Your a bitch you know that." Kaneda let out in pain.
"Would you guys quit fooling around! In case you forgot what we came to discuss." Kei glared at both of them, they just looked away rolling there eyes.
"I'm glad to see your in better spirits Tetsuo. We're looking forward to your cooperation against the American Espers." Daiki stood in front of him.
"I'm only doing this for my friends, just because you're here doesn't mean I trust you fully." Tetsuo glared at him, Daiki was sweating and only sighed.
"What can I do for you to trust me? I'll do anything just say the word." Daiki told him, that made Tetsuo look him up and down. He started thinking, then a thought came to him.
"You're a fucking big time guy right. Like you have authority and shit, along with money?"
"Yes? I do…"
"Tetsuo what are you trying to ask him?" Kaneda came up behind him.
"After some thinking, I'll work with you and help everyone if… You pay me?" Tetsuo smirked.
"PAY YOU!" Daiki shouted, Kaneda and lady Kikiyo laughed at the situation.
"Y-Your j-joking… Right?"
Tetsuo just stood silent giving the same nonchalant expression. Making it clear that he was dead ass serious.
"All of Tokyo is going to be in shit again. Including your girl toy and friends, and your asking for money."
"I suggest you stop calling her that, if you want to live another day. Also I'm sure someone like you wouldn't have trouble giving a little… I can give 0 fucks about Tokyo, if you care so much this shouldn't be any problem for you."
Daiki gritted his teeth, they didn't have time for this. And it's clear he knows Tetsuo knows that, which is why he's asking about it now.
Daiki sighing, "How much?"
Tetsuo smiled, "Eight hundred thousand."
"Your fucking joking right?"
"Fine six hundred thousand."
"A Hundred thousand."
"Sense you want to be an ass and go lower nine hundred. It's that amount or the deals off, it all depends on you if the rest of this horrible ass city falls."
It was silent for a moment, Daiki looked at the devious smirk Tetsuo had on his face. Boy was smart and he knew that, cursing under his breath.
"Fine, nine hundred. THAT'S IT!"
"Sure fine with me. I hope for your sake you keep your word." Tetsuo warned him.
Daiki only nodded before discussing the matter, "I'm happy I can have your cooperation. There was a meeting with the senators of each country, to discuss the previous events that occurred 2 years ago. To the reawakening of that destruction now." Daiki looked at Tetsuo who only rolled his eyes.
"The man they are sending from the US is Adam Stone to analyze if Tetsuo and that other girl is a threat. I wanted to see firsthand the legendary chaos himself, If he was and if he was one you can form an alliance with."
"Wow look at that Tetsuo, you're infamous." Kaneda chuckled. Tetsuo just glared at him.
"We need to find the other girl as well that was fighting Tetsuo."
"Susie?… Susie is one of Adams experiments." Tetsuo raised an eyebrow to him.
"What do you mean?… How do you know that?"
"Oh so you guys don't know what they're doing or have?" Tetsuo smirked.

Adam, Tiffany, and children from the facility arrived at Neo-Tokyo at the a different base. That Adam had arranged for them to stay, and for them to set-up they have for Tokyo if things don't go as planned.
There are two rooms for there subjects one for boys and one for the girls. Adam had went to the lab room where Tiffany and the other scientist were. Where they was keeping track of the children's psychic abilities and monitoring any irregularities.
The same machine one of the scientist in Tokyo had 5 years ago when they were monitoring Tetsuo. They were able to duplicate the same thing but more improved in there eyes.
"Status Ms. Morbid." Adam walked in while they were working and doing analysis. Tiffany was working with one of them, with Adam walking behind her.
"All the children are quite stable and secure although… Follow me." Tiffany began guiding him to another screen and the device monitoring the power.
"Susie's powers is a bit uncoordinated if you know what I mean. I still think it'll be safe to run more tests, Tetsuo's energy may be conflicting with hers."
"Then I suggest you do something to keep her in control hmm. I need to visit a few guest soon, so make sure to get this sorted."
He looked down on her, "I don't care what state she's in if it's able to be stable from a drug. Then do that nothing more nothing less."
With that he walked away from her, with her glaring at him. He approached the other scientists that gave him a suitcase of needles with blue liquid in it. He took it before leaving the room.
"Make sure you secure their hideout. Remember don't do anything unless I give the word alright?" Adam spoke in his earpiece.
"Understood Sir."
Adam smirked as he left the facility into a helicopter to visit Senator Daiki. To discuss certain things and events.

Daiki had to process the information he was given by Tetsuo and his friends. Adam doesn't just want Tetsuo and to know about his powers. He wants to start a war against Tokyo.
"I have a meeting with Adam, but if what you told me is true. Then things may become complicated and you all need to be prepared, because Adam is an evil stubborn bastard."
"We don't have anything to defend ourselves or go against whatever he's bringing." Kaneda chimed in.
"Don't worry I have just what we need. I had a couple of friends bring them to the temple." Chiyoko informed them.
"Perfect I'll give you these. You all hook them in your ears for me to communicate with you, I have to hurry so I don't keep our dear Senator waiting for too long." Daiki handed each of them a device they hooked to there ears.
As he exited the run down Temple, Chiyoko guided the others to the materials she had brung in from her friends and what was in her vehicle. "I figured just in case shit hit the fan, we need to be prepared and ready. As well as everyone needing new attire, for easy maneuvering."
She had pulled out a big green container opening it. It had the clothes in this one, the guys grab some clothes changing on the spot while Kei went to go where Kaori is, to change in private.
Tetsuo wore black cargo pants with a white long sleeve shirt and fingerless leather gloves. Along with a black open vest and beige combat boots.
Kaneda put on dark red camouflage pants, with a black v neck t-shirt and black fingerless leather gloves. Along with a different red jacket and black combat boots.
Kai wore white and grey camouflage pants, with a white tank top. With black combat boots.
Chiyoko and her friends pulled their vehicles in and it carried many artillery, that Kaneda's team grazed over. "I have something special for you Kaneda." Chiyoko told him pulling out a large laser gun he had when he was fighting Tetsuo.
Kaneda beamed drooling at the weapon, "My baby." He took it hugging it and kissing it.
"I guess that can be your new girlfriend Kaneda."
He stopped mid kissing looking behind him, Kei returned with Kaori and there new outfit. Kei was in a full body suit that zipped up all the way to her neck. Sleeveless that was dark brown orangish with a lot of pockets. It hugged her waist right but not super tight. Kaori had on a similar attire although it was dark blue and long sleeve. They both had on black flat boots.
"Well hello Sexy." Kaneda smirked at Kei, who smiled at him shaking her head. Till he felt him smack her ass, she turned her head swiftly glaring at him. He raised his hands in defense with a goofy grin.
Kaori was fidgety looking down, then slightly looked up at Tetsuo. Who met her gaze at the same time, they quickly turned their head blushing shyly.
"Does Tetsuo even need weapons?" Kai inquired.
"I think it'll be better for him to not use his powers as much as possible. So to keep it under control." Kaneda explained while gearing up.
"Does that mean Ms. Kaori will be joining the f-"
"No." Tetsuo cut off Mizuki, while loading his weapon.
"How come?" Kaneda questioned, looking at Tetsuo.
"Because I said so." Tetsuo gave him an irritated look.
"She needs to defend herself, you can't always protect her." Kaneda returned an irritated look.
"THATS WHY SHE'LL BE SAFE HERE! SHE'LL BE AT RISK IF SHE JOINS!" Tetsuo snapped back. The ground shook a bit around them.
"Kaneda this is not the time, that's his girlfriend. If he doesn't want her to join he doesn't want her to join, he probably has valid reasons." Kei trying to de-escalate the situation. Kaori trying to calm Tetsuo down as well.
As they were arguing, Adam had his men put bomb disc around the building. Which he had armed with a 30 sec countdown.
"Fuck if it's valid THEN JUST SAY IT!" Kaneda shouted back.
"ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, JUST DROP IT!"
"ITS ALL OUR BUSINESS WERE FIGHTING FOR OUR LIVES IF YOU FORGOT!"
"I KNOW THAT!"
"THEN TELL US!"
"KAORI'S PREGNANT OKAY!"
It went silent around them, Kaori shrunk behind Tetsuo. Her face was heated, Kaneda's mean mug slowly twitching into a smirk. Tetsuo scowl stayed, Kei was going to break the awkward silence. But Daiki beat them too it through the earpiece.
"All of you need to get out of there NOW! Adam had the placed marked with bombs around the building."
"WAIT WHAT!? How much time do we have?" Kaneda asked.
Lady Kikiyo quickly informed her people to evacuate the area. Kei and Kaori was helping get people out.
"I don't know, I'm sorry. I'm hurrying back to you all now."
"Hurry get as many people out as possible and protect Lady Kikiyo!" One of the monks yelled.

A loud beep went off, and a big explosion broke through the walls. Building slowly collapsing down, As they were trying to save as many people as possible they just couldn't save everyone. As certain parts of the buildings collapsed on certain people.
Kaori was pulling someone from the rubble, finally getting them out and they ran to safety. Although not realizing that she was about to get crushed, from part of the ceiling.
"KAORI!"
She heard Tetsuo yell, she looked up and froze, her legs were shaking. Before she even got crushed, Kaneda ran and pulled themselves out the way. As everything came down and both of them were out of sight.
"KANEDA!" Kei yelled. They were worried about them, and if they got caught under the rubble.
"W-We're okay…" Kaneda spoke through the earpiece, they sighed in relief.
"B-B-But K-Kaneda I-Is badly in-injured." Kaori.
"We're coming don't worry." Kai spoke through the device. Tetsuo was going to help remove the rubble, although he was knocked away from the group. With great force, giving him a good distance.
"FUCK!" Tetsuo was trying to set up from rumble from Tokyo.
"For someone so powerful you sure aren't smart or aware."
Tetsuo scowled at the person speaking. It looked at though it was a little girl. Black Bangs covering her eyes and hair in a ponytail. In a lose white stray jacket. She charged at him, with a needle in her hand. pychic blast after another.
"I'm sick of you damn kids, how about you just go back to your kindergarten lab like good little rats."
She almost reached his neck with the ejection until he slapped her with the gun similar to Kaneda's. Throwing her off balance. He charged the gun, and shot it at her she didn't move fast enough. He severed her legs, earned a crying wail from her as blood was everywhere.
Another person charged at him from behind but this time he knew and dodged it. They gathered rocks with there powers forming a boulder concealing him in it.
"Stay away from Mina!"
"N-Nina…" Mina couldn't sit up, Nina was about to help her twin sister. Until she saw the big boulder in the air, about to land where she was at fast speed. She swiftly moved as it landed hard, Tetsuo breaking free from it.
"Aww that was a cute little trick… wanna see mine." Tetsuo merged the twins into the concrete on the ground. Certain parts of there body and face is shown partially, but made sure there mouth and hands were concealed.
He walked standing over them. They looked at him with tears in their eyes. He smirked down at them, "How about you little fucks lay here for a bit. I'll be back for you."

Kaneda had his leg and arm wrapped by one of the monks. Along with the other injured for those that survived. Daiki had finally arrived at what use to be the temple.
"Where's Tetsuo?" He looked around between Kaneda and everyone else.
"One of those supernatural freaks attack him. Seems like the fight was pushed far away." Kai informed him.
"W-Why d-do you need to find Tetsuo…?" Kaneda grunted a bit standing up.
"We have another issue, and unfortunately he's got authority control in Tokyo." Daiki had one of his men give him his laptop. He opened it typing in the information to the news. He turned and showed them the info on the screen.
"THAT BASTARD MADE US FUGITIVES!?" Kaneda yelled but grunted as he was still in pain.
"Aww man, can this get any worse. What are we going to do!?" Kai was gripping his hair in frustration.
"Simple expose the scary bastard and beat his ass." Kaneda grabbed his weapon and ran to go to his ride. Everyone else following suit.
"If they knew what he was really doing. He would lose authority and title." Kei added.
"W-What a-about Tetsuo!?" Kaori stopped in her place worried. Kaneda went and grabbed her arm, he looked behind her at a group of police force coming after them. He quickly dragged her along.
"It's clear we can't wait here. Tetsuo's fine trust me, If it was before when we were younger than yes but… Tetsuo's not a total dumbass like before. I trust him, and if you guys are what he said linked or some weird shit, he'll know where we are." Kaneda looked back at Kaori, who only nodded.
As they made it to there vehicles Kei got on the bike with Kai and Kaori got on with Kaneda.
"I-I thought Kei was riding with you? Not that I don't like y-" Kai questioned.
"It's fine, but I feel as though Kaori would be much safer with Kaneda. Than if she was with you. OH no offense." Kei smiled nervously, not trying to offend Kai. Who only made a mean pout and revved his bike.
"Daiki we need you to get more evidence on what that Adam guy is planning. Bitch about to get a taste of his own medicine." Kaneda revved his engine.
"I know someone that could help you all as well. She works for Adam, but if anything she despises him as much as the next person. She's a scientist of the psychics, but she cares for them kids, and if we can prevent a catastrophe and having Adam control over everyone then she'll help." Daiki sent coordinates to Kaneda's bike.
"OSAKA!?" Kaneda looked at him, "That's a 6 hour trip!"
"I know that, unless you have another person that knows a lot about Adam I'm all ears."
"…."
"Didn't think so, her name is Tiffany Morbid. Talk to her specifically and only her."
"How do you even know wh-" Kaneda wasn't able to finish as bullets went off at them. They moved out of the area, the guys took out their gun. Shooting back at them, Kaneda pulled a grenade out of his pocket and threw it behind him rolling down the road.
"Hope you like my little present." He blew the men kisses, before focusing his attention back to his destination.
"If that place is far, shouldn't we wait for Master Tetsuo." Mizuki asked.
"MASTER!?" Kaneda turned at looked at Mizuki confused. As if on cue, Tetsuo drove through the smoke and fire from the mess Kaneda left behind. He caught up to them, riding next to Kaneda. Smirking at him, Kaneda rolled his eyes shaking his head.
"Dramatic aren't we, you never had this boy call you fucking Master."
"Jealous?"
"If you wish to believe that then sure. Seems like you had fun." Kaneda looked at the blood stains on him.
"If getting ambushed by soldiers and guns fun, then sure." Tetsuo looked to Kaori who looked at him.
'You okay?'
'Yes… Just feel a bit exhausted, stomach may be irritated a bit.'
"We need to find somewhere to lay low till we get those fuckers off our tracks." Kaneda told him.
"I think I know where we could go." Kai told them.
"Lead the way then Captain."
They sped off trying to avoid the authority and big crowds without drawing to much attention. It's been a long day and they need to all rest.
