I promise you that any Resident Evil connection with Claire and my OC for Roxie's date is completely unintentional.

Monday

Rex and Roxie touched down at a site in the desert where they saw a three-car pile up of Providence trucks, the agents strewn all across the ground.

"Huh?" Roxie asked as she and her brother looked around and all they spotted in the distance was a large jackalope.

"Are we in the right place? All I see is a rabbit," Rex said.

"It's worse than it looks," one of the agents said, walking up to the pair. "You two must stop it before it kills us all!"

"Come on," Rex chuckled as Roxie's eyes widened as she summoned her swords to her hand. "A cutesy little wabbit? You guys couldn't handle this yourselves?"

"Uh, Rex?" Roxie said as she touched his shoulder, seeing the rabbit hop up close to them.

"What's the worry, sis? They nibble grass and wiggle their noses. They're harmless!"

"That's no ordinary rabbit!"

"No, more than harmless. They're stupid mindless rodents."

Rex could only see the agent wiggling his finger nervously and he turned around to see the giant monstrous rabbit EVO looming over them before swiping its claws down on them.

"What did I say, what did I say?!"

The bruised and beaten Rex and Roxie stood in Providence Headquarters' hospital wing and both groaned in pain as Bobo looked at Rex with a sly smirk.

"It was worse than it looked, okay?!"

"At least you two took care of it, right?" Bobo asked.

"It sort of... hopped away before we had the chance," Roxie groaned out, feeling her hurt hip.

"Oh, brother."

"Hey, at least you have the rest of the week to look forward too," Roxie said.

Tuesday

Rex came out of the Valley Market sipping on a soda when he turned the corner and was tackled by that same rabbit EVO.

Wednesday

Rex ran across the basketball court, playing a game with some teenagers with Roxie cheering him on. But just as he was about to make the basket, he was tackled by the rabbit EVO again.

Thursday

Rex and Roxie sat down in a theater to watch a G-rated movie. And just as the previews began, the rabbit EVO burst out of the screen, sending all the patrons into a panic and run away screaming as the rabbit EVO tackled the pair yet again.

Friday

Rex drove across the highway on his Rex Ride with Roxie by him on her motorcycle when they pulled over to see the rabbit EVO munching on a car's exhaust pipe, prompting them to pull over in dismay.

"Oh, you've gotta be kidding me!" Roxie shouted.

"Can't this wait till Monday?" Rex agreed.

The EVO only spit out the pipe and let out a hiss at the pair as Roxie built up two gauntlets on her arms.

"Alright, fine! But this time, it's not gonna be a punch and run!"

Rex then built up his Smack Hands and he, Roxie and the rabbit EVO began trading and dodging blows, Rex dodging past a claw swipe. Roxie jumped up and pounded on the rabbit EVO's belly, only for it to give a strong kick to her gut, sending her flying away. The EVO then hopped up and grabbed Rex's Smack Hands and the two started to push, breaking the highway barrier and Rex looked at the drop to the ocean beneath.

And just as the rabbit EVO charged at the twins, Rex's phone began to ring.

"Hey, Noah," Rex said, answering the phone. "What's up?"

"Rex, tell Roxie I've got a serious situation. I need help."

"Well, I've got a serious situation of my own here!" Rex said as he and Roxie continued jabbing at the EVO, cradling the phone between his ear and shoulder.

"Oh, I promise you. This is much more serious than some EVO thing."

Indeed, Noah took a look at a silk tux, boutonniere, cologne and two tickets to... the high school prom.

"It's prom night!"

"I'm sorry. It must have been a bad connection," Rex said as Roxie continued wrestling the rabbit EVO in the background. "It sounds like you said 'prom night.'"

"You have no idea what I'm up against here!"

"You know what, we're gonna have to call you back!" Rex said as he ran up and tackled the rabbit EVO off of Roxie with his Smack Hands, sending it flying into the air as Roxie conjured her warhammer and gave a powerful swing to send the rabbit EVO flying into the distance.

The EVO hissed wildly at our heroes before running away, leaving our heroes shouting out in dismay.

"No, no, no, no, no, no, no! Stupid bunny!" Roxie shouted, kicking the ground.

"You know how pretty girls never get asked out?" Noah asked the battered and bruised twins as they sat in his room.

"That's a myth. And you know it," Rex said.

"Oh, no it's not. Case in point, Claire Bowman. She's the prettiest, most put together girl in school."

"What?" Roxie asked, blushing furiously. "I mean... go on."

"She usually gets asked out by college and drummers, but she said yes to prom with me!"

"Right," Rex said. "Well, this is a big problem. I'm so glad you called on us, Noah."

Noah left the room and then rolled in a pie chart.

"See this? It's my master plan, years in the making all ending tonight when I take Claire to the junior prom. In that kind of photo op, I'm not just one of the cool kids. I am the coolest."

"Sounds like good times for everyone," Roxie said, gritting her teeth angrily.

"Except for Claire," Rex noted. "Speaking of which, why are we here again?"

"Because you're both coming too."

"You said what now?" Roxie asked.

"I need a wingman! Plus, Claire's two best friends don't have dates, so I kind of... volunteered you two to go with them."

"Whoa," Rex protested. "We're the 'Save the world from EVOs" twins. Not the "Go on pity dates" twins."

"It's bad enough we still have Death Bunny after us," Roxie agreed.

"Bunny?!"

"Hey, it isn't funny!" Rex shouted. "It sneaks up on you when you least expect it. I mean, look at us!"

"You two would rather run away from a bunny than go on a date?"

Rex and Roxie began to speak, but then stopped themselves, realizing how they would sound.

Later, the team stood in front of the screen as White Knight loomed down over them.

"It's still out there?"

"Every time we think we've nailed it, the thing runs away!" Rex shouted.

"We're telling you, White! It's fast! And mean!"

"What I don't understand is how you got that EVO so mad at you two in the first place. You know what? It doesn't matter. Go back out there and wait for it to find you. Cure it, kill it, cook it- I don't care. Just get rid of the thing."

"Fine!" Rex said. "We'll deal with it first thing tomorrow. Tonight, we have to go to the prom."

Six and Holiday gave each other a concerned look as White looked down on them.

"I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear that. You have your orders."

The twins sighed before walking off.

"It's prom, White," Holiday said. "You should let the twins live a little."

"And have those things show up there looking for them? No."

Later, Holiday walked down the dorm halls and arrived at the twins room to hear...

"You're not the boss of me! I'm the boss of you!"

"Gah! Watch how tight you tie that thing!"

She then entered the room to find Rex in a fine suit and brushing his hair with the comb struggling to agree with him as he slicked it back and Roxie shouted out in pain as Bobo tied the corset around her dress with a wicked smirk.

"My hair," Rex said to Holiday. "Cowlick."

"And I've never worn a dress before," Roxie said as she winced in pain. "I can hardly breathe!"

"Go," Holiday assured. "Be ready for action at any time just in case, but you two can go to the prom. Have a great time."

"We're only going as a favor to Noah," Rex said. "And these two are a hard luck case. They couldn't get dates."

"Rex, this night is going to be a special night for them," Holiday said, combing Rex's hair properly before moving on to loosen the bow on Roxie's black dress. "Be nice to them. I mean, this girl's lucky, you know. No one ever asked me to prom."

"Hmm..." Rex thought. "The pretty ones don't get asked out. So, Holiday. You're not jealous I'm going on a date with another woman?"

Holiday only giggled as she left the room. "As if."

"Oh, yeah. She's jealous," Rex said.

"Uh huh, keep telling yourself that," Roxie chuckled as Bobo only nodded at her statement.

"The guy couldn't get a woman any better than I could."

"You're a chimp. On you, it's cute," Rex said.

Six entered his dorm and found the closet's door was slightly concave. Thinking quickly, he dove for his sword and opened the door ready for action, only to find the only thing in his closet was his wardrobe of tons of identical clothing... except for one empty hanger that was slightly swinging from the rack. Six only gave a deadpan stare, knowing full well what was happening.

Noah stood in front of Claire's house, having taken a limo with a huge smile on his face.

And that was when he turned his head to see Rex and Roxie running by, Rex having taken one of Six's suits specifically for this event while Roxie smiled, having fixed her black dress, both wearing a boutonniere and a corsage as they smiled at their friend.

"Wow," Noah said, looking at Rex. "That is green."

"Not a lot of choices when you're shopping in Six's closet."

"What about you, Roxie?"

"Oh," Roxie said as she twirled and showed off her dress. "Holiday had this tailor made for me specifically when I need to go to an event like this."

"That woman is prepared for anything."

"So, what are we waiting for?" Rex asked, starting to walk up, only for Noah to stop him.

"Going too early only shows that we're too eager. Show up on time? We're predictable and dull. But if we show up a few minutes late, that says cool and relaxed."

"You make a chart for that too, huh?" Roxie asked. "You really don't know girls at all, do you?"

A few minutes later, the trio stood at the front door of the Bowman household and Rex rang the doorbell. After about a minute of no response, Rex went for it again, only for Noah to slap his hand away.

"Don't ring it again."

"Ow! What if they didn't hear it?"

"Of course they heard it," Roxie said. "We heard it."

"Oh, so because we heard it, they heard it? What if they didn't? We'd be standing here all night. Just saying."

"I'm gonna kill you. Just saying," Noah said through gritted teeth.

"Promise me I won't be buried in this tux."

And at that instant, the door opened and the trio looked to see a red-headed girl in a white prom dress (looking suspiciously like Gwen Tennyson) and Rex and Noah were struck with how hot she looked and Rex made a gesture like the Thinker before fixing himself.

"Is everything okay?" Claire asked.

"You look... amazing," Noah said, stunned.

"Really? Thanks."

"I, uh, sorry we're late."

"Oh, I didn't even notice. You must be Rex and Roxie. I've heard so much about both of you. Annie! Chris!"

"Hi," a cute blonde girl in a purple dress said as she grasped her right arm, that had a cast on it. "Sorry my hand's all bashed up. Never text while riding a motorcycle... on a half pipe."

Rex smiled at the girl and nodded.

And that was when Chris, a handsome and fit young man with brown hair and blue eyes wearing a tux with a grey blazer walked out and fixed his blazer as he looked at Roxie.

"You must be Roxie. Charmed."

Roxie let out a wolf whistle and nodded.

The limo took the three dates to a spot on the highway with a few benches, overlooking the ocean, giving out a beautiful scene to look at.

"Annie and Chris are actually really cute," Rex said as Roxie rubbed her arm as she watched the three friends go to the overlook. "We're surprised."

"Why are you surprised?"

"Well," Roxie said. "The way you were acting before, like there was something wrong with her. We thought you may have been hiding something."

"Who, me?"

"Wouldn't be the first time," Rex said.

Noah gave a guilty look just as Annie ran back to the limo.

"Sorry! Don't take the picture yet. I need my lip gloss from my purse."

"It's cool, I'll get it," Rex said, running back to the limo with her.

Both teens searched the limo for the lip gloss as Annie opened the driver's door.

"Oops. Forgot that I gave it to the driver so I wouldn't lose it," Annie said, trying to take her purse out of the compartment, only to be blocked by the parking brake. She turned the parking brake off to get her purse out and then accidentally engaged the lock and closed the door, accidentally locking Rex inside.

To make matters work, without the parking brake, the car started rolling down the steep hill as the driver ran up to Annie, who clutched her head.

"Hey!"

"Oh, not again," Annie sighed as she ran after the limo.

The rest of the teens laughed at Claire's previous joke when Noah and Roxie noticed the limo rolling down the street.

A nervous Rex tried to open the door, but the handle broke off in his hand and he looked off to the cliff. The limo broke through the side barrier and down the cliff.

Annie looked and saw the limo jump and crash down the cliffside towards the ocean.

Thinking quickly, Rex activated his Punk Busters and kicked the door off its hinges as the limo fell into the water. Rex then activated his Boogie Pack and shot back up the cliff.

"Rex! Are you okay?" Annie asked as everyone ran up to him before tripping on a stone and she cauesd Rex fell down the cliffside... again.

"...Okay. Now I'm starting to see why no one asked her out," Roxie deadpanned.

As Claire and Annie comforted the driver, who despaired over the loss of his limo, Noah and Chris stood to the side as Rex and Roxie only glared at them.

"So, Chris?" Roxie asked. "Got something to say?"

"Okay, confession time," Chris said as he shrugged. "Rex, there's something you should know about Annie."

"What? That she kills her dates?"

Noah and Chris gave a guilty look as the former rubbed his neck.

"Oh, you've got to be kidding me!"

"It's true," Noah said. "Every guy who's ever gone out with her has ended up in the hospital. Or worse."

"They call her the Blonde Widow."

"Well that makes sense," Rex said. "No wonder no one wanted to date her."

"Rex, you are the only guy in the whole world I know who has the power to survive her," Noah said. "But if you don't think you can handle this, I'll understand."

"My brother can handle anything," Roxie said.

"Hey, I know you two have been off your game ever since that bunny rabbit started kicking your butts every night"

Rex only shot up at that with a smirk at Noah.

"You know what, I'm going to be your wingman. Even if it kills me."

"Good," Noah said.

"What about you, Chris?" Roxie asked suspiciously, looking him up and down. "Any... traits I should know about?"

"No," Chris said. "It's just that every girl in the school was taken already. Noah said he could hook me up with you."

"Good."

"Now we just need a new limo," Noah noted.

"A replacement is on the way," Rex said, pulling out his phone.

Later, a large Providence assault vehicle pulled onto the highway and the back opened up to reveal Bobo.

"Ladies, your carriage awaits," Bobo said to the stunned Claire and Annie while Roxie stood with a smirk.

"No, no, no, no, no! No, this is not how it's supposed to be," Noah protested to Rex and an impressed Chris. "We need a limo. Not an armored personnel carrier!"

"Relax. It'll be fun."

"We're going to prom in this?" Claire asked, excited.

As everyone else entered the vehicle, a curious Annie pressed a button on the control panel just as Rex was climbing up, causing the ramp to raise beneath him and he slammed his head on the back just before sliding in.

Rex groaned out and Annie swung worriedly, knocking him back to the ground with her cast arm.

Upon arriving at the fancy French restaurant Bistro Bordeaux, everyone sat at a large table, the dates next to each other.

"Oh, I love this place," Annie said.

"You've been here before?" Roxie asked.

"A few times, but never long enough to actually eat."

"I can't imagine why," Chris said.

"Oh, candles!" Annie said, picking up a candle before losing her balance and it landed on Rex's suit, catching the sleeve on fire, causing him to jump up. Thinking quickly, she tossed her glass of water, but missed and hit Rex on the head, knocking him to the floor.

Luckily, just as Roxie was about to summon a fire extinguisher, a waiter beat her to the punch and put out the fire on Rex before turning to Noah.

"Sis vout plait, monsieur. Your finest basket of bread for the table," Noah requested.

"Right away, sir," the waiter said in a French accent before walking away.

Rex got up befor twitching as Roxie sighed.

"The Blonde Widow strikes again."

"So," Claire said, twiddling her fingers before Annie turned to Rex.

"Do you have a girlfriend?"

"Well," Rex said, thinking of Circe. "It's... complicated. Last I saw her, she was in league with an evil dictator who wants me dead."

"Yeah, my dad is weird about me dating too," Annie said before she gasped at seeing the communicator. "Rex, don't move!"

Rex didn't get a word out as Annie leaped out and began rapidly poking his ear with her fork before showing the group what she got out.

"This was in your ear."

"I know. That's my communicator," Rex said before hearing it ring. "And me and Roxie are getting a call."

Roxie stood up as Rex took the communicator back and Noah gave out a few gestures to deny them, which quickly turned into an annoying game of charades.

"It'll only take a second, really."

The twins stepped out onto the restaurant's balcony to answer the call, which was revealed to be White Knight.

"Is that rabbit hassenpfeffer yet?"

"Still hasn't found us," Roxie said.

"Maybe it wised up and hopped out of town."

"Or maybe it hopped back into town for antoher rampage!"

True to White Knight's word, a giant explosion rang out in the middle of town.

"I don't suppose you want us to take care of that?" Roxie asked.

"If you wouldn't mind."

The twins looked back inside to see their friends backing away from a table that Annie had set on fire from her candle playing.

In town, several Providence agents chased after the rabbit EVO as it bounded away from them, setting off several explosions in the streets. It stopped and sniffed the air before looking up at the restaurant where the twins stood by with a glance of terror. The rabbit EVO let out a large roar and glanced off the gunfire from the agents as it hopped onto the nearby rooftops and leaped towards the restaurant and tackled the twins off the balcony.

Rex activated his Rex Ride and put Roxie in the passenger seat as the rabbit bounded after them until they finally made it to the end of the mountain and Rex did a front flip and activated his Slam Cannon as Roxie summoned a grenade launcher to her hands. The twins stood back to back as they looked out fo rtheir enemy.

"Here, bunny, bunny, bunny!" Rex said.

After nothing happening for about two minutes, the twins retracted their weapons... and were then instantly attacked by the EVO and then all of them engaged in a three-way wrestling match as Roxie slammed it with her warhammer and Rex gave a whirlwind punch with his Smack Hands.

This fight continued for a bit before the twins were knocked through a wooden fence into a construction site. As they recovered, Roxie took her brother's hands and tossed him at him as he gave a kick with his Punk Busters, sending the rabbit EVO into a pile of rubble.

The rabbit EVO recovered and gave a bite down onto Roxie's arm, causing her to shout out in pain and she grabbed a steel metal girder and slammed it into the rabbit EVO's face.

"You're a rabbit! You're not a cockroach!" she shouted as she felt her arm slowly recover thanks to her nanites accelerating her healing factor.

Rex leaped up and gave a punch to the EVO, who bit his mechanized arm and tossed him into his sister, sending them both skittering into the bottom of the building's floor, surrounded by scaffolding.

"What is it with you?!" Rex shouted as he and Roxie gave a combined punch that sent the EVO flying away and Rex activated his BFS as Roxie conjured her battleaxe and the rabbit avoided all their swipes as they hacked away at the scaffolding's girders.

The rabbit EVO attacked again, bouncing on top of one of the girders. As it landed, however, the entire scaffolding started to give way and the twins gasped out as Rex activated his Boogie Pack and Roxie summoned her hoverboard and both flew away as the rabbit tried to pursue, but wasn't fast enough (ironically) and was buried underneath tons of rubble and steel.

"Rex, Roxie, where are you?" Noah asked over their communicators.

"We're coming!" Roxie said as they both ran out of the construction site and the agents. "You guys clean up in here!"

Rex and Roxie re-entered the restaurant (which had just burned down) and the very annoyed twins looked at the entire staff and patrons recovering from the fire and then glanced over their shoulders to see Noah, Claire, Annie and Chris sitting by on a bench.

"What... what happened?" Rex asked.

"Annie sneezed," Chris said. "Long story."

"Maybe we should just call it a night?" Claire suggested.

Noah gave a panicked look and Roxie gave out s defeated sigh.

"No one's calling it a night!" Roxie said with an annoyed twitch and a crazy giggle. "'We've got it all under control..."

"We're gonna take you someplace that's even better and... flame retardant," Rex said as he turned to Roxie. "You're losing it."

"Clearly."

"The Snack Shack?" Noah asked, looking up at the twins as they leaned over the window.

"No snooty waiters. Extra greasy fries," Rex said.

"Claire's not happy," Noah said as the trio turned to their dates sitting at their table. "Can't say I blame her."

"I think they're having fun," Roxie said. "Everyone does when we're in the picture."

As they brought the food to their table, Annie grabbed the ketchup bottle and shook it, with none of the delicious condiment coming out. She then slammed the back of the bottle, sending it crashing into Rex's throat, causing him and Roxie to stand up.

"Oh, I got ketchup on your tie! I'm sorry! Hold on, let me fix it" Annie said, grabbing Rex's tie and almost suffocating him in the process, much to Roxie's dismay. "I have some spot spray in my purse. Works on blood too. Be right back."

Annie entered the ship and picked up her purse from the passenger seat. But as she leaned down, she accidentally pressed the button on the console by leaning down on it and the ship's cannons armed themselves up, much to Rex, Roxie and Noah's shock.

"Oh shit!" Roxie shouted as everyone ran away.

"Found it!" Annie said as she picked up her purse.

Unfortunately, the strap hooked around the aiming shift and the cannons started moving and fired a rocket at Rex as he activated his Smack Hands as the rocket hit him. They were both sent flying straight through the entire restaurant and Rex stopped its momentum as he crashed against another building.

"Here, Rex! Catch!" Annie said, tossing the spot spray out to Rex... and it suddenly landed on the detonation button on the end of the rocket, blowing it up and sending everyone's hair blowing back as Rex emerged, covered in soot as his mangled Smack Hand fell apart and he and Roxie looked at Annie, who smiled innocently.

"And I thought Van Kleiss was bad news," Rex said.

Back at the destroyed construction site, the Providence agents were tossing the rubble away, but that was when, to no one's shock, the rabbit EVO emerged again with a mighty roar.

"It's still alive?!"

The agents fired their weapons at the creature, but they only bounced off its thick hide as it rushed forwards, smacking them all away before sniffing the air and running off into the distance, obviously still looking for the twins.

"I'm sorry, Noah," Claire told Noah. "I really hoped this was going to work."

"Claire, I-"

"You should just take us home. Your friends seem to be bad luck magnets," Chris said as he jabbed Roxie's arm.

"US?! Annie's the one who-"

Noah looked down as Roxie gained a seriously pissed off look.

"Can we talk?" Roxie asked as she pushed Annie away and helped Rex up and led him away. "Remember when I said you could handle anything? I now retract that statement wholeheartedly. Seriously, bro! Just run away from her! Please!"

"I can't! I have to help Noah out with Claire," Rex said.

"What's more important: helping out your best friend or your life!?"

"Uh..."

"Hey, it's not exactly a trick question."

"Alright. But I still have to at least have the five of us happy," Rex said before turning back to the group. "The night isn't over. We're going to prom. All of us."

"Roxie's right," Noah said. "It's gonna be over any minute. We should just quit while you're still alive."

"What happened to all your planning? Seriously, Noah. We're gonna make it."

But then, the twins heard some obvious roaring and the rabbit EVO bounded in and gave out a loud roar.

"And then there's that..." Roxie said.

"Rex, Roxie, I take back everything I said about the EVO. That is one scary bunny!" Noah said.

"This kind of thing never happens at homecoming," Bobo said.

Rex activated his Smack Hands and held the rabbit EVO back, shielding Noah and his friends from it as Roxie shouted out and gave a wicked scissor kick to the EVo, sending it skittering back.

"Everyone, into the limo!" Roxie ordered as the others all ran into the Providence carrier with the other two following as the door opened.

"I-"

"Don't. Touch. Anything!" Roxie ordered as Annie immediately shut up and stood perfectly still.

"I promised Noah a great prom. We ARE going to prom!" Rex declared as he went to Bobo in the pilot's seat. "Step on it, Bobo! Run every red light if you have to! Pretend you don't have a driver's license!"

"What's a driver's license?" Bobo chuckled as he shifted the gears and stepped on the gas, immediately setting off, sending the rabbit EVO falling off the car. It roared and then immediately bounded after the group.

On the console, however, White Knight suddenly appeared.

"Rex? Roxie?"

"Uh... engaging the EVO now, sir!" Roxie reported as Noah, Claire, Annie and Chris ducked down.

"Rex, are you wearing one of Six's suits?"

"Can't talk now! Gotta fight!"

The rabbit EVO ran in and slammed against the side of the carrier, sending everyone inside falling to the ground.

Rex and Roxie climbed onto the top of the carrier as the rabbit bounced on top of it, roaring out to them. They stood ready, when the roof popped open and nailed Rex in the face. Annie looked up and gasped, ducking back inside as the rabbit EVO snarled harshly.

The rabbit EVO smashed the roof door in and snarled at the occupants inside, before Roxie used her warhammer to smash him off of the roof.

Rex formed his Rex Ride while Roxie conjured her hoverboard and flew alongside him as they went into a separate tunnel underneath the carrier as the rabbit EVO chased after them.

Both twins went up the walls to avoid the oncoming traffic as the carrier fired two lasers at the EVO and the twins looked up.

"Thanks for the cover, Bobo," Roxie said.

"Wasn't me. I'm driving."

"Then who's-" Rex began.

"Leave our dates alone!" Chris shouted as he manned the turret alongside Annie.

Noah got into another chamber as he turned to Annie. "How do these things work?"

"I just started pressing buttons."

Noah nodded and started pressing numerous buttons on the panels. Soon, the rocket launchers popped up from the roof and blasted at the rabbit EVO, who nimbly dodged them as they exploded behind it. The same thing happened when the machine guns popped out of the sides.

The oncoming traffic light changed and just when the cars were about to drive, everyone suddenly came to a full stop as the carrier that was firing all its weapons, Rex, Roxie and the rabbit EVO came speeding up in front of them.

"You know, bro, maybe this would work better if you just apologized to it!" Roxie shouted as the rabbit EVO leaped onto the bulidings alongside them and started running alongside them.

"Worth a try," Rex said. "Look, I'm sorry for calling you stupid!" Rex said... just before the rabbit EVO leaped down to try to tackle them, only for them to dodge.

"Okay, let's take back that apology."

And then, the guns stopped firing.

"What?!" Chris asked. "Out of ammo?!"

"Excuse me, pal, I was told we were driving to prom, not an EVO battle!"

"Annie?!" Claire shouted.

On the roof, the twins watched with wide eyes as Annie popped up and hoisted a missile launcher and a plasma gun over her shoulders and aimed it at the rabbit EVO.

"What the?" Roxie asked.

"I found these in the limo! Now hold still!"

"Not the missile launcher! Use the other one!" Rex shouted.

Annie nodded and picked up the plasma gun and started firing at the rabbit EVO, but only managed to hit Rex instead as the twins somehow dodged her other shots.

"I am going to die on prom night. I am so..."

"Wait," Roxie said. "Annie, we changed our minds! Use the missile launcher!"

Annie nodded and picked up the missile launcher.

"What are you doing?" Rex asked.

"Just go Boogie Pack!"

Rex quickly changed to his Boogie Pack as Annie blasted the launcher, which sent a missile chasing after him, detecting the heat from the Boogie Pack. Rex then immediately turned around as Roxie took his hand as he managed to get out of the way of the missile as it blasted right into the rabbit EVO, blasting it to a billion bloody pieces.

"Yes!" the twins cheered.

"I love Christmas!" Bobo shouted as everyone then continued the drive to prom.

"I can't believe it!" Noah said as the six teens arrived at Prom. "We actually made it!'

"See?" Rex asked. "I told you so."

Just as everyone was beginning to dance, the emcee then spoke up.

"You've been a great crowd. Goodnight, everybody."

And that was when all the teens left the building and Noah hit his knees with a groan.

"Why?!"

"This is amazing," Annie said to Rex. "No one's ever lasted a whole date with me before."

"Hey," Chris said as Roxie looked up and smiled.

"Chris, no offense," Roxie said, looking at Noah. "I like you, but I think I like someone else more."

"I understand. I just needed a date to the prom and you were the lucky girl. Thanks for a great date."

"You are welcome."

"Noah," Claire said. "I just want you to know that this is the most fun I've ever had on a date."

"Seriously?"

"Yeah. Fighting an EVO monster, riding in a Providence tank, who could have planned that? I'm sorry we weren't able to make it to the dance on time."

"It's cool," Noah said. "No big deal."

"Can we at least get a picture together?"

Annie went for Claire's camera, but Rex went for it first.

"Besides," Claire said. "There's always senior prom next year."

"Night's still young," Annie said after Rex took the picture. "What about go karts? Or there's always the midnight archery range."

"Oh boy, look at the time!" Roxie piped up as she grabbed Rex's hand as they both ran away.

"I got a picture with Claire at the dance, you two didn't die," Noah smiled as the trio sat on the tank, watching the sunrise.

"We took out our arch nemesis," Rex said.

"Technically, your date did that," Roxie reminded.

"Who cares? It's over. All in all, I'd say we make pretty good wing men."

"Um, I'm a wing lady."

"Touché."

"You know," Noah said. "I was thinking I'd ask Claire out again. Maybe you guys and Annie could-"

"Not a chance," Rex said.

"But she's cute."

"Yeah, she's cute, but I barely survived the first date! Second date, I'd definitely die... but she is cute."

"That a boy."
