Deep inside Van Kleiss' Castle in the middle of Abysus, the depowered leader of the Pack fumed over his defeat from Rex and Roxie as his subjects all bowed to him as he sat on his throne.

"Humiliated," he said to himself. "Depowered. All but destroyed. Hardly the new world I set out to build, is it?"

"Master," Biowulf said. "Our spy has made contact."

One of the EVOs, a TV-like EVO named I-Bol stepped forwards as its golden eye blinked to reveal a Providence agent.

"Well?" Van Kleiss asked.

"Everything is in place," the agent reported from the Providence base.

"And the boy and the girl?"

"They're here," the agent said, moving the camera to show the twins speaking with Six, Holiday and Noah as a glaring Van Kleiss stood to his feet.

"Soon, our greatest enemy will be buried! Providence itself will be destroyed. And they will have Rex and Roxie to thank."

As Providence Keep soared through the sky heading back to base, the twins were speaking with Captain Calan as Noah stood in the background.

"Come on," Rex said. "No one's gonna know."

"Yeah!" Noah said. "It'll only be for a minute or two."

"You actually want me to let you fly the Keep?" Calan asked as the trio eagerly nodded. "Ugh. Only until the next course change."

"Yes!" the trio said as they ran forwards to the controls.

"And don't do anything fancy either!"

The trio then did a rock paper scissors as Rex drew a rock and Roxie and Noah drew scissors as the former raised his fist in victory and sat down in the captain's seat.

"Alright. Let's see what this baby can do," Rex said as he pressed a few buttons.

And almost the exact minute he did, an alarm sounded throughout the entire ship as every agent was bathed in red light, causing the three agents around him to glare coldly.

"What? It wasn't me, I swear! Seriously."

Then, everyone shouted out as they were knocked back as one of Breach's portals opened beside the Keep as Van Kleiss' whale EVO transport slammed into it and pressed the suction cups on its side to it. Then, those suction cups released some kind of corrosive that burned holes into the Keep's frame, allowing tons of Van Kleiss' EVOs to charge inside and swat down every agent that came near them as their leader stepped out with Biowulf and Skalamander at his sides.

Inside the command chamber, Holiday ran in as White Knight appeared on the screen.

"Captain Calan, what's your status?" he asked.

"It came from out of nowhere," Calan said. "We're being boarded. Scramble all jump jets! Mobilize for counter offensive!"

"This is a coordinated attack. Every Providence outpost across the globe has been hit."

Elsewhere, Six was also having this conversation from his jump jet.

"So far, they've steered clear of headquarters. I'm on route to the Keep now."

"Is Van Kleiss really that stupid?" Roxie asked. "Attacking the Keep with me and Rex on board?"

"This should only take a minute," Rex said as he and Roxie rushed out of the command chamber.

"Wait up," Noah said, grabbing a blaster and running out, leaving behind a very concerned Holiday and Calan.

The Providence agents outside the command chamber all opened fire on the Pack, but their bullets bounced harmlessly off of Skalamander's crystal arm, which he then used to fire countless crystals at the agents, impaling through them in several areas and killing them instantly.

"Find Rex and Roxie," Van Kleiss ordered. "It goes without saying that alive would be ideal."

That was when Biowulf, Skalamander and Breach broke off, running through the Keep to search for the twins as Van Kleiss turned to I-Bol.

"Take the ship."

I-Bol stepped forwards and pressed a leg to one of the computer systems and started abosrbing all the data of the Keep's security codes, flashing across his eye.

With that action, the power was killed throughout the entire ship.

"Some kind of power surge," one of the agents reported to Calan. "We're losing control of the helm!"

"Find out where it's coming from!" Calan ordered as he turned to Holiday. "Doc, if you'll excuse me."

Calan ran out as Holiday ran for the controls and pressed the communicator.

"Six, where are you?!"

"I'm five minutes out," Six reported from his jump jet. "Prepare for an evac. I'm getting you off the ship."

As Noah opened fire on the Pack EVOs, Rex used his Smack Hands to pound them and grabbed them, tossing them to Roxie, who sent them flying all back into the wall with her warhammer.

"Again with the Smack Hands?" Noah asked as the twins turned to him. "You always leave yourselves open with that combo. Why not change it up a little?"

True to their friend's word, tons of EVOs took the opportunity and leaped onto the trio... only to be blasted back by a massive explosion as a mischeivous Bobo walked out of the smoke cloud.

"You see what you get?" the chimpanzee EVO asked. "That's what happens when you interrupt my nap. BOBO GETS CRANKY!"

Pulling his blasters, Bobo shouted out as he sent a flurry of laser blasts from his hand blasters at the Pack EVOs as Roxie chuckled.

"Yeah, we learned that the hard way too," Roxie chuckled, brushing hte hair out of her face.

Rex and Roxie rushed forwards as they build their sword weapons and rushed forwards.

"All hands!" Calan's voice shouted. "We got intruders on floors 4, 5 and 6! Get off our ship!"

The agents gave out a loud battle cry as they rushed through the halls hoisting their weapons.

"Go!" Rex ordered.

Suddenly, the intercom rang out again as Van Kleiss' voice sounded all throughout the Keep.

"Attention Providence, the ship is ours."

Noah and Bobo snuck out of the hallway as Roxie broke off from the clash with a glare.

"Not even close, Van Kleiss!" she shouted.

"Lay down your weapons and your lives will be spared. Continue to resist and nothing survives."

The twins ran forwards and then spotted a ton of wreckage as Rex looked up at the ceiling and nodded.

Using his BFS' buzzsaw mode, Rex broke into the ceiling with a shout as he and Roxie leaped up to find them face to face with the Pack.

"You've made some lame-o moves before, Van Kleiss. But this one?" Rex asked. "Classic."

Rex rushed forwards and brought his sword down as Roxie charged forwards with her warhammer... and then both of their weapons were immediately caught by Biowulf and Skalamander, who knocked them aside and parried every strike they threw and then held them down with a shout of pain.

Van Kleiss smirked as he stepped forwards. "Seems you two have run out of tricks. But you had to have known when you would run out of time. I've had a fair amount of time on my hands these days."

Van Kleiss then stretched his golden gauntlet forwards to grab Roxie, causing her to scream in pain.

"Sis!" Rex shouted.

"You two took something very precious from me," Van Kleiss sneered. "And now I'll return your favor."

"If you want our monkey, you can forget it," Roxie smirked as she spat into his face, causing him to annoyedly wipe his face.

Van Kleiss then injected his gauntlet's fingers into Roxie, causing her to scream out in pain as she felt her nanites being ripped from her as Van Kleiss tossed her to the ground before grabbing her twin brother and then imnmediately repeated the process on him, causing the depowered twins to fall to the ground with a groan of pain as their builds disintegrated.

"It might come as a surprise that when you two stole the nanites that gave me my power, you two left some of your own behind," Van Kleiss told the twins. "It gave me some valuable information on what makes you two tick."

Rex rushed forwards as he struck his hand out... and it bounced off of Van Kleiss' chest harmlessly as he smirked down at them evilly. Roxie then tried to build her warhammer again... and then felt nothing happen, causing her and Rex to gasp in horror.

"You two might find using your powers to be a bit of a challenge. The nanites that make the pair of you so special belong to me now."

"What shall I do with them, Master?" Biowulf asked.

"I have everything I need from them. I could care less," Van Kleiss said with a wave of his hand as he walked away. "Secure the rest of the ship."

Biowulf then grabbed the twins, suspending them from their legs as the hatch door of the Keep opened as he dnagled the twins over the ground, facing their shared certain doom.

"Come on, pup!" Roxie shouted. "Do you really think throwing us out of that hatch is the best way to get rid of us?"

"Wouldn't it be more fun to throw us in a cage? Tie us down in front of a laser?"

"No."

The twins then let out a shared bloodcurdling scream as Biowulf let go, sending the twins tumbling through the air about to become desert pancakes.

Thankfully, Holiday flew by in a jump jet with Noah in the passenger seat.

"What are they doing?" Noah asked.

"This is no time to fool around, guys," Holiday said into her radio.

"Hey, Doc! Happened to notice the ground coming up on us?!" Rex shouted.

"If you don't do something fast, we're about to become part of it!" Roxie screamed.

Holiday nodded and opened the hatch door, flying parallel to the falling twins as they both tumbled into the jet, crashing against the back wall with a shout of pain.

"Rex, Roxie, are you okay?" Holiday asked as the twins painfully picked themselves up.

"I think we may have a problem," Rex said.

"That's an understatement," Roxie said.

"What do you mean they have the Keep?!" a furious White Knight shouted back at Providence headquarters. "Blow it up!"

"We tried," Six said as Holiday put Rex and Roxie into her two bio scanners. "The remote destruct sequence has been disabled. Van Kleiss has complete control of it."

"Give me some good news."

"We know where it's heading. Here."

Indeed, true to Six's word, Providence Keep was now heading towards Providence Headquarters as Biowulf brought Captain Calan before his master.

"Here is the commanding officer. We found him attempting to destroy the ship."

"What's your game, Van Kleiss?" Calan demanded.

"A very good question," Van Kleiss said. "One that depends entirely on what happens next, Captain Calan."

Van Kleiss then pressed his golden gauntlet directly onto Calan's chest, sending out a powerful pulse that instantly energized his nanites.

Calan then groaned as he fell forwards and mutated into a giant spider-like EVO, roaring intensely before a pleased Van Kleiss.

"It seems my powers have made a slight... change."

"Well?" Rex asked as he and Roxie exited the bio scanners.

"They're gone, aren't they?" Roxie asked, bowing her head. "Van Kleiss took all our active nanites."

"Not exactly," Holiday said, typing at the computer. "I found this."

The twins then looked on at the one unique nanite on the computer console.

"Definitely a nanite, but it's unlike anything I've ever seen. Molecular scans seem to indicate that it's some kind of control nanite."

"Only it has nothing to control," Rex said as he and Roxie slipped their jackets back on.

"With a large enough concentration of nanites, we might be able to jump start it. But even with that, there's no guarantee that it'll replicate or even give you two back the same abilities. I hate to say it, but this one has me stumped."

"Great. We're loving this," a sarcastic Roxie said.

"If you're finished with the lost cause, we got a bigger problem," White Knight said, indicating at the oncoming Keep heading straight for the Providence base.

Van Kleiss had just finished turning the last of the agents into EVOS as the conversation was going on.

"Master, how is this possible?" Biowulf asked.

"It would seem Rex and Roxie's nanites have an opposite effect on me. They cured EVOs. Now I create them," Van Kleiss said with a sinister smile.

The Providence base unloaded all of its weaponry onto the Keep, causing several powerful explosions onto its frame as Van Kleiss turned to the now EVO crew.

"Full ahead, ramming speed!" he ordered. "Once we're through, we'll destroy Providence from the inside out."

Indeed, the weaponry didn't stop the Keep as it rammed right into the front pillar of the base.

"Lock it down!" White Knight ordered as the agents flew into a panic. "I want hallways cleared and critical sections defended. They will not take this base!"

In the lab, the twins stepped back with a glare as they turned to Six and Holiday.

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Rex asked. "Let's go stop them."

"Rex, Roxie, you two are in no condition to fight," Holiday said.

"Well, what do you expect us to do? Hide like cowards?" Roxie asked.

"Whatever it takes. Those nanites inside you two might be able to bring you back. But it's going to take us some time to figure out how."

The ground below the party suddenly rumbled as Holiday gulped.

"And that's not something we have a lot of right now."

The twins then turned to Noah and Bobo walking in, now clad in Providence armor, causing Roxie to blush up a storm at the sight of Noah.

"Wow," she chuckled. "Nice outfit."

"Got one for you guys too," Noah said, tossing two backpacks at the twins. "You two get to armor up like the rest of us normals."

"Come on," Rex said as he and Roxie exited.

Later, all of the heroes grouped up in a jump jet piloted by Bobo.

"Alright, where to?" Bobo asked.

"South Pacific," Rex ordered.

"That's my boy. And here I thought you two would try to pull some heroic stunt."

Rex and Roxie then gave a smirk to the screen as Bobo sighed.

"Ah, brother."

The jump jet then took off back to the South Pacific.

Back in the Providence base, Van Kleiss and the main members of the Pack walked through the halls with a determined glare.

"I want the White Knight," Van Kleiss ordered. "Find where he's hiding and bring him to me."

In the lab, Holiday worked furiously on downloading all of her files to an offsite copmuter.

"That should be everything," she said, stepping back and turning to face Six. "As long as the offsite backup holds."

Six then tossed Holiday a blaster and nodded.

"Don't let it get to that."

Rex and Roxie's jump jet finally arrived at the Providence base in the South Pacific and then immediately exited once they landed.

"This is a strange place for a base," Noah said.

"When we have too many nanites in us, this is where we go to offload," Roxie explained.

"Think of it as a nanite porta-potty," Bobo said.

"Thanks for that image, Bobo," Noah groaned.

The team then entered the large nanite chamber as Noah gazed at it with a nod.

"So we just put some of these nanites in you two and we're good to go?"

"Not exactly," Rex said. "They're all inactive. Or at least stripped of their programming."

"Since we can't control them, we just have to hope that whatever these things inside us can," Roxie said.

"So... what happens if they can't?"

"Lemme put it this way," Bobo said. "The last guy who went swimming in that soup ended up a fifty foot freakshow."

The Providence agents all had their weapons drawn on the elevator as they heard the ascending beeping signalling the car was heading straight towards them.

The doors then burst open as they were all swatted aside by two large EVOs, who cleared the way for Van Kleiss and I-Bol.

"Listen to me carefully, Van Kleiss," White Knight said as his image appeared on a screen beside the leader of the Pack.

"I'd rather not."

I-Bol smashed the control panel and walked off with his master as the EVOs continued their assault.

White Knight frantically typed at his panels to monitor the agents fighting for their lives.

"Where are they?"

"The inner perimeter has been compromised," Six said. "They're coming."

Indeed, Skalamander burst into the lab with his crystals while Holiday ducked for cover before she opened fire on him with her machine gun, only for him to easily shrug it off and knock her back with his crystals. Running for cover, Holiday ducked, letting some crystals shatter the window, which allowed her to leap through the resulting hole onto teh lab's rim above the Petting Zoo with Skalamander following her.

At White Knight's office, Biowulf and I-Bol glared at the locked door.

"Open it," Biowulf ordered.

Back in the South Pacific, Rex and Roxie prepared themselves as Noah and Bobo sealed them inside their respective chambers.

"Okay. Bobo, set the thing to vent and go," Rex said. "If this thing doesn't work, we don't want you two getting caught in the blast."

"Nope," Bobo denied.

"Forget it," Noah said. "Rex, Roxie, at least think about this for a second. What if it wipes your memory? What if it turns you two into some kind of EVO monsters?"

"Our friends need us," Roxie said. "There's nothing more to think about. Do it, Bobo."

"Long odds pay big."

Bobo then used his feet to adjust the controls, firing up the nanite storage container.

Back at Providence Headquarters, the agents were of course getting smacked around by the Pack with no hesitation. As Van Kleiss entered the meeting room, one ofh is EVO soldiers was tossed off of the balcony and to his feet by Six as he entered with a glare to Providence's arch nemesis.

"You've overstayed your welcome."

"Now, here's someone who would make a nice addition to our EVO ranks," Van Kleiss smirked.

"Go ahead and try."

Van Kleiss extended his gauntlet punch forwards as Six leaped off of the balcony and landed gracefully, punching all of Van Kleiss' EVOs away with little effort before leaping up to do a split kick as he landed on Van Kleiss' gauntlet arm and drew his magnet swords, running forwards as Van Kleiss retracted his arm as Six leaped and was just able to catch him and toss him to the ground.

Fortunately, that was when the twins burst into the room with a confident look as they landed and removed their goggles.

"Oh, Six. Trying to do our jobs for us?" Roxie asked cheekily.

"Here's a thought, Van Kleiss: When your top henchman can't even throw someone out of a moving plane properly, time to rethink the help."

"You two are determined, I'll give you that. If it's what you prefer, I'll finish you myself."

The twins gasped as they saw new blueprints in their heads that weren't there before as new designs popped into their brains as they smirked to each other.

"Maybe..." Rex began as he focused a a large blue generator appeared on his back as his arms morphed into powerful whips.

"Whoa!" Roxie said as she smirked and began to focus. "Now let's see what I can do."

Roxie focused as she shot her hand out as a large spear appeared as several spikes shot out of the ends as she gave an impressed smirk as the ends of the spear started spinning rapidly as Noah and Bobo looked on, impressed.

Rex shouted out as he leaped forwards and gave a mighty whip to Van Kleiss' stomach.

"Now this is cool!" Rex said.

Roxie shouted forwards as she gave several powerful strikes with her spear to the EVOs as she sent out several energy waves from her swipes, sending them all flying through the base.

"See?" Bobo asked. "I told you it would work."

Just as an EVO grunt was about to crunch down on Roxie, Six suddenly leaped in and kicked it to the side.

"This is an unexpected surprise," he said.

"Well by now, you should expect the unexpected from us, Six," Roxie said with a mischeivous smile.

Rex and Roxie then shouted out as they rushed forwards towards Van Kleiss with a shout of effort as Rex whipped him good as Roxie gave him a powerful strike.

Van Kleiss gave an extended punch forwards, but Rex was smart as he whipped the beam on the ceiling to avoid it as he gave a dual kick to the dictator's torso as he gave a flip to recover as he ducked and dodged all of the twins' strikes and swipes. He then gave an extended punch that Rex dodged, only to be baited into a kick to the face as Roxie shouted out and gave an energy swipe forwards, sending Van Kleiss crashing to the floor.

Unfortunately, he was knocked right to the feet of an unconscious Providence agent, who he grabbed and mutated into a large EVO, surprising the team at the new ability their arch nemesis had just demonstrated.

Rex grabbed the EVO with his whip and he and Roxie immediatley pressed their hands to it, instantly curing the agent.

Elsewhere, Biowulf appeared in White Knight's office, but the leader of Providence wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Meanwhile, Holiday ran through the Petting Zoo with Skalamander hot on her tail, avoiding the flurry of crystals that destroyed the tree trunks around her.

As the battle continued between Rex, Roxie, Six and Van Kleiss, Breach suddenly opened a portal above Noah and Bobo and placed an explosive charge on the wall beside them before arming it to explode.

"Is that... what I think it is?" Noah asked.

Breach only cheekily waved goodbye as she vanished back into her portal.

Bobo quickly bounded forwards, using his chimpanzee anatomy to nimbly leap over to the bomb and then easily disarmed it.

"Not anymore, it ain't."

"You think there might be more of them?"

"Eh... probably."

Biowulf walked out of the office... only to immediately seize up as he fell to the floor, convulsing as a scowling armored White Knight appeared before him and I-Bol, who was also convulsing.

"I used that electromagnet to trap stray nanites. You're lucky it's on the lowest setting. Any higher and it'll rip the nanites right out of your body."

"Then why don't you?" a straining Biowulf asked.

"Because then, I wouldn't be able to do this!"

White Knight then gave a powerful kick forwards to send Biowulf flying into I-Bol as he walked forwards, glaring sternly.

In fact, Providence kept up the assault as they backed the Pack EVOs back with nonstop gunfire.

Holiday made it to the holding cells as Skalamander appeared before her, walking out of the shrubbery.

"No one can help you," he said. "You're all alone now."

"Not exactly," Holiday said, slamming her fist on the controls as she opened the cell door, revealing her incurable EVO sister Bethany Holiday. "I still have my sister."

Bethany gave a mighty roar as Skalamander acked away, running for his life as Bethany chased after him with murderous intent.

Roxie bounded off of her brother's whip before she dispelled her spear and summoned her warhammer, slamming him into a control panel as Rex slid underneah and leapd above before ensnaring him in his whip.

Rex and Roxie glared as they felt their nanites flare back to life as their two Master Control nanites sparked and sent out a surge of energy that they both blasted Van Kleiss with with a shout of effort, causing him to scream in pain.

"No way!" the twins said in awed unison.

As Van Kleiss fell to his knees, the twins shouted out as Rex reeled him in and both delivered a wicked sucker punch to their arch nemesis' face, sending him crashing down.

"Once again, epic fail on your part, Van Kleiss," Rex said.

"We'll take our nanites back now," Roxie said with a cheeky smile.

"Argh!" Van Kleiss grunted.

Suddenly, the celiing above the leader of the Pack burst open as a large bird EVO flew in and grabbed its master in its talons before flying away.

Rex and Roxie glared as they activated their flying builds, only to be stopped by Noah.

"Rex, Roxie, wait!" he shouted, running up to them.

"Van Kleiss left behind a few presents," Bobo nodded.

Concerned, Rex and Roxie took a look at the map of Providence headquarters.

"No time to look everywhere," Rex said. "We're shutting everything down."

"You two can do that?" Noah asked.

"Don't know," Roxie said, sticking her hands forwards. "We never tried."

The twins placed their hands on the control panel and focused intently as their hands sent out a large grid of blue circuitry spreading along the floor and walls, which effectively shut down all the explosive charges placed along the walls of the base.

Smirking, the twins smirked as they stood in the darkness as they turned to their friends.

"Anything else?" Rex asked. "No?"

Rex built his Boogie Pack as Roxie activated her jetpack and both flew through the hole in the ceiling in hot pursuit of Van Kleiss whale EVO transport, causing him to look forwards, causing him to notice them.

But as their engines started to sputter and die, they glared at their departing arch-nemesis before flying back towards their home with a sigh.

As the Providence agents were leading all of the Pack EVOs to the holding cells, the twins and Six assessed the damage as the twins one by one cured all the new EVOs back into their human forms, saving Captain Calan for last.

"Phew," Calan said as the twins helped them up. "Add that to the list of things I never want to do again, no sir."

The twins only smiled warmly.

In the lab, Dr. Holiday was hard at work in scanning the twins, watching their refreshed nanites swarm around theirmaster control nanites.

"Amazing," Holiday said.

"Why thank you," Rex said as he and Roxie exited the scanners with a smile.

"She was talking about the nanites, bro," Roxie giggled.

"That was a risky movie, you two. But it worked. As far as I can tell, you're back to your old selves."

"I don't know. Something feels... different," Rex said as he and Roxie stood up. "Those new builds we did? I think we can do even more."

"It's like we can see the blueprints... we just need to figure out how to put them all together."

That was when Six and White Knight turned a corner to the pair.

"White knight in person," Holiday said, looking his armored form up and down. "Never thought I'd see the day."

"Well, don't get used to it," White Knight said. "We found all the explosives. The base and the Keep will need expensive repairs. This was not our finest hour."

"What are you talking about?" Roxie asked. "We kicked major EVO butt!"

"So what if Van Kleiss is back and more powerful than ever?" Rex asked. "So are we! If he wants a nanite war, let him bring it!"

White Knight only chuckled before walking away. "It's good to have you two back, Rex and Roxie."

"I think he means it," Holiday said, surprised.

"Sure he does," Rex said. "So tell us something guys."

"What's next?" Roxie asked as she and Rex gave a determined smirk to the camera.
